I really appreciate the staff in the aisle for assisting me with finding items on my check list. At check out the cashier was welcoming and friendly. This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.

Jessica Fullington: Today I went to the garden center for some outside plants. Yolanda was so very helpful! She was able to answer my questions, she even went and got me a cart so that it was easier for me to get the items I purchased to my car. It is so refreshing to have people who are pleasant and helpful at their jobs I will definitely come back to this location to get all the plants I need this spring! Marla was very helpful as well along with the young man who answered some of my questions about my plans. All around a wonderful experience!

They offer a verity of products that can help you with your Lawn, Garden, Appliances, Painting, Outdoor Patio, Home Improvement, Cleaning Products, Tools/Equipment Rentals and many many more. I really Appreciate the help from a young male staff who was working in the Garden/Mulch area, he was very Helpful and Knowledgeable with assisting me with the products along with a young female cashier on the inside of the store. Now you can never get the help you need when you’re in the store aisles. Every time you asked a staff member who’s in the same aisle as you. Can you help me with something? Their reply seems to be, I don’t work over here and they don’t know who can help you..!!! Home Depot needs better training for their staff who’s working in the store aisles..

Anna Lloyd: Desmond in the home and garden went out of his way to help us find something that 4 different employees had just shrugged their shoulders and said that even though it was available online they were probably out. Desmond knew exactly where it was and showed us himself, even though it was on the complete other side of the store. He really took customer service to the next level.

You might not even believe what I’m going to say! I recently purchased a house & immediately started renovations. Within the last 2 weeks, I have visited this store multiple times to buy flooring. Once the project was over, I had one unopened box of floor panels that I went in the store to return. As soon as Jeff saw me unloading my car, he quickly ran to the door to meet me. He opened the door, kindly greeted me, and took the heavy box from my hand. I followed him to the register to start my return. He asked me how my thanksgiving was and we had small talk. I ended up telling him that I recently saw that the floors I had purchased during my renovations had went on sale & joked about the fact that I should’ve waited 2 weeks to start my renovations. His response was “let me see about that.” Y’all, this man went and refunded me the difference of what I paid and the sale price of ALL the floors I purchased. I thought I would be walking out with a $60 refund but ended up leaving the the store with over $400 in refunds. I spent a lot of money these last few weeks between a down payment on a home & renovations. Not to mention, Christmas is right around the corner and I’m a single mom. This was truly a BLESSING. Jeff - THANK YOU SO MUCH. THAT MEANT SO MUCH TO ME! You were a HUGE blessing to not only me but also my family!!! To me, kind acts mean SO much, ESPECIALLY with the state that this country is in! If we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic, Jeff would’ve had no choice but to receive a very tight hug! I’m just truly so appreciative! Jeff - ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU! MAC Cover: I am rating Glover Park Ace location a 4 because the gentleman who assisted me was very nice in spite of this mean nasty new world we live in. The only issue I have was I placed my order for curbside but the store was unable to locate the order which caused me to go inside the store which I loathe. Love my Ace Hardware!

Brian Copes: This is my main Home Depot I go to the Northern Virginia area. It usually has any home improvement or household item that I need for my place. My only issue is sometimes the staff is busy handling other customers questions to answer my personal question. Definitely one of top stores in the area in my opinion. It was significantly easier to find what I needed versus shopping at Home Depot and there seem to be a lot more available in terms of volume. Would definitely recommend here if you are shopping around for screws and bolts.
