Sassy Sauce: Great discounts on Christmas items as part of the holiday sale. I picked up Christmas stockings for under $5.00. There were fire pits on clearance as well. I like this location and they generally have the items I’m in need of for repairs or decorations, etc. The staff is very helpful as well.

Stuart Miles-McLean: I don't like all the self check out lines which are killing jobs. They did have things I was looking for in the wild bird and critter section, but it appears they need more employees -- all over the store -- to keep the inventory organized and properly shelved and labeled. The employees I did encounter were very helpful and friendly; it just looked like they need more of them.

Kev- keepingitreal: This location offers a variety of affordable items for your home improvement needs. I really appreciate the staff in the aisle for assisting me with finding items on my check list. At check out the cashier was welcoming and friendly. This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.

Jessica Fullington: Today I went to the garden center for some outside plants. Yolanda was so very helpful! She was able to answer my questions, she even went and got me a cart so that it was easier for me to get the items I purchased to my car. It is so refreshing to have people who are pleasant and helpful at their jobs I will definitely come back to this location to get all the plants I need this spring! Marla was very helpful as well along with the young man who answered some of my questions about my plans. All around a wonderful experience!

goklt: Lots of materials here. Check out was fast. However good luck asking for assistance. Lots of associates are walking around but not helping customers. I tracked an employee down for assistance in moving materials from a high shelf to store level in the door section. He called two times for assistance to my aisle but no one came and he advised going to customer service. They called and still no help. Had to track somone down in a different department altogether. Crazy.

Chase Johnson: The employees here are courteous. But the wood cutting service they claim to offer is not available when needed. The store should just be candid that wood cutting won’t be available (or at the very least won’t be available at any specific time). I am a local DIYer (not a contractor). Before I bought wood I asked about cutting and was told it was no problem—buy it and then request a cut. I did. I was then told the lumber associate wasn’t available for an hour. I couldn’t get the wood (a single sheet of plywood I needed to cut in half) into my car, so I waited. After an hour, there was still no lumber associate, so the wood was never cut.

N R: Terrible customer service. Returning an item took 3 months of repeated calls to schedule a pickup and even when Lowe's had the item back multiple calls were needed to secure the refund. Such a hassle, so worth avoiding! The third party delivery service that they use doesn't turn up in the agreed time slots so it's very easy to miss them and then get stuck in the web of calls that are required to reschedule.

Annie Signorelli: I ordered a dishwasher with professional installation and the process from start to finish was completely nontransparent and unprofessional. The installation had to be rescheduled because the dishwasher wasn’t pulled down for pick up in time, and then when it was installed it was the incorrect dishwasher — not even the right brand. After several hours on the phone with the Lowes installation line, including being told multiple times that they couldn’t advance the process because they couldn’t get in touch with anyone at their own Lowes store, I called the store directly and was able to sort it out and get the installation rescheduled. A Lowes associate later told me that they don’t have the “luxury” of waiting on hold with the store which is what I had to do in order to ensure my order was completed. Finally the correct dishwasher was installed on the third attempt and I was told I could contact the installation line again to discuss compensation for the inconvenience. Again it took multiple attempts to even get an update on where my case stood, despite being told every time that I should expect a call back “by end of business” every day I called. When I finally got offered compensation it was for less than half of the amount I requested (I requested the installation service be refunded seeing as it took 3 attempts and I was the one having to set everything up because Lowes did not follow through). While I am satisfied with the product I am in disbelief at how difficult and unprofessional the process was with Lowes. I do not recommend purchasing appliances from installation from this store or using the Lowes installation services.

Conchita Coney: Excellent but one of the employees didn't know what he was talking about whereas getting parts for a 2019 torro self-repellent lawn mower. He told my husband and I to go to store name Grainger on MD 202 they are either closed or permanently shut down.

Elizabeth Ramming: Assistance was top notch!! The gentlemen working there were very polite and helped me a lot with specific questions. HOWEVER-- However, I needed lumber, a 1X6 piece. What they had in stock was WET. But oh! I found 2 dry pieces at the bottom. But alas, don't be happy for me. Those pieces were warped in both directions - both along the length and width. That's it. So, shut up and buy it, or fight DC traffic to go someplace else. Both of those options were the absolute WORST. Why was the wood wet amd warped?? ... Duhhh. How utterly stupid.

Sassy Sauce: I missed all of the after Christmas saw items. This location had a few products left over from Christmas but nothing I really wanted. Overall the store was neat and organized. I didn’t need any additional items for this trip, just preparing for next years holiday decorations.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Great shops for home goods, this is very big shop i have been going that HomeDepot for many years i was there very first day when they opened, biggest problem is coustmer service is very bad here i stud for help for more than 20 minutes before someone showed up.

They offer a verity of products that can help you with your Lawn, Garden, Appliances, Painting, Outdoor Patio, Home Improvement, Cleaning Products, Tools/Equipment Rentals and many many more. I really Appreciate the help from a young male staff who was working in the Garden/Mulch area, he was very Helpful and Knowledgeable with assisting me with the products along with a young female cashier on the inside of the store. Now you can never get the help you need when you’re in the store aisles. Every time you asked a staff member who’s in the same aisle as you. Can you help me with something? Their reply seems to be, I don’t work over here and they don’t know who can help you..!!! Home Depot needs better training for their staff who’s working in the store aisles..

Jeff Rueckgauer: Needed a red 10 cup Brita pitcher. App says there is 1 in stock. Not on the shelf. 4 associates said they couldn't help but would page someone for the aisle. 10 minutes is more than enough time for someone to at least arrive, even if they have to look further. This HD had been really good for many years. The pandemic is no excuse for just unhelpful people and plainly unconcerned, inept management.

