Sam Wice: Reviewing this as a retail client who is not a painting expert. Staff were helpful in identifying the correct paint to use. Paint is a little expensive versus places like Home Depot, but they often have 35%/40% sales so wait for one of those.

Christopher Junior: Just had THE best customer experience here. Walked in playing gopher for my contractor and Antonio saved the day for me. Got the paint match adjusted for a 5 gallon bucket (didn’t know that was a thing), reminded me to use my contractor’s account for discount and even carried the paint out to my car! Amazingly surprised and pleased with my visit from start to finish.

Shelsea Alustiza: This paint store is great! I had many different projects and the manager told me what paint to use for my kitchen walls and bathroom it’s finally painted and the end result is flawless. I am so glad I came to this store, the store employees were very knowledgeable and the paint was made quickly. bradley Wilde: My husband and I have just come home from the Sherman Williams located on Wisconsin Avenue where we were assisted by a most competent and friendly young man named Michael. He was knowledgeable, friendly, gave advice, and was not pushy in the slightest. While we had thought we would compare Sherwin Williams with other paint stores in the area we were so impressed with Michael that decided to forego comparison shopping and will be back in a week to order the paint we need to redo the interior of our apartment. Gontran Archer: The staff was extremely courteous and professional. I picked up a gallon at a store 1 hour away which was mixed wrong. I found them just a mile from my job site so they allowed me to bring the paint to their store and provided me with a freshly mixed gallon in the right color! They were great and I highly recommend them.....they are my new store from now on!

Kris Juncker: Sherwin Williams recycles paint cans. This is a great service. We use SW paints for my workplace, and I switched to SW for home because of the quality. However, contractors get a price discount so definitely work with your builder if you are getting the walls painted.

James Walters: Butch’s is definitely the best body shop in the area (by a mile!!!). The staff is so warm and helpful. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk into the shop and the customer service is impeccable. Went to a couple of body shops to get a price on my damaged bumper. This was definitely the best one. Their service was quick, the car looked great, and the prices were perfect. Would definitely recommend. Best place in the area by far!!!

frannie nuccio: They fixed my car’s front bumper so quickly and it looked brand new! After a month after them fixing my bumper, my bumper popped out again (possible cause unsure, possibly due to street parking?) So I brought it back to them and was very stressed because I just spent the money on fixing it but Diana and the mechanic was so nice and understanding and fixed it once again free of charge since they just needed to put a few screws back in place. I am so appreciative and definitely will recommend it to friends/will go again if needed!
Claire Boyd: I called Guarani hoping for an estimate for a passenger side vent window replacement - Sonia and Diana were extremely helpful over the phone and asked me to send photos of the damage as well as information about the make and model of my car. They followed up within 24 hours with an estimate and window of time for the following day when they could complete the job. The team was ready as soon as I arrived and was flexible to pay up front or after the job was complete. The repair was finished within 2 hours and exceeded my expectations - I really appreciate how friendly and easy to work with they were. I could not have had a better experience - I love this women-run shop! I will definitely be going back :)

As a young woman, car repairs can be intimidating, but Diane at Guarani made it comfortable and easy for me to request the repair I needed. She offered transparency about the pricing and the repair process. At first the fix wasn’t exactly why I was looking for, but when I pointed that out, they made it right quickly and also went above and beyond with an additional minor fix. I hope I won’t need more body work done, but if I do I’ll use Guarani.

Pauly Kerins: I’ll tell you what, the customer service in this store is TOP NOTCH!! My 1st visit I was a bit lost but Jay the manager walked me through what I needed for the size of the room I was painting. All I had to do was pick out the color, my man even gave me some pointers on how to prep properly. Legit!! My 2nd visit was even smoother. Jack one of the other managers recognized me and was able to look up my color that chose last time and got me out the door in less than 5 min. TOP NOTCH!! martina: Imperial Auto Body DC did an amazing job on my car!!! It was damaged by large tree branches during a storm, and now it looks brand new. They were professional, courteous, and super efficient! It also took them less time to fix my car than expected. Their facility is also quite pristine and lovely. I was very impressed. After 15 minutes, He escorted me outside to show me my truck and I was amazed because it looked like a brand new truck. The detail work was better than going to a car wash because the wheels were shiny. I was very happy with the service. I love the staff: Ms. Patricia, Mr. John, Hector, and Bryce. Alain Parcan: Truly the best body shop I’ve ever been to. By far the most professional staff, who took the time to explain everything start to finish, and the actual work done was impeccable. Tre assisted me in ordering about 20 gallons of paint for my home. This was sourced from multiple locations and still available for pick up on time the next day. Tre patiently went above and beyond to work with me to ensure I got the most accurate colors which compliment the lighting in my home. The 8th St. SE location is definitely highly recommended and my preferred location for purchasing Sherwin Williams paint & products.

Melissa: My car looks fantastic! My 1974 corvette needed a fresh paint job and I chose Franklin’s. Franklin’s exceeded my expectations with the quality of their body work (repairing the cracked fiberglass) and attention to detail (matching the OEM color, painting the door jambs, reattaching those old C-O-R-V-E-T-T-E letters to the rear bumper, not painting over the Body Number and Trim and Point Plate, no overspray onto the chrome or badging). Awesome body work and a glistening paint job, all reasonably priced. Franklin’s has excellent communication and customer service; they answered all of my questions and accommodated all of my requests. My car was ready when promised, and I am thrilled with the results!
