Canisha Russell: This is by far the WORST technical institute I've ever known of. The instructors are terrible. The staff I've come across from being in the Help Desk classes are terrible. They CLEARLY do NOT like their jobs and hate being there. Helping people is not at the top of their priority list. They seem EXTREMELY lazy. It's no way you all have attitudes by 12pm. I've graduated as of Feb. 11 but it's March 8 and if I didn't call to make sure everything on my end is done, they wouldn't have told me about a balance. Furthermore, nobody knows anything. I ask one person one thing and she's passing me off to someone else who doesn't know anything.

donna leehancock: Excellent staff, great interaction w the students. The professor and the assistant e collect instructors. Clean, organized, up to date on studies needed for 21 century, assess to and from the Metro, as well as practicing OSAHA and HIPPA. I would definitely recommend institute for a change in careers or simply learning a new occupation within this job market. Excellent!!!!!!

Morgan Paul: I graduated in 2016 and haven't received my certificate. This school made it difficult for me to work and provide for my family. Which left me in debt. Which they told me I qualified for a free grant which I didn't have to payback. Which was a lie. They even garnished my taxes to pay them off. And I still have nothing to show for my supposed to accomplishments.

Joselyn Alvarez: The school has motivated me to become my best self. The teachers and staff are so wonderful and helpful, the programs offer a variety of career paths, and i wouldn't go to any other school. 12/26/21 UPDATE Needed to come on the record and say that my original 5 star review is only because the teachers tell you to write a 5 star review in exchange for a good grade, credit, or extra points on an exam. Don't believe all the good reviews on here. I graduated April 2020 from the Medical Assistant program and have yet to receive a certificate of completion despite multiple attempts to contact the registrar. There should be no reason for them to withhold my diploma as they already received all my completion documentation AND i qualified for FAFSA so they already received all the money from my student loan servicer. This place is a scam and I wish I had gone somewhere else.

Jay Da Will: The staff is great. I’m a student taking part in the IT program that they offer here and the courses are worth every dime. You truly gain knowledge and receive tons of help if you put in the effort. Since I’ve been here, I been able to build a very great relationship with my financial aid advisor and my academic advisor as I contiune to excel on my way to graduation. They’ve helped me along th at keeping me in check with my grades, attendance, as well as the goals I set at the start of my enrollment. pamela byrd: Find a different school it don’t feel like I have graduated, I feel like I haven’t accomplished anything and I been done since February... and I still have not received my diploma ima contact department of education and student loans to look in this this school because I’m not about to pay student loans and I haven nothing to show for it. I still haven’t received my degree and it’s been 4 months going on 5 since I was told I was finished... find a better school this one is not it!! Just dept and more bills

Brande' F: I enjoyed my experience at this school so far as being in the hospitality class. I miss being guided by Mr. Aquino because as the class knew, he wanted the best for all of us. Then when Mrs. Brown came, she helped me along with others study for certifications. Idk why people not coming to enjoy the knowledge. Its way too easy!! Well if you take notes and follow along ... Jean Gleason: Representatives ignore emails and are unprofessional. They get upset when you ask them too many questions about your loan. They are lazy. They forget our small businesses keep them employed.

Steve McKay: Been waiting on EIDL assistance for close to a year. Every few months they ask for same documents, so I resend several times. I check in with them every month or so on status, nothing new. Today I call for status "Sir it is YOUR FAULT the request is taking so long. You need to call us every few days. We don't have to time to call everyone." Typical government worker. SBA will save non tax paying churchs but not struggling small businesses.

Steve McKay: Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessI've been waiting over 11 months for EIDL, they wont tell my why it is taking so long. No one responds to multiple emails and phone support refuses to escalate to a tier 2 person to look it over. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm sure all of the non-tax paying churches that received PPP/EIDL love you though.

Rose Merree: May 28 2019 it doesn't matter what response the SBA is given it will not look into the matter. May 22 2019 I added a copy of the letter sent to me. My reason for the 2 star review is because I'm waiting to see what the SBA Ombudsman does. Because the CFPB didn't do it's job I can't hire people. People don't work for free. When a bank decides to keep a business's funding for itself, job creation becomes impossible. I sent my records to the National Ombudsman who is having the SBA Ombudsman looking at all of the damage the CFPB caused my businesses because the CFPB did not do it's job. When the SBA Ombudsman responds I will adjust this rating up or down.

kassahun workneh: They denied my application with out enough reason. I am individual cab driver and i don't have any office working with YC DC and of course when i apply for grant they denied my application in two reasons 1) that my business address is not in low income area. ( i told them that i don't have office ). 2) that i have unpaid child support fee which is completely wrong because i never have that kind of issue in general they don't want help so disappointed.

