Andrea DiRaddo: Went into the store on 14th yesterday to return a couple of things and was assisted by Ashleigh. During our transaction there was another woman trying things on and the three of us had such a fun convo about styling a particular sweater they sold. Ashleigh was so helpful and exactly what you’d hope a sales associate would be. There was an issue with my return and she quickly called customer service and handled everything for me even taking my cell down so I could get on my way while she worked on my issue. I was so appreciative of her time, patience, and attentiveness. Thanks Ashleigh!!

Trev L.: Jessie, one of the sales associates upstairs in the men's department is a spectacular salesman. Ronnie Patterson: I don't usually post reviews but this is my second time coming to this Express my first experience was horrible, but this time was awesome. I'm not a fashion forward guy by any means, but Arturo helped me feel confident with the suit I brought and they didn't have my size at the store he helped me order the remaining shirts and pants online from the register. I can't wait to come back and I hope my next sales representative will be half as good as Arturo.

thomas eyasu: I don’t usually write review but today my Experience in Express at Pentagon city location was horrible. The employees attitude and rudeness I never seen in any store in my experience, I didn’t know the registration was close and I was standing there waiting to check out and one of the employees came up to me with nasty attitude told me the registration is close and I have to got the other one. Pii Paa: I went to Express store at Pentagon city mall on Sunday to buying some clothes. There was a lot of clothes hanging in the fitting room. The customer service was powerless. Irlinda and the manager was very disrespectful to me at register. I am a longtime customer at this particular store. I was very disappointed with my last experience.

Ari V: I was in DC for a few days and decided to buy some clothes. The store is inside a mall which is great but some of their employees are rude. Needs better ones like here in NY. It's a fashion store, not a macdonald's.

Simon H: I love EXPRESS and have had nothing but positive experiences in both normal EXPRESS stores and outlets. But this store does not fit into the picture. It was dirty, untidy and the staff seemed annoyed and stood around in the way. Too bad and not a brand flagship. Brandon Moon: Outdoor mall style outlets...stores on both sides of the walking path. 2 sections but includes all the favorites Tanger usually provides.

Cinnamon Tucker: I had an amazing experience here in December of 2019. My daughter and I were both shopping for some nice dress up clothes to attend the ballet in DC. The ladies were so hopeful and attentive and gave us a personal shopping experience like no other! One was incredibly helpful for my daughter, and another was attending to me. Buy Express because it looks and feels like higher end apparel that costs three to five times more but you aren't breaking the bank when trying to upgrade your wardrobe.

Jonathan Delacruz-Garcia: Tony, I’m assuming the manager here at Express was very helpful in processing the return of my items and purchase of my new items which had to be ordered. He definitely was of help in something I thought was complicated. Might I add that he greeted me and asked if I needed help and assisted me throughout everything! Huge props to him and I’m glad Express has him as a valuable employee there! Thanks Tony!

