Mr. Mitchell knowledge and expertise in the law and litigation in Probate Matters has put me at ease. He is very thorough in his approach and planning his (Motions, Petitions, Mediation, and Trial). I have hired other lawyers but I am very satisfied with Mr. Mitchell and his quality of professionalism. Something else in this day and time most attorneys are not willing to work with you and set up a payment plan, but Mr. Mitchell's willingness to provide me with a payment plan, and the benefit of his portable practice saved me time and money. Meeting clients at their home and/or office is a great convenience and time saver. Equally important is Mr. Mitchell's willingness to work with motivated clients virtually (emails, telephone calls, text messages), which drastically reduces the costs of in person meetings. Finally, Mr. Mitchell provided me a flat fee, without that I probably could never have afforded my legal services on an hourly basis.

Atlanta Georgia: The Federal Practice Group (led by Attorney Thompson) is an excellent firm. Attorney Thompson and her team supported our family through a very emotional legal matter. Miles Hawthorne: Mr. Montalvo a founding partner, cares about his client's experience and is polite and considerate. If you are a veteran and need a service record correction I would ask you to at least consider the firm. I was disappointed in the outcome of my board of military corrections case which resulted in the deduction of one star. For any government civilian employment issues I can't recommend the firm as highly. My attorney was very polite and worked hard on my case. However, her supervisor, Ms. Friedman was another experience entirely. Ms. Friedman, a supervisingy attorney, is rude and condescending. Ms. Friedman talks over and is frequently unavailable to clients. For that reason I deducted a star. I would ask that you at least consider the firm overall because one person's behavior should not affect the entire firm's professional assessment. You should be aware that you are paying for a large prestige firm which is expensive and may assign your case to junior attorneys that might not be worth the cost considering their ability, and consider value in making a decision.

Private Private: Joanna Friedman and the Federal Practice Group, thank you for helping out even the little, tinny workers within the Federal Government. Another entity pointed out how rare it was to come to a resolution so swiftly, which I give credit to Ms. Friedman's representation. Moved to a new town, got a basic job with the Federal Government and then COVID hit. After noticing unethical practices, I documented, emailed and called for help by following the rules and eventually was fired. I reached out to the Federal Practice Group prior to being dismissed and was put in touch with Joanna Friedman. The law offices in my state wouldn't touch my case against such a large entity. D 80: Conversation was immediately short, met with immense irritable mannerisms, and unprofessional. Arriving back from a VA appointment in which I responded with a call back within the given 15 minute window only to be met with the response; "no wonder your were terminated". I missed our initial consultation as my phone blocked the number and sent it to voicemail as I was expecting a return call from the number I called on the website; my bad; but I'm good. I'm sure the firm has served other clients in a better capacity in which I don't want to negate their efforts and accomplishments; as the only focal point of my conversation rotated around fees and "pounding sand" without a thorough consultation towards a resolution in regards to my circumstance; as if there was no winning strategy developed as the barrier was already put up from the second call back attempt. It just wasn't for me. No harsh feelings though, just my personal experience.
Phillip Rogers: I am in Week 2 of working with Ms. Lolotai and Mr. Mahoney. So far the process has been a little overwhelming, but they are phenomenal with calming my nerves and anxiousness. Linda Kentch: The BEST decision I ever made was to contact the The Law Firm of John P. Mahoney, Esq. I had navigated through the EEOC process without legal representation up until the Formal complaint process. Days before my hearing with the Administrative Judge, I realized that I was in way over my head and may need legal representation. I contacted numerous law firms, all proclaiming to be experts in handling EEOC cases, but none of them would allow me to even speak to an attorney without first signing a contract. I reached out to The Law Firm of John P. Mahoney and spoke at length with Attorney John Mahoney. After hearing the facts of my EEOC case, he explained the legal process in excellent detail, and in terms that were easy for any lay person to understand. He outlined the legal fees and provided realistic expectations for the outcome going forward, with and without, legal representation. I immediately hired the firm and Attorney Michael Mierau was assigned to my case. Mr. Mierau successfully postponed the formal hearing date and opened settlement negotiations with my Agency. As I suspected, Agency leadership were arrogant and had dug their heels in deep with complete disregard for any settlement negotiations. Mr. Mierau took them on, armed with his expert knowledge of the law and superb negotiation skills. Long story short, Mr. Mierau successfully negotiated from the Agency’s initial offer and quadrupled it. Finally, two weeks after my final settlement agreement with the Agency was approved by the Administrative Judge, the full settlement amount was deposited into my checking account. I would highly recommend the Law Firm of John P. Mahoney and Attorney Michael Mierau. My only regret is that I did not hire them earlier in the EEOC process. The best money I have ever spent!
Emily A: I did not initially have the funds to afford a lawyer when my security clearance was revoked. After a few weeks, I was able to scrape up enough money to hire Attorney Mahoney's services. The downside is, by the time I was able to get an attorney there was only 3 weeks left before my case had to be submitted.
