Phokin Guy: I personally, will never ever in my life as a contractor will ever do business with this facility. My first time here and there is a few Hispanic males in the entrance just standing with the employee of the store I walk in an the people start making fun of how I am dressed! Which I think it completely stupidity! The employee of the store actually starts making fun of my shoes! Red vans ! Asking if they are Cinderella shoes and all this stuff obviously I don't know this guy an I have a real short temper so I rather not even speak a word I look at the brushed and feel my blood start boiling so I rather step out and take my business else where. If this is the type of employee McCormick employes I really feel sorry for the company. Smh

Phillip Arcaini: I have tried to get paint at this store for a week and their “system is down” every single day and they are unable to help and serve customers but their doors are “open” ??? Corporate must be losing a lot of money over this, and I will have to find a different place for paint now as deadlines are approaching.

bradley Wilde: My husband and I have just come home from the Sherman Williams located on Wisconsin Avenue where we were assisted by a most competent and friendly young man named Michael. He was knowledgeable, friendly, gave advice, and was not pushy in the slightest. While we had thought we would compare Sherwin Williams with other paint stores in the area we were so impressed with Michael that decided to forego comparison shopping and will be back in a week to order the paint we need to redo the interior of our apartment. José Enrique Samayoa: Gave one star because 0 is not possible.Terrible customer service. Today in the afternoon, we went with my fiancé to this store to purchase the paint and tools for our new house. We were excited as this is our first home and first time painting. There was only one very rude lady in the store who was annoyed with our questions and kept pressuring us as she kept saying that she needed to close the store (half an hour before closing). We didn’t end up buying anything and decided to make our purchase somewhere else. If you’re planning on buying from this store don’t expect to get help or guidance.

Gontran Archer: The staff was extremely courteous and professional. I picked up a gallon at a store 1 hour away which was mixed wrong. I found them just a mile from my job site so they allowed me to bring the paint to their store and provided me with a freshly mixed gallon in the right color! They were great and I highly recommend them.....they are my new store from now on!

Kris Juncker: Sherwin Williams recycles paint cans. This is a great service. We use SW paints for my workplace, and I switched to SW for home because of the quality. However, contractors get a price discount so definitely work with your builder if you are getting the walls painted.

Emily Tedesco: I had such a good experience at this store. My apartment complex had done some work on my kitchen but gave me no help in managing the noxious fumes from the paint. It occurred me to stop into the paint store. The man there let me rant a little bit (he was very kind) and gave me a solution that worked. I think it cost like $20. I strongly recommend the folks at Benjamin Moore! Thank you for your help finding a solution and for your kindness!

William Rodriguez: This is my SPOT! I used to run around all over town trying to find different odds and ends offered at specific stores. Then I stumbled on True Value on 17th which seems to have everything I could ever need and quickly became my one stop shop. Feels like I'm in this store just about every weekend. I was treated like family (with great customer service) on day one and that continues to be the same experience with every visit since. Have actually come to enjoy seeing the same people on every visit and catching up. The staff is not only friendly and conversational, but also very knowledgeable. These folks have advised me on mounting curtains, replacing a bathroom sink, removing graffiti, patching a hole in the wall, painting, plant care and countless other household projects/hobbies. I could go on and on raving but I'll stop there. You'll have to stop in and experience it for yourself!

Tricia Hooper: This place is like Narnia for everything you need for your home! I don’t know how they fit their extensive inventory so perfectly in such a small place, but it’s like magic. I have yet to go in and not be able to find what I need. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Such a great local business - who needs Amazon when you have everything you need down the street at True Value?!

Paul Durbin: Great staff. I’ve gone to this hardware store at least 100 times. They make eye contact and ask what I need help with, without fail. They all seem to jump in to cover any duty. If a register is occupied, one of the staff will quickly ask to take me at another one. I’ve never had to search for help and I’ve never had to wait in line.

Rujwan: This place is great! It's nice to have a hardware store nearby, but this store offers so much more! The have a nursery, which doesn't surprise me, kitchen ware, cleaning supplies, and so much more. On top of that, they're all really friendly.

Emily Shaw: I love this place--such a friendly neighborhood vibe. I get all my plants here, and this one guy who works there (sorry don't remember the name) is my plant guru. They will repot your plants for a small fee if you bring them in, which is so helpful when you live in an apartment. Also--their plants are so reasonably priced!! I bought a gorgeous 7-foot fiddle leaf fig on a whim because the price was literally a quarter of what you'd pay at [unnamed nearby plant shop]. Thank you for everything you do!!

