Liz W: Yesterday, I sent an online printing order to the FedEx location at 1825 K St. NW, Washington DC. My order confirmation said the order would be ready by 1 p.m., however, when my colleague arrived at 1 p.m. she was told that the order was for 2 p.m. The completed order was not ready until a few minutes after 2 p.m. and the service was slow. When you are preparing for an important meeting, I would advise you to call, double check and confirm with someone in the office that they have seen your order, downloaded your files and will have it ready by the time they have promised. It was a frustrating experience for us and I hope to save somebody time and energy in the future.

Gerald Gloria: Needed something printed legal size, and theit printers were not set up to do so. I had to email the file to them to do this. I was made to wait 30 mins, waiting behind someone. Note there were 3 fedex employees at the store, two of them unable to do this. Not as express as they claim.

Sam Odle: FedEx is open late. The service I received? Great! Decent selection of office supplies so come on in, don’t hesitate!

CB DCDiva: Close to the 14th St exit at McPherson Sq Station, this fedex location provides full print services including banners and large signs. When i checked my order i noticed the grommets to hang my banners weren't on the corners. They quickly rectified that and got me back on my way pretty quickly. Good service and open long hours most days.

Jaehyeon Lee: I visited here with 3 packages.They helped everything to ship.They are nice and professional.

Larry Lindsey: Don't expect service during normal business hours. After standing in front of this place for 30 minutes, I had to walk 5 minutes to UPS just to get the same package delivered. I should have went to UPS first.

Jena Coen: I was in DC for a work trip and used this location for a big, complicated print order. After submitting my order online, I received a phone call from a really friendly team member (Michael) to make sure my special instructions were processed correctly. My order was ready ahead of schedule and was perfect! When I picked up my order, Michael was there to help me, and he was just as pleasant in person. I have used FedEx Office for the same project in numerous cities around the county and always end up having some sort of issue. This was by far the best service I have ever received and I highly recommend this location.

Petra Farrell: I never write reviews but I needed to give kudos to the David Flores and his team at the 1400 K St. FedEx. The staff was friendly despite being very busy. I had a complicated name tag project and David assisted me and even came back from another store location to pitch in. The staff goes above and beyond. I'll definitely turn to them in the future!

geoffrey koury: I was taking a month-long intensive course just around the corner from this business and started stopping in every other morning (very early.. about 7:30am) to print/copy/use paper-cutter and otherwise organize materials.. staff was unfailingly helpful. Also, I purchased a few products that helped me in organizing the aforementioned materials - one was a slick pop-out folder that elicited the interest of several of my colleagues!

Austin Graff: It's nice to have a FedEx one block from the McPherson Metro Station. This location is medium in size and I've always found the staff helpful. They have computers for you to print off of. They also sell any type of presentation type as well as calendars, books, gadgets, etc.

Elizabeth Wooldridge: Had 15 min to get to a meeting, and Dwight made it happen. Thank you! Between internet access, printing, faxing (which did not work), and then problem workaround of a thumbdrive to email to get the job done. I made my appointment and was still able to complete an additional task. Thanks!

Mahmood B: I would give the garbage hole a zero if I could. We came here for printing business. The store clearly said it is open till 8pm and we waited from 5-6:30pm on Feb 24 2019. There was a sign saying they will be back in half an hour. An hour and a half and two calls to FedEx customer service line, no response. The representative clearly said the store must be open. After waiting we we eventually left. In a world full of competition, FedEx sure knows how to lose customers.

Marie Asmar: We were super well received and advised. I recommande to go to this FedEx Office! The employee who received us took the time to help us and we’re very patient.

Drue Placette: Went in and the employee was rude and watching videos on his phone. We asked him if he could help us and he snapped I am on my break. We waited for nearly 10 minutes and then asked him if he could just help us ship a package real quick we need to catch a flight. He snapped at us that he was going to be on his break for another 30 minutes. We left because the last thing I wanted him to do was break are packages after I left. I filmed the whole thing. Fedex needs to fire this guy immediately.

Andy: I'm an attorney and frequently have to print and ship legal briefs. This location is a life saver and gets my print and shipping jobs done on time every time. Able to handle obscure requests like making the first page of each doc green, binding, see through covers, etc.

Harvey Neuman: I am giving this review on the merits of one employee- Dustin. I delivered a package for work to this office and was told that my airbill contained the tracking number. I tried during the evening, the night, and the next morning to track the item but no avail. I emailed the branch because the phone agents, virtual agents, and online lookup were completely unhelpful. Dustin contacted me, checked internally and found my package en route with a different number. I really appreciate good customer service. Thank you!

Amanda Sexson: Terrible printing service. I spent 3 hours in this store, over 2 different days. They said they couldn't print my PDF for ceremony programs for my wedding because they didn't have the font I used. Note, I didn't need to make a single change to the document, just needed them to hit print! Thank goodness I went somewhere else, that charged me half of what Fedex quoted, was able to print my PDF with no problem, and was much more professional.

nati stern: I really enjoyed printing out fliers in this place. The workers were really nice, in fact, one of the ladies remembered me the second time I came from when I came a month and a half earlier. When a problem came up with my bill the lady working there was really courteous and helpful and resolved the issue right away. Plus, she worked with me to get the best discount.

