Aaron Contic: Came into this location to purchase a set of irons, found a set of Taylormade M2 irons that I initially thought were correctly priced at $499. I asked the team member working in the golf department that I was interested and ask where the rest of the set was. He replied that the rest of the set was missing. I asked what was the current price with 3 clubs of the 7 iron set missing? His response was “that’s the price, my manger won’t change it for some reason, but you can ask him” So I asked to speak to the manger which He initially said was available. I was then told that the manager currently on duty was conveniently on a conference call and was now unavailable and the answer was “NO” on a new price for the remaining clubs. To start the team member was friendly and helpful. That being said. I’m also a manager in retail and if a customer asked to talk to a manager about a reasonable question. Im not going to have my employee have to tell the customer “NO” That’s terrible customer service and it’s also a bad business practice to try to sell customers a product that’s missing pieces for the same price as if it’s not!

Misael Reyes: Staff was very helpful soon as I walked through the door security asked what I needed and I got it in less than 20 minutes I was out the door with my daughter's rollerblade slash roller skates

Maritza Cooper: Always a pleasure to visit this location. The store is always clean and organized. You usually get greeted as you walk in the door. The associates are always helpful and pretty knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help! Well stocked too! Bought a fitness trampoline to keep a 7 yr old from going stir crazy in an apartment during these NO School days! Hope it works! It was Waaay up high. Had 3 different associates make sure I got what needed. All while helping other customers.

When I tell you that the amount of "OUTSTANDING" customer service that the professional young lady "Ryan" gave to her while she was shopping was absolutely amazing!! I had to tell my cousin through the phone to please tell Ms. Ryan that the level of coatomer service she gave was "THE BEST" that I have seen in a very long time. Ryan if your reading this please keep up the good work!! I am extremely proud of you young lady.

Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Pooooooooooor customer service specialty from the manager

I shop around 8-10pm with fewer issues. No access to customer service, but the customer service is iffy at best during the day anyway. Excellent craft and party sections.

taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

scmi7y: Not too good experience, they did not have any of the 4 things we came for. Also they don't sell graphic cards in this store. Staff was 50/50 some was very helpful and good attitude. While others seemed annoyed by customers getting in their way and asking "stupid" questions. Somewhat hard to navigate the store. And prices has gone up lately.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Without a box or receipt in hand, we brought it back to see what may be possible to do. Associates TK, Nicole S, and Anton were able to use the debit card used to purchase to look up my receipt to get our return sorted. We so appreciate them going truly above and beyond to show us their compassion and excellent customer service.

Shayna Deverman: Dirty, unorganized, extremely low stock on everything. Items thrown everywhere, picked over. Shoe isle was a disgrace. Nice they have an “Ulta”, but very limited items. Took me several minutes to figure out where body wash was. Haircare, travel, makeup is all grouped together in the front/middle-like typical but body wash/deodorant was clear on the end of the store. Terrible flow. All that looking and they had very limited washes! Men’s selection had more to choose from. Went in there with a very basic list and got one thing on it… my nearest Walgreens was more helpful…disappointing since I love me a Target trip. I won’t be back to this one.

Kaila Gilbert: Good store, could benefit from more helpful signage 😂 idk throw a digital map on the wall or something. but even though I got vertigo/whiplash/confused trying to find a suitcase (they're on the 2nd floor in the wayback) no complaints and the people are good. Most people do self checkout bc line passes fast, so don't be intimidated if it's long. Idk choose your adventure. Shoe section looks a litttle crazy in the afternoons, but that's consistent with the behaviors/type of people who live here lmao. Moving too fast, not putting stuff back, lowkey entitled ahaha

Thomas Nali: NO PARKING VALIDATION Poor inventory. This is on a regular old Monday. I asked for the product I was looking for, they checked in the back, and said it was too hard to get to and another employee would work on it, but they don’t know how long it will be. This was at almost noon. Look at how few dairy products are on the shelf. Staff continued to prove unhelpful. I asked four different employees where a type of product was and they each told me to find someone who worked in that dept. OR they just told me they “probably don’t have it” WITHOUT even looking or bothering to find where it should be!! They tried to walk off but I said I am not satisfied until we find the shelf where it should be, and I’ve been looking for fifteen minutes. Took all of that to get some help finding one little thing.

Ted Socha: Ever since this Target added self-checkout, they've relied solely on it. At most, they open only one regular checkout line if self-checkout gets long. Better off going to the CVS across the street. 10/7/19 update: this place either needs to solve their self-checkout problem or open up more than one regular cash register

Sade Wilson: I was shopping today at the Washington D.C target store and was purchasing gift for my family I found some nice things and for a really good price. I went to check out and the items were ringing up different from what the price was upstairs I explained to the cashier he called for a manager. The manager name tiffany came and refuse to change the price the for two of the items but change it for the other too items. I continue checking out because I didn’t want to wait to long after I was done checking out I went upstairs to take pictures to show the manger she still refuse and walk away.

Donna Walker: Buyers we aware the prices in Target are going up every week and its terrible and make sure you know the prices of your items because the shelf price and the register price can be different at times. Security was following me for no reason so I had t let him know you are following the wrong person. I catch more people stealing at Target and I do not work there. Also, some of the employees are so rude. I will be recording my conversations with the employees when I need to ask for help as proof of how rude some of them can be.

VIRGINIA Parker: Very well stocked and clean associate ready to help you. Only one problem not enough cash register open to get the people out. But that's the problem in every store.

Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Adam Stoddard: You know you're in a good part of town when shaving cream and car electronics are kept under lock and key. Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

Oliver Anderson: Best target in the DC area. This location boasts metro accessibility and excellent customer service! One employee named Maximo was a great help for me finding aquaphor ointment in a hurry.

