Kyi Branch: I contacted L & Sons to repair my freezer that was leaking water. I did research online and chose this company based on customer reviews. Many customers mentioned that the technician thoroughly explained the issue and the repair process. I was more than pleased with the service I received. My technician came out same day, he was very friendly, professional & efficient, the repair cost was very reasonable, and since I have absolutely no knowledge of appliance repairs, I greatly appreciated my technician thoroughly explaining everything. Riley Pagett: I’ve been waiting on a working refrigerator for nine months (a story for another day) so when our brand new refrigerator was delivered to us, we were eager to be back up and running. However, the company that delivered it to us refused to install it (we had paid for that, but that’s also another story for another day) and left it on our front porch, in the elements and all. I called several local businesses to see whether they’d be able to help with an install, and everyone told me “no” except Lee. He eagerly assisted and had my refrigerator in our house, installed, and in working order within an hour. I cannot say enough good things about Lee and his team. They were professional, kind, hard working, and helped me out during what had been one of our hardest stretches of home ownership.

When we had issues with a leak inside our refrigerator, we researched repair companies and found Presidential Appliance Repair based on very favorable reviews. We found Tim, the owner, to be fantastic. He responded to our voice message quickly and set up a time window for our repair within the next day or two. After this experience, there is no other company I will call when I need a repair. Tim is easy to work with and knows appliances very well. Kristen Leedom: Atlantic serviced our Maytag dryer (owner manual says to have the inside of dryer checked every two years for lint that cannot be accessed by vent cleaning or lint trap). The tech was great. Did a professional and thorough job for a very reasonable price. I had heard great reviews of Atlantic from several neighbors. Satesh Pawaroo: My relatively new dryer stopped working and I did not know who to call so I contacted Samsung the manufacturer. The earliest they could come out was at least 2 weeks out and the estimate was $450.00. So I did a quick google search for appliance repair near me and found Atlantic Appliance Repair. I called their number and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out the following day and check the dryer to let me know what was going on. The technician Hicham called me 15 minutes prior to arrival and was very nice and explained what was going on. He replaced the thermostat and cleaned everything out, he left everything cleaner than he found it. I was also happy to see that they applied the diagnostic fee to the total bill so they saved me over $150.00 compared to the other estimate I received. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends, and I will be using them now on for my repair needs. I also want to thank Hicham for making this process so simple and painless.

Pamela Sommers: Excellent sales and service but stay away from the extended warranty. For my gas Samsung range, the warranty does not cover the knobs two of which broke. Consumer Priority Service (CPS Customer Service) was extremely difficult to deal with in terms of responsiveness and attitude. Read the warranty carefully, it is more like a transmission warranty for your car. Knobs are specifically excluded and not deemed to be a functional part. I feel that I wasted the money ($125). By the way the knobs cost $25 each and I needed two. M and M did not push the warranty and I have nothing but praise for the store. It would thrill me if they stopped using CPS.

We completely renovated a house and needed everything (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, washer/dryer) under a pretty tight budget and time frame. We needed things delivered the following week! Our sales associate took their time putting together our list of appliances with our time and budget restriction in mind. Brian very patiently looked through all their warehouse items in the area so that we got everything we needed and we are extremely pleased with each appliance we’ve purchased. He also made sure we had everything needed to install the appliances. The prices were excellent. I will definitely come back if we need anything else in the future.

Harold checked a couple of things and waited to see if his first choice option (the more reasonable price) worked. After it was looking like the first option was working, he gave us suggestions on how to proceed related to food in the fridge and freezer over the next few days - - - to be sure that everything was good. Bryan Morrison: Outstanding!!! This company is awesome. My dishwasher started to leak on a Sunday. I found Jerry’s appliance on the web and called. Tim called me back later in the day and told me some things to look for. We were able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I even sent him some photos and a short video which further confirmed what the problem was. Tim knew right away what the fix would be and was also extremely knowledgeable on the dishwasher. Unfortunately the part needed was a factory only part and we were looking month to get one in. Luckily, through Tim’s knowledge and contacts he was able to locate the part within a week. He promptly called me and set up an install time. Tim and Aubrey showed up and completed the job perfectly, even taking the time to explain what the part was, how it works and tips to prolong the life of my dishwasher. Steven Lew: Great experience. Manny is the man! Water was backing into my dishwasher forcing me to run the dishwasher every 4 hours to remove the water. It eventually flooded. I called Manny on Black Friday morning and he gave me an early PM appointment. I described the problem over the phone and he diagnosed the issue (valve problem), picked up the replacement valve, and fixed the problem within 3 hours.