Jooyeon Kim: Their customer service is definitely not something they should be proud of. I visited to make some copies of brochures, and during the whole process, the folks expressed a very unprofessional attitude towards me and other customers over their own mistakes - one of them even said "you can't expect things to be printed perfectly to be honest because that's just how the printer is." I highly recommend going to a different location.

Angel Billups: Today I came in to fax my doctor paperwork to my job after being discharged from the hospital. This location was convenient to where I parked and the reason for stopping. My job is located in Bethesda minutes from DC and I was charged for long distance fax. I did not agree. I did not have to dial 1 before the number. How was this a long distance fax. Nearly $8 is too much for a 3 page fax to Maryland from DC. I suggest prices should be listed by the fax machine after paying. If I knew the cost up front I would have went somewhere else to fax.

Arturo PG: Very long wait for someone to pick up the phone, and when they did, they were unable to help. My package was sitting in THEIR office, and when I asked them to redirect it, I was told they couldn't do it because the system had automatically scheduled it for return to shipper. When I asked if I could call Fed Ex corporate to redirect it, employee said I couldn't because the package WAS NOT MOVING yet. So let me get this straight: you can't help me because Fed Ex corporate has already scheduled the package to be shipped back, but Fed Ex corporate can't help me because the package is still sitting at your location?????? RIDICULOUS. And the guy that answered the phone falls back on the old line, "I don't work for Fed Ex, I work for the local mail center." Pretty sure your shirt says FED EX on it, Kyle.

Jameka Timlic: There’s a reason why they already have a 2 star rating. I went in to print something and the associate named “Precious” had an attitude immediately. Not sure how she got hired in customer service but she needs training on how to talk to customers. She was incredible rude. I will not be coming here again

Sophie Feldman: I was in a rush and very confused about what to do when I got in, and on top of that I wasn’t wearing my glasses so I found myself both mentally and visually disoriented. The blurry employee, though, took note of my confusion with such an easy grace that, immediately, I knew all my printing needs were but a trifle to someone so solid in the ways of printing and shipping. I wandered about the store’s many offerings with a sense of wonder, when suddenly a gentle voice emerged from behind. “Here it is, enjoy your day.” And enjoy I shall, with my parking pass in tow. Thank you FedEx, and thank you whichever employee was working at 5:15 PM Sunday, March 13th. Whenever I print hereafter, I’ll think of you.

Cynthia Tinsley: This location is closed until December 27 despite Google stating that it's open until 9 PM. They get three star for placing a sign on the door indicating their closure.

Inna Na: I dropped off a package today and asked for a receipt. The man behind the counter was very obviously annoyed that I had asked for one since it made him stop whatever he was doing for just a mere 30 seconds. He pointed out with an attitude that my receipt is technically the tracking number. While thats helpful information for next time, there are other ways to communicate that. This dude was annoyed for doing the literal job that he is paid to do. I left annoyed myself after that...

Z S: Rude staff. I went to print off some documents and a banner today. The process of printing off the banner was long and was not communicated. As I was waiting, the printing machine finally began printing my banner and the man who was supposed to be helping me abruptly went to the back and started laughing and joking around. I was confused and asked the other customer service representative about this and she rudely snapped at me, “He’s helping you print your things!” She called the man who was supposed to be helping me back and he said, “oh, this process usually takes a while”. I didn’t mind waiting however long it took to print the banner, but I wish that this were communicated ahead of time and throughout the process. A simple, “ma’am, this process is going to take around 15 mins, is that ok?” goes a long way. I also didn’t appreciate being snapped at when the wait time wasn’t communicated at all to begin with.

Jose Ayala: Worst service, on the receipt it say that’s $0.34 and they charged me $20 dollars. I was trying to get some help from someone, but they didn’t do anything.

Monika Porter: I wanted to express my feeling of disappointment. Whoever the guy is (long hair, bigger guy, not sure his name) who was closing the store today was very rude. Me and my husband came to print and puncture very important papers this evening. We asked the staff for a hole puncher and they (there were two guys) had very unhelpful attitude to start with. We needed a two hole puncher but we were informed that it had been thrown away. We asked if they had any hole puncher then we were given a three hole puncher. After that we asked if we can mail the documents. The guy with long hair told us that he cannot do it because it won’t get shipped today anyway. My husband asked if we can send it anyway because he is working all day tomorrow. And now we are told that he closed the system.Seriously? Is this how your turn away your customer? And although I can understand that you might have procedures that the system has to be closed before 8pm they didn’t even bother to give us heads up when we came to use the service at 7.30pm. I find this customer service VERY RUDE ,UNHELPFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. They made me and my husband feel as if they are doing us a favor for being there! We didn’t hear any apologies or anything not even pretending they were trying to help. I find this behavior very unacceptable and shame on you for having staff treating people this way!!!After all we contribute to their salary. I worked in customer service before and this kind of behavior is not how you make money.