Paul Durbin: If you want service and quick check out go to True Value on 17th. Completely different experience with knowledgeable staff ready for you at the door who will help you and then check you out right away. 100% of the true value staff knows their stuff. Here it’s mainly people who will just check you out and don’t know hardware. This place has equally good inventory and later hours, but it’s not a hardware store experience. And for what it’s worth this is an Ace Hardware, which advertises on Fox News, should you want to avoid supporting Fox.

Baba Harsh: This place is great, I understand it's a mom and pop shop but man the prices are super high. The people are somewhat helpful but got a lot of short answers. Ended up at Home Depot.

Zlatica Hoke: Zero stars. Of all the area paint stores, this one is the worst and the most expensive, the service the slowest, the selection of merchandise poorest. I get a faster service at ACE or Monarch with 10 people in the store than in this SW store with one or two shoppers in the store. The staff does not show interest in your needs. I asked about the quality of the masking tape (they are not all the same) and the seller said he did not understand the question. When I tried to be more specific and wanted to know if the tape was smooth like vinyl or more like crepe paper, he said he still did not understand. The shop caters only goods wanted by contractors albeit its location in a residential street where many people have small projects and do not need huge quantities. The only reason I ever go there is because it is a block from where I live, but every time I go I get distressed. It is worth driving further to get decent service and decent and reasonably priced merchandise.

Pauly Kerins: I’ll tell you what, the customer service in this store is TOP NOTCH!! My 1st visit I was a bit lost but Jay the manager walked me through what I needed for the size of the room I was painting. All I had to do was pick out the color, my man even gave me some pointers on how to prep properly. Legit!! My 2nd visit was even smoother. Jack one of the other managers recognized me and was able to look up my color that chose last time and got me out the door in less than 5 min. TOP NOTCH!! Here’s the kicker last visit they gave me a voucher for the food truck that they had parked outback!! Whaaaat!! Taco Taco Thanks Guys, That’s What Customer Service Is All About.

Gregory Pitman: Choose another Sherwin-Williams location. I tried ordering samples online (covd-19) but one of the colors I wanted says it can't be made even though it's a Sherwin-Williams color. At that point I called the store to ask if it could be done as a "Custom Color" order since that is an option on the website. The answer I kept getting was "If it's a designer color I can't make it" which I understand but he kept repeating this instead of answering my question and I'm still not sure if the color is a "designer color" or not as he kept repeating the same answer with no further discussion. At no time did the person ask "What is the color so we can double check if that's the issue" or "what is the color?" he just kept repeating the same thing "Designer colors can't be made into a sample". I still don't know if the color I wanted was a designer color or not. I went to another Sherwin-Williams where they were told me "it's an online glitch and we can certainly help you."

Could I save a little bit of cash by driving out to the deep burbs for the Home Despot or similar? Sure, but would I? Absolutely not. Icing on this cake: they always accept my Ace coupons, even if past their expiration date. Now that is ace in my book.

20TH Century Archivist: Disbelieve all positive reviews for the ACE Hardware in Glover Park. The staff there is rude, unhelpful, incompetent and pay absolutely no attention to customer safety. This explains why today was my last shopping trip to the ACE Hardware in Glover Park. I was walking through one of the aisles in the ACE Hardware in Glover Park and was looking at items on a shelf when I suddenly was tripped and fell to the floor: the staff left several thick and heavy sealed cardboard boxes scattered right on the floor. A store employee came to see what had happened and when she saw me rising from the floor she then promptly lost all interest. The employee "apologized" in an insincere manner and was offended when I criticized her and the store for leaving boxes scattered on the floor for customers to trip on, claiming that she was not the employee responsible. Although I haven't encountered scattered boxes previously in the in the ACE Hardware in Glover Park, the staff there does place too much merchandise in the aisles: they are totally incompetent and rude and cannot properly run the store. Placing heavy sealed cardboard boxes on the store floor for customers to trip on is absolutely the dumbest thing store employees can do: Washington, DC store employees can be among the worst, but I have never encountered such flagrant incompetence in a store in this city before today. The Yelp reviewers posting here leaving all of those five-star reviews probably have never shopped often in the ACE Hardware in Glover Park or spent much time in the store when shopping there. All of the Washington, DC area ACE Hardware stores are poorly staffed and managed, but the Glover Park location is the very worst and has been getting worse since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic: they are unable to deal with more customer demand. For your own safety and sanity, please avoid the ACE Hardware in Glover Park! You will find Lowe’s or the Home Depot to be a safer, saner, and more courteous environment!

