Remodel USA installed new cabinets, counter top, light fixtures, electrical outlets, new appliances, sink and garbage disposal, flooring, and painted the walls. I am completely satisfied with their work. I love my new kitchen. February 2019: Remodel USA completed a full basement bathroom remodel project for me. Remodel USA installed all new materials and fixtures, including tub, tile, flooring, vanity, medicine cabinet with mirror, lights & wall switches, vent fan, and doors. And they painted the walls. I am pleased with the work. It was a 1-week effort. Everything was done on schedule. July 2019: Just like my basement bathroom, Remodel USA completely remodeled my upstairs bathroom. They installed all new materials and fixtures, including tub, tile, flooring, vanity, medicine cabinet with mirror, lights & wall switches, vent fan, and doors. Walls were painted. It was a 1-week effort. I am pleased with the work.

When the crew arrived they covered everything from the stairs and hallway to the bathroom sink to protect from damage. They finished the demo and install in just under 2 days. It looks really nice in there now and glad to have a working shower!

Communication was great the whole way through. The team that actually did the renovation was professional, courteous and worked fast. Jill Burdick-Zupancic: We had a wonderful experience with Eric and the team at BPK. Eric reviewed pictures and measurements of our row home to see how we could make our kitchen space more functional while updating finishes. We quickly learned that we were limited with converting the space we had, but with Eric’s vision, we moved forward with moving the kitchen from a short wall to a long wall on the same floor, resulting in exactly what we wanted and a totally new look – open concept, large island, and functional cabinet space. Eric was patient and detail-oriented during the design process, making sure we went into demo knowing what to expect with the final result. Leading up to demo we decided to use BPK’s suggested construction crew; I’m so happy we did. Luis and his team were wonderful to work with. Everything was by the books (permits, no cutting corners, clear change orders) and while the project did last longer than planned, this was due to delays in appliances and materials and not due to an overfull construction schedule. This project was a significant undertaking, and I’m so thrilled with our space. I will absolutely hire Eric and team again when we are ready to start our next big project, and I’ve already recommended them to friends who have projects on their radars. From the initial visit when we described what we had in mind, everyone at Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel was incredible. They took a significant amount of time to explain the process, work through the specifics of the design with us, and help us be comfortable with the investment we were making. Marissa was outstanding throughout the design process. Once we settled on the design, we worked with Eric to quickly get the contract signed and they started the work as scheduled. Eric made the contract process easy. The people that came in and did the work were professional and very competent. The workers always cleaned up the house each evening when they were finished for the day. The company also was very quick to come by and supervise the work being done. Any minor changes were quickly handled by the supervisor. When we asked them to change some outlets for us that were not specifically in the contract, they quickly agreed. We are completely satisfied with the work that Bath Plus did on our kitchen. We are looking forward to getting a couple half-baths remodeled in the future and we will only call Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel to do the work. Sassy Sauce: Great discounts on Christmas items as part of the holiday sale. I picked up Christmas stockings for under $5.00. There were fire pits on clearance as well. I like this location and they generally have the items I’m in need of for repairs or decorations, etc. The staff is very helpful as well.

This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.

I am typically very anxious about having others in my home, but she definitely put me at ease. Within an hour of her leaving, my technician showed up. I showed him all that needed to take place, he explained in perfect detail what he would do and provided me with a reasonable estimate. Audrey Lester: Blind Customer: I increased shopping here during pandemic, as it’s in my community. On nearly all visits, I’m greeted at front door by a very knowledgeable staff member. I love how they know where every item is specifically located - like really! Upon entry, you’re on main isle. To your left are short isles leading to registers. Staff always escort me through store or to elevator where I’m met by another team member on lower level. Ayesha, General Manager, allows items to be opened for me when possible so I can feel item. I especially love their text message lime where consumers can ask questions before visiting store. Great Team!

Vanessa: Mr. Bill and Mr. James at MD Tub and Tile refinished my countertops. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. The prep work was meticulous and because my condo is very open they went above and beyond to carefully cover all of my walls, floors, cabinets, furniture, and even helped me move my huge refrigerator. They informed me about the process and Mr. Bill explained how to keep my countertops in top notch condition. When the job was completed my countertops looked completely new and like quartz or real stone. They totally made my newly painted kitchen and cabinets look beautiful! I requested the semi gloss coat and the countertops have a nice shine and are the focal point of my kitchen now. Mr. Bill and Mr. James are true professionals. They tell the truth and honor their price quotes. They are honest and reliable. They arrived on time and finished the job on time. Melissa Kenward: About 3 years ago, I had my pink tub recasted. After an inspection, Custom Tub and Tile offered to repair my tub which started to chip near the drain lever. They honored their warranty. Dennis was our tech and inspector and was only supposed to do the inspection but said he could do the whole thing for us right then and there. If was fantastic and a relief as I thought I would have to wait to get service done. Very convenient and I highly recommend Dennis for his work, honesty and flexibility to get the job done.

