Aaron Contic: Came into this location to purchase a set of irons, found a set of Taylormade M2 irons that I initially thought were correctly priced at $499. I asked the team member working in the golf department that I was interested and ask where the rest of the set was. He replied that the rest of the set was missing. I asked what was the current price with 3 clubs of the 7 iron set missing? His response was “that’s the price, my manger won’t change it for some reason, but you can ask him” So I asked to speak to the manger which He initially said was available. I was then told that the manager currently on duty was conveniently on a conference call and was now unavailable and the answer was “NO” on a new price for the remaining clubs. To start the team member was friendly and helpful. That being said. I’m also a manager in retail and if a customer asked to talk to a manager about a reasonable question. Im not going to have my employee have to tell the customer “NO” That’s terrible customer service and it’s also a bad business practice to try to sell customers a product that’s missing pieces for the same price as if it’s not!

Misael Reyes: Staff was very helpful soon as I walked through the door security asked what I needed and I got it in less than 20 minutes I was out the door with my daughter's rollerblade slash roller skates

Maritza Cooper: Always a pleasure to visit this location. The store is always clean and organized. You usually get greeted as you walk in the door. The associates are always helpful and pretty knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help! Well stocked too! Bought a fitness trampoline to keep a 7 yr old from going stir crazy in an apartment during these NO School days! Hope it works! It was Waaay up high. Had 3 different associates make sure I got what needed. All while helping other customers.

Ara Koh: Ok location compared to other ones. Nicely organized but their shoes selection is not so great.

Angie Owens: oh my goodness I was on the phone with my cousin, while she was shopping for football cleats for her son. When I tell you that the amount of "OUTSTANDING" customer service that the professional young lady "Ryan" gave to her while she was shopping was absolutely amazing!! I had to tell my cousin through the phone to please tell Ms. Ryan that the level of coatomer service she gave was "THE BEST" that I have seen in a very long time. Ryan if your reading this please keep up the good work!! I am extremely proud of you young lady.

Liliana Gonzalez: Zach did a great job helping me find the the gym equipment I needed. He even helped me load these items into my car after I doubted if the gym equiptment I bough would fit. Thank you so much to him and Horse for the exellent service!

111ewave: Purchased two suits at a very good price (on sale). Staff was helpful and did a quick turn around hem job on the pants being as that I was not usually in this area. Had a good experience. Not a Sport Center - a suit and dress shoes vendor.

seth force: Terrible store. Its a combo men's cheap clothing and something that barely passes for a sporting goods store. Staff not helpful. Don't waste your tune here!

Michael Brown: As a company, REI should not inflict their political beliefs onto customers. That said, they carry good gear and this particular location is fantastic. Every time I have come here they have exactly what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful and generally knowledgeable. I don’t know who makes REI branded clothes and gear, but they do a good job.

Mike R: I like this store for so many reasons. First: they have excellent customer service. Today I walked in with my bike to get my flat tire fixed. A woman approached me and signed me in. Then a man walked up to me and asked if I would like to him to park my bike. I was appalled by this gesture. Second: This establishment has everything here. I mean like… leave that bike area if you want to. You will be buying anything from energy gel to underwear. Third: conveniently located right beside the metro.

High five to Micah in footwear who helped me find a size in a scarpa I haven’t been able to find in stores in 4 years. He’s super knowledgeable and was connecting with all the customers. Louisa Buatti: I visited REI for the first time since the pandemic began. My pick up of an online order went very smoothly. Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful--they all offered to direct me to the customer service/pick up area. I was in and out of the store in a flash.

Andrea Wu: I came here to pick up my shoes that I ordered online, and after trying them out in nature, they were too big so I came back to return and get new ones. The staff helping me was very helpful, bringing me different shoes for me to try on. I finally got a pair that fit properly, and checkout was pretty speedy too. Parking on the street might be a bit tough, but it's not too bad!

