Aaron Contic: Came into this location to purchase a set of irons, found a set of Taylormade M2 irons that I initially thought were correctly priced at $499. I asked the team member working in the golf department that I was interested and ask where the rest of the set was. He replied that the rest of the set was missing. I asked what was the current price with 3 clubs of the 7 iron set missing? His response was “that’s the price, my manger won’t change it for some reason, but you can ask him” So I asked to speak to the manger which He initially said was available. I was then told that the manager currently on duty was conveniently on a conference call and was now unavailable and the answer was “NO” on a new price for the remaining clubs. To start the team member was friendly and helpful. That being said. I’m also a manager in retail and if a customer asked to talk to a manager about a reasonable question. Im not going to have my employee have to tell the customer “NO” That’s terrible customer service and it’s also a bad business practice to try to sell customers a product that’s missing pieces for the same price as if it’s not!

Misael Reyes: Staff was very helpful soon as I walked through the door security asked what I needed and I got it in less than 20 minutes I was out the door with my daughter's rollerblade slash roller skates

Maritza Cooper: Always a pleasure to visit this location. The store is always clean and organized. You usually get greeted as you walk in the door. The associates are always helpful and pretty knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help! Well stocked too! Bought a fitness trampoline to keep a 7 yr old from going stir crazy in an apartment during these NO School days! Hope it works! It was Waaay up high. Had 3 different associates make sure I got what needed. All while helping other customers.

Angie Owens: oh my goodness I was on the phone with my cousin, while she was shopping for football cleats for her son. When I tell you that the amount of "OUTSTANDING" customer service that the professional young lady "Ryan" gave to her while she was shopping was absolutely amazing!! I had to tell my cousin through the phone to please tell Ms. Ryan that the level of coatomer service she gave was "THE BEST" that I have seen in a very long time. Ryan if your reading this please keep up the good work!! I am extremely proud of you young lady.

Liliana Gonzalez: Zach did a great job helping me find the the gym equipment I needed. He even helped me load these items into my car after I doubted if the gym equiptment I bough would fit. Thank you so much to him and Horse for the exellent service!

Bella Adoni: Varieties of sports goods. Place was clean and staffs very attentive. They acknowledged us at the time of entry. I and my friend were the only customers in the store. I could have given the store five stars if the price for most of the items were reasonable.

Joshua Russell: My son and I wanted to check out this store based on reviews and being a marquee store. It is definitely impressive design and a good vibe going on. The store has 3 floors and is well spaced out so it is not just stuffed full of merchandise. Everyone was very helpful and many staff members were around to help as needed. The one issue I had with the store was that it seemed to lack a good selection of shoes. I would have expected more or even special selections. They had a pretty good selection of clothes including SB brand. Would return to see if the selection is better.

S A: They make people wait out in the cold, winds blowing snow at freezing temps, like we're homeless and not going in there as customers spending hundreds of dollars! And it's not because of COVID restrictions, those are over there are no limits on number of people in stores, these are simply to keep their store neat and because they have no customer service experience whatsoever!! Each time I've tried to go the lines are so long, then you go in and the store is literally empty! They think they are so good and don't want to crowd the store with people, clearly they look down on customers and see us as intrusive or ruin image of the store?!! They literally have guards not letting you in and treating it like we're begging for something! It's awful, unprofessional, and frankly I'm shocked that they are still allowed to do this!! I've had to place large amounts of orders online then return and pick the ones I wanted, because I haven't been able to get into the store since they make us wait outside in freezing, windy cold temperatures! I'm reporting them to corporate office and further soon. These photos are from a cold day but it wasn't even as long of a line as usual days, and inside the store was empty!!! Pretty much any day you try to go in they make people wait outside and it looks like a soup kitchen or homeless shelter line, rather than a Nike store where people (CUSTOMERS) are going in and spending money! The staff at the door, or security, is also extremely rude when we were begging them to let us in since it was sooo cold and our bodies were freezing from the high winds! They act like they are herding sheep or guarding a prison!

