Kiffa Shirley: Excellent service, clean store, full of big screen TVs ready for Christmas shoppers. If you’ve not been to the Columbia Heights Best Buy, is so convenient to the metro, and other shopping, and it put me in the Christmas Spirit.

Ricardo Matheus: So I walk in to shop for some apple products and I’m not sure if it is because of covid or what but there’s only like 2 people working there. I’m mostly disappointed in how no one tries to help. Not even to tell me to wait a sec because they are busy and they’ll be with me shortly. Just nothing. Not even sure they noticed I was there. Waited and walked around trying to get someone to get me the products I wanted to purchase but I mean, its 2022 I should have known better that service in the US is awful and should have just bought them online. I love Best Buy but definitely never buying anything in person again there. Shout out to the guy at the door, he was very friendly

The online check-in for online orders & pickups, is awesome! They're really busy at times but the lines tend to always move at a pretty good place. Highly recommend this Best Buy location!

Lady Elexia: I love best buy as a rule, no matter where I find them. The columbia heights location is nice, but it is a bit on the small side. While I could find the basics, their selection of new items was a bit lack lusture. Customer service is always perfect, at least in my experiences.

I had been saving up for a new laptop that I need to purchase for school and had saw an amazing special that best Buy Columbia Heights was running for Quality Laptops on a budget! Domane whom is an employee of Best Buy Columbia Heights was so so helpful, knowledgeable and kind and gentle! He rocks!!! 5 stars for Domane! I ended up purchasing the HP laptop that is 17". It runs smoothly and has been the perfect choice for Online School. I also purchased the Microsoft 365 Home Version which was a great investment too. Also I paid to be a TotalTech Member. Feseha Ayele: I went to the best buy store which is located at Colombia height to get the phone that I paid online. They told me that there is activation problem and I waited more than 2 hours without any solution even the store manager couldn't solve the problem. It was a good deal that they posted online. It's really disappointing not to get any solution or reasonable answer about my order. Which is $999 online with activation and they told me to pay $1799 in the store.

Alexis Smith: horrible customer service. I wandered around looking for an employee to ask for help and they all ignored me. Finally someone answered and she said she’d send someone to the home theater section to help me but of course, no one was there. The Best Buy in Tysons is so much accommodating and friendly. If you want a good experience, just avoid this place

Dawn Develin: Mack was amazing. He sat with me patiently and help me with my phone purchase. I very confused and not very savvy with technology and he treated me with respect and help me through every step without getting frustrated. Overall everybody at Best buy has been phenomenal but he went above and beyond.

John Newman: Nobody asked if I needed help. I finally left and ordered what I needed from Amazon. Horrible location. Thugs and hoodlums everywhere. The whole place reeks of pot smoke. Frightening place. There was a "security guard" (I use that term lightly) sitting on level 2 eating potato chips staring at his phone. I was afraid I would be mugged or shot at any time. Avoid at all costs.

Myi Oui: this was my first time at a pawn shop so i was nervous but it was quick and friendly service. sold my items and received cash for it and it didn't take more than about 20 minutes. if you don't want to deal with the hassle of selling online just come in here and get cash in hand, ofc you're not going to get nearly as much as if you sold it yourself online but if that doesn't bother u much this is a great place to go.

Derek Dissell: I purchased a watch at $900+ and wore it maybe 5-7 times. The band started fraying and I requested that they try to glue it back since a watch in good condition shouldn't have such serious issues so quickly. They flatly refused and therefore lose my business going forward

Francis Jafari: I have been to many pawn shops throughout my life! I’m a bit of a junkie for them. I love shopping there and finding great things for great prices. I will say crown pawn shop is by far the best I’ve ever encountered! Everyone there is so amazing and willing to help anyway they can! Just ask for mike and he will drop what he’s doing to help. He has always been fair and given me the best deals and gives top dollar for all my items. They also have a female staff member, mrs Jessica who has extensive knowledge of jewelry and can really help you with all questions you have and will work with your budget to help send you home with the ring or watch you desire! All in all this is a 5 star pawn shop and I would recommend it over and over again, so make it your first stop if you’re looking for great deals and great staff!!!