H Gill: Great store! love REI… but checking out here is always a 15 min wait. The checkout line moves at a snail’s pace, and the managers/supervisors don’t seem to care. I’ve seen customers put items down and leave out of frustration.

Rebecca Tolbert: Generally a good store, but the parking situation is currently very weird. You park in the parking deck and then have to walk all the way around a whole city block because they have blocked off the elevator and stairs. So, you drive into the parking deck and then have this surprise journey ahead of you, through a sketchy alley and everything. Just wanted to give other customers a heads up!

Ben Layton: Bike shop effectively closes at 6:30, not 7:00, since you have to get on a wait-list to get the bike checked in and the wait-list closes at 6:30. Called in advance and told them when I'd get there and they didn't mention that, so came all the way here for nothing. Turnaround on basic repairs also 9-10 days rn, which is honestly nuts.

R: Oddly enough they aren’t dog friendly yet I saw a pitbull walking around without a service vest. The area around is horrendous, good luck finding a parking spot. Really disappointed that REIs aren’t dog friendly yet their competitors REI and Bass Pro is.

Andrea Y.: Awesome customer service! I emailed Burke Sporting Goods (after hours) to see if they could monogram a blanket that I wanted to give as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply minutes later that confirmed they could do it and included a price estimate and the expected turn around time. I brought the blanket in the next day, and they helped me finalize the font, thread color, size, and placement. (One corner of the blanket was already embroidered and I wanted the monogram to be the same scale.) It turned out great and I’m very happy with it. Can’t wait to see how the recipient likes it!

Marketing: Had a great experience working with Burke Sporting Goods on a large order for company t-shirts. Jake was great at communicating during the process, and we were able to efficiently complete the order. Looking forward to working with them again!

John Florip: I have used Burke Sporting Goods each year to make apparel for a golf tournament. I originally chose them because their pricing was better than the other places I tried. But I keep going back because of the way they work with me. They are easy to communicate with, have been flexible when needed, are great to work with graphics wise, and have always left us very satisfied. It's a family-run operation, run by good, hardworking-people.

Bridget Baker: Would not recommend, poor customer service and unwilling to stand behind their work. Not to mention the cost seemed rather expensive especially when we’re not satisfied. They refused to make it correct. Listen learned, go some place else!!!

John Parker Hoade: Love the Caps and would love to give these guys a good review, but if you're an out of town fan and are looking to get some type of inventory confirmation over the phone before making the trip, you're out of luck. I have called the arena 8 times and have been transferred to the store all 8 times where I have waited for the phone to be answered for 10 minutes each time before the call just cutoff. To make things even better, there is no way to get in touch over email or social media. I have tried all avenues and gotten no response. I would love to do business with my teams local store but the customer service has been abysmal.

K. O'Keefe: I have been a customer of Fleet Feet for ten years. Always great service and I have had success with the shoes they fit for me despite having really hard feet due to a significant injury years ago. And then, I tried RnJ in Bethesda because I was there for another errand and desperately needed shoes. The guy there got my shoes but didn't help with the fitting and assured me, against my better judgement, that the selection of shoes fit. They were a terrible fit. And customer service was awful. I returned to Fleet Feet and they were - once again - great. Customer Service is always knowledgeable and attentive. Never pushy. Always a great fit.

Jessie Durrett: Had a really good customer service experience, got shoes I liked, and they offered to recycle my old running shoes!

Desiree Blackstone: Ben was awesome to work with and extremely accommodating. Excellent service and super knowledgeable. Came in on a whim after contemplating between here and Pacers. The website offered a bit more color (in my opinion) so I chose to go here. Had zero idea of ideal selection for the chronic foot pain I've been experiencing even after seeing a podiatrist. Very happy with the selection and my purchase. Thanks again for your help!

