The World Bank Inspection Panel: what do users think?

Kevin Jung: Amazing place to visit. Awesome place to work.

A. Thomas Grunley: As I have never been inside of The World Bank, I’m familiar with the building and simply posting my review on the architecture of the building itself, which I personally find to be very nice. It is unique but fits the landscape perfectly. It’s a building worth going out of your way to see if you are in Washington DC specifically to tour the architecture of the city.

David Wachira: Notable fixture in not only DC, but around the globe as well. Should you happen to visit, be sure to stop by the amazing Cafeteria for a copious array of global foods. The gift shop is also worth a visit.

Sesan Ayeni: Always a delight to get into these grounds where you will literally experience what multilateralism means within the scope of globalism. A clearing house of global financial issues, growth and development, climate, political economy and social environment of business. Uncovering great ideas of where the next growth drivers will come from, role of the private sectors, operations of governments and the civil society organizations.

Meena Raj: You can see diverse culture and different kind of people . Get good exposure .But the people work here has the knowledge of stone age. They never aware of any new process , new methodologies. You never learn anything there . Your knowledge will diminish.

Jacob: Stunning buildings, with a pleasant reception. An extremely accommodating bank with a humbling purpose in this world. The cafeteria is excellent and the presentations there are well planned.

N B: I love this place they have excellent restaurant for any taste and occasions. The people are lovely and friendly. VISIT here ad soon as possible. The architecture is also admirable!

Erin Knight: Had a chance to do some consulting work here a few years ago. The employees are wonderful and the building is full of everything you need to get the job done including a full service cafeteria with food options from around the world.

Akshat Vishal: It is a great place to attend talks, discussions, and performance by the world leaders and artists. The world cafetaria at the lower level provides some great world cusine (Sushi, Indian, SE Asian, Salads, African and Mexican.

Embassy of Indonesia: what do users think?

Avik Dutta: Amazing architecture outside the embassy of Indonesia. You can visit the statue from the outside. Just park the car off street and watch this great statue of Devi Saraswati the goddess if Education and Music and art and craft according to the Hindu Mythology. It is very close to Indian embassy. A must visit place if you are in DC and have some after watching other important destinations. Highly recommended.

Rebecca Guo: Had appointment at 11 and waited until 1. There was only one worker, and she only served one family (2 adults 4 kids) for the two hours we were waiting. I understand that 6 people take a long time, BUT, in the middle of the serving she walked around the Embassy twice leaving the family waiting. Then disappeared for 30 mins leaving the family waiting. When we asked her for an estimated wait time she rudely told us to shut up and stay in line. I wish she had a name tag so we can report her to the Embassy!

Kyle D: The inside of this embassy is absolutely stunning. The detail to attention, carvings, trim, moldings, paintings, just gorgeous! There is a beautiful wooden carved organ that seems to be well kept. Indonesian people are so friendly and welcoming! I have gone to Bali several times and it truly is an amazing experience. Photos as of May 2019

Merchant Marine: Occasionally I’ve worked at the Embassy of Indonesia 🇮🇩 here in Washington DC as a Security Officer and the Employees have always been friendly and outgoingThey’ve always provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere towards me and have helped me to feel comfortable while on my Post

Hadi Utara: Is embassy closed? I tried to emailed and called but never go through. This is very stressful. I don’t know what’s going on? I hope I’ll get their reply asap. I need make appointment for renew passport.

Mimi Sains: I try to call many many time the phone is always hang up and no one try to answer the phone , need to ask important thing about renewal my paspor

Pakeezha: Breath taking by the architecture and details inside! The employees were SUPER friendly!

norys 90: great customer service, friendly and very helpfull. Highly reccomended

Jordy wilson Supit: I came to renew my passport. They staffs were so nice. Especially the woman in the front desk (i forgot her name, it was probably irma), and also Mr. Victor. They work professionally and fast. I feel like they have a really open-minded Indonesian culture. Thank you for helping me out today. God bless

MedStar Washington Hospital Center: what do users think?