Sgt. Quackers: My review is for the installation service. I booked the service online to install a Garmin camera in my 2020 Ford Explorer. Booking online worked fine. No issues, not a lot of available dates but it may just be because they are busy. I got several reminder emails for my appointment as it was two months out from when made it. The Friday before a Monday appointment they called me to confirm. They made sure I had all the parts needed and told how long it would take. Day of the started working on it promptly at my appointment time. They asked where I wanted it installed and provided advise where it should be. Once completed they called and I picked up my car. The wiring job was great. I can't even see the wire beyond where it leaves the camera. The camera is in a great spot, out of the way but also in the middle where it will capture the best video. I would definitely recommend their service for hard wiring a camera

Rogi: It did have air conditioning so one. The customer service wasn't necessarily bad but rather non existent. Not ideal when they lock up stuff like smart watch bands.

rachel braley: I have been trying to get in contact with somebody from this store for over a week to no avail. All calls are directed to the call center, which would be fine, except no one at the call center knows how to transfer me to the store line except maybe 1 out of every 12 people. Not only has the call center been unable to help me with what I need (which is why I need to get in contact with someone from the actual store) they have placed me on the call back list probably 5 times in the last week and a half and I haven’t gotten a single call back. ONE person knew how to transfer me to the store line but when I called I was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail with my information on the ACTUAL store line and never heard anything back. I cannot go into the actual store because I now live three hours away, so getting in touch with someone over the phone is really my only option. However actually getting someone on the phone seems to be impossible so I really don’t know what to do at this point. The call center itself has been a bit of a nightmare. They keep trying to find my “Best Buy account” except I don’t have one but they think if they look up my phone number for the 1,000th time it will suddenly magically appear. Talking to the call center makes me feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone with how many times I’ve had to tell them I DONT HAVE A BEST BUY ACCOUNT. And one person hung up on me when they were only able to answer my questions with “I don’t know.” Honestly ridiculous. I’m currently looking into buying a new computer and a new TV but it won’t be at Best Buy. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to how much trouble I’ve had to go through. It shouldn’t be this hard to talk to somebody in the store.

Dottie “Dottie” Mount: My Best Buy experiences have been hit or miss, but this location has removed any hesitation that I had about Best Buy. The young man that helped me, Ezra, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made sure I got what I needed. I was very confused about what laptop to purchase based on my needs, and Ezra cleared it all up! He stayed with me, shopped on BestBuy.com until I found what I wanted. His customer service skills are exceptional and made me feel like I was the only customer. His follow thru and patience are worth the commute to this location! Thank you!!!

Houston: Yesterday, I had a great interaction in the elcectronics (PC/Laptop) section of the Best Buy in Potomac Yard (Alexandria VA). I was informed of products, directed to the appropriate section, and escorted to the cashiers counteres by Jefferey. He was a pleasure to be around and was very informative, sharp, and gave suggestions for a proper purchase. I left the store feeling comfortable with my purchase and will go back for further business. Thank you Jefferey!

Hum Singhum: I needed some guidance in purchasing wireless earphones. I was provided prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable assistance by Milton S. Although the product I ultimately ended up purchasing is available through several stores in town, after the assistance provided by Milton, I can’t not imagine having purchased it anywhere else. He answered my questions thoroughly and offered to research some more esoteric technical questions I had. What an impressive gentleman! If I had a store, I would hire this guy in a second… And no I don’t know him and I’d never met him before. He really restored my confidence in the ability of resellers like Best Buy to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Congrats to Best Buy in Tysons Corner for having the good judgment to hire such smart and helpful people. I know which store I will be going to for my next product purchase of this type.

Javad Ghandi: Please Please send this sales guy (Brian ) to training to learn how to speak with customers . He is at computer department and he shows attitude to us . Brad Parker: We received really excellent and knowledgeable information and guidance from Chandler when we came in on Memorial Day weekend to replace the appliances for our kitchen. He had great command of the various appliances and helped us put together a package that saved us a significant amount of money while getting the quality and features we were looking for. Three weeks now into our purchase we are very satisfied. Kheira Benkreira: I went in yesterday to return some items I wasn't able to use and I totally overlooked the super short return policy on the receipt. I didn't realize it was only 14 DAYS until I was at customer service. The rep who assisted me informed me of the policy but offered to exchange the item. While I wasn't happy about not being able to return, I was very appreciative to at least exchange. I have a toddler so I'm never sure when I can get out to run errands. Surprisingly Best Buy has a lot to offer so I was able to find something. Customer service inside is hit or miss, prior visits I get asked if I need help, this time I waited 10 minutes before giving up to check an open box tv price. Altogether, if you're 100% sure about a purchase and don't mind the 14 day return policy (longer if you have a membership) then I'd recommend this location.

