Lighthouse Yoga Center: what do users think?

Jennifer Holshue: I love Lighthouse. The teachers, the variety of classes, a ton of interesting workshops, the unpretentious vibe, and community-focused ethos have been a welcome presence in the neighborhood since coming to their Kennedy Street location. I try to practice with them at least a couple of times a week, and with online and in-person classes available, it’s convenient and fun. Everyone, teachers and students alike, have all always been kind and welcoming. The studio itself is always clean and obviously well cared for. Highly recommended!!

Kelsi Van Veen: Amazing community, tons of great classes and workshops, wonderful people. Just recently started taking classes here and I wish I wasn’t so busy because they have so many fun workshops to try! The classes I have taken have all been fantastic. It’s quite clear the studio has attracted a community of diverse, wonderful, and welcoming human beings. Pics are from an outdoor class with Jazmin a few weeks back. She was fantastic and connected with and recognized the needs of each one of her students. As someone that has only dabbled in yoga, I was glad to find a place that is unpretentious but that has extremely knowledgeable teachers to learn from!

Kelsi Van Veen: Lighthouse Yoga Center has been a wonderful find since moving to Petworth. Such a diverse community of people and they are so welcoming! I really enjoy being able to try many different types of yoga classes, and there seem to be a ton of great events on the schedule every month. Having the flexibility to take online classes from home as well has been great for my busy schedule. Highly recommend.

B C: Great Kundalini Yoga studio. Very authentic, with great teachers , feels very neighborhoody and reasonable. I just started and although a bit far for me, I look forward to coming . Just like other reviews stated , easy to register on line, friendly and true sense of sharing the art of yoga with community. Highly recommend!

Yoga Heights U St./Shaw: what do users think?

Kandace Massenburg: Did my first class here this morning, and it was AMAZING! I did aerial yoga with Hailey, and they’re absolutely amazing! It was my first time doing aerial yoga, but Hailey made me feel safe, secure, and supported throughout the entire class! They were so amazing, so supportive and they even convinced me to go upside down. It was a class with mostly new people, and they handled it with grace and poise. Can’t wait to keep taking classes here!

brownbunny30: Paula was amazing! She made our group of 9 (ages 21 to 46 of all sizes) comfortable with the silks and movement! By the time we finished every one was craving more!

Allan Regis: i love the U St studio!!! (it’s conveniently located right across from Nellie’s so i can stop in for a drink afterwards haha.) this studio offers great prices for Aerial classes which i really appreciate.

Ian Kiefhaber: Love Yoga Heights, I have literally had only positive experiences with them over the last two or so years. Special shout out to Amy, I highly recommend any of her classes.

Pole Pressure: what do users think?

Miss Candace: I have enjoyed my pole journey here. The instructors are encouraging and knowledgeable and I have found the classes to be fun of the type of positive energy I need to get my feet off the ground. There are a variety of options for all levels & they offer private and virtual lessons as well. The price is worth it. I’d definitely recommend joining this studio if you’re looking to build your skills or your confidence.

Frances Raybaud: Pole Pressure is full of teachers who are gracious, patient, skilled, and keep things lighthearted while putting me through the most exercise I’ve ever done in my life! I have so much fun in every class- I just hope they expand their class offerings to more in the evenings to accommodate more working stiffs like me! :D

S.M. P.: Awesome pole studio! The instructors are good and there are a variety of teaching styles too. I love that I can attend classes online from the other side of the USA too! VERY reasonably priced and lots of classes to pick from. SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE!

Anndria Thomas: Best time ever, thank you all so much for helping make our bachelorette trip amazing!!! The girls, the bride and I absolutely loved it. The instructor was amazing. I will definitely recommend you guys and I will be returning!!!