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: I believe this is the best hospital in Washington DC Compare with other hospitals. Unfortunately waiting time is so much here cannot explain. This location needs major renovation more facilities for patients and staff.

Hannah: Was flown into the emergency department after a major hemorrhage, post-tonsillectomy that left me unable to stop throwing up large amounts blood. The ER team got me straight into a room, explained everything they were doing, and made sure I was comfortable. My primary ER nurse, Raquel, was incredibly helpful. In less than 10 minutes after my arrival the resident ENT, Dr. Randolph, came to exam me and was very kind and had excellent bedside manner. He collaborated on my treatment plan with my surgeon and communicated everything to me and my mom. After a few hours I was admitted to the hospital in my own room. They allowed my mom to stay the night with me since I am under 26 years old. My nurse, Mary Kate, was incredible. She made sure me and my mom were comfortable, that I wasn’t in too much pain, and was very very sweet! The next morning Dr. Randolph came back to discharge me. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member I encountered there was great - which is very meaningful considering I was in such rough shape. Great medical team. Wait times were a bit long at times, but as to be expected in a hospital.

Johniece Robinson: Don’t let these people lie to you this by far the worst hospital ever! Back in the day it was okay but I don’t know what happened over the years. I’ve watched my sister have the worst labor and delivery. The doctors was unprofessional they even had students practice on the patients. They barely clean, sanitize my sisters room, if it’s supposed to be COVID why nobody not doing they’re job! I was so irritated and annoyed for my sister. She came in the hospital Great left out with a fever. The nurses will get irritated if we ask them a question, they will take along time to respond to us if we call for them it was just too much I felt so bad. Hopefully in the future they will have better doctors and more professional nurses. I will go more into details but I’m not! Just hope In the future things will be so much better and more professional

Julio Argueta: It was the worst experience in a hospital, my daughter was on surgery for 6 hours, and no one come to me and let me know how was everything, not even after the surgery, in other cases I saw doctors come and tell there family how was everything and that everything went well. But not in my case and not even the receptionist could tell us anything not even where she was. Until 10 hours later when my daughter called me and send me a picture of the board information that she can verily see. That was the only way that I could see her. They ask her if she wants to see a minister, she told them that she wanted to see me because her father was a minister but they didn’t let me in, she stay overnight and now I am her outside waiting until 11:00 they won’t let me in until visit hours, even when she ask for me. Her father. We are used to have a better treatment. Georgetown is the best hospital. For sure….

joy adona: My sister was a patient at this hospital just recently. She had chest pain and fainted while working. She was brought to the emergency room department and had the worst experience since. The nurse who took care of her yelled at her when she was asking for something, she could not move at all and needed assistance getting what she needed. She was not treated with respect, her privacy was violated. She was in pain and did not receive anything to manage it. Her calls were ignored. It is hard enough to be in pain more so being treated rudely while dealing with it. The nurses’ priority should be the provision of safe and quality patient care. My sister just experienced the opposite.

Greer Dog Adventures: The front desk and security are horrible. No compassion, no empathy, unhelpful, and always have an attitude. They will give you different information policy than the doctors and nurses, and it is not always correct. If you can get past that, the other staff is gracious, kind, compassionate, and helpful. Mask mandate in effect. Normal visiting hours vary from 11a-6p to 2p-7p. Only one person PER DAY. Palliative care visiting hours are 24/7 under order of provider. Two people are allowed at a time, and they can switch with other documented visitors.

Naya -Monet: April front desk at suite 108 for pregnant women had a really nasty attitude talked to me any kind of way no greeting busy speaking to co-workers while speaking to me must be really miserable. She definitely needs more training on people/communication skills if you don’t like your job don’t work there simple. In the hallway while I was waiting for feedback I even overheard other patients complaining about her attitude which sucks. She needs to learn the basics of patient care fire her or have her get more training .