Mark Angel: Worst experience I have ever had. Came to the store to buy cheap dress shoes for an event. When I get there I see a customer looking impatient waiting to be helped while another associate tells me he can help me at another register. I wait for the total to appear on the card terminal and insert my card, see that I was approved and take my card back. As the transaction is happening the associate then mumbles “the system just shut down”. As he turns around and talks to his Store Manager “Donna” she states that “she’s already on the line trying to reach customer service”. After about minute of getting concerned I check my account and see a processing charge for the amount. I then tell the employee at the register and he turns and tells Donna the situation. Donna hangs up the phone and tells me “yeah sorry a receipt didn’t print and the charge should drop off in a few business days”. I reaffirm that I in fact I already paid for the item and was charged and I didn’t even need the receipt. She then explains that, “it should fall off in the few days and there is nothing that we can do”. She then proceeds to give me her cell number and tell me to call “JUST IN CASE” she was wrong. Well, she was wrong. Three days later I was charged for the shoes. I call her cell and left a voicemail and didn’t get a reply back after 24 hrs. I then proceeded to call the store and she was working. I asked if she got my voicemail and she explained that she wasn’t sure and that she was sorry for the inconvenience and that she was new, etc. etc. We end the conversation with her telling me that she would be in the majority of the day on Saturday and that I could get my refund then. I come in on Saturday at around 12pm and to my surprise “Donna is sick”. Another associate that was instructed by her the day before was there and knew about my issue and then proceeded to give me my refund. She asked if I had the card I used and I did. After a few minutes she calls another store manager from another store and she says “we can’t find the transaction”. At this point I am extremely upset, take out my phone again and show the charged transaction. I speak to the other store manager and he tells me that “We can’t get you your refund because we need customer service and customer service is closed on the weekends and you will have to come back during the week”. I don’t live in the area and already had to make the trip back for the second time in the past two weeks. He offers to give me the number to call customer service and I interrupt him and explain to him as a customer this store as well as the management have failed to do their job correctly and I will not be calling anyone unless it’s either him or Donna to get my refund. He then gives me his cell and explains that “we can get on a call on three way and get you your refund over the phone”. If that were the case why couldn’t I have done that from the start? Why was I told that I couldn’t leave from the store with the product that I clearly had proof that I paid for in the first place. While I completely understand someone being new to their job can come with issues there is no excuse to have a clearly untrained store manager make decisions in real world scenarios. With that being said I will make it my effort to not only get my money back but to make sure that this store gets better training for their management.

N Morris: This is the worst Express ever! I unfortunately visited this location only because I was in the Wheaton area, as I usually shop at the Tyson’s location. Anyhow, upon entering the register, I had to initiate the interaction. I was “assisted” by Ashley, who lacked every ounce of professionalism and competency. I asked her if could do an exchange. and she reluctantly confirmed that I could. As I proceeded to hand her the cheaply made shoes that fell apart, she stopped to inform me I was unable to make the return. At this moment, I was extremely taken aback, as I know Express for having a pretty open guarantee return policy, so I felt as if my right was not being upheld. I asked her for written confirmation of the specific policy as justification but of course, she was unable to do so. She then asked her coworker, Tony, who was also extremely unprofessional and rude, if she should call customer relations and he informed her to call “only if she wanted to.” What kind of subpar service/protocol is that? I was even more appalled and disgusted. When she decided to call customer service, she poorly explained the ordeal and did so in an effort to misinform them so I could have my return denied. As a result, I interceded and asked to speak with the customer service representative. After I competently explained the damage, the representative agreed with my poor experienced and permitted the return. From here, Ashley’s rudeness enhanced, as she reacted with an unprofessional attitude and demeanor. Tony also chimed in to make matters worse by “teaming up” with her poor behavior. I eventually had my item returned then escalated the matter to corporate who forwarded the case to a regional/district manager with high priority. I will never shop back at this awful store.

Jeanos Fillios: Been coming here for a long time. Time to review. Store is good, some prices makes you wonder how they even make a profit. And customer's service could be better. Good store.

Remit Lopez: Spanish "mid age" lady at the register (Seems to be a Manager) likes to talk smart to customers, trying to make them look stupid. Very rude with staff members, I notice how bad she treated one of her employees in front of the customers.

Melody Sarah: I had a return and a guy accidentally exchanged my item. I explained to the store manager about what happened and she didn’t do anything about it! She said I understand but I have to call the customer service and they should solve your issue! First of all, I was not the person who did the mistake! Second, They waisted my time! I stayed at the store for almost 2 hours! No one even said sorry to me but they gave me an attitude! They said they fixed the issur over the phone but they didn’t. Money was not going back on my account even after one month! I called the customer service I was on the line for another 1 hour and they said we have to do the investigation! They didn’t call me back! After two weeks I called them again! Same process and same thing! When I called for the fourth time they said yeah we did the investigation and you were right! They called the store to make sure I was not lying about what happened!!! Overall I got my money back but it didn’t worth the hassle they waisted hours of my life! And they gave me a hard time! The store manager knew I was right but didn’t do anything! She doesn’t know how to manage the situation!I will never ever go to this store again and won’t suggest it to anyone! Very disappointed!

