Hook Hall: what do users think?

Amitava Chatterjee: The Cocktail Club delivers a wonderful experience. Mick is a passionate and creative mixologist who puts a lot of effort into creating cocktails and building them with a lot of showmanship. Charming semi-private venue with an eclectic ambiance. Can’t wait to be back. Thanks, Mick!

Jeff Schwamb: Enjoyed the private bar experience. Mixologist Mick Perrigo made some amazing drinks and the room decor was conversation inspiring. Would recommend if you want a break from the loud social crowd just outside.

Danielle S: This place is pretty cool. I would give 5 stars but trying to get answers to questions about reservations was like pulling teeth. No one is there to pick up the phone and the email response time is slow and they didn’t even answer all my questions. I was ready to cancel our party here but kept it because the cabana rentals are very affordable. Also the food situation was confusing. I think we were supposed to order outside food? It would be great if they served food. We all left hungry. Once we got there, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. They let us into our rental early to prepare for a surprise party. We are definitely planning to come back for another cabana reservation now that I know how it works. We really enjoyed our time here.
Response: Danielle, We are so happy that you had a great experience! I just wanted to pop in and let you know that we DO have on site food as of today! We are featuring The Federalist Pig for a summer pop-up! Please contact me at Tara@pirateventures.com so that I can learn more about your communication issues with our customer service team. Thank you so much for being a Hook Hall guest!

Alexis Aguero: The cocktail club experience with Mick has been absolutely astounding! It’s personalized and crafty! Micki is extremely knowledgeable and extremely charming! Greg has been so kind and very informative on what’s happening in DC. The whole experience was centered around my boyfriend’s birthday and we enjoyed the whole experience. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is into craft cocktails and into the exciting night life that DC has to offer. We were just in time to enjoy a burlesque show in Hook hall and we absolutely recommend this to anyone who enjoys excellent cocktails! Would come back!

Katy Dunn: Had the best night at Hook Hall’s Cocktail Club. Everything was perfect. Mick Perigno is a genius. Greg made our night truly special. And the cocktails were absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Athena Turner: I recently visited here for the first time for a friends birthday. We had a big cabana area and the service was exceptional. Our server Rachel was a great conversationalist and made sure the birthday girl had a great time! There are also some games we got to play like Ping Pong and Jenga which was really cool! Overall our first experience was very good and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!

Tiffany Anderson: I really enjoyed Hook Hall it was a nice cool place. They were clean, very courteous, and the staff were accommodating. There is not much variation in food choices but let me tell you how that pizza was hitting. I also want to highlight that parking in the neighborhood wasn’t so bad when I went on a Saturday. I parked on the side street of Hook Hall after circling the block once.

Vy H.: Cute ambiance here! My gfs and I came here recently on a Sunday evening while they had the cherry blossoms decor—we rented the Tea House Cabana-Style which fits up to 6 people, with a rental charge of $125 plus fees. The atmosphere is nice and the decor is cute! There is a small fire pit in our cabana as well, and a cute swing to sit on and take pictures. They had trash cans set up near each cabana so it got in the way of many of our swing photos (we eventually asked a staff to move it). Food wise, the menu is limited and not many good options—just typically bar food, but reasonably priced. They do have a full bar so we were able to order cocktails off the menu. The cabana rental came with a complimentary bottle of rosé.
Response: Vy, we are so happy that you and your friends enjoyed Hook Hall! Hope to see you again for our latest theme!

Hawthorne: what do users think?

Fee Pauwels: The Mission group is great! Hosted a birthday party here last weekend and it was such a smooth process. We booked the first floor of Hawthorne. They made us a birthday sign, helped point people in the right direction, and the bartender was awesome. He was super nice and patient with 80 people in the room. Great variety of drinks for a party as well! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy spot for an event.

Nia Bright: The food was okay, a tad bit to salty. I ordered the chicken tenders with waffle fries. I also had bottomless mimosas as my beverage. Their rooftop spot was cute.. service could’ve been better.

Justin Hwang: Rented out the rooftop at Hawthorne to celebrate my birthday and had the best experience! The blocked off my own private section and even had a "happy birthday" sign. Plenty of room for all my guests and the bartending on the roof was great. Will definitely host more events here.

Erin: The Roof Top is a fantastic place to host an event. We did a happy hour mixer for my law class (ages 22-60) early on a Friday night. Great selection of discounted drinks and apps, safe and clean atmosphere, and they let us decorate! Will host again next year!

Tanner Gildea: Emailed two days before a work happy hour, as a I realized Hawthorne is only open Thursdays to private events. I was in luck! We got the whole top floor, no minimum, no card down, nothing - service was great, prices reasonable, and management easy to work with. Highly recommend if planning a casual happy hour or the like.

Bridget Bartley: I was able to easily reserve their first floor bar for my birthday party on a Saturday night. Could not imagine this night having gone any smoother! It was perfect, and the staff at Hawthorne were so easy to work with!

Lara Wilson: We held a corporate happy hour at the Hawthorne recently and really enjoyed ourselves. We utilized the rooftop and had the whole space to ourselves. The food was delicious and bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Ellipse Rooftop Bar: what do users think?

Morris Jones: The good - This is a nice place to enjoy time with a friend...great views. Food offerings were on par for a roof top bar. The "beef" - The bar area is small...enough for hotel guests to enjoy and groups of two. The bar size and the bar service are not satisfactory for handling a group or a table with more than 3. Do not go expecting table service (none). You must go to the small bar to order everything...paying for a table or a round of drinks was a challenge. Paying for a $40 shot of whiskey served in plastic glassware (?)...I did enjoy my table guests, the view and the weather. I expected better service...

Donovan Craig: Nice rooftop with a bit of a view, the atmosphere was very relaxed, just wish they were open to the public more as we saw multiple days where they were closed for private events.

M planetmike: (Update 2022 June) Arrive early if you want a seat. Conveniently located to McPherson Square. There is a happy hour. However due to its relatively small footprint and its connection to the hotel it is often reserved and unavailable. Recommend calling ahead to verify it is open. It is a refreshing spot on summer days.

Rich Opalinski: Weather was perfect while we stayed, both bartenders were attentive, great views

Rachel Cipkins: Perfect place to unwind after a day at the national mall

Adara Ney: A perfect place for an after work drink to watch the sunset and soak up nice weather. Great for group events too! I hosted a team happy hour with 20-30 and had a great experience. Great food (and prices!) on the catering menu and Brittany did a fantastic job coordinating the event.