Shamsher: I love this Nike outlet and more than the beautiful set up and decor of this place it has to do with the staff. All the staff of Nike Georgetown is just very courteous, amazing and helpful. Two of the associates in men’s section made my experience quick and amazing. I was able to make my purchase and checkout in no time and I was able to get a replacement in a bigger size the very next day in no time. 5 stars.

CHRISTOPHER CHEN: Nike Georgetown is the best looking Nike store I have entered in 2021. I have been in the San Jose, Nashville, Maryland, and two NY stores. The Nike Georgetown store did not disappoint me. They have a great selection of clothing and shoes. If I had more time. I would of purchased more gear.

Doo Kim: Store looks awesome but the staff working there was mediocre. I order my shoes online and went to pick up at the store. Parking is a nightmare and the amount of traffic is terrible. Got an email that the shoes were ready to be picked up but they were not ready. Took about 10 minutes to get the shoes. Made sure to check before leaving the store and Glad I checked the shoes before leaving the store. One pair was dirty as if worn previously. Asked for a new pair and took another associate 10 minutes to grab a new pair. Overall customer service was average. Store wasn’t busy but seemed like people just didn’t want to work.

T. Gafford: Great young staff, courteous & very helpful. Tons of stuff for Wizards, Mystic' & Capitals' fans. Reasonable prices also.

Billy Knapp: The worst part was the useless showing your vaccine status to enter and having to wear a mask B.S. imposed by the terrible mayor! The stadium and staff were outstanding as always. Everyone I encountered was super friendly.

I went to the store to get that new capitals hoodie and then Mrs Sherri asked if I needed any help and began helping me out. After 10 minutes of helping me out with everything we began to talk and I want to say Capital One Arena has one of the most kindness loving sweetest person I've meet coming to the team store. Mrs Sherri and Davghn are the type of people you want working for you because I'll be coming back and telling others as well too!!

John Parker Hoade: Love the Caps and would love to give these guys a good review, but if you're an out of town fan and are looking to get some type of inventory confirmation over the phone before making the trip, you're out of luck. I have called the arena 8 times and have been transferred to the store all 8 times where I have waited for the phone to be answered for 10 minutes each time before the call just cutoff. To make things even better, there is no way to get in touch over email or social media. I have tried all avenues and gotten no response. I would love to do business with my teams local store but the customer service has been abysmal.

Andrea Y.: Awesome customer service! I emailed Burke Sporting Goods (after hours) to see if they could monogram a blanket that I wanted to give as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply minutes later that confirmed they could do it and included a price estimate and the expected turn around time. I brought the blanket in the next day, and they helped me finalize the font, thread color, size, and placement. (One corner of the blanket was already embroidered and I wanted the monogram to be the same scale.) It turned out great and I’m very happy with it. Can’t wait to see how the recipient likes it!

Marketing: Had a great experience working with Burke Sporting Goods on a large order for company t-shirts. Jake was great at communicating during the process, and we were able to efficiently complete the order. Looking forward to working with them again!

John Florip: I have used Burke Sporting Goods each year to make apparel for a golf tournament. I originally chose them because their pricing was better than the other places I tried. But I keep going back because of the way they work with me. They are easy to communicate with, have been flexible when needed, are great to work with graphics wise, and have always left us very satisfied. It's a family-run operation, run by good, hardworking-people.

Bridget Baker: Would not recommend, poor customer service and unwilling to stand behind their work. Not to mention the cost seemed rather expensive especially when we’re not satisfied. They refused to make it correct. Listen learned, go some place else!!!

Bwalya: The customer service I received was exceptional. Milik was forthcoming and patient with us as we checked out. He and his colleague even brought me a cart as I stood hands full of stuff. Just great all around.

