paula blivin: It would be great if they could update their hours. I saw they were open till 10:00 on a Sunday Per google maps. We started walking there at 8:30. They closed and locked their door at 8:48 - according to customers sitting outside. We missed it by 3 minutes. It was disappointing - when you get in your mind your going to get some ice cream after a along hot day and you get nothing instead... the door sign said they closed at 9pm. so they need to update their profile on google maps! then I would be so disappointed!

No Thanks: Yesterday, first day of spring for many of us. There was only one person during rush hour. We waited about 45 minutes to be helped. The guy was very nice and kept the calm while was very busy. The two things I’m that bothered me was that the vanilla ice cream was outdated/ icy and yukk! Also did not have just chocolate ice cream. Seriously? Not chocolate ice cream? The three basics of any store? Strawberry, Vanila and chocolate? Last, no spins at te counter. Whoever manages this store on Lee Highway please ensure you have someone else 4hs shift to cover the rush time: 2-6pm. I don’t blame it on the cashier.

Dwayne J: My wife and I arrived at this location on 10/24/2021 9:45pm. This was 15 minute before the stores closing time at 10pm on that day. The two hispanic females working inside refused to open the door and said they were closed. It now makes sense why this location barley gets any business. The lack of care and professionalism is ridiculous.

No Thanks: The store used to be very clean because one staff person used to work there. I went several times with my son and they were polite but lately they are lacking in consistency of being clean. The glass doors are dirty the glass screen is dirty, even when making smoothies they don’t put gloves. Great location, good ice cream but not the great staff. Make the store look more clean and bet you will have more customers not just the neighbors.

caitlin cole: Service was great. They had an ample amount of vanilla. I didn’t get vanilla though. No line, but it took them approximately 20.5 seconds to notice I was in the store. After receiving my ice cream, I noticed that there was ONE pecan in my chocolate chip ice cream. I’m allergic to pecans. Not really, but I just really don’t like them, so I might as well be allergic. Other than that indescretion on their part, the ice cream was good, but far too cold for my liking. And my whipped cream was too warm. I have a brain freeze.

It is always clean inside and out, and the overall quality of the business doesn’t suffer regardless of the time of day. We’ve been coming her for years now with our kids and it is definitely deserving on any recommendation.

Adil Hussain: Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough sundae. The fudge was not hot. The cookie dough pieces they placed in the center were extremely stale tasting and just crumbled into dust when I bit into it. Made me gag. Had to just focus on eating the ice cream around it. Paid over $7 dollars and ended up wasting about half of it because it was just a waste of calories. The worst Baskin Robbins experience I've ever had. Would not come to this location again.

Tangi: I ordered chocolate chip cookie dough & mom's making cookies. When we left the store, we were happy to try this delicious combo. HOWEVER the staff mixed up the mom's making cookies ice cream with bananas foster. It's important to note that bananas foster contains NUTS. We went back to the store to get a replacement and was met with criticism and animosity from the manager. He accused us of not purchasing the ice cream in the same day (even though a total of 4 minutes passed between buying and returning AND we showed him the receipt). He then told us that we were lying about the very visible nuts in the ice cream. It took another worker digging through the ice cream to find several nuts before the manager believed us. He got another worker to remake the order BUT they made the same mistake again!! The bananas foster and mom's cookies ice cream tubs were switched and instead of believing the customers who were actually tasting the ice cream, they treated us like we were trying to steal something. It's ice cream and doesn't call for that, but luckily none of us had a nut allergy; that would have been anaphylactic shock and a lawsuit.

Mokhalad Al-gburi: Exceptional customer service by a girl named Jennifer. It was my first time trying baskin Robin's and she let me sample different flavors and it was amazing. She deserves a raise for her outstanding work ethic!

K Jay: The Worst Customer Service. There were two women in front of us at the counter getting their orders. The men behind the counter were conversing with them with all smiles, very pleasant. Another employee walks up, stares me directly in the eyes, and NEVER opened his mouth. Once the two women left, the two men carried on a conversation, never acknowledging us. After they finished, one said, “Can I help the next person?” When my friend stated what she wanted, he responded in a disgusted tone. Many of the selections were not appealing, just like the service provided.