Audra R: Nice staff, but the store is very poorly stocked. I'm on vacation and I left some charger cables for our fitness watches at home. The store had one for my Fitbit, but my husband has a Garmin Vivoactive 3 and he was out of luck. Thankfully there is always Amazon to fall back on.

Brianna Nobelkw: Trash geek squad service. If you don't have an Apple Technician on hand, don't allow customers to book appointments and come all the way out to see you to fix an APPLE PRODUCT! That would make sense, right? The customer service for Best Buy in the DMV is notoriously trash. I really thought Tyson's would be better. It's ridiculous!! It only takes a LITTLE bit of communication.

Without a box or receipt in hand, we brought it back to see what may be possible to do. Associates TK, Nicole S, and Anton were able to use the debit card used to purchase to look up my receipt to get our return sorted. We so appreciate them going truly above and beyond to show us their compassion and excellent customer service.

I Explained To Her That I Wanted A Unlocked Phone & She Insisted On Telling Me The Phone I Bought Full Price Was Unlocked, Yet I’m Getting Stuff In My Email Saying I Have A Contract That I Have To Pay Off My Phone. Her Attitude Is Stank & She Never Has Her Mask Up On Her Face. Columbia Heights Target Do Better, Her and Her Unprofessional Ways Are Bringing Your Company Down Tremendously. I Will Be Reaching Out To Corporate!

Shayna Deverman: Dirty, unorganized, extremely low stock on everything. Items thrown everywhere, picked over. Shoe isle was a disgrace. Nice they have an “Ulta”, but very limited items. Took me several minutes to figure out where body wash was. Haircare, travel, makeup is all grouped together in the front/middle-like typical but body wash/deodorant was clear on the end of the store. Terrible flow. All that looking and they had very limited washes! Men’s selection had more to choose from. Went in there with a very basic list and got one thing on it… my nearest Walgreens was more helpful…disappointing since I love me a Target trip. I won’t be back to this one.

Kaila Gilbert: Good store, could benefit from more helpful signage 😂 idk throw a digital map on the wall or something. but even though I got vertigo/whiplash/confused trying to find a suitcase (they're on the 2nd floor in the wayback) no complaints and the people are good. Most people do self checkout bc line passes fast, so don't be intimidated if it's long. Idk choose your adventure. Shoe section looks a litttle crazy in the afternoons, but that's consistent with the behaviors/type of people who live here lmao. Moving too fast, not putting stuff back, lowkey entitled ahaha

Thomas Nali: NO PARKING VALIDATION Poor inventory. This is on a regular old Monday. I asked for the product I was looking for, they checked in the back, and said it was too hard to get to and another employee would work on it, but they don’t know how long it will be. This was at almost noon. Look at how few dairy products are on the shelf. Staff continued to prove unhelpful. I asked four different employees where a type of product was and they each told me to find someone who worked in that dept. OR they just told me they “probably don’t have it” WITHOUT even looking or bothering to find where it should be!! They tried to walk off but I said I am not satisfied until we find the shelf where it should be, and I’ve been looking for fifteen minutes. Took all of that to get some help finding one little thing.

Ted Socha: Ever since this Target added self-checkout, they've relied solely on it. At most, they open only one regular checkout line if self-checkout gets long. Better off going to the CVS across the street. 10/7/19 update: this place either needs to solve their self-checkout problem or open up more than one regular cash register

Sade Wilson: I was shopping today at the Washington D.C target store and was purchasing gift for my family I found some nice things and for a really good price. I went to check out and the items were ringing up different from what the price was upstairs I explained to the cashier he called for a manager. The manager name tiffany came and refuse to change the price the for two of the items but change it for the other too items. I continue checking out because I didn’t want to wait to long after I was done checking out I went upstairs to take pictures to show the manger she still refuse and walk away.

Donna Walker: Buyers we aware the prices in Target are going up every week and its terrible and make sure you know the prices of your items because the shelf price and the register price can be different at times. Security was following me for no reason so I had t let him know you are following the wrong person. I catch more people stealing at Target and I do not work there. Also, some of the employees are so rude. I will be recording my conversations with the employees when I need to ask for help as proof of how rude some of them can be.

Mauricio Ayala: This is easily the most impressive retro game store I have ever been in. The selection is crazy, its just full to the brim with all sorts of games and other goodies. The staff are friendly and chatted with me as I gushed over everything in the store. I wish I had more disposable income to spend more time here!

Edward Williams: If you are looking for an in-person retro game store, there's really no other option in the area. for that reason alone I'd give 5 stars, but the environment and the people are actually all really cool too! you should really check it out if you like games!!!