David Cuevas: they never used real tequila on my tequila cocktai, I got a headache before I finished it.

Brenda-renee Vance: I enjoyed myself. The bartender was amazing. My drinks was good beginning to end.

Mike Rucki: Overpriced drinks, very limited bar selection, and not enough bartenders on a cramped rooftop. A decent view earns an extra star, but I cannot recommend this spot.

Sudhouse DC: what do users think?

Charli Knows How To Eat: Stopped by here randomly with a friend of mine. We had been bar hopping all night and needed a quick pick me up for brunch. The bartender was very friendly and informative. He suggested I get the tacos which were probably the best ones I’ve had in dc this far. And the prices were fairly cheap for the quality of food and drinks we received. It’s a cute little bar with indoor and outdoor seating.

Joshua Kappel: I recently hosted a birthday event at Sudhouse and had a great experience. From the communication beforehand to the day of, everything went smoothly. The atmosphere was great, cheap drinks and food, my friends and I had a fun night all around. Will definitely book another event here in the future!

Shankar Kulumani: Great bar on U street. Plenty of space to get drinks or hang out with friends.Top floor is great for cornhole

Natalie Kitzrow: This is the best neighborhood bar! I love the staff and great food and that it’s so easy to just stop in for happy hour on any random day. Grab dinner, a shot, and great conversation. Ask the owners about the free party room - I hosted a party here recently and I’ll be back!

Enitan Falana: The Late night menu is great, Tacos, mozzarella sticks, inexpensive beers and shots, a laidback atmosphere. Bartenders are really nice and friendly !! Down to earth owner, definitely a neighborhood favorite. Some outdoor sitting & Upstairs is has enough space to host a private parties or small event
Response: Thank you!!

Brit Number: Best happy hour - great patio

Mallory Waton: Excellent location ... Just the right amount of people watching, bars and music. 3rd floor is a great place to have a party S well.
Response: Sweet! Thanks

The Park at 14th: what do users think?

Gabriella WOWITSGOLDIE: Had a blast here !! Food was really good for brunch … it’s like a big plate of food and unlimited mimosas … salmon was so good ! Wings came off the bone, delicious. You pay one fee and spend like 3 hours there. The music was pretty good too, after you drink a few glasses you might even get up and dance. Bathrooms upstairs are very tiny and a little outdated other then that service was very good and food was great would definitely recommend! We will be back!

Tasha Fuller: It was all good, from the drinks, appetizers, entrees, to desserts and service. As you can see we were ready and The Park at 14th did not disappoint. We all agreed that the spinach and artichoke dip was “da bomb” the dip was creamy and full of flavor and the the fresh baked chips were the perfect compliment. We also enjoyed the shrimp and calamari. For dinner we ordered jerk wings for the table and I had the lamb, and I was not ashamed to pick up and clean the bone, it was that good. Everyone ordered the brownie for dessert and then we ordered a bread pudding for everyone to sample. I could have eaten them both and some would say I tried. You must check them out when they reopen in March.

Solana Cox: We came here all the way from Pittsburgh to celebrate our 5 year anniversary weekend. Every occasion and celebration that comes up, I will choose this place every time. The service and the DJ was on point. After a nice fine dining experience the night before, this is exactly what we were looking for the next day. Good vibes, good music, good food and drinks, and an all around fun atmosphere. When we told them it was our anniversary, they went above and beyond for us the entire night we were there. All the staff were so helpful and kept checking in on us even if it wasn’t our actual waiter. Special shout out to Dre which I’m assuming is the manager, that guy was running circles assisting staff. I’m a manager myself and now I feel like I need to step my game up watching that guy work lol. He was on top of everything and made sure we left with a memorable experience. I plan on coming back every time I visit DC. If you’re looking for a night out with good food and drinks, a live DJ playing hip hop/ r & b hits from early to mid 2000s, and all around exceptional service, this place is it. Highly recommend.

Jenn (Jenn): A small group of friends and I had dinner at The Park for my friend’s birthday and it was a good time. It was our first time eating dinner here and the food was presently good. I ordered the baby lamb chops with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My meal would have been really good but the gravy was salty so that ruined my meal. The lamb chops were nicely cooked, tender and juicy. The size is accurate for the name, and they were indeed baby size.

Lani: It was okay. The food / drinks came out fast. The happy hour only had two drinks on the menu and they weren’t strong. It was busy so we didn’t see our servers as much. I feel like the entrees are over priced now. We didn’t get enough to match the $30-40 price tags per entree. The wings werent good anymore, they were soggy. The vibe is definitely different now that it’s a restaurant only, which isn’t a bad thing but it should be noted. I think the quantity of food should match what you’re paying. I liked that I could let any server know my order if I didn’t see my server and they took my requests. But I don’t see myself returning here. The servers energy was that I couldn’t just come for drinks anymore and had to order a meal and not just appetizers. He was pushy & kept asking me what I wanted to eat and I had ordered many drinks and apps at the point, didn’t like that. The party next to us was overwhelmingly loud and we couldn’t hear each other.

Kar Ruiz: Great experience. We went for my friend’s birthday and the service was excellent; food amazing. We just loved it. Planing to come back.

Behanka G.: Food was bomb! Drinks were good. I had the pan seared chicken, a tuxedo, and daily punch. First time here and I had a friend visiting. She enjoyed it as well. The place was lively and well decorated. Parking was hard to find on a friday night but luckily there’s valet for $25.

Dan Richards: Went here for brunch as part of a group conference. They gave us a sampler of different foods and everything was great. From the French Toast to the wings every bite was an experience. The mac & cheese was one of the best that I have had at a restaurant. The eggs were fluffy and the bacon was perfect.

Latasha Perry: We made a reservation on open table the day prior as a recommendation from a friend. At our arrival we were greeted and seated promptly. The staff was friendly, attentive and swift. Our food arrived hot and was so good. The jerk wings amazing and the salmon juicy and flavorful. Mac and cheese was perfect. To note: There is a bar for seating as well. The atmosphere is dark themed and the music was complimentary of a Saturday night out.

The Capitol View at 400: what do users think?

