Landmark's E Street Cinema: what do users think?

Chase Carrell: Excellent full bar/concession stand, with a clean/friendly atmosphere. Would be a 5 star if they had Icees and reclining seats (currently old school theater seats, though still comfy). Theater 4 is nice and large.

Phin Yeee: Love this place. They have fun midnight showings at an affordable price. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They even check if you qualify for any discounts before you purchase. Plus, Mondays and Tuesdays are only $7. Even if you buy from their website they have a very forgiving cancelation policy.

Thomas Ratliff: E Street is still classic. Get candy or hot snacks, have a beer or a wine, see an amazing independent, foreign or cult film in style. And all at good prices for downtown DC. Love this theater

Moxxie & Luci: More classical than harkins theater and see alot of classic/retro movies too! Not to mention the employees there are kind too. Hope they have a great day

Vijay Nilekani: Good selection of movies. But service attitude was lacking in some of the employees. For example I needed phone reception in the downstairs lobby for pressing personal reasons.(I was from out of town. )There were 3 strong wifi sources for Landmark Cinemas. Yet they lied to me that there was none available.

Gena Jackson: first time back to the movies in 2 years since the pandemic, and i was so disappointed. i called in advance about the head pieces for the hearing impaired. they confirmed they were there. unfortunately, they didnt tell me they dont work. i missed the first 10 mins of the movie because the headpiece was so scratchy and mostly only receiving static feedback. the rating gets 2 stars because the guy TRIED to give me a working one. when i returned it the woman up front told me “if i were you i would avoid theater 3” as if i have a choice when im seeing a specific movie. parking was 25 dollars!!!! with no warning. ive never paid that much at e street so it must be a new thing. i wont be back.

Regal Gallery Place: what do users think?

A.S.C. Automotive Detailing Services, LLC: I saw "Top Gun Maverick" for the second time here today and loved every moment of it! The movement of the chairs, the sound effects, vibrations, the wind blowing etc was really intense. This is such a wonderful way to view this movie. Worth every penny!! Incredible experience.🙌🏾💫💫💫💫💫

Mine Yalcin: I would never go back to this place again. First of all the traffic around this place is horrible, took me 45 minutes to turn just “one” block to reach the parking. Ok fine, the traffic is not under their control. Real deal for one star starts here; I was stuck in that traffic for 1.5 hours just to go in and find out the show (that we purchased the tickets two week prior) was cancelled without any notice, we even got an “upcoming event” email notice a day prior, but never got any notice to let us know the show was cancelled. Apparently they cancelled the movie, they sold tickets for, on that same day without letting anyone know (There were other people just like us), to put another show in that theater, offering a refund for our tickets. Well guess what, you cannot refund my time and gas and miles and that traffic stress I went through to go there to watch a 4D movie 😡😤🤬 Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Stealing and disrespecting customers’ time like that is rude and unacceptable, wouldn’t expect that from Regal 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

a mb: Everything was clean, service was super fast, the lady at the concession stand was Supra helpful and kind. We have to use the restrooms and they were super clean. Went for the 4DX experience and it was super cool! The auditorium super clean too, the gentleman that scanned the tickets was super kind and help us with kid glasses for our functions, he was happy even though he had to go to another place to get them. They validate parking, everything was superb (-; everyone was kind, they work like a team, I was so positively impressed because the last time we came, everything that could be bad was worse lol 😆 Is so cool to see how good this place is now! Coming back for sure! Even though we have to drive 35 minutes lol the 4DX and the location is worth it.! Thank you for your hard work, we can see the difference.

A Michell: Great place to catch a movie or meal.4D theater is cool. Not for those that get motion sickness. Only issue I had was the theater was absolutely freezing cold.

The Avalon Theatre: what do users think?

Sara Grafals: Excellent Covid safe theater. Vaccination card with identification required as well as mask use. Great movie selection! 👏

Leif Engler: I watched star wars here once. But normally they play more artsy films.