Manil Trivedi: The staff is really friendly and awesome! I had questions about custom engraving and they were able to answer all of them. Ashley is the one in charge of the engraving, and she worked with me to find a good picture of the design I wanted. It ended up being exactly how I envisioned it and I could not be any happier! It’s definitely my go-to for anything games

And beyond that, the people who work here are so nice. I ordered a game and the package was lost. I reached out and they were more than happy to provide a replacement or refund. I opted for replacement and they had it held to the side and waiting for me when I arrived! Really awesome people working a cool store. Will absolutely return for any retro video game needs!

T S: This is one of my favorite places to both trade in and purchase items from. Their trade in system is transparent, they respond very quickly and I have never had any problems with them. My only regret is that they have no added an extra zero to my trade in balance, because there is so much I want from their store.

Brendan: Don't come here if you like seeing the listed prices in-store. What I mean is, the store uses their website to list all of their prices for games/accessories, so you have to constantly look at your phone and check the price of each individual item. I wasn't aware of this before I visited, so I found the process to be awful and unintuitive especially because the store's website is clunky and slow. If you check the site before your visit, then this aspect probably wouldn't be inconvenient for you, but for me it completely took the fun out of browsing. I'm still giving it 3 stars because the store had a very good collection of games, but I would definitely never come back due to a lack of visible prices. It was just too annoying for me.

Christopher Baker: I ordered an X Box 360 game from them last week, I was very pleased with the delivery I received. It arrived on time and it was well packed. The game was in excellent and working condition as well. I will certainly do business with them again.

A: I turned in a PS2 for a repair, which was returned to me with the statement that I needed to clean it and that it should work. It did not and apparently was dying due to a board issue. I drove quite a distance to get there to be told my system was unrepairabe. It was nice they offered to reimburse me for the cost of diagnostic but I wish they would have conveyed that of the cleaning doesn't work my machine was a goner instead of driving all the way out for false hope. Sassy Sauce: This store opened a couple years ago and it’s always nice and clean. The day I went after work the store must have just received a truck because there were boxes of product on most of the aisles. But this store is generally very clean and organized. This isn’t a normal sized target though, it’s definitely smaller and has more of a convenient store type feel. But all of the normal Target staples are still there. There is parking under the store and it’s accessible using the escalators or elevator. There is a Starbucks as well. It’s a great store to visit!

Amreen Shafiuddin: poorly managed target.. no one knew answers for anything. customer service was poor. stocking issues in all the aisles. boxes everywhere.. the food items especially bread section don’t have best before stickers on them. when questioned, they just saw each other faces. poorly managed.

Tracie: Pros: Near my home. New store. Available parking structure. Decent customer service. By decent i mean - I haven't had a negative experience with the customer but no one has gone above and beyond helping me. Cons: Generally feels empty. Yet every time I enter the store i notice staff are in the middle of restocking and have crates of things in the middle of the hallways blocking the pass way. This was even before covid so not sure whats going on (pictures shown from Dec 2021). Also, doesn't appear to be a parking attendant so anytime anyone lost their ticket, their is chaos trying to get out. Finally, prices seem a little higher than other targets, i get the sense that because its smaller things are limited and maybe marked up? Or maybe its just inflation and the whole food chain/ports being a hot mess.

Mysiki X Valentine: Whoa! Let me begin on a positive. There is a cashier (older Black woman) Joan, who is the most pleasant staff worker. However, the younger staff can often be found tucked away on phones, having side conversation and etc..so finding help is always difficult. In addition, the customer service could never be described as friendly. But it does not end there, this is one of the worst Target’s I’ve ever went shopping. The store shelves stay empty. I recently order Beats headphones online for pick-up, I was emailed saying my order was ready—but when I got to the store the manager cancelled my order, stating the item was not in the store. Long behold, I walked to the back and there sat 3) pairs of the same item I came to pick-up. Her attitude was out of this world, I couldn’t believe she worked in customer service. No matter what time of the day, the aisles have carts full of products yet to be put away. Makes the store seem chaotic and disorganized. If it’s a quick stop, I’d advise going elsewhere. Looking to do serious shopping, never stop here. To end on a positive the food section is normally well stocked and presented nicely.

Kareem Carter: Lets start by saying I am appreciative of having a Target in this area of DC. The parking facility is safe and well lit, the store was reasonably stocked and clean. My gripe is with the professionalism of the management and the completely ineffective way they run the checkout line. they funneled everyone through one line and when several customers skipped the single line and went straight to the register, they were allowed to do so.....causing frustration to the other customers in the line. This was brought to the lead employees attention and she sarcastically dismissed my frustration. They should really signage up on how the checkout line works!