Jade Dawson: I had a very good labor and delivery experience here via c section, as I could not labor naturally with my midwife as planned for several reasons. I labored naturally here until 7cm and I’m so glad all I had to do was pace my breathing. They took wonderful care of me, knew how and when to manage my pain before I realized it myself. The low stress of this resulted in a calm trust when it came to the c section. Will come again for the next baby!

NACA: what do users think?

Admassu Woldemichael: AW&RY It was around end of 2018 or January 2019 that my wife and I first heard about an amazing NACA home purchase program, so that we immediately signed and joined the NACA program. Everything went as planned, and we found a house and made an offer for that house and finally because of a finance or one of our incomes was not added, and as result, we could not move forward and suspended for some time due to Covid 19. Then we reschedule around 2021, which is certainly not an easy journey, but with the help of God and her help, our professional and helpful counselor, Ms. Diandra, tells us what is needed. With help of her, we are now very close to the re-qualification. NACA is a great home buying program and the counselors are very helpful and professional

Mustafa Sidiqi: NACA home buying program is an amazing opportunity that help you own home. The Counselors are very helpful to make sure that they help you through the process until you become a home owner. In addition to that not only help you buy a home but help after closing. My Counselor Colin is amazing person, he is helping with the process now and it has been very smooth with the documents that I need to submit. Also, he is very easy going person to make sure that pre submitting documents were easy and explanatory to make sure I understand why we need certain documents. Most importantly, he wants to make sure everything that is required are being submitted. I have recommended NACA to a lot of my friends and family to get involve and become a home owner. Lastly, I would recommend for everyone is that take your time reading the action plan and spend good amount of time understand your action plan.

Tyana Trotz: The NACA program has been very instrumental in helping me achieve my goals of home ownership. They have simplified the process and created very easy ways to complete the steps to achieve home ownership. My counselor has answered all of my questions and has provided details about the program. They are always available and the phone answering service has been very helpful answering different questions I have as well. This is a great program for first time home buyers like me, who are just getting started and need assistance. I am so thankful for the people who have helped me so far. I am excited to continue this process and achieve my dream of home ownership.

Chauncey Dennie: I have just met with my NACA counselor Colin yesterday and he believes I will be approved relatively quickly. I might even be in a home before the end of the year. I am very pleased with my journey with the NACA process thus far. In this program, there is no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, no fees. In addition, they provide budgeting assistance. I truly believe NACA will help me to realize my dream of becoming a homeowner sooner rather than later.

Constance Best: I joined the NACA community in 2021, thus far the process has been seamless. My counselor – Ms. Mercado, is very professional, timely, and patient. During my intake session, I was given an action plan to follow with the goal being for me to come back in 3 months ready to move to the next phase. I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to completing the program and receiving my qualification letter.

Tamuno Daniels: I had my counseling session with my NACA counselor today, and she was amazing! Both personable and professional, she made me feel very comfortable during our session. While reviewing my web file she made sure I understood her review process. At the end of the call, she very sweetly congratulated me on beginning the home buying process! I look forward to working with her and feel reassured that she will help me have a pleasant home buying experience.

Embassy of Greece: what do users think?

Richard Hollon: I called here to get some answers because the Houston location isn’t answering their phones or replying to emails all of a sudden. One month ago communication was easy. Now it seems almost impossible to speak to someone about our missing passport. I called this location to reach out for help but received a very rude lady on the phone who told me I shouldn’t bother her and to call Houston instead. I tried to ask if she could help call them for me and she was very rude about it. Enjoy your miserable life.

Levent Polater: Legendary service and amazing politeness. Mr. Yorgos and other staff were not only kind but also put a lot effort to make sure I can get my Schengen visa in time. I appreciate this as a Turk and will spread the news of your amazing hospitality. Yamas 🍻

President Duane Jackson Sr General Greece CEO: President Duane Jackson Sr CEO of the United States Greece and Greek origin

Dennis McCunney: My son compiled all of his materials for a visa application and was treated incredibly rudely by the visa officer and his entire staff. It was so disappointing for a 16 year old who is interested in learning about Greek culture to be treated so inhospitably. Poor representation of the country as a whole.