Susi Atkinson: My husband and I went to the Avalon today to see In the Heights a second time. A man was in the glass ticket booth and was on the phone. We are kind, patient people and we waited for several minutes. We finally peeked inside the theater door to see if someone else could sell us tickets but no one was there. He continued on the phone. He could clearly see us. Finally we decided to enter the building to see if we could buy tickets at the snack bar. The minute we entered the building the man Finally interrupted his call to remind my husband to put on his mask. We were so angered that he couldn’t interrupt his call momentarily to sell us tickets but instantly did so to instruct us about the mask that we left and will not return.

Baharson: We watched Fauci there. Mostly empty so it was good. Sound and picture quality is good. Seats were comfortable. Keep in mind this is a nonprofit organization so support it !

Ann Brennan: I haven’t been to this theatre in years. Was pleasantly surprised by the recent improvements. They even have a small selection of beer and cappuccino

AMC Georgetown 14: what do users think?

Alida “Ally” Pham: Love late night movie nights here by myself! Seats recline, and it’s always clean and when you watch the late movies it’s not too busy. Friendly staff, $10 parking next door garage with your movie!

Shomik Das: Ideally, I would love a dine-in theater. However, this location is clean, has friendly staff and keeps a tight ship on their facilities. They are helpful and there is a good selection of theaters and times available. In the area, this is where to watch movies. It is also close to many places where you can get dinner.

Shannon McReynolds: I used the online option to purchase my ticket, as well as popcorn and a drink. That made it very easy to through and pick up my snacks. The theater recliners are plush with options for a foot rest. Watching our movie was great!

Alex Navarro: Finally got to take our preschoolers to their first movie since you know, covid and all. We were able to pick our seats and everyone was masked. It was not crowded and felt very safe. The chairs are great and my kids were very impressed!

Agent Star: Parking isn’t free in the area, but the theater is nice and up to date for the most part. I like this location because of the park on the water just outside the theater. It’s a good place to take a stroll after your movie.

Miracle Theatre: what do users think?

Luis Rueda: This is a great, old fashioned neighborhood movie theater. I went as a chaperone to a 4th grade class. The staff at the theater were simply great. They were patient when dealing with a large, chaotic bunch of kids. They were very welcoming and helpful. The theater brought back memories of when I was a kid. It is great having the Miracle Theater in the neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

dipika: Lovely, small theater perfect for intimate shows. The staff were friendly and quick to check vaccination records and orient us to the space. Because it was a vaudeville theater back in the day and continues to show movies, they sell typical movie theater concessions which is actually really fun for concerts. The seats and overall seating space are small and out of date, so not the most comfortable, but the overall experience makes up for it.

Andi Gunther: I went to a Laura Stevenson show last night. It was awesome! Super kind employees and awesome venue.

Danielle Scott: My first here. 5 mins into the movie we noticed the wrong movie was playing but that was fixed in a timely manner. The popcorn is decent, prices are reasonable. The seats gets uncomfortable after awhile but other than that I enjoyed myself will definitely be back.

Rohan Bhargava: Really nice venue for live music. Acoustics were excellent and service was great.

aaron ackley: This is a great venue. We were there for The Moth, but will be watching the calendar for other events. Drinks are generous and the popcorn reasonable.

Amy Suchodolski: Super cute with a lot of history. Attended a concert and the sound was wonderful.

Mollie Ellis: We had an incredible experience there for my sons bday. I rented the theater on a Sunday morning and the kids had a blast.

Lockheed Martin IMAX Theater: what do users think?

Dan Whitlock: Caught and evening movie, Captain marvel, at the IMAX Air and space museum. The film experience was very cool but it was almost worth it just to see the Air and space museum empty at night. They have regular concessions and there is not a bad seat in the house. Very glad we took the time to see a movie there.

Thomas Hastings: It breaks my heart not to give 5 stars as I love Smith Air & Space and this theater. The problem is the access. If you’re going to a movie on a busy day, the museum hasn’t figured out how to differentiate access between the possible throngs of visitors waiting to enter the museum and the paying customers of the theater. If you’re close to movie time and the line is long, the official refrain you get from museum staff is “tough; feel free to ask for a refund.” That is incredibly annoying. The customer experience can be a huge oversight but otherwise the theater is great in maybe the best venue in the world for IMAX.