Celebrating Singularities LLC.: Been approved and waiting for my deposit for nearly 6 months now. In This time I’ve lost just about everything I worked 6 years to get. The SBA has broken my spirit for small business. My experience with the SBA has been so alienating and damaging to my life that their is no way the SBA has an updated policy for disaster response. I’m just waiting on a deposit. No one knows the answer. Their seems to be a mystery around my application that no one in the United States can solve. I’ve talked to at least 10 people working at the SBA none of them had an answer to my problem and none of them sought to endeavor to find an answer. The sba is trash

j.alexander.clark: The SBA 8(a) Program fails help small veteran and minority businesses like mine across the U.S. For more than a year I have been working with this office in D.C. as well as individuals in San Francisco, CA office and these offices have perpetually provided vague, canned, untimely, and inaccurate information on how to get my Service Disable Veteran Owned / HubZone Business to be 8(a) certified. This type of stagnation actually hurts businesses like mine as the application process is lengthy and time-consuming and takes small businesses away from producing revenue. Over the coming months I will be reaching out to companies like mine to collect information on their experiences as well as providing a short video on my year with the SBA.

Aaron Cordovez: The SBA is a gem for US businesses to grow. The tools are fantastic and funding vital for expansion. Other countries are not as lucky as us, with the help that we get from this great organization.

Mike Smith: Bunch of lazy people. Takes forever to get a reconsideration Loan. The customer service reps are terrible ask for supervisor or tier 2 rep. Shame on the SBA!

Jason Steitler: As the 2020 protest settlement didn't include an apology for police conduct, the agency has yet to retrieve its honor from that day.

Karl H: Okay these police "dudes" are tasked with crowd control at a tourist place. They do have to be ready for the worst case scenarios. They look like the gestapo in many cases. Some were okay, made eye contact and so forth. Others seemed a bit aloof. Had one officer who didn't like the way I parked, got angry when I asked for information on correcting the issue yelling at me "ROLL". Being a smart-ass I retorted back, "Excuse me, didn't you mean have a nice day". He got really irritated,got out his car, and tried to intimidate me by threatening to cite me. When I responded with "Dude, I'm just trying to figure out how to get out of here." he got really pissed. "In the first place, I'm not dude, I'm officer and went on with his attempt at intimidation. The conversation went further south so to say. Fortunately his supervisor was there, interceded and calmed things down. So this officer got all control freak in his behavior over ~a parking issue~. He wasn't concerned over anyone being harmed, drugs being transported, or anything remotely criminal in nature. He was to exhibit that he was in absolute control over *patrons* at a museum area over a parking issue. I found the situation to be simply ridiculous. To the officer I would suggest he try to remember a single day at work in which a patron didn't make some mistake that didn't conflict with some rule. Is it appropriate to treat any of them with indignation and anger. Or is there perhaps a better option for handling these situations that occur every single day of your career at the National Mall?

Ann Best: I'm a Retired DC Police Officer and I know that these Police here have big issues with their positions. They don't have any respect for other Police officers n other jurisdiction. They need to learn how to talk to people. They need to learn How to Community Policing. They're pure Asswholes. Wait until one of them come to aid u and you'll see the true colors of these Asswholes. Black r worse than the White ones. There's a lot of them that can't come to certain locations in DC because they have been sued or the Judge has given them a stay away from certain places because of their Not knowing how to talk to people. 😇 Talk about what u have experienced, not just give them good ratings and u haven't seen them in action. Jesse Albright: This was one of the coolest tours I've ever done on DC.. Was fortunate enough to attend with one of my Is cohorts on a Is recent trip to Washington DC. The average American and the average consumer have no clue how much work this agency and this particular office within the USDA truly does for our world food economy. Was truly an awesome experience to be able to witness the lock down rooms where they do the agricultural statistics reports.

