Mister Rotisserie: what do users think?

Joselys C: Listen! When I tell you that this is by far the BEST food I’ve ordered since moving to DC, It’s a fact. If you like generously seasoned, well cooked, savory plates, this is THE spot! Only thing is that I wish they had delivery outside of UberEats or Grubhub because those companies always up the prices. Either way, really glad to have found this gem🙏

Matt Sheehan: Food tastes phenomenal and is seasoned perfectly. The portions leave a lot to be desired. I ordered delivery for an entire chicken with yucca and plantains and this is what I got. 8 fries? This is a joke.

Jalen McMillan (Coverboy): This place is horribleFood arrives cold I ordered jerk and got regular fried chicken.

Jessi Gower: I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and the owner. The minute you walk in you get blasted with the most delicious aroma that can only be described as down right mouth watering. While waiting for our pickup order the owner chatted with us, made us laugh and made us truly feel like valued customers. He was so kind and friendly, I will truly never forget the experience he gave us while in his restaurant. It may have been short but it sure was sweet! He has made two new life long customers and I can’t wait to come back for more!! Thank you Mister Rotisserie!

Keshia Wideman: This was me and my husband first time eating here, and the food was delicious and a good full portion. Seasoned well with all condiments included. We will be eating here again, very impressed with the service.

Jill Lewis: You folks are AMAZING!!! Your generosity last night was so very much appreciated. Frank Nitty and his group were extremely pleased with the food. They had been eating pizza for a while and needed some real food. You took care of 60 people and delivered. Thank you so much.

Oneshia Herring: Mannnnnn listen. I just had the BEST ribeye sandwich. I mean melt in your mouth good. It was well-seasoned, tender, and succulent. The fries are fresh and crispy. They even put A1 sauce in the bag for me (without asking) and tried to bring my food out to my car, as I was waiting in the car with my dog. The customer service was polite and friendly. I definitely felt like my patronage was appreciated it. I will definitely be back! Thanks for making my day, Mister Rotisserie. Best of luck!

ottiviani morris: Great food open late and they deliver😁

Huacatay Restaurant: what do users think?

Christian Geye: This place was fantastic!! Food was amazing- flavorful, beautiful, and good size portions. The place was clean and staff was friendly. We ate here just before the Van Gogh experience, it was a short walk and made the trip was even better because of our lunch!!

Rachel U: Yummy neighborhood Peruvian restaurant. The chicken was tender and very tasty. Yucca fries are my fav. The plantain and black beans on the side were great. Green sauce is a must!

Rodger Brown: Hidden gem. Crazy delicious. Well worth the money. Try the passion fruit juice. My homegirl said "Dat chicken so good tho!"

Anindita Barman: Had dined in here right before our Van Gogh Immersive Experience, which was on the other side of the street from this restaurant. The food was flavorful and reasonably priced, the place was clean and service was decent.

Hana Lovely: great place! had dined in here with my husband, he orded the chicken and I got them salad. they were very flavorful and good sized portions, and both of them are very tasty. 10/10 recommended

Beth Favor: Stopped here for lunch after seeing Google reviews. It was ah-maz-ing! The staff were so nice and helpful to me and my kids and the food was just phenomenal. Try it— you won’t be disappointed.

Christopher and Heather Cole: We love the flavor of this Peruvian chicken. It falls off the bone and the sauces are a delicious compliment. The green beans and yucca fries are also delicious. They have fast delivery and great prices.

Melina Martínez: This place sells authentic Peruvian food. We ordered half of a chicken and ceviche the best food ever

Tatiana Padilla: Wow— don’t let the low key entrance fool you! The food was delicious, very flavorful, and hardy portions. The chicken was juicy and perfectly crispy. The yuca and plantains were fresh. We even had left overs to take home! Order at the counter and they’ll bring it to your table on paper plates and with plastic silverware.

Super Chicken: what do users think?

Jen Zelaya: BEST PERUVIAN CHICKEN. Love the plantains and yuca. The green sauce and white sauce are amazing paired with the yuca and dipping the chicken!!! I grew up in Falls Church and now that I’m away I’m definitely dreaming about super chicken 💭💕

Lovely Lisa: This food was super delicious. 🤤 Great Customer Service. Thank you!!