Albert: Always so impressed with the screen here. Have been twice and each time I am equally in awe. The venue is well-maintained and clean. I saw Rogue one here on Christmas eve and was impressed with how well the staff kept the lines moving with such a large number of people trying to get in. There are concessions (beer, wine, soda, etc) , which was a nice touch. Expect to pay $7 though for a beer. Would go back.

Mark Stern: A wonderful place! Almost every seat is a good one since the theaters are relatively small. Great drinks and concessions. Better than E Street!

Madelaine Dudley: This is absolutely my favorite theater. So happy to see they were able to make it through the pandemic. Being able to return and do one of my favorite things has been such a joy. The staff here is also amazing. In particular, the concession attendant with the fabulous style, fresh nails, and upbeat personality. Love them.

leah todd: Movie theater not too crowded. Comfortable seats.

Regal Majestic: what do users think?

Haley Saunders: This was my first theater experience in two years and my first since the pandemic began. I saw Scream and had a great experience. The theater was impeccably clean. From the seats, to the theater floors, to the lobby, to even the bathrooms. I was really pleasantly surprised. The projection and audio was good (although a bit loud for my taste). The reclining seats were extremely comfortable! I would definitely recommend this theater. I just wish there was free parking.

Elizabeth Robinson: We recently went here for our a movie out on date nights. The public parking garage across the street made it very easy to get in and out. After going to a few other theaters since moving to this area we were getting disappointed but this one finally did all the things right! This theatre was very clean, seats were great big cushy recliner chairs, popcorn was good. I was happy to see that the bathroom sinks had hot water faucets too, pretty rare for a public bathroom, so that was nice. The snack options were really fun and the young man that helped us let me have a sample of one of the flavored popcorns (thanks Godfrey!). You do have to reserve your seats when you buy the tickets so if you don’t want to get stuck close to the screen try and show up at least an hour before the movie. Highly recommend, we will definitely come back to this theatre!

Lady Pheonix 121: The theater is very nice. Parking is right across the street for only $1.25 an hour. Be careful late at night. When we came out of the theater there were two boys on the roof throwing eggs at cars and people.

Italia Massalla: Normally I prefer IPic but due to showtimes, I watched the new Dr. Strange film at regal. The employees were helpful and the theatre itself was clean which was great since we are in a pandemic. The movie played fine and the sound was loud and clear. I would go again if need be.

Amy Lindborg: Very comfy seats. Leather recliners. Just don’t. We were in theatre 12 and in Row E (last row) so when our seats were fully reclined we couldn’t see the bottom of the screen.

M B: Overpriced, filthy theater, inattentive staff. It’s also not worth subjecting oneself to the horrible patrons who talk throughout movies and bring their toddlers to late night shows (after 10 PM) and let them run around (which is the parent’s fault—the kids aren’t to blame for their behavior). I will no longer patronize this theater as I refuse to put up with this.

GALA Hispanic Theatre: what do users think?

estebcuece: They don’t respect seating assignments. End up in a corner with poor visibility when we had reserved much better seats.

Sandy Ovalle: It’s easy to access! I love supporting local art and this place has a lot of history. They are keeping masks on which I support. I was there for the screening of La Manplesa and loved the experience. They validate parking, but our ticket didn’t work.

Tan Sav: Small theatre. I thought the stage design was excellent. Sound got a bit loud here and there otherwise excellent. Centrally located near the metro and restaurants.

Rosana Barkawi: Almost 3 hrs of singing and dancing. Made my heart smile 😊

Brandon Johnson: Went here twice in a weekend for the reel affirmations film festival. Very nice space that keeps the charm of an old theater while still being updated.

Frank Canales: An entity that contributes to keep our culture flourishing.

Brian M: Great venue. The table church has a service here every morning on Sunday. Great acoustics, ample seating but I will say it’s a little tight. Cute lobby. On site parking is available.

Jean Horner: Went on a 3rd grade field trip, saw a play about Picasso. Perfect content for the kids, emphasized he zest for life and living to the fullest. Bilingual production. Really in impressed. Located downtown DC. Rough commute for showtime, got stuck in am traffic. Lovely theater, small and intimate, but professional.