Cameo Berlin: Went in twice this past week and both time Daniel helped me out. He was super friendly and professional. While he was helping me he also was managing this guy that was being kind of difficult. Daniel handled it with grace- he was super calm throughout the whole thing- exactly the kind of service we need this time of year. thank you!

Renee Brown: Very friendly and helpful workers. They did a Outstanding job on my poster. Hands down to the staff. The poster was too big for the frame and they were nice enough to reprint the poster in the correct size for my picture frame without the extra charge. Unless Verizon cell towers are wrong it’s 5:58 but of course she could care less and through the other side of the glass threw her hand in my face and walked away. Class A Customer service if you ask me. Especially when half of us don’t have jobs right now you think the ones that did would be a little more helpful. Karina: If I could give a zero I would! Went in there for some help in printing something, i need assistance because i have low vision but the guy with black hair and beard flat out screamed at me to the point that I was shaking and couldn't even do what I needed to do and walked out in tears. Either he is misogynist or racist. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a place if business!

Ashton Rohmer: Marcelo is terrific and helped me out in a pinch. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood!

Jon Scoggins: 7:39 and still not open. Apparently after 6 entire years, they still remain incompetent to the point of failing to perform basic tasks such as arriving to work.

Mirakmal Niyazmatov: This review is about international shipment. Horrible experience. Can't believe a FedEx agent is not qualified enough to enter a correct address from the waybill customer fills out. She put in completely different country and the package is still there, 28 days since shipment. Note that FedEx will not be helpful at all to re-route the package. I have been calling them for the last two weeks, NOTHING, the package is still in a wrong country.

Jose Sanchez: I visited 3 different location prior to this one, great customer service, I need to cut a few magnets marketing signage, they let me borrow the slider and do my own cuts. They were the only people in town willing to help. Great Job guys keep it up.

Liz Krajnak: I sent them an email with an attachment for processing. I called them, too. They said they could do my project. Then they sent me an email asking to approve the price before they could process... And when I went to pick up my packet, it was not done! Why? Because they do not carry the materials for my project! I asked if they could have emailed or called me and the reply was "we thought it was a rush order." Stay away from this place.

Ta Mom: Spent about 40 min for a simple shipment. It took forever to check the rates, jumping from one PC to another, changing three in a row. Wake up FedEx, this is 21 century for god's sake. Train your employees and get better equipment.

Ana Tomic: $10 “processing fee” for a prepaid label because they are located inside a hotel makes no sense… especially when there is a fedex drop off location inside Walgreens just half a block away.

Matt M: Had a great experience with this location. The representative stayed after to 7:22PM to help me with a complicated shipment of my desk extension. I am greatly appreciative of his honesty and professionalism and the overall experience provided by this staff member and this FedEx location. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this FedEx location!

Nick Gross: They charged a premium price for printing documents which is fine because of the convenience offered. However after I spent around $100 for the 50 pages they came out discolored. No discount or reprint was offered after I showed it to staff.

Anda: FYI: this location charges for package dropoffs. They wanted to charge me $25 this morning for a 47 lb package that I lugged over. Not your typical FedEx location.

Stefi G.: We had a last minute (2 hrs prior to event) local event that we needed some printing services and this office has the most helpful and friendly employees. Jamel was super patient and efficient in assisting me with name tag prints. Joana made sure the event brochures got done and delivered in time. I give it 6 stars. BTW, we're out of towners. Wish we'd had such service back home.

Blessing Haeeun Jee: Went on a Friday afternoon and there was only one other customer, so not busy at all, but the person working was quite rude to me and others he interacted with. Just ended up going to USPS a few blocks away, which is much cheaper and takes around the same time.

Andrea Vieira: JoAnna and the team at this store are unmatched! I've printed several signs from Fedex (and Fedex/Kinkos) over the years and always return to this location because the customer service here is on point. I basically email my files and drive over to pick up! The responsiveness is fantastic, the professionalism and customer service, exceptional. I've come to you for menu boards, for wall signage, for all sorts of things for my business (and for personal use) and will keep returning for all things (like shipping, which I now do from there also) because your team is so great! Thank you!

Simi Landau: I love this place! 24 hour service means I can come in after usual business hours and find parking on K Street. The laminating team always has my back with quick turnaround time - I’m a teacher and get a lot of charts laminated. They can handle large size charts too, which not even the place that sold me the chart paper could do. They take good care of my work at a good price! Shoutout to Jamel, who is always so friendly and helpful!

Ivy Turkson: This is the best Fedex Office. I have 3 around my place and still decide to come to this one. Jamel, is a great help and is really patient with his customers. Jazzmen is also very sweet and has great customer service. They deserve raises.

J Rhodes: Went there on New Year's Eve to have a print completed, and met the most helpful and engaging employee named De. Even though she was stacking product, she stopped and took the time and care to ensure that my print was to my specifications. I was unable to pick it so I sent my friend. When I got home and reviewed the item it was perfect. I appreciate the extra care in packaging that was applied and hope her and her colleagues have a wonderful 2020!