Lesa Morris: If I could have give. Zero stars it would be zero. I went in on January 2nd to to an exchange and Oscar’s demeanor was rude and nonchalant. Angela, was the sales person. I presented my item with proof of purchase & Angela was un able to find my purchase even after I gave her my A list number. Oscar displayed his in difference attitude and stated in an rude tone that he had to call customer service to verify my purchase. He did nothing to further assist me with my exchange. I ended up going to another express to do my return. I called customer service to share my poor experience at the Westfield Montgomery express Molly didn’t offer any type of resolution. She stated that my information was passed on to the district manager and that an investigation is being conducted. I’m not sure why theres any need for an investigation as the customer is always right. I was well within my rights to do the exchange. This ordeal has cost me great inconvenience. As A top tier, A list customer that supports express brand my experience should have been better. I will no longer support Express. Molly called me on Wednesday, February 9th ,2022 and had no answers or to ensure me that Oscar’s behavior will not be tolerated. The poor customer service I received reflects poorly on upper management. I’ve ask to speak to the District manager as of today no one seems to have her information. This matter needs to be addressed to upper management so Oscar’s behavior will not be repeated towards anyone else.

Maty C.: Clean store, nice items but not enough formal wear. We were looking for a wedding guest dress and the options were very limited. Also the fitting rooms doors lock as soon as you get out lol! Sobia K: This is a somewhat okay place i guess. There is a lot of stuff for good prices and you can probably find a lot of things that you like in a short amount of time. One downside of this store is that it's kind of messy and its kinda hard to find stuff. Like you may just get lost in all the stuff that they have, which may not necessarily be good thing. If you know exactly what you're looking for and know it's in the store, you will probably have a good experience at the store, but if your looking for something like specifically then you may not like it as much because of how messy this store is. But still, this store is pretty underrated and you can probably find a lot of stuff that you like here. Some of the stuff though, is somewhat expensive. You may like something and find that its really overpriced and you can literally find the same thing in another store for like half the price. But like still you can find a lot of cheap stuff. Also, the quality of all their stuff is okay i guess, but it won't last you forever. It may last you a couple of months at most. If you wanna buy something to wear for a long time, this stuff isn't what you're looking for. Hope this review helped.

Max B: You get what you pay for. Bought 2 pairs of pants, one of the pairs stitching has failed after 2nd wash cycle. Can find cheaper higher quality clothes elsewhere.

Marquia Kinard: Talk about bad customer service! If I could give this store a 0 rating I certainly would. How do you have an employee as a greeter, but she doesn't greet you. I'm confused. I waked in the store ready to purchase the "bride and bridesmaids tanks/tees" and not once did the girl standing in the front of the store say one word to me. However, she was so excited to speak to the other customers about the sale they had, answer any questions, or just say a simple hello. Unbelievable! The girl actually walked passed me twice and said absolutely nothing! Maybe she didn't like my braids?? Haha! Anywho, I'll continue to shop at Zara, where they are always helpful. I'll gladly spend my money anywhere else but this Express location. Btw, this happened on June 30th, 2016 at 1pm, just incase corporate reads this. Very disappointed.

Evelyn Lawrence (MeowdyByNature): The staff was friendly. The store was neat, even the clearance section, and I didn't have a long wait. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Christopher Santos: Their old layout was much better . It feels claustrophobic and hot now. The spot coolers are a relief. The styles are great. Just whish they carried the editor short in stock.

Louis Davis: I actually like the clothing and prices (Outlet not Retail) but I have to give them a 1 (would be lower) because of their association with Comenity Bank. It's...the WORST! DO NOT, DO NOT, open a credit line with them. That little $20 off is not worth it. Also shop their Outlet if you can. Their Retail prices are ridiculous. I got my wedding suit there and was looking forward to shopping there. I don't buy new clothes like that and the suit fit really well, as well as being a whole $150.00 dollars less at their Outlet store down by the Harbor. However dealing with Comenity Bank was been absurd. They literally closed my account after I never received the initial card in the mail. Haven't been back and probably won't. Shame.