Hedieh Fallah: Boyfriend and I went to get shakes last night. The store looked liked it was closed from the outside. We pull in to the parking lot and sure enough they were open. We walk in order 2 small shakes and noticed they had the dairy sitting out on the counter, and when my boyfriend asked the African-American employee about it. He said oh well this is the only dairy we have “skim milk” god knows how long it was sitting on that counter, so we ended up getting it thinking maybe it wasn’t sitting out for long. Well we were absolutely wrong. Both my boyfriend and I were in the restrooms throwing up and pooping until 5am. I WILL BE CALLING DUNKIN FRANCHISE AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON THEM TODAY!

David Pugh: I walk in and one man says hello, and I continue to stand there for a minute or so before being helped. Right behind walks in a family and then a couple. I get my ice cream for my wife and I; there are two registers in this store one on the Dunkin’ Donuts side and one on the Baskin Robbins side. I’m standing on the Baskin Robbins side, and not one worker has the decency to tell me that I should go to the other side to pay. So here I am sitting as the ice cream is melting all over my hand, and I put two and two together since no one told me. I walk over and pay, and I tell the man it was frustrating that no one told me to come over to the other side to pay. By the time I get to my truck, the ice cream is melting so much it was INEDIBLE; I walk right back in and ask for a new cone, since no one was willing to let me know where to pay. Instead of giving me the exact order (two chocolate scoops with a cake cone), he puts it in a cup and tells me that he did not help me because the people who came after me were before me. I told him that no one helped me and watched me stand there waiting patiently to pay. I ruined my shoe because I did not realize the ice cream melted onto it. This is by far the worst customer service and apparently management. FYI this took so long my milkshake was slush when I got back to the truck. So I didn’t even drink it, don’t waste time or money here. There are better places to go.

Jeffrey Miller: No matter when I go the service is horrible. 6am - only customer, terrible service. 11 am- only person ordering, eight people behind the counter bumping into each other. Are you ice cream, donuts, sandwiches, coffee? Decide please— and do one right. Instead you are trying to be everything and not really doing anything well. It shouldn’t take fifteen minutes to order and get a coffee because eight people are trying to make sandwiches and ice cream cones.

Elizabeth Earle: Extremely disappointed. Placed an online order for an ice cream cake my daughters 3rd birthday, which was yesterday. Had confirmation email confirming pickup date and time and when I arrived to pick up the cake (on her birthday), there was no cake for her. Why have an online ordering service if it does not work?! Now I PAID for a cake with her personalization on top and “collectable character” and was forced to take a plain one with different ice cream flavors and decorate it myself. SERIOUSLY?! This company should be ashamed, do NOT use them for cakes.

NATASHA Cross: The Ice cream is great. The customer service from employees are horrible. I don't understand why these people work at this establishment if they are rude to the customers. I also don't understand why management doesn't hire better more respectful employees. I have been to this location a few times being that I live in the area and every time I went to this location the customer service is SO disappointing no matter which employee was there. Also, the employees are rude if you ask them anything about the Icecream and other desserts sold. I recently decided to go to another Baskin-Robbins in Alexandria and the customer service was amazing every time I went. This particular location is close to T.C. Williams High School, in case anyone wants to try it out and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I think the Baskin Robbins in Potomac yards can learn something from this location near T.C. Williams High School.

Tempti Productions: Worse customer service Around 6:00pm we went to this location since we wanted to order an icecream cake, the employee (female) scream at us telling us that wasn't possible t ok order the cake, then pretended that didn't understand what I was saying in our way out she scream to us again, this time a male employee approached us and on a passive aggressive tone of voice said,what do you want? I told him that I wanted to get an icecream cake and Hthe employee said, you need 48 hours to place any order. I told him that I understand but the website says only 24 hours were needed, the employee said no the website is wrong you need 48 hours. And told me if you want get one from the ones we have, I told him thank you and walk away from that place

Jason McKay: TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went in there with my son to use his gift certificate for some ice cream. We were the only people there on the ice cream side of the combined Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts. I stood there at the cash for a full 5 minutes trying to make eye contact with anyone there that could give us a scoop of ice cream. Completely ignored. We walked out of the store in disgust at the customer service. I told my 10 year old son to not put up with service like that and refuse to give them our hard earned money. Unfortunately we are stuck with this gift certificate now because I will not go back to that store.