Indya Heyward: Didn’t get a chance to dance. had a open session w/o instructor and due their late policy weren’t able to get in. W/o refund or credit if you are some one who is late or it’s an accident/ parking issue/ life just turn around and save the hassle as no one will be available at the locked door. May be a good experience but I wouldn’t know. Not sure if I’ll risk going back as I’ve already lost my initial amount for class. Smart. but seems like a ploy for money. Update: was given a voucher and enjoyed my open session. was able to play my own music and rock out recommend just BE ON TIME…

Massimiliano Bissa: Before starting my experience at pole pressure I used to go to other pole studios. Pole pressure is definitely better for many reasons. I particularly appreciate the many classes available that cover all the levels, from beginner to advanced, whereas other studios have only few choices. It may be a little bit more expensive than other but you are sure to have your pole without sharing it with other 2/3 people. Instructors are amazing... Really well trained and they follow all the people in the class to help them, and also very supportive. So far my favorite studio on DC!

Stephanie Patrice: Well all I can say is “it’s worth every penny” this is my 3rd try of trying to find a class during covid and in the past 2 weeks I’ve learned more and became a lot more confident in myself. I love the diversity of the teachers and learning different techniques and routines. The library is a plus!

Cara Weathers: Amazing studio! Super fun instructors and warm welcoming students :)

justin hampton: Incredible classes and teachers for all levels of practice. The waiting area feels like a spa with its big bay windows, pillowed cushions, and fresh hot tea. The best part are the people there, both the Karma Yogi’s & Fellow practitioners, it is a wonderful community

Samantha Power: All of the classes are beautifully taught by teachers will an intention to guide, strengthen, and heal. Many classes have a spiritual dimension as well, something I was looking for when I came to Flow. I feel lucky to be a part of this amazing community!

Tierra Wilson: I’ve attended yoga sessions with Ashley Allison. I always leave feeling so renewed, strengthened, and mentally relaxed.....and the music is always good!

Luke Lukens: The most consistently excellent studio in DC. Offers a variety of styles with knowledgeable teachers in each.

Terrance Flood: I never tried yoga before but these people were really great.

Margarito Linares: (Translated by Google) Well for the whole community I have never been to this place but I would like it. Be training stand up of this community to overcome. Bluebird Sky Yoga: what do users think?

Rebecca Wolf: I’ve been coming to Bluebird Sky Yoga for a few weeks now and it is becoming one of the best parts of my week! I’m coming back to a yoga practice after 10 years and I’m so thankful for this bright, kind and welcoming studio serving the Edgewood/Brookland community. Prices are fair, instructors are wonderful, vaccine-mandatory policy keeps people safe, and the space is beautiful. The main studio is warm, bright and relaxing. Try their new member deal!

Kristen Gardner: This a very nice studio with a good vibe. The class offerings are fantastic and the teachers are attentive and professional. The space is open and airy and situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. I have been to many studios in DC, and I feel as if this is my permanent yoga home!

Paige Lieberman: So great to have this place in the neighborhood! I’ve been looking for a new studio for awhile, and from my first class here, I was sold. It’s a chill place that makes you feel calm as soon as you walk in. The teachers lead very approachable classes, while still offering challenging asanas and pranayama techniques. Having taken a teacher training myself, it’s clear that the teachers are well educated. It’s exciting to find classes in DC with these advanced themes woven into the classes.

Amber W: Very kind and accommodating owner! Background: I had to change my contract start date because I was going to be overseas for a large portion of the month. The staff forwarded my request to the owner, who emailed me and was perfectly fine with changing the contract start date so that I could take full advantage of the membership that month. As a new client, this shows me that this studio cares about their patrons. I am sure I will continue to practice here! Highly recommend.

Natalia Alvarez Diaz: One of my absolute favorite studios in DC! The space is gorgeous and the staff and teachers are courteous and knowledgeable. Love the murals outside and the lovely reading nook for some pre or post-class tea.

Yoga Heights Georgia Ave.: what do users think?

Allan Regis: this was my home studio for like four years before the pandemic… so many fond memories of this space! love the dark wood floors in the front studio, and the back studio is perfect for yin classes with the lights turned down low. looove this studio space.