Zack Rider: The worst customer service ever. The staff who work there have a big frown on their faces and doing the bare minimum. Not a single staff member have asked me if I want anything or looking for something in particular. Also, the cashier lady was rude as well, she didn't even bother to greet us. I had a simple question about the discounts, and all she did was point at the receipt instead of explaining it. Go elsewhere.

Angela Kim: There was a woman name April (i saw her name tag), who was very unhelpful when i asked for a fitting room. she had me stand by the entrance of the fitting room having me wait for more than 10 mins just to try on a shirt. I don't understand why she had me stand there while she fiddle around her keys, talking nonsense on her headset, something about taking a break? and saw her chewing on gum behind her mask. (very unprofessional)...finally another retailer noticed i was standing waiting forever and was able to grab a fitting room for me. I left the fitting room, and the same old April was closest to me so i asked her what promos they might have available for the holidays. She couldn't get me a direct answer and again fiddled with her keys while obnoxiously chewing behind her mask...... I guess her keys are more interesting than making a sale to a potential customer? i had to leave without purchasing anything and completely wasted my time. Clark Ken: This store always has great styles, but sometimes things are overpriced

Sarah Frye: I usually always have a good experience at any EXPRESS that I go to. I love the clothes and the style of it. Almost within a few minutes of coming in someone always checks to see if I need help or if they can set up a dressing room for me and ask you for your first name as well. It makes the shopping experience more personal which is nice even if it isn't an actual department store. The associates would come back every once awhile to see if I wanted to add more items toy dressing room. Once I was ready they took me to my room and everything was nicely hung on the rack. Again, while in the dressing room they would come by to see if I needed anything. One thing I also loved about the store that I love in general about any EXPRESS is that the store is usually categorized by color in some way.

Dondré: A great assortment of European cut dress clothes. I also really like their tie selections. The staff at this particular location was very nice and helpful when it came to how I wanted my pants to fit. The prices are a little expensive but they seem to have sales very often. If you are a slim individual and need dress clothes I'd recommend this place.

Shoaib: I was not allowed to return my online order because it was going to hurt their sales on paper. Even though they had the capability to offer returns they didn’t want to take the hit. Their management should follow corporate policy and allow returns rather than directing us to other express stores. J. Small: I drove 30mins to reach this Express location just to make a return and IT IS CLOSED for renovations. I even Googled it before I came all this way and there was NO indication that it was closed down. I called the number just to see if they were at a different location in the mall and there is a message that says they are closed through August. But who calls a store in the mall BEFORE going to it!? There should be something online indicating this. I just wasted my time and gas. I'm adding a photo from the google search that shows that it is listed as being open. When I called Express customer service they said it is listed as closed.

Amelia Sample: Came here to return some items after ordering online, and the return process was quick and easy. I also wandered through their sale section, which was organized by size and wasn't messy at all. This is a great store to get affordable business casual/business professional outfits, and they often have sales and discounts. If you're a student, ask about their student discount!

Eric Lam: This Express location is pretty standard. I feel that may be understaffed at some times and a lot of the clothes are unfolded and just laying around. Cant really ding them on that since this location is almost always busy. The sale/clearance section in the back has a huge selection. If you're looking for a quick deal hit that up first. Also check online for coupons.

Shanikque Johnson: Great customer service and shopping experience. I'm wondering if the mens button downs are dry clean only. I like the shirts and perfect color for work but they seem a bit different when machines washed.

