Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Great shops for home goods, this is very big shop i have been going that HomeDepot for many years i was there very first day when they opened, biggest problem is coustmer service is very bad here i stud for help for more than 20 minutes before someone showed up.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Home Depot is very convenient if you’re in the Rhode Island/Brentwood NE DC Area. They offer a verity of products that can help you with your Lawn, Garden, Appliances, Painting, Outdoor Patio, Home Improvement, Cleaning Products, Tools/Equipment Rentals and many many more. I really Appreciate the help from a young male staff who was working in the Garden/Mulch area, he was very Helpful and Knowledgeable with assisting me with the products along with a young female cashier on the inside of the store. Now you can never get the help you need when you’re in the store aisles. Every time you asked a staff member who’s in the same aisle as you. Can you help me with something? Their reply seems to be, I don’t work over here and they don’t know who can help you..!!! Home Depot needs better training for their staff who’s working in the store aisles..

Anna Lloyd: Desmond in the home and garden went out of his way to help us find something that 4 different employees had just shrugged their shoulders and said that even though it was available online they were probably out. Desmond knew exactly where it was and showed us himself, even though it was on the complete other side of the store. He really took customer service to the next level.

Tony Johnson: The check out lines are a tad perplexing. No designated demarcation only an arbitrary queue forming on the right so potential confusion is created but relatively easily resolved. Aka. They use a lot of self checkout.

Avik Dutta: Awesome collection of Flowers and pots. A must visit place for your gardening. Also there are plenty of options for home realted goods. Paints, kitchen bath stuffs are very nice. Good place for home appliances. Self checkouts mainly. The flowers and plants are located outside and you can bill them in outside counters. Indor plants are inside the store so as soils and other necessities for gardening. Highly recommended.

Peter Glass: Last year i bought a lighted Xmas tree from Home Depot. A few days later a new dog we had adopted had chewed the lights on the bottom section knocking out these lights. My wife was extremely disappointed as our grandchildren who we had not seen for nearly a year were coming Xmas day. I reached out to customer service to see if i could purchase a lower section rather than a whole new tree. They took my details and said they would call back. Had heard that story before and did not hold out much hope. 4 days later i did receive a call asking for more details and a photo. Again they said they would get back to me. I heard nothing for a week and then waiting at our garage door was an entire new tree. I have NEVER received service like this. That a company as large as Hime Depot can show such incredible customer service is absolutely amazing.

LeRoy Titman: Stopped by for a shelving unit project for my friends condo. They had everything needed in stock and only three miles away. I wish I knew the tall male employee with a beard in the self checkout isle on Friday, March 25. Single handedly the nicest employee I’ve ever met at ANY store. He saw my girlfriend and I working together scanning items and loading the cart. He said how wonderful it was that we were working as a team and had no issues. He was truly a positive employee and you could tell he loved his job. Hats off to Home Deport for cultivating that experience! Made my GF and I’s evening! We then stopped back by on Saturday morning for additional supplies and again commented about that gentlemen and how nice he was. Awesome work Home Depot!

Scott Schrader CIC, CIT: I have been here many, many times. Extremely busy store. The employees handle it very well. Good inventory for a smaller store. Parking lot very small, lanes narrow. Much commercial truck traffic.

Siobhan Wert: Most staff are friendly and will do their best to help you find what you need.Very busy location at 9:00 am on a Friday morning. Parking lot is always a source of frustration. Most of the back parking lot is taken up by the mountains of mulch.