Philip Lu: Great place to shop. One of the employees, Kecia, is so helpful and deserves a raise!

Miguel Adamson: Generally clean and is stocked with essentials. Poor management from team leads. Unless you absolutely need something, save yourself the time and visit a different local Target at Cleveland Park or Bethesda.

peter wrede: Avoid this place! I bought a Logitech keyboard on Aug. 15, 2021. It stopped working on Sept. 24. I went to customer service / returns on Sept. 26, only to be informed that there is a "hard return" date of Sept. 14 on the receipt. I should have brought it back by then. Never mind it broke down after barely one month of moderate use.

Rachel L: Ran into this target to pick a few things up quickly. Was slightly confused on where to enter as there were side doors but the store was organized and clean. Self checkout was absolutely packed and there weren’t many lines guiding folks where to stand but it went quick. The items I was looking for showed as in stock in the store which was nice because I found exactly what I needed.

Stuart Miles-McLean: Be aware that although this is in an urban setting, this is not one of those little urban mini-Targets -- this is a full size Target. This was my first visit to this location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's in a great location, too, on top of a metro station, downstairs is a full size hardware store, and all around are lots of places to eat and shop.

Jonathan Shafer: Very convenient location on top of the Tenleytown Metro. Nice to be able to get necessities in the city. This location has less stock than a suburban store, but they have all of the essentials. Nice to be able to get kitchen wares, clothing, and other home supplies someplace that's in the big city. There is parking here, but I don't know whether or how that works for customers. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the store has been consistently disorganized with some stock on floor or otherwise out of place.

Emily Beitzel: Honestly, the store is awesome. It had everything that I needed and it was easy to shop. The one downside was how rude the cashier was. I have NEVER been talked to like this before. And I wasn't being rude. She kept wanting me to use the self check out lane when I had some target online price matches. I told her I had some price matches and I was given nothing but sarcasm and attitude. Definitely did not appreciate that.

Brianna Brockington: Nice, clean Target just a few walks away from the Metro stop. Found almost everything I was looking for, however there were some empty shelves in some of the food aisles during a non-busy time. Not a big deal breaker though. It's worth the trip.

Bryan Velasquez: Worst experience ever!! If I could give it zero stars I would!i Felt racially profiled by Daniel he called him a manager. I asked why where you following me like if I was steal king when I was just shopping for baseball equipment. Daniel started getting my face talking back really rude and yelling at me and my brother for no reason. When all I was doing is shopping. Do not bother to come to this Sporting good store! Just support your local sporting good store!

Heather Bodenhamer: Okay, I wouldn’t normally do this but I walked into Dick’s for the first time (this location) and immediately was greeted by a door man who asked if he could help me find something which yes I needed help, he then told me the general area and where and not only that he got another staff member to help me find it right away so I was in and out in 5-10 minutes. This was awesome service. In a world where I feel i am bothering staff by asking for help if I can even find someone to help me this was refreshing. Also check out was fast and everyone was friendly, in contrast to say target or other stores where the lines to self check out are so long and they barely have any cashier lanes open. I will be back!! Thank you for making my time pleasant and obviously doing something right with your store and employees!

Heesun Eom: I usually don't write reviews but the store manager was exceptional. I stopped by today due to some issues with my golf clubs (purchased online) and he was extremely helpful and kind! He truly cares about his customer's experience!

Dianna Cahn: I am very impressed with the management. I had trouble getting service and walked up front to order something and he asked me if I found everything I needed. When I said I couldn't get served, he not only took care of the order, he gave me a really good discount to say the store takes it's service seriously. I was quite impressed!

Dean Webb: We were looking for Hoka sneakers and the Springfield location only had 1 pair. Here we had a large selection of colors and sizes. We ended up each buying a pair. Our Foot Dr. (Dr. Garrett) highly recommended Hoka for the way they fit and how solid they are especially coming off a broken foot. Plus they are so comfortable. We can plan for when the walking boot comes off in 2 weeks. The service was good, but busy, as there were several customers trying on sneakers (including Hoka's) while we were there. This location stays busy.

jenalomba: Staff is friendly and asks if you need assistance. Miguel who was in the shoe department has infinite patience for your perfect fit. Prices are high, but the selection is good.

Sharon: I know, I went through more than 30 items at their sidewalk sale...all had the purple dot "new just reduced" Nothing but 6 display exercise machines; none, small for condos or apartments, which a majority of folks live in, in the DMV...sad. Nothing but overpriced clothes. Waste of time coming here.

B. Howard: I have done online order pick-up twice at the Bailey’s location and it is flawless! The entire process is a breeze and probably the best I’ve experienced from any business since covid. You receive an email when your order is available to pick-up and check-in using that same email when you arrive. There’s even a place to describe what you’re wearing or where you’ve parked depending on if you’re doing drive-up or in-store pick up. Once you’ve checked in, your order is out fast! It is also clear as soon as you walk inside that there is a high level of customer service here. I will definitely utilize store pick-up at this location again in the future.

Julian Scott: The employees at this location are helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to this location for years and haven’t had a bad experience yet.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

Connor Black: My friend is a former employee at this establishment and I decided to post this on their behalf to protect their anonymity. First off, HR is prone to scheduling shifts at horrible times with little regard for the time you will have between shifts. Now this could be fixed if HR was more present and was available to talk about shift scheduling and issues that arise from how they do it. Secondly, the General Manager is very aggressive with their style of management. They often are talking down to people and attempting to single them out for ridicule or to give attitude to. They also have zero regard for a worker's wellbeing or health, instead putting the business before the people who have to make sacrifices for it. If you ever do call out and the GM answers, be prepared because she will try to gaslight you and talk you out of whatever your legitimate reason for not being able to come in is.