Veronica Sanchez Salvatierra: Is very delicious. Very economic. You can buy a entire chicken ,soda and two sides. I love yuca and plantaings

Karen Fuentes: The old man that works as a cashier there is very Rude and impolite he doesn’t have no manners at all to treat the customers even tho I got screamed because I ask for more plantains and he said is enough like he is giving me the food for free. I don’t know how people with that manners can work in a Latin place with this horrible attitude .

Alejandro Aquino Perez: Food is always great, plantains are a must. My only complaint is that their salad has way too many onions. Employees are always friendly.

Liberal Mani: Great food. Uncle is very kind. Food is cooked fresh. Their chicken rotisserie is out of this world. Please support their local business. Covid has hit them hard.

Raza Shafiq Ajmi: Great Halal food. It is Pakistani food. Chicken burger is great and cheap. People all really friendly.

Sadia Afroz: Decent portions. In addition to the rotisserie, we tried the beef steak sandwich which looked subpar but was surprisingly delicious.

Rene Wallis: They need support during the pandemic. Support this excellent, amazing high quality food and hardworking owner. So sad that Covid is crushing the folks who are working so hard to make it in America. , and had achieved stability before Covid. I LOVE this food and respect the owner of this resteraunt.

Paul Culver: Still my favorite Peruvian chicken restaurant in DC. The chicken is moist and has a nice peppery flavor. Like others, I wish they had other side options like yucca, but I will keep coming regardless.

Wendy A: Juicy chicken, good flavor good. The green sauce needs to be more spicy. Also clean tables and bathrooms.

Jensen Whitmore: Hit the craving spot!! Definitely need more sauce, the plastic things are very small. Fries were fine. Beans were okay. But that chicken was perfectly moist and flavorful. Service was quick! With there was Yucca.

James Jenkins: There is really only one thing to say about this family owned Peruvian chicken restaurant. The best in the entire metro area hands down not even a close second. I have been eating lunch there for over 12 years and never had a bad experience. The prices are great service fast and food amazing.

F. K.: Great rotisserie Peruvian chicken! ZERO ambiance, but the food has been stellar for decades! Prices are pretty much in line with all other Peruvian chicken places. Never had a bad meal from Pollo Rico.

Founding Farmers DC: what do users think?

Tyler Davis: Quality food and drinks! Stopped by while out and about visiting DC with the family. Short walk from several metro stations. Reserved a table during lunchtime the morning we went and was seated minutes after we showed up. Staff was attentive and my drink was never empty. Reasonable prices for the quality food you get considering the location and love the bar menu. Was recommended this place by several people and it was quickly apparent why. Will definitely visit again next time we are in DC!

Konstantinos Rizakos: We were seated promptly at our reservation time. The hosts and servers were polite and effective, albeit the food and drinks took a while to come out. Everything was very very tasty. The meat in particular. Try the prime rib, and the pork chops - but you may want to ask that they cook less than you usually like because ours were slightly over cooked.

Kimberly Giang: Omg so yummy. Visited DC for the first time and found this restaurant for breakfast. It definitely did not disappoint! It was so yummy we came back the next morning. We reserved a table online and good thing we did because it gets crowded fast. Our table was ready when we arrived and all of the staff was very friendly. Food came out fast. The French toast was so unique and tasted amazing. I loved the Eggs Benedict and how crispy the hash browns were! Definitely would come back!

WooDo Jedi: Good service! Our server was outstanding. (Front hostess and host didn’t make us feel welcome though - we felt like cattle coming through the door). Our orders came our timely and had that flavor profile that spoke of home. We would definitely return here!

Frankie Painter: This is our 3rd time here and WOW, everything we’ve ever ordered has been amazing! We always start with the honey cornbread and this time I got Scallops Meunière with butternut squash risotto and my husband got catfish with grits and green beans. My scallops were cooked to perfection - they cut like butter. The atmosphere here is warm and cozy but lively, although there were way less people this time because of social distancing restrictions. Our waiter was super! We had to show an ID and proof of vaccination. Highly, highly recommend!!