Rickey Anderson: I went to the Rhode Island Avenue store it was good. What would made it excellent if their stock was current with the website. They didn't have it even though the computer said they did have it. The item was Sphagnum moss. Happy that I was able to find a few other items

Bailey Cage: Unfortunately this was the first time I’ve been to a Home Depot where the staff was completely unknowledgeable. I had spent hours online trying to research the best products / methods for tiling my second-story concrete subfloor with no definitive answers, so I decided to head to the store and find someone to help me. Normally Home Depot workers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but whoever they sent back to flooring to help me seemed to know nothing. He was able to show me where items were on the aisle, but he couldn’t answer a single question about how to tile my floor or what the differences and pros/cons in products were. It was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful, and I ended up leaving with a couple hundred dollars of products I later had to return. What truly upset me is that I did some more research once I got home just to find out the answer I was looking for is common knowledge in construction, but as someone doing a DIY project, I just didn’t know what terms I had to search for. For a Home Depot employee - the flooring specialist - to not know this is astounding.

jamesbowdenjr: This is the worst Home Depot is in the entire country. I am trying to get a door, but the store is unresponsive, the management is inept and provides no additional assistance, the associates are extremely slow, unknowledgeable of the products. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this store. Please go to another Home Depot location.

Anna Lloyd: Desmond in the home and garden went out of his way to help us find something that 4 different employees had just shrugged their shoulders and said that even though it was available online they were probably out. Desmond knew exactly where it was and showed us himself, even though it was on the complete other side of the store. He really took customer service to the next level.

DAVID GILL: paint dept vert slow. When paint was done I was not told it was done. I came up to the counter and stood there waiting while emotes helped others. After 10 minutes he pointed at can. I said is that mine he looked at me like Duh.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Virginia S: Need more employees/cashiers working. These stores rely too heavily on self checkout. Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

The new furnace is cranking, the installation looks magnificent. They didn't leave one speck of dirt or dust behind, despite relocating my thermostat onto another piece of wall. Their communication was impressive. They called me when they were arriving, and they were right on time as promised. They kept me apprised as the day went on. They are total professionals. I have referred your company to many other people & entities, residential & commercial, and I will continue to recommend Polar Bear HVAC with great enthusiasm. It is difficult to find honest, ethical, reasonably-priced firms that perform excellent work. Your locally owned company is truly one of those firms that has a standard of excellence that is far beyond every HVAC company that I've ever dealt with in the past 30 years here in northern Virginia. Gabriel Gopen: Polar Bear installed a ductless mini-split for us and they were some of the best contractors that I have ever dealt with. We needed to convert a sun room into a home office. A sales rep came out to discuss options and look at the space. He walked through all the details from where the unit would go to the conduit lines. When the unit we ordered couldn't be delivered, they upgraded our unit at their expense. Great company, highly recommended! Services: Heating system installation , Ductless heating & A/C services

Anne Miller: Our heater stopped working and it very cold in our house. Polar Bear did come out on a Sunday in a timely manner. The owner seemed friendly. He was wearing a mask but it kept coming down as he was talking so it was pointless. He told me I needed a new furnace costing $5200. My furnace is only 10 years old, we bought a very good model and was told it would last 15 to 20 years. He told a very inappropriate political joke during our conversation and is very good at selling. He went on and on about why it wasn’t worth repairing. I thanked him and decided on a second opinion. The next day another company came in and repaired it for $750.00 and assured me the furnace will be good for another 10 years. The parts they repaired were not even close to what Polar Bear said was wrong with it. Buyer beware and always get a second opinion. I do not recommend Polar Bear!

Tim Rann: Very friendly team and easy to schedule. Purchased the 2x annual service contract. The first AC inspection went smoothly, although the technician didnt really clean anything (just made sure everything in working order). Suggested I use a hose to clean the condenser on my own - had hoped they would do this. My unit started leaking a few months later, causing some minor flooding in my basement. Had to call Polar Bear a few times over the weekend before they confirmed that they don't send anyone out on Sat or Sun. Was able to get an appt on Monday afternoon - no real harm done, but would have been nice if they were upfront on timeline (esp for "priority service" per my service contract). Technician very quickly identified the core issue and getting an estimate for a new system one day later. Overall, pretty happy with Polar Bear - customer service very pleasant, technicians on-time and very nice / to the point.

Tracy Roman: We had a great experience with Polar Bear. We called them in the middle of a heat wave and they had a technician out to us the next day. The technician was on-time, courteous and quick. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, fixed it on the spot, and made recommendations for future maintenance of our system. Also, the employee who answered the phone and scheduled the visit was very courteous and helpful. All in all, we are extremely satisfied and will use them in the future for any heating and AC problems.

Sophia Malone: I highly recommend Polar Bear Air Conditioning and Heating for AC installation. I own a 1913 row house in Washington DC and after eight long hot summers, I finally decided to have central AC installed. After getting estimates from multiple companies in the area, I decided on Polar Bear. Joe Kelly, the owner, provided exceptional ideas for installing central air in my older home. The duct work went through the attic and walls, so no exterior ducts with drywall were needed. Mr. Kelly offered the best, most competitive price. Communication with Mr. Kelly and his crew was easy. I didn't have any concerns about the crew working in my house and they were respectful of my space and pets. The project was completed ahead of schedule. I'm very pleased with this investment of AC from Polar Bear and look forward to enjoying a cool, comfortable house next summer.

Amy Bishton: This fall, when my 20 year old gas boiler would not fire up upon first use, I contacted Polar Bear to take a look. Their response was incredibly quick, with a tech dispatched on Monday afternoon based on a Sunday evening email. The tech arrived promptly, worked efficiently, was knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions on boiler operation. Fortunately, the problem turned out to be minor (pilot light out), but it is re-assuring to know I can confidently turn to Polar Bear when I have HVAC needs.

Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Pooooooooooor customer service specialty from the manager

taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. scmi7y: Not too good experience, they did not have any of the 4 things we came for. Also they don't sell graphic cards in this store. Staff was 50/50 some was very helpful and good attitude. While others seemed annoyed by customers getting in their way and asking "stupid" questions. Somewhat hard to navigate the store. And prices has gone up lately.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

The young lady could not get the machine to properly read the keys, so all four keys were cut incorrectly! We then asked about desk locks and she sent us to the pad lock area. Finally two gentlemen took us to the correct area (which was low on stock, of course!). This was not what I would expect from Home Depot! Very disappointed! Of course this store is on my banned list. I can't recommend a place with poor customer service to anyone who reads my reviews. If you do decide to venture here, don't expect the best of help! Look elsewhere!!!

While I was going to look and see what isle, there was another associate named TIFFANY who was next to the associate who I spoke with TIFFANY SAID THAT I PASSED 5 ORANGE APRONS BEFORE COMING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHY COULDN’T I ASK ONE OF THE OTHER PEOPLE WITH APRONS. I mentioned that I came to customer service because that is the purpose of customer service, to service the customer. I left and serviced myself in trying to find someone who can actually help me. TIFFANY SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SHE IS NOT WILLING TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Tony Johnson: The check out lines are a tad perplexing. No designated demarcation only an arbitrary queue forming on the right so potential confusion is created but relatively easily resolved. Aka. They use a lot of self checkout.

milo matute: this is incredible, at 5 in the afternoon and the gate of the garden area was closed I had to buy 12 bags of mulch and 5 bags of stones, and the area according to two employees who I asked told me that this area It was already closed if I wanted to pay I had to take all that to the front gate, they didn't even offer me help on this. If that is true, please, they should update the schedule and specify that the gate closes at 5 so as not to waste time, if not, too bad for those employees who do not recognize that this type of business is due to customers.

Chris Macola: If I could give this place zero stars I would. Whatever you do, do not order any furniture from this place. Not only will they screw it up if it's a delivery, but if you try to get a hold of someone to correct the situation, you'll be transferred from this person to that person and back to the original person again (if they actually answer the phone at all) and you may be on hold for 15 minutes to a half hour and you may very well get disconnected. The only way I got anything done with my messed up delivery was I had to drive there every time and physically talk to someone. The one manager I did talk to over the phone that said he was going to take care of everything was there but no one could ever get a hold of him in the store. I got three different sections of the store that he was supposedly the manager of but no one could ever find him. The furniture itself that I ordered was not assembled very well because the bolts were loose and when it originally came it was not assembled even though we paid to have it assembled. We sent the driver's back and then we had to fight tooth and nail to get them to come out again. Ultimately I had to call their customer service phone number and speak to someone above them to get anything completed. Very bad experience and I will not be going back to this particular Lowe's ever again. It's hard for me to say this but the local Home Depot closest to me was better just about every area than this particular Lowe's. And in my opinion Home Depot is not as good as Lowe's overall. Extremely disappointed.

Denise Anderson: Great place to shop, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to return a lock, I waited on a line for30min, which did not move. The only movement was more people added to the line. Absolutely frustration! I still need to take back the lock, but do not want to spend my entire day waiting in a return line. The need to hire better staff and pay them. Jonas Kibet: Cool home improvement store. I can rate them better than Home depot. I love their app. So cool you can scan for prices of items on the shelf before you check out. The staff and wonderful. The only thing I didnt like was that I checked out an item online and says I can pick it up from the store but is nolonger available in the shelves.

Howard Batiste: I went here to get some grade 8 hardware for a project I have at home. It was significantly easier to find what I needed versus shopping at Home Depot and there seem to be a lot more available in terms of volume. Would definitely recommend here if you are shopping around for screws and bolts.

Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

Jamela Love: I recently went to Lowe's to purchase a washing machine. Memorial Day was over but they had the sale extended into June. Excellent! I didn't see an associate to help me and was about to be agitated, as one associate did finally appear and let me (and another customer) know we had five minutes of help that he could offer! Then Chris arrived! He was so efficient, clear and helpful!!! I was very impressed especially since I rarely shop here and mostly go to lowe's main competitor. This day i was there just because I happened to be in the area. Chris' professionalism and thoroughness really was impressive--so much so that I knew I would write a review. But it gets even better! The reason Lowe's gets 5 stars is because of the wonderful contractor they hired to install my washer! I believe the name is Augustin and the actual technician's name was Ramon. Ramon absolutely went above and beyond to assist me in getting my washer installed. The level of service, kindness and completeness that he provided is better than any I"ve ever received while living in this home. I was so blessed by them coming through and addressing unexpected issues with class, gentleness and understanding. If it were not for Ramon and his staff I still would be without a washing machine today. They took it upon themselves to repair a rusted pipe without charging me anything additional...this is unheard of in today's time. Thank you so very much Lowe's--I am now a new customer. I definitely will come back!!!!

Patrick Walsh: Lowe's in Clinton Maryland has made drastic improvements with their customer service in the past couple months. I had some negative interactions back in July and August of last year which caused me to leave some negative reviews. Since then every time I have walked in the store, every team member that I have dealt with, has been very helpful and absolutely amazing to me. I actually enjoy going to the Lowe's in Clinton instead of driving some distance to one of the other stores now.

D Prince: Home Depot in Alexandria you have the BEST employees! I’ve been back and forth to this store for the past few weeks gathering supplies for my remodel. Lillian in the paint department was very helpful in assisting me with my paint colors. She made sure I bought the CORRECT base paint to mix with the colors I picked out for my home. Lawrence (gentleman in the pictures) assisted me EVERY time (and I mean EVERY TIME) I purchased items that needed to be put in my vehicle. And EVERY TIME he serviced with a smile (just look at the pictures). Lawrence is so attentive, respectful and helpful. He made sure the items I purchased were put safely in my vehicle to be transported! THANK YOU LAWRENCE!! And thank you Home Depot Alexandria for hiring such great employees who know the meaning of customer service!