Portia Massado: I was a former employee there and the reason why I left was for a career choice and also because of the GM Jemima Canage. Jemima Canage is THE WORST GM to work for the company. Target is her LIFE and if your in school or have a second job PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Control freak YES she is. Jemima will over work you and will not give gradititude in return unless your a male that work in her store. She talks very mean and nasty to associates like they are nothing to her. I even had an incident where she yelled and charged herself at me like I was a child. It made me very very upset and if another manager wasn’t present I would of lost my job for walking out due to Jemima poor management skills. I even had customers come in and complain about how rude and mean she is. She also like to try to undermind people like they lack common sense. She recently fired someone for no apparent reason at all. She forced that man to come to work sick after expressing that he wasn’t feeling well. And he called the ambulance for himself just to prove to Jemima that he was sick. And in the process of her firing one person she lost 8people from that store. Even her ASM left because of her, 3LPs, and 4 associates. And right before I started 6months ago the original associates that were there had already gave the new people the rundown of Jemima Canage and how much they hated her and how she acts towards her employees. She doesn’t onow how to humble herself or treat people with REPSECT. She demands it then earning it or giving it back in return. And the nexr person she raises her voice at WILL NOT be as nice cause trust me I was VERY VERY ANGRY about it. Please get rid of that bad engery in that store. I feel sorry for all the people that are still there.

Kerry Delf: Small but fairly well provisioned food section, with both snack foods and some home groceries, heavy on the convenience foods. Prices are high but better than other stores in the area. Conveniently open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays, in an area where other stores close at 9 or 10, but it closes earlier on other days of the week. Free parking with store validation. Downside: Service was sparse and heavily dependent on self-service—there were no employees on the floor helping customers, and of three employees around the checkout counter, only one was operating a register, quite lackadaisically.

Peyton Doyle: Great small format Target in a really accessible part of Cleveland Park (and just steps from the Metro stop). Impressed with their selection of fresh foods. Nice home goods section too. Unique underground store. Really friendly employees! I will certainly be back.

They took the investment of digging underground for the store (kind of like their NYC Tribeca location) and it definitely paid off. Validate parking when you leave since there's a lot attendant and a gate... no joke. Prices upscale for the location, but they had what I needed and would probably visit again.

Lindsay Cooper: Purchased baby food online that was listed as in-stock. Received notifications that it was ready to pick-up. My husband went to pick it up and not only did they not have our order, they didn't have the product in stock. My husband then decided to purchase other items while he was there and was followed closely around the store by security so much that he had to ask the person to back off. I called Target HQ and they confirmed that the order was ready for pick up. I'll be going back to Amazon after this experience.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: It is Very nice and very clean. It is small in size, but they've got everything from groceries to clothes and electronics. It is conveniently located near the red line Cleveland park metro station, and bus ( L1, L2) stop. when you walk in this location, it looks like you're at a duty-free shop at an airport. It is also a quick 5 minute walk from the zoo.

M P: Free parking but you MUST get your ticket validated in store. Great for quick Target run. You can always find helpful employees and if you don’t see what you are looking for ask and they’ll get it in stock. Great manager. Super clean store. Perfect location.

jeanine Sokolowski: Bought two kids bikes from this store two months ago. (May 2021) Both bikes keep falling apart. This is the second time the breaks have come apart on my daughter. Then my sons bike was not put together well at all. His is a small 12in bike and the hand bar keeps pulling out and his pedals fall off. My daughters 20 in bike has break issues. These bikes were not cheap either. I’ll NEVER will buy a bike from this place. So much disappointment.

Sassy Sauce: This store opened a couple years ago and it’s always nice and clean. The day I went after work the store must have just received a truck because there were boxes of product on most of the aisles. But this store is generally very clean and organized. This isn’t a normal sized target though, it’s definitely smaller and has more of a convenient store type feel. But all of the normal Target staples are still there. There is parking under the store and it’s accessible using the escalators or elevator. There is a Starbucks as well. It’s a great store to visit!

Tracie: Pros: Near my home. New store. Available parking structure. Decent customer service. By decent i mean - I haven't had a negative experience with the customer but no one has gone above and beyond helping me. Cons: Generally feels empty. Yet every time I enter the store i notice staff are in the middle of restocking and have crates of things in the middle of the hallways blocking the pass way. This was even before covid so not sure whats going on (pictures shown from Dec 2021). Also, doesn't appear to be a parking attendant so anytime anyone lost their ticket, their is chaos trying to get out. Finally, prices seem a little higher than other targets, i get the sense that because its smaller things are limited and maybe marked up? Or maybe its just inflation and the whole food chain/ports being a hot mess.

Mysiki X Valentine: Whoa! Let me begin on a positive. There is a cashier (older Black woman) Joan, who is the most pleasant staff worker. However, the younger staff can often be found tucked away on phones, having side conversation and etc..so finding help is always difficult. In addition, the customer service could never be described as friendly. But it does not end there, this is one of the worst Target’s I’ve ever went shopping. The store shelves stay empty. I recently order Beats headphones online for pick-up, I was emailed saying my order was ready—but when I got to the store the manager cancelled my order, stating the item was not in the store. Long behold, I walked to the back and there sat 3) pairs of the same item I came to pick-up. Her attitude was out of this world, I couldn’t believe she worked in customer service. No matter what time of the day, the aisles have carts full of products yet to be put away. Makes the store seem chaotic and disorganized. If it’s a quick stop, I’d advise going elsewhere. Looking to do serious shopping, never stop here. To end on a positive the food section is normally well stocked and presented nicely.