Marco Quezada: The store is clean and well organized. The staff is attentive and helpful. Their baseball selection is a bit limited, at least compared to the store in Gaithersburg.

brian buenaventura: Store have plenty of inventory to choose from apparel to sport equipment, great store to shop but I only gave it a 2 because how the employee deal the situation that I encountered. I bought a boxing glove that it was mark for $49 when i was at the register the customer service said it was $79 I didn’t mind paying for that price but when the product is not on the right place or correct pricing it’s a problem. Lisa not sure if she was the manager didn’t want to honor it, for me I think that’s false advertisement. I been shopping In this location and spend a lot of money since they open and very supportive. With this type of experience I will surely not go back to this location I rather shop on Amazon knowing I can get accurate pricing..

Seems rarely do people meant for customer service actually end up in those jobs and work ethic has long left retail from when I worked there ah well I blame management sign of no accountability/leadership

jeanine Sokolowski: Bought two kids bikes from this store two months ago. (May 2021) Both bikes keep falling apart. This is the second time the breaks have come apart on my daughter. Then my sons bike was not put together well at all. His is a small 12in bike and the hand bar keeps pulling out and his pedals fall off. My daughters 20 in bike has break issues. These bikes were not cheap either. I’ll NEVER will buy a bike from this place. So much disappointment.

J L: First time in this store. Not one person asked if I needed help and when I finally found someone she seemed bothered. The end of brick and mortar stores isn’t because of no shoppers but the lousy service. I’ll just order online.

Deborah Smith: I had a great experience at this Lululemon on 14th street this past Saturday. My sales associate, Ben, was very helpful, kind and warm. He helped me pick the perfect gift for my son, thank you Ben. Will definitely be back to this location.

spencer brewer: I just had to return a couple pairs of ABC pants and it was a disaster. The computer wouldn't work and it took the associate at least 15 minutes to get it figured out. That is not what I'm reviewing. The associate named Kassidy? was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure that everything got straightened out. I would definitely recommend Lululemon because of their quality and I can't say enough about the customer service that accompanies the product. Also, great leadership by the host at the front of the store. The employees worked together extremely well to get the job done and also assisted other customers. Glowing review for the store and I would be extremely proud if I was the General Manager or the Regional Manager.

Shankar Kulumani: It's a good store for the brand. Staff is friendly and typically not pushy or trying to force a sale. They're usually helpful and knowledge about the various features of the clothing as well Lots of sale items. Also visiting the store allows you to use discounts versus online ordering

Brionne Griffin: I used to avoid Lululemon at all costs after a string of bad customer service experiences. I'm pleased to say, however, that is no longer the case. The ladies who helped me at this location were so friendly and knew the products inside and out. They took the time to show me all the cool tricks with the vinyasa scarf and the gloves I was looking at. Definitely going to return here.

Megan McCarty Graham: Smallest of the DC locations but has all the best loved gear. The staff are helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable about their product. There seems to be a higher percentage of men working at this store, so any time a gift for a man friend is needed, this is the lululemon location I choose!

Matt Krug: Lexi was super friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me get a pair of lightweight shorts and ABC pants for the summer. Great customer service and store.

Deanna: I called this location to do a send sell because they had a hoodie I really wanted on sale. The girl on the phone, I think Cassidy, was very helpful and the process went smoothly

Kelton Gonzalez: Went in to browse, got personal help and found a pair I wanted. Couldn't find it on the rack so I left but the man who was helping me yelled for me when I was walking down the street to strip the mannequin to get me a pair my size. Amazing service.