Erin Truax: I have been to this Target a few times because it is the most convenient for me (and parking is easy) but I always leave feeling very frustrated. There are constantly boxes of inventory waiting to be unpacked that are blocking the aisles and many shelves are often missing product. I have shopped at different times and on different days, but this seems to be on ongoing issue for this location. If you’re able, I recommend a different location.

J Por: Went in for some quick toys for my nieces and nephew. Turned in to their Loss Prevention racially profiling my partner, and followed us around the store the entire time for 60 dollars worth of merchandise, part of which, we had to find an employee to get. We initially went in to make a return, and unfortunately had the idea to shop the last bit of our list. Workers letting people (guy in a blue hoodie was wearing a red shirt so possible employee?) walk around without a mask even though DC has a mandate, and the stores inventory is always in the way. Should have been more concerned following him to give him a mask instead of two people who were in your store less than 25 minutes. Overheard an employee talking about managers asking the team to get tested because of a potential positive employee. Overall, the worst experience I’ve had by far. I’ve been a consistent customer for three years, but no more. This location is best avoided. Trust me.

livingmytruth 2: Joan has the best customer service ever. I came in this location with my 98 year old grandma and she made my grandma feel sooo good and proud and she really has a positive attitude. Thank you for making my grandmother’s shopping experience so pleasant . I will actually make this my home store now because of her pleasant demeanor

Aaron Blackmon: Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to a Walmart that is all red and has Target signs? Well wait no longer! This will fit the bill. The validated parking is a mess. The store is never stocked but simultaneously stocking everything at once and the lines are NEVER open. I only went there after learning my initial lesson months ago because it’s so close and I wanted to get a few things but even still it wasn’t worth it.

Chris Todd: The staff inside the store were friendly and helpful. However, the parking attendant was about as useless as a square wheel. I wanted to recharge my car. The sign in front of the chargers read "See attendant to activate". This dude was just sitting in his car. He refused to get up and wave whatever card he needed to wave to unlock the charging station. He didn't even acknowledge me other than saying "Uh". I tried activating the station with my SemaConnect app, but the station was locked out. I'm sure this Target is great, but I wouldn't come here in an EV because the dude who runs the chargers can't be bothered to get out of his car to do his job.

Haley Hughen: The staff here is fantastic. They do a free diagnostic and then will let you know the cost of repair. Candice was very knowledgeable and kind. They saved my laptop after I spilled water on it, I dropped it off on a Monday evening and it was ready Thursday morning for pickup. Will be back if I need any other repairs!

Zack Fowler: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueFast, easy, reasonably affordable. Extremely straightforward. What’s not to like? Plus, Amber, who did my repair (new iPhone 8 Plus battery) was an absolute delight. I’ll go right back here the next time I have a tech issue.

Madison Brumbaugh: I had an amazing experience with uBreakiFix, and particularly with Candice! Candice was super communicative and friendly throughout the process, always keeping me informed about what was going on. My laptop had been sitting around collecting dust for about a year, giving me the “blue screen of death” and an error message. I had tried to fix it myself but to no avail. Not sure how, but I guess once Candice was able to get past the blue screen and run the diagnostics on my laptop, it was all in working order. And I walked away without paying anything. ZERO DOLLARS. I will be recommending uBreakiFix to everyone I know! The easy scheduling, awesome staff, and free diagnostics will keep me coming back for sure!

Qiwei Wang: Just got my MacBook Pro back and had to write this review to thank the people here(they saved my life)! Dropped it on floor which resulted an impaired LCD and brought it to Ubreakifix, I assume it would take at least a week to get it fixed but it only took three days(dropped on Monday, Wednesday the parts that needed for repair arrived, and now I have it back on the same day). Faster and more satisfied than I expect with a fair price, and people there were really nice. Thank so much!

I'd been having this mysterious issue with my computer that no one could figure out...and in two days, after researching various possibilities, she determined what was going on and fixed it! I paid nothing - somehow what she did was simply considered part of Ubreakifix's free diagnostic process. 🤷‍♀️

Djinni Field: I brought in a year old Nintendo switch that had suddenly stopped working. The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to determine the issue and get back to me quickly with the problem and cost of repair. Ultimately decided not to repair because the cost was more than half the price of a new switch, but would have felt confident using their service.