Kareem Carter: Lets start by saying I am appreciative of having a Target in this area of DC. The parking facility is safe and well lit, the store was reasonably stocked and clean. My gripe is with the professionalism of the management and the completely ineffective way they run the checkout line. they funneled everyone through one line and when several customers skipped the single line and went straight to the register, they were allowed to do so.....causing frustration to the other customers in the line. This was brought to the lead employees attention and she sarcastically dismissed my frustration. They should really signage up on how the checkout line works!

Erin Truax: I have been to this Target a few times because it is the most convenient for me (and parking is easy) but I always leave feeling very frustrated. There are constantly boxes of inventory waiting to be unpacked that are blocking the aisles and many shelves are often missing product. I have shopped at different times and on different days, but this seems to be on ongoing issue for this location. If you’re able, I recommend a different location.

J Por: Went in for some quick toys for my nieces and nephew. Turned in to their Loss Prevention racially profiling my partner, and followed us around the store the entire time for 60 dollars worth of merchandise, part of which, we had to find an employee to get. We initially went in to make a return, and unfortunately had the idea to shop the last bit of our list. Workers letting people (guy in a blue hoodie was wearing a red shirt so possible employee?) walk around without a mask even though DC has a mandate, and the stores inventory is always in the way. Should have been more concerned following him to give him a mask instead of two people who were in your store less than 25 minutes. Overheard an employee talking about managers asking the team to get tested because of a potential positive employee. Overall, the worst experience I’ve had by far. I’ve been a consistent customer for three years, but no more. This location is best avoided. Trust me.

livingmytruth 2: Joan has the best customer service ever. I came in this location with my 98 year old grandma and she made my grandma feel sooo good and proud and she really has a positive attitude. Thank you for making my grandmother’s shopping experience so pleasant . I will actually make this my home store now because of her pleasant demeanor

Aaron Blackmon: Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to a Walmart that is all red and has Target signs? Well wait no longer! This will fit the bill. The validated parking is a mess. The store is never stocked but simultaneously stocking everything at once and the lines are NEVER open. I only went there after learning my initial lesson months ago because it’s so close and I wanted to get a few things but even still it wasn’t worth it.

Chris Todd: The staff inside the store were friendly and helpful. However, the parking attendant was about as useless as a square wheel. I wanted to recharge my car. The sign in front of the chargers read "See attendant to activate". This dude was just sitting in his car. He refused to get up and wave whatever card he needed to wave to unlock the charging station. He didn't even acknowledge me other than saying "Uh". I tried activating the station with my SemaConnect app, but the station was locked out. I'm sure this Target is great, but I wouldn't come here in an EV because the dude who runs the chargers can't be bothered to get out of his car to do his job.

Be Grateful: I wanted to run out of this place the moment I stepped in the shoe department because the customer service was horrible! A tall white young man acted as if we were bothering him, kept walking away from us, and basically tossed the box of sneakers at us. Then, Martel walked up to us, made eye contact, and asked us what we were looking for. He was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Any company would be thrilled to have Martel working for them! We purchased the pair of running shoes he suggested. I hope DSG appreciates and promotes this young man!

Kevin Lopez: I drove 40 mins and did a online pick up, right when I get there she says we tried calling you but your phone went straight to voicemail which was a lie. There was no missed calls on my phone at all and the lady that handles online orders said she substituted the color that I originally wanted for something else. She just walked away after I told her that's not the color I wanted and said she's just going to cancel my order without giving me a receipt. As I was leaving the store I get a message saying thank you for picking up your order, which obviously I didn't pick up anything because they messed up my order. I had to walk all the way back from my car to go get a receipt saying that they canceled it. Bad customer service don't recommend for anyone to order anything from here.

They seem to have addressed that when moving to the mall. The selection is very large and I was able to easily find sneakers and actually for a reasonable price.

Beware at the pharmacy here that is only after the money and don’t care about the actual care of the medicine for the individual client like they want to play games on health.

Better to go to the Potomac Yards Target is you are able to drive. It works for one off things and is in walking distance of most apartments and work offices.

Chris DeLorenzo: I think I may have just had the worst customer service experience of my life. I'm not exaggerating about that. I went to this Target today and tried to buy a few things. Since Target is too cheap to pay actual cashiers, I went to the self-checkout. I scanned a few items, but when I tried to scan my bananas, the screen on the machine said "thank you for your patience, an associate will assist you shortly." I looked around. There was an employee next to me. She seemed not to notice. But I figured the system must have alerted someone, so I waited. The employee walked behind me. I guess she saw the message on my screen. She flagged down her co-worker and pointed at me. Yes, just pointed. Didn't interact with me at all. Didn't say, "this gentleman needs some help." Just stood there and pointed her long, bony finger at me, as though I were a piece of defective merchandise. Her coworker said "I'll be there in a minute." To her, not to me. Again, no interaction with me at all. I stood there for another 45 seconds or so while both employees also just stood where they were, not appearing to be doing anything. Finally, I had had enough, so I left all the things I was going to buy at the checkout machine and walked out. As I was leaving, I heard the second employee say "oh, he left." Not a single attempt to get my attention, apologize, or avoid losing my business. Not a single iota of interaction with me, even though the store was mostly empty and neither of them were dealing with other customers. Also, they were selling apples at $1.09. No, not $1.09 per pound. $1.09 per apple. Even the most nefarious Whole Foods executive would consider that a rip-off.

Alicia Halim: Of course we all love Target. The Rosslyn location was a gem.