Karen L: Have not seen a bad production here. Some I have liked more than others, but the theater is intimate and comfortable. Pick a higher seat if your Spanish is rusty. The subtitles worked well for my non-Sp friends.

Soky Losada: Great venue, one of the hidden gems in DC. Amazing production with local artists. I went to see Exquisite Agony, (Exquisita Agonía) if you don’t speak Spanish they have subtitles in English projected onto two screens. Fascinated by the high level of the Artists, definitely I will come back for more.

AMC Center Park 8: what do users think?

John Stranded: Loved AMC by me..has the great reclining seats!

Raymond Bushby: Saw Top Gun which was awsome ...theater was good chairs are comfortable with some need resurfacing other than that great theater recommended never too crowded during the daytime.

Mark Myers: The movie was pretty good the music was great and the performances were solid. The scene at the gym was kinda chaotic and choppy. One of the best scenes and performances was Gee officer Krumpe it overall and excellent performance. If you like musicals this a great remake of a classic movie.

Bob Fink: Not a very good theater. Parking is annoying, theater is small and staff was not friendly nor helpful. The theater was not cleaned up in between showings. I went during the week so maybe this is the third string staff, but still, they didnt seem happy that they had to work as I bought tickets and food. They were not responsive when I asked a question regarding food sizes. They seemed like they just didnt want anyone there. Overall, very poor experience, was not worth the cost. Go somewhere else, there are other theaters around the area.

Bridget Schwartz: This certain movie house was truly satisfying and the best! The staff was nice, very professional, and accommodating. Besides, the seats were comfortable, the whole area was cleaned, and the screen was too large and extremely loud. Honestly, my friends and I have quality time with each other with your movie house. Next time, we will surely come back, for your movie house was the best place to hang out and chill. Thanks!

Steven W: Concessions was quick to close, but I pre-ordered some old fries that were very hard. So, I had to spend more $$ to buy another snack. No bueno.

AMC DINE-IN Rio Cinemas 18: what do users think?

Joheak Young: The theatre is very clean and organized. The seats are nice and comfy.. the tray in front does not move…nevertheless the seats are close to one another. You must pick your seats prior so don’t think about changing your seat. Nevertheless all seats are good seats.

Syerra Carigo: My husband and I came here to see Candyman the other day and this theater did not disappoint! They have reclining seats, if you order food from the app, you can arrange for it to be delivered to your seat within 10 mins of your requested order time. It’s one of the cleaner theaters I’ve been to for sure (bathrooms included). I haven’t been to a movie in a theater in over a year; it’s not too crowded at the moment since most people are still hesitant to go. You are still required to wear your mask if you’re not actively eating or drinking. Still a great experience though!

Chrislg212: I reserved tickets to Uncharted recently, but I have plenty of other movies in the past. I can say confidently that my experience throughout all of my viewings was consistently good. IMAX is amazing and the theater is very clean.

Rene Najera: Clean. Good food. Great sound and picture. They’re sticking to the mask recommendations and cleaning procedures. The whole place smells and feels clean, even the bathrooms. Less people during the day, obviously. Went to see Spider-Man on premiere weekend and even then the crowds were manageable, everyone wearing their masks and staying distanced. Employees are great, courteous, and on the ball when something is amiss like a soda machine not working or a hand sanitizer unit empty.

Diana: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. For one, no workers are at the ticket machines to help any customers. Second, they require you to wear a mask and are very rude about it even though they have absolutely 0 masks to offer to customers. We had no idea about the rated r policy they had, I was 18 and couldn’t bring in my 16 year old cousin. The fat manager ( I didn’t get his name) was extremely rude and accused us of lying, once we asked for a refund he said “that is not problem i don’t have to give you a refund if you knew you couldn’t watch it” Why would I have spent over 20$ on a movie ticket if i knew i wasn’t going to be able to watch it? The manger Tiffany who was a black lady quickly gave us a refund which was appreciated but that is their job, when I complained about the fat guy she said “i don’t know why he’s like that” not even a sorry or coupon or anything. Never again.