Mairi Breen Rothman: The teacher, Sadie Leigh, greeted each person warmly and personally. She moved with ease between the two rooms, she explained everything in a way that each person could adapt to their own abilities, she brought an underpinning of spirituality that was heartening but not directive, and she has a lovely voice. She also demonstrated with skill and precision while maintaining a monologue laced with excellent metaphors and a little levity. The space was warm, clean, equipped with lots of nice equipment (blocks, bolsters, blankets, mats) and good lighting. I will make Sunday morning yoga a priority from now on!

Jason Matti: Great class with Yogi Corrine!

Camille Dykes: Yoga Heights made me love yoga! I took my first yoga class here years ago and fell in love. I am so lucky to have such a beautiful studio in my area. They provide a wide range of classes for for people of all abilities and skill level. I love the diversity of styles and teachers. No class is the same and they allow you to find a practice that works best for your body! There is a variety of packages that are affordable and they even have happy hour classes on the weekdays. I recommend taking advantage of the fact that you can use your membership at any of their studios to expand your practice and meet new yogis. I’m so happy that I found this place because it brings me so much joy and peace!

Julia Purinton: Yoga Heights has a terrific range of teachers with individual teaching styles as well as an array of classes in various yoga traditions. There are multiple virtual class options every day, and the zoom format allows for both a sense of community and the privacy of an at home practice. The variety of classes keeps me coming to the mat, sometimes multiple times a day, for the strength-building of Barre and Power Flow and the stress relief of Yin. Although I sorely miss the in-person experience of the studio community, seeing familiar faces on the computer from wherever we are all quarantining is a real solace and support.

Seth Yeazel: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe instructors are extremely positive, sweet, and provide a great workout. I will be a long term member of the studio, no doubt!

Sofie Miller: The instructors are wonderful, there is such variety in the classes offered, and I can pick from multiple virtual classes that fit my schedule. The Yoga Heights membership is such a good deal (I use it all the time!) and would highly recommend this studio.

Katy Roberts: Great atmosphere, great teacher, overall good vibes

Kaili Mang Jeyarajah: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis is a yoga studio that offers teachers plenty of creative freedom and support, so you have access to a broad range of yoga styles and many classes at different times of day. They have stayed faithfully online during the entire pandemic! We are looking forward to them carefully opening in person as well, very soon.

Susan Cooper: Positive: Communication, QualityLove, love, love this studio. I have been practicing here for 16 years. The variety of classes offered for all levels, the quality of the teachers, some who have been there as long as I have, and the low key welcoming vibe make this a perfect yoga studio. Highly recommend.

Emma Mehrabi: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going to WYC for several years now and absolutely love them. They transitioned flawlessly into pandemic yoga teaching online, and I’m so happy that my favorite instructor, Audrey Roxas, is still teaching for them. Can’t say enough great things!

Epic Yoga DC: what do users think?

Alyssa: Beautiful, locally owned studio space with a wide variety of classes and particularly solid classes/cues for advanced yogis, which I appreciated. I had tried out a few different studios when I moved to DC in 2019 and chose Epic Yoga. It was also a pleasure to teach here in-person (prior to Covid) and I’m grateful to Amie and Emma for providing me with that opportunity. Definitely check this studio out, either virtually or in-person!

Margaret Atkinson: I love this space—but, hands down, its biggest asset is Alex Hall. Her Soul Vibe Yoga Flow class was something I always looked forward to — I recently moved from D.C. and am so missing that practice. My workweek stress was no match! Not only is she the best teacher I’ve experienced in my 10+ years of yoga, but also an incredibly kind & thoughtful person — run, don’t walk to Alex’s class!

Nataliia Zubrytska: Favorite studio in the city, amazing space and teachers. Everyone has their own style where lies the beauty.

Shivani K: Loved the yoga barre fusion class. Emma is a great teacher! After work hours classes are super packed. Far less people during lunch time and I preferred those. The classes in general were good.