Ying Liang: Friend took me here for dinner when I visited DC. We went on a late weekday evening. Definitely call for reservations ahead of time because it was incredibly crowded. I’m not sure how long we would’ve had to wait if we didn’t plan for that. Our waitress was very nice, food took a while, probably because it was so busy! So plan some time to catch up and relax. It was sort of dark and loud but the restaurant still had nice ambiance. I got the chicken and waffles… and oh my goodness, it was the best fried chicken and the best waffles I’ve ever had. So freaking good. The green beans were crunchy/fresh and the mac and cheese was decent. Not sure what sauce it came with but I was enjoying it! I would probably try to get here for early brunch next time instead. Definitely recommend you stop by if you get the chance.

Goose Prevot: Stumbled upon this restaurant while walking over towards the Lincoln Memorial. The atmosphere was awesome. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that the craft cocktail spirits were distilled by the restaurant. We were able to purchase a bottle to take home as well. The food was very tasty. It is a definite try if you are around the area.

Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa - Langley Park: what do users think?

Hannah H: Super delicious Peruvian chicken. We absolutely love this place. Definitely try their Peruvian corn. Extremely delicious!

Geetank: Great food and great customer service.

Venus: The rotisserie chicken is flavorful, juicy, and seasoned well. Options to get half or whole chicken with 2 sides. **plenty of parking in shopping ctr

Zak Lawson: Great place to have something when in a hurry. Their customer service is fast, pricing is convenient, excellent vibes. I highly recommend this spot.

Emily Aponte: My last visit to Sardi’s was, to say the least, the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant the last couple of years. It is understandable that with the pandemic businesses have to take measures to make sure not only their employees are safe but also their customers. I’ve been to Sardi’s before (during the pandemic), and it has never been an issue. This time however, I was in a rush because of an emergency and I did not have a mask with me. I did have, nevertheless, my vaccination card. They have a big sign at the entrance stating that if you’re vaccinated you’re in no need to wear a mask. Like I said, I’ve been there before, with a mask even though I am FULLY VACCINATED. I tried to enter the restaurant, but from the start, I was treated in a hostile manner, even when I was trying to explain my situation and was showing them my vaccination card. The staff was just being rude and not helpful at all. They even called the manager, which was no help either because he just kicked me out for not having a mask, even though they still have on display at the entrance a sign that states that if you’re vaccinated you’re not required to wear mask. I only wanted to buy food. THAT WAS IT. If the staff and manager would have been nice enough to provide a disposable mask or find any other solution, I would have, more than willingly done so. They were just not polite, do not have any sense of what a good customer service is, and simply do not care about losing customers. Also, if they have changed their policies, they should think about changing their sign. Poor service overall. This is not a political matter, just a customer who wanted a service, tried to explain their situation, but was treated with disrespect and kicked out of an establishment without even being offered a solution or option to their problem. Won’t visit again and wouldn’t recommend. Incompetent service.

Edy's Chicken & Steak Restaurant: what do users think?

Hannah and Chris: Never knew why I posted a review for this but in 2016 I ordered a Quarter chicken and rice I believe. Ended up getting food poisoning the day after and was sick for like a week straight. Strayed away from this place for years because the "Chicken Place" restaurant across the street is definitely better.

giselle machado: (Is it open now?)The food is amazing, very delicious!! My dad would bring me and the rest of my family since I was about 8 years old and we always had a wonderful time and it’s just a wonderful place and the food is the best, out of all the chicken places this is #1. I can’t wait till they open back up!!!The service is great, takes a while for the food to come because everyone knows it’s the best but I promise it’s worth the wait.

Dani Velasco Bade: This place is finger licking good!! I miss it and can’t wait for them to reopen. It’s my favorite Rotisserie chicken w flavor and delicious sauces! Kind of annoying That the prices jumped up and they still charge so much for the sauces, but I will keep going back

Miguel Ypanaque: Best Peruvian rotisserie chicken in the area for over years, we are waiting for them to reopen because there is no other better than this chicken.

Zay Simone: Huge dineing area. The chicken was moist & yucca fries are addicting. There desserts looked amazing but was too full from the food.

TJ: Very best food i really loved it evwn though its a 2 hour drive but unfortunatly they still havent opened please open up

Silvestre Chicken: what do users think?

vivian mamboleo: Decent food but the service and wait time are insane. They always have a huge staff but slow with the orders and the boys working the front don’t bother to inform you of the wait time.

