Patrick T: Dropped off laptop which had a chronic very short battery life for diagnosis. No call back - so I went to the store, was told it was AC power supply (which it turns out was not accurate - there is a battery problem per HP). I was given a loaner power supply, and new HP AC supply to be ordered. No call back. After 10 days I went to store and was told my new power supply was sold to someone else. No apology, no refund, no re order. ???

Austin Hamling: Far and away the best computer repair in DC, and let me tell you why. I had my custom PC fixed here once in 2019 - they had it fixed completely in a couple days and for under $300, even though they had to buy a replacement component. I had an installation a week or so ago I was not feeling ready to do myself. Best Buy was my first try, but the service just to set an appointment was bad. I asked Computer Plus to help me out, and they did the work in just a few days, the majority of which was waiting for a part to be shipped in. The owner has been in the business for almost 30 years, so his prices are reasonable and reflect the experience of the team and the care they put in. There is also an option right on your initial ticket, to request an estimate before the staff begin work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Imagine what they can do for your pre-built machine.

Mariya Krutkova: I spilled an entire cup of tea on the keyboard of my laptop and really did not expect that it was going to ever be functional again. But the guys at Computer Plus must be magicians because they fixed it! Phillip was very professional and courteous and it was a pleasure to work with him. I paid more than I was told originally, but I suspect it was because they had to do more work on my poor laptop than they expected. Anyway, it was a lot cheaper than getting a new one and I am very grateful. Also, it was ready for pickup the next day! Thank you very much a wonderful service.

Kendra Rubinfeld: I truly can't say enough good things about Phillip, who runs Computer Plus. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I originally found his shop when I was looking for someone to help me get an old computer I wanted to donate to a social agency up to speed. From the second I called to ask for procedure and prices, he was incredibly pleasant. When I explained what I needed the repair for he said he would give me a good citizen discount and loved what I was doing to help out. When I took the computer in, he was just as lovely, and even fixed my personal laptop, which was missing screws on the bottom, while I filled out some paperwork. He has been in his building for 20 years and it's obvious why. His customer service is more like friend service. I don't think he has ever met a "customer" in his life! They are all "friends" to him! He ended up donating his own laptop to the social agency in place of my old computer as he said it would be better for them! What a guy! I then returned to Phillip when I stupidly spilled coffee all over my mac. I called him and he picked up right away (unlike the Apple store or any other computer shop I can think of). He told me what to do to keep the damage from getting worse and obviously saved the day because when I took it in, the liquid hadn't penetrated the back of the computer, just the keyboard so it was a much easier fix! He ordered the part immediately and my computer was back in my hands the next week day (I took it in on Friday before the Fourth of July and I had it by Tuesday afternoon!). I highly highly recommend Phillip and will always go to him for any computer issue. He is honest, charming, very knowledgable about IT, and a truly great person.

Gage BC: My MacBook battery all of a sudden quit working, and I needed it fixed ASAP. I saw that Computer Plus had good reviews and went there to get it fixed. My laptop was fixed within 24 hours, and I don't have to worry about buying a new computer. Great and quick service, I highly recommend!

Lauren Nava: unbelievable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! they are absolutely useless and have no idea what they are doing. I called this place first thing in the morning to inform them that i had a water damaged phone that was completely dead and was interested in recovering the data off of it as it is listed as a data recovery center. I was very clear that the phone does not turn on at all. the tech i spoke with on the phone told me that he could extract the data no problem. when i asked for a price and time quote he told me $100 and a next day turn around (sounds perfect right?) so i leave work in the middle of the work day and spend 30 minutes getting to Georgetown then when i get there the manager tells me the phone will not be ready until Monday and that it will be $150. when i tell him i was told something different on the phone he didnt care. I told them i needed it by tomorrow at the latest and he said he would try his best and see what he could do. I was desperate so i agreed. I leave the place and go 30 minutes back to work and wait a few hours then i call him back at 5pm just to see what the status is and he tells me that there is nothing they can do because they have had the phone on the charger all day and it will not turn on (?) When i asked what they did to try and power the phone on he said nothing all they did was charge it. excuse me? i TOLD you it didn't power on and was dead and that was the entire point of bringing it to a TECHNICIAN. he said there was nothing he could do and that i needed to come pick up the phone. when i asked what exactly he did try to do to fix the phone he blatantly said "nothing". this place is an absolute waste of time and don't even bother coming here because they clearly do not know what they are doing nor do they care who they inconvenience.