RebecKay Lizabeth: I went to the store to order a unicorn cake for my daughters birthday. I asked the store clerk if there were any unicorn cakes as I had showed her from my phone. I looked in their book to choose a cake. I chose cake number B-29. It was the unicorn cake, I discussed with the store clerk that I wanted to add pink to the flowers on the unicorn. She said it could be done. I filled out the order form with my selections and added a note “add pink color” which would be interpreted as we verbally discussed (pink color to the flowers along with the colors that were shown in the book). I paid $50 for the round 9 inch cake and was on my way... A few days later (today) I go to pick up the cake. The cake is completed pink to my dismay! This is not what I ordered. I spoke it over with the clerk and she said my daughter is the one who told her to make it all pink which was inaccurate and she knew that. She contacted whom I later found out was the district manager named “Vick” and I spoke with him. He pretty much said it was my fault and didn’t take into account that I verbally told the store clerk that I only requested additional pink flowers not for the whole cake to be pink. I went back and forth with him about the issue and he was very condensending and had no regard for what I was trying to explain. They only offered me measly 5% discount and 1 dozen donuts... initially I wanted a new cake but then after some thought, I did not trust for them to make me a new cake so I said “what type of discount can you give me if I just take this one” — which was only 5% off... for a huge error... I disagreed and insisted that 50% off would be appropriate. After saying I would write a negative review about the store and the way I was being treated, in addition to contacting the Better Business Bureau, the manager asked me “What can we do for you not to write a negative review and contact the better business burea” and I said a discount at which time he says that it’s my intent to just get a discount. Wrong! My intent was for me to get the cake I ordered initially. I am asking for a discount now because of the error. He went on to tell me that I was “blackmailing” him, which is totally unbelieveable! Really? Blackmail the manager at Baskin Robbins?? The way that he was acting for a manager is disgraceful. What ever happened to customer service!? I didn’t go in there looking for a freebie! I just wanted my cake but I got a incorrect cake and a headache instead. This store needs to do a much better job with communication, and when taking a cake order the employee should write down any additional special request and confirm it with the customer. Some type of corrective action should be taken place. As for the manager, he should NOT be managing. A manager should NEVER argue with a customer. He needs training on dealing with people. All in all, I ended up just taking my cake because as the saying goes, “sometimes you’re better with the devil you know than the devil you don’t know” and I don’t know what they could have done to my cake. It’s a loss for me but I can’t trust someone to make me a cake that I’ve had a negative interaction with. This store gets a 1 star.

Beth Stiner: Do not order a custom cake here. If you do, don’t prepay and have a back up plan. I paid $50 for a themed cake and it looked nothing like the photo we selected. It was supposed to come with three characters on a a baseball field and they did not put them in the cake. When I asked for them they offered a full refund but no solution. Not what you want two hours before your party. Very disappointed.

Melissa Sherrill: Came in before 8:30 and they don't close until 10pm. Wanted a warm brownie sundae and they said I couldn't have one because their oven was off. I asked if it was broken and they just said "no, we turned it off." Walked out, they lost my business. Maybe when half of your menu is "warm desserts" you don't shut down your kitchen more than 90 minutes before you close.

Griffin Collins: They closed early because the 5 teens that work here wanted to go home. The door says 10, the hours say 10. The 12 year olds that work here closed at 9.

Steve Landivar: Went there late after church with the kids for icecream and nobody was there to serve!!! There were four guys huddled up over by the gas station checkout and nobody approached us. After my family and I finished picking what we were going to get, I decided to approach the four gentlemen to ask if they knew who ran the Baskin-Robbins. Today when he first so me he remembered me so he thought to himself I’ll get my revenge. I asked do you have Jamoca, he replied no, I looked for it and I found it, he told me no this is Jamoca with almonds second I wanted rainbow shorbet he scoped something else and put it in the cup I asked why he said it taste the same. He is arrogant and unprofessional I think he needs a word from you to do a better job!