Brian Copes: This is my main Home Depot I go to the Northern Virginia area. It usually has any home improvement or household item that I need for my place. My only issue is sometimes the staff is busy handling other customers questions to answer my personal question. Definitely one of top stores in the area in my opinion. Original Post: Bought a shower door last fall, Home Depot lost it before I picked it up… now I’m out $575 dollars. Managers won’t work with me. Told me I’d have better luck disputing with my credit card company than with Home Depot…then they fought me again there. And this is all after I reordered a second new door of the exact same model. Too bad no one is empowered to help their customers. I wish I’d never taken my business here!!

David Lawrence: I paid $160 for dishwasher installation, cleared my morning to wait for them to come, then the installers refused to do the plumbing. Nothing fancy, just straightforward install. I’ve heard of this happening to others. This is a racket! Stay away from appliance purchases at Home Depot!!

Amre Kebaish: Tread carefully when asking an idle associate about in item that is supposedly in stock according to the website/app, but isn’t available in the stated location. They will angrily glare at you for daring to interrupt their phone scrolling. If you persist, they will eventually sigh and put the phone down. However, they will say whatever it takes to get you out of the store without being helpful.

Russ Colbourne: How do you have half the isles closed on a Saturday morning???? All I needed was a adjustable wrench and they refused to allow me to get it. Totally would understand if there was heavy equipment or something like that in motion. I asked when the isle would be open again and the employee just shrugged her shoulders. I absolutely hate this location but unfortunately it the most convenient. I will be going out of my way to lowes from this point on.

Katherine Matsuo: Came in about 45 minutes before closing looking to buy a power drill. They were all locked up and spent about 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me. They then made the announcement that the store was closing and to bring your items up to the register. Again, no one to help me get the drill I needed. There were about 4 other people in the aisle with me. Decided to just buy one off Amazon as I left the store.

Nathan Winborne: I had a very disappointing experience at this Home Depo location today. I went there to return something and decided to walk around the gardening section afterwards. I walked in and saw a beautiful 6' tall money tree that had no price tag, so I stood in line at the cashier and asked him for a price check. The barcode that was on the planter was not reading when he scanned it so he then sent me to customer service where 2 employees tried to look on the computer at homedepo.com for the price but still couldn't find it. The girl that was helping me at customer service had to go find someone else who also didn't know how to find the price and suggested I talk to a manager. I was about to walk out but decide to find one more person to help so I walked a random cashier that informed me that the managers were all on a meeting on Mondays bit pointed out another employee who she said was more knowledgeable. I went to over to the 5th employee at this point and explained that I was interested in purchasing something in the garden center, but it had no price or barcode. So, we walked back over to the garden center where she confirmed that there was no price or barcode and went and found someone else that worked in the garden center (the 7th employee now). The lady that she found came over and looked at the barcode sticker, peeled it off and was able to type in the sku# where the price finally came up and finally, I was able to purchase the tree. I think that it is highly inexcusable and embarrassing that I had to go through several employees to buy this tree when in reality the first cashier that I spoke to (as a matter of fact every employee that I spoke to) should if been able to solve the problem in a fraction of the time that it took. The manager at this location really needs to train his employees on basic function such as typing in the sku# when the barcode doesn't scan.

Isata K: On Saturday, June 4, 2022 I visited this Lowes. Outside there was a grill advertised for $199. When I went to the customer service counter to purchase it, the woman working could not find it in the system. I was able to look it up and provide item number. Evidently the grill was actually $249, and was priced incorrectly outside. Matt, one of the store managers was amazing. He was able to ring the grill up for the price labeled outside. He went above and beyond to dismantle the grill hood, so it could fit in my SUV. He and another man were able to load it into my SUV without scratching my vehicle. He was very helpful and kind. His attitude was refreshing. I appreciate your assistance.

Niko Trowell: I just had the worst experience at lowes, I’m an electrician and I normally go to Home Depot to pick up wire but I needed some wire cut that they didn’t have so I went to lowes. When I got there I went to the electrical aisle 12, I waited for 5 minutes until I seen a sales associate. I asked if he could help me he said give him 5 minutes. So I waited 15 minutes before I went to the checkout lane for them to call for assistance. After that in waited another 15 minutes before i decided to go to customer service to ask for the manager. So i spoke with the manager who couldn’t assist me so they supposedly called someone for assistance. I waited there 10 minutes before I decided to leave. They wasted 40 minutes of my time just to have a wire cut I will probably never visit that store again this was the worst service I’ve had trying to buy something from a hardware store ever .

Paul Harrod, Jr: I don't know what it is about this location but the employees are lethargic and unhelpful. They leisurely peruse throughout the store, not knowing where anything is and generally being incompetent. Furthermore, DO NOT use this store for online pickup. Your order will not be ready when you arrive and they will spend 30 minutes looking for your items, only to tell you they can't find it. Then when you are given a substitution, You can go inside and the find the item you ordered, right there on the shelf. This has happened to me twice. Avoid this location.

Lisa McCants: I ordered a stove on line for the Memorial Day Holiday and paid for haul away and installation. There was no mention of the delivery process. When the delivery person arrived and indicated he is here just to drop off the stove. It was conveyed he does not install and that is separate. I am perplexed as to why this is a two step process, and if I knew I would have scheduled them both the same day. The delivery person noticed damage to the back of the box and saw the stove was damaged. He took the stove with him as damaged goods. Now, I’ve been calling Lowes since yesterday and the phone just rings and no one ever picks up. This is ridiculous and I’ve called several times. Omari Black: Listen when I tell you 5⭐️ Service, go to the appliance section and see Mr. Brandon! From the Initial encounter it was top notch professionalism, customer service, and in depth knowledge of the products! I went in totally dum as to what I needed to get and he took his time and explain everything to me as far as my options, the quality and on top of that what was on sale at the moment. I will recommend anyone looking for any home goods to definitely go to the New Carrollton location and see Brandon asap!