Dave Watts: This is the best FedEx Office location I've seen. It's the last one the overnight shipping truck gets to, so you can get your package shipped at 20:45. I end up shipping a lot of next-day delivery documents and this is a lifesaver. But even better, the night crew is led by a really good manager. He makes a tremendous effort to make sure everyone is taken care of, and cracks a lot of jokes to keep the mood light. I had no idea there were so many angry people shipping packages at night, but he does his best to get them through.

Trix Kirkpatrick: Jamel and JoAnna were super helpful in a last minute bind(ing). I had some study materials to take care of last minute, and Jamel was super patient both over the phone when I inquired about midnight printing, & was even faster than the time he quoted me on when I was in the store waiting for the project to be done. He definitely is able to multitask, & both JoAnna and Jamel were super patient when dealing with three customers, one of them who had a bit of an attitude with them over what seemed to me like things they weren’t responsible for / in their control. Neither of them skipped a beat in their demeanor and positive attitude & they didn’t take my own stress over last minute projects to heart. If I ever pass through DC I will definitely pass through here again. Dave has it on point, and honestly if anyone has a bad review for the night crew, especially these two, then they might be the ones that these positive reviews are referring to.

Ashlee Davis: I'd like to give a huge praise to Jamal Coates who works at FedEx at 1612 K Street, Washington, DC. I recently had programs printed overnight for an event due to an emergency with my printer and Jamal went above and beyond to help me! Even though he was extremely busy with other customers, he ensured my order was completed perfectly and I learned from his colleague upon picking up my order early the next morning that Jamal stayed 5 hours past his shift to ensure my order was complete. I cannot thank Jamal enough for his stellar customer service!

Muhammed Imran Ibraheem: Worst service. Girl name Teri was on counter firstly she attended next person in line as I was waiting and then 3 people on counter were standing not attending as may be I was dropping off and asked for slip. I kept packaged on counter and then she wanted every package on weigh machine as for drop off boxes she doesn’t need to weigh. I drop off packages everyday this is the first time she asked me to do that. She is not capable of doing this job

I went to the copier where it gave me instructions to send my documents to copier. I received an email that it didn't work. I went to the counter and was helped by friendly, Martinique. She told me to send to this address and she would print it. While, I was emailing, I heard her say to a gentleman to leave and pick up the phone. When I turned around, there was a gentleman stealing lots of product. She was calling the police with the information. After she completed the call, she said he comes in a lot and steals. They have desperately tried to move product and deter this crime, but they can't put all.product behind the counter. She was extremely professional and composed throughout this entire theft. The gentleman next to me stated he had no idea what was going on either. Martinique should not have to deal with this nonsense, but her demeanor was unwavering. She was professional and never had anything negative to say throughout. I hope people realize the stress involved with this job. Thank you, Martinique! You were awesome.

Zoe Lu: Very rude staff and doors opened late (20 minutes after stated opening time). Came in to drop off large box with preprinted label. The entire staff watched me struggle to open the door, a passerby was nice enough to hold the door open for me. Then, with a lot of attitude, they told me that if I put it on the cart they will then ship it for me. I walked too far in the store and with more attitude told me that I put it in the wrong place and need to pick up the package and move it. Worse customer service and I am sure the excuse is that they were "following social distancing protocols".

Chris Hennemeyer: Fedex Adams Morgan gets five stars from me today entirely based on the great customer service and charming attitude of Martinique. Amazing how she brightens the place when she's on duty. Otherwise this outlet can be a bit unimpressive.

ryandhahn: Avoid this Fedex location at all costs! I had a package shipped to me at this location. Got a notification that the package was being held for me, went in the next morning and the clerk could not find it after searching for quite a while, said she'd have to talk to her manager. I called back a few days later, they said they had found the package. However, I had to be away from DC for a few weeks and the clerk told me they would hold it until I'm back. A few days later, lo and behold, I get an automated notification from Fedex saying the package is being returned to the sender. I called the office again, explained the issue to the clerk who then said I'd have to speak to his manager, and he'd have the manager call me back shortly. Two days later, and not a word. What an enormous waste of time, never setting foot in this place again.

Quinn Scanlan: Arrived around 5:45 p.m. to ship packages and they were closed even though the store is supposed to be open until 8 p.m. I even called FedEx customer service to be sure the hours were not incorrect. No sign on the door or anything indicating WHY they were not open (I checked because I understand emergencies happen). Hard to think of anything more unprofessional…

Toñi Blaya: The woman who is in charge of printing was super rude. She did not even help me to print some files despite it was my first time doing this in the US. I understand that people have some bad days and they dont feel like doing anything but she should be more professional. I have left this place without printing my files.