Sarah Luna: Highly recommend! It was busy when I walked in, but someone had greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I asked immediately asked if I needed help and someone offered to go through a fitting with me. It was a great experience, they asked me about my past and current running experience, measured my feet, and even looked at the way I walked and noticed that I overpronate. They were very knowledgable and told me the benefits and cons of each shoe. Although they did not have a treadmill, they said I was more than welcome to take them outside and run around to test them. The gentleman who helped me was very patient and never rushed me. When checking out, they made a customer profile for me so they know what shoes I bought I will definitely be coming back.

A.N. Breuer: Great shop. I needed comfortable and versatile trainers. They really take a lot of time to listen to your questions and to look for suitable shoes. The variety of colors is very limited, but I still rate this with 5 stars just because I never got such a competent advice. I don't know if this is normal in the US, but in Germany (where I come from) it's more like they want to get rid of you as fast as possible. The man who gave advice to me had more useful tips than an orthopedist I had visited.

Rick Yorgey: Kimberly is always so welcoming and thankful for our business. Love this place where you can find quality products, get great and knowledgeable service, AND sometimes get a fun story to boot, like maybe about a marathon PR in Little Rock. Ya gotta love it!

Trina Tento: I had just moved to DC and needed a new pair of running shoes. I decided to check out this store and boy was I glad I did! As soon as I walked into the store I was immediately welcomed by the sales associate Will. He told me about the fitting process they provide where they check to see how my feet hold me up. Will was very communicative and told me that I pronate a bit and need shoes with something called a medial post. I have had many foot problems in the past and needed something with lots of cushion. He then brought out a variety of shoe options for me to try and we went through the benefits and cons for each shoe for my feet. He really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knew how each pair of shoes worked with my feet. I didn't feel pressured to get a pair of shoes and I was able to find one I really liked. I have never went to a running store where the staff was so knowledgable about feet and shoes. I will definitely be coming back for my next pair. Thank you fleet feet!

Tameshia Henry: On 6-25-2020 I went into Fleet Feet to return a pair of sneakers that I’d purchased along with two sets of insoles. When I came into the store three people greeted me and began simultaneously asking me questions about the sneakers. The woman, Kimberly, asked me if I had the receipt to which I responded “yes”. She asked me if I had the original box to which I responded that I did not. She then threw the shoes down on the floor and walked over to the register huffing and puffing and did not say another word to me. A gentleman walked from behind the register to help me find a different pair of sneakers. As I was trying in different pairs a white woman came into the store with a return. Kimberly asked her if she had a receipt, the woman handed her the receipt, Kimberly smiled and completed the transaction. I made the comment to the gentleman that Kim seemed much less hostile with the white woman doing her return than she was with me. The gentleman responded that Kim wasn’t being hostile, that she was just trying to get information. I said “it felt hostile when she threw the shoes down on the floor”. The gentleman responded that they were just trying to get info. It is sad that as a woman of color I not only have to endure micro-aggressions from white people but to experience it from another woman of color is a complete shame. Needless to say, I will never patron this store again. I regret making my initial purchase. I hope that management will speak to Kimberly about treating ALL of her costumers with respect. I hope that if she is management, she will consider taking some time away to reflect on her behavior and make positive changes moving forward.

Sam Pence: This team is the best! I've been to almost every running shop in D.C. and the guys here are more knowledgable and passionate about the sport than any other place I've visited. If you've been looking for the perfect shoe, they won't rest until you've found it.

Anne-Marie Mills: Good selection of running shoes, but the sales staff is terrible. I came in to get a fitting for new sneakers, and the sales staff was very uninterested in helping me and were extremely condescending. I ended up leaving and going to Pacer's on 14th where the service is much better.

Bwalya: The customer service I received was exceptional. Milik was forthcoming and patient with us as we checked out. He and his colleague even brought me a cart as I stood hands full of stuff. Just great all around.

