Federal Highway Administration: what do users think?

L Leach: I called twice! Both times I was waiting to speak to someone for almost an hour. The first phone call a representative answered and they hung up after I gave them my dot#. I thought the call dropped until I called again and waited almost an hour until they hung up the phone again. This is incredible and unprofessional. How can this be a company that gives rules and regulations but they don't follow any kind of rules themselves!!!

Dakota Rizza: It is a severe problem just to get ahold of anybody here. Computer after Computer answering problems i dont have, and never getting any of the answers you're looking for is extremely fustrating.

L g: Poor Site access to research this weekend May 09th, 2021. All weekend with FORBIDDEN ACESS 403. Not clear site research policy, but if reviewed with no access, we wonder what transparency policy is been followed...

Joshuah Gill: Workers are worthless! They probably leak important information to the public! I don’t trust these workers at all! I called a few times & Customer service reps are not helpful & don’t know what they’re doing & don’t care about helping owner operators. Between dropped calls to rude representatives I can’t get any help or information! I don’t even want to give 1 star worthless

Jss “jlove-23” s: Just had the rudest customer service agent that did not know anything did not know how to get in anything not sure how she got the job her name was Juanita if I have her number customer number I will post it here rudest ever

Ivan Kravtsov: Filed a reinstatement form over 10days ago. Takes them 1 min to look at the form and click a button on their end... the government workers are the slower then sloths... and tried calling today both times waited on hold for up to an hour each time and phone rang and then dropped.

Dawood khan: One of the world best Transportation Department and i want to make a part of this.

Javante Davis: Solved my case pretty fast

J. Moore: They Took away a Safety Sensitive Function that's suppose to be part of every Driver's Responsibility when operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle according to the FMCSA handbook. The Company's & the Drivers legal right to edit their Logs Drive Time as well as Sleeper, Off Duty, On Duty, on a day to day basis. They Removed that ability to do so and in my personal record I don't recall signing any documents where I give permission for them.to do so. As a CDL License Driver I should of had a Say so in the matter. Especially when laws are being changed. I wasn't informed of any changes pertaining to this. ⁶

constantin lesan: Shame on the way you guys are approach the detentions times at shippers and delivery!!!!!!

Community of Hope: what do users think?

Happy Ole Lady: I ❤ everything about Community of Hope! They are in the Community to help and give hope, and that's what they do and they do it well💯 As a senior citizen, I appreciate them so much!! Being on a small retirement, fixing my teeth was on the back burner cause old teeth cost a lot to fix! Thanks to Community of Hope and the outstanding dentists that donate their time and services, my mouth looks good and healthy💯 The customer service is also outstanding! I've never been treated like I don't have a right to come there and I'm always greeted with a smile! They call if the dentist has an emergency and they quickly make me another appointment! I love these guys!!!!!

Kyle Van Hecke: Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. I spent a month calling and trying to get an appointment. I finally got an appointment! 12 hours before my appointment (after I’d already taken time off work) Community of Hope called me and claimed the provider would not be showing up to my appointment so they have to cancel. When I pressed them and claimed it’s their responsibility to find me a provider, she told me I was lucky to get an appointment in the first place! She also admitted to lying about the provider canceling, later claiming they just double book time slots, then cancel if they have to. Trust me, this is not the kind of provider you want to be caring for you. Poor leadership, poor management, poor customer service.

Sadiyah Bashir: I had my eldest daughter two years ago with a different midwife program and although I enjoyed the program, the birth was very traumatic and I ended feeling they didn’t do all they could to help me. With COH midwives I felt heard and cared for. I had a beautiful birthing experience under their supervision with my second born and I thank them so much for all they’ve done. Also shout out to Hannah for always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed including formula and diapers!

Genevieve Duddy: Tried to make a mental health appointment 3 weeks in a row. Their automated call system answer the phone and hung up on me and I tried to call back and left my number so it would hold my place in line and when they called me back it rang once and then hung up before I could answer. It's really defeating for someone who's trying to find help for their mental health to be told over and over again they can't get help. I hope that whoever runs there account will read this and will we reconsider the way that they do their automated appointment system. It's really discouraging and I hope other people read this and choose to try to go somewhere else first instead of trying here cuz it's heartbreaking.
Response: Hi, Genevieve, we are so sorry you are having this experience with our phone system. We have alerted our team leaders in health and have asked them to give you a call as soon as possible today. We have been having challenges with our phone system the last few weeks and are working to improve the functionality.

Muva Muva: I have been going here for years, and since the pandemic they have hired new people, younger people with not much experience, I took my 3 year old here for his shots, which a younger girl did and from experience I’ve always seen my kids stuck with a needle and she didn’t properly stick him, late that day I had to rush him to the ER because he couldn’t walk and was crying so bad. Then on top of that I can pregnant and have an emergency and I can never get on the phone with an actual doctor for 2 minutes to express what’s going on for help. You have to wait 3 days just for a phone about to talk about something that will Literally take 2 seconds. It may look nice but the doctors there and staff rarely have have any experience in what they are doing. They can’t tell you exactly what a certain rash is or anything. Extremely disappointed.
Response: Hi, we are so sorry to hear that we did not meet your needs and particularly that your son had this experience. We would like to discuss this further with you if you are willing. We are very committed to getting feedback so that we can improve our care and address any concerns with our staff. We want to provide the highest quality of care for you and your family. We do have a compliment and complaint line that we use for any concerns so that we can follow up and get all the relevant information. That number is 202-470-3073 and we would encourage you to call if you are willing. This line is monitored by our leadership and taken very seriously. Thank you for helping us ensure that we are always doing our best.