Team World: STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENTS. THEY RUINED MY EXPENSIVE IRREPLACEABLE PC AND GAVE ME A CHeap pc that DID NOT WORK. And it took them 4 months to finish this trainwreck of costumer "service". The worst experience ever. I was on the phone with them for 30 hours combined, they should be kicked out of business.

Rachel Neild: Candice is great. I had some slightly frustrating communication with another member of staff. But my camera was fixed in the two hour window promised and the hairline crack on my screen did not degenerate.

Fidel Quintela: Took my Pixel 3 in to replace a bad battery. Turn around was a few hours and work was flawless.

Edward Holman: I’ve been coming here since August and they are rarely ever stocked, even when the website says items are in stock. Target needs to find a better way for the in-store inventory to better communicate with the website inventory and keep the shelves stocked. I don’t think it’s a individual store problem, rather a problem with Corporate. I will rate this Target 3 stars because of the floor associates. They are always nice and go above and beyond to help out. Kudos to them!

Yessenia C: This location is conveniently closer to my home than other targets however their product availability is limited. I believe this is an express version of Target. They have small electronics, clothing, market, and home sections. The health, beauty, personal hygiene section is pretty large. Once you know what they do and don't carry it's easier to know what you can purchase there. But it's always clean, good customer service.

MAC Cover: This review deals only with drive up services at Georgia Ave. and Eastern Ave. store in Washington, D.C. Due to a physical impairment another collects my pick up orders. I would not be writing this review if the incident happened once but several times is too much to handle. This location isn't set up for drive up because they constantly leave items out of your order but charge your card. Either Target has someone working drive up who can't read, see, or both. Recently, placed drive up order for paper towels and other items. Got notice from app order was ready which included the paper towels. When order arrived had all items except paper towels which was a huge disappointment. Okay called customer service to make them aware of the hiccup, paper towels were included in total order, charged to my card, but not with my other items. As usual, phone rang and rang but no answer. Finally, customer service answered next day. I explained about missing paper towels, gave order number and got no help. It was like talking to someone from outer space. Young lady said I had to prove I ordered the paper towels. I told her it was a drive up order, gave her my order number, and advised her that store could pull up my order as well. Got no where with customer service, asked to speak to manager, didn't happen, so stressed, had to hand phone to another to talk on my behalf. Still don't have paper towels I already paid for. Not only do they leave items off orders, they stuff a bunch of heavy items in one bag making it awkward to carry. Please check your bags before leaving this location and if you want to avoid a stressful drive up experience, shop Wheaton/Westfield mall location, much better. Target is still my go to store but not this particular location for drive up service.

Dimitri Ivanoff: It's about 1/3 in size of regular Target. Has a fresh produce & meats section, basic grocery items, cleaning supplies plus some clothing, beauty, electronics. Right now (April 2021) mostly serves on-line orders & curbside pickup. Parking is at the back of the store, but there's entrance from Georgia Avenue. Self service at this entrance almost empty while one at the back has waiting line. Pricewise it's inline with Giant, even some groceries could be cheaper.

Dorie Kane: This is a "mini Target" so keep in mind you can't expect it to have the inventory of the large stores. That said, I go there for essentials and typically find what I need (including hair care products which many have complained about). Staff - including security - are overall nice and helpful. Like another reviewer I did find they were unable to place an order for me - I needed a different size and wanted to apply the credit to an order. They have me a refund and I placed the order myself online. I guess there are some things smaller stores can't do but I do like this one for its convenience when it comes to basics.

Janice Temple: This Target Store is well-lit with wide aisles. I went there on a Sunday evening. Some of the shelves were empty from Saturday shoppers. I wanted to buy Figi Water but they were sold out. I am impressive by the organic selection of groceries. The parking was plentiful the day and time that I went.

SW: Neat small Target. However the security there is awful!!!! Everytime I’ve visited there is a security guard (man with National jersey) following me and whoever I visit the store with. I live in the area, so I frequent this store a lot. Mind you he is not clever with the following. He straight goes to whatever aisle I am in. This makes me not what to use this Target

Bryan Cortez: Don't understand the negative reviews? This is a smaller Target, of course you won't have everything you have at a regular Target - but it has all the essentials. Need milk? eggs? chicken? They have it. Need a spare shirt, or pair of pants? They have it. Need some airpods? Need a spare controller? Maybe you need shampoo, or medication? Target has it. They have all the essentials you need all in this store. Seriously, if you want to know if they have something before you come - use the Target app, it'll be your best friend on each Target Run. This store was definitely needed in the area! Prices are very fair, compared to other retailers nearby. Very clean, organized ---- and the best part are the employees - Very helpful!