Tre assisted me in ordering about 20 gallons of paint for my home. This was sourced from multiple locations and still available for pick up on time the next day. Tre patiently went above and beyond to work with me to ensure I got the most accurate colors which compliment the lighting in my home. The 8th St. SE location is definitely highly recommended and my preferred location for purchasing Sherwin Williams paint & products.

Brad Sargent: First and foremost SW super paint is probably the best product on the market. The boys in the store are awesome they will help you to the car and they double check everything. Plus they constantly send you discounts in the mail and online.

danceswithcars w: While the renamed store still hosts TheBikeHouse on the edge of the parking lot and tools inside, not much else has changed, afaict, still kind of unpaid day laborers in relation to a for profit store. When at Qualia it was coffee/light foods and taking over the back yard. This tools, supplies and learning some basic mechanics. How to change a flat. How a ratchet works. On up through what can be done with bikes... At times I wish TBH would takeover a foreclosed property and have a home... Until then I guess buy cold sweet liquids while baking to death in the heat without bathroom nor filtered cold water access. FWIW I was at the (original) opening with council member(s), food truck, etc. District HW (w 🚲), old Capital Hill Fragers that burned, saw deceased mayor there, etc.

Mark Pry: Excellent hardware store in the Petworth area that typically has everything I need. The staff are friendly and helpful. Chris was especially helpful when I needed to grab a few bags of mulch!

Daniel Alexander: The first time I came to this location, I received excellent help in finding the right size nail for a small drawer. But today, despite the store not being very busy, no one offered much help in me trying to decide on plants or planters. Fine, I can do it myself. But then the plastic plate rang up for over twice the actual price. And none of the plastic planters have any prices, so I ended up returning everything and leaving with only time wasted - if I can't trust the register to ring up one item properly (aka theft) then I think the other prices might be wrong (or just way overpriced for some cheap plastic planters).

Cassandra Hall: Went in today to begin a major repaint indoor and out. Two employees behind counter both looking down at their cell phones. Several customers in the store when we came in. Went to counter to ask for assistance. The female rep looked up and asked if we were ready to check out. We had just entered but again, both reps were staring at their phones and didn't realize we were just entering. I told the female rep we needed assistance and she looked at the male employee, he shook his head, she sat back down and they both continued to look at their phones. They said nothing, refused to assist. We took a few paint chips went to Home Depot and received excellent service. Entire time in Sherwin Williams, 20 minutes, not one time was any assistance given. Home Depot, 200.00 paint purchase from very helpful. I thought we would getting better assistance from our small neighborhood specialty store. I was very wrong. If you want to be completely ignored after requesting assistance this store will not disappoint.

Dana Warnecke: I had a wonderful experience at this store a few months back and I never got around to writing the review but I still think about it to this day. Mr. Jorge Santana assisted me in finding the color I was looking for (I brought a cut out from a magazine with the exact color/name I wanted). After comparing the magazine color to the actual paint color once it was mixed, it didn't look quite right but I still went with it because I was certain it was the right color. He was so patient during the process and even walked me through other colors that were similar. I truly appreciate kind customer service like this and know most people do not get to hear when they are appreciated so I wanted to share this! Thank you again, I will be back!

Claudia Bennett: I never usually give reviews, but we just had a horrible experience at this store. We ordered $600 worth of paint and the the guy who helped us was not so happy we were buying that much paint at 4:45pm. He was rude, when I told him sorry for making making you work late 15min passed 5pm. He ignored my apology and made us feel worse. He dumped the paint next to the car in a rude way and walked away leaving us with 12 gallons of paint to load by myself. Is that how Shermin Williams instructs its employees to treat customers?

I love how they know where every item is specifically located - like really! Upon entry, you’re on main isle. To your left are short isles leading to registers. Staff always escort me through store or to elevator where I’m met by another team member on lower level. Ayesha, General Manager, allows items to be opened for me when possible so I can feel item. koura Gibson: Disappointed to be rudely treated for “walking into store” before opening. The door was wide opened and I entered only to be charged aggressively by the 3 attending employees, shouting for me to exit. I had to calm them down of their excitement to reprimand me for entering the store. There was no indication that the store was not opened. No hours were posted ether. Then the older guy rudely and aggressively closed the door as I exited. He then snarkly stated “I guess!” When informing him that 8:00 was in 14 minutes. It was really disappointing to have to endure such rudeness in the morning.