Rafael Sadyrov: Out of focus! I had been at the same auditorium (18, Prime) a couple times before and had no issues. Today however the movie (Eternals) was dim and out of focus. It was especially obvious after, when credits were on. Managers told me though that it was fine and it’s just the movie being pale (Marvel!) and they could not do anything about it. Very disappointed. Update: AMC network made this somewhat better, so I updated my review to three stars. It’s still 1 star for the management at this location

Austin Meyer: Great movie theater! Been to this place a dozen times, the staff is always nice, it’s super clean, the sound and display leave nothing to complain about, and the recliners are really nice too. Tickets can be pricey but it’s that way everywhere, and matinee discounts always help if you’re on a budget.

Chris Peele: The Aurora Aksnes concert was beautiful, however shorter than her other shows this US tour. An intimate setting with seating and first come General Admission. Unparalleled view of the stage, and ability to hold your seat once you have it if you have to use the restroom or grab drinks. No parking of course so plan on stressing trying to find a 24hr parking garage near by for about $30 for 4-24 hrs.

Jeff White: Great venue. Great acoustics. Nice to have drinks available. Parking is a challenge so figure that out beforehand. A lot of the street parking is permit only. PS - Colin Hay is absolutely fantastic. Great performance and great story teller.

Quentin Hodges: A beautiful, old theater in the heart of Washington D.C. Classic architecture with a great sound system. The seats are old, yet comfortable. Street parking may be difficult but we found a $10 parking garage less than a ten-minute walk to/from the theater. Prior to the show we had a great dinner at Ted’s Bulletin, also within walking distance.

Neil Crowell: Saw Mat Kearney on 4/24/22, a general admission show. Got in line at 6:15 for doors at 6:30 and was able to get in the 4th row, dead center. Amazing experience.

Steve Little: The show was incredible and the atmosphere was electric. It would have been great if the AC unit was working.

Eileen Potocnak Arnold: Great venue to see musicians/theater/etc. in an old space that has been nicely renovated.

Carolyn Cotter: The theater was clean. Got a sofa and pretzel bites and the soda was seltzer and the bites were still frozen. But they did give us fresh and hot stuff so it was better.

Lyla Lucas: The seats are very nice and they recline. Going to the movies is expensive now these days. Top Gun was great.

Tracy Pasquarelli: Always go straight for Dave S when I walk in. He’s so pleasant and helpful. Starts my experience off perfectly.

J r P: The reclining seats need an update but it’s the best place to see a movie in Washington Township.

Phil Hardy: I love this theatre. The ornate architecture is simply sublime. I could stare at the walls and ceilings all evening. Acoustics are fine, seats comfortable and the bar lines move quickly. A take off a star because the toilets are in the basement. Takes awhile to get there and back.

Christina King: The historic Warner Theatre is a lovely experience. The atmosphere is stunning. Seats are very tight. So if you are tall definitely get an aisle seat.

Michael: Architecture is truly something to see. Acoustics very good, seats comfortable, bathrooms clean, ushers friendly and helpful, and A/C nice and cool. Every seat is a good seat, but recommend getting middle orchestra. Parking garage super clean and well lit and reasonably priced. ( I paid 18 bucks online for the whole day). Would go there again, for sure.

Louise Brady: The theatre is beautiful. We had a great view of the stage from the middle of the balcony seats. Though it looked like there would be a great view from anywhere in the theatre as its nicely laid out and not too big. Drink prices are quite high but they do accept card and cash. Water in a can was a bit different!!. Plus it was called Liquid Death!!! I would happily go to another event at this theatre.

Gary Lee: Saw Tedeschi Trucks in concert recently. The Warner Theatre was able to process guests through their COVID protocol, ticket verification and into our assigned seats quickly and efficiently. The concert was fabulous, the merch tables was manned by well-trained workers who kept the line moving; the snacks was in good supply and delicious warm pretzels was great!

Justin DiMinni: Held our daughter’s birthday party here, and could not be more pleased! The owners are fantastic, personable individuals who ensure all of your needs are met. The movie-going experience is excellent, as well! Great quality screenings in a well-kept, modern, and clean theatre. Couldn’t ask for more!