Hunter Lia Zager: I am so angry at this store. A woman who barely spoke English and claimed she was a cake manager helped me order a near $50 cake. Last time we bought a cake from there, we were bummed that the white frosting was like a gross whip cream, but worse, but glad at least the colored frosting was good and harder, which we preferred. So this time I ordered a cake that was all colored frosting. We asked the lady multiple times if it would look correct and be the harder frosting we preferred. Her answer? "Oh, yes, yes, yes!" We picked up the cake today and when it was brought home I poked it. Not only did the cake not look like the picture in their catalogue, all the frosting was the disgusting soft stuff we hated. $50 down the drain, along with a cake I'm sure no one will eat! Do not order from them! What once was a good business is now a waste, not to mention staff who are lazy, careless, and lie about their products instead of telling the truth! We are furious!

Especially since one of the two people there wasn't even serving customers. Many people, especially families, got out of line and left without buying.

So, I ordered a Vanilla shake to keep my daughters company while they had their kid sundaes...the shake was far from smooth and thick...kind of seemed to have "pudding skin" (from Seinfeld, remember?) mixed into it...bottom line chunky runny shakes...McDonald's shakes are MUCH better...and cheaper!

But otherwise everything has been great - even the shakes which I recommend also. They are good at making custom drinks as well. We like a regular macchiato - no flavor with liquid cane sugar instead - a favorite in my household.

CuddlesDoll: Icecream scoop sizes are a joke here, I got a Sundae that was "smaller" than the size of a "Gulf Ball"!!! When I got there they were out of the order sheet so the cashier wrote my order on a piece of paper. I told her I wanted chocolate ICE CREAM and vanilla CAKE. I made sure I told her and asked 3 times before I left if she wrote the order correct and she said yes and repeated the order. 2 days later went to pick up the cake and I asked once again if the cake was chocolate ICE CREAM and vanilla CAKE and not the other way around and she said yes. When I got home and surprised my boyfriend with the cake I was upset because they gave me vanilla ICE CREAM and chocolate CAKE!!! Now the reason why I'm angry is because he was away for 2 weeks and I thought it would be a great surprise for me to get him the cake his mother got him as a boy growing up for special occasions. Why is it so damn hard for these people to make the correct order?!

As i got there and ask for the manager this guy told me that he had just left and to come tomorrow then i just look at his name badge and turn out he was the manager. Lillian Grant: Staff wiped nose and didn't wash his hands and put on gloves before taken orders. Manager JASMINE thought it was funny that I ask if the guy was going to wash his hands and put gloves on.

Meg Comunale: Terrible! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have a severe dairy allergy. I ordered non-dairy cookie dough on Uber eats and Baskin Robbins didn’t even call me to tell me that they didn’t have it. They gave me regular instead without even calling me! I ate a few bites and got so sick after I realized. I will never order from here again. I realize I’m ordering ice cream, but I go here for their non dairy options. Employees should be aware of allergies if you are working in a food business. The employee said she gave me regular ice cream because they didn’t have dairy free. This is just very unacceptable!

Christina Wiatrowski: Ice cream was good. Would be nice if employees offered suggestions (besides the flavor of the month) as there are so many flavors and treats to choose from! Would also be nice if there were more tables or at least extra chairs - it was difficult for 6 adults to enjoy our ice cream together. There were only 4 tables/12 seats that I saw (two 4-tops and two 2-tops). Oh and there were numerous signs that said if you bought two scoops you would get a free waffle cone, but the 3 of us who got two scoops were charged for our cones. We didn't complain, but I recommend looking​ at your receipt if you care about getting what is advertised.

Rosie Magaña: A generous assortment of ice cream and sorbet flavors, and they carry Rocky Road in quart size too. Clean shop and attentive employees, probably the only store nearby with more than 16 flavors.

amani Rawat: The customer service at this BR is always wonderful. They always have 44 flavors of ice cream and the cakes are always stocked. It’s nice to see that they have also been taking covid seriously yet maintained great service.