RJ McPherson: I took my high end gaming PC to Advanced Computer Support when my monitor went black and unresponsive after some years of use. The company I bought it from was no help and essentially told me I was on my own. At first they could not figure out why it was doing this, and because of this they were not going to charge me for their services. I made the decision to have it taken apart so I could sell the parts individually and it was during this time that they figured out that my monitor was black because of a bad LCD inverter! They promptly ordered a new one and reassembled my PC and it has been working fantastic ever since! Would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with their PC!

Erik Van de Water: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueQuick, knowledgeable, and nice! I had an issue with my computer's wifi network adapter. They gave me a great recommendation on how to fix it (actually an issue with my router) and since it was just a few minute discussion they didn't charge me. I still tipped the nice Indian(?) lady because the value is in the knowledge.

Nathan Imperiale: Do not have these people repair anything without getting them to guarantee that they will not sell your property. I waited over a month to call and check in on a iPhone screen repair. I was told the phone had been sold because I had not picked it up in time. I NEVER got a voicemail or email letting me know that the repair had been completed. The exact same thing happened to a friend of mine as well!

Peter Forbes: I had an older laptop with many problems. Rather than buy a new one, ACS made mine perfect - faster, cleaned up and a new battery - for much less than a new one...not to mention the time avoided transferring files, etc. I highly recommend ACS.

Sam Marullo: Laptop Repair Geeks did a great repair job for us, very quickly and conveniently, with terrific communication, and at a very reasonable price. We feared that our laptop was dead, as it wouldn't turn on. But instead, it was the recharger assembly that was broken and needed to be replaced. They scheduled pickup, ran the diagnostics, and provided us with an estimate in a matter of hours. They did the repairs and delivered it back to our house on the same day. And they communicated with us throughout the process as to what was happening and what the next steps would be. Great job!

A ML: Wow, just WOW!! The laptop died on Wednesday, I left a message on their form on Thursday morning and my laptop was back up and running with me by Friday. I can't say enough about Laptop Repair Geeks, they are efficient and communicate well. Their pickup/drop-off service is EXCELLENT and very helpful when you are busy professional. Their technicians give you a clear and concise problem statement and what needs to be done to complete the task. As a customer, if you are communicating, they are getting the job done. Thank you so much, and as much as I wish to do business with you again, I hope my computer doesn't break. But if I do, I would pick this business again and again.

Nathan Dietz: I can't recommend this place highly enough. Laptop Repair Geeks should be your first call if you're in DC and have computer problems. The battery on my laptop died, and I needed to order a replacement from the manufacturer. (I won't name the manufacturer, but the name starts with a D and rhymes with "smell.") I wasn't optimistic that the manufacturer would send a new battery anytime soon, especially after the first one they sent encountered damage during delivery. But LRG ordered another battery and Darnell came over this morning to replace the broken one. Darnell, the technician who came out, is one of America's best, but LRG is a great company that will come through when you need them. All my thumbs are up.

Matthew Bunyi: Super responsive and amazing customer service. I described my issue and they wrote back in an hour and they texted to let me know the response might be in my spam folder (which it was). They said they could not fix the issue with my laptop, but referred me to a reputable source that could (and this was all for free). Will definitely consult them in the future.