CorePower Yoga: what do users think?

Rose D: Tyler is a great instructor. She should teach more classes. Unfortunately many get canceled. Lindsey and Tyler are also good but less intense. The studio is generally clean and the classes are comfortable in terms of spacing. Weekend classes are very packed but not as bad as the georgetown location, which is entirely unacceptable. The locker area is not particularly clean there and the overcrowding of classes is poorly managed (signing up for class won’t guarantee you a spot, nor will you want it once you walk in and see how jam packed it is). Dupont and city center are definitely better locations

Stefan Smith: I travel to DC regularly for business, and usually visit the CityCenter studio when I am in town. I decided to try Dupont Circle last Saturday because there was a great class time that really fit with my schedule (there seem to be a lot less C2 classes compared with YS). I really enjoyed my experience! The studio was easy to find and was conveniently located. I was warmly welcomed, and everything was clean and in great condition. I took C2 with Kia at 9:30. I was blown away to learn that this was her first class as a teacher! Kia was confident, poised, and easy to follow, and she definitely came across as caring and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed her flow; it was challenging, creative, and really allowed us to use and explore our space. As always, the class as a whole had a great positive energy; I have been using CP on Demand for the past year, and it has been great getting back into the studio with other people! I will definitely return to the Dupont Circle studio when I am back in DC!

Reggie Johnson: Took Kell’e class last week and it was amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and has amazing energy . I will be back again to take her class. I’m no yoga pro at all but she helped me with the tough position and I really appreciated that.

Jackie Moruzzi: My instructor was so friendly and encouraging--her 8am sculpt was packed and it was a great workout

Maria Webb: The instructors are friendly and welcoming, most importantly, they make sure you get the most of your practice.

Zae: This place is perfect! There are some great people that work here that are there to make sure you get the most out of your practice.

Circle Yoga Cooperative: what do users think?

Leah Hudson: Circle Yoga is an incredible studio. The staff is very warm and welcoming, and the studio is open and clean. I was drawn to the studio because they were one of the few in the DC area that offered in-person prenatal yoga classes. I felt safe with vaccine and mask requirements in place. The instructor, Jen, is amazing and offers modifications to help each individual.

Jessica Ewers: We absolutely love Circle Yoga and have been taking classes for years! My almost 12 year old daughter has always been treated with kindness, compassion and love. The summer camp is the best! They incorporate art, movement, and positive self-awareness. I highly recommend this beautiful establishment.

Sheri Denkensohn: I began going to Circle Yoga remotely during the pandemic. I live in Virginia and would never be able to have access to the studio. It is fantastic! I specifically enjoy yoga Nidra and gentle yoga. The instructors are top-notch and class feels like a community. I would not go anywhere else! It is well worth the money.

Joan Alker: I love, love, love Circle Yoga and have been going there for years. The teachers are absolutely top notch and the studio is incredibly welcoming for people of all levels of experience. There are virtual and in person options. I have done yoga all over the country and this studio is very special.

Kristina Carson: Circle Yoga is such a special place for me and my family. I started taking their prenatal classes with my first and continued growing with their class offerings from there. So lucky to have a such a bright and happy studio close to home!

Flow Yoga Center: what do users think?

Charlotte Hacker: I moved to DC a couple of months ago and Flow has been instrumental in making me feel like a part of the community. If you are looking for a friendly, communal, and welcoming space to practice yoga, this is it! Great variety of classes, wonderful teachers, and unbeatable perks with the unlimited monthly pass (which is incredibly well priced for DC).

Kathryn Strong: I absolutely adore this studio. I think it’s the best in the district. Top notch teachers, conveniently scheduled classes, great customer service, beautiful spaces, competitive pricing. I know yoga is a business, but this studio feels like somewhere I can just be.