Albert Phillips: So i have been a long time customer of Express we are talking close to a decade of shopping at this store and never have I had such a horrible experience as I have had this past week. It started when I ordered the wrong size coat which I completely understand is my fault, however after checking the website to make sure my size was available I arrived at the store on black Friday(the day after my order arrived at my house)and the system was down. Luckily the manager James is very helpful and intelligent and was able to explain to me the issues and asked me to return the next day.(I live about an hour from this location it's the closest one to my house since they closed the Frederick location) I returned to find the system was still down and I could not be helped, I even called customer service who could not help me. I returned the next day to try again. This time the system isn't showing my item online and they are still telling me the system is down, like really two days with no system, give me a break. A this point I'm a little frustrated but determined to get my coat that I love so much in the right size. I return to the store one last time on Sunday and no one can help me and the manager give me a number to call(customer relations) he tells me the only option is for him to find a store that has it and have them ship it to him( he doesn't work again until Tuesday) I call the number they were not only unhelpful I question the woman I spoke with's competence in her roll at the company. So that was a dead end. SO I try one more time and go to the store this morning and speak with the taller bearded gentleman running the cash register. I forgot to mention in between all of this I bough a white shirt which turned out to be heavily stained on the inside. So he exchanged the shirt for a new, and starts calling stores to find the coat in my size.... at last he says Montgomery Westfield has the coat in my size!!!!! they even match the style numbers and confirm with him the coat is the one I have handed him.... He tells me this news and of course I am excited as the store is near D.C and will hold the coat for me. I drive the hour and some change to the store and that's right you guessed it it was not the same coat!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME GUYS!!!!! you had the coat and all the info right in front of you and tell me they have the coat and it is the wrong one!?!?! so after four days and about $125.00 in gas I still do not have my coat and no one at express can help me!! Please trust me when I say I am canceling my credit card for this store and never coming back!!! AFTER TEN YEARS AND THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS SPENT I AM DONE! THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER? WITH INCOMPETENCE AND RUDENESSS i WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN! IF SOMEONE AT CORPORATE CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT I'D LIKE TO HEAR YOU OUT BUT IT WOULD TAKE A MIRACLE TO BRING ME AND MY EXTREMELY EXTRAVAGANT LIFESTYLE BACK TO THIS STORE.

Carl Nelson: It can be hard to find clothes that fit if your not the most sculpted man in the world, so for everyone else express seems to have clothes that fit you, not just sort of are the right size. And really that's all you need to know, the staff will convince you of the rest when they help you find those clothes.

C B: Went in today to Christmas shop asked the manager if anyone could help me and she gave me the snobby attitude telling me she'll be up there in a minute and then turns around and approaches me and asked me what do you want ? John L: PEPPER PALACE. Great new addition to the outlets for the sauce and spices connoisseur! Though they have no exterior signage to date, they are located only a few storefronts away from the welcome/membership center. They have devised a Covid friendly manner in which one may still sample anything in the store before buying, which leaves no room for disappointment. Every level of heat is available from 'zero' all the way to 'why would anyone do that'. What is particularly nice is that they have gone out of their way to pair their 'hot' with an impressive array of other pallet pleasing flavors. They offer buy 5 get one free as well as buy 10 and get 3 free (mix and match anything in the store). We sampled for almost an hour and purchased several sauces, one jelly, and one salsa. Definitely on the short list for return visit!

Lee Baker: Not the most outstanding selection. Staff is friendly but it took 5 minutes standing at the counter to be waited on. May have been short staffed so I didn't go to 3 stars.

CMK: Staff is pretty nice here and while the clearance section is often in disarray, the rest of the store is very well organized. Most of the time the merchandise is on some sort of sale, but it's nothing crazy in comparison to the standard "mall" Express stores.... it's usually an ever changing and rotating sale of like 30%-50% off. And I think this location has more staple/neutral pieces versus the stores in nearby malls which have the more "fun" pieces.