Corey Newman: This store, which is less than a block from my house used to be fairly decent. However, relatively recent personnel changes have resulted in a zero star operation. Invariably slow and rude are not any way to run an operation. I'd like this location to remain, but they need better staff, training, or both.

sara rosen: I walked up to the counter and said ‘Hi, I’d like to ship something’ and the man snapped back ‘I’m tired!’ and the interaction went down hill from there. There were eye rolls dramatic sighs; I was ignored; l was given incorrect instructions and then snapped at for following those instructions; I was sneered at and patronized. Another woman in the shop just gave up and walked out. You would have to work hard to find someone ruder and less helpful than the people at this FedEx. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, use a different company or the postal service, anything. Also, their last pickup time is quite early; so my “Priority Overnight” package, which was dropped off on Thursday at 4pm is not expected to arrive until Monday at 10:30. What is “priority “ or “overnight” about that?

Missy Cook: Last time I went to this location, they had a "closed for 20 minutes" sign up at lunch time during normal operating hours. After 20 minutes, the man who finally opened the door was incredibly rude to the pack of us waiting outside. Today, I went in for help packing and shipping something ground, and the pricing they gave me seemed unreasonably high. Went down the street to UPS and shipped it for 1/3 the price of what I was told at this FedEx. I've had much better service at a FedEx downtown.

dwayne gulley: Beyond excellent service by Terri and team. She did an amazing job in keeping my business over the past year or so. She personally recommended her team securing the job and providing the final product. I will definitely come back for more business as she and fedex gained a loyal business customer.

Mike Reardon: If your hours state open until 8pm, it is unreasonble to be upset that you closed by 745....emergencies happen but leave a note directing to drop box or other options.

Erin Patricia: The gentleman who works behind the counter in Friendship Heights (Wisconsin Avenue, NW) is always so nice and quick to help and explain how things work if, for example, the printer is jammed and something needs to be printed behind the desk, etc. He also opened on time when I went at 8 a.m. on a weekday, so I was able to get back home and log onto my own computer for telework. Everyone else has provided good service as well.

Shelby Powers: Highly recommend this FedEx! Terri was incredible helpful and patient, she was able to print a large order for me despite it being on very short notice. Easy and efficient, although I’d recommend calling in advance about online orders if you have a tight deadline.

Michael Bitew: Great key that helped me print and copy while I was in a hurry to go to the dmv. Very very nice lady! I didn’t get her name but best customer service!

Blanca Garcia: This place has horrible customer service. I hope management can take notice and do something about it. I went in to drop off a small 4ft rug and I needed to wrap it. One of the employees told me they couldn’t do it. I never asked. I asked if I could use their tape, they reluctantly agreed and then backed away from it. UPS is by far better. I will always choose them over FedEx.

Niamh King: Really nice and helpful ladies work at this FEDEX here. They gave me clear prices for my options. I had to call back as I was confused by something on the FEDEX tracking page. Ryan Jolly: I can’t stress how much I appreciate this Kinko location’s services. I had to order business cards very last minute, and ordered them from Staples, who called me about two hours before I needed to pick up, to tell me their machine broke and they wouldn’t be ready until the next day (which would be too late). I called Kinkos and Kevaughn answered and told me they would be happy to cut the cards that Staples had printed if they or I brought them over. Staples wouldn’t bring them over, so Kevaughn and Tanisha were able to scramble and print me 50 cards within an hour. Because of them, I had something to hand out to people at a last minute event that featured my start up business. Thank you both for your accommodating, prompt, and friendly services. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it!

wes felton: I used to love using this Location for sending packages but now they have gotten worse with the quality of Service! Always long lines and 1 Single employee working. 5 Minute visits turn into 20 minutes or more. Please bring back the woman who usually works here. They literally have one man doing 20 things by himself. The Chevy Chase Location has more staff if you value your time.

Jordan Rothenberg: When you read some of these negative reviews, you just hope that it was penned by someone who is overly sensitive or just unable to stay level-headed. You want to find something that says it will be different for you. Unfortunately, my first-hand experience spending over $350 over the past 2 days at this FedEx location tells me that the woman behind the counter is likely as rude/unprofessional as many people make mention in these comments. She was brusk, ignored my direct questions, and just had a terrible attitude the entirety of our limited interaction. Maybe there's something more under the surface, but that's for her to discover. As far as being a patron is concerned, this won't prevent me from using FedEx in the future as they do provide a valuable service and I am appreciative for that. My recommendations for future customers: don't expect any kindnesses when entering this shop and you won't be disappointed!

Aleksandra Vekshina: Received horrible service from lady named Chanel. She was rude, impatient. We needed urgent passport photos of our baby ( it was his birthday also that day and I even mentioned it to try to get Chanel to be nicer). In the end she didn’t even try to take several pictures just gave a camera to my husband and went to do other things . She was very busy folding boxes in the back. When we were finally able to take one decent picture she made sure to help everyone else in line who were after us before getting to me. Pictures were not accepted anyhow. But needless to say I paid almost $16 for nothing but frustration. We were so excited to visit DC from Florida for baby’s first Birthday. And here. That’s how DC greeted us.

Mirian Cabrera: I went to FedEx this past weekend to work in their work station. Michael and Alex had exceptional customer service skills. They offered to help with the project I was handling without me having to seek for help. While still attending to other customers. They appeared to be the only employee in the store at that time. I will definitely continue to go to this location!