Li Jones: I ordered the demogorgon sundae and was so excited to try it. The lady working there made it with the wrong ice cream. It was supposed to be strawberry ice cream and she made it with some nasty ice cream with large chocolate chunks in it. I don’t like chocolate and didn’t notice because it was drenched in strawberry topping. They were also out of the waffle bowl that it’s supposed to come in. She also failed to put the red sprinkles on it. Honestly extremely disappointed. How hard is it to make one sundae correctly when there was only one other customer in the store?

mr Nobody: So I'm from Charlotte NC were the customer service is a lot different. I just had the worst experience ever at a Dunkin Baskin Robbins. There was at least 3 workers sitting on the counters one eating an orange, putting the peelings on the counter. The guy that took my order was on his phone and didn't even speak to me. I had to ask if he was ready to take my order. No way would I ever go back or even recommend anyone to ever go to that customer service Dump! I wish I could give - 5 stars. They should fire the whole staff and start over. The only positive thing was the coffee was good and that is it. 👎

Andrea Moore: My poor door dash driver arrived to get our pint of chocolate ice cream and two chocolate dipped waffle cones, only to be told that they didn’t have it and were trying to offer plain cake cones and vanilla soft serve. Trying to rip off customers with a cheaper alternative, maybe? When I called the store and asked about it, the employee hung up on me and didn’t answer the next two times I called. Two thumbs down for customer service.

Red P.: FYI this is a Baskin Robins AND Dunkin Dounuts place. I've had the donuts and as usual they are stale, no surprise. However, when ordering from the BR side the employees have no idea about the menu! Tried to order a sundae, which is on the menu, and they could not figure it out. We had to keep pointing at the menu saying that's it there! We ended up walking out. I do not recommend you visit for menu items. The employees can only handle giving scoops.

Shaun Lee: Food is from corporate so this rating is reflective of the service. Asking for "no cheese" is 50% successful. Drive through does not always give napkins, that's a real problem for greasy sandwiches and frosted donuts. Condiments (pepper, salt, ketchup) are rarely available. In short, poorly managed and inconsistent performance. There is a sign by the till requesting customers call corporate if they experience issues with the independently owned franchise. I hope someone calls and negotiates a buy-out of the location

Tallie Dameron: Staff is so rude and disrespectful. Not sure why they have such terrible people working here. They never have basic items in stock, items that ice cream stores should have in stock. (Chocolate ice cream, snickers topping, cookie dough, etc) and they were rude to ME about it.

Chad Goyette: Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. You can stand at the counter for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges your presence. The people that work there are so depressed and need to be on a work improvement plan to address the horrible customer service.

Ciara Long: They were out of almost every flavor, even vanilla but to their credit the heat index was 105 so I guess it’s understandable. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and even offered to put my to go banana split in a box so it wouldn’t melt as fast.

Tracy Joseph: Apparently, the menu has been revamped since the last time I’ve been to this location. I requested a sundae and was told that they no longer sell sundaes. BASKIN-ROBBINS NO LONGER SELLS SUNDAES. Imagine that. So. I decide to build one a la carte, as the menu suggests. After selecting my ice cream, I request a topping. There were no toppings. Surely, I wasn’t hearing correctly because this IS Baskin-Robbins, right? I ask again, specifically requesting hot fudge. THEY DO NOT HAVE HOT FUDGE. Whipped cream, nuts, and cherry weren’t an option either. I took my overpriced two scoops and bounced. I won’t be returning to this location, as I can buy scoops elsewhere. I came to Baskin-Robbins specifically for what I’ve been used to for years, only to realize that this location is best for persons who want plain scoops in cups or cones. That’s not at all what I’m interested in. I can buy a tub of ice cream from the grocery store for that.

Joseph Muniz: I blame the management here, the workers don't know the menu so you better order something simple otherwise your gonna end up training an employee how to make a menu item. It's easier to leave and go to another ice cream shop somewhere else than try to order here.

I asked the employees (all 3 since they were standing up against the counter on their phones and talking to one another) why was the Baskin Robbins side closed only for one of them called "Jessica" tell me that they did that to be able to clean up on time because they close at 9. I told them they still had half an hour left and she said that's what they were supposed to do. Really unprofessional....

Paul Vincent: Dunking Donuts and Baskin-Robbins combined, Customer service was quick and friendly, food (If you call donuts food!) is high quality and fresh. They have curb side pick up and outdoor seating available too!