Sebastian Kennelly: My laptop has become a bit unhinged, and, needing a repair, I thought to contact this well-reviewed company. While I cannot offer a rating on their repair work, I can highly recommend their customer service and support: after seeking a quote on a hinge repair, Richard emailed me to let me know my laptop was in warranty and therefore this particular repair would be best done directly through Lenovo; but what is useful, he offered thorough and excellent guidance on how best to seek out the repair I need.

eambrose287: The Laptop Repair Geeks of DC are fantastic! I spilled water on my laptop and it wouldn’t turn on. I was so worried about losing important work and personal files. When I contacted them, not only did they respond quickly, but they also found that my laptop manufacturer accidental damage warranty was still active and they gave me the contact info for Lenovo to get the repairs done free. It was so refreshing to be in contact with an honest company that wasn’t trying to rip me off! Lenovo did cover the repairs, but I still needed to recover my data. The Laptop Repair Geeks offered me a great rate, picked up my laptop at my house the same day, and delivered it back to me with all of my files on a USB drive the next day. They were a lifesaver and probably saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs if they hadn’t looked up warranty status first. I highly recommend them!

Stacey Sutton: I just called b/c my HP laptop hinge has somehow gotten off center(?) and cracked the whole corner of the keyboard facing. While Darnell cannot fix that, he DID give me the contact information of a place that can...AND told me the process of how that company will most likely proceed with a repair AND later texted me photos of what that facility will look like so I would know what to expect. He also gave his professional advice as to what brands and minimum specs if I decide the cost of repairs will be almost as much as a new laptop (Unfortunately, a serious possibility). He was amiable and straight-forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company that cares about people!!! He also texted me about a device that will prolong the life of any laptop (especially the one I bought my mother :/ ). He's just an AWESOMELY HELPFUL GUY!

Elizabeth Harley: These guys are fantastic!!! I had cracked my screen a few months ago and found them. They picked my computer up at my home, fixed it within a day, and then dropped it back off. Several months later my computer was simply unresponsive as the hard drive was old and no longer could process updates. I didn't even know if this was fixable. I contacted these guys again and they responded within an hour, gave me all relevant information, offered helpful options, and again, picked up my computer, fixed it within 24 hours and dropped it back off. Jason Kelleher: I have a Dell XPS 13 that had a swollen laptop battery and a nonresponsive track pad. I contacted Laptop Repair Geeks via their website and had a quote very quickly - along with insight into the trackpad likely not needing to be replaced (turns out the swollen battery interfered with its option) and 2 options for repair (one a bit less expensive than the other). Once they received the battery from Dell - which took a few days - they picked up the laptop at my home (masked and arriving AMAZINGLY promptly) and delivered it back to me less than 24 hours later. I was really pleasantly surprised at how efficient the entire process was - great customer service, reasonable pricing and an effective repair. I will most definitely use Laptop Repair Geeks again!

Duel Valentine: I recently used On the Go PC Repair to diagnose and repair my desktop that went out. They were friendly, accommodating, and relatively quick on getting it fixed and returned (Bruce was great). Only reason I gave 4/5 is due to the fact they forgot to reconnect one of my spare HDD drives and my case had an odd odor after being returned (a cheap air freshener or a 'fragrant' cigar maybe). Labor was a little high (IMO), but they did a great job overall. I have no problem recommending them and would totally use them again.

Christopher Loranger: The cooling fan on my laptop needed to be replaced and they were able to do it in under 48 hours! Bruce kept in contact with me throughout the process and was very professional. They will pick your PC up and drop it off, while you stay in the comfort of your home while you save gas and time. They are very professional and timely whenever I call them. bonnie Davis: Absolutely wonder experience with “On The Go PC Repair”!! I damaged my external hard drive (EHD), originally smoked damaged during a fire, then years later, accidentally dropped. Hanging on with tape, eventually, I was unable to open any files. Error messages galore. Really, really, really needed my data from the external drive, which was not backed-up anywhere, being the sole source of my existence!! Found “On The Go PC Repair” via Google (searched for recovery of EHD data in the Washington DC metropolitan area). They provided pick-up transportation the same day by a super nice guy name Steve- Prompt. Professional. In store Manager, Bruce, kindly informed me the following day that data recovery was possible, but they needed at least a day or so to complete the job. Two business days later, Steve delivers a brand new EHD with all my recovered data! And now I am good to go!! Way to go “On The Go” PC Repairs!! Lesson learned though—I have a back-up to the back-up to the back-up!!