Nicolla Etzion: Every time I go the service is horrible. either they don't know what to do, are extreamly slow, are rude, or just flat out look like they are either high or hungover. Never have had a good experience, they over charge are are extreamly slow. When I try to pack the box myself to speed up the prossess they don't let me at first and I have to keep asking so I don't end up spending 30 min there when I'm one of 2 people in the store (which has happened). Go to UPS down the street, this isn't worth it.

Temitayo A: I went to this FedEx location because of the positive reviews. I was not disappointed :). The location was clean, organized, and had a lovely selection of various items to shop for while I waited for my book to be unbound and spiraled (5 minutes). They even gave me a box for my book at no cost. The FedEx employees were warm, welcoming and helpful. While I have other UPS and FedEx locations around me, I will be coming back to this one and recommending it to others.

Alex Mirabile: I had to place a custom order with only a few days notice and the team at this store handled my inquiry like pros. Special shoutout to Jack, who took my call at the end of the day on a Friday and made sure the order was taken care of from start to finish (she even delivered it!). I will definitely be using this location for future print jobs.

When I had a small issue, Logan the store manager responded promptly to my email, and Tim at the printers was very helpful and friendly. The young lady who was also there (I am sorry I did not catch her name) was also attentive and helpful when I came into the store. I will definitely be back next time I need anything printed or shipped!

Melissa Groth: Went for printing services. There was a bit of confusion to begin with, and it was a little hectic (they could definitely benefit from having more than 2 people on staff, maybe they usually do?). Anyway, I think it's probably difficult for a regular person to explain to a printing pro what they want, and vice versa, so I have a new appreciation for that. All that being said, the woman who ended up taking care of me, Kim, was the best. Super efficient, knew what I needed and handled it quickly, all while advising a junior staff member on other matters. Definitely a multi tasking pro. My print came out how I wanted and I'm happy with my experience.

livingmytruth 2: CHANAE is absolutely the best. I have NEVER had an experience as pleasant as this time. I came here on May 3rd 2022 and she was so kind to my 90 year old mother . She was able to help her understand the different prices and options she may have. Also she was able to explain to us how to track a package. Daniel Alvarenga: Never using Fedex or this location ever again. On Februrary 24th, they PACKED and SHIPPED my computer across the country. It arrived broken. Do not trust your valuables with the employees at this location. They do not know how to pack things. It's been two months of back and forth with Fedex to get my claim money - still haven't received it even though it was approved.

Noor Pervez: Office is not actually wheelchair accessible as listed both here and on the FedEx site. Accessible entrance is locked, I was given a plastic cargo ramp that could’ve tipped me over if I’d actually used it.

Steven Parker: I used to use the FedEx office in Annapolis (Festival at Riva) weekly for work and loved it, but since moving to DC this location is the most convenient for me. I never review businesses, but this location has given me horrible experiences consistently that I've been forced to write this review. A new manager needs to be transferred to this store from a better performing FedEx to instill a better culture in its employees and train them all thoroughly on the important operations a FedEx Office is supposed to be able to perform. I come out of here every time angry that I got nothing accomplished and the staff is unable to help because they don't know how to perform basic tasks and don't care to learn. Looking for another place nearby to handle my printing needs currently.

Carrie Schmaus: Nice employees but they charge a handling fee to drop off a pre paid package.

Brian Chism: This location will charge you fees for everything. The lost our packages, tracking showed they were signed for on Friday, when we arrived on Sunday they could not find all the packages. We paid the fee for the items they could find. Long story short on Tuesday when our event was over they found the other packages. They wanted us to pay the handling fee again for the items. They were of no use to us as the show was over. So we tried sending the items back, using FedEx. We had preprinted FedEx labels, they charge for that too. That’s right they charge a handling fee for you to drop off FedEx packages at a FedEx location! All they had to do was let the driver pickup the packages but they charge a fee on stop of your shipping costs. It’s like they don’t want you to use FedEx! Don’t waste your time with this place, they will loose your items then want more money out of you!

Kinwa Yu Chen: Yes, they WILL charge handling fee if you hold your boxes at this Fedex location because they are part of the Mariott hotel and not a true Fedex location; but you are paying for the convenience if you are showcasing at a convention held at the Walter E. Washington Convention center (i.e. Otakon). They will move your boxes for you at the Connector to the convention center for easy access for your shipment to be carried to Artist Alley or Dealer Room halls so you do not have to lug your packages outside. If you don’t want to pay handling fee, there is literally a Fedex location on every block around the hotel so no excuse. Do your research people.

Christopher Rathsack: Avoid this location. I just needed to ship a simple package (fedex medium box). The agent seemed to be annoyed that someone wanted to ship something. At the stand where the boxes were, I grabbed a slip and filled it out. When I went up to the counter, I asked her to verify that it was the right slip since there were 3 different ones. I couldn't ask earlier because she was involved in a lengthy call. She replied that it didn't matter because those were old and they didn't use them anymore. She didn't explain why there were stacks of them in the store. Then she mentioned that there was an extra $10 handling fee to ship any package from that location. I decided to leave, save $10 and get the added bonus of not speaking to her anymore. Suggestions - Don't have a location if you don't want people to use it. Help the clerk working the morning of 5/8/2017 find a job which doesn't interact with people.