Charlene Safe Ride: They answered my calls and my emails. I had a very good experience for visa application. The process is somehow inconvenient & unnecessary paperwork requests. Parking issue: to avoid, go there 30 minutes earlier so you can park nearby otherwise, pay for parking & take a taxi to the embassy. Thank you Greece!

Mehmet Bozkurt: i think Greece Embassy does not want to any tourist I just call them to get some information about visa and visa requirements my first call answered from one lady I explained her she said one moment she connect me another department I waited almost 10 min after I hang up phone and I called again this time another lady (I assume ) answered phone she was really rude. I mean really RUDE first of all she does not know how to say Please. secondly I m asking question she did not listen carefully she did not let me finish my sentence our conversation me: hi I would like to get information about visa process? she : what do you wanna know? me: first of all I m green card holder can I apply to visa from here ? she : which state? me Virginia she: yes you should go Washington dc embassy me : what should I bring ? she: we have a web site write down bla bla bla me : I know your web site but... (she just cut my sentence) she: why are you asking me then ? me :because there is no information about requirements or I couldn`t find why are you so rude and annoying? she :yes...... ????? Greece Embassy shouldn`t represent like this...

Michael Lai: Gorgeous and enormous building that starts off embassy row. If you are in town for embassy week (first weekend of may). They have an open house and tons of food! Street parking available.

Park Hyatt Washington D.C.: what do users think?

Patrick Hill: Excellent all around. First off, the location is perfect, tucked away from K Street and close to Rock Creek making it more of a quiet location relative to other parts of the city. The building, lobby etc all look very new, clean and crisp. The room itself was large, modern and had a very comfortable bed. We had one of the Junior Suite with the half bath. It was a great deal using Hyatt Points and paying $100 for the upgrade over a standard room. Enjoyed arriving to fresh cookies as well from the staff. Very nice touch. My one gripe with many Hyatt properties is the pocket door for main bathrooms however the pocket door at the Park Hyatt was substantial and allowed for more privacy. We had both dinner and breakfast room service and both meals were fantastic, delivered on time and well worth the price. I assume everything was cooked from Blue Duck Tavern which has rave reviews. I did not have the opportunity to check out the pool or fitness center, but can only imagine those facilities are top notch. Finally the staff were all friendly and polite. The service like that matters. I look forward to returning again soon.

Chris Turner: This was our first time staying at the Park Hyatt and it was a wonderful experience. The moment we arrived, the bellhop Jorge, gave us a warm welcome and helped us unload our luggage and four young kids. When we checked in, our room did not have a great view so they upgraded us to the Georgetown Suite and it was phenomenal! The room was gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. The room service was delicious, especially the breakfast. When we were ready to check out, Jorge once again warmly greeted us and helped us bring our luggage down and load it into our car. I know it can be hard to work on Christmas, but the staff were cheerful and warm. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in DC.

Mariya K: Good hotel but I expected more from a five star hotel. The front desk staff was friendly except one black man he was a bit rude. Also they should clean their carpet in the front as the first impression when you walk in leaves a feeling of a dirty place. I stayed in a suit and it was nice and had everything you need. The only thing they need to change armchairs as those have old school shrunk covers. I decided to make a reservation for a dinner at the Blue Duck tavern which was recommended by the front desk and I was told they had a Michelin star. I’ve been to Michelin stars restaurants before so I had some high expectations. But the restaurant disappointed me a little bit. First there was a little confusion where the host station was. When I walk in there’s a bar in the front and I told I had a reservation and a barman told I could seat anywhere the I walked further and saw a hostess. I was by myself and they had plenty of empty tables. It was an hour and a half before they close. But they decided to seat me in a totally empty area which I didn’t like even though I asked to seat at the different area which had empty tables. The hostess asked a waiter but he refused. I ordered a cocktail and after sipping I noticed the glass was all dirty which is unacceptable in any restaurant but especially at the restaurant with a Michelin star. The food was tasty. When I received a check I expected they would take that cocktail out of the bill or offer me a discount which they didn’t. So I left with a bitter aftertaste. No wonder why they didn’t receive a star from Michelin for the past years. The service leaves much to be desired.