JLAX 27: The WORST customer service. New Carrollton MD Lowes has the worst customer service. Tried for 3 hrs to talk to someone at the store about a delivery that was continuously delayed. I had to call 7 times because no one would answer the phone and when they did it was just transfer and eventually hung up on. New management needed.

beyondTabu: The customer service is hit or miss. If you find a friendly CSR, they’ll show you where the item is, on the opposite end of the spectrum, they just point and mumble which is the majority of them. It has everything you need as usual. They just need to insist all staff are consistent with their service.

Zora Domain: My rating isn't based on this part, but I think new people should know - The parking lot is terrible. There isn't much that can be done about the location but I think what makes it worse is that everyone moves without regard for one another. Cars, pedestrians, everyone. I have no idea why no one looks left and right and left again in such a tricky, dangerous spot. I was a little stressed before even stepping inside. Go slowly and carefully! My rating IS based on this part. I usually love coming to Home Depot, but after this first visit here I'm going to go to Lowe's instead from here on out. I came to pick up a few items and left with a lamp and some shelves. I understand that this is a hardware/home improvement store so things are bound to sit around for a while and get a little dusty but this was wild - they were so dirty. I wanted 4 of these command strip shelves and despite them being in this condition, I paid for them. Cleaned when I got them home. They don't work as well as the product ratings online would suggest, which makes me wonder if it's user error or because of how dusty they got. I'm not sure if stores like this are supposed to rotate stock regularly but if they are, then this is a pretty good sign that it's being neglected in some spots. Secondly, I overheard an employee being rude to an elderly gentleman who was having a difficult time finding a hardware product for his door. He explained very clearly where he had already looked and what he was looking for, but the woman argued with him and resorted to a very catty, "Well okay, we aren't looking in the right spot." Good customer service and common sense is to bring the customer to the product location. He was having a hard time, it made no sense to make it that much more difficult for him. I almost stepped in to say I'd just help him look if she didn't want to, but she finally, FINALLY took him down the aisle to look with him. Lastly, the checkout lines are a disaster and the employees didn't have a system to direct traffic. Tons of finger-pointing and yelling. All of the customers were confused on what aisle to go to. It was not a fun trip. I really hope that this Home Depot can turn around but given the parking lot situation, I value my car and my life too much to return lol.

trey cyr: I bought a new refrigerator and paid for home depot to haul away the old one after installation. When they delivered the new refrigerator, they noticed an issue with the plumbing connect and offered to haul away the old refrigerator but I told them to leave it so we'd have a working fridge until we could have a plumber come out. Fast forward to the plumber coming out and installing the new fridge, I called home depot once again to have them come and haul away the old one and they rescheduled a new pick up. One week later, the haul away company home depot contracts out to said the fridge is "too big" for them to haul away. It is the same size as the new fridge AND is lighter than the new fridge. When I called home depot the helpline associate said there was nothing they could do, nor could they tell me what was considered "too large" to haul away. They could not recommend another hauling service either to remove the old fridge. When I asked if there was anything else she could do, the line cut off and she transferred me to the home depot after call survey. She basically hung up on me. When they originally delivered the new fridge they were more than willing to haul away the old one, but when I had them come back after the new fridge was installed properly they refused to haul it away, and home depot's "help line" was absolutely no help at all, and the associate hung up on me after asking what we were supposed to do with the old fridge left in our kitchen. If you ever use home depot's delivery and haul away service I highly recommend you ask them specifically what size appliance they will not haul away, because this information was never explained to us. I'm honestly not sure if we are even getting our haul away service fee refunded after the call because the associate hung up on us. I've never experience such poor customer service from such a large company.

Daming Yu: Terrible. Customer service really needs improvement. Bought two items online. Didn’t work. Brought them to store to return and was told all good. Didn’t check the receipt until I got home and then I saw the refund is only for one item. I returned the next weekend and was told I am too late. No apology. It seems the company’s service has been steadily declining in the past few years.

Christian Adams: Yenifer is an outstanding employee and helped me to understand the current active duty benefits Home Depot has. She was simple outstanding and helped me out so much. I’m shocked she isn’t a supervisor or manager knowing two languages and so much about the store.

Syed Haider: Customer service is possibly the worst I have ever encountered. We had the terrible experience of speaking to a CSR by the name of Fabian. We had a simple question regarding some items at the Patio section, to which Fabian replied “are you kidding me? I’m not a carpenter”. We stated we weren’t mistaking him for a carpenter, rather seeking help regarding installation of the items as we were new to this. Fabian subsequently started reading prices off the rack as if my wife and I were mentally challenged. He kept uttering nonsense as we walked away. He was highly disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. I would definitely give this location a miss based on their unforgivable attitude. Thankfully there’s Lowe’s at Jermantown road which is a far superior choice for your needs and much better customer service.

stephanie wade: This is a horrible home depot store - the customer service has been terrible across every single employee I have interacted with over many visits. I keep going because it is close but no more. In my last interaction I spent 50 min trying to buy a grill with someone who told me they knew what they were doing and then after all that time did not and lied about what they could do, then when I tried to cancel my order they hung up on me and did not cancel it.

Triumph: We purchased a chainsaw last week. There was an issue and the associate(s) rectified it professionally. We noticed there is an improvement at this location with the overall customer experience. We will continue to conduct business here.

Heavyboy501: I come here quite often due to my job as a project manager. I come here at 6:05am and I take time to find stuff no problem. The issue lies in the staff every time I go to the pro desk to check out nobody is ever there. Today I called to ask what the availability on garden Sod was and the person working at the Lawn and Gardening section did not pick up I was on a long wait and eventually a staff member picked up I waited a while and transferred my call without telling me. Someone on the other line picked up and hung up as soon as I got transferred. I called again and someone from the Lawn and Gardening section answered the phone only to hang up on me.