Mike Chan: place is absolutely worthless. the charge a "handling fee" which is BS. lady behind the counter doesn't even do anything, just hands you a form to fill out like it's the 1980s. Now we aren't even sure our package got shipped out.

Sandra Alcala: Worst customer service both by phone and at this location. Not only did FedEx not properly clear an international package, which is a national security issue, it sat for days on the shelf at the facility and only when I tried to pick it up in person did they realize the problem and said they could not give me my package and, worse, would possibly need to send it back to Memphis to get cleared!!! Just gross negligence, lack of customer service or basic knowledge or understanding about how this could be resolved. Both extremely frustrating and terrifying at the lack of professionalism and basic understanding of this issue displayed by all employees. Holly failed as a front desk worker and the manager Orlando failed as a “manager” to follow up on how to address this issue.

Oliver Clayton: Rude staff refused to release my package after proving that I was a rep for my company and specifically there to get it. Had to have my boss and his boss come to pick it up, wasted most of my day to be disrespected while the horrible people behind the counter went on a power trip. Even the manager was extremely disrespectful and talked down to me like I was stupid. I’m cancelling payment on my credit card as well since I paid for 2 day and it was late. Horrible horrible people

Priteshkumar Patel: Doesn’t have location number only cooperate number, and very poor customer service, reps are moving slow and package was in back but lazy to move and said it’s at another location where I can’t go pick up, it has to be delivered.

daniel scott: I ordered a Nectar mattress and the tracking info was not correct and when it was finally delivered it was dropped at the bottom of my steps and I received no doorbell ring, knock, phone call, or text message, despite signing up for alerts. Fortunately I saw the package on my steps shortly after it was dropped off. I had just received the Nectar bedding from UPS and they rang the door bell to inform me of the delivery.

Jessica Long: I had to pick a package up here after they weren’t able to leave it at my home. The entrance is on Eckington (sp) so don’t turn left on Harry Thomas Way because that’s a service entrance. But the guard there was very nice and redirected me. You’ll need your ID to get into the parking lot because there is a guard at the main entrance screening entry. Once in the parking area, you can go to the left where the customer parking area is. Then when in the store, the attendant was very kind and helpful. It took no time to get my package. I was worried it wouldn’t be there yet, but it was.

Corey Pearce: This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to get a package, the App doesn't work properly, it told me my package was delayed but then I got a message that said delivery was attempted. they also said I could pick it up between 6-8:30 at the ship center however I wait for 2 hours in that time frame for 3 days and its never there! if I could give 0 stars I gladly would. this place all of FedEx and its employees deserve 1$ an hour.

Queen Qutee: Fed Ex is the worst!! They don’t care about their customers. I don’t understand why they are still being used as carriers. Last week and this week waited around for them to deliver my package and received a door tag saying that they attempted to deliver. They don’t knock on the door to notify you that they are outside. This is unacceptable!!! Then you can’t reach a manager directly. So now I have to drive to the location to speak with someone SMH!! KNOCK SO WE WILL KNOW YOU ARE THERE FED EX!!! THE ONLY DELIVERY SERVICE IVE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH!!!!

Margaret Crenshaw: Took hours of phone calls throughout FedEx and among and between shipper, FedEX, and recipient to obtain critical package with refrigerated medication the day following an assured delivery.

gerald “dc4evachamp” Hulett: Horrible service and they think they can tell you bogus information to move you along. I do not like going to this location because of the bad, bad, bad customer service. FedEx has fallen off a lot.

Traci Renee: I had THE BEST printing experience with Jen H.! I walked in with a very complex printing project and I needed all the help I could get. Jen H was so patient with me and super knowledgeable about how to get the project completed. I was on a very short deadline and she assured me that she was able to get the project completed within the window I needed. She's really a lifesaver. Oh and of course the prints turned out FANTASTIC!

Alison Neary: Had a fantastic experience with the Print Center at this location. I’m bringing a new puppy home, so I created Puppy Announcements to send to my friends and family. It was incredibly easy to design the card on their website with their Canva Integration. I chose the paper options I wanted and placed my order online. My print job was ready within a few hours for pickup - I was so appreciative of the quick turnaround! Before I realized I could use FedEx for these types of projects, I used Shutterfly for the last round of Puppy Announcements I sent out for my first corgi (can you tell I really love my dogs?). Shutterfly was more expensive and I had to wait days for them to print and ship to me. After picking up my order and beginning to get my cards addressed to mail, I noticed 12 out of the 100 cards I purchased were a lighter weight paper. The other 88 were heavyweight like I ordered, but these 12 were much flimsier. A lighter weight paper must have gotten mixed into the order by mistake. I called the next day and explained the situation, and they were happy to reprint those cards with the correct paper - their team got to work on it immediately after I called. I brought back the announcements with the wrong type of paper to FedEx so they could see the error and picked up my replacements they printed for me. When I got home, I noticed they included a few extra copies of the announcement for me which was so kind of them! I am so impressed with the team’s dedication to my order. I was already pleased with their quick turnaround of my project, and I’m so appreciative that they sprang into action to fix the hiccup with the paper weight. I will definitely be using this location for any other big print jobs I need.