Remembered Events: We just had a fabulous wedding at this venue. The view is beautiful. They have a parking garage underneath the building and you do have to go through the lobby of the new stations to get to the reception spot but well worth it. We had around 100 people which fit the space perfectly. Delmy the venue coordinator is so wonderful to work with. The space offers multiple options for your cocktail hour set up. The restrooms are far from the space just something to be aware of. I would suggest making signs it is downstairs or have a designated person showing guests where to go (this was something our planning team did).

Colby Shomaker: This place has great views of union station and the capital. Not the best location and set up to host an event but overall it’s ok.

ALANA VAUGHN: What an amazing venue to have any event. It felt like you were on the deck of a cruise ship with the beautiful black drop of the Capitol in the background. It was open air... it was beautiful but when it started to drizzle there was a beautiful canopy that still allowed you to enjoy the beautiful view.

Travis Hyams: We had our wedding of about 100 guests at Capitol View. Our experience was amazing, and we would recommend the venue to anybody that is planning their next event. The view speaks for itself. So, if you are on the fence, just go see the place. Delmy the venue coordinator is a true champion. She is experienced, organized, well-connected, and when the anxiety of planning an event becomes too stressful, she draws on all of these to keep you calm and make sure things go as planned. The day of went off without a hitch and our guests continue to rave about our event! Delmy handled all the décor and the venue looked truly stunning. We hope others get to experience how truly magical Capitol View is!

Kiedra E.: Unfortunately this rating comes from an inability to receive a date to even view the venue. We absolutely adored the space from what we saw online. I reached out to the venue the beginning of January and received little correspondence and after confirming a date finally but, not a time , I waited over a month for a time confirmation email that was promised and never came. This was extremely disappointing. I’m not sure why we weren’t valued or given the usual business etiquette or decency many others have in the past from the reviews I read but, I hope that this experience is isolated and not common practice of this venue.

andrew strycker: I was here for a conference dinner on the rooftop. The food was lackluster and ran out multiple times. the event was by reservation only so it was not as if Capitol View had no idea on how many patrons to expect. The two bars that were on the rooftop were cash only and hard to navigate towards. The bathrooms were also located a fair distance away. After a bit of socializing (like an hour), many of my peers decided to go to another venue.

Michael Gerardi: Great venue for people who are political advocates and/or patriots

Megan Muñoz: Delmy was very nice but myself and other guests could over see and hear her being unfriendly to the staff and taking down about the wedding party. Otherwise fantastic venue and a wonderful time.

Service Bar DC: what do users think?

Elias Chelala: Awesome location with a cool vibe. They have an enormous selection of cocktails and delicious food. Make sure to try their spicy fried chicken sandwich which is very juicy and crispy. If you plan on visiting make sure to bring proof of vaccination. The prices are reasonable for the area and the service was decent! I will visit service bar again!

Kara Clark: Small bar with great food and drinks. Fried chicken sandwiches are stacked and cooked perfectly with seasons. Drinks menu are listed from light to strong. I do wish the food options was more but overall happy with the pick! Drinks absolutely great! Your bill will add up however, it was a bit pricey but overall great food. The bar is a bit small but they have outdoor eating areas as well.

Monica R S: The fried chicken is soooooo good! Food was overall delicious. The old fashioned was good. Service was good too. We sat outside and it was sufficiently heated.

Rebecca Kaufman: One of my favorite places to get cocktails in DC. They have such a great and wide selection of different specialty cocktails with plenty of different liquor options to choose from. They also always have seasonal options that change often as well as a great selection of small bar foods.
Response: 🤘🏼

Lani: Casual bar with good drinks. You can only sit 1 hour and 30 mins. The food was about a 6/10, we got burgers and mozzarella balls.

Kelly Wiley: What a great little place with excellent drinks and food! Cullen was super knowledgeable about the menu items and the specifics of each drink! They have stellar homeade ginger beer!
Response: 🙌🏼

Mark Orebiyi: On the search for the best Fried Chicken Sandwich in the DMV my team and I came across Service Bar. I highly recommend this restaurant. They are known for their cocktails but this sandwich was devine. Solid portion as well (fries come separately). I would put them in my top 5 (and this was our 21 place). Our server, Cullen, was extremely informative and accommodating. I will be back.

Blake Arrington: Good drinks and great chicken The fried chicken meal is the best bang for you buck coming with 3 sides and 2 chicken thighs for $20, I definitely recommend it Make sure you try the original fried chicken. The Nashville hot is good but not as good as the original which has a honey glaze. The atmosphere is a very bar feel inside. If you sit outside they did a good job of turning the street into a nice seating area but it is very loud with cars driving past Would come again to just get the chicken to go

The Rooftop at The Ven at Embassy Row: what do users think?

farida popal: I was there on Saturday the 25th. We wanted to go to the rooftop bar. As soon we were at main entrance, the door man greeted us and guide us. When we went to the bar the atmosphere was nice. The drinks were a bet pricey and bar food was great! I’ll defiantly go again.

chrisy edme: The stay was wonderful! The staff at the front desk are amazing ! Specially Lyle at the front desk, he was just a sweetheart to us. We booked our stay prior to them implementing the daily amenity fee. He waived it off of our stay and informed us that he will be more than happy to still provide the perks ! We received some sent sachet of jasmine and lavender which were amazing :) In addition to that he provided us with late check out because our flight was later in the afternoon. He also gave us some great tips of how to get around since it was our first time in DC. Also my room was provided with daily housekeeping and my housekeeper was just a sweetheart too but forgot her name unfortunately. My only Con was the bathroom size, as it was super small and there was no ventilation.

Kimberly “ ” Watson: Excellent! Love the space! The art exhibit in the hotel was wonderful!

Reuben Wauyo: This is a beautiful venue and would seem to be all great but terrible customer service. Called for a reservation and information on restaurant and was referred to main line. To which someone picked up after I waited on hold, heard me then hung up. This is the most disrespectful and frustrating thing I can think of when trying to get things set for events. Calling back no one picks up and I have now been calling main line for 30 minutes to be assisted and again no one to answers. You would have to be crazy to work with these guys on anything important for you will receive absolutely no clarification or answers on any questions you have. I was very surprised to even see positive reviews at all. I really hope it’s an isolated event, but if I can help anyone else not deal with my issue I’ll be glad to steer you away and onto another location. I will update with location and name after my reservation is set with our new venue. Also to be noted, not even the central main line can reach these guys and are unwilling to even try. I believe we’ve definitely dodged a bullet.