Leigh Edmonds: I regularly visit the Rosslyn Target location because it is within walking distance of my residence. It does not carry nearly as many products as a normal Target and it’s prices are often higher than the larger Targets in the region, but it’s convenient. During COVID, this store took every precaution to keep customers safe - carts and baskets were properly sanitized between uses and self checkout kiosks were as well. When things began to open up, however, the sanitation practices ended and the courtesy wipe station has been empty….this has gone on for months…months. We are still in a pandemic! I hope they rectify this soon, but until then - bring your own wipes and something to layer the bottom of your filthy basket because if you ask a staffer for a wipe, they’ll tell you with an annoyed tone that they don’t have them.

Rina: I just purchased a laptop here 10 minutes after I called the store and told them that I was coming to pick it up. I waited a good 10 - 15 minutes to be assisted and Ms.Toi stopped what she was doing just to help me when she seen no one else would. Her kindness and patience is very much appreciated. She has amazing energy, was respectful and was really quick at getting me checked out . I would definitely visit again just because of her .

Sue Lacy: Masks are required in this store but many employees wear them under their nose and even on the chin. This included employees who appear to be supervising cashiers. I avoided the shortest line the other day because the cashier had her mask below her mouth. I’d like to see either the mask rule changed (so we can avoid going in if we prefer) or the rules enforced.

Cristian Madero: Tonight, me and my family had an unfortunate experience at our local target. We stopped at electronics section and I found, at that jungle (that section is always a complete mess) a game whose price was tagged as $16,99. But when we arrived to the cashier to pay our groceries, we found out that the actual price was $59,99. When I tried to explain to the cashier the price was wrong, she used her scanner and gave me another price, this time $46,99. It’s like nobody knows what’s going on in that section. Even their competitor is tagging that game per $20 so what happen to the Price Match Guarantee?? When I spoke with the manager, she said is not able to match that price, so who is lying to me?? The publicity, the Company or just basically the manager didn’t want to help me. I attached some picture so everybody can see what I’m talking about.

Barb Urias: I love Target in general because of their customer service but also like this location. They’re pretty efficient with drive up orders. The only reason for the four stars is because they ask you where to put it even though the app asks you.

Alexis: Extremely busy location, but I’m very satisfied with their products. This particular location never has any stock issues. My only issue is that this location is incredibly busy all the time. Definitely plan your day when coming to this target. Thankfully, their drive up is very quick and efficient! All in all, excellent target location.

He should not be a manager, very combative, and No problems solvers. Very sad he start getting combative for a $5.00 dollars proving that he own the store, I had the receipt and he’s arrogant behavior, or I should call stupidity behavior is not acceptable.

Phillip P.: This Target location isn’t too bad. Selection can be spotty but it’s slowly improved the last year or two. Parking is a nightmare. The parking lot is always full even when the store isn’t. Grocery produce could be expanded and improved.

The parking lot is a regular outdoor parking lot with normal sized spaces. I appreciate their kind and professional staff, as well as, stress-free complimentary parking. September 1, 2016 Update: I still really love this Target store. They really do have the nicest most caring staff from management to stock clerks to cashiers. However several of the 'Price Check' kiosks are broken and have been out-of-service since April or May. 4 months is too long to wait for repairs or replacements. Please repair or replace. Thank you.

Orlando G.: It was my first time at this location. Monday January 7, 2019. Usually I give 5 stars for all my reviews (except two now including this one). This store (and most of the shopping carts I saw) had a trash/rubbish problem. I picked a "clean" cart but even still it had 3 pieces of trash shown. Besides that everything I needed was in stock. I'd come back again because I'm sure it would be better.

Noor Ayoob: Target/CVS , I been here before but not the CVS. Long short story. My mom was out on her one medicine and the CVS on Beauregard Street were out si they told me to go to this CVS to pick up the medicine. I drove here and they did not send the prescription so the fantastic ( Emily) the pharmacist she helped me getting the medicines on time and my 40 minutes drive did not go waste . This target is clean and organized and all the staff are awesome and friendly. Good job guys.

Victoria K: The pharmacist, Joe, is highly incompetent. I’m visiting from out of town and had a physician call in a nausea medication for me around 1 PM on 4/8. The physician stated he had never had such difficulty calling in a prescription before - not even for anything related to the medication, sig, or dosing - but because the pharmacist, Joe, could not understand the patient name is “Victoria” and not “Bigtoria.” Odd because Victoria is a fairly common name whereas the latter is not. It would’ve been comical, except for the fact that I went to the pharmacy approximately 24 hours after it was called in to pick up my medication and Joe told me he didn’t have it ready. He stated, “I told the physician you needed to call the pharmacy because we did not have an account for you.” But that was false, because I was with the physician when he called it in. And although it has been a while, I do have an account with Walgreens. I’m sure Joe just didn’t take the time to do the central search as it would’ve been too much work to click one extra button. Not only that, I work in a pharmacy. If a medication is called in for a new patient, you do the logical thing and create a new profile. You can update the insurance when the patient arrives. But nope. Joe said I was supposed to call ahead of time and he made no attempt to create a profile, even though he showed me he had all of my information written down accurately when I arrived. That’s definitely not a Walgreens policy since I’ve worked in a Walgreens pharmacy. That’s just Joe doing less than the bare minimum at his job. But he was so kind as to offer that I wait an additional 40 minutes to fill something that should’ve been done 24 hours ago. But I declined and remembered why I never fill my prescriptions at Walgreens.

Seifu XXV: Absolutely worst customer service. Carlos was rude from the moment I walked in the door. I don't normally post negatively but this was the one exception.

Bgt Yhn: Pharmacy staff is legitimately awesome. Best service of any retail pharmacy I’ve ever been to, they will really go out of their way to help you.

