Natalia Suska: Best grocery store in the area! It has the cheapest prices in Georgetown because they do not price surge based on location, like Safeway does. The staff are all really nice and helpful too.
Alex Navarro: Great store. Not enough variety for me to shop there exclusively, but I do love many of their items enough to make a special trip. The service from the staff is always excellent. As with all Trader Joe’s, the parking can be a nightmare. Too many spots jammed in.
Lillian Bauer: I visited Monday 03/21/22 around 4:30 pm! Got all my groceries, but unfortunately the woman packed my bags too heavy. I figured my car’s around the corner - I’ll be ok. Well, I was wrong all my items broke through the bag on the sidewalk. Of course all the eggs broke:( I set them aside, picked up my groceries and went to my car before another bag broke. A young brunette woman saw me, ran to my car and offered to run inside and get the items that broke! She was on parking duty. I wish I got her name but let me just say - what a wonderful person!!! This store is beyond lucky to have her!
Maribel Jimeno: The bestTrader Joes in DC. they are increasingly adding more and more fresh unpacked produced which is nice. If only they had more variety of fish and meats, this store would be perfect.

Khoi Nguyen: One of my favorite locations. Really busy but clean store, friendly staff and everything’s full stocked. Wide variety of frozen items, wine, produce and flowers. Very quick and efficient check out process. Even with a +20 person check out line it moved really quickly
Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Very clean excellent location, Great customer service, full of all kinds of merchandise.Good thing this location is not very busy.Fresh bread lots of variety of vegetables and other items.
River: Most pleasant grocery shopping experience. Very clean, personable, helpful and respectful staff and a great value! If you want to know professionalism, just make one visit. The only place to shop around this area! A sincere thank you to management and staff. AAA+++

Danira Ortiz: I was visiting DC. I was wondering if it’d be more expensive because of the location but it wasn’t. Same quality products at affordable prices! Very clean location. Super helpful staff. I mentioned to the cashier that I hadn’t found their head to toe balm and she volunteered to go check quick. Unfortunately they just didn’t have it in stock but I appreciated the effort.

Ive been assisted to my car with my groceries and when items aren’t stocked, they go in the back to retrieve them. I consider this above and beyond service. The parking deck is tight but it is free and reliable. Im never disappointed when coming here.

Naseem Simon: My favorite groceries store! Here you could find everything. the very best in quality food at great prices. I get all my meat, dairy and produce here. Incredible value for the money. I’m always amazed when I see the total at the bottom of my receipt. , also is so lovely at the main entrance all the flowers and plants That also sell here.

Loren Willcock: This is a pretty good size Trader Joe’s. The only downside is if you have a large vehicle you have to roll the dice and hope you can get street parking which can be difficult. But the staff are friendly, they had everything in stock and the prices are always great at Trader Joe’s.

Gabriella Romaniello: I had such a great experience at this Trader Joe’s in Old Town. The staff is very friendly and they have awesome customer service. I was checking out (my cashiers name was Bob) and had bought a bunch of groceries and champagne. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and had forgotten my ID in the car. Since I had parked farther away from the store, the cashier offered to help me with my shopping cart and brought the groceries to my car. It was such a kind gesture especially when you’re so pregnant and walking becomes difficult. I doubt this would have happened at any of the other large chain grocery stores! Thank you TJ’s for the great service!! It’s truly a friendly, neighborhood vibe!

Harry: We love Trader Joe’s. Both their product and service. Many others we been to especially the ones in Nashua NH, they’re so passionate and delightful. Even when having a bad day, a trip to the store brightens you up. Well, NOT in here. They talk to each other while you waiting to check out. And when calling the next customer, No announcement, no smile, no greetings, but rather a hand gesture a CBP office would use in the old days.. I was amazed.

Ray Moreno: What’s better than Trader Joe’s!? Most everything you could want food wise and tons of unique items at a reasonable price. I buy my eggs, milk, much of my fruit and vegetables. They have all of the meats & chicken as well as sandwiches meat and cheeses. A good selection of bread, chips, nuts salsa, beans and a great selection of oils & dairy. A nice variety of pasta & sauces. Too many snacks to describe and really good. Speciality items galore with lots of hummus options. Good breakfast items and a decent selection of bacon, hot dogs and sausages. Plenty of water and beverage selection.
Rohan Reddy: Great place with great vibe. I love their Swiss chocolates.
Simeon Pollock: Friendly & nice - it’s Trader Joes!!!! But this location is soooo busy that it lacks a good parking lot. The parking lot is tight & hard to maneuver in. It was not designed for the amount of traffic that Trader Joes brings in. The store itself is also physically not large enough to accomodate the amount of people shopping there on busy weekends & days. I’ll drive 20 minutes or more to the Trader Joes in Columbia on busy days just to avoid this location.