Jeffery Queen: Went to the Green Bank Green Zone. There are 25 miles in all directions from the Observatory free of cell phone towers. There was no physical evidence or activity that could be felt coming from a Targeting Console. There was however, all audio from the L-RAD sound and voice projection system. I was still targeted 100% of the time with out ever loosing or breaking the connection.

Joanne Boice: I called with an important question today. The lady who answered couldn't have been nicer or more empathetic.

Sonny Ng: One of the larger embassy in DC, it's a labyrinth of stylish Georgian buildings, regal paintings and statues, even an ornate English garden in the back, definitely more than a pretty penny of prim and proper setting for teas and biscuits. The staff were polite and curt, kinda snotty in the subtle English way. I only did the visual superficial tour so can't testify to level of service provided by the embassy.

Andrea Rosario: As an American, I don't think I've ever experienced such an unresponsive embassy (the automated system literally hangs up on you). It intrigues me that British people put up with this kind of service.

gerard lyons: Had a great dinner here with wounded warriors foundation. The building itself is beautiful and teh Ambassador was a great host. His parents were visiting to from UK and we sat with them at dinner, such a fun older couple!

Nadya Taylor: Wow. It is true that if I could leave negative stars I would do so. You can't speak to anyone on the phone, consulate transferred me to a message not a real person. When I emailed them with a simple question whether a green card holder would need a visa, they responded that they do not handle visa questions at Washington location and I can call and pay so much per minute plus a cost of phone call to get some help.

Matt Warren: No idea why so many of the reviews of this place are negative. I lost my passport and wallet whilst travelling the USA. Booked an appointment for an Emergency Passport online, followed the process and they even mailed me my Emergency Passport to a hotel I was staying at later on in my trip so that I could continue my plans. I had no issues using the Emergency Passport and the Embassy were even helpful and responsive to me when my scheduled flight out of Miami was cancelled (due to Hurricane Irma) and I had to get a flight out on a different date.

London Eevee Tokyo Ebisu - Swanslade 恵比寿-スワンズレイド: I like visiting the British Embassy, because we'll I am British and I live in New York. Whenever I'm in the Washington DC area I always visit. The place is excellent, clean, and the staff are polite. The building is beautiful too. I just don't get why everyone else has a problem!

Julie Kuhl: I have ONE simple question and what do I get? I get the worst British accent and a circle of nothing and I mean nothing. I need a working number for the Gov.UK. HM passport office. I got more information, better information from the United States immigration offices but I did not get a working phone number. What is the deal? Are they not here to help us? Seems to me that they, like the American government are off this week! I am so frustrate. If anyone has the correct phone number for the British Passport office please post it, post it anywhere, post it everywhere! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Saad Javed: My wife went to this post office today at 2 pm and received horrendous service. The person helping my wife was a middle aged, middle build, African American woman. She was rude, continued to cut off my wife, at one point she said "I'm not required to give you any information at all, you need to leave". Then she ignored my wife and was as rude as possible. The post office must be hurting for employees considering how this location has 2 stars and trashy employees like this one. Also, I'm 100% confident that USPS will do nothing about this. I wrote this review to tell the people reading to not use this trashy Postal Service location.

Claudia Salazar: Literally the worst customer service EVER. I have gone THREE DIFFERENT times to this usps to get my passport and EACH TIME ITS SOMETHING NEW THAT I CANT GET MY PASSPORT. This last time tho horrible later the one with glasses, heavy set, curly ended hair, light skin she was there for my second time as well when she wasted my time when her other colleague said I could get my passport and then she said no that I could not but that’s a different bad experience from the one today. I booked my appointment a month out! I got there exactly on time and sat down to fill out my paper work. Had to wait for the people in front of me by the time that was done it was 11am 15 minutes passed my appointment and she said that my time is up and I couldn’t get my passport and how I had her wait 20mins when it’s absolutely wrong, my appointment time was at 10:45. And she told me how the email says get there at 15 mins prior appointment time WHICH I DID BUT I HAD TO FILL OUT THE PAPER WORK AND WAIT FOR HER TO CALL ME! I explained my frustration and how this my third time here and how they constantly waste my time and she told me to make a new appointment which wouldn’t be available till next month when I need my passport urgently and when she told me to get out the way to so she can help the next customer. This people act like they are not getting paid to do their job! I don’t why the people who work at this facility act in such a way. Totally unprofessional and unreasonable. There was traffic because of construction on rock creek and there’s always construction on Connecticut ave. She could have been a bit more understanding but said how I wasted all my appointment time and it’s my fault. I know most usps are filled with arrogant staff but this staff here is absolutely ridiculous! Horrible horrible go to a different USPS!