Mary Bei Prince: i visited the pacers on 14th street in search of a trusty walking shoe and was immediately greeted by two of the most customer oriented and knowledgeable employees, Sam and Ethan. They asked me a series of questions and watched me walk before using their expertise and experience to conjure a series of shoes that would support my flat, wide feet and supinated ankle. After trying on four different pairs of shoes i chose the arahi’s because of the spacious toe box and pitch. As someone with problem feet, shopping for shoes is extremely anxiety producing, but Sam and Ethan cultivated a comfortable environment in which i felt deeply cared for. I would recommend pacers to anyone looking for sneakers and community :)

Mike P: The best running store! They organize runs on almost every day of the week. If they don't have a run at this location, they most likely have one at one of their other close by locations. One thing great about these runs is often they'll do a partnership with a shoe brand to lend a pair to try during the run. This is the best way to try a new shoe. But they also have a pretty good return policy if you don't try it and just purchase it on the spot. The staff is very familiar with running stances too (pronation, comfort, etc) so if you're new to running, definitely consult with them to understand what type of shoe you need. Everyone working there has been very friendly everytime I've purchased a shoe or socks. They also are generally the same price as other places, but honestly even a few dollars more, makes it worth it for the service they provide. Hope you check them out whether you're new or seasoned to running!

Michael Kennedy: Pacers is the best thing that has happened to me since moving here. The run club is friendly and well organized . When purchasing, the staff (Steve and Elyse) are supremely knowledgeable about the products , and unlike other stores are actual runners. 🤘

H Greenjeans: So thankful to have this local running store. The employees are always so friendly and accommodating. I'm a larger person and I don't get looked at sideways when I walk in. Surprisingly I run at least three times a week and several miles at a time, so I need to replace my shoes at least twice a year. On this last go-around, covid policies were abided by as well as social distancing. Employees gave their recommendations and I had fun picking out new shoes AND socks. They have Darn Tough running socks now too! Anyways, awesome store and I can't wait to go back! Thank you all!

Andres Mendoza: Really nice running store with a good variety of shoes and running gear. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to fit me properly and answered all my questions, and I had several. Kelce was the gentleman who took care of me and he really gave me helpful information without overwhelming me. I ended up with a pair of Brooks and a nice DC flag hat. I definitely recommend and will go back.

Tate Harris: Zach saved my feet!!! In my 18 years of life, I have never been able to find a pair of shoes that feel great on my awful feet. After walking 15,000 steps a day touring DC and suffering through every minute of it, I came into Pacers Running to get fitted. Zach had me take off my shoes, measured my feet, watched me walk, and gave me a few options. He was so sweet and professional and clearly incredibly experienced and skilled. It felt like he read my mind in terms of what I needed! I have never had shoes that fit me so well. People have told me that I need arch support for my whole life even though I find it painful but Zach knew just what I was talking about and found shoes that support my feet in other ways! My feet and I are SO grateful.

ze yu ding: The service is nice but be careful about the price they charge. I just purchased a Beta Jacket today, MSRP is $350, with sales tax the price should be around $371. However, the store charged me $424. They told me this only happened today (I believe them), but please just double check the price when you still in the store, otherwise you may need to spend another 1 hour of your day to drive to the store to get the money back, just like me.

Fox Owl: This location has taken Covid paranoia way too far. They seem more interested in Covid then helping customers planning to spend thousands of dollars. I was wearing a mask and well dressed and before they even welcomed me to the store I was hit with Covid requirements. I just turned around and left.

I don’t know if this is a store policy or if she’s just one of those paranoid covid people but it was so unbecoming that I just felt unwanted and left, along with the several thousand dollars I instead spent at REI later in the day.

Brian Zabela: Awesome brand but this location didn't have a huge variety of styles and sizes. Very expensive but it's high quality gear. I've never gotten wet under my rain jacket and the down jacket is extremely insulated.

Sam Pierce: One of the best places you can go to get running shoes! They walk you through the entire process of picking the right shoe for you without pressuring you or making you feel bad for not knowing! Hazel helped us and she asked lots of super insightful questions and helped me pick my favorite shoes I've had to date! Will definetly come back for my next pair.

Hae Jin Kim: Getting properly fitted for running or walking shoes by professionals is one of the best things I have done. We're very lucky to have a local running shoe store with knowledgeable experts like Ray Chen and the staff to help. I always bring my family members here to get fitted for shoes and they always leave happy, in great comfort, and wishing they had gotten fitted a long time ago. Ray was very patient listening to the customer, explains in great detail what shoe is right for your foot, and will bring you many sneakers to test out until you feel like you have the right shoe.