Mark Canevaro: Great private screening today. Thank you to the owners. It was a perfect experience. 4/12/22Just visited again today with our group and had the best time.

Marguerite Lahanas: Close to home love the small theater atmosphere

Doris DiStaso: Took my two grandchildren to a 1:00 matinee during the week of an animated film which ended up costing $33 for and to top it off my shoes were sticking to the floor. Could have gone to an AMC stadium seating theater and paid less at a matinee. Thought I’d support a local business but sorry I did.

David Gee: Had my kids 10th birthday party here and it was one of the easiest parties ever! The staff was very professional and everything went off without a hitch

Jesse Allert: Went for first time with friends and kids. New owners could not have been more friendly, accommodating and patient. Will go there again, with or without the kids :)

dawn hall: I recently went to see the Post. The seats are terrible. I felt like I was sitting on the floor. I thought I heard the renovated. The sound system is terrible. The Post is an intense film needed to be heard but the connecting theater was showing the Showman and the volume was so loud I was struggling to hear my $11 movie. Also we were frozen. On a 16 degrees night we didn’t need ac we needed heat. I want to support my local businesses but not if I am going to be so uncomfortable.

R S: Went to see Top Gun Maverick and it was awesome! Staff were friendly and very patient as the company I work for took all staff and clients there. Staff showed the utmost respect and patience they were awesome!

Brandi K: Overall my experience was great. The gentleman behind the counter working was very friendly. I will say the carpet in the lobby and hallway really need replacing. It is very stained and no life and barely any color left to it. One set of restrooms in the lobby was closed off. It would have been nice for both restroom to have been open.

Darylshon Karr: Thank you for accommodating my family today during the summer movie. My autistic son had fun in the quiet theatre. To the lady that checked on us thank you very much i appreciate it. :)

Zofoblues Zofoblues: Great Staff good Popcorn very Clean. The sound is good inside and the seats are comfortable. I will definitely come back.

Anne Kephart: We come here all the time. The chairs are a bit uncomfortable but the experience is always great. The theaters are clean, the screen easy to see, and the bathrooms are always clean.

Linda Leverett: Friendly staff. Went to see Top Gun Maverick. Great movie. Will have to see it again.

Reed Taylor: Clean, friendly staff, less expensive and a nice alternative to the big chain cinemas

Merton Canady: It was clean and good as you can expect.

Heath Labox: Movie theatre was clean and the staff where upbeat and helpful.

The Boro Tysons: what do users think?

Nadia David: Awesome customer service! I am new to the area and Nohemi one of the leasing consultants for the property did an amazing job giving me information on things to do in the area. She was very nice and did a great job giving me lots of information about the property. The property is beautiful and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in. Definitely looking forward to making it my new home.

François A: Skyler is amazing! She’s been beyond helpful, professional, and friendly! She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy and answers all my questions. Please ask for her when visiting, you won’t regret it. The apartments are beautiful! I can’t wait to move in next month.

John Seery: Lots of new development with plenty of restaurants, but not great parking options on the weekends.

Vivienne Bui: Building manager was very nice and assisted with the lost package issue quickly. Thank you for being so gracious.

Jen H.: Great to see so many people excited for the Boro. I can’t share that enthusiasm though since my office building is on Greensboro right smack in the middle of the Galleria and the Boro. To get to 267 I literally have only 2 options. Left on Greensboro to Westpark, or right on Greensboro to Interntional Drive. For six years I’ve sat in gridlock that extends from Westpark ALL THE WAY to International. A 2 minute drive, less than 1/3 of a mile, 3 blocks away takes more than 30 minutes to get to the traffic lights at least a few times a month. Thanks to The Boro though, I’ve sat in traffic for 15-20min every night on my commute home. It’s still under construction right now! How much longer will it take one it actually opens?!? Did anyone who funded the development & construction of The Boro bother to consider the people that work on Greensboro or were dollar signs clouding their vision. On behalf of everyone who works on Greensboro, thanks allot for deciding to make our commute home take an extra 45min to 1 hour, and that’s IF we’re lucky! Traffic is bad enough around the holidays with people shopping at the Galleria. 4 years ago, before construction ever started on The Boro it once took me over 1 hour to get from my office to the traffic light at Westpark the day before Valentines Day. When The Boro actually opens I might as well just stay in my office and watch Netflix instead of heading home at 6pm.

