shed Stewart: Last Saturday my hungry family had an Issue with the delivery from the 3rd party group, but the gentleman on the phone at Papa John’s was more than helpful, understanding, and accommodating? The real Papa John’s delivery driver then came and ensured our food was hot fresh and received with plates and fixens. I thank the entire staff for handling all of the things in their control and fixing all of the things that were beyond their control. Thanks again you guys are a good team when it comes to customer service and course corrections.

Sativa Brady: Love this location even though weekends tend to be much busier and slower delivery but worth the wait. They are all very wholesome and are always in good spirits.. Wings are out of this world.

Joseph Monroe Jr: Though I have come to this store multiple times and had service that could only be characterized as Ghetto, the dedicated of the gentleman closing the store five days a week needs to be noted. This guy is catching the flack of all of the missteps his coworkers perpetrate. Some support and recognition may pay off in significant dividends.

Rochelle: I’m not really a big fan of chains but this location is the closest/fastest for pizza on Uber Eats. So far I’ve been pleasantly surprised compared to what I remember about Papa John’s. The only problem I’ve had is not getting drinks correct but other than that definitely recommend for a quick pizza.

Julie Love: Today is a snow day. It was 4:15 in the afternoon. Didn’t want to go out. And, I live very close to this location. Ordered a small chicken veggie pizza (no onions), chocolate chip cookie and 2 liter Diet Pepsi. They said it would take 40 minutes. It only took 25. They called once they arrived and brought it to my door. Pizza is hot. Cookie is hot. Diet Pepsi is cold. And, pizza had no onions as I requested. It was yummy. And, it looked appetizing. The experience was perfect. Even ordering on the phone was good. I had a great experience from beginning to end. Pizza was good. Cookie was good. After reading the reviews, I almost didn’t order from this Papa John’s. I’m so glad that I did!! 😃

Since I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail after lacing an online order I called to make sure they got my order, the young lady who answered was very polite and said my driver was leaving out and would be there shortly. The young lady who was the driver got to my house very fast and was also very polite. The pizza had slid to one side of the box, but that wasn’t a big deal for me. Guess I caught em on a good night, but this pace is straight! I’ll be going back! Stop sicin personal issues on here to give this place a bad rep, y’all got me nervous for nothing, they cool. Tyesha McBrayer: On Feb. 16, 2022. I placed an order when the store was about to close. The team members are always professional and have great customer service skills. I would like to send out a special request to Christina and James for going an extra mile just to make my household smile. First they both were patient and available when I needed for my order to be completed correctly. Christina ask me if I need paperplates and napkins and she also went an extra mile just to add extra jalapenos peppers to my order. James arrived to my home in no time with a smile on his face and athough I had a large order, the pizza was still hot. James was genuinely respectful to my household. Which I had no other choice, but to tip him with no problem. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service skills.