Another point of importance with Custom Tub & Tile Resurfacing that I found extremely useful was its website that helped us decide whether to resurface or do a bath-fitter option. It was extremely informative about the process, on what types of tubs resurfacing would work and explained that process vs. the bath-fitter or replacement options. Lastly, the communications from Lynnette were so efficient and useful to ensure we were aware of the process and pricing in advance. Thank you CT& TR for such amazing responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency. I would wholeheartedly recommend CT & TR to anyone.

Shining Starzz: I’ve stayed in hotels all around the world and this is my favorite. Front staff was friendly and sociable. Check-in was easy. Free happy hour in the evening. High vault ceilings in the rooms, which are well decorated. Large full mirror in the rooms and little things like the jewelry box, umbrella, yoga mat, exotic animal print robes and natural soap make a big difference. Only disappointment was the view from my window.
Susan Payne: Friendly, attentive staff, spacious lobby and guest rooms with funky meets traditional furnishings, soaring ceilings, and comfy beds. Perfect location for Smithsonian and within walking distance to the Tidal Basin/cherry blossoms. We felt very safe walking around. Complimentary coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings - a nice touch. Several very good restaurants within a few steps from the hotel in every direction, including a lively restaurant/bar with outdoor seating in the hotel’s own courtyard. We’re hoping to make this an annual trip!
Matthew Radomski: The service was fantastic. We were welcomed by Belinda at the front desk when we checked in. There was a small error with our reservation (used a 3rd party app) and it took them maybe 2-3 minutes to fix the error. Belinda and another gentleman at the front desk went out of their way to make upgraded accommodations for us, and ensure we had a great time. Throughout our entire stay, we were greeted by name and asked how everything was. I could not have asked for better service.

Diarelys Camilo: This place was great for myself and my children. The rooms are a lot smaller than I expected but comfortable. The girls in the front desk were very helpful and friendly. My only disappointment was that my digital key did not work during my stay and after I paid for valet parking they told me they did not have a parking space available for me. However, they accomodated me as best as they could which I appreciated. The hotel is close to all attractions but use your car or your feet will hurt! Great place to stay. :)
Susan Cassidy: The staff of this hotel are kind and welcoming. They really keep an eye on things, which I appreciate. We felt like we were safe and in good hands during our stay. We found the location really terrific, the lobby and room very comfortable. I was with two other family members, and we got connecting rooms, which made the stay quite enjoyable. donna minchew: The staff is excellent. I had a difficult time finding the hotel and kept going around the circle and missing the street. They tried their best to help but I found a police officer that gave me directions and I made it. I came primarily to see the Panda Cub and my niece! The staff called the cab for me to take to the zoo and dinner with my niece. They always had smiles on their faces. I would stay again if I cannot find a hotel closer to the zoo.

Michael Brown: As a company, REI should not inflict their political beliefs onto customers. That said, they carry good gear and this particular location is fantastic. Every time I have come here they have exactly what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful and generally knowledgeable. I don’t know who makes REI branded clothes and gear, but they do a good job.
Mike R: I like this store for so many reasons. First: they have excellent customer service. Today I walked in with my bike to get my flat tire fixed. A woman approached me and signed me in. Then a man walked up to me and asked if I would like to him to park my bike. I was appalled by this gesture. Second: This establishment has everything here. I mean like… leave that bike area if you want to. You will be buying anything from energy gel to underwear. Third: conveniently located right beside the metro.

Muniba Khan: Stopped by from out of town since the weather ended up being a lot colder than expected. We were able to find some winter wear for a reasonable price, although I wish they had a wider selection of warm coats and some gloves for these cold fronts. Everyone that helped us was super great and friendly!
Jacqueline Francis: I went with my daughter to return a sport jacket and to look around for any new items. My daughter met her former coworker who was kind enough to assist with her return. The experience painless and without incident. After the return, we made our to the children department. My daughter wanted to see if there anything new out for babies 18-24 months. There were some times, but nothing much that caught her. My grandson did grab a footsie pajama and my daughter saw a cute pair of sneakers and a tee shirt. Very cute 😍! The checkout rep was very friendly, and he was the manager. Overall, a great experince🙏🙏🙏