Marco Quezada: The store is clean and well organized. The staff is attentive and helpful. Their baseball selection is a bit limited, at least compared to the store in Gaithersburg.

brian buenaventura: Store have plenty of inventory to choose from apparel to sport equipment, great store to shop but I only gave it a 2 because how the employee deal the situation that I encountered. I bought a boxing glove that it was mark for $49 when i was at the register the customer service said it was $79 I didn’t mind paying for that price but when the product is not on the right place or correct pricing it’s a problem. Lisa not sure if she was the manager didn’t want to honor it, for me I think that’s false advertisement. I been shopping In this location and spend a lot of money since they open and very supportive. With this type of experience I will surely not go back to this location I rather shop on Amazon knowing I can get accurate pricing..

John Dev: Staff in the shoe dept aren't particularly friendly, for me anyway, same can be said for Rio to be fair. Seems rarely do people meant for customer service actually end up in those jobs and work ethic has long left retail from when I worked there ah well I blame management sign of no accountability/leadership

jeanine Sokolowski: Bought two kids bikes from this store two months ago. (May 2021) Both bikes keep falling apart. This is the second time the breaks have come apart on my daughter. Then my sons bike was not put together well at all. His is a small 12in bike and the hand bar keeps pulling out and his pedals fall off. My daughters 20 in bike has break issues. These bikes were not cheap either. I’ll NEVER will buy a bike from this place. So much disappointment.

J L: First time in this store. Not one person asked if I needed help and when I finally found someone she seemed bothered. The end of brick and mortar stores isn’t because of no shoppers but the lousy service. I’ll just order online.

Joshua Russell: My son and I wanted to check out this store based on reviews and being a marquee store. It is definitely impressive design and a good vibe going on. The store has 3 floors and is well spaced out so it is not just stuffed full of merchandise. Everyone was very helpful and many staff members were around to help as needed. The one issue I had with the store was that it seemed to lack a good selection of shoes. I would have expected more or even special selections. They had a pretty good selection of clothes including SB brand. Would return to see if the selection is better.

S A: They make people wait out in the cold, winds blowing snow at freezing temps, like we're homeless and not going in there as customers spending hundreds of dollars! And it's not because of COVID restrictions, those are over there are no limits on number of people in stores, these are simply to keep their store neat and because they have no customer service experience whatsoever!! Each time I've tried to go the lines are so long, then you go in and the store is literally empty! They think they are so good and don't want to crowd the store with people, clearly they look down on customers and see us as intrusive or ruin image of the store?!! They literally have guards not letting you in and treating it like we're begging for something! It's awful, unprofessional, and frankly I'm shocked that they are still allowed to do this!! I've had to place large amounts of orders online then return and pick the ones I wanted, because I haven't been able to get into the store since they make us wait outside in freezing, windy cold temperatures! I'm reporting them to corporate office and further soon. These photos are from a cold day but it wasn't even as long of a line as usual days, and inside the store was empty!!! Pretty much any day you try to go in they make people wait outside and it looks like a soup kitchen or homeless shelter line, rather than a Nike store where people (CUSTOMERS) are going in and spending money! The staff at the door, or security, is also extremely rude when we were begging them to let us in since it was sooo cold and our bodies were freezing from the high winds! They act like they are herding sheep or guarding a prison!

Shamsher: I love this Nike outlet and more than the beautiful set up and decor of this place it has to do with the staff. All the staff of Nike Georgetown is just very courteous, amazing and helpful. Two of the associates in men’s section made my experience quick and amazing. I was able to make my purchase and checkout in no time and I was able to get a replacement in a bigger size the very next day in no time. 5 stars.

CHRISTOPHER CHEN: Nike Georgetown is the best looking Nike store I have entered in 2021. I have been in the San Jose, Nashville, Maryland, and two NY stores. The Nike Georgetown store did not disappoint me. They have a great selection of clothing and shoes. If I had more time. I would of purchased more gear.

Doo Kim: Store looks awesome but the staff working there was mediocre. I order my shoes online and went to pick up at the store. Parking is a nightmare and the amount of traffic is terrible. Got an email that the shoes were ready to be picked up but they were not ready. Took about 10 minutes to get the shoes. Made sure to check before leaving the store and Glad I checked the shoes before leaving the store. One pair was dirty as if worn previously. Asked for a new pair and took another associate 10 minutes to grab a new pair. Overall customer service was average. Store wasn’t busy but seemed like people just didn’t want to work.