Al Boyd: Customer service, was excellent. But I didn't appreciate being mistaken for a thief. I had the receipt was in my bag. I am a retired police officer, I don't need too steal anything from anyone.

Nathan Deunk: Very convenient location, and they've really improved the store since they moved locations. Unfortunately, Fragers employees and contractors consistently endanger the residents of the surrounding community by illegally parking on both 11th SE and Pennsylvania SE. I can't support a store that cares so little for their neighbors, especially when those neighbors are their customers.

Christopher Burger: I ordered Hunter Douglas shades from Monarch. They were installed incorrectly - they are not level, don't close all the way - tons of problems. I have been chasing Monarch paint since August 2021 to come repair them. No response - If you call the design center, no one answers and there is no answering service. They don't respond to emails. These shades look horrible and were a complete waste of money. I can deal with things not being installed correctly - if the vendor fixes the issue. The fact they were installed incorrectly and the vendor is AVOIDING the issue is what makes this so troubling. If you want any level of service whatsoever, stay away from Monarch paint!

C H: I was very pleased with the assistance of the designers; one came to our house to help with selections. I purchased a variety of paints for different rooms. They also helped with wallpaper selection which I also purchased there and just love.

Realize it's tough to get good help these days but I will likely take my business elsewhere after this experience, very disappointed. Gail Smith: Whatever type of paint or color of paint you need, they have it. Also they have most of other painting supplies. The employees are very professional and courteous. They even loaded my car for me.

Paul Albers: Third bad experience in this store today.... I think they must cater to contractors because they don't seem to like consumers... today I came in to look for paint colors for a kitchen remodel, I was asked by the staff if I needed some help I said yes but I was met with impatience - I had backsplash samples and sample of the cabinet, when I presented them I got an eye roll and a curt paint color suggestion - then she turned on her heel and walked away. Last year, when doing a bathroom remodel I received similar treatment. I live in the neighborhood and want to support the local businesses, but in the future I think I will go to Strosniders if I want to purchase Benjamin Moore.

Christopher Parker: Stay away from this store and Hunter Douglas PowerView at all costs! One year ago (around July 9, 2016) we started the process to buy shades here. We have an area where we can't reach the shades so we needed the motorized version. There was mistake after mistake by the people measuring and installing the shades meaning my wife or I had to take off work a number of times. After install, the shades didn't work and were getting stuck to the paint. Some of them would start to raise and then stop after an inch. We were told this was our fault because of the paint we had on the ledges and we given (free of charge I must say) a gallon of special paint that was supposed solve all of our problems. The process seemed to be resolved in December 2016 but now, one year after I first stepped into this store, I am dealing with a shade that goes up an inch and then stops. Spend your money anywhere else. UPDATE: we got a full refund but only after threatening to take them to court over it.

While there were problems on our vendor's end throughout the process, we did make every effort to rectify the situation including no-charge replacement shades, paint and installation calls, additional parts at no additional cost, interim refunds for the difficult experience, bringing in the regional manger to address your issues, and ultimately providing you with a full refund after our initial efforts to correct the problems with your order were unsuccessful. We are a family owned business and care very much about the service we provide to our local community. It is very rare to have an issue like this with PowerView, but that being said, we completely understand why you feel this way. Thank you for your feedback.

peter pinkham: This is a nice store - location is excellent, but the size of it precludes they're keeping a large supply of various bases etc on hand. Luckily for me, when I went there I was able to get exactly what I needed. Never hurts to call ahead too! The gentleman in there knew his stuff and got me in and out in a jiffy. Eric Xavier Leo Noro: This is the place to get your paint! Great quality, they meet the customers needs, and the have pretty much anything you need fro a small touch up job to painting an entire house. Some paints are expensive, but if you go with quality you'll probably never have to paint in a very long time and colors won't fade with these high end brands. They also have other brands that will not hurt your wallet. They also carry blinds. This is my go to place now.

Andrew Eifert: I'm a professional painter so I go to all the painting stores. And I have certainly no problem with any of monarchs employees they do a great job. But if you're looking for the most expensive paint in town go to Monarch. You have to also understand that Benjamin Moore paint stores are a independently operated franchise. So not every Benjamin Moore store is owned by monarch .