Dagmawi Workineh Yemesgen: Impossible to even find. Stood outside calling them but no one picked up. Finally called the building staff and they said they didn't know of any repair shop in their building. Went elsewhere... For such a time sensitive issue this really wasn't acceptable.
Response: Hello. We are closed on Sunday for foot traffic. We only do pickup and drop off but you need to be in the schedule beforehand. You called us 3 times we were even open for business. I think this hardly deserves 1 star as we have never even done business with you previously. You need to come by Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. Otherwise you will not be able to enter the building. Thank you

Andrew D: The cover of the left command key on my 2017 Apple MacBook Pro had come loose (as per the attached photo) and I emailed P2P about a repair around Dec 31, 2021. On Jan 3, 2022, P2P responded with "... We would need to first run diagnostics on the device to determine the cause of the issue. The diagnostic fee for out-of-warranty MacBooks is $135 plus tax, which is applicable to the final service cost as a discount...." I responded "I don't understand your response. My MacBook has a command key cover that has come loose and needs to be replaced. What diagnostics would have to be run?" P2P responded: "All devices that come to P2P undergo diagnostic testing to ensure the best and most accurate repairs. In the case of your loose key cap, our technicians would want to test for any possible damage to the structure of the key/keyboard or other components of the device. The diagnostics also include quoting repairs for you." I was shocked by this response and had fully expected that P2P would say bring the Mac in and we will take a quick look or ask me to take a photo of the key and send it to them. Then, P2P might say they can replace the key but will not warranty anything else about the MacBook. There are a host of consumer friendly responses. Instead, P2P insisted that I would need to pay $135 for diagnostic testing. I haven't seen such a blatant attempt to rip-off a consumer in many years. Most places that tried that have been slammed down by consumer reviews on Yelp, Google and other sites. I declined P2P's attempt and brought my MacBook to a local shop that looked at the cap under a microscope and found one of the plastic hinges had broken. That shop suggested I look for replacement keys on eBay, which I did and purchased 2 for $10!!! Total cost from the shop was $0. BTW, in my case, I ran IT for a major biopharma and could never be fooled into this $135 diagnostic fee. But, I have been ripped off by businesses like garages that needed to do similar diagnostics on my cars (which I am rather ignorant about) before replacing a worn-out battery for instance. So, I thought others might want to know about a similar attempt at P2P.

Melinda Roth: My MacBook died a slow and painful death due to the supposed geniuses at Apple...eventually I had no choice but to buy a new one or have a third party repair service fix it. The P2P experience was great -- they were professional but friendly, and reassuring that they would try to do this repair as quickly as possible. It turned out they could not do the repair but had to send it to Apple, but I ended up with a new hard drive, a new motherboard and even a new battery. This took one week and it is like having a new computer, and saves me $1000s of dollars that I do not yet need a new one (which is what Apple always wants -- to sell you the newer models of everything!). They communicated with me every step of the way and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

To P2P’s credit, they advised me to go to an Apple Store. Getting into that line now…

Jim Higgins: While the initial diagnosis took close to a week, it was worth the wait. What could have been spun as a complicated and very expensive fix was made a simple repair that should add enough life to my computer to get us through the current supply chain headwinds. Staff is easy to deal with and pleasant. Especially when I compare P2P's service with that I received from another computer repair outfit that diagnosed the same problem that turned out to have a simple hardware fix as a complicated software glitch, I could not be happier with the outcome.