Walter Hunt: Friendly staff , great location, very accommodating

TAKODA - Rooftop Restaurant & Beer Garden: what do users think?

Katie Hallock: This place was perfect for a casual date night with some friends. I loved the vibe and decor and definitely loved the seating on the balcony. It’s a busy part of town so parking can be nearly impossible and it’s not unusual for your time there to be filled with lots of sirens and ambulances passing by or even loud people on motorcycles. We all decided to go the appetizer route and get one of everything to share. The boneless chicken wings have an amazingly flavorful and crunchy out exterior which is fantastic! The inside is pretty darn juicy, too! But it wasn’t unusual to find a good amount of chewy fat or something going on inside. The truffle fries were super delicious! The old bay tots weren’t overwhelmed by the seasoning, but they were nice and crispy and perfect for dipping in the yummy garlic aïoli. Of the sliders and sandwiches, I personally thought that the barbecue pork was way better than any of the other options. The burger looked pretty boring and I was disappointed in the lack of flavor and the short rib sandwich.
Response: Thank you for choosing to visit Takoda, Katie! We're glad you enjoyed the atmosphere and our balcony seating. I'm sorry to hear that parking was difficult to find, but we're happy you found us nonetheless. Our appetizers are a popular choice and it sounds like you made a great decision in trying them all. The chicken wings are definitely a fan favorite and we're glad you enjoyed them. Thank you for your kind words about the fries and tater tots, too! We hope to see you again soon.

Maalik hutchinson: Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely rooftop restaurant in DC. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing, everything we tasted especially the chicken biscuit. Absolutely the best brunch experience I’ve had while in DC. Highly recommend!
Response: Thanks Maalik! We are so happy to hear that your experience was delightful. We pride ourselves on our service, food and atmosphere here at Takoda. It's always a pleasure hearing from customers like you who have experienced how we live out our mission of "giving the world a little more love". Thank you for taking the time to review us and I hope you'll be back soon!

Ricardo Daley: Went for their Sunday Brunch and was very disappointed with their service. The menu was in 3 parts - first comes with everything with second and third being requested with one from each section individually. They had no bacon from the first part and no substitute. Took like 25 minutes between request and delivery. Asked for extra napkins before meal was served and still waiting. Even after requesting items from second and third menus and he wrote it down, he came back to ask if we needed anything. SMH. Food was average at best! Service was TERRIBLE! The only thing that was fast was when we asked for the check. It came quickly. Only thing going for them was the tall Asian chef/cook who came out in his running shorts looking tasty! He shouldn’t be in the back!
Response: Hello Ricardo, I'm sorry to hear that your experience at Takoda didn't meet your expectations. Our goal is always to provide an excellent experience for every guest, and it sounds like we failed in this instance. The issues you encountered with service are not up to our standards, and we will work to correct them immediately. The food you ordered should have been delivered promptly and without issue, and we apologize for the delay you experienced. Additionally, please accept our apologies for the lack of napkins during your meal. We'll make sure that all staff are aware of these issues so they can be avoided in the future. Thank you for bringing these problems to our attention. We hope that you'll give us another chance to serve you in the future so that we can make things right.

Rahul Panchal: Great place to hangout in downtown with best part they have rooftop sitting area. Rooftop section is little small so you need to come early or wait little longer. The best part is their name of the cocktails, we tried Pfizer gang and Fully vaxxed. 4 star is because they add too much ice to get the taste of cocktails and all cocktails were premixed from tab. We liked the ambience and rooftop section to enjoy few drinks. Worth visiting.
Response: Thanks for the feedback Rahul- glad to hear you had a good experience with us. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Hector Zarate: Good and affordable place for lunch (awesome brunch deal). Great location for bar hopping after brunch. Food is good. The rooftop views are nice. Fast service and friendly staff. The drink selection was good but most of them tasted like they may have relied a lot on flavored syrups perhaps? so some of them were on the very sweet side. 4 stars overall!
Response: Hi Hector, thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed TAKODA's brunch deal and our rooftop views! I will mention to the bar team about the drinks, we are always looking for ways to improve our offerings. We appreciate your patronage and hope to see you again soon!

Kimberly Stamets: I had a fantastic time at bottomless brunch thanks to our server, Ramon! If you can, ask for him! The food was tasty and the mimosas were flowing. Great time!
Response: Kimberly, thank you for your review and feedback. I'm glad that Ramon was able to make your experience memorable! I'll be sure to pass on what a great job he did and how much everyone enjoyed him. We're so happy you had such a wonderful time at Bottomless Brunch - we hope you can come back soon!

Jay Cheat: The drinks 🍹 was pre mixed all them tasted the same and the food was over priced and dry. If you want to just get drunk then it’s ok, sorry 😢 you can’t get drunk lol 😂 😂🤣 but for a good experience NOOOOOO!!!!!
Response: Hi Jay, thanks for coming by Takoda. We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time with us - we strive to get better every day and would love for you to come and visit us again sometime in the future. Our drinks are mixed fresh everyday and we have a variety of flavors for you to choose from, so we're sorry to hear that they all tasted the same to you. Our food is also made fresh everyday and we adjust our prices regularly based on feedback from customers like yourself, so hopefully you'll find it more affordable next time you visit. Thanks again for taking the time to leave us a review!

The Admiral: what do users think?

Salvador Robledo: Great outdoor seating, food was on point. I had tacos but wished I got the soft shell crab sandwich which was delicious!! Prices not bad for being around dc area. Had a blast with friends here!

belen D-M: Really good atmosphere in the Admiral. We enjoyed it a lot and the service was wonderful. We ordered margaritas and they were really delicious, 100% recommend it. And it is also pretty close to many night clubs, so a great place for pregame 🤙

Rosalind Ward: This place is awesome !! Food is awesome!! Drinks awesome!! People are awesome!! Music is awesome!! It was a beautiful Saturday we were seated right away I think it was timing… but the service was top notch!! And the food was so yummy!! Ten Stars

Kayla Hamburg: We had an amazing experience reserving a space at the Admiral for our engagement party with about 25 people. They were extremely responsive to my emails and helpful at answering questions. The event space was very well put together and sectioned off for us. They were attentive to our guests and the drinks and food were amazing! They were especially helpful in kicking out people from our reserved section that were not in our party. Thank you for an amazing event!