Raul Plays: Worst place to be during these times so besides we need to pay at a restaurant we need to pay a parking too in va .... not worth the time to go .... trust me you can find better places than these

Chagrin Cinemas: what do users think?

Tate From State: I just saw the new Batman movie that came pit here and I was pleasantly surprise. They buttered my popcorn correctly unlike SilverSpot and their snack options were incredibly varied. They even had Sour Patch Watermelon and that can be hard to find elsewhere. Would certainly recommend for people who like a nice theater snack!

Linda Crowley: We attended a movie from the Fathom events. They show older movies from Turner Classic Movies on the big screen. It was great! We drove about 40 minutes from our town, which was fine. The theatre was clean and modern, had reclining, comfortable seats, super short lines and attentive workers. We will definitely be back!

Donna Blaney: The place itself was clean and very nice. The fact that it cost over $30 for 2 medium popcorn, 2 bottled water and a small slushy was ridiculously high

drdowneysleepinc: Wonderful spacious seating. Top box office movies. A real gem for the area residents

Kat Ellery: Nice seats and theater for the price. I gave 4 star because their food selection is pretty basic. I skipped lunch because I like to get something to eat at the cinema. A lot of places have more options of food, but I ended up just getting basic nachos and popcorn. Still a great theater. The chairs were comfortable and we were able to select our seats online.

matt borris: Sound quality could be better and they keep the lights too bright.. otherwise caramel corn is life. Chairs are comfy

Lis K: Nice theater. No ticket person, all done electronically. Found it a bit challenging. Lots of parking, easy to find. Nice seating.

Selix: A really good theater, staff was eh, but seats are really comfy, I would definitely give this theater your business rather that a AMC or something because it’s local, Recommended!

James Gingerich: Chairs are wonderful. Prices are normal for theaters. No peanut oil on the popcorn, if that effects you.

National Theatre DC: what do users think?

Sassy Sauce: This is nice theatre and it’s relatively small compared to others in the city. When you’re on the first level, it’s hardly a bad seat there. The view from the back is clear and the acoustics are good. One thing I noticed is, when buying a ticket through Ticketmaster and a seat may be listed as handicapped or wheelchair accessible, it really isn’t. The wheelchair seats listed for this theatre are really regular seats without the capability of being removed for a wheelchair. So keep that in mind for different abled persons. Also, the balcony seats for the first level up are really nice. Highly recommend the seats that are immediately to the left and right of the stage. Great view! The family went from for a kid’s show and had a great time.

Amanda Randall: If there were a 4.5, I would give the theater 1/2 additional points, but the seating area needs upgrading for comfort and visibility. The play was fabulous. I’ve seen the show a couple of times, and this was by far one of the best cast. The National Theatre is lovely but could use some updating of the chairs and inside the theater. Tall people, be prepared for your knees to hit the seats. Other than that, it’s a great location, walking distance to dinner and parking all around.

Rita Moore: First time at this theater to see the musical Hair Spray. Great performance! The staff was very organized and friendly. The concession stand is over priced. Only other complaint is that the bathroom could use some deodorizer and the seats are not comfortable.

Scott Ellis: If you can afford to buy orchestra main floor tickets, seat and row space is nice. Otherwise prepared to be crammed into barely comfortable seat areas. The stage area looks completely outdated despite a supposed theater renovation. Sad that this the venue has not evolved.

S King: Great Audio. Comfortable seats. No obstructed views. Convenient to public transportation and multiple parking garages. . . . The only drawback is when there are major events happening downtown that impact road closures. Parades, protests, lighting of the National Christmas tree, marathons, etc.

RR: Saw the Illusionists last week and reminded me just how magnificent this building is. True without elevators and restrooms are on the second floor but there is no bad seat when watching . Nice bars and go to the second floor for no lines . You can bring drinks and food purchased inside . Lots of parking nearby and if you use spot hero I get very convenient parking at a discount . Several restaurants closed by if you arrive early and walk on E over to 12 or beyond.