Michael Putzel: I suffered a double whammy: a head crash on my external HDD and deletion of my backup in the cloud—all in a matter of days. I struggled for weeks to determine what had happened and, more importantly, where I could find at least some of my years of lost data. When I unearthed an old Apple Time Capsule, I called Apple tech support seeking guidance on recovering whatever might be there. The “genius” I spoke to recommended P2P Computer Solutions, an Apple affiliate only a few minutes’ drive from home. I’d never heard of it. I arrived at the doorstep in an N95 mask and was greeted by a similarly protected tech who was unphased by my sad story and quite confident he could rescue whatever was on the old Time Capsule. He sent me up the street to Office Depot to purchase a new external Solid State drive made by one of two manufacturers he trusted. I did and hurried back to P2P’s hide-way office in an old row house. I left the drive, said a quiet prayer, and went home to await the verduct. An email arrived two days later informing me my data was recovered and waiting for me on the new drive. And so it was. Eric, the tech who performed the surgery, said there had been a few hiccoughs but nothing serious, and I went home more relieved than I’d been in weeks.

Charles R Harris Jr: Put my laptop in...was told I needed a new motherboard and it would take two weeks to get part but work was done in two days with motherboard and labor cost of about $150 dollars each for a total with tax of about $333. Work done but no checking for VIRUSES or MALWARE...it was a good thing I was familiar with DE-BUGGING..took ALL NIGHT but I removed 5 VIRAL and 105 MALWARE THREATS, not to mention the fact that NO UPDATES WERE PERFORMED ON MY COMPUTER SOFTWARE, EVEN THOUGH I INQUIRED ABOUT THAT AND CHECKING FOR THREATS....MAKE SURE YOU ARE VERY SPECIFIC AND ASK FOR ANY PARTS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED..... I forgot...laptop working so THREE STARS.......

Kristin Barker: Sorry to say, I experienced the work of Dupont Computers as unreliable and incomplete with poor customer service. After diagnosing my 3 year old laptop (crashing with bsod) with a failed motherboard, they replaced the motherboard ($$$) only to have the system fail in the exact same way just 7 months later. Work was warrantied for only 30 days so I paid again for diagnosis. This time they incorrectly reported that the hardware was fine and that the operating system (Windows 10) must be corrupted. I was skeptical but went forward, reinstalling the OS and restoring all applications and data, losing and spending a lot of time. Right away, the system began failing again in the same exact manner as before. The replaced motherboard is probably faulty. At the very least, Dupont Computers' diagnostics were incomplete. Yet in both cases, they refused to accept any responsibility. I gave them several opportunities to "make this right" but they remained uninterested and at times defensive and even rude. Unless you know exactly what's wrong with your system and just need someone to do the work using parts you supply, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Harry Gillen: Took my computer in to get the fan repaired. In turn, they fixed my DVD-Rom. Great service, fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Kathryn Ross: Abdel is a life saver. He fixed my desktop computer when Dell and Microsoft couldn't help. He restored all the files and data which is very precious and important to me. Throughout the repair process, he kept me informed and explained what he was doing. He is trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and super generous with his time. He was genuinely committed to save my files and applied multiple ways to solve the problem. To ensure we don't lose any files, he extracted all the data to an external storage. I went home with perfectly working desktop with everything intact plus an external storage with my data backed up. I highly recommend Abdel.

Alexandria Williams: Repaired my computer at a reasonable price, but scheduling was very difficult. Hard to reach the repair person for follow-up. We all understand things happen, but we must communicate as professionals, not just ghosting. Proceed if you don't mind waiting for a long time or playing multiple rounds of phone tag. There is another repair shop on Columbia Pike, closer to the Draft House, that will get my business from now on.

Alyssa Ford Morel: I called PC Tek Computer Repair when my computer slowed down to inoperability and I had no idea what to do. Abdel responded quickly and almost immediately figured out what was going on. He ordered the parts needed and worked over a holiday weekend to get me going again. George Stifel: This man really knows how to go above and beyond. I ended up doing an incredibly poor job of installing my processor and bent some of the pins. This man managed to fix the processor completely and also found some additional issues with heating I didn't even know about he fixed them to the best of his ability. When I brought It home and the heating issues got worse he drove out got a new cooling system and installed it for me that SAME DAY. He even stayed with me in the office well into midnight just to make sure I got my pc back in working optimal order. This guy is an absolutle trooper. Would recommend highly.