Now having discovered how poorly my shoes fit while actually running, I have a pair of non-returnable worn shoes that are too wide in the heel and giving me blisters. Edit following response from manager: While I appreciate a response I guess, I sure wasn't expecting to paraphrase: "sorry you had a bad experience, but obviously you don't understand that your shoes actually must fit perfectly because clearly we never get things wrong, but I guess if we have to we'll work with you." Um, no thanks. This isn't simply a matter being surprised someone suggested wide shoes or time of day - even when running in the evening, my heel is easily flopping around side to side *a lot* inside no matter how I tie the shoes (including using a heel lock). I've already been fitted at another store, where the scan of my foot showed my foot was halfway between narrow and normal size. Beyond whether one even believes a foot scan - frankly I had issues finding a normal width shoe that was narrow enough to fit my heel snugly but not tightly.

Crystal Kwon: This is hands down the best shoe store to get running shoes and running products. The owner Kelly and staff (especially Ray) take the time to make sure you get the right sneaker for your stride. Terrence Jacobs: I went to RnJ Sports on Sunday March 20. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed to get my son a pair of distance spike shoes for his track meet. A white female sales associate said I should come back another day because they didn't have time for us. There were only 5 customers there. All white except 1. Racism is real and sad! We still did not leave. When we made it to the register with the shoe my son picked out we got the same sales associate 15 minutes later. She went to the back to look for a pair of track shoes for my son and came back 5 minutes later and said they did not have any. Every one else left with new track or running shoes.

We have different perspectives, backgrounds, education levels, athletic abilities, and beyond. This is a disturbing accusation that is 100% wrong. Mahjub, the staff member who assisted you & your son, is multiracial. We have signs on the easel outside our door and at the Sign-In podium stating that our FITTINGS END 15 minutes prior to the end of the day. Since you found us on Google to write a review, you would have noticed that we have posts on our Google profile that also clearly state that we do not fit 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLOSING due to our fitting process taking 30 minutes or more. In spite of all this, our staff member did help you and your son, as you stated. Not having the size that was requested does not equal racism. To address the inventory, Track, Cross Country, spikes have not been in any decent production since Covid began 2 years ago. No school, no spike production. Try to buy spikes online right now and you’ll realize virtually nothing is in stock from any retailer. Supplies are decimated with certain products in every industry, especially when you’re looking for them during peak times. MCPS has its first track meet today, one day before you visited our store. Even prior to Covid there would be a high chance a popular size would be out of stock. We are all beyond stressed these days. Kirk Holmes: Great staff. Lots of young kids here but well trained student athletes. Very bright and very attentive and friendly. Ray is the Old ahead who knows everything about running shoes and seems to have imparted a lot of that knowledge to these young runners on his staff.

Lourdes Diaz-Hurtado: Every time I have come into RnJ sports I have had a great experience. I recently came in to get my mother fitted for a walking/running shoe and we had such a great experience. The staff is very knowledgable and she learned a lot about fit. I have also visited before to be fitted myself. I cannot recommend RnJ Sports enough on getting the 1x1 attention with a knowledgeable staff.

Pilar Bohorquez: Will not go back to this store. I was there with my husband. One of the salesmen refused to answer my questions because I am a woman. I can honestly say I was to rude at all. I could not believe this was actually happening in 21C Georgetown. I complained to the manager. He did not say anything to the salesmen but at least he did address me, looked me in the eyes and tried to compensate for the salesman's clear chauvinistic attitude and rudeness.

Diego Canales: Called to ask if they had a tennis size on a model i had seen at the store, and the person on the phone said: "i am too busy and cant find the model, if you want you can come to the store and point it out to me". Too bad he couldnt realize i was calling precisely because i didnt want to go to the store just to find he didnt had my size

Michael Brown: As a company, REI should not inflict their political beliefs onto customers. That said, they carry good gear and this particular location is fantastic. Every time I have come here they have exactly what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful and generally knowledgeable. I don’t know who makes REI branded clothes and gear, but they do a good job.