Shayna Deverman: Very clean, stocked store! Had everything I needed and more for staying at hotel across street. Cashier was very sweet. Great selection of travel products also!

Ling Chen: A big no no place. Their staff are both rude and incapable. They behaved rudely towards my family and child and yelled at a very cute three year old. They also did not know how to handle normal purchasing through credit cards. They also were not able to print out receipt because they did not know how to put that roll of paper in for printing. I have to say that the manager of this store location must be incapable, and this is the worst pharmacy I have been to in the past 20 years.

Top Riwin: Had my moderna vaccination shot here, the pharmacist (Teddy) was really helpful. He talked us through the process and gave us a vaccine shot 👍👍👍

Anna Allen: I go there occasionally, it’s good store. Good selection. Quick photo printing. However, this time I needed a picture for my European passport taken which is 1.37x1.77. They told me that they cant do it. Which is a false information. I went to another Walgreens in union station and they took it. Dear Walgreens on 22nd street: In your photo kiosk, it is set by default on US passport but if you click on it it gives you option of different dimension for different counties. You’re welcome.

The pharmacist on staff Saturday morning (Oct 26) was so helpful and he was very quickly able to fill my 3 orders for 2 days worth of meds to get me through the weekend. Hannah Elizabeth: I don't think I've ever bothered to review a store before, but I strangely impressed by how well managed it is here. The minute we walked in, an associate welcomed us and asked what we were looking for, showed us the direction, and radioed in for the associate in the back to receive us, after-school 2 other associates checked in with us. Very attentive for a sports store and worth the mention.

Ibrahim Powell: The place is run by teenagers on weekends and evenings so the customer service can be a bit lacking at times. They have most of what you need for the majority of sports. Pretty general stuff for almost all sports, but not a lot of high end specialty products for any particular sport.

Curbside pickup is suppose to be quick and not take 20 minutes! No one ever came out and I had to go inside the store to grab my order.

James Dreyer: I've had several issues with this pharmacy - more than once I've been called saying my prescriptions are ready, only to arrive and have them nowhere to be found - I've even spoken with the pharmacist directly over the phone to confirm, and then arrived to be told that they didn't have it (this happened 3 times last month). For what's supposed to be a professional service, their pharmacy counter seems startlingly disorganized, and there seems to be a lack of urgency or accountability on their end for something as important as prescription medications.

Greg Lennon: The worst experiences here even though it’s only 2 blocks from my house. I’m always waiting 20+ minutes at the pharmacy, even though there is only 1-2 people in front of me. Then they refuse to fill my daily medication because it’s been 29 days not 30 and I run out tomorrow - so i have to come back in the day I’m out and hope they have it in stock in order to do my job properly. Will never be coming back - go the CVS 2 blocks away.

Stephanie Mercedes //: If i could give this pharmacy a lower rating I would - this is the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. I have been here four times and called multiple times and they still managed to mix up my prescription even after calling me and telling me it was ready. I would recommend hitting your head against a wall before using this pharmacy. I have no idea why walgreens hates its costumer’s so much or why they are so dedicated to horrific customer experience. I also witnessed another woman being denied her medication. HORRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Serenity M: I usually don’t shop at Walgreens but since the closing of the local CVS I started transitioning to Walgreens. I’m kind of glad that I did so because the store is clean and beautiful. I think the long lines should be worked out a bit better but overall I had a great experience. The staff was ok and the employee Miguel was a joy, he greeted me and was very knowledgeable of the store. He made sure he took care of me and the other customers especially with the king lines. I think I will definitely be back!

Mei-Ling Campbell: The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone. I was on hold for 2 hours yesterday. I almost busted my stitches screaming at the phone when the pharmacy hung up on me the twice today. I just had surgery and can’t exactly walk up there. Their app won’t let me sign in because there’s a glitch that won’t allow the state to be entered. I’m getting my meds moved elsewhere because the level of inadequacy for a pharmacy that’s supposed to care about people’s well-being is just ridiculous.

Kareem Yakub: This post is a confirmation of my previous two-star review. First comes the good: the store is in immaculate shape, the selection is great, and products are in stock. Then there’s the bad: never waited in such a long line at the pharmacy, never been in such an inefficient line at the register where there’s one cashier and two workers up front who aren’t helping, and never given up on making a purchase cause no one arrived to unlock the shelf for me to get an item (toothpaste). Conclusion: a store is only as good as the people who work in it. Either hire more workers or train them better.

Phillip Reinhardt: For the past 5 months in a row... it's a headache getting my prescription refilled. The back and forth causes countless followups and a 2-3 week delay. I had enough and now get everything delivered, no issues, with Capsule. Sorry Walgreens... but ya won't be seeing me for a long while.

Taquila Clark: I visited Walgreens formerly known as rite aide after there grand opening and I must say the prices are a bit higher but the store is beautiful and clean. The staff are ok and the manager Miguel and Lahsen are always so nice and helpful.

Sean Shanahan: Went grocery shopping. Had a full cart of food and ice cream. When I finished shopping I went to self checkout and the lady running self checkout told me I couldn't use self checkout because I had a full cart. I went over to the line in one of the cashier isles and the line was slow and long. I told the lady in self check out if she wasn't gonna let me check out there that I was leaving the full cart of food and ice cream. If you can offer fast service so that the ice cream doesn't melt before I get home then I won't be shopping here any more.

Patricia Miles: All items were available. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially helping me get a scooter to drive since my walking is limited. No wait at checkout.Asked if I needed help to my car to unload groceries, then took scooter back.