Emma Jarczyk: The Admiral is a great place for events - Kati was a pleasure to work with and very responsive with scheduling and finalizing details! The staff were all very welcoming and the night was flawless. Will definitely be recommending The Admiral to my colleagues if/when planning events in DC. I was also offered bar/food deals for my guests without even asking. Overall great experience!

Alicia Menendez Brennan: I worked with one of the event managers, Tyler, to arrange a large office Happy Hour at their outdoor tables. The experience was seamless, and the happy hour was delightful! It was great to be able to order from their outdoor bar, and everyone was happy with the food and drink. Would definitely recommend for both small and large outdoor event needs.

Janna Sheets: I always have a difficult time finding a good brunch spot that’s willing to accommodate a larger group of people, but I had such a good experience here. The events manager, Tyler made it a really stress-free and fun experience because he was very accommodating. The drinks were also fun and 10/10 overall.

Andrew Carothers: Went to the Admiral for bottomless brunch on Saturday and had a great experience! The food and drinks were tasty and our server was prompt and attentive. They also did a great job accommodating our large group of 14 people. Would definitely go back!

Konstantin: Visited this place for breakfast while staying at Ritz Carlton hotel. Well, it is expensive but the food is good, atmosphere is very cozy and place itself is amazing. They do have buffet breakfast on Saturday and Sundays. Monday to Friday is a la carte

DJY30: Very comfortable place. I really enjoyed the relaxed but upscale setting. Live jazz on Saturdays, all the other days they play jazz, I guess from Spotify/radio. Still nice and relaxing. Cocktails are very strong and food is very delicious. I recommend to get a reservation ahead of time; it can be crowded in the bar area (small bar) if you dont come at an early time (aka 8pm/2000). Highly recommend.

Shaun “Shaun386” Jafarzadeh: Had dinner here after a long drive to DC. Food was good service was both friendly and knowledgeable. Bar staff was helpful with recommendations and knew the local bar scene well.

Ahmed Hameed: My gf and I were at this place, the drink cup broke and cut my girlfriend’s hand. They fixed this incident. 5 minutes Later the server brought the check and asked me to pay and leave because they were slow !! It was such a big lie … the place was full of customers and he had a big attitude when he seen lil salad dropped on the floor. I was extremely disappointed and treated racistly based on how I dressed First time and last time at this place.

Jeffrey Warner: A really awesome drag brunch hosted by Tiffany D. Carter.Really enjoyed the chicken and waffles and the staff were super friendly and fun.

Apollo Ryans: Great Time. Rich the bartender knows how to pour and entertain. And with Toby manning the helm it only gets better. Next to Camelot and Umpire dance clubs.

Dom Dimarco: Went for brunch. Chicken and waffles are fire. The BLT was also tasty, kinda tastes like maybe Caesar dressing is on it. The bloody Mary’s are good, spicy and on the thinner side. Service was very attentive, thanks Amanda!!

Tani B: I went for the bottomless brunch and had the chicken and waffles and added scrambled eggs. Sooooooooooo good. The whale pail drink (I think) was delicious and BOTTOMLESS🤪. Also, their mimosas were tasty as well. The DJ was great and the service was too. Enjoyed myself and look forward to going back soon.,😊

Dorothea Knigge: Sign of the Whale has burned. Awful fire at 5 pm Eastern time March 2, 2022. Please we hope all are safe and the staff are safe.

Hunter Hageman: They were EXTREMELY overpriced and deceitful with their receipts. They automatically included gratuity and expected you to tip as well. I spent $120 on 6 shots. Definitely not worth it.

Anna Figueroa: Came to DC from out of town and made a reservation in advance of our trip. Confirmed reservation through text the day before. Got there night of and told to “go upstairs and sit anywhere”- but all that is upstairs is the little crows nest bar, no tables. The bar tender was extremely nice and tried to go talk to someone downstairs again, but ultimately we were told that we could sit at that bar to eat, but they had a happy hour event that would be starting downstairs, so there was nowhere else we could sit. We didn’t see any tables downstairs either, just the bigger bar. The floor was sticky, and everything seemed much dirtier than what we were expecting. We did not stay to eat there, so can’t comment on the food or drinks.

Krystie Wilson: Worst experience today for my birthday brunch. The online representation is not what you get when you walk in. Dirty furniture. Dirty glasses- not once but twice - lip stick stains and filth! Slow service! We waited an hour for absolutely nothing. And NO COVID PRECAUTIONS. The server actually touched the top of the straw with his hands after wiping his forehead! Highly disappointed after hearing such great reviews! Hope things turn around.

Sonoma Restaurant and Wine Bar: what do users think?

Harvest Tide Steakhouse: This restaurant is exquisite. Chef Mel is amazing, he understood my dietary needs and my meal was delicious he even gave me some of the special sauce from my meal to take home. I must say the front of the house is wonderful also, Juan, Stephen, Jose and Jordan.

Bob Krumm: What a great dinner date experience! Very good wine list. The menu was a nice variety too. But neither were so extensive that they were without focus. We paired four courses with four wines and all were exceptional. They use a nitrogen system so that glasses are just as fresh as unopened bottles. And the food is awesome. Definitely recommend the mussels and the tuna tartare. And don’t skip the port for dessert. Strong five stars!

Jose Luis Aparicio: Excellent bar and restaurant , the Sonoma burger was great but, bartender Juan and Jose were amazing. I would like to recommend this cocktail: old fashioned🍹.

Melissa Tavilla: I stopped for lunch on a weekday while waiting for my entry time to the Library of Congress. The food was perfect. Salad greens with salmon and a side of focaccia. I ate outside to enjoy the fine weather and watch the world go by. The server was efficient but not welcoming. The glass of wine with lunch made it all a little too expensive for a lunch time stop.

Ellen Tani: A sad exemplar of DC’s reputation for food mediocrity. Went here for lunch with a friend at 11:45 am on a weekday. The restaurant was nearly empty, took them 30 minutes to bring me a glass of wine. The food is uninspired and expensive, probably because it’s so close to the capital grounds. Go a couple blocks west for better options!

Amanda Persad: I’ve been before and I feel like the quality of food and ingredients were incredible. But they truly topped themselves for restaurant week. I got oyster stew, whole dorado, and creme caramel w chocolate pearls. Amazing.