Anthony Holmes: my coworker ordered from silvestre chicken .The food looked so good . when i got off work . I went to place to orders for dinner . The food is really good .

Ryan Walters: Great food from this location. The one up the street(silver hill rd) is horrible.

Matt B: The food was awesome. My only complaint would be 2 small soft taco shells for a big bowl of food.

Tha4704: Had to get my money back. Food usually good esp when they follow specific instructions

Shaunti Shaunti: Great food! Very disorganized, I’ve ordered food over the phone multiple times was told a time and order number and when I get there they act like they lost my order or they are confused or something which causes you to have to wait. Food is great and very decently priced tho

Keisha Smith: I eat from this restaurant all the time but the last few times I have ordered the food it has been dry and not as tasty I don’t know if they have a new Chief or it just the new norm now but I drove to the Restaurant yesterday and ordered the strimp, steak and chicken with rice and string beans and my food was dry and tasty as usual and invited my girlfriend up because she love the food when she had it months ago at my house so we meet there and she ordered two meals also when she got home from driving 45 minutes away she stated her food wasn’t good either so I guess it is what it is but she said the one in Waldorf was way better they must have move the good Chief to waldorf

Crystal Anderson: Order from there on 2/6/21Received my food the presentation was nice but the taste of the food was awful the chicken taste old the steak was over cooked look like scraps the veggies was soggy. The shrimps were under seasoned will not be returning.

Nando's PERi-PERi: what do users think?

David: The grilled chicken was very good. The service, however, was a mess. Followed the instructions to grab a table, ordered online, and waited for the food. However, the food never arrived. Repeated order to three different staff members. Waited another 25 minutes. Finally got food. Large number of customers were complaining about the delays. So my experience was not unique.

Eric Stander: Absolutely the best Chicken restaurant. Clean, tidy modern and welcoming. The best tasting chicken of any franchise. Perfect and tasty Flame grilled peri peri chicken. Nice menu. Drinks. Friendly and efficient staff. Easy ordering process. Delicious peri peri sauces available to purchase. Highly recommended You will be back for more

ThaLuckyOne7: My time in DC was in part shaped by the food scene. Nando’s was one of my goto restos. Didn’t think I would be able to make it one this trip, let alone the DuPont location but the Euro embassies had an open house that fateful Saturday, and I took the opportunity to walk through Foggy and around downtown. Looks like the pandemic hit this location hard as the upstairs dining room areas were closed and was rather dimly lit. The food still tasted like Nando’s but the sauces were covered in plastic wrap, silverware was sparse and the workers seemed overwhelmed. I may hit up the Arlington location on the next visit (whenever that may be…); food still pretty good!

Nikhil Nelson: Great food. I think this is by far one of the best fast/to-go food options in DC. It is far healthier than most places, and the flavors and ingredients are sit-down restaurant quality.

The Elevator and Airplane Finder: My very first time dining in at a Nando’s. Here’s my overall thoughts about the experience I had: Pros: I can’t remember what kind of chicken I got but whatever kind it was, it was delish! It certainly was cooked to perfection. Additionally, I had a side of corn and mashed potatoes. Both of which were also good. Cons: My main issue is that the night we went, the fountain drink machine was out of half of the selections available… Hopefully this issue has been resolved already. Still overall, I give ‘‘em a good 4 out of 5.

Super Pollo: what do users think?

Richard: DELICIOUS!!!! Best Charcoal chicken of the area. It was a very nice experience. They are doing indoor/outdoor seating. You can pay with Apple Pay. I had the whole chicken with fried chicken rice, beans (they are spicy), and cut fries. Yellow sauce it’s yummy and non-spicy, green sauce it’s spicy. The prices are good and the service it’s really fast. Customer service it’s incredible and you can listen to Latino music and Tv shows during your visit. They are doing a good job with Covid guidelines. I recommend this place and I’m coming back for more.

Daniel Deitch: The food is fine, very flavorful chicken. Warning if you order for delivery, they won’t listen to instructions. I’ve ordered several times via door dash and Uber eats, and every time I’ve asked for extra sauces or dressing on the side and it’s always ignored. Not a problem if you order in person though.

Muhannad Alani: The food is really delicious, their chicken is not dry which i like.