Paula F: Don't try to order anything online and expect it to be ready when they promise. I ordered some paint samples online and received an email a couple of hours later saying that they were ready to pick up. When I got there the store had closed early. When I went the next day, I was informed that the paints hadn't been mixed but if I waited for 10-15 min they could make them for me. So not much point in using the online service, you might as well just show up.

Sassy Sauce: I missed all of the after Christmas saw items. This location had a few products left over from Christmas but nothing I really wanted. Overall the store was neat and organized. I didn’t need any additional items for this trip, just preparing for next years holiday decorations.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Great shops for home goods, this is very big shop i have been going that HomeDepot for many years i was there very first day when they opened, biggest problem is coustmer service is very bad here i stud for help for more than 20 minutes before someone showed up.

They offer a verity of products that can help you with your Lawn, Garden, Appliances, Painting, Outdoor Patio, Home Improvement, Cleaning Products, Tools/Equipment Rentals and many many more. I really Appreciate the help from a young male staff who was working in the Garden/Mulch area, he was very Helpful and Knowledgeable with assisting me with the products along with a young female cashier on the inside of the store. Now you can never get the help you need when you’re in the store aisles. Every time you asked a staff member who’s in the same aisle as you. Can you help me with something? Their reply seems to be, I don’t work over here and they don’t know who can help you..!!! Home Depot needs better training for their staff who’s working in the store aisles..

Jeff Rueckgauer: Needed a red 10 cup Brita pitcher. App says there is 1 in stock. Not on the shelf. 4 associates said they couldn't help but would page someone for the aisle. 10 minutes is more than enough time for someone to at least arrive, even if they have to look further. This HD had been really good for many years. The pandemic is no excuse for just unhelpful people and plainly unconcerned, inept management.

Rickey Anderson: I went to the Rhode Island Avenue store it was good. What would made it excellent if their stock was current with the website. They didn't have it even though the computer said they did have it. The item was Sphagnum moss. Happy that I was able to find a few other items

Bailey Cage: Unfortunately this was the first time I’ve been to a Home Depot where the staff was completely unknowledgeable. I had spent hours online trying to research the best products / methods for tiling my second-story concrete subfloor with no definitive answers, so I decided to head to the store and find someone to help me. Normally Home Depot workers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but whoever they sent back to flooring to help me seemed to know nothing. He was able to show me where items were on the aisle, but he couldn’t answer a single question about how to tile my floor or what the differences and pros/cons in products were. It was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful, and I ended up leaving with a couple hundred dollars of products I later had to return. What truly upset me is that I did some more research once I got home just to find out the answer I was looking for is common knowledge in construction, but as someone doing a DIY project, I just didn’t know what terms I had to search for. For a Home Depot employee - the flooring specialist - to not know this is astounding.

jamesbowdenjr: This is the worst Home Depot is in the entire country. I am trying to get a door, but the store is unresponsive, the management is inept and provides no additional assistance, the associates are extremely slow, unknowledgeable of the products. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this store. Please go to another Home Depot location.

Anna Lloyd: Desmond in the home and garden went out of his way to help us find something that 4 different employees had just shrugged their shoulders and said that even though it was available online they were probably out. Desmond knew exactly where it was and showed us himself, even though it was on the complete other side of the store. He really took customer service to the next level.

DAVID GILL: paint dept vert slow. When paint was done I was not told it was done. I came up to the counter and stood there waiting while emotes helped others. After 10 minutes he pointed at can. I said is that mine he looked at me like Duh.

Chanpen Tee: I came here for the kitchen cabinets project. The lady is so helpful and friendly. She takes her time explaining all the questions we have.

Chris P: I totally wasted my time and money by buying Sherwin-Williams paint. Go to Home Depot or Lowe's to get the same quality at half the price. Contractors should use McCormick's instead.

I went in seeking a screw that would fit a warped sleeve in a new piece of furniture, and Chris went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. He asked me to bring in my furniture, offered me a dolly to wheel it in from my car, and used some tools free of charge at the store to help get the screw properly threaded so I could finish building my furniture. It was so kind of him to offer his assistance, I likely would have had to exchange the furniture if I didn’t have his help. I have come to this location a few times and I have always been incredibly impressed by the service. Huge thank you to Chris!