B Ives: Had the most bizarre experience here today- asked an employee to unlock the dressing room so I could try on clothes, and they told me the employee who handles the dressing rooms wasn’t there, might show up at some point if I wanted to wait. Went down a couple stores to the Nike, which had a much better selection, very helpful staff, and ample dressing rooms.

He did not say anything to the salesmen but at least he did address me, looked me in the eyes and tried to compensate for the salesman's clear chauvinistic attitude and rudeness.

I bought a pair of sneakers for what was admittedly a good price and was told that if I return shoes unworn I will get money back. I tried them at home on carpeting and they were too small. Went back and asked if I could exchange for next size and I also asked if they don't work will I be able to return those for my money back and they said absolutely. Again, never worn. Hurt in my living room on carpeting. When I went to return them, was told their policy is only to give a gift card. they would not give me money back. Gave me a lecture on reading the rules. Manager was exceptionally rude. It's a store culture. Stay away unless you know exactly what you want. There are plenty of other stores that honor their deal with the customer.

Hero H: Great store. You can find some real gems in the back wall clearance section for shoes. However, it's just about always crowded. To the point where it discourages me from even wanting to shop because I know the checkout process will take more time than I've spent looking for items.

Xyco Maniac: Great staff and great products. The back wall (or hash wall) is most of the time always stocked and the aisles are filled with good stuff too. Staff are very nice and the place overall is very clean. The only downsides are the prices aren't always that much discounted (hash wall doesnt always have good prices) and this place still requires masks, but that's okay with me, just something to note. The place itself makes up for any downsides and this place offers returns which is a big plus. Would highly recommend. I make the trip here about every week, driving for 50 minutes and it's well worth it.

Tommy Devine: This review is less so a review about the actual store, product selection, inventory availability, etc. and moreso a review about the excellent customer service experience I had. I purchased a soccer ball from them months ago. DSG has a 90 return policy, and my purchase was well beyond that window (several months in fact). I had used the ball on numerous occasions and in various weather conditions, and the ball had accrued some scuffs from normal wear and tear. However, this most recent time, it experienced the bite force of a big dog that was off leash at the park that wanted to see what the ball tasted like. Needless to say, it didn't fare so well, and the ball suffered several punctures that left it destroyed. This is where the customer service came in to play. I went back to the store, chomped ball in hand, and asked the cashier if there was any possible way to get some kind and of refund or nominal store credit on it considering it had been destroyed through no true fault of my own (even though that's not how a store would see it). I assumed the answer would be "no" since the ball wasn't defective, it was well past the refund period, and I had used it numerous times. To my shock (and the cashier's), they offered a full refund for the ball despite it being unusable and destroyed. I was careful not to be a "Karen" about it as I knew there was basically a 0% chance of anything happening and I would just be unlucky about the dog chewing on my ball. I didn't want to be a jerk and demand something that I knew wasn't realistically feasible, yet they honored the refund anyway. If I could've given more than 5 stars, I would've. Excellent, excellent customer service!

James Rojas: Ryan in the fishing department is the man! He is so knowledgeable and can answer questions properly. Gave us a whole course on bait casters ended up buying one.. I appreciate all his insight and recommendations. Got me set up with what i needed and gave detailed expectations. I highly recommend talking to ryan if you need help with fishing. Thanks ryan i love my.new gear!

Vakhtang Koroghlishvili: It was easy to find the Parking place. Superfast curbside pickup - it took around 30 seconds once I enter the store. They provide price matching too. Very satisfied. The only disadvantage is that they don't have a one-year return policy like the REI otherwise they are awesome.