mujeeb aziz: This store have the most rudest people working ! They shouldn’t be working as a customer service representatives we came from far away and spend almost 45 minutes inside the store shopping as we approach the register to checkout one of the guy came up and told us that they were close for the day which was Sunday evening their store hours was from 10-7 pm and the time was 6 :10 pm even though we explain that we been in the store for 45 minutes shopping they told us we close early today. So at that point I asked to speak to the manager the guy name George told us he was the manger and when I asked him again are you the manger he said yes he was one of the manger so I ask to speck to store manger and he went in the back and took 15 minutes later a guy walked toward us with pajamas and sandals on his name was Morell told us he was the store manger. After we explain the scenario he was super rude and told us I can’t do anything we are closed if you have problem with us contact customer relations that’s exactly what his response was never coming back ..

alex emerson: Great express location. Always stop by here when you visit the mall. The clothes for men are amazing quality. They have clothes for all shapes and sizes, especially slim guys with long arms. Most importantly the shirts stretch, and are breathable. Much less expensive than other retailers. Plus they have a great credit card that stack rewards. Sign up for the free mailer to get great coupons.

Christian Huaman: Extremely disorganized. As a former employee and I am disgusted at the way I was treated. I am not just concerned but also disappointed at the way employees are treated. Minimum wage with no real benefits whatsoever. They are the type of people to call at midnight on a Sunday night, to let you know you won’t be needed for the entire week. I used to like Express as a brand, but this location does not have a positive culture and has made me change my opinion. In previous jobs and this one, I have prioritized the customers but I did no longer see myself working at this location because of their carelessness. I’d personally recommend shopping at Forever 21, Hollister, Abercrombie, American Eagle where you will find better customer service (and better prices) because they are 10x more likely to have a better management.

Trisha Irons: I went to do a return in person. Then was shopping for other deals in the store. I wanted to purchase some items but learned that I could not try them on, understandable, but I also could not return the items if they didn’t fit. They were Clearance items and could not be returned, which is understandable under normal circumstances where one can try them on before purchase. Having the same policy during Covid does not make sense to me as a customer. Very disappointing!

Hao Quach: A year ago, I got a credit card from Express to get a 10% off from my first purchase. But later on, Express allows the third party to charge me 39.99 on my statement. I requested to dispute the charge, but they say that I have to deal directly with the third party. However the third party said that they charge me because I join kind of membership which I never asked and never agreed to join. Right now, nothing is solved and Express is still charging me that amount of money and late fees. That is terrible and ridiculous. I am writing a letter to Better Business Bureau to complain about it. Please never be cheated by Express Fashion.

Ban Shakir: OMG 😱. Worst experience ever! If someone cannot work in customer service place why even bother!! I went with my son to buy his graduation suit and I bought the whole outfit with the accessories including the belt. I asked the associate if she has one size down in one of the black belts and she said all what we hang there is what we have. In other words , she told me to go look for one your self ! I went there with my son until we found one. At the check out , my total was more than $600 and I asked her if she can cut the plastic hanger of the belt so he can use it. All the three associates on the cashier said at the same time said : customer has to do it ! Like seriously 😳. You don’t have scissors ✂️ in stores to open the boxes or the new merchandise! Shamon Smalls: I love shopping at this place!!!* LOL *To clarify, I absolutely love shopping at this place online and when they have sales. The sales occur just about every week, so make sure to sign up for an online account and opt for their newsletters. They do get overwhelming at times, but at least you can quickly delete the email when not in the move. As for rating the actual location, the place is separated into sections by men's and women's clothing and they sell many different accessories, like watches, makeup, bracelets, earrings, socks, belts and ties. Take it from me, don't shop here unless you're into spending extra money for no reason - then by all means go ahead. But, if you're into deals make sure to shop with your discount/coupon code in hand as just about everything they have in store can be found online.