Luana Barbosa: The quality of this place went DOWN, and used to be PERFECT. The food, the customer service, the amount of food. Now the manager is doing the customer service and she is serving miserable portions, charging extra for sauce that was free, charging extra for side, depending on the side. The chicken that was their best, now is getting smaller and smaller and even the flavors change.

EL CHINO: My go to place for Chicken. Great taste and good portions. Staff is courteous and quick service. Sometimes simple is the best way to go.

Old Ebbitt Grill: what do users think?

Natalia Mednikov: There are straightforward American-style food. This restaurant is best known for its huge old-school oyster bar—think lots of dark wood, brass fixtures, and big mirrors. That oysters was fantastic and fresh. We’ve enjoyed also cheese sampler, fried calamari and baked oysters. Everything they do is absolutely delicious. The service was very fast and friendly. We were happy to choose this great restaurant to end our busy day in Washington, D.C.

Aditya Karandikar: Had an awesome time here as a late night/ early next day stop. The food was quite nice and fairly refined, especially at such a late hour! The atmosphere was popping as well which made it more enjoyable. Service was very friendly and they had great oysters. Fresh complimentary bread never hurts either…

Sam M: This place is one of the more famous restaurants in DC. I visited this spot during brunch and it was packed. I would definitely recommend making a reservation for both weekend dinner and brunch services. I started with New England clam chowder and some salad dish. For entrees, I got eggs benedict and catfish. All the dishes I ordered were pretty good. But, I definitely enjoyed their desserts more even though I was pretty full before it. Their key lime pie and salted caramel bread pudding were both amazing! Staffs were very accommodating and attentive during the whole service. I’m planning to visit this restaurant and will get some oysters and burgers next time. I heard they are pretty good. I definitely recommend this place to celebrate any special occasions.

Suzi Figueroa: Wow, wow and wow! A friend recommended this establishment to me when I asked for dining recommendations for my upcoming DC trip. I am so glad I listened. The warm and inviting ambiance matched the service. And the food? Oh my goodness. Delicious. My SO ordered meatloaf. Who knew meatloaf could take on a such an extraordinary presentation.

Elaine Viegas: AMAZING! There is no other word to describe it. Since we arrived until we paid the service was perfect. I couldn’t be more happy for their food, service and kindness on my birthdays lunch. We didn’t mention that it was my birthday but they saw on my profile and as soon as I arrived they asked to confirm and no only brought my desert with a candle and a cute chocolate happy birthday place on the top. Our server was amazing, she arrived singing happy birthday, was very classy and really surprised me. Thank you for the excellence in your service. BTW the food it’s top quality, my oysters and shrimps were fresh abs really tasteful.

Jelena M: Great food, great price, great service! The waiter we had was so nice, knowledgeable, and friendly! The calamari was very good, but watch out for the spicy peppers in it . My salad was yummy! I usually never order salads, but I am glad I did as the dressing was citrusy and refreshing! They also give warm bread and butter while you wait 😍

Gisel Flores: I’ve always came here and was always satisfied with the food but I haven’t gone since COVID. I went back today and made a to go order and I was so shocked on how the food was served. The fries and yuca were so dry. Also they were cold when I got home. Hope they serve better or they will lose frequent customers.

Kevin Burke: Chicken was very good, yuca was too dried out for me, but wow those plantains were incredible. Every piece perfectly cooked.

William Badie: Great tasting food I always order the chicken and Yuka but I tried the gyro plater and to my surprise it was very good too I recommend it.

Fisch Face: This place is cheap and good. Great Peruvian chicken, burgers and steaks. One of my favorite local stops.

Kim Poshing: FOUND A GRAY HAIR IN THE FOOD! I ordered a whole chicken yesterday. It didn’t taste very good and was dry. So, not to waste it, I put gloves on and pulled the chicken added Mayo and as I was eating the chicken salad found this gray hair in my mouth 😖🤮. It’s gray and looks a bit curly. I’m VERY irritated by this and will be sharing with the food department. DO BETTER!