Zoe Kaiser: This studio is clean, prices competitive, and teachers offer excellent instruction. They also are great partners in the community. This location is more modern style and has one studio, in comparison with their P Street location which has three practice rooms and a slightly more boho style. HIGHLY recommend going to this studio and taking a class.

alex clark: Awesome new student class package that you can’t beat. I did my first vinyasa class there this past Saturday and it was a fun flow that was different than I normally do

SourceCore Studio: what do users think?

Emilie Heddings: I can’t say enough about this amazing studio! From the amazing atmosphere to the welcoming and inclusive instructors, I have never felt so comfortable working out. The variety of classes is great too, there’s everything from Barre/Sculpt/pilates (my favorite with instructor Deanna) to Ariels and lots of yoga classes. The classes never disappoint. The facility is always clean and Chris always has a smile, he’s also very open to suggestions. Source Core has now become an important part of my life. It has given me confidence to do the things I never thought I could and the toning is a nice plus! 🤣🤣

Rori DiFiore: I purchased a month pass to SourceCore for my brother and I, & wow did we have a great experience! The founder Chris is very kind and welcoming to new students and so are all the wonderful expert instructors. There is such a wide variety of course offerings from basic fundamental position classes (taught by Dan who is fantastic), to Yin Yoga, and a incredible candlelight class (that is perfect for anyone needing some deep relaxation)! The diverse course offerings and times make it easy to fit into a busy schedule. We loved SourceCore and plan to be back soon!

Kayo Martin: It is a beautiful studio that is very warm and stylish, I love also the nice positive energy around! I love the classes and instructors. They have Yoga, pilates, Barre, and even more! I recently tried Trapeze Yoga by Maggie, it was amazing. My spine got much more space and feel freedom. It is great for everyone especially who has back or/and shoulder issues.

Natasha Pieschke: With such an inviting atmosphere this studio is perfect for anyone who is just starting out or is already experienced. There is a variety of classes to choose from, no matter what your interested in there is the perfect class for you! Classes are taught by friendly and educated teachers, SourceCore is a great place to get in a workout!

Debra Rodriguez: I really like the variety of the classes offered st this studio. I have take yoga, pilates and barre classes (and there are other types of classes ). The instructors are excellent! I have visited many yoga and workout studios in Northern Virginia. SourceCore is outstanding!

Alea Wilson: I love Source Core Studio! There is such a variety of classes and each instructor is talented, knowledgeable and fun. The facility is new, clean and light. Source Core has created such a warm and welcoming community, it is a pleasure to attend any of the classes!

Rachel Harding: SourceCore is like my second home…it is the most inclusive community that I have ever been a part of! I love all the different classes that it offers and the studio has really good vibes. There are always fun workshops and events going on and all the teachers are super friendly and helpful.

CM L: I’ve been coming to Haute Bodhi for almost five years now and it is an incredibly welcoming studio. Haute Bodhi has a great vibe with great instructors…I also love that it is a small, local business. I highly recommend!

Donald Hertzmark: Have been going to HB for about 3.5 years. Instructors are top notch and studio/community is great. Instructors offer excellent tips for all levels of practice.

Mary Slater: Great studio and teacher , felt welcomed and safe in a new, difficult yoga experience. I plan to go back !

Mardi Muru: Always a great experience at this location. Most recently I tried their no heat yoga sculp. By the end you could have fooled me with the no-heat claim, I had worked up a sweat just fine!

traci kato-kiriyama: Good, clean facility, really nice staff. Convenient location for convention center attendees. Hot Power Fusion class wasn’t too hot - temp gauge was up but heater is competing with the cold from outside hitting the wall of windows. Two single stall restrooms per dressing rooms designated “women” and “men”

Stefan Smith: I travel to DC regularly for work and always practice at CityCenter when I’m in town. The location is perfect, and I’m always welcomed and made to feel like I’m a “regular”. The classes at CityCenter are always well attended and have an inspiring energy. The studio and other facilities are also always clean and well maintained. CorePower is a pretty physical and strenuous style of yoga. I don’t think I’ve ever sweat more than I do at CPY!!