Paul Krzych: Sonoma is THEE place to go for a great meal on Capitol Hill. Pastas are exquisite as is their cocktail, wine, and beer programme. Great staff, too! Went most recently to their annual crab feast. A must do event during the summer!

Josh Miller: A decent whiskey/bourbon bar located in the heart of H street. Good spot to catchup with old friends, partake in good conversation and enjoy a glass or two. The back of the bar is an outdoor square providing an escape from the typical bar scene, though this bar does offer an old classic feel.

Emily Ly: Classy, industrial bar with well mixed drinks that are reasonably priced for D.C. the bartenders are professional and attentive. This is a great place to catch up with friends. The back patio has a nice, cozy, relaxing vibe to it.

LaTasha Young: The ambiance in here blows everything on H Street away. It’s way nicer than expected. As of 8/21/21, you need to be fully vaccinated to enter. They have a great bar and the drinks are excellent. When you walk in there is a bar to the right. Heading to the back there are a few tables there and some as you enter the courtyard. In the back there are even more tables that are great for larger parties.

Maja garcia: Lovely staff, good drinks. Had a wonderful time

Casey Collins: Beautiful space — redone with tall exposed wood ceilings and brick, great open space, a fully redone upstairs level, a back courtyard with seating, and, a personal favorite, another back building with bench seating and jumbo-sized bar games (Jenga, connect four). Excellent spot for a weekday beer with ample space for you and your friends, and even when it’s packed the layered layout leaves room to spread out. Bartenders are friendly and helpful, owner (Tony) is a very cool dude. They had Yuengling and Bell’s Two Hearted on draft, pricing was exactly what you’d expect for DC. For all the space you get access to throughout the three levels and back game-room, drink pricing is a deal. Don’t be turned off by the required proof of vaccination —it’s reasonable, quick and low key. Just bring a picture or some type of confirmation that you’ve been vaccinated. They checked upon entry. I had a picture of my vaccination card and that was fine — it’s easy if you have it pulled up when you walk in. Lots of scooters around here, and there’s a capital bike share dock one block away which is convenient. Plenty of space in the back game room to sit down and eat if you have takeout. Unexpectedly had one of my best nights out in DC at Hill Prince hanging in the game room. Easy decision — Check it out!

Josue Lemus: Amazing bar, great scenery and space, and world class bartenders. A gem hidden on H Street. If you’re in the area looking to explore a new place, visit Hill Prince.

Olivia Hill: Drinks are reasonable, atmosphere is so diverse and excellent. Perfect place for a small party or romantic evening while still being in a night life setting. They’ve got my approval

Devon Murphy: Bar used to be awesome until they started enforcing vaccine passports to enter. Who carries around their vaccine passport to go out on a Saturday night? I saw them turn dozens of people away and my friends inside said it was dead. Enforcing stricter Covid restrictions than the city requires is a guarantee to lose regulars.

Minh “Max” Diep: Man I love this place. Awesome vibes and the back patio is so awesome. Such an amazing atmosphere and plus Chris is awesome. Yes BOTH CHRIS’. Thanks for making me feel at home

Peyton Doyle: This cozy underground bar was a delightful choice for a weekday happy hour. The decor and vibe was dimly lit, warm and comfortable. The drinks were delicious, as were the oysters and the happy hour appetizers. Everything tasted fresh and so good. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid drink/snack spot in Shaw.

Ariana: Excellent service, intimate space, deluxe drinks. We came here for after dinner date drinks. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. They knew their stuff and were able to explain all drink ingredients and make modifications on request. The mulled wine is sooo good. When it first came out it was a bit concentrated but our bartender diluted it with a touch of additional red wine which made it perfect. Lost a star because the menu isn’t vegan friendly.

Adam Twardowski: Incredible ambiance, a very intimate and romantic space tucked away under an easily overlooked narrow set of stairs. Perfect for dates. Incredible selection of wine and delicious snacks. Can’t wait to return.

Corinne Goudreault: Fantastic waitress and very sweet atmosphere. The cheeses we had were amazing - if they have the ricotta on the snack menu GET IT!! It’s a very intimate and fun vibe, and my friend said the oysters were delicious. Great selection, helpful staff.

Shelley New: Excellently curated by-the-glass list. Bottle list is even better. Tasty small bites. Excellent place to wait out a Blagden Alley reservation or just to have a glass of wine (or two).

Kristin Cairns: The Dabney Cellar saved our night after a sad experience at our previous destination. The cocktails are well balanced and inventive, the wine list ‘takes you places’. The exquisite bar bites are creative riffs on familiar dishes. The atmosphere is intimate yet lively. And the bartender, servers and kitchen staff are knowledgeable, friendly and genuine.

M planetmike: This is a basement. Very noisy when crowded. Nothing special here. The service is good. Some local (Virginia) wines are also served here.

Sherman C: Pulling open the door with the Dabney leaf sign to this underground wine bar, it opens up to a cozy and warm space of deliciousness. The service style is pretty much consistent with the restaurant: non-assuming, down-to-earth but attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. The waitresses always take the time to explain the wines to you; they listen to what you like about wine, offer to bring samples, and there are half glasses. The intriguing snacks/meat/cheese menu adds to this excellent experience.

Jamie Fuller: Chef Langhorne has done a great job with the Cellar. Wonderful wine selection, with bottles under $50, and great rotating food options. Some favorites included the buttermilk dressing with fresh carrots as well as the ham choices. Service is what you would expect upstairs at a Michelin started restaurant, with a more casual and cozy vibe! Cant wait to come back!

Amanda Smith: After a long day of museums and sites, this place was was perfect for my family to relax and have fun. The staff was extra nice, the food was good and the prices fair.

Michelle King: Perfectly enjoyable spot for a bite to eat. Had a decent amount of seating at the bar, several patio tables, and probably at least twenty tables that seat 6 inside. The hush puppies were flavorful and the happy hour deals were $5-6 per item (food or drink). My only critique would be that the tap list didn’t deviate much from basic lagers and wheat beers, with the exception of a couple sours and ciders. Staff was kind and attentive, definitely recommend.
Response: Thank you so much Michelle! Hope to see you back soon.