Ms. Ewing: Please be careful at this location. The employee was nice but management was bad. After my order was completely rung up management comes over and charges me an additional $2 for regular flavoring in my coffee drink. I visit plenty of BR/Dunkin Donut locations and they have never charged for regular flavoring none the less $2 for it. Starbucks don't even charge that much. When I questioned management about it she said that is what they do here and when I looked at the receipt it was some bogus code that did not even say flavoring or syrup. Please go to another location if you can. This one is not ethical and after paying almost $15 for 2 small drinks they were not even tasty. Do better!!!!

The heavy set woman with the turnan just turned away 20 people stating that their store closes at 945, not 10am. What a terrible way to do business! I will be on the phone with corporate office in the morning. Wasted my time and my gas driving here today to be turned away.

JUDAH GRAHAM: The portions of the icecream for an adult scoop was not worth the price. The manager was very unprofessional. She even never asked what the issue was when i was discussing my concern with one of the employees. Ahe just jumped in and said, "oh she dont want it?" Ahe then took it from the young lady holding out and threw it away. When i tried to explain she just said, " she don't want it she don't want it fine." I left and called back up to the store to ask her her name she hung up on me the first time and the second time she put me on hold for a very long time and then I just hung up I will be calling customer service to let them know the horrible experience that I had at their store today at 3 p.m. on Allentown Road.

The ice cream scoops are so small that they don't reach the sides of the cup! Inexcusable to the lady who worked inside today, I'm not a happy customer and will never be back.

Tonight, there was a young man working who hadn't seen before, he and the other young man were playing and chatting and not being attentive therefore messing up orders. They also weren't wearing their masks correctly. Employees need to be reminded of how to properly where their masks and gloves to include covering their noses with the mask.

Sandra Romero: Girls seem to be fast but very unorganized and unprofessional. I was skipped and the person behind me had their order taken first and by the time I asked for help, the young lady seemed annoyed and I heard her say “Ugghhh this irritates me” when she went over to grab a banana for my order which was a banana split.

R Washington: Staff was nice. I purchased a cake. I told her how many people I wanted to feed and she rolled out four choices of cakes. I thought that was so nice. She made some great selections. The oreo ice cream cake with customized writing on it made everyone happy. Great service + great food = happy outcome. 😋

Teresa D: Horrible experience. Visiting Maryland and took our two kids here for ice cream. The two employees had music blasting so loud you had to yell your order. The music was full of profanity. Heard the F bomb at least a dozen times. Rushed to order so we could get our kids out of there. Management really needs to do something about this.

Briana: Ice cream was half melted. We were told they had to take it out to clean the freezer and it melted in the shift of things, but it was at the point where you could tell it was re-frozen because of the crystals in it. We also had to wait for service because the boy working the front was on his cell phone taking a personal call and paying us no mind. We ended up leaving without buying anything.

Heather B: I ordered an ice cream cake from this location. The cake was delicious and looked like the picture. However, we also got a cone of ice cream while we were there and the cone tasted gross. It had picked up the backed up bathroom smell that permeates this place. Also, when we were ordering the cake, they didn't have the cake toppers organized. So they had to search all over to see if they even had the toy for the top of the cake. Also, the people working at the shop weren't very friendly. While the cake was good, I will not be back to this location.

Peggy Blake: Our first visit here. In town visiting relatives. The crew working the counter was courteous & friendly. The place got very busy right after we received our orders, but the crew took care of everyone handily all the while smiling & being courteous. The place was very neat & clean & almost shown even though it's not a new place! Of course the ice cream & frozen yogurt were delicious! When we're back in the area we'll come here again.

Ivy Escobar: Bought 3 waffle cones. Unfortunately, the waffle part was stale. The lady behind the counter told me “you shouldn’t have bought it if you think they are stale” well, there is know way of knowing if they are fresh before you buy them. I did ask if they were fresh and if they were daily made. I guess she lied. Called corporate and complied. The owner emailed me 3 weeks later offering me a “free cone” I said I bought 3 and tried to explain the concept of what replacing vs free is. He didn’t get it and refused to reimburse me for the stale cones