Genie Concepcion: The sound system was busted but the class led by Elizabeth Harris was still amazing! I like how there are designated spots per mat now. We’re no longer on top of each other during class.

Nicole Williams: In DC on a trip and was looking for a yoga facility close to my hotel. I was more than surprised by the facility as well as the class itself. Absolutely amazing. I attended the C2 class was a great workout and enjoyed the instructors style. Locker room, showers, and amenities are super clean. I definitely recommend CorePower Yoga.

Lindsay Hart: I was in from out of town just for the day and found Core Power Yoga on a whim. I LOVE that they had a middle-of-the-day class (12pm). The teacher was amazing, perfect heat and flow. Really enjoyed the class and studio and will definitely be back!

Yoga District - I St.: what do users think?

c robinson: I completed the all day meditation and it was both challenging and excellent. Flow and yin yoga in morning was great. Mix of longer sitting and short walking meditation. I would suggest that for the end of day yoga session, don’t do flow, it’s too intense after so many hours sitting. I suggest a more gentle yoga or stick to yin and restorative poses for a more gentle approach after over 9 hours. I felt like the last yoga class “undid” some of the meditation. I’d do it again if the 2nd yoga class is more restorative. Thank you for a great day!

Andrew Reese: I am visiting DC from Columbus Ohio and located this quaint studio not too far from my hotel. I went to a class the first day in the afternoon taught by Aperna and the second day in the morning taught by Sam. Both instructors did an outstanding job and I benefited from a promotion where I only paid for 1 class as the second one was free. Thanks Aperna and Sam!! Michael Reese

jasmine chehrazi: As a member of this community through thick and thin, I find the teachers are incredibly dedicated. The managers work with their amazing teams to keep the space neat and the accounts team and passes are transparent and fair.

Tim Reising: Great class and instructor

Yoga District - Glover Park: what do users think?

Stephanie Timmons: The class offerings at Yoga District include a great mix of strength, flow, deep breathing, and relaxation. I appreciate having the online offering, allowing me the flexibility to practice in my own space. The classes have been easy to follow. Since starting with Yoga District, I’ve felt considerably more in-tuned with my mind and body.

Kraig Hamady: Great studio that give tons of options for finding your own practice. Unlike more corporate yoga studio that pre-package standard flows (which has its proponents), Yoga District cultivates a quiver of individual teachers of diverse backgrounds and training so you can find any class that serves your overall style, or needs for that particular day. The studios (I practiced at the Glover Park and Dupont locations) are intimate yet inviting. Teacher were super friendly and knowledgeable. I also was very impressed with their commitment to using natural and sustainable cleansers, towels, and mats. This will be my yoga home when I come back to DC to visit family.

Margaux Nielsen: Yoga District is a cute, laid back studio for the Glover Park neighborhood and definitely the most affordable yoga in the area. They have lots of different types of classes, and the teachers and staff are always very friendly. Highly recommend!

Stacey McLaughlin: Yoga under a huge oak tree. How much better does it get?

Mikela Moore: Cute little studio with amazing teachers!

Patrick Burritt: Great spot!

Dupont Circle Yoga: what do users think?

Erin Shea: Positive: Professionalism, QualityI miss heading to classes at DCY. The space is simple but serene. Teachers are skilled, helpful and most importantly, respectful. Having had a few bad experiences with what seem to be ego-driven yoga teachers/studios, a space like Dupont is not to be missed!

Ruizhi LIU: This yoga studio is located in a very cute neighborhood. I was visiting DC and took a deep flow class with Peter. I was deeply impressed by his teaching and really appreciate how he helped push my body just a little bit further to reach positions I wasn’t able to before. If you live in the area, or are just visiting (like me), I highly recommend you checking this place out. Plus, they have very attractive rate for first timers. There’s changing room and yoga mats you can use. So you don’t have to bring anything. P.S. their sister studio Georgetown Yoga, which I checked out during my last visit to DC was also very nice.