Sylvia Longueira: I had the worst experience, I made a reservation for bowling and drove from Gaithersburg to Dc just for the bowling experience ( it was my first time I this place) When me and my husband got there they made us wait until other people finished bowling. ( reservation time didn’t care) once the other people finished their time they told me bowling lines were broken and when I tried to talk to the manager She implied that we were arguing because we wanted free food. She was disrespectful and racist. Just because we’re Spanish that doesn’t give her the right to treat us the way she did(she is white). Please don’t waste your money here. It is not worth it.
Response: Oh Sylvia, we all know this isn’t what happened. Thanks for coming! Maybe try our silver spring location next time. It’s a lot closer to Gaithersburg. 😀

Elicia Johnston: Terrible brunch service. At the time we arrived, there were only 2 other tables of guests at the restaurant. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills. Food was pretty good, but the 2 egg brunch only comes with a single piece of toast vs. the standard 2 at most restaurants. I asked for an additional piece of toast 3 separate times. After 30+ minutes, I was informed the second piece didn’t come because it was burned. Gratuity is included, so I understand now that the staff didn’t feel an incentive to provide a higher level of service.
Response: Hello Elicia. We apologize that your experience didn't match your expectations. We don't want to lose you as a customer. Please feel free to reach out to us at your convenience (max@leadingdc.com)

Manush Mobarhan: Pretty nice space for a unique dinner / arcade experience. Not crazy crowded for a Saturday night. The arcade games are pretty fun and not too expensive (around $1 per game). Not a super large variety of games and in a pretty cramped space but okay enough. The games did have some issues (a couple out of order, a couple working but slightly broken). A recommendation would be to give diners a card indicating if they’re off playing games/to not clear the food because understandably it can be confusing for the servers and they cleared our half-eaten food while we were off playing. But overall a satisfactory experience and I would come back!

Miggie Garcia: I have been to this restaurant twice. I think it’s a fave for my little brother as it is always his idea. The food is alright to be honest. They have a limited happy hour menu but the beer was good. This last time I visited I had the nachos with no protein/meat. I love salty/savory foods so that amount of salt on the tortilla chips was perfect but I can see how it would be considered salty for someone else. They have a small arcade style section with mini bowling too! I haven’t played the games but I always see networking events or after work events happening which is cool. No one under 18 is allowed without an adult which is nice too. I would come back to this place. The goes test is really nice and so is the wait staff.

City Winery DC: what do users think?

Nisha Thomas: We visited this venue to see a live band. The band was amazing. We arrived early to make sure we had good seats in front with a clear view of the stage. To sell more tickets, the manager brought more chairs and tables out later during the show so our view of the band was blocked during the second half of the show. The kitchen offered a very limited menu and it was almost impossible to get our waiter to come back to our table. We waited almost 20 minutes just for water. When he did take our order, he’d leave items off or write down the order wrong. 5 stars for the entertainment and 0 for the service.
Response: Nisha, I am sorry to hear that we did not earn your five stars. We strive to deliver a seamless experience for our guests, and it is never our intention to inconvenience them. I assure you that we will use this feedback to improve our practices moving forward. If there is anything more we can do to assist you or better your visit, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you, Michael Ware - General Manager - mware@citywinery.com

Shanon L.: Shockingly bad service. I felt bad for recommending the venue. According to friends, service was excellent prior to the shut down. That’s not the case now. We arrived a little after 6 pm (tix said doors open at 6 pm). We were told “they” were running behind and we could have a seat until they notified us the doors were open. We were sitting in the bar area downstairs but there was no bartender. We were ushered upstairs about 6:25 pm and told we were the first to arrive but could order our drinks and food through the app. Every staff member we spoke to made it seem like we were inconveniencing them. We scanned the qr code and there was no option to order food. We sat there another 15 minutes before we were finally able to flag someone over. We’d seen about 6 staff members upstairs just talking amongst themselves across the room. One walked by and said he’d find a server to help us and we never saw him again. Gary walked over and introduced himself. He was mumbling and we could barely understand a word he was saying. He kept telling us we should be able to order using the app, and I pulled it up on my phone to show him it wasn’t working. Then, he leaned over and grabbed my phone from me. He smelled absolutely putrid and I guessed he was either high or intoxicated. It was so gross - and I was wearing a face shield the whole time. My partner had on a mask. We both smelled him. Gary kept saying he’d take care of us, but we had to request everything like 3x. He told us we should know which wine we preordered for the table. But, what was the point of reserving a bottle if they don’t keep track of it? Another staff member approached to tell us she just “turned it on” and we could order food now. We were confused as to why everything was so unorganized and slow. A party of 4 older women walked in and sat at the table behind us. I was surprised to hear Gary make a lewd joke, which I found gross - but that party didn’t seem offended. It definitely wasn’t professional. Later, we heard the same party yelling at Gary over the bill. They asked to bypass the app and use physical menu’s for him to take their order. Big mistake. Apparently, the bill was incorrect. They wound up leaving early. The food was good and we enjoyed the performance, but we were ready to get out of there asap. Terrible service, and not worth the price for a subpar experience.
Response: Shanon, thank you for taking the time to share. I am really sorry that you didn't have a better visit here. We strive to make the food and drink ordering process seamless, but clearly, we're still working out some kinks in the system. I apologize that our team wasn't more professional--we always want the most for our guests, and we let you down. We'll discuss your feedback with our team, and if we can do anything else for you, please let us know. Best, Hope Calhoun - Training Manager - hcalhoun@citywinery.com

Yolanda Fraction: The Pros: Many thanks to our waiter, Gary. He made sure we had drinks as soon as we sat down and he provided awesome service. I almost didn’t book tickets because of many of the poor, recent reviews. But, I’m glad that I did. The performance by Tony was phenomenal. The service and food was not at all bad, perhaps, significant improvements had been recently made? The Con: The one thing that I did not like was how crammed in everyone is. I’d pay “double” to have more room. It’d be nice if they had an option where you could have a half a table to yourself as the high top tables were all taken. That will be my main reason for not returning soon is that with COVID, even though everyone is required to show their full proof of vaccination it still makes me uncomfortable to be that close to someone that I don’t know, especially given breakthrough cases are more possible now than ever. The venue is pretty awesome, I remember it from when it was “Love” many moons ago. They did a great job with completely redoing the building in that sense. It’s very classy.
Response: Yolanda - Thank you so much for visiting us at City Winery DC and taking time to share this feedback. I'm so glad that you enjoyed the show and the service you received from Gary. I do apologize if you were at all uncomfortable. We will keep your review in mind moving forward, and I hope you consider coming back in the future. Anthony Schweiss: Awesome place!!! go and hang out and have a good time. Ping pong tables arcade games photo booths. Bar, food great place to get out of the house !!
Response: Hi Anthony, We love your love! We can't wait to hang with you again very soon. Your ping pong club forever, SPIN