VAR: Started shopping here just last week and pleasantly surprised by their prices compared to Whole Foods down the street. I also like the vibe and the cashiers are friendly. Overall a good experience and the walkable location lets me get some exercise walking from my condo.
Katie: I moved to the area recently and have been to this location a few times and this location is definitely missing the typical Trader Joe’s experience that they are known for. The employees are not super helpful and they act annoyed if you ask them a question about where a product is located. I am used to shopping at the location in annapolis maryland and it’s always been a super enjoyable experience, I can’t say the same for this store. It could also be the nature of living in a city vs the suburbs but just something I’ve noticed!

Mischa: Although I really do love a lot of the products, which are also reasonably priced, I really do not like the shopping experience here more often than not. The way this store is set up, and maybe other locations as well, the space is just much too tight. The isles are too narrow and there are often too many people. I cannot shop here in peace, because whenever I need to stand around an isle carefully looking at certain products, there is almost always someone beside me or behind me who wants to move in front of me. On the other end of the spectrum, if I come here in a hurry to buy my products and get out, I always have to maneuver myself around other people, because the space is just too tight. In most other grocery stores, the space usually seems less tight. Also, most of the employees are friendly, but I have also come across some employees who were not so friendly. All in all, I like the products here.

Ken Acuna: Store is fine and line moves smoothly. Unfortunately, my partner opened the container of Lactose Free Milk to find a hair in it! I am highly disappointed with Trader Joe’s stores quality controls for allowing this to happen. It is hard to substitute grocery store staples to opt for the Trader Joe’s version when you cannot trust the brand to offer uncontaminated products!! My partner is disgusted and now refuses to let us shop at Trader Joe’s. Buyer beware!!

Jorge Noriega: This store has been my favorite until now. I have been loyal to Trader even during the last year when I can never find everything that I need anymore. However, last week I realized that a good portion of the produce I bought was in bad shape. I found out when I was already at home. For example, the organic sweet potatoes had been packed almost a month ago and came with some green fungus in the surface. This is not the first time that I don’t get fresh produce. There used to be a time when I didn’t have to worry about this at Trader Joe’s. Looking into other options for my groceries now.

David Barlow: This is the only other Trader Joe’s I’ve been to other than the one in Silver Spring. The selection as always is great but the layout of this store was a bit strange. It took me a while to find the spices which were on a little stand alone shelf by the dairy section. In most grocery stores they are by the sugar, cooking oils and alike.

ShameOnUGyal: Generally I like this location. Cashiers are normally really nice. They run low on a lot of things sometimes, but I think that’s all over. However, today is my birthday and the woman at the customer service desk was incredibly rude. She had the nastiest attitude and roller her eyes when I inquired about whether or not they honored the “free flowers on birthdays” like I’ve known most locations to do. She replied “ok so what happy birthday. We don’t have to do that.” Very disgusting attitude. I wish I caught her name. I think if my skin were lighter she’d have been nicer. But overall, the rest of the staff is great.

I’ll often drive to this location from Silver Spring, about 20 minutes away vs the one down the street from me, because it has ample parking in a lot that is not hard to maneuver in, the store is larger & less crowded than the one in Silver Spring & is close to many other stores.

Rachel: Amazing vegan options. Beautiful plants and flowers. Fresh organic produce. Lovely helpful staff. Only negative is that it does get extremely busy and chaotic on Sundays which can be a little stressful in such a tiny store.
Alasgar Farhadov: Traders provide all essential groceries in a manageable space. No need to walk million miles in a store to find out where things are.

C Neill: Stopped in to grab our favourite TJ items on our way to South Carolina from Toronto, Canada and had a great experience at this location. A staff member got me a cart when they noticed I had my arms full. The cashier noticed my lemons had soft spots and went and got me new ones. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I had a great experience. Thank you!

Agha Durrani: The best grocery store has so many of my favorites- mini ice cream cones, fruit yogurt, white cheddar corn puffs and so much more. And, friendly and helpful staff. One just cannot go wrong for shopping this awesome store In Springfield Virginia
M: Typical Trader Joe’s, not as cramped as the Trader Joe’s in Old Town. Parking is usually pretty easy unless you want a spot right in front. They share the lot with the giant next door. It seems pretty well visited so there is a change over of produce and other perishables. The staff are helpful which is status quo for a Trader Joe’s. There is a really good selection of flowers and if you go right when they open, usually there’s people there just for the flowers. Overall, good service. Prices on perishables do seem to have risen lately, just like everywhere else.
Ji K: The reason I drive 40 minutes to this store is that there are always many good prices and products. Today, thanks to the kind employee Hakeem, I felt good when I paid after shopping. Thank you to the manners who hired good staff.