Rodney Ibrahim: Room was a perfect size for a family of 4. We had a double room + and we were anxiously waiting to get in our room after our 4hr drive. Unfortunately, even though we were after our check in time, our room was not ready and we had to wait almost an hour to finally unwind. As a Marriott member with status I expected better. Other than that the room and hotel were good. Hotel is centrally located and a great place to start the day. Breakfast in the morning is good and the staff who handle the food were very friendly. Other than the check-in snafu the hotel checked most of the boxes and we would come back if in the area.
Jessica Poku: The Good: my hotel room was excellent. I had an amazing view, a large couch, a nice bathroom and very comfortable bed and amenities. Everything was accessible (ice machine, elevator, ubers etc). I was a happy camper. The Bad: service was not great. Check-in was pretty lazy, no offer of welcome gift (asked about it the next morning and they said they applied it and didn’t need to mention it) - I thought the policy was to offer an option to members? They had a great M Club downstairs which I visited for water, and the attendant stared at me the whole time and just hovered behind me with a question on her face, until I left. It was rather uncomfortable. I also needed silverware, and when I requested I was told that there was nobody available to bring any because the staff were on break for an hour. Besides the above I enjoyed my stay and was happy with my room and view.
Kim Schaff: Aretha, the woman at the Front Desk, is amazing. We were part of a wedding group, so many people with the same last name, but we were checked in promptly and all in the correct rooms! We got the directions for underground parking and shortly were in bed. The rooms were modern, the beds were firm, with a wide variety of pillows with varying firmness, and individual thermostats! A wand and a rain-head shower fixture, soft absorbent towels and plenty of counter space made for a deluxe bathroom. My only very minor complaint, is that the on/off switch on the bedside lamp is the same brown as the fixture, making it difficult to find.
Lindsey Santoro: My phone reception isn’t that good so I could really hear her name but Anisha or Aretha maybe it was, a young woman at the front desk, is outstanding. She really went above and beyond to make a special delivery to my husband’s room for his graduation and she was so polite and courteous every time I spoke with her on the phone. She deserves recognition for delivering true hospitality. Thank you!!!
A suitcase and a baby: Beautiful hotel in a great location. In the middle of Georgetown, walking distance to the monuments as well a George Washington hospital. Trader Joe’s located nearby. Gym downstairs was clean and a suitable size, rooms stocked with towels and clean linens and shower pressure great. Will definitely return

Sassy Sauce: Who doesn’t like Costco. It’s filled with stuff we really don’t need, but when we see it we justify why we want it and figure out the rest later. The tire center crew is very helpful and I have bought car batteries from here as well. The ease of rerun for items is really good and the process is very streamlined. I like the selection of items and it’s generally well staffed. I don’t have to wait too long in line before checking out. The gas prices are the best I’ve seen in the surrounding areas. It’s usually a win whenever we visit.

Anthony Stewart: A bit crowded, but great just as every other Costco. If you haven’t been a member for a while, now is your time to go back! Things have only gotten better! Pretty easy to reach by public transport if one doesn’t plan to get much (and traveling by bus and metro forces one to be a bit more circumspect in one’s purchases). Will be returning monthly and already know where to find great holiday essentials. Hadn’t had Costco pizza in years, and it really hit the spot. It’s one of the few places in the country where a meal and a drink can still be had for under $3!
Oceanie De Silva: Love Costco and specially this DC one as it’s the only one that sells Liquor in the whole DMV area! We find some great items- coconut water from Sri Lanka, Dutch ovens for a great price! Hard Liquor and wines and beers etc amazing collection!! And great prices too! The Japanese whiskeys are a treat and also some fine wines from France and Spain! Also the service is great and efficient! Even though it’s always crowded you move fast!! Become a Member and come over to the DC one!
B. Lipkowitz: This is a great store for just about anything personal, business, and corporate. A courteous, efficient staff is ready, available to serve, offer samples, or assist along well stocked aisles of both the familiar and upscale. Libations, anyone? The A+ "adult beverage" section has an exceptional array of wines and spirits.
I SLAY ALL DAY TRAVEL The Solo Traveler: Its always a pleasure coming into this Costco to see the workers with great customer service. They are friendly and kind. The selections are wide and many. I really like this location and it’s close to home.
Virginia Donnelly: I love this placeThe wine and alcohol in DC are the cheapest price around. Definitely has great bargains. You just have to have the space to store it or the mouths to eat some of the good items before they spoil.

Tu Le: the location is great and everything is within 1-2 miles which is all walking distance. the room was very spacious and sanitary, the shower was fancy and everything was nice. also, we left our bag unattended to and thought someone stole it, the manager let us look through the security cameras and we were able to see that no one took the bag but we accidentally forgot the bag in our room so they gave us a spare key to grab our bag. great service, highly recommend this place :)