Mayra Martinez: The store is almost always clean and organized. My problem is they always seem to be out of common/popular sizes and they don't have too much variety. The last few times I have come to the store I walk out disappointed and empty handed. Don't know why I keep bothering to come in store if even the staff tells me to go to their website instead 🤦🏻‍♀️

Salvador Rivas: They only have two types of indoor soccer shoes!!! The rest all cleats!! They used to have a collection of more indoor soccer shoes and I don't why I keep going there because everything what they have only it is not even near in their inventory at the store. If you have a soccer section now then, why don't you have at the store most of your online shoes at the store too. Plus, the jersey shirts of soccer teams are shameful, embarrassing!! Someone who doesn't know anything about soccer must be organizing this so called "soccer section ".

Tony W: After sports authority close, this store is the only one nearby. Rei in Rockville is okay but a bit far for me. The store is clean and have q large selection of goods for various sports. However, they don't have good signs in the store so I had a hard time finding the bike helmet I am looking for. Also, their helmet selection is limited. I only find one helmet that fits me but with a unfavorable color. Since I don't want to make another trip to Rei or a bike store, I bought the helmet. I still recommend the store if you need something in a hurry or you need to try the real thing before you buy.

Pete: It’s a great store. The store is huge. It got a lot of amazing stuffs. If you are looking for sporting gears, this is the place to go. They do have a lot of stuffs online sales in the holiday seasons, also they give you discount to your mailbox or email. ( if you are a member) Ashley was the one helping me ordering stuffs online. She is awesome!!!

Colin Haraway: Although I did not visit the store in person because of the stay-at-home order. I had a conversation with one of their associates who was less than helpful and in fact, a little rude. After asking to see if a product was available, she said I had to order the product first before seeing if they had it. Although a simpler solution would have been to go to the back and check to see if they had it in stock, like the much more helpful Elliot City or Frederick locations did. When I asked her to see if they had it first so that I wouldn't waste more time and money placing an order, she got a little snarky and had an unpleasant tone behind her voice. Although I haven't been to the store, I can say their staff isn't very polite or helpful.

Christopher Bradley: The store was not busy and the help was courteous and quick, but I ran into a significant problem while trading in a set of golf clubs. The associate I saw in the golf department worked quickly to get me paperwork prepared for a store gift card, which I would receive in lieu of the nearly unused custom set of clubs I walked in with. He advised me that today was a good day because the store was offering a bonus of 50% for most of the equipment I had to trade. However, when I took the paperwork with the bonus added to it down to the cashier to receive my gift cards, I was advised by that associate that there was no bonus allowed in my circumstances. The bonus was apparently only to be given when other specific golf clubs were purchased at the same time. I was never told that, and was actually specifically advised I qualified for the bonus. That was a big deal because it amounted to over $300. I accepted the trade anyway, because at the time I didn't want to go back upstairs and argue with the associate who assisted me at the golf counter, but I left a very unhappy customer - beware of shady practices and/or misinformed employees here.

PERFECT TWO LOVE4LIFE: They have all the sporting needs you need. But, we could not find North Face globes for men.

Bojana Stef: I never had such a negative experience in Nordstrom. There is a clear sign at the entrance door and in the store stating that if I download their app-get $5off. In from of the cashier and later store manager Ronda I did that and then they declined to give me $5 off as some banner on the app didn't show up - no explanation no nothing. I never had the Nordstrom app before (during covid, I was in Europe, and I just came back, so I didn't have the app). I will communicate this to Nordstrom.as well. If something is advertised, they have to honor it.

40ish Sophisticate: This is the worst Rack I have ever been to and I am a frequent shopper plus a Nordstrom card holder for decades. The service is very poor. Lots of standing around, only one person checking out but plenty of security though. Will not return. This an update- I am just now seeing that the cashier did not credit my account for my return! This is absolutely unacceptable! I wish I never shopped at this location 😪

Stacy Lemery: Nordstrom Rack is a great place, in-person or online for a myriad of goods, particularly shoes since Nordstrom the Department store is known for shoes and carrying extended sizes. I have noticed a shift in the Nordstrom Rack stores to now carry home goods like sheets and bedding. Be careful if you go in there - it's easy to shop, shop, shop!