Sue Busick: After 16+ years of trying to be nice and cooperative, I’m done. It’s my closest PO, but I’ll drive farther now to avoid this place. Rude, nasty, argumentative staff with everyone. I can’t imagine going to work all day and having a lousy attitude and foul mood. It must be miserable. Close this place or start with a new staff.

christine mcelhinney: Horrible experience. Front worker to refused to assist addicting my certified mail receipt to the package. Told me I did not “try hard enough” to do it it myself. Take your postal business elsewhere.

David Wong: Female staff rude and ignorant of rules. Refused to accept my package with $44 of postage affixed. She said stamps can only be on top of package. No such rules!!! I mail package to stamp collectors with beautiful stamps on all sides except bottom and had no problems at the Chevy Chase and Friendship Station. I came today after getting my Covid test kit at the library. This woman spoiled my day. She has so many complaints. Supervisor should look into this. I took it to Friendship station and they processed it with courtesy and cancelled the stamps gently.

Pierre Gomez: Staff was curt and rude. On a Saturday, visited three DC post offices to cash a postal money order, including this one, and none of them had enough cash to cash it. Worst of all I had to wait in line each time to hear the answer was no.

T B: I've used this post office numerous times over the last few years. It is true some of the staff can be somewhat indifferent & intimidating to say the least. However, my issue has to do with mail that seems to sit at this location for 5-8 days without moving an inch according to USPS tracking. I have dropped mail at other locations (M Street, Union Station and 18th Street/Adams Morgan) and don't seem to have a problem with items moving along quickly to the intended destination. So what is going on with this particular location moving items to the distribution centers in NE DC and Maryland? Even though this location is convenient for me it might be time to go elsewhere.

Peter Madsen: Ordered a package about a week ago now. Said it was coming for delivery today at about 8PM. I check the tracking at 6:30pm to realize an update saying “your package is available to pickup” So, how can my package go from about to be delivered to need to be picked up? And no, no one rang a doorbell or even swung by my house, they claim an “attempt” was made, when no attempt was made at all. Trash.

H B: Always “out for delivery” day of, then late evening “ready for pickup”. Pretending to do their routes is fraudulent at best lmao

trevor schmutz: I don't ever do this, but after seeing how many negative review there were on here I wanted to come in w a 5 star. The staff were super friendly and fun. I went in to apply for a first time passport and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I observed a staff member help multiple other customers, and she was kind and very helpful to the people she assisted.

Zenzalei Zee: Does not answer the phone. I got lost trying to find the place for my passport appointment and called to get directions. Because they did not answer to help me, I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. Then they would not help me because they said it takes 15 minutes for each customer. However, when you book your appointment, you do it in half-hour increments. They still had 20 minutes to help me for what they themselves said 15 minutes. Also, they have lost two of my packages. They come so late that our rental office is closed and the carrier cannot get in, so they say they will try to redeliver the packages and they never did. Amazon still has them as attempting to deliver my package on January 7. It is now January 11 and there has been no further update other than "USPS will try again on the next business day." That was yesterday. Meanwhile they are delivering other packages to my building. This post office is HORRIBLE and I miss having the one in Courthouse as my post office. I am going to issue a formal complaint with the USPS and I suggest others do, too. The postmaster here needs to be held accountable for the poor quality of the staff who work at this post office.

Emily Deanne: Not a huge fan of this post office. The lines are always long and the service is always slow. Sometimes the staff can be rude as well. If you can try to avoid going to the counter. I would recommend using the Kiosk or doing click and ship - so you print a label at home and can just put your package in the drop box. I have never had a pleasant experience going up to the desk. One time I had a package to send and the person behind the desk just took my package and tossed it onto another desk without saying a word. It was unclear if that meant it was going to be processed or if they wanted me to take it back. So I took it back and then walked it over to the drop box to put in in there. Otherwise, I was unsure whether it would just sit out on the desk all day!