Steve Zarpas: I’ve used Abdel at PC Tek for two important jobs. I dropped my old MacBook on a Thursday I needed it for a critical assignment due on Monday. Apple store said two weeks. Abdel replaced the screen and had it to me Saturday morning. Great price and turn around. This Christmas I wanted to upgrade my PC for gaming for my son. Nobody had powerful graphics cards. Once again Abdel came through with a very good used card. He went all through the machine, installed a new OS and Wi-Fi card. My kid was so happy I knew Abdel. Five stars.

Erik Van de Water: This guy is probably paying for reviews. I called for an appointment at 1:50pm. He initially said it "should work" but then said 2pm since the techs already left. I get there at 1:57 and though the door sign says open it was locked. There wasn't anywhere to sit so I stood around until after 2:15. He said that on the phone he said 2:15. Well as long as I get the tech support not a big deal. I know a decent bit about computers and had been using the Command Prompt and Powershell to overcome an intermittant network connectivity issue which had recently worsened. He seemed honestly interested in helping but he didn't understand when I could not replicate the issue. Since it was an intermittant issue the issue would not always occur. He said exactly "there's nothing to fix." I was then able to replicate the issue. He had me fill out a ticket myself on my cellphone. At other repair shops I've been to I've never had to fill out a ticket myself. He was annoyed that I submitted the ticket twice (even though his website is not mobile optimized so the confirmation message is not visible). As the last step I explained to him I had another keyboard language installed (another shop I had interacted with had an issue with that so I made sure to mention it). Apparently he thought I was talking down to him and he told me he didn't want to do business with me. I asked him how I could apologize and he said he just didn't want to do business with me. As I packed up my stuff I said I was just trying to help. In return he told me sternly "Get out of my shop!" Since he did seem like he wanted to help and was probably having a bad day I give him 2/5 stars.
Response: This man had an appointment at 2:15 pm, to drop off his computer, which takes 5 minutes. I knew what the problem was. I knew how to fix it. He was there for 45 minutes. He wanted to fix his own computer for free, with my technical advice, which I refused to give. He was disrespectful, sarcastic, and rude. I asked him to leave politely, which he did. He didn’t pay for anything. This negative review was posted out of pure spite because he couldn’t get something for nothing.

Sandra Stolt: I took my laptop to PK Tek when I couldn’t access it. Abdel is very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and honest. He explained what needed to be done and how he was going to repair my laptop. He went above and beyond my expectations by recommending fixes that would make the computer more efficient. The cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. I would recommend PK Tek and would definitely use them again if my computer needs to be repaired.

Joseph Pietroluongo: Micro center has everything. I had never been to one before but if you are doing anything gaming they have pretty much everything. Feels a bit like a used car dealership inside however. The staff always approached me which is engaging but I just wanted to browse and didn’t want to be sold anything. It is probably more helpful for people who don’t have any idea about computer components, but it felt very off putting to me.

Devon Janes: Came here a few weeks ago to pick up a gaming laptop. I found the one I wanted online, gave them the SKU number, and had a quick and easy checkout. The store is well stocked and well staffed and should be the first place you visit when looking for electronics.