Christina Z: A friend and I each booked a table and asked if our tables could be next to each other. We were told that it was impossible. We initially understood as they obviously have other reservations. However, my friend was placed at a table directly next to another that remained vacant for about 30 min. There were other vacant tables in the bar as well. It seemed that the staff simply could not be bothered to try to accommodate us. My friend was also able to start her play time immediately while I had to wait. I did not understand this as we had made the same reservation time and most tables were vacant. Overall, SPIN is expensive and has poor service. I will not return.
Response: Hi Christina, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we were unable to accommodate your groups better. We are bringing your comments to our team and will work to improve. We would very much like to make it up to you with an hour of complimentary ping pong! Please contact Shannon at shannon@wearespin.com so that we can make this happen for you! We look forward to hearing from you soon! Your ping pong club forever, SPIN

Bohne Bisong: So me and my friends went to spin on Saturday the 28th of may 2022 and when I tell you the experience was terrible!. When we got there, there was a black lady at the front who kept on staring at us with an attitude on her face. Mind you I am black and so are my friends. I just thought she wasn’t in a good mood so we went and sat down close to the bar. I noticed she called all her coworkers and they kept staring at our table and talking. I hated the fact that every other guest came in and they minded their business but they kept talking about us. I understand that my friends where loud but it is a public place that people are allowed to talk and if you guys had a problem you should have walked up to us and told us. Plus they made us pay for our food before eating. Who does that???? I have never been to a restaurant and they make me pay before I eat. That way we get to tip the waiter for their service right??? Because we were black that’s why we had to pay first. POOR SERVICE!!!

Bridget Martinez: We had a great time while at the venue. However, it was such a pain to make an reservation as people kept giving us different info. We were told to make a reservation 2 weeks in advance. We tried and they denied it and said we had to make it 72 hours prior. So we did and then it didn’t go through and we had to call them and make the reservation. We call them and tell them 2 hours and they said it was fine. We show up and in the hour mark, they told us we had to leave and we weren’t sure why as we had reserved for 2 hours. They told us they can only make 1 hour reservations over the phone and that they would only extend for another 30 minutes. We said ok but were really confused and a little upset as no one had told us in the multiple times we had contacted to make reservations. It’s a fun place to go but please be more open with guests trying to make reservations.
Response: Hi Bridget, Thank you so much for this feedback. We will certainly be sharing with our team to improve our messaging for reservations. We hope that you enjoyed your time with us and hope that you'll come back and see us again soon! Your ping pong club forever, SPIN

Tobi OT: Mark took care of our party when we arrived and the staff were amazing extreamly professional and accommodating, our waitress was so nice and checked on us throughout the night. We receieved some perks and merch to offset what happened previously and was given a higher tiered package than I purchased . My boyfriend absolutely loved his limited edition paddle for his birthday . It was absolutely the best birthday highlight of that weekend. His friends still talk about it . Thank you so much for taking care of my party of 8 . The music and drinks and food were abosultlty amazing and the vibe was everything. Thank you so much once again ! I would 100000% recommend others to give spin a try ! Edit: Someone hs reached out to me thank you spin team . My issue has been resolved they have called and emailed me promptly. I will further leave a view on my visit here. (Deleted) Long story short its been resolved. I simply wanted to change my reservation for 7 to 8 people and from 830 to 9pm far in advance have been trying to do this for 3 days now. It should not take 3 days to hear back.
Response: Hi Tobi, Thank you so much for reaching out! We are so sorry for the delay in response. I have passed along your message to our team in DC and someone should be reaching out to you very shortly. Again, we cannot apologize enough for the lack of communication. We hope to make things right from here. Sincerely, SPIN

Jamila Jenkins: The atmosphere is cool. Easy to miss right off the street. Overall the drinks and food were good but fairly pricey.
Response: Hi Jamila, Thanks for your review! We can't wait to hang with you again soon! Your ping pong club forever, SPIN

Lost & Found DC: what do users think?

seanjohn Thomas: Nice Venue ... Boring atmosphere .... Boring beer ... Bartender does not even know what they are serving from craft beer menu ... COVID Claimed.anothe business ... Sad

Robert Jacoby: Underwhelming bar...even though the drink list looks pretty good. Loud bar, somewhat divey. I was definitely served the wrong beer, although didn’t have time to question it because the bartenders are very inattentive. Had high hopes for this one because it looked cool from the outside, but they fell short. (Not going for lower than 3 stars because if you like the divey, loud scene, you may have a different opinion.)

Denis Blondeel: Good bar, friendly people. Only bar we returned twice during our stay in DC

Manuel Valverde: Great place to hang out, spacious with an outdoor area.

B Josie: My boyfriend went to Lost and Found on Saturday afternoon before I went back with him the next day. He sat out front. He was smoking a cigar while they served him a drink. If it was not allowed, he would’ve understood but clearly this was okay. So, I tagged along with him the next day. We sat out front smoking cigars as we watched several other people sit at tables smoking cigarettes. They were not patrons. Someone from the bar walked over to us 30 minutes later, letting us know we can’t smoke here. It’s not allowed. It was clearly allowed for the OTHER people that had been smoking but we were told something different I guess. I explained to him we wouldn’t even be here if my boyfriend was told the day before that it wasn’t allowed. He never did give me a response when I asked why it wasn’t a bother for the waiter the day before -_-. I wasn’t trying to step on anyone’s toes but I had to explain how there had been several people smoking here before us that have an affiliation with the art gallery next door. The security guard who works at the art gallery even told us it has NEVER been an issue. And he’s been working there long enough to know that. Clearly it just wasn’t okay for US since we weren’t white. I would never come here again and I’ll let everyone else know not too as well.
Response: Thank you for your review. We do have a non-smoking policy on our patios, but as owners we take responsibility for not communicating this effectively enough to our staff. We apologize for the inconvenience and that you had a negative experience at our bar. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