Douglas: My daughter wanted a brownie sunday for her birthday dessert, so I drove to our closest location on W. Broad St. to discover it's permanently closed. Bummer! So I go to the next closest store which is this one. The store is a mess. I order 2 brownie sundays for my 2 kids. Mint Chip & the other Rainbow Sherbet. Guess what? They are out of both flavors!! In my 50 yrs this happened twice before and both times they were willing to use packed ice cream in the refrigerator. I doublecheck and they have both flavors (quarts) packed for sale. I ask if they can open them up and use them for my two sundays (customer service) and they say "No!" I have to buy the 2 pints. It's my kid's birthday so I say OK. They make the 2 sundays (with MY ICE CREAM) & charge me FULL PRICE (No Discount) for 2 Sundays, even though I’m supplying the ice cream (my 2 quarts). I end up paying $26.34 for 2 Brownie Sundays for my kids birthday. To top it off, they also didn't have "To Go" lids. Horrible Experience!! Total Clown Show!!

Lucy Look: Be aware that this isn't a full Baskin-Robbins. They have a mini counter with the Dunkin donuts inside of a service station. They only have soft serve ice cream. They can make things like blizzards and smoothies and milkshakes.

Ted McMichael: In general, Dunkin Donuts are all pretty good. This one on Edsall Road was also pretty good, but it did lack a few types of donuts I would normally expect to find. Because it was part of a automobile filling station, it was a bit more dirty than I would normally expect and the staff seemed initially confused with my order. But everything worked out fine and I was pleased with our purchases.

Sherelyn White: The service here is the WORST I have ever encountered from a Baskin Robbins franchise. I came in for a simple cake for a birthday and the lady acted like she had no clue that the establishment took cake orders beyond what was already prepared in the freezer. Needless to say I left without placing an order. NEVER again at this location. Not even for a scoop!

Jennifer Tilghman: The Baskin robbins only sells soft serve ice cream. I asked for a chocolate milkshake and got vanilla with chocolate syrup and they mixed whip cream into the milkshake instead of leaving it on top.

Black & Blonde Media: Two women behind the counter at this Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts. We went for ice cream, the esl woman said the 'ice cream machine is broke'. We purchased a 10.00 quart of ice cream from the cooler and ordered two gingerbread cookie donuts. The donuts were STALE. NEVER GOING BACK!

Raspberry Queen: I placed an Uber eats order and after an hour and a half, my order was canceled. I waited an hour and a half for this order and my driver waited over 20 minutes at the location. I called the store to find out why & a young girl brattily answered the phone "hello..". I asked what establishment it was and she just sounded confused. Talking to her was getting me nowhere, so I asked for a manager and was told that there wasn't one. She then said she was one. She then proceeded to get an attitude and hang up the phone. I called back several times and no one answered but the last time, a boy answered. Same hello, no business, no name, no nothing. So I asked him to speak to a manager and he said "this is the manager". I asked how many managers there were because the first girl who answered the phone said she was a manager as well. I asked for a person in charge and he hung up the phone. I could hear laughing, it sounded like a middle school classroom. I want to know what happened with my order and why it took so long. And why there was no one to speak with to resolve this issue.

Krishna Bhavithavya Kidambi: The ice cream shop and the donut shop are in the same store. The ice cream was good but they can improve their service a bit. But they were polite and nice.

Zainab Kargbo: I came in around 8pm Saturday 7/24 and there were two girls working and they were amazing!! Both of them had great customer service, very friendly and seem like hard workers! I definitely would keep coming back just for them. They are doing a great job!!

Yobany Matos: I walked to the door 7 minutes before 9pm as the sign still said open. As I approach a guy locked the door and walked away. I then engaged with the other employees asking why they are closed before 9pm and as we were talking the lights in the location were turned off. The three were very unprofessional and it shows they lack work ethic. I was not alone. There were 4 other customers wondering why they closed early. Meanwhile google says they don’t close till 10pm. I can’t visit this location in the future.

It took 3 employees, 3 corrective repetitions of my order and a partial refund to receive my food and drinks...with no apologies for *their errors*, and no response to my cheery "thank you" when they finally completed my order. I shall be spending my money elsewhere in future.

Maia Swisdak: Good ice cream, and the staff does their job. However, I was kind of confused by the cone names, so if they could label them (if they have, I didn’t notice, sorry) that would be great. Their custom cake booklet was kind of banged up, but the cakes also looked delicious. Overall great, and I love that they open so early.