Mark Noble: Micro Center is where you go if you want the best service and PC components! Luckily, I live less than 10 minutes from the Fairfax, VA store, so I am able to go whenever I need something. The 18 minute pick up is a great feature. Be forewarned, the sales team is commission based, so you will get multiple employees offering to help you, which I actually don't mind since you don't get that kind of service in most stores nowadays. I want to take a moment and leave a comment for David Ingold in the PC components department. I have built a couple PCs with his help and he is always great to work with. He is commissioned based, but not once have I ever felt pressured to buy, nor has he ever tried to up sell me. Most recently, I purchased an EVGA 3080ti FTW3 Ultra from him; an expensive purchase for sure. If you are looking to build a PC or need some upgrade components, stop in and see him! I always wait (however long) until he is free whenever I need something. (I hope he receives my comments)

Sarah “Sarah4Va” White: Grown up toy store!! You don't even have to know what you need before you get there. You will figure it out as you walk through the store. They are well staffed and eager to help. I've always found them to be very knowledgeable. They price match, so if you see a lower price be sure to let them know. Warranties on things can be so hit or miss. Some live up to their end and some take your money and look for any reason not to pay. Microcenter stands behind theirs. Well worth the money!

Armando: Ever wonder where your family tech support nerd goes to buy supplies when they can't get them online? This is it. One of the few stores in the country with everything needed to build a PC from components. Even silicon valley stores can't match the inventory of this store. That being said sales reps are heavily commission oriented. But they're far more knowledgeable than your average Best Buy employee.

Store is a bit out of the way for me but not much of a selection at other stores nearby unless you want to WAY overpay at Best Buy...and hope it never fails since their support is trash. Only way to get a better deal would be to toss the dice with an Amazon listing, and even then could only have shaved off about $100, which would be gone if you ever had to ship your computer off for service. -Large store with a lot of stock, and they keep it clean and organized -Staff has been friendly and helpful -Very competitive pricing

They told me that there is activation problem and I waited more than 2 hours without any solution even the store manager couldn't solve the problem. It was a good deal that they posted online. It's really disappointing not to get any solution or reasonable answer about my order. Which is $999 online with activation and they told me to pay $1799 in the store.

John Newman: Nobody asked if I needed help. I finally left and ordered what I needed from Amazon. Horrible location. Thugs and hoodlums everywhere. The whole place reeks of pot smoke. Frightening place. There was a "security guard" (I use that term lightly) sitting on level 2 eating potato chips staring at his phone. I was afraid I would be mugged or shot at any time. Avoid at all costs.

Ramona Killings: Even though I have driven past this place numerous times, today was my very first visit. I think my excuse has always been the fact that it's located on the 2nd level inside of a building. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. This place is humongous! I also picked up on the fact that there are a myriad of Associates on the floor, who seemed friendly and willing to help people. That hasn't always been my experience in the past at other locations. Perhaps the fact that I came here on a Sunday, and there were not that many shoppers inside. So I came for a cellphone, and a cellphone is what zi walked out with. I had been researching the Google 6 Pro that features an 8 megapixel camera. I bought it for right at $700.00 which I think was a decent price. I can't wait to start playing with it! Now that ai know that this place has so many more things to offer, I will have to come back here again to get more stuff!

Spot Wms: Keith, the HelloTech hung 3 TVs 📺. I requested a tech on a Tuesday afternoon and recieved HelloTech service the following morning at 9 a.m., within 24 hours of my online Tech request. Keith arrived ready to work. He had his booties to cover his shoes before walking through the home. This was an early & great indication this HelloTech would be detailed and professional. The finished product was 3 mounted TVs perfectly leveled (1 over a fireplace & 2 in bedrooms). After mounting each TV, Keith would vacuum, pickup and clean the work area. I chose HelloTech because Best Buy geek membership and fees for mounting 3 TVs were more expensive. I'm very happy I got this job done. I would recommend HelloTech. .

Freda Nelson: Robert was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient! He installed my Ring doorbell and made sure it was connected to wifi before leaving. I would definitely use HelloTech again and/or recommend their services.

Art: Although the Technician did not return to complete my service (as he promised), my credit card was charged anyhow. Hello Tech's customer service was of no help in resolving this matter.

Lori Johns: My tech was very punctual. The tv mount was to be installed in my teen daughter's room. He asked her where she wanted the tv and confirmed several times if the location was correct. He was very patient and explained every single step. I would highly recommend HelloTech, especially if all of the employees are like the tech that installed our tv mount.