Demia Roman: I went to this store today and the service was horrible. I wanted to purchase 1 bag of kings Charcoal but apparently they only sell them in 2 pks. I didn't know this because the bags on display were all individually stacked. I grabbed one and some lighter fluid and proceeded to the purchase counter at self checkout. A employee stopped me to tell me I had to buy 2 bags and I said I only want one bag. They continued to argue me down insisting that I must buy 2 bags. I asked for the manager because I mentioned to the employee that the bags are literally on display as individual bags. There was no sign stating that the bags were for sale in packs of 2. I felt the store was trying to force me to buy more than what I needed because there wasn't a sign listing the price and that they were sold in 2s. The manager eventually came over and told me I had to buy 2 or pay for 2 and take one bag. So I said ok fine just get me out of here I paid for the charcoal and fluid and I asked him if he could help me get another bag as the bags are heavy and there were no carts available due to memorial day shoppers taking up the carts. He said he could call someone to help me but it would be about 15 minutes before anyone would help. Sir excuse me? You're literally standing here doing NOTHING why couldn't you help me to carry these bags seeing as though I also had my 3 yr old autistic son with me struggling and I was struggling to carry the bag and handle my toddler who is clearly special needs! Smh whoever that manager is needs additional customer service training or needs NOT to be working for this company. He clearly ignored the fact I had my special needs child and needed immediate assistance and outright refused to assist me HIMSELF with my bags.. NEVER AGAIN will I shop at this location. Very ghetto and the store is a mess on the regular (hence the bags of charcoal not being bounded together properly on display to be sold as a pack of 2). Do better please train your staff and management in customer service and helping those with special needs & keep the store clean with items placed neatly and correctly w/price signs visible.

abigale Wallace: Today I went to get some Sheetrock and when I got there I asked them if I could rent a truck to take it home they said absolutely! So I said okay let me go grab the Sheetrock real quick and they said okay see you then. So I bring the TWO hand carts I loaded of 20 things of Sheetrock to the desk to load to the truck and they say “oh sorry we stop renting the truck at 6pm” same person I had just talked to like 15 minutes before at 5:20pm… Waist of my time and energy! Most of the people here don’t know anything about the job they are working or where things are at. This was just the last straw for me.

Layla Abney: Probably the worst HD I have been to. During my basement remodel I placed many orders for pickup by me or my contractor. Half of my order would get canceled because they “said” they didn’t have the items that they were supposed to have when I placed the order. Basic things like corner bead, 5 gallon bucket of Behring paint. I would go to the store to find a replacement only to find the original items were actually there, most times in the quantities that were indicated online. Going to the “customer service” counter for returns is hit or miss but mostly miss. I need to wait for someone to finish texting, having a personal conversation with a coworker, or whatever else prevents them from acknowledging me in a timely manner. Then the attitude as though I am bothering you by having a return or the fact that someone was too lazy to actually pull my order. I try to avoid at all costs even though it is the closest one.

Spank Detail: This rating is based my personal shopping experience with an associate that seems to work in the power tools department. She is VERY knowledgeable and makes all the sense when giving recommendations on products and usage, stats, pros & cons. Sadly I did make note of her name but she has helped me with my purchases on about 5, 6 previous occasions since June of 2021. She is a brownskin queen, pleasant west indian/Caribbean accent, friendly, bubbly and attentive. What stuck out the most to me is her ability to fully focus on your issue while still working WITHOUT making you feel like like you're in the way or slowing her down from doing her job. Don't you just shake your head at those employees that give you that 'I'm busy working, what do want?" attitude. Like their work does not include customers 🤷🏾‍♂️. Needless to say it was refreshing and as a business owner myself I promise you employees like these are hard to find and come with experience, a knack for working or both. Good job HD. Next time I shop here it may be for a future employee 😂 (I'll get her name and edit this post she needs her shout out!)

Kev- keepingitreal: This Home Depot is near Mall at Prince George's. Home Depot offers a wide variety of House Hold Essential, Furniture, Home Good Items, Lawn Equipment, Supplies, Do it yourself project and many many more options available to choose from. Store was clean. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and friendly. The parking lot can be busy, and not many parking spaces available.

Tanya Ramey: The prices were good; however, with an older home, the doors are irregular in size, therefore, the prices I got excited about didn't apply. They were much higher! Moved on to another company. In the end, still paid more, but better quality doors overall. Better service.

Sarah Marie Gerrity: We love this Home Depot! Recently moved to the area so we find ourselves at THD multiple times a weekend — and every time we’ve needed help, we just happened to get Jonathan! He recognized us right away and has made our shopping trips extra warm, and even went out of his way to help us sort out our military discount. Great customer service and it keeps us coming back!

Polka Art: A late Saturday morning in May - by all accounts, as busy as the store gets. So why, then, is this the time that they decide to run the machine to wash the floors and do restock?! I counted at least 6 aisles completely closed during this time, and only one of these had a lift accessing higher shelves. All of the other aisles were closed during that time with no one in them doing anything, and closed for the entirety of my 30 minute visit. At one point, I was in an aisle actively looking at garden tools I was going to buy, and the employees came to shut down the aisle I was in. I was rudely asked if "I wasn't going to cooperate" by dropping what I was shopping for and immediately leaving. Beyond rude and I don't understand the logic of doing these things at the busiest time and not before store opening or early in the morning. I left the store with only about 1/4 of the items I came to shop for and will be visiting a different store to purchase the rest.