Batman Evans: Whenever I order from Silvestre’s I get the chicken & shrimp fajitas and it’s normally at a location other than Silver Hill Rd. Today we decided to door dash and the Silver Hill location was the one that popped up. We’ve never ate at this location but thought hey, they’re all the same. WE WERE WRONG AS HELL! The food isn’t nasty but the flavor is mediocre compared to the other spots. The icing on the cake is this was supposed to come with JUMBO shrimp and they gave me these little a** shrimp 🤬

Monée: Shrimp taco bowl…flavorful filling and again good/yum! ******** My greedy self ate the food without taking a picture first…lol sorry but I ordered the shrimp taco bowl today. It was delish! The shrimp were very small not my preference- remind me of precooked kind- taste with everything though was GOOD fresh nicely made. Taco had a buttery taste. Yum! I have eaten here many times ordering different dishes and the service is consistent with quality friendliness and tasty food. The wait is long but it’s worth it.

Terianna Atagwe: Food Order: Grilled Chicken tacos, steak tacos and fish tacos Tacos were not good. I prefer a corn tortilla or at least homemade. The meat on all three were dry. It tasted like a soft taco from Taco Bell. I would not recommend getting the tacos. Service was fast and cashier was friendly.

Kenny: Excellent chicken with big portions of sides at the right price. We had plantains, fries, and yellow rice as the sides and they were all delicious. Great place for a dine in meal, would definitely recommend!

Trish Shelton: My first time at this restaurant. A friend at work highly recommended it. They have a lot of menu options. I ordered the chicken/shrimp fajitas. Food was delicious and take out service was fast. I will be returning!

Ryan Walters: This location used to be to die for. The food was fresh and excellent. The best around. Now the vegetables are clearly canned and barely cooked, and the sauté that once was is gone. My last order was horrible, and prompted this review. On top of all of that, the attitudes of the staff is the worse. The St. Barnabus rd location seems to be still on point.

Breanna Hynes: Pretty good food, everything was seasoned well.

China Chilcano by José Andrés: what do users think?

Mohit Mehtaji: Great place for some good fusion food. Service is pretty quick and recommend you get a reservation as it does get pretty full during peak dinner hours. You can’t go wrong with the Pisco Sour here. The dim sum were good but nothing special and possible good for trying it one time. The noodles were great and if you get a side of the house made hot sauce it adds a bit more flavor.

Brandon Feldman: This is an incredibly unique spot! The location is great for only being a few blocks from the national mall, the ambiance was relaxing, and the food was amazingly delicious. A Peruvian/Chinese/Japanese restaurant is a unique combination and a brand new experience. The flavors were absolutely fantastic, the presentation was on point, and the service was top-notch. And to top it all off, it is very reasonably priced for such high quality.5 stars all around!

Andy Zavala: I was looking for a nice romantic date night and China Chilcano fit the spot just right. I first called them to check if they had seating/reservations for later the same day and they were super helpful and I booked a time no problem. The restaurant is in the heart of DC so parking may be difficult but the food and service is worth it. The restaurant fuses peruvian dishes with Asian mixes which was so delicious. We tried the classic ceviche and a few other dishes that I unfortunately forgot what are called at this point, but I don’t think you can really go wrong with anything here. They do have a priced option kind of like a “buffet” for around $60 and you get to try as many dishes as you want. So if you really want to explore the dishes here, I’d recommend that! You’ll at least be eating 2-3 dishes. Will definitely come back again.

MrIrali: One of the best restaurants in DC, and that says a lot. We ordered the chef’s selection, and we were not disappointed. Head chef Will Fung even came out and spoke with our table and really left an impression on us. The food is a blend of Peruvian food and Chinese/Japanese. And it is incredible. Go here.

Shachar Ashkenazi: The atmosphere is great, everything we ordered was extremely delicious - both the food and the drinks were great. The stuff were friendly and the decoration of this place is stunning! The flavors combination is unique, it is a must visit restaurant!

Kayla F: Words cannot express how delicious every step of this meal was. We tried a little bit of a few different items and each bite was full of flavor. I highly recommend ordering across the menu and sharing lots of plates.

Anca Balinisteanu: Great location but insane drive if you come from outside DC….interesting menu, but you need a dictionary 🙂 We ordered pork belly sanguche de chsncho and dim sum for starters. Very good! On to the main dishes: rice noodles and pacific wild shrimp. All delicious. And very interesting taste combinations of flavors. We’ll try to make it a regular stop!