Rochelle Cobb: I love this facility and the staff. The staff members are helpful and extremely professional. The doctor's have your best interest at heart and concerned about you as an individual. Would recommend this facility to anyone in need of health care and wellness.

Felita Orr: I love Community Of Hope very caring staff.

Terrencia Lester: The interior as well as exterior of the building is nice and clean. The staff are friendly. When I call they do their best to get me taken care of. The doctors, nurses etc are there to help and make sure their patients feel better before they leave. Keep up the good work.

frank swyca: Community of Hope in NE is my PCP and I went to the Conway Center location today for dental care. The building is gorgeous and it is not difficult to find on street parking. I was greeted by a smiling face and pleasant person that directed me to the second floor for the dentist. I filled out necessary paperwork and waited to be seen. They were running behind but I was kept informed about the extended wait. The dental tech was very proffesional and appropriate. She did all the x-rays and I waited to see the dentist. The dentist, Dr. Thomas, was very curteous and proffesional. I felt very comfortable about her competency. She made thorough examination and explained in detail her treatment plan. I will be returning and look forward to the remaining of my treatment. I would recommend Community of Hope, Conway center.

Diannie Parmely: COH is an amazing clinic. The staff is so nice. They listen to you always trying to he you. As a senior citizen they Rare so considered and always giving a helping hand. I love COH and will always refer family and friends ther.

Organization of American States: what do users think?

Statuesque Events: As event designers we LOVE this space! We designed the Spirit of Barbados gala in 2017 for the Embassy of Barbados and the ballroom gives an amazing canvas to build on! We love the columns and the overall style. We would love to return to plan and design another event very soon! Photos by Softclick Studios

Janet Hubbard: I’ve been going to my stylist now for 2 1/2 years .. She totally changed my look with a new haircut and color the first visit and I was so happy and satisfied with the new me! She is very talented . Holly is at this salon . It is a beautiful and peaceful environment . Holly definitely gets a 10+++++!

Maricela Chavez Ruiz: Great place to visit. Limited parking, food trucks around the block. Restaurant within walking distance

Gwendolyn Robertson: President Biden was returning home from all his activities that day. So traffic was halted for 30mins. Right in from of this memorial. I watched the presidential helicopter and caravan to end the delay on Constitution Avenue.

Youssef Elkei: Gorgeous location and excellent ball rooms. Highly recommended for large diplomatic receptions and larger formal events.

Brian Bristol: Attended the graduation ceremony of Class 61.

Bob Johnson: I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible atmosphere. Directly responsible for the ousting of Evo Morales from his democratically elected position. No snacks either. Would not go back.

Marcelo Pereira: One of the most beautiful places in Washington DC!

El Negro Matapacos: They have nice mood lighting, but they also created false claims of election fraud to destabilize the democratically elected president of Bolivia. It's a toss up.

James Lytle: Finally got to see inside the building, and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful lobby/atrium, and amazing great hall. If one gets a chance to visit the OAS on 17th St., one should take advantage of that chance.

U.S. Department of Transportation: what do users think?

Carol Macinnes: Very excited about the Tampa Heights project recently approved by USDOT. It is much needed for replacing water pipes, connecting communities divided by I275 through improved transit opportunities, inceasing the safety of intersections, creating bike lanes and Smart Streets. A wonderful investment that will help this area thrive again. Thank you all at USDOT and to the leadership of Secretary Buttigieg and his teams.

badu jabar: Roads policing laws outdated , today's laws can't dissuade anyone. Driving across America is chaotic, wreckless, agressive, dangerous, deadly & nothing is done. We're desensitized to deaths on the road. It's become a spectacle rather than a tragedy. Police cruisers make little difference. We can catch toll cheaters but we can't catch driving offenders. Technology could help, why not use it ? Better roads when unpoliced lead to more risk taking , more deaths.& poor quality of living. We fight for space rather than share it . People will do what they can get away with. DO SOMETHING

Darin James: Great to see USDOT, under the leadership of Secretary Buttigieg, effectively implementing the historic Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

Laura Montes: Under Secretary Pete Buttigieg Transportation Department is now well known and has increased its profile.

Buffi Buckley: Secretary Pete Buttigieg and the entire department are getting things done for us. Infrastructure finally means something again.

Bobbie Jansen: I’m so glad there’s finally someone who understands that transportation is about people!

Emily Loats: I love Pete Buttigieg!! Best secretary of Transportation ever!!

Sydney Steinberg: Secretary Pete Buttigieg doing a great job.

Jenn Harder: Secretary Buttigieg is doing a fantastic job!

Akber Alwani: I sent complaint for the transport company and never receive the reply, the phone number they have never work, after 1 hr of being waited the line get disconnect automatically, so we have only this company who can help me for my dispute with moving company and likely they are currently helpless and hopeless.