Maranda Ortiz: Christian H. was AMAZING!!!! Helped me though the entire process start to finish, and it was a very complicated package/delivery. He navigated it expertly and was incredibly kind and helpful! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me he’s AWESOME! Thank you Christian H!

free electrons family: Our FREEelectrons.Family review: Big place, with plenty of social distancing space. But can get quite BUSY! The person looked like she was NOT happy to help me use the scanners. So, I tried on my own and atill dis not work. Oh well! Good thing that the new batch of trainees were very helpful the next time I was there in October/November, particularly Roberto (I think that's his name). So, I bumped this rating up a star. Jordan Smith: I have tried twice to print at this Fedex center and both times have been disappointed both times.. I came in this afternoon to inquire a price for a poster for my center which is literally next door and was told from Jose and Michael that I have to wait to be assisted because they are backed up on a printing job prior to even asking me what I needed. After waiting 45 mins the young man with the dreads (I think Christopher) who was handling the packages was able to get the information for me in literally 5 seconds. What's unfortunate is for 8 people to be in the center it took 45 mins for me to just get a price. Roberto when I first came in greeted me and tried his best to help me to the best of his ability when he heard that Jose told me I had to wait, unfortunately he had to help other guest with self-service who were becoming frustrated with the printing teams lack of assistance. I will just stick to going across the bridge to Staples or Office Depot as far as printing assistance. 2 stars because of Christopher and Roberto.. TY

Gilbert Horst: Not sure why this place is not rated higher. Staff are super helpful and fast, and the manager could not be nicer. I will definitely be using them exclusively for shipping now.

Kitty Adair: I came in to drop off a package about a week or two ago and a man followed me in the store. The employees were super helpful and told him to get out and stop following me, told me I can wait in the store and watched him leave and pointed which direction he went. Thank you guys!! Really appreciated as a young woman

Clay Comer: I was having a rough go with my appointment nearby at the DMV. The folks here brightened up my day by helping me get a form quickly printed off AND we shared some laughs the whole time. Glad to see spirits are high and the staff here was friendly and helpful.

Mindy: Bunch of incompetent & confrontational people working here. Especially the women. Go to a different location at least you’d be treated like a human .

Tim Sidie: I handed a clerk a copy of an email that specified an address to send a letter to, and then noticed afterwards that they completely messed up the street number and the receiver’s company. I had to call FedEx’s main number later and pay extra to have the address changed. Guy just did not care. Checked out. I paid more than 40 bucks to send one piece of paper.

Tatiana Sokolova: I want to thank Barbara and Heather for great serves! I'm going to this location to print 24x36 drawings usually and they have been always nice to me, fast and professional! Barbara always greed new walked in customers and guid them between shipping and printing registers. She is well knowledgeable about store equipment and was explaining me all printing steps. She is always respectful, friendly and kind. Heather always busy in the back (wrapping packages and all kind of other work), but in the same time keeping one eye on the front, so no one employee or costumer would be left without help. Thank you very much!

Rochelle: Store staff was unable to resolve an orientation issue with my print order. They provide little insight on how to best correct my print. I was not offered a refund on incorrect but had to ask. Then was told I'd have to contact customer service via phone to have my online order refunded. They completely failed to provide a satisfactory customer experience.

Nicholas Sharp: So I downloaded the FedEx print app. And I really like the concept and how quick and easy it was. So I waited for 30 minutes and just asked the guy at the register about how long it would take. He very quickly answered with kind of an attitude back that when I ordered it it told me when it would be ready. I opened up the app reviewed it and it Showed no time that my print job would be ready to pick up. The gentleman then took time out to review it on his computer then to tell me to come back in two hours and that would be available then . Now I don’t know much about customer service in the printing business, but to print two pages does not take very long and if you were standing around talking to your coworker I probably would have just printed out those two pages right then. Instead of telling me to come back in two hours because you could take the time to check when it was available, but you could not hit the print button? I found the staff at this location to be very rude and curt. When I come back at 4 o’clock it will be my last visit to this location and since there are not many other locations near me it probably will be a while before I am utilize FedEx Kinko’s again.

J: Unsafe during Covid: A homeless guy without a mask was allowed to sit and read a newspaper at a nearby kiosk. I pointed it out to a worker, who did nothing about it, so we left.

Peter Johnson: I have used this Kinko's many times over the past three years to print 11x17. The staff was always very helpful, they always clicked three or four items to get the computer to print that size. (The computers there for some reason require more than just selecting 11x17 and landscape from the print screen) I went to the Kinko's tonight and the staff member literally told me that he couldn't help me because he had other things to do. As a result I will now have to find a new print store option and have it finished before 7:30 tomorrow morning. It is extremely frustrating that a place that I have relied on has flaked out to such a degree and I will never go back. POOR