Max Rosen: Immaculate menu of diverse food choices that will take your palate around the world from Peru, to China, to Japan. I ordered the chicken stir fry which was delish - great portion, beautiful presentation, even better taste. The shishito peppers are a must for larger parties, well seasoned and crunchy. Ambiance is inviting and the dining room is well decorated and museum-like. Hector, our waiter and bartender, couldn’t have been nicer and accommodated food allergies with care. A must try!

Sabrina R Robinson: Every dish was delicious, wish I’d gotten good pics of everything so I could share how wonderful it was but we ate it so fast! Shishito peppers 🌶 were a good appetizer. Nice snack and super fun bc every few bites you’d get a spicy one. Called the roulette pepper for that reason! The big eye tuna ceviche was delicious. The hamachi ceviche was absolutely our favorite -buttery and citrusy- I could eat it every day. Drinks were classic w a twist. The entree portions were fair ( large in my opinion, in a good way) especially after having all those appetizers. Fun bright flavors in some, and comfort food vibes in others. The restaurant was so beautiful and cozy in the daylight. Staff was super friendly and SO attentive. When it got dark out (with the lack of natural light) the neon ceiling decor made the entire place super yellow and dim- it was definitely an interesting vibe and I wish I could’ve seen the beautiful colors of my food. Can’t wait to go again !

El Torogoz Restaurant: what do users think?

Eboni: Went to this restaurant with my mom. If you love Mexican food this is the spot. The prices are reasonable. Drinks on point!! We both had Steak and Cheese with Fries.. it was delicious 😋😋 I would go back again.

Cherelle Spears: Small place, but great food & nice staff. The Polla A La Crema is my personal favorite. :-) Keep up the great work!

leo v: Tiny mom and pop Salvadoran neighborhood fixture with a full bar. Decent Mexican food, good Peruvian chicken and a few American options. The $11 32 oz Salvadoran beer is great to wash down your vittles. As much outdoor seating as indoor.

Igor at skvltd.media: Great little Salvadorian spot with a wide selection of authentic dishes.

Charles Constantine: Manage expectations a bit and it is great. Lovely relatively cheap place, with a great area out front to eat. Ususlly less busy than things around the corner. Everything I have had has been at least average and usually above average. Wonderful place for drinks outside.

Crisp & Juicy: what do users think?

Marga S.: Crisp and Juicy yes the chicken tastes just like that! I love the yuca fries, the side salad, and absolutely love the mild spicy but great dipping pink sauce.I was not crazy with the rice and beans. Great service, nice and fast. We were happy it was open today🦃

Devin McDonald: I was the only person in the place. Took 5 minutes for lady behind the counter to acknowledge me and she was rude when taking my order. Chicken was bland, plantain was greasy, and pink dipping sauce was odd tasting. Place has gone downhill big time. Don Pollo is way better. Avoid.

Juan M: (June 20,2018) The restaurant update new employees and they are really doing better than the old ones, chicken it’s the best one in the area. (March 22, 2019) Still going to this restaurant daily and I really love restaurant team attention and attitude. Chicken always fresh and hot, same to French fries. Highly recommend to come here. (February 20, 2020) They have a rewards program who lies to customers on the screen and is very inconsistent because if you want to get something from there, the cashier will tell you that it’s something very different that what you wanna get. March 22, 2020 2 years eating on this restaurant, staff couldn’t be better, they are my friends! I eat this chicken daily and never get bored of it. Pink sauce is my favorite sauce. Love crisp & Juicy!

AZ X1: Best Peruvian chicken in the area! the sides are also outstanding. Highly recommend Crisp and Juicy at Rockville location.

Carla Punch: I was happy to find this place since the other Peruvian restaurant we frequent was being renovated. The customer service at Crispy & Juicy was great. My order wasn’t quite right but they quickly took care of it. Their chicken was moist, well seasoned and very tasty. The yuca, plantain and beans and rice were all yummy too. I recommend this place.

Zaytinya by José Andrés: what do users think?

Tilak Kalaria: Had an excellent experience at Zaytinya by Jose Andres. The food was very tasteful and unique. The cocktails were delicious and so was the wine. The menu was expansive so our large group decided on a tasting menu and it was awesome. The tasting menu was vast for the price, we got to try a little big of everything and it all tasted great. Service was slow at the beginning but after we got our first round of drinks the attention to detail picked up. I would normally comment on the dishes I really enjoy but I tried so many things it would be hard to choose. Definitely a spot to check out for some Mediterranean cuisine and I highly recommend it.