Mike R: I like this store for so many reasons. First: they have excellent customer service. Today I walked in with my bike to get my flat tire fixed. A woman approached me and signed me in. Then a man walked up to me and asked if I would like to him to park my bike. I was appalled by this gesture. Second: This establishment has everything here. I mean like… leave that bike area if you want to. You will be buying anything from energy gel to underwear. Third: conveniently located right beside the metro.

High five to Micah in footwear who helped me find a size in a scarpa I haven’t been able to find in stores in 4 years. He’s super knowledgeable and was connecting with all the customers. Patrick F.: The 2 stars is not for the products, it's for the lack of service. Lord forbid you need some help. I waited forever even after pushing this button (photo) and a guy that was helping someone else acknowledged they heard me and would be coming. Still waiting as I type this. FYI, I have purched thousands from this store....sigh!!

Louisa Buatti: I visited REI for the first time since the pandemic began. My pick up of an online order went very smoothly. Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful--they all offered to direct me to the customer service/pick up area. I was in and out of the store in a flash.

Andrea Wu: I came here to pick up my shoes that I ordered online, and after trying them out in nature, they were too big so I came back to return and get new ones. The staff helping me was very helpful, bringing me different shoes for me to try on. I finally got a pair that fit properly, and checkout was pretty speedy too. Parking on the street might be a bit tough, but it's not too bad!

H Gill: Great store! love REI… but checking out here is always a 15 min wait. The checkout line moves at a snail’s pace, and the managers/supervisors don’t seem to care. I’ve seen customers put items down and leave out of frustration.

Rebecca Tolbert: Generally a good store, but the parking situation is currently very weird. You park in the parking deck and then have to walk all the way around a whole city block because they have blocked off the elevator and stairs. So, you drive into the parking deck and then have this surprise journey ahead of you, through a sketchy alley and everything. Just wanted to give other customers a heads up!

Ben Layton: Bike shop effectively closes at 6:30, not 7:00, since you have to get on a wait-list to get the bike checked in and the wait-list closes at 6:30. Called in advance and told them when I'd get there and they didn't mention that, so came all the way here for nothing. Turnaround on basic repairs also 9-10 days rn, which is honestly nuts.

R: Oddly enough they aren’t dog friendly yet I saw a pitbull walking around without a service vest. The area around is horrendous, good luck finding a parking spot. Really disappointed that REIs aren’t dog friendly yet their competitors REI and Bass Pro is.

S.M.: I love shopping here. Ordering online can be a bit of a hassle because their delivery fee is higher than usual and you always have to have someone sign for the package. When going to the store, you’ll have to be buzzed in and a staff member will follow you around waiting on your every need. It can get a bit overbearing but since 75% of the stores items are behind the counter, it makes sense I guess. Clothes are very stylish, I always get compliments on the clothes.

Marcus Houston: Horrible staff and service. I placed a online order for my brother, but since his name wasn't on the card that purchased I had to go pick it up. My license doesn't say my new address so I had to bring a bill to prove that was my address even though my license and card matched the name on the order. Furthermore the item didn't fit so when my brother went back to exchange they told him he couldn't do the exchange even though he had the receipt with HIS name on it. Then after arguing with him and I over the phone about the exchange process ( i got confirmation the day of pickup that anyone could exchange with the receipt as long as the tag was still on the item) they told us they didn't even have the correct size in stock. Horrible service, staff was rude and acted as if we were committing fraud. Never shopping at this store or with Solbiato again. -5/5