Vivian Cheng: Great hotel. Got a junior suite, which was spacious and comfortable. Good lighting in the room too. It was clean and well-maintained. Not a lot of street noise, which is always a bonus. Amenities are nice. Shower pressure is low, but the shower is spacious. Note: Blue Duck Tavern is worth a visit. Also, hotel is about 7 minutes from the Foggy Bottom metro stop.

Frederick E Stidam Jr: Great customer service from the manager Mr.Cho ,the valet team, house keeping, and front desk staff. 👏 . Any and everyone we interacted with with was friendly and professional. The room clean spacious and comfortable. This location perfect for access to great dining and fun dining.

Sek Eun John Lee: My wife, our 20-month-old son, and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Park Hyatt Washington DC. Staff members were welcoming and professional. Our suite was widely-spaced and gave our family much-needed privacy. Food via room service from Blue Duck Tavern was delicious. Location of the hotel was amazing given its proximity to Georgetown and Dupont Circle. We will definitely stay here again.

Adam Wilton: This was my first stay at a Park Hyatt property and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had an amazing stay and it is now one of my favorite hotels/brands. The service is excellent with the front desk staff being super friendly and professional - some of the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was very nice and clean with high end amenities and finishes. Since I booked through AMEX’s FHR program, I received a $100 property credit which I was able to use for room service at the Blue Duck Tavern which had excellent food - truly some of the best food I’ve ever had. Unfortunately there is only valet parking available so I just parked at a George Washington University parking ramp which was much cheaper, but the hotel is actually quite reasonably priced and rivaled some much more expensive 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall, the Park Hyatt brand shocked me on how nice it is, and I intend to visit more properties in the portfolio when I travel.

Harlen Smith: It is late June 2022 and this hotel is pretending it is June 2020. Except that they are charging 2022 prices while providing 2020 deep covid level services. Tgd staff are great, but there’s no real room service, no minibar, no spa, the pool is closed. The only food available on site is from the Michelin starred restaurant downstairs, which is only open for a few brief windows per day. Breakfast is normal, but lunch and dinner are over wrought and over rich. Not something you can eat multiple days in a row. I paid $800/night to stay in a mid sized suite with my 5 year old. We pay that kind of money because we want access to good food in our room while traveling. Park Hyatt DC did not deliver on that. It’s also about a decade past due for a renovation, but I would have been fine with that if they weren’t pulling a covid service con. Do not stay here until they get their ish together. Even then, management of this hotel has proven that their judgement cannot be trusted. So maybe just don’t ever stay here.

National Institutes of Health: what do users think?

Sam T: For some reason, Google keeps pushing my review out. Perhaps in cahoots with the organization. Not the best place to work or visit. Great for scientists turned politicians. Woke and CYA culture predominates. Best place for administrators who make as much as non-medical scientists of the same age with much lower qualifications. Pay scale compressed as with any Federal (socialist) organization. Promotion and nurturing opportunities great for women scientists. Animal abuse in the name of science merely to address some rare disease which affects like 20 people in the US and may have already seen its day. Mostly repeat of what may have been already published.

Kevin Gouge: Great place to go no complaints from me!!

Blanca Cruz: Outstanding attention. People from others countries came to NIH to get medical attention.I have been there for years and I am really happy. One of the best entities that the United States has.

rick lowe: Kind,helpful,efficient..hopeful!!!! Impressive operation. We are at ease,

Quin Sullivan: The Best an very professional.

Avik Dutta: Best Place for Research in the whole world 🌎. Great care for patients.