Ryan Verey: Scheduled a passport appointment here with my 3 month old son. The lady was so rude I was honestly taken back. She said the pic would look bad because my child is white and wearing a white sweater. I said there was nothing in the application about refraining from wearing white to which she replied “it’s common sense”. The other lady helping me was nice and even said that she is always like this and difficult to work with. She was going out of her way to be rude. What’s funny is I told the nicer lady that we came here because this location is usually nicer than the staff on S Glebe (which are another level of rude) and she told me that this lady used to be at that location which I found kind of funny.

Olivia Lanham: Truly a terrible experience every time I go here. Long lines and bad customer service that surely incentives most locals to use other carriers in the area. Todays experience summarizes a typical sort of encounter- There weren’t many customers but there was a line forming at the post-it-yourself machine because apparently the main desk was down. I approached the main desk just to ask for advice and to borrow a singular piece of tape. The woman ignored me, had her personal AirPods in. I then stood back to wait as she took another customer (who was not in line). Everyone at the machine now realized that her desk was, in fact, not out of service. I found another attendant to ask for the piece of tape. She said they didn’t have any (???) but that I could buy some (not a normal roll, that wasn’t even in stock). Same goes for scissors to cut this tape. None sold, and I was told to use a pen. Two other customers were having similar experiences with the attitude of the women working, and the three of us helped each other sharing the supplies found in our purses- pens, scraps of tape, etc. We finally are able to attach our labels loosely to the prepaid packages, knowing that ultimately the lady behind the counter will more pristinely re-tape it all with the tape she apparently doesn’t have. I get it. They can’t give everyone a handout. But an act of kindness, especially when the store is not busy, does go a long way. The three other customers and I agreed that it’s worth it to just pay for better service elsewhere next time.

Kate Winterholler: Is the requirement to work here that you are the rudest, most condescending person ever? Never in my life have I received such horrible service. I am appalled at the way I was treated at this USPS passport agency— from the second I stepped in the door I was spoken down to in an EXTREMELY harsh manner for absolutely no reason whatsoever, and then, the woman conducting my appointment turned me away for a completely false reason (I have since verified to be VIABLE proof of citizenship by 2 different government agencies including the Department of State,) so she turned me away for no reason other than she is a lazy and inconsiderate person who doesn’t want to do their job and gets off on speaking down to people and ruining their day. Also, I asked for a pen while I was waiting to fill out the needed forms, and THEY gave me a blue pen, then proceeded to tell me blue ink is unviable and to re-do the form in black ink. YOU gave me the blue pen to begin with. The fact that our government functions like this is abhorrent. Thank you for the false information and cruelty!

Delena Ganey: Staff has always been very helpful, and the line is never more than ~4 people. I have never had a negative experience and have been here several times!

Kujnn Yaah: Tamika the Supervisor NOT HELPFUL and how long have the same problems with her and this post office now in this new location continues to happen. Tamika have not resolve issues with missing mail that always happen with the Carriers! Carriers loses mail quit often. REPORT THE SORTING MAIL OR CARRIERS WHO DO NOT DELIVER YOUR FIRST CLASS MAIL ALWAYS MISSING ESPECIALLY IF IT IS A GIFT CARD OR CREDIT CARD. THE POSTAL SERVICE IN ARLINGTON COUNTY NEEDS INVESTIGATIONS DUE TO HOW MUSCH MAIL IS ALWAYS TAMPERED WITH.

Cait O’Donoghue: Had a great experience with the passport office here-Tiana was fantastic, caught a few errors on my forms for my infant daughter, and was able to get them fixed. She also helped with my renewal application. I had an appointment and didn't wait at all. (just FYI the confirmation email didn't come through, but thats a USPS.com issue)

Leslie Smith: Staff is rude and does not prioritize customers. There was a line of five people and one staff member was standing at the desk organizing paper. After getting to the front of the line, I was told that I could not be helped because my package did not yet have tape on it. I brought my own and it took me two seconds to tape. I had to have it open to show them the return address on my return sheet before placing it in my package. They gave me a hard time about this too. I’m sad that this is going to be my new post office as it is next to my new apartment. I miss the treatment at the UPS store that was next to my old apartment.

Josh Johnson: Staff is rude and slow. They’re busy chatting with each other and playing with their phones while there’s a long line of people. They don’t answer the phone when I tried calling.

Bob O: Great price, very pleasant barbers. I went twice and will go back, but next time I'll ask to do a better job with blending. My hair is thin so it's obvious when the longer part on top isn't blended so well with the shorter sides.