Laquethia Norman: I had the worst experience at this walmart. On 5/16/22 between 10am and 10:30am I wanted to make an exchange and return. I had 5 pieces of clothing to return and two shorts in smaller sizes that I wanted to buy. A heavy set woman with red hair and a slightly receding hairline told me I had to go to the checkout line to redo my purchase and gave me a giftcard when I simply wanted cash. It didn’t make sense being that I am returning almost $30.00 and maybe buying $10.00 worth of items. The moment I ask her why I didn’t receive cash instead, she caught an attitude with me and proceeded to raise her voice as if I should’ve comprehended what she pretty much forced on me. Now I have no other choice but to spend ALL of my money on Walmart since she wanted to be inconsiderate. The only good news is I filed a complaint with a manager after waiting an hour on the phone and multiple departments hanging up on me when I tried to contact a higher up. Hopefully they strive to be better.

Plan plenty of time to set aside for this unrelenting process because every time you call back it seems the same person who doesn't know how to answer a phone will answer and subsequently, hang up on you. Doesn't make you want to actually frequent a store in which an employee who doesn't know how to pick up a phone is in charge of answering one, mind sometime in this century. Still don't know if they even have what I'm looking for because of their nonexistent customer service.

Gloria Aaron: Poor TLE service shop. They installed mew battery. My jeep broke down. My other car repair owner don't blame install new battery. They took caps red/blue of top battery. What are wrong with the team? They're not training nothinh. Next future never go back install new battery again or tires for good.

Kiah Bennett: This is not what I'd consider a supercenter. Yes it has the grocery and all the other items, but it's on the smaller side. Smaller Walmart means less variety of all the products in the store. I was looking for an under bed storage bin, king blanket, and some double insulated water bottles. I found a king quilt with a soft side that fit my needs, but I wish there were more options. I'm definitely used to seeing a much bigger selection of the bottles, but I found a couple I liked. There should be more options without straws. And they had next to nothing for storage which was really disappointing. The store is cramped and you're basically on top of whoever else is in the same isle. The parking lot was small and full. I will not be returning here. I need an actual SUPERCENTER.

Brianna Morton: Accused us of stealing and made a commotion, when they finally confirmed the purchase and allowed us to leave they offered zero apologies for falsely accusing us. We we’re buying formula and diapers for my 5 month old nephew. The greeter at the door was screaming at us and would not allow us to explain that we paid for the items, even though he could clearly see that we did because he was STARING AT US the entirety of the time we were at the self checkout! Poor service all around it took about 5 employees before a nice woman finally went to check the transaction. They were attempting to seize the similac formulas we purchased with our remaining WIC balance, and if they had done so my sister would not have been able to feed her son! If one person didn’t stop to actually check if we were telling the truth he would have gone hungry that’s ridiculous! Not to mention this ordeal occurred in front of all the customers that were staring and employees kept walking up to see the commotion, it was absolutely HUMILIATING! This is why I never go to this Walmart, extremely unprofessional and nobody knows how to act.

I bought a eyebrow pencil and a eyeliner which she didn't even put in a bag( nor asked if I wanted a bag). Ace: The cashier was seemed mad and annoyed for no reason at all, didn’t seem like they wanted to be there at all.Avoid going to this location if you can, workers hate their job here apparently.

Rj Mendes: StoryTime. So anyone who uses Walgreens photo center regularly, knows there’s weekly deals EVERY week. Because I couldn’t find the card I wanted to use, I decided to pay in store for the pics I uploaded from my mobil device. I didn’t go through my coupons at checkout online because I’ve used them at the register in the past, so I didn’t think anything of it. The young lady with the red faux locs seemed to be single handily running the store. She printed my photos, advised me where I could find food items, she was unpacking merchandise to stock and ringing up customers. She’s definitely deserving of a raise. When it came time to ring me out I told her I had a coupon from my email. Because there was no SKU numbers to scan she had to call the manager. Now the manger comes out and says my 50% coupon expired yesterday. Ok. So I went online and found a 40% coupon on the Walgreens website. This woman says I’d have to place the order online and checkout using the coupon code instead of honoring the discount. I ended up leaving rather than pay full price for those items. I’ve never had this issue with the Walgreens in SouthWest. I guess they’re going to trash the photos versus trying to resolve the problem and I’ll replace the order, being careful to send it to another Walgreens.

I paid for my items with cash and the cashier took my $20 and had it in the air for an extended period of time trying to see if my money was fake or real; which of course it was real. Furthermore, when a "white" customer behind me paid with cash the black cashier didn't do the same thing. I reported the concern to the manager but I feel it may have felt on deaf ears smh.

Xanthe Bruning: What ever you do, do not buy the wraps and meat (chicken) products from the fridge section. We are a family of 6 travelling around the US from Australia and we got some wraps before we got onto a bus tomorrow. 4 of us ate the wraps and we have all come down with a case of food poisoning which is great when you are travelling especially when you’re going on a plane the next day. Make sure that if you buy anything from the cold section that it isn’t anything that could make you sick like chicken and other poultry products.

Derek Wilson: Uninon Station bad period. Security has no respect and they make up lies to run prejudice. I would give Walgreens 3 to 4 stars yet money and purchases are no good because security wants to start problems with people so why go there if they're going to run S floats, but the people trying to make a difference they run evil on mob and I stand behind that statement 30 yrs plus experience, because you're crooked. I even called the police on those idiots for making false accusations escalating and try to block me from getting out. Who the hell would want to stay there? I wasn't sleeping, my eyes wide open, as why you approached me from a distance talkin all that S... in today's Times how could you even make it from place to place when are running like a waste of space. SuperMary Manhattan: i love this store. it’s quiet and cozy and staff is friendly. most Target stores are huge and noisy and messy especially during weekends. this one feels like your neighborhood’s store — they may not have large quantities of stuff. but i find that they have as many or more varieties of stuff than other stores of similar sizes.