Lorenzo Whitehead: Absolutely outstanding quality at is best

Gregory Xcellence (Jayadev): I lived in Washington, DC for 6-years and return at least 2-3 times a year to visit friends. I never knew this store existed. I am so happy! Initially, I saw Versace hightops in the window and had to take a peak. I was much more impressed with their signature brand of shoes and clothing. A steal at $60, but more importantly they are fashionable and SO COMFORTABLE. Feeling good about the savings on the sneakers, I decided to purchase a pair of Carrera sunglasses with blue tinted, reflective lenses. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I will certainly be returning here on my next visit. If this business needs some help marketing, please feel free to contact me. I think the collection and store should have so many more reviews. I charge, but I am passionate about the quality.

dennis clark: The skull cap I brought was 10 times to big, and since I couldn't try it on in the store, that's just the chance you have to take, 50.00 down the drain, bad business.

virginie gimenez: This is the place for swimmers. The prices are expected for quality bathing suits but this store is more than bathing suits. You will find all the gears you need and robes, bags, etc. The store is very clean and well organized. There are two levels. They have big comfortable dressing rooms too. The staff I saw was very nice and immediately asked me if I needed help and guide me with my purchase. Before rushing to Amazon, just come check them out and help out a cool local business.

Kevin Morris: The staff makes the difference! Competition gear can be hard to size for youth but they never disappoint! Friendly and skilled staff make sure you get the right fit for performance. See you next season!

The staff is super knowledgeable and always willing to help with choices. They even have a specialist to fit the athletes into the proper size Tech Suit. And this matters!! Bob Alridge: Great place to go for all of your swim team related gear! Staff is super helpful, and they always carry the latest in swim sport suits and other training equipment. Walls are littered with posters of US Olympic athletes, and most of them are signed by the actual athletes themselves! Be sure to check out the clearance items... Amazing deals!

Henok Garedew (Henny breezy): It’s okay store, not friendly, staff and management seems don’t care for customer.They have good collections.I prefer not to go this store anymore.

Dianna Cahn: Worst customer service. Dont buy there unless you know exactly what you want. I bought a pair of sneakers for what was admittedly a good price and was told that if I return shoes unworn I will get money back. I tried them at home on carpeting and they were too small. Went back and asked if I could exchange for next size and I also asked if they don't work will I be able to return those for my money back and they said absolutely. Again, never worn. Hurt in my living room on carpeting. When I went to return them, was told their policy is only to give a gift card. they would not give me money back. Gave me a lecture on reading the rules. Manager was exceptionally rude. It's a store culture. Stay away unless you know exactly what you want. There are plenty of other stores that honor their deal with the customer.

Hero H: Great store. You can find some real gems in the back wall clearance section for shoes. However, it's just about always crowded. To the point where it discourages me from even wanting to shop because I know the checkout process will take more time than I've spent looking for items.

Dayili 7: In short, I like all the outlet. It amazing 🤩.

T tyson: Love the prices, alot of bare shelves I assume because of the prices. I will say that the cashier's are all welcoming and greet everyone upon entering the store.

S0671 Mamba: Decent size store but if you have the average shoe size for men as myself (10 1/2 or 11) the variety is limited. Good selection for kids or over sized feet.

lakeya jones: Employees were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me download the app which allowed me to receive a discount which was a plus. I even found a semi rare shoe for my child. I will be returning in the very near future.

jess alejo: Good selections and nice military discount. Just be aware can’t combine the military discount and Nike discount app. Got wrong info, guy said, sign up you can combined discount but it is not. Anyway, store manager able to clarify the Nike apps which is SOMETIMES give you discount.

Ty'Ronn Waters Sr: All the good shoes they didn't have in my size 10.5. But good experience not enough people on the floor helping.

Xyco Maniac: Great staff and great products. The back wall (or hash wall) is most of the time always stocked and the aisles are filled with good stuff too. Staff are very nice and the place overall is very clean. The only downsides are the prices aren't always that much discounted (hash wall doesnt always have good prices) and this place still requires masks, but that's okay with me, just something to note. The place itself makes up for any downsides and this place offers returns which is a big plus. Would highly recommend. I make the trip here about every week, driving for 50 minutes and it's well worth it.