Reg Templeton: Convenient, Well-stocked, Nice Helpful Employees BUT... Filthy bathroom! During early morning visits two consecutive days this week, ladies room floor was smeared with what seemed to be fecal matter... Difficult to find a parking space where your vehicle will be safe from the scores of abandoned carts rolling around, regardless of time of day. Also, have twice seen rude clientele verbally abusing staff with vile, humiliating profanity (in Pro Dept), while other staff cowered in the background. In other settings this would be criminal behavior, but no one came to help the employee. For shame!

Jessica Vazquez: Picked out balusters for a stair project. Employee approached saying the aisle was being closed to bring an item down. We needed maybe 30-60 additional seconds and informed the employee we understood and were grabbing our last items and would quickly vacate. She stood there and repeated very rudely that the aisle was being closed. Maybe wait for the customer to finish their purchase? Especially when their hands were already full with product? Not as if we were just hanging out on purpose.

Chit Sayar: Customer service is very poor. I ordered online and they just delivered some of my order and one item was missed. So I called them and they hold up my phone for several minutes. And the employee said she will refund and hang up the phone immediately and no apology and no say thank you or anything. Just hang up the phone.

Chanpen Tee: This location always has a lot of indoor plants. The price is reasonable. Staff is helpful.

Ryan McKeon: Hands down, the worst HD in America, and that's saying something. Stock is never accurate. Store is never packed out. Need lumber for framing? Good luck getting a straight 2x4. Need a fitting for some plumbing work? It's like digging for treasure through bins filled with other stuff. Need a clamp or a tape or a bit? That's cute. Today's mess was trying to find a router bit the store inventory says is in stock... right...

Alex Navarro: This is maybe the nicest Walmart I’ve ever been to! Looks like it’s relatively new. Everything is very clean and organized. Staff helped us quickly locate what we came for. Prices seemed in line with most other stores for grocery items so don’t expect deep discounts on those types of items.

Bonnie Wolfe: Walmart at Tysons is ready for Halloween. The inflatables are great decorations. Lots of candy, masks, and costumes. The "Pumpkin Patch" is really cute.

H.M. LEE: Very convenient and well-managed. But, staff needed more training about customer service. I asked staff three times where rice krispies were and all of them just said "I dunno" and quickly vanished.

Gina DeGinda: I was surprised to see brochiol bread $4 same as whole food st $8. It made by the same company but used differentiates.

Melody Dunn: I do as much of my grocery shopping here as possible. Not the biggest Walmart grocery, so selection is limited and especially post covid, the meat shelves aren't well stocked. But still, the prices can't be beat. Also a great place for cards, pharmacy and whatever random other thing I may need, like spray paint or an extension cord.

David York: Clean store, a lot of staff available to answer questions or help you locate something. I'm from NY this Walmart doesn't have a Subways located on site which was a little disappointing. Did find things not available in my local stores tho. Prices are just about the same.

My Hanitizer: One of the coolest stores in the area, i love thier selection of every day basics plus the amazing middle Eastern food selections. Great customer service and a lot that pleases the eye in grocery, bakery, essentials and toys. We enjoyed our visit and the lovely people working there.

Andrew Payne: This Walmart is very clean, and it had most of what I needed. A few days ago I walked there from our lodging in Tysons, so the location was convenient. The Coke products were easy to find, so that was good. However, I also was trying to find natural spray deodorizer and had to settle for Lysol. Although Lysol is very effective, I would have preferred something more natural with less manufactured chemicals. If a natural deodorizer did exist somewhere at this Walmart location, it was very well hidden. I could find nothing like that anywhere in the store!

Paul Boakes: I was expecting the normal aircraft-hanger sized store, but on reflection, for a town centre, this wasn't likely! That said, it had everything I needed, was quick to be checked out, and the parking was easy and plentiful. No staff issues.

Ethan Park: As far as Walmarts go, this one felt a little unique. I suppose it's probably because of its location in the city - but in many ways it felt almost like an Ikea haha. There's a parking garage, escalators that carry your cart up for you, and big tall windows. It's a cool experience! As far as the shopping goes, it's a normal Walmart. Lots of decent goods. The pharmacy was also offering free walk-in Covid vaccines - no appt required!

Bhavika P: Most affordable, stocked and interesting store. You'd find anything and everything here at all times. It's priced very well and can be said to cater to everyone. Fresh produce is on point with quality. Clothing and accessories are well organized. The clearance items are of average quality but at super low prices. Kids clothing is a find here, adorable and affordable.

Rebecca Chapman: This is the best Walmart I have been to. The location is great! The store is kept clean and stocked. It feels like you’re in a target not a Walmart when you’re shopping here. You can find what you need instead of the shelves being empty. If you have any trouble finding an item you can find an employer easily and they know which aisle to direct you to. The employees are friendly. They have a lot of self check out registers so they’re usually not a wait in line. I recommend this Walmart! It’s an elevated experience to other Walmart.

Kathleen Lovett: This place is a fever dream. First, my friend and I walk in and and we're ambushed by an associate who wouldn't stop talking to us about the Walmart rewards program. The layout of this Walmart made no sense- the gun section was next to the kids toys which was next to the "garden" section. We were easily lost in this overestimating environment. Parents were screaming for their children, who were running through this maze of madness playing with basketballs and showing no regard for their wellbeing. Even the associates looked lost, with no escape. When trying to leave the establishment, the parking lot was like a battle ground. We barely made it out with our lives. It was almost as of they didn't want us to leave without signing up for Walmart+. If you wish to keep your sanity, shop at Target, Giant, anywhere but here.

Tracey Greene: I had to get some personal items here. I found everything I needed. And I went to self checkout. But going to Walmart is always a great experience cuz I find things at the greatest of prices. Their customer service is usually very good as well

The only thing that could be better is the other miscellaneous departments like home and auto. But I'm always looking for specific things lol so it's probably just me. I like this walmart. I go here often.

Dinaaa: This Walmart is the bestttt. The only bad thing is that they were out of cookie dough bitesss :(. This Walmart is very organized and they’re following the covid guidelines very well. The bathrooms are cleaaaannnn ( which is not always the case for walmartsss).