Jenny O’Neil: The store itself has a small selection. My review is mostly about the unfriendly and i knowledgeable staff. I visited today 12/6 at noon. I went to this store knowing that banana was having a sale 40% off everything and an additional 20% off for card holders. That’s a good deal. First, I asked someone where the petite sizes were, they told me they didn’t carry petite in store. That was a lie because I saw a few petite sizes particular the blazer I bought. My next issue and pet peeve when shopping is when the store employees wants to deny you on discounts. Before purchasing my blazer I wanted to confirm the additional 20%. The cashier said no sorry we’re not doing that. Another lie. I had to search the website, pull up the details and even then they told me it was just online after I showed them the fine print that said IN STORE AND ONLINE FOR IN STORE USE CODE BRCODE! Finally, they said they would “just give it to me” except when I looked at the receipt, the code worked and it marked the 20% off. Stop making us beg for the discounts that we’re entitled to.

David Rosenberg: I think the styles are pretty good, and he staff is friendly. I wish the men's section we're bigger, but for it's size, it has a good variety. More dressing rooms would be nice too, but that's just a function of the footprint, and you can't get that would sacrificing retail space.

Titaness Themis: Been there a few times...usually not the most pleasant experience...the worst one was yesterday when I went in to buy two dresses and I asked about military discount. The cashier said that it usually does not work with the extra 40% off promo, but she would try. She entered it manually and I got the military discount on one dress and not the other. When I asked why that was, she gave me at least 4-5 versions as to why, which neither made sense. The discount applies to the whole purchase and not to an individual item according to her, so any further explanation is useless. I had to ask for a manager to step in because the girl just did not what she was talking about it. The manager was very courteous and gave me the discount on the other dress as well. She further explained to me that military discount does not apply to the extra 40% promo, but she did it for me anyway. I appreciated it that. In the future, it is best to say flat out it does not apply and not do it.

Amanda DeNardo: I cannot stress enough how terrible the customer service was at this store. I came in looking for basics and a new top and found a blouse (last in my size) and asked them to hold it for me while I try on some basics. They lacked communication and someone put it back (which is okay, it happens). When I was ready to checkout they gave me a huge attitude and when I asked where my blouse was they seemed offended that I was confused... I went back to the rack and found it put away. When I told them what happened they gave me side eye, more attitude, and didn't apologize. Honestly this was a rant and a half but do yourself a favor and just shop online. These guys are jerks.

Kyle Mahaney: These guys saved my butt! I probably shouldn't admit this in public, but a few weeks ago I was asked to do a very last-minute morning job interview. I was already out of the house in a ridiculous t-shirt when I found out and raced around downtown trying to find an open shop for something halfway appropriate to wear. Everything was closed that early in the morning and I only had 15 minutes left when I got to BR. They were closed too, but I explained my situation through the window and they opened early for me. They sped me through, pulling all the shirts in my size, getting the steamer ready, and even directing me to an item on sale. They got me out of there with minutes to spare and I made it to the interview a few blocks away as the hour was striking. Heroes work at this Banana Republic.

Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Pooooooooooor customer service specialty from the manager

Brittany Jeffries: It's crowded, there are never enough lines, and the place is heavily disorganized. But when you need stuff late night, it's nice to have around. I shop around 8-10pm with fewer issues. No access to customer service, but the customer service is iffy at best during the day anyway. Excellent craft and party sections.

They have different sections such as the pharmacy, bike shop, auto care, money center, entertainment and household items section to mention a few. taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Meghan Elizabeth: Grey hair lady at self checkout needs to find a different job or just retire. There is no reason an employee, especially one of her age, should be treating customers so poorly and getting a major attitude at anyone who is just trying to find a register that is working. If machines need fixed they need to kindly tell people to wait. Not be rude, make a scene and glare at everyone who is waiting to checkout. Who lets these kind of people work here???? Please consider getting some kind employees for self checkout. 04/25/22 6:00 pm