Maria Rock: Wow! 🎶 Everything was fantastic. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed such a wonderful meal. We had a reservation for an afternoon lunch. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated immediately. The wait staff was courteous and efficient. We let our daughter, Julia, order for our table; everything she suggested was delicious and cooked to perfection. The pacing of the dishes was nice as well; a few dishes were brought out at a time. We weren’t rushed and plates were cleared away between courses. We were there just over an hour and even had dessert. I can’t wait to go again. ✨

Julia Cheung: Food is really fresh and the portions are decent. But it’s a crowded and loud restaurant and when we got to the table for four, which we had reserved, I couldn’t even fit into my seat and I’m not overweight. They had to shift the table for me. Then the food just didn’t fit onto the table top. Since it’s small plates, I would expect there to be more space for all the small plates to fit. The vibe and decor is pretty cool, but I just expected a more polished experience for the price. That said, the food is really well flavored and fresh and I would go back if I were looking for a convenient happy hour place or just needed to meet up with someone. But not for a special occasion.

Yuntian Lu: The food was absolutely amazing! We ordered several small plates and my favorite were the seared halloumi and the taramosalata (cured carp roe spread - trust me, you will think this is ice cream if no one tells you this is fish egg in the first place). Although the portion was small, they were not pricey and we were able to try many different options. The server was very friendly and made recommendations for our first visit. I’d definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in cuisines around the Mediterranean region.

Gene Farberov: Great restaurant, always packed, reservation recommended. The food is really good its a mixed Greek, Lebanese and some other country kitchen by a celeb chef. The food was really good, the presentation and the taste is a must try for sure. We got good service and really liked our waiter, he made some recommendations on the cocktails which we enjoyed. I will be back on my next trip to Washington DC.

Djordjiana Buric: Mediterranean restaurant by famous Jose Andres, with authentic music in an open high ceiling beautiful space. Food has special spices and therefore different tastes. Warm tin bread with dipping in olive oil to start. Ship with garlic , octopus is delicious so is the chicken soup not traditional taste but different with lemon and egg. Great to try all these completely different tastes. Service is kind but a bit slow so make sure you are not in a rush. Once ordered food comes quickly.

Lyl Rose: I’m a huge fan of JA and determined to eat at every restaurant he has if possible. This was the third I’ve tried when visiting DC. Definitely did not disappoint! Everything top notch. Nice non alcoholic beverage selection. Fresh ingredients in unique dishes bursting with flavor and richness. Can’t go wrong. Service was great. Decent portions and reasonably priced. Easy to eat too much! One day I’ll save room for dessert.

Genesis Christina: This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Washington DC, my fiance and I were so fortunate to stumble across this place. We tried the tasting menu and it was so amazing that we went back on our last day to try more entrees. The service is unmatched and the servers make some great recommendations. Definitely would recommend this cute spot!

Red Apron Butcher: what do users think?

Sonday Kelly: Great casual dining spot inside Union Market. The Italian sub was so good. Fresh meat, slight crunch to the bread. My son loved the burger. The fries are done in beef fat. Crispy and yum! The guy who took our order was patient and friendly. The sell meat and beer on tap.

Chris Sandeman: What a disappointment. Well, after waiting 10min for my sandwich, a group of four came in and orders a few Buenos Dias sandwiches as well...and the kitchen went into mass production. See the other pictures of melted cheese posted by the restaurant? The reality is more like this: gross raw Velveta American Cheese slices. The eggs tasted microwaved, as did the meat. I liked the arepa style for the “bread” but ultimately the execution was rushed and certainly not worth paying for. RED APRON BUTCHER! I challenge you to invite me for a new sandwich that you’d be proud to serve, because right now, the food coming out of your kitchen looks like 💩💩💩

Ricardo Vidallon: This place is a gem. Everything was great. The eggs benedict, hotdogs, hamburgers, turkey sandwiches were superb. The steak fries were to die for! We ordered 3 bowls. Yes a little pricey, but well worth it!