dontec H.: I was just in my neighborhood store to purchase Goodfellow t-shirts. My preferred size wasn't available. I went to guest relations for assistance. She called over a Manager for assistance. I asked if he knew when the t-shirts would be back in stock. He said the store didn't do the ordering. The company sends over inventory based on their sales, etc. . He said one pack would be sent over in L in a few days. I needed medium. I asked if the Store Manager was in store. He let me know the Clothing Manager was on duty. The clothing manager came over and I explained my need for a medium size. He went to check the shelf. He returned to let me know that the item wasn't on the shelf and is a high theft item. He then said he doesn't know when they'd be coming. He was talking to me very loudly to the point that other customers could hear our conversation. I asked him when the Store Manager would be returning. I let him know that he was speaking to me in an elevated tone and I was standing in front of him. He then said that he was the store manager. Target has employees that lie and render poor customer service to paying shoppers.

VIRGINIA Parker: Very well stocked and clean associate ready to help you. Only one problem not enough cash register open to get the people out. But that's the problem in every store.

Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Adam Stoddard: You know you're in a good part of town when shaving cream and car electronics are kept under lock and key. Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

carolyn jackson: I love this store. My favorite associates work here. This store always have a lot of cashier's on duty. The store is as least fully stock.

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Virginia S: Need more employees/cashiers working. These stores rely too heavily on self checkout. Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

Joseph Pietroluongo: Micro center has everything. I had never been to one before but if you are doing anything gaming they have pretty much everything. Feels a bit like a used car dealership inside however. The staff always approached me which is engaging but I just wanted to browse and didn’t want to be sold anything. It is probably more helpful for people who don’t have any idea about computer components, but it felt very off putting to me.

Devon Janes: Came here a few weeks ago to pick up a gaming laptop. I found the one I wanted online, gave them the SKU number, and had a quick and easy checkout. It probably would have been easier if I had reserved it online for pickup since they seem to have a good process for that. The store is well stocked and well staffed and should be the first place you visit when looking for electronics.

Mark Noble: Micro Center is where you go if you want the best service and PC components! Luckily, I live less than 10 minutes from the Fairfax, VA store, so I am able to go whenever I need something. The 18 minute pick up is a great feature. Be forewarned, the sales team is commission based, so you will get multiple employees offering to help you, which I actually don't mind since you don't get that kind of service in most stores nowadays. I want to take a moment and leave a comment for David Ingold in the PC components department. I have built a couple PCs with his help and he is always great to work with. He is commissioned based, but not once have I ever felt pressured to buy, nor has he ever tried to up sell me. Most recently, I purchased an EVGA 3080ti FTW3 Ultra from him; an expensive purchase for sure. If you are looking to build a PC or need some upgrade components, stop in and see him! I always wait (however long) until he is free whenever I need something. (I hope he receives my comments)

Sarah “Sarah4Va” White: Grown up toy store!! You don't even have to know what you need before you get there. You will figure it out as you walk through the store. They are well staffed and eager to help. I've always found them to be very knowledgeable. They price match, so if you see a lower price be sure to let them know. Warranties on things can be so hit or miss. Some live up to their end and some take your money and look for any reason not to pay. Microcenter stands behind theirs. Well worth the money!

Armando: Ever wonder where your family tech support nerd goes to buy supplies when they can't get them online? This is it. One of the few stores in the country with everything needed to build a PC from components. Even silicon valley stores can't match the inventory of this store. That being said sales reps are heavily commission oriented. But they're far more knowledgeable than your average Best Buy employee.

Store is a bit out of the way for me but not much of a selection at other stores nearby unless you want to WAY overpay at Best Buy...and hope it never fails since their support is trash. Only way to get a better deal would be to toss the dice with an Amazon listing, and even then could only have shaved off about $100, which would be gone if you ever had to ship your computer off for service. -Large store with a lot of stock, and they keep it clean and organized -Staff has been friendly and helpful -Very competitive pricing

Fronzy 101: This computer superstore has everything from building complex circuitry projects to building high-end custom PCS, workstations and everything into between. They also have a apple section and a home theater section with very knowledgeable staff. I use the micro center CC card that gives me an extra 5% off as well as better pricing with rebates.

Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Pooooooooooor customer service specialty from the manager

I shop around 8-10pm with fewer issues. No access to customer service, but the customer service is iffy at best during the day anyway. Excellent craft and party sections.

taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

scmi7y: Not too good experience, they did not have any of the 4 things we came for. Also they don't sell graphic cards in this store. Staff was 50/50 some was very helpful and good attitude. While others seemed annoyed by customers getting in their way and asking "stupid" questions. Somewhat hard to navigate the store. And prices has gone up lately.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Jessica Marie: I stayed here last week. Overall, I had a pleasant time and experience even though I did not get the room I initially paid and requested for. I paid for early check-in and Higher Floor Room. When I arrived I was given a key to a High Floor Room but someone was still in the room. Let the front desk rep know and was given another key to a lower floor room but still had a nice view. Room was clean and roomy enough space for two relax and comfortable. Breakfast was lackluster so don't have high hopes. Hotel is in a perfect location, close to great food spots, grocery store and my favorite Starbucks. 5 minutes from the Metro and Close to Downtown. I will stay here again on my future visits.

Melanie Brown: Hotel is nice, breakfast is good, everything was clean and well stocked. Giving 5 stars because the staff is exceptional! Above and beyond meeting every need and SUPER friendly! Another bonus is the cold water they keep in the lobby. It had ice and was full every time we came down morning or night. What a comfort for busy tourists, especially in the summer. There are drugstores, food and coffee right around the corner. And ubers into all of the tourist attractions were fairly inexpensive. We will be staying here again! dispense in the lobby

Pola P: The sheet of the bed was dirty. The road outside was very loud and I could hear every car going by while being in my room. The walls are very thin and I could hear people from the other room almost all evening. The bathroom door was very loud! It was squeaking. The breakfast wasn’t that good. The room was spacious and nice. The air conditioner was very easy to operate. The elevators were very fast and nice!

Sonny Iqbal: I stayed in this location for wife's birthday! The staff was very nice and courteous. They made our stay very special. The place was clean and the room has great views. Special thanks to the front desk staff and the General Manager who was present. I highly recommend staying here. Great location for activities in DC. Close to H street and the national Mall.

Jen Bradley: Pay for the valet or your car WILL be broken into!!! At least a dozen cars had a window smashed out during our stay & center consoles ripped out. They put two holes in my window trying to break in but couldn’t get it to shatter. Everyone else, not so lucky. When I told the front desk they said they tell everyone not to park on the street (when we arrived they said valet or street were the options, no warning whatsoever about the DAILY break-ins and complete lack of police presence). Breakfast was ok. Semi convenient location but not safe (vacant lots flank half the street). Coffee shop across the street was nice. Room wasn’t that clean. Needed a blanket for the pull out couch and had to wait 30 min, as no one was attending the front desk. Phone did not work. Need a key card to gain access to the lobby and to activate the elevator, even in DC that says a lot,

Erika Williams: Personally, this is not what I'm used to for a Hyatt and the 1st night I was very disappointed with the room to the point that I didn't want to be in it at all. However, the front desk staff was very accommodating and moved us to a different room for the remaining nights. The parking situation should definitely be fixed especially since the only true and safe option is to pay $53/night for valet unless you're ok with the possibility of your car being broken into. There were public parking lots available for a fee, but when we drove around those, there were cars already there with broken windows even being right next to the police department, so that should be changed. I also think that based on the location and the environment around this hotel, the price of the rooms should be decreased slightly especially with the limited parking availability. Another issue I ran into was that the room we booked for had breakfast included for an additional charge, but we found out when we got to the hotel that breakfast was included for everybody. However, I do want to mention that we booked through booking.com so I think that was more of a third party issue than the hotel's doing. I don't think I'll stay at this hotel again just because of where I prefer to stay, but I will also be sure to do a better job at using things like Google Earth to check the surroundings of a hotel before making a reservation there.

Melinda White: Stayed last weekend with friends. We booked two rooms and were given rooms 11 floors away from each other one of which was dirty and had no linens on the bed. We called the front desk to inform them and they stated they would have it cleaned while we were out for the day. Came back hours later to the room in the same unclean condition. We went to the front desk to resolve this as well as being double charged. They moved us to a new room and stated they would be discounting the rooms but instead they charged us an upgrade fee. So don't stay here if unless you are looking to be overcharged and stay in dirty rooms. Only good thing was the valet staff. Immanuel in particular was very friendly and helpful ensuring our cars were safe throughout the stay.

uthra pakkiriswamy: Towels were smelling full of smoke! That means they haven’t changed from previous stay or they haven’t washed properly. Whole room was filled with smoke. For 4 people, 1 shampoo and 1 soap was provided. Exhaust fan wasn’t working in toilet. Worst room service in my entire life! Kitchen, valet service was good.