Harley Fioretti: I am broke, thus i am a frequent Walmart connoisseur. I will say this walmart is a great walmart, HOWEVER, the "people of Walmart" meme doesn't compare to the chaos this walmart portends. I just can't vibe with the crowd... Won't be coming back here if i can help it. They did have great prices though 🙂

Rashmi Khatuja: This is a big supercenter we opt for our weekly grocery. The stock is usually up to date and well maintained. They now have 8 parking places dedicated for free pick ups. The staff is helpful and very courteous. Keeping all the fresh vegetables and fruits, it makes our shopping easier. The clearance section too usually displays some great stuff. Another thing I noticed in this particular Walmart is that the price of dairy and other fresh products is lesser. This definitely attracts a lot of crowd to this one.

d green: As I was leaving the store I watched a clerk kick a handicapped man out of one of the electric wheelchairs I had to actually tell the person I saw what they did. Honestly I could reveal more about the situation but suffice to say I'm not buying baby food for people from that Walmart

M.E.: It appears Loews is becoming more customer/purchaser friendly than Home Depot. In my search for a decent microwave, Home Depot had lesser known brands and almost nothing in popular brand products. Additionally, when we found a nearby worker in appliances department he immediately said, " I will be back in a minute" that turned into 15 minutes later. Another worker came over and assisted us for about 40 minutes with a kind & helpful manner. Finally, we decided to try Loews. It was different, as night and day. Several discounted Samsung microwaves were available right on the sales floor to sweep away. Check out had enough registers open with barely any wait. Workers were pleasant, helpful and customer friendly.

Eileen Voss: I can't comprehend how this store is rated above a 2/5. The workers pretend you're invisible, if you stop them to ask a question they make it seem like it's a huge inconvenience, but aren't they are there to assist? I just need a refund on a product that they delivered broken. I was required to pay out of pocket for a repair person to verify it is actually broken and their fault. It took a month for them to answer and coordinate pick up. Now it's taken hours of my life trying to get them to refund my money on an item they already received back. A man, not a gentleman, I finally got ahold of on a call argued with me and then threatened to "hang up on me". I spent over an hour on hold to speak to someone and now you're gonna threaten to hang up cause I'm requesting a refund that you don't think I am entitled? But you already picked up the item. If you value your time, money, or sanity, go any where else.

David Hamrick: I recently made a lumber purchase and the price I was initially charged was higher than the listed price. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, he had me take a picture of the correct price and made he prove that I was charged incorrectly. In addition, this store has serious issues when it comes to customer service.

Sharon Harper: It's very sad that I live in Maryland and have to cross the bridge for certain stores. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I didn't get the light fixture I wanted but was told that on April 29th 2 boxes are due. I wish that ALL Lowes could have the same training 😕

Col Ma: This is about countertops through Lowe's from Granite Marble Express. Not one person has called me from the Installation department. I have called a total of 6 times and been spoken to rudely 3 times, hung up on twice and denied speaking to a manager. My negative experience with the order of these countertops and Lowe's customer service has become extremely stressful and costly (money and time). I've tried to offer a number of solutions such as: 1. get credit for the countertops and purchase a different one where there are no "variations". I can pay the difference in cost. (denied) 2. get refunded (denied) 3. get refunded and pay 20% restock fee (denied) 4. take a loss on the actual countertop and get refunded for the installation fee and $500 support beam. (denied) The process has been terrible. They didn't show up, then they showed up on the wrong day, then they say in order to schedule the install we have to purchase a $500 support for the 2 inch overhang (this is after we created the design and paid for installation). If we didn't pay the $500 then they can't install the countertop because it's a warranty issue. What can you do at that point but pay for it? Then, they get to house and the countertop likes "kinda" like what I chose despite talking to Zaya about the DETAILS (is it matte, how large are the veins, the color of the veins, the details, is it off white, cream or what shade, are the cut lines very noticeable, etc?). I made sure the details, that we paid for, were confirmed. What showed up was a "Variation" (Zaya's words) of what we chose. It looks like a cheap knock off of the actual sample and it was cut incorrectly. My payment of $4752+$500 was not a "Variation" of the price listed for these items. I immediately rejected the order and spoke with Zaya on the situation (2x) and she behaved as if she had no idea what was going on. Side note, Lowe's installer (finally called) said , if I wanted them to deliver, but not install the countertops, I have to pay a $150 transport fee. I want nothing to do with that company and their countertop. So here I am without money, a decent countertop, or any type of civil customer service.

Meta Davis: Outstanding customer service. Greater at the door "how can we help uou today? The young lady.in the lawn mower department went above and beyond to help us with our lawn mower purchase. They took the lawn mower we wanted on display down so we could see it. Then we purchased the E-GO lawn mower. Couldn't be happier! .Thank you lowes.

Victor Dugger: I practically live there lately. Fantastic customer service including fun and useful inventory. The lady that usually works in the inside plant dept is knowledgeable and patient. Look her up if you need help.

Shenika Buries: I received excellent customer service from Hannah and 2 other employees. They were very attentive and helpful when purchasing a lawn mower and other lawn care equipment!

phoebe lots: Had an appointment for someone to come measure my kitchen floor for new tile. They gave me a 1pm to 5pm window so I took a half day off work. At about 5:15pm I got a call saying the Lowes representative would not be here until 6-7pm. He never showed up. No calls, nothing. I’m glad this happened because I can only imagine trying to deal with them once a project actually starts.

LN Perez: I've been calling the customer service line for this store for 3 days to schedule a dishwasher install and there has never been an answer. And each time, after 30-40 minutes, they hang up on me. It's so aggravating. I'm cancelling the order for my dishwasher and just ordering through Costco. The wait there to schedule an install was 8 minutes for me.