Jessica C: I take my dog here twice a week while I browse their new plant selections. The staff are all so nice and helpful. I love that they shower my dog with attention. My dog loves it too. She always tries to drag me in for treats. They have a great plant selection. They change things up but you can usually find a good array of basics and less common plants. They often have small hoyas, peperomias, aglaonemas, and other stuff I’m looking for. I always look forward to checking out the new stock on Wednesday and Friday. Thanks, Ace

Mel R.: Efficient and friendly, Juan went above and beyond with customer service to ensure I had the exact color paint and primer I needed for our contractors to finish the job. He volunteered to explain the different types of primer products and their three-tiered price points, which let me know he was concerned with me making the right decision for my budget. Talking to my contractor over the phone and extending him a contractor discount was a gesture I didn't expect, but well pleased with. He anticipated I would have difficulty getting my supplies to my car and offered curb side assistance. Thanks again, Juan for making my visit to your business a pleasant one. I will definitely be a returning customer.

a.l. rodenberg: Many things to love about this store. Personable owner who has time for every customer, great advice, a newly expanded collection of useful house-type items... But for anyone who watches furniture flippers obsessively on youtube and either thinks about trying it out or has a cheap marketplace find that you're going to tackle... These folks might become your new best friends. Their current range of chalk paint is limited to Rustoleum (though they do have tintable rustoleum chalk paint, which I didn't know was a thing) The price, if I remember, was $15 and change for a quart? But they have Benjamin Moore Advance, which is a self-leveling cabinet paint ($20ish/quart). Unfortunately, the least shiny option in Advance is Satin, but I can attest to the self-leveling qualities. They aren't currently carrying General Finishes Milk Paint, which I am eager to test out, but... they can order and have available within a day for you (I asked). They are contemplating just carrying the line on the shelves, but a day to order and be able to pick it up at a local place instead of Amazon? That works for me. I'd much rather contribute to the bottom line of an independant local than continue to line the pockets of Bezos. Who knows, if there are enough of us, we might be able to talk them into giving us a corner with waxes, brushes, stencils, and other sundries to play with. Even though they don't currently have a dedicated furniture painting corner, there is a crafty corner with metallic paints, plus a variety of top coats and finishing products, stains, paint brushes, measuring/mixing cans, sanding implements, and other useful things. Just saying. If you're into flipping furniture for yourself or others, this place is worth a visit.

Lyssa McEachern: The friendliest staff! They walked me (a first time painter) step by step through what I would need and what paint, finish, and grade would be best! I’ll come here for any painting need!

Veronica Amos: Tried to match paint at Home Depot 3 times.....that was a mistake. Took it to Fort Washington Paint...exact match the 1st time. They know their paint....and they are always pleasant and helpful! Great business!

Andrew Eifert: This is a great paint store besides the fact but they have Benjamin Moore paint and other paint products they also have a fine selection of painting accessories that will help even the most hapless amateur out with their projects.they also did a very fine job of matching a paint color for me something that not all paint stores do very good job of. I'm a professional painter and owner of a painting company it's always quite a pleasure to run into a company that knows what they're doing. A lot of people would probably be surprised to know that all Benjamin Moore stores are a independently operated and owned franchise. So not every Benjamin Moore store is going to give you the same price or the same service. This store offers a competitive price on their paint and excellent service.

Jordan Kaye Colvin: THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE STORES LIKE THIS. I didn't buy anything but called to ask if they had a product I needed for a time-sensitive project. They had it in stock and I asked to put it aside for me to pick up. They called me back 5 minutes later to say, so kindly, "I think you actually mean to use it for THIS, and blah blah blah." Long story short- they went the extra mile to save the time driving there because I was mistaken about the product's use. They are awesome and I wanted to acknowledge a great small business.

GraceEagle: I bought GARDZ Problem Surface Sealer from them to fix a huge drywall tear. Product really works great! Glad they had it, otherwise I would have had to wait for Amazon to ship. Would definitely shop there again.

Heath Miller: I came here because I wanted to paint my kitchen cabinets and I had a lot of questions (the responses at a big box store were disappointing). Juan and Danny were very helpful with picking out the right primer, paint, and tools as well as giving me tips. I used the Benjamin Moore Advance paint, I love that stuff!

Eric Jenkins: Fairly new here to the neighborhood. I was going to Va for Benjamin Moore paint. Now I can stay local. OWNER gave great service and was very knowledgeable. Worth your time to come here and get quality and service