J Moran: I applied for a position here and at my interview I was told that I could not be hired because my hair is bright red, and if I considered dying my hair to a natural color then, I could come back and be hired. Marjan Shaw: Express has been one of my all time favorite stores. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at all locations. But the Springfield Mall location needs to make some adjustments when it comes to customer service and the manager that runs the store. My experience a few weeks ago, and again yesterday with the same manager was very unpleasant and unacceptable. She has no personality, does not greet you when you walk through the front door, does not ask if you’re doing OK or need anything, and when I was questioning her about a return she was just simply rude. Did not listen to anything I had to say, jumped to conclusions. And when I decided to take my return somewhere And advised her that I was going to get a hold of corporate. She decided she was going to change her tone. By then it was too late. Everyone is dealing with tough times during this pandemic. But for her to come to work with such negative energy makes the store look horrible.

Mosi Oyathelemi: Racially profiled. Will contact corporate offices. I asked an associate was I doing something wrong? she immediately responded " you bothering me." Many other associates would strategically but definitely noticeably pick up random items next to me and act as if they were doing a merchandise search. They are very poor at their jobs. Before I became a social justice advocate and lawyer, I managed a retail store for a couple of years. In order to curtail theft, associates are supposed to provide outstanding customer service and pay attention to the customer., but they should not use their headsets (which was done here) to profile anyone without substantial reason to. I ask the manager Ana what I had done and she acted as if she was shocked but ( poor acting skills) I am writing this for other people who may have felt this presence in this store so you will know that you are NOT CRAZY. I will be reaching out to their corporate offices with my experience and my concerns. It is not okay for anyone to be racially profiled in this day and age. Express has to do better. .

KC Miller: It's the only place a skinny man can shop. Express when I was younger, seemed expensive. Today, it's still the only place I can find clothes that I like and fit me well. Sofia: I love Express clothes but absolutely hate going to this location. Today I had to go because top I got in mail was defected so I went to exchange. I asked sale person to exchange for same top . They did not have one in store but I asked if they would order one for me . I was there 45 minutes with 3 employees and no one could order me a top . You need much better training done with your employees from the front attitude I received to the walking around I did, with no can I help you at all. Makara Berry: It's well organized and clean, but it is also incredibly expensive for what it is. There is no reason in this world that a white button down, mass produced, cotton shirt should cost $70. They do not cater to women with larger busts, you have to go to the mens section, and because most of the men's garments are so called "slim fit" you end up in a shirt that buttons across your bust but hangs to your upper thighs, and drips off of your shoulders and arms. It is incredibly frustrating, especially when you are looking for a shirt for work. This is a utility shirt, not something for getting dressed up for a night on the town. If this were a shirt that was tailored and made of premium cotton, perhaps one could rationalize spending that kind of money, as it would probably serve you well for several years, but we all know that is not the case with a shirt from express. I was actually baffled at the price of most things in this store, as express was always kind of a mid tier store in my mind, but they have definitely become a little pricey in recent years, but with no added value. There is nothing special about this pieces, you are paying Free People prices for a shirt you are buying that thousands of other people will have. Or worse yet that is for work. But it is a well kept store and the staff is helpful enough.

Katrina Hill: Nice store, nice clothes, respectful and courteous employees. And very professional and had to mention that they are expensive and the jeans are cut small. I'm a size six and have small hips but had to go up to a size 8 and they are still a bit snug on me. Maybe it was just the particular style of jeans I bought, definitely try things on if you can. And the Towson town center location does not accept exchanges/returns from Arundel mills, or oxon hill locations FYI

Dennis Connelly: This review is for the Men's apparel only: Always have a great selection of clothes. I am a more slim fit kind of size - standing 5' 9" and 160 lbs - Their dress shirts are just perfect. The material is very sleek and comfortable too, highly recommend. I've also just recently got dress socks from here... for anyone in the professional world who needs to dress in suits and ties - please invest in some quality dress socks. I've bought cheap dress socks from all over the place before thinking "dress socks are dress socks" I couldn't be more wrong and I'm telling you there is a big difference. These are comfortable and stay up on your calves much nicer than bargain dress socks. They fit fantastic wash after wash too. Express can be pricey at times, but they are almost always offering up discounts. Just keep your eye open and you can get quality clothes at a decent price. Love this place.