Javier Silva: Senate Hair Care (SHC) Services is a very interesting barber shop/salon. It is located inside one of the Senate Office Buildings (Russell) and near the Capitol building. It is a full service salon for men and women. You do have to go through security to get into the building, but I believe it is worth the effort. Here's the most interesting part of this. There's two gentlemen by the name of Mario and David. These two combine provide for once 80 years of experience between them. Mario has been with SHC for about 42 years and David is about 40 years. They are great conversationalists. There are five stylists. They are all willing to take a walk in, if they don't have a scheduled appointment. They'll take "emergencies" even with a scheduled appointment. I do highly recommend getting an appointment because their schedules tend to fill fast, even being in a government building.

Bradley Beck: Great hair cut and the best price in town. If you are a staffer I highly suggest it. Even if you aren’t a staffer great haircut for much less then other places. So far every person that’s cut my hair has been fantastic.

Caleb McCarry: A gem tucked in the basement of the Russell Senate Office Building. A genuine old style barber shop. Mario is a very fine barber indeed. Call for an appointment. After your haircut, check out the refurbished Russell building courtyard. One of Washington's great unknown peaceful places.

Jessica Kirk: Fine haircut, hidden costs. My bill was ultimately $25 more than expected, because of extra costs like "styling" - literally brushing your hair straight/twisting it while drying. The extra cost was definitely not mentioned when I was asked if I wanted my hair to be dried and styled.

Justin Edwards: Needs Better Signage...After walking around the block 1.5 times looking for an entrance, I finally read a comment that said enter through the Renaissance Hotel. I found NO signs indicating where to enter, and once I got in the hotel and went down two escalators, I had to return to the hotel lobby desk to ask where to go. After speaking with the rude receptionist who told me there is a sign on the next floor down the escalator, I proceeded to locate it. I landed on the next floor looked around, and saw no sign. That is, until I walked about 30 feet and saw an obscure handmade sign about 75 yards down a hallway (literally). See photos, hope they help you find it more quickly than I did.

Erica Mckenney: I had a great experience with the people in the passport office when I went to get a renewal. They explained the process well and I was in and out in 15 minutes. They lady was also nice when I mailed my package.

Princess White: I don’t know what’s going on with this postal office but it’s no reason why I live in another state and still waiting on my package to be delivered. I ses a lot of people complaining about this postal office not delivering packages on time. My package was delivered a week ago. It now says that it’ was suppose to be delivered on March 28, 2022 I still have yet to receive my package. I just got a Alert that my package is being held at this Facility. People spend they hard earn money on packages to be delivered and you have people working here stealing this place needs to be reported and I will be making reports and going to the higher power about mines.

Katherine T. Bates: This location of USPS is the worst! Terrible Customer Service (there are a few exceptions when clerks are polite, knowledgeable & helpful) ...how does The Main P.O. in DC Not have a roll of stamps? I have stopped coming to this P.O. & now go out of my way to go to the P.O. on Kenilworth Avenue...the parking is hassle free..the wait in line is reasonable...the clerks are knowledgeable, friendly & always have supplies I need.. i.e. A Roll of Sttamps!! Please do better DC Main Post Office..your representation matters!

Ever Elizondo: The person who is in the passport area! does not attend well, gives the wrong information and is very rude when speaking! They should move her to another area. I have wasted my time going and not being able to get my daughter's passport because she does not do her job well!!

Kelsey Smith: Terrible. I hate the post office because everything is complicated. They couldn't help me print off the return label so I had to go elsewhere and then come back to actually send.

Kellyse Hood: I’m only leaving this review for MERCEDES! She had the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE OFFICE. I had the opposite experience with WILL. I feel that this employee makes customers feel belittled and demeaned. He isn’t very helpful and while I was there a few people in line actually waited on Mercedes to finish a customer rather than going to him. Overall, this isn’t the most efficient office, but there are peope like Mercedes that makes it a decent enough office to ship things from.

lex symone: y'all any bad reviews that you see on this page about this location IS TRUE. my package has been sitting in their facility for over 6 days now. very very sad, they sent it out, then my package came back to the facility that same day & its been sitting ever since. these workers are clearly lazy, don't do their jobs or most likely stealing packages & lying like their lost. if you order something pay more for express shipping so your things can be shipped w/ UPS or Fedex. I don't even wanna say its the whole company, its just THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION OF LAZY A$$ workers, bc I've never experienced a package sitting like this ever w/ USPS until my stuff got sent to this location for the first time. I've had packages shipped w/ USPS multiple times.