Demian Sanchez: My favorite yoga center in the Dupont area. The space is cozy, clean and comfortable and I like their vinyasa classes. The prices are also quite competitive, the best bang for your buck in the area

Roz R.: Beautiful space with great teachers. Love coming to this yoga studio and their sister studio, Georgetown Yoga. Also love their student discounts!

Stefanie G: Did $10 first timer class w Moriah and she slayed. This place has good vibes, mats to borrow, and a flow sequence that has me feeling so good. Get to it.

lindsay love: Gorgeous, calm space draws you away from the bustle of the city. Excellent instruction with a personal touch and attention to detail. Highly recommend

Ashley Morgan: Love this studio, great classes and one of the most scenic locations in DC.

532YOGA: what do users think?

Dustin Phillips: What I love about Yoga 532 is the instructors do an amazing job of providing clear and simple instructions. They suggest modifications to each pose so that the classes always feel challenging for any skill level, while not overwhelming anyone who is still learning (like me). Even when the class is somewhat full, the instructors still offer personalized attention and help you get the most out of your stretches/poses. I have only been to classes by Suzanne, Maia, and Jon so far, but they have all been a pleasure to work with and I can’t wait to experience classes with some of the other instructors as well! Highly recommend!

Chloe Loving: This studio fosters community, self-care, growth and love in a time where all of that and more is needed! The teachers all deliver high quality instruction while coming from a variety of diverse backgrounds. Suzanne has done an impeccable job allowing even virtual students to feel present during class time. Her artistic taste and eclectic style keeps you coming back for more of that same energy. Great location, easy to walk to a local restaurant for an outdoor meal or consider wandering a few blocks to the river front for an evening in Old Towne.

Brittany Grant: I took the Sunday night candlelight flow with Aleasa and it was a fantastic first experience with the studio. Great atmosphere in a beautiful space and the instructor’s energy was phenomenal. I’ll definitely be returning when I’m back in town!

Asiha Grigsby: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality532 Yoga is a wonderful welcoming community of all walks and yoga experience. As soon as you cross the threshold you feel accepted into the space and encouraged to move through your practice exactly how your body leads you. I love this place. I am happy in the space. It is worth your time. Honor yourself by practicing here.

Priscilla Totten: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality532Yoga is like my second home. Working at home and having no commute has freed me up to take more classes, so I try to be at alignment, ashtanga, yin and flow classes each week. The instructors are excellent; I value the fellowship within the studio and the depth that my yoga practice has gained.

Yoga Heights Takoma: what do users think?

Maya Hollomon: Yoga for every BODY, not just Instagram model look-alikes. Also really affordable for the DC area. Very kind, well trained teachers and friendly staff.

Allan Regis: love this studio. it lets in a lot of natural light, conveniently located by the metro, and it has plenty of space for classes!

Stephanie Hoehn: I love Yoga Heights, and the Takoma location is just beautiful. The studios are spacious and calming and I love getting an hour away to myself. There is a wide variety of classes, from sweaty power flows to relaxing yin - and everything in between. Their current COVID precautions (everyone must be vaccinated and masked) make me feel very comfortable practicing indoors, although I appreciate their outdoor offerings, too!

James Dickas: Went here for my first studio class since the pandemic started. It was great! It was challenging to get back into it, but the all levels class was a good speed. Tip: the staff is efficient, so they arrived 5 min prior to class start (7:45pm class). If you arrive early and it looks closed, they will be there soon.

Chanpen Tee: Nice and clean facility. Instructors and staff are nice and friendly. There are a lot of classes.

Ileana Schinder: Yoga Heights is amazing. They have engaging and very experienced teachers for all levels. Their prices are very good and there are several plans yogis can join. I highly encourage you to come, practice and meet the amazing people that make yoga practice a true personal experience. Highly, highly recommended!

Jessica Pierno: Love this location— close to metro, calm and beautiful spaces, and amazing instructors.