Jeff Shuman: Hard to know how to use this Target. It's much bigger than a mini-mart, but a lot smaller than a normal Target. Surprisingly good selection: clothing, electronics, housewares, food, pharmacy, alcohol.

Loann Nguyen: A little small but it has everything I was looking for. Plenty of parking spaces. Clean, good customer service. I see a Verizon kiosh here. There are also elevators for carts. Just park on the upper level to avoid all the escalators and elevators. Fresh fruit, perishables, frozen are also offered here.

April Moyo: Smaller Target than I was expecting... is this some kind of "boutique" store? Found what I needed but selections are slimmer. Just know before you go.

Edward Holman: I’ve been coming here since August and they are rarely ever stocked, even when the website says items are in stock. Target needs to find a better way for the in-store inventory to better communicate with the website inventory and keep the shelves stocked. I don’t think it’s a individual store problem, rather a problem with Corporate. I will rate this Target 3 stars because of the floor associates. They are always nice and go above and beyond to help out. Kudos to them!

Yessenia C: This location is conveniently closer to my home than other targets however their product availability is limited. I believe this is an express version of Target. They have small electronics, clothing, market, and home sections. The health, beauty, personal hygiene section is pretty large. Once you know what they do and don't carry it's easier to know what you can purchase there. But it's always clean, good customer service.

MAC Cover: This review deals only with drive up services at Georgia Ave. and Eastern Ave. store in Washington, D.C. Due to a physical impairment another collects my pick up orders. I would not be writing this review if the incident happened once but several times is too much to handle. This location isn't set up for drive up because they constantly leave items out of your order but charge your card. Either Target has someone working drive up who can't read, see, or both. Recently, placed drive up order for paper towels and other items. Got notice from app order was ready which included the paper towels. When order arrived had all items except paper towels which was a huge disappointment. Okay called customer service to make them aware of the hiccup, paper towels were included in total order, charged to my card, but not with my other items. As usual, phone rang and rang but no answer. Finally, customer service answered next day. I explained about missing paper towels, gave order number and got no help. It was like talking to someone from outer space. Young lady said I had to prove I ordered the paper towels. I told her it was a drive up order, gave her my order number, and advised her that store could pull up my order as well. Got no where with customer service, asked to speak to manager, didn't happen, so stressed, had to hand phone to another to talk on my behalf. Still don't have paper towels I already paid for. Not only do they leave items off orders, they stuff a bunch of heavy items in one bag making it awkward to carry. Please check your bags before leaving this location and if you want to avoid a stressful drive up experience, shop Wheaton/Westfield mall location, much better. Target is still my go to store but not this particular location for drive up service.

Dimitri Ivanoff: It's about 1/3 in size of regular Target. Has a fresh produce & meats section, basic grocery items, cleaning supplies plus some clothing, beauty, electronics. Right now (April 2021) mostly serves on-line orders & curbside pickup. Parking is at the back of the store, but there's entrance from Georgia Avenue. Self service at this entrance almost empty while one at the back has waiting line. Pricewise it's inline with Giant, even some groceries could be cheaper.

Dorie Kane: This is a "mini Target" so keep in mind you can't expect it to have the inventory of the large stores. That said, I go there for essentials and typically find what I need (including hair care products which many have complained about). Staff - including security - are overall nice and helpful. Like another reviewer I did find they were unable to place an order for me - I needed a different size and wanted to apply the credit to an order. They have me a refund and I placed the order myself online. I guess there are some things smaller stores can't do but I do like this one for its convenience when it comes to basics.

Janice Temple: This Target Store is well-lit with wide aisles. I went there on a Sunday evening. Some of the shelves were empty from Saturday shoppers. I wanted to buy Figi Water but they were sold out. I am impressive by the organic selection of groceries. The parking was plentiful the day and time that I went.

SW: Neat small Target. However the security there is awful!!!! Everytime I’ve visited there is a security guard (man with National jersey) following me and whoever I visit the store with. I live in the area, so I frequent this store a lot. Mind you he is not clever with the following. He straight goes to whatever aisle I am in. This makes me not what to use this Target

Bryan Cortez: Don't understand the negative reviews? This is a smaller Target, of course you won't have everything you have at a regular Target - but it has all the essentials. Need milk? eggs? chicken? They have it. Need a spare shirt, or pair of pants? They have it. Need some airpods? Need a spare controller? Maybe you need shampoo, or medication? Target has it. They have all the essentials you need all in this store. Seriously, if you want to know if they have something before you come - use the Target app, it'll be your best friend on each Target Run. This store was definitely needed in the area! Prices are very fair, compared to other retailers nearby. Very clean, organized ---- and the best part are the employees - Very helpful!

dontec H.: I was just in my neighborhood store to purchase Goodfellow t-shirts. My preferred size wasn't available. I went to guest relations for assistance. She called over a Manager for assistance. I asked if he knew when the t-shirts would be back in stock. He said the store didn't do the ordering. The company sends over inventory based on their sales, etc. . He said one pack would be sent over in L in a few days. I needed medium. I asked if the Store Manager was in store. He let me know the Clothing Manager was on duty. The clothing manager came over and I explained my need for a medium size. He went to check the shelf. He returned to let me know that the item wasn't on the shelf and is a high theft item. He then said he doesn't know when they'd be coming. He was talking to me very loudly to the point that other customers could hear our conversation. I asked him when the Store Manager would be returning. I let him know that he was speaking to me in an elevated tone and I was standing in front of him. He then said that he was the store manager. Target has employees that lie and render poor customer service to paying shoppers.