Tucker Gallagher: I go to this branch often because it is convenient. I am always in shock when I go to another branch to see how postal service should be. It is consistently a painful experience. The staff are rude, slow and ignorant. They epitomize lazy civil servants. There is rarely more that one person on duty. They go out of their way to go as slowly as possible.

Morgan Walker: Very rude, I was cursed out by a customer service rep, was told to go to “UPS” because I had to many boxes. I been calling to speak with a manager, they don’t answer the phone. Terrible experience.

Bill Sewell: I sent a 2 day priority package to my daughter in Washington DC 8 days ago. The package is just sitting now at the Washington DC distribution center, hanging out, having a great time with all the other packages. No working phone number, so no customer service. Never making this mistake again.

Willard Hine: Some years ago I tried unsuccessfully to get online access to my tax records. I gave up as no one, even the IRS, could tell me why this was happening. I tried again a few years back but the story was the same. I called and emailed every IRS department I could think of. I spoke with tax attorneys. I spoke with tax professionals of all kinds, both within the IRS, and elsewhere. I contacted my state senator and congressman but no go. I emailed heads of the IRS and the Treasury Department, and even the president of the US! I was told to go to this department or that IRS web page. I spent about 6 months this time around and ended up with the same results - NO ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL TAX RECORDS!! To this day I still have no access to my online tax records even though I filed for stimulus checks for my mom and I. And received them! I think IRS actually stands for Idiots Reign Supreme. But there is a silver lining to all of this. It’s because of companies like these that I am devoting my writing business to investigative reporting and consumer issues. See you on the web.

Welkay Link: No One from the IRS will help, the website can't answer your questions, the automated phone systems hang up on you. I have been trying to file my taxes for days. The IRS rejects it and says my IP PIN is incorrect (which I never got an IP PIN or entered it, so how can it be incorrect) so I go to irs.gov and get an IP PIN, and again the IRS rejects the return. The irs.gov website says to call and make an appointment with your local office, I call the number and the automated system says to go to irs.gov to make an appointment and that the automated system can't take my call and then HANGS UP. I have called every number for the IRS I can find, they all end up going to the same automated system that repeatedly directs me to the irs.gov website, I go thru the phone options, press all the correct buttons, enter in my information correctly and still the automated system says it can't take my call, suggests I go to irs.gov and then HANGS UP. NO ONE from the irs helps. ALSO - I am still waiting for my refund from 2 YEARS AGO I got last years return, but not the one from 2 years ago. How can a government agency act like this

Black Peach: The irs paid my child tax credit to someone else and now they want me to pay it back so they took my taxes and I did not receive the payment cant get in touch with anyone so I did not receive the credit and im paying it back yall a joke no one in the office or answering the phone run me my money

Wann Savoy: The number for the IPN doesnt work it constantly says it cant put me through because of call volume at 8 in the morning everyday. I also never recieved any letter stating that I would need a IPN this year, all of this is a inconvenience and you all need to step your game up.

Cedar Attanasio: I've had two tax issues, both times the IRS resolved quickly, courteously and conveniently. Most recently a $40 miscalculation (my fault). Easy to pay online, no fees for the transaction. One time when I was a freelancer a client of mine mistakenly submitted duplicate 1099s (falsely suggesting I had double the income). Called IRS, had a human on the phone in 5 minutes, and they resolved the issue within minutes on the same call. Keep up the good work, folks.

Tyler Mounts: Yeah when it comes to giving you the money they owe you they are behind but best believe if you owe them money they are on top of it and prompt about the IRS is a joke, such an inefficient poorly ran government entity so pathetic.

I'm a single mom with three kids I have been waiting patiently to receive my refund and not only is this unfair to me but this is also unfair to my family as we are struggling! There should be no need for me to be waiting over 6 months to receive something that rightfully belongs to me and my family...money that I need to survive at this point in time! I do not have a business, I'm not a CEO of some corporate office, and there should be no need for my return to be disputed or under scrupulous review! I demand that my money be sent to me and I feel that as a veteran of the United States Air Force and as an American it is my right to have my refund sent to me at an appropriate time! Shame on you IRS for not serving the people of this country!
