Sassy Sauce: Great discounts on Christmas items as part of the holiday sale. I picked up Christmas stockings for under $5.00. There were fire pits on clearance as well. I like this location and they generally have the items I’m in need of for repairs or decorations, etc. The staff is very helpful as well.
Kev- keepingitreal: This location offers a variety of affordable items for your home improvement needs. I really appreciate the staff in the aisle for assisting me with finding items on my check list. At check out the cashier was welcoming and friendly. This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.
Jessica Fullington: Today I went to the garden center for some outside plants. Yolanda was so very helpful! She was able to answer my questions, she even went and got me a cart so that it was easier for me to get the items I purchased to my car. It is so refreshing to have people who are pleasant and helpful at their jobs I will definitely come back to this location to get all the plants I need this spring! Marla was very helpful as well along with the young man who answered some of my questions about my plans. All around a wonderful experience!

Sebastian L. Cooper: Ordered a small arrangement as my partner started as a teacher in a new school. Gave a base flower and some colors and they NAILED THE REST. It was beautiful and my partner was elated! It was even completed way before I was scheduled to pick it up and resting in a fridge. Excellent service and will be using them again!

Karen Swindell: I have been a customer of Caruso Florist for over 10 years and the flower arrangements are always beautiful! Caruso Florist customer service is awesome and they deliver to Capitol Heights, MD. l find ordering Caruso flower arrangements easy. Because I tell them the occasion and let the highly trained staff put together the most amazing flower arrangements. I spoke with the owner on several times and he offered good ideas. My family, friends, and co-workers love Caruso flower arrangements. Once I ordered an exotic flower arrangement which included the bird of paradise and my mother still talks about the flower arrangement. I highly recommend Caruso Florist.
Ron Moses: For those with loved ones interred at Arlington, Caruso’s is a veteran owned florist with a very excellent record and quality, much better than any other in the area, and can do a regular or scheduled service to Arlington. I first found Caruso’s a year ago when we needed a florist quickly on a short notice to produce a number of bouquets for my father, MgySgt/SgtMaj Herbert Moses, who passed away Nov 5th 2020. Not only did they do an exemplary job, they did so with care and speed. It was such a great job, that I have a standing order of flowers to be delivered every two weeks to my father at Arlington. I was originally concerned that Arlington groundskeepers would remove the flowers after a few days and was super surprised to discover the flowers are still there after a week (see below). I’m not affiliated with Caruso, they don’t pay me anything, and they didn’t ask me to write a review. I just read the last guy’s review complaining about Latex balloons not lasting a weekend, and anyone with kiddos knows that they don’t last but a couple days esp when it’s cold out. Not fair of a review for a truly great florist (and not a balloon shop). Thank you so much everyone at Caruso’s for honoring my father with so much care.

Tracy Needham: I think they have just about everything you need in terms of plants, herbs, etc. Staff are friendly for the most part. A lot of times you have to track someone down if you have questions. Parking is awful. I would never go on a weekend due to parking.

Katherine Watter: I recently moved to Northern Virginia and wanted to find a local florist I could rely on for future gifts. Not knowing where to start, I used an online third-party service to place an order for myself for same-day delivery. I know this can be a gamble, as third-party sites often take huge percentages of the sale, leaving the small businesses to make do with a fraction of the budget. Royalty Flowers created this arrangement, and I couldn’t be happier with the product. The flowers are so fresh and fragrant, and the bouquet looks exactly like the one pictured on the third-party site (I was particularly excited for the vase!) The courier was also so polite and friendly. I will definitely be ordering from Royalty Flowers in the future, directly from them.

Tee did an amazing job talking me through what I liked and wanted and was able to magically create the most beautiful arrangements from my vague recommendations. She was phenomenally responsive and made sure everyone had all the information they needed (including a full list of the flowers she was planning to use). She was incredibly gracious when we had to first reschedule our 2020 wedding and eventually change our 2021 wedding to a small elopement with just our parents. She still delivered her absolute best and both sets of parents commented on how much they loved the flowers.

Because of the volume of orders for funerals they had just received and the distance from the shop, Sarah said that she could not deliver flowers to the church, but she called a friend of hers that lived close and was going to the same funeral, and arranged for her to pick up the flowers and take them with her. She is even sending a picture of the arrangement to me once it is finished. Wow. Sometimes blessings come in unexpected ways. Kerry Delf: Small but fairly well provisioned food section, with both snack foods and some home groceries, heavy on the convenience foods. Prices are high but better than other stores in the area. Conveniently open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays, in an area where other stores close at 9 or 10, but it closes earlier on other days of the week. Free parking with store validation. Downside: Service was sparse and heavily dependent on self-service—there were no employees on the floor helping customers, and of three employees around the checkout counter, only one was operating a register, quite lackadaisically.
Peyton Doyle: Great small format Target in a really accessible part of Cleveland Park (and just steps from the Metro stop). Impressed with their selection of fresh foods. Nice home goods section too. Unique underground store. Really friendly employees! I will certainly be back.

Daniel Mendoza: Lace was great for taking me in last minute and making me a floral arrangement for my wife on Valentine’s Day! Flowers were fresh but balloons 🎈 were trashed on the 2nd day. Anyways, no major complaints and I’m sure they were probably old or something but the people here were way too nice! 👍🏽 I highly recommend this place if you are looking for flowers.

Stephanie Stubler: Like my favorite nurseries: a plant wonderland from the moment you walk in. I was on a mission for indoor plants so did not spend much time in the covered annual/perennial area, but it was very well stocked and taken care of from my quick outdoor tour. So many indoor plant varieties to choose from, a few I had never seen in this area. I will return for further investigation, for sure!
Linda Balon Stein: Bought Biotone here to amend the soil prior to installing new shrubs. Also picked up flower and veggie seeds. American Plant is amazing. It is a bit higher priced compared to other local nurseries or big box stores. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Ashley Robertson: Nursery hopping in DC, MD, and VA is a favorite past time of mine and so far American Plant wins my award for most beautiful. American Plant had a large selection of healthy looking indoor and outdoor plants. They have everything from succulents, to trees, to climbing vines, and roses. I picked up some pollinator seeds from the garden center, a trellis, and a Thanksgiving Cactus. The prices were fair and the staff were knowledgeable and available. I particularly loved their yard sculpture collection. Those were pricy but the design and quality were some of the best that I’ve seen. I had to keep slapping my own hands to not walk away with all their hanging plants. Gorgeous!

Sassy Sauce: This store opened a couple years ago and it’s always nice and clean. The day I went after work the store must have just received a truck because there were boxes of product on most of the aisles. But this store is generally very clean and organized. This isn’t a normal sized target though, it’s definitely smaller and has more of a convenient store type feel. But all of the normal Target staples are still there. There is parking under the store and it’s accessible using the escalators or elevator. There is a Starbucks as well. It’s a great store to visit!
livingmytruth 2: Joan has the best customer service ever. I came in this location with my 98 year old grandma and she made my grandma feel sooo good and proud and she really has a positive attitude. Thank you for making my grandmother’s shopping experience so pleasant . I will actually make this my home store now because of her pleasant demeanor

Jesse Cowan: Terrific customer service today! I was greeted right away by a friendly staffer who showed me just the plant I was looking for and helped me pick one from 3 healthy specimens. Then another friendly staffer potted it for me, and when she understood it was to be a gift, wrapped it with pretty tissue paper. So grateful, and looking forward to coming back soon.

Kwadwo Tuffour: Took this painting to figure out how to get it up on my wall, and to get the right kind of nails to do it. Sales associate was able to take me right to what I needed and shower me how to hang it. Mission accomplished. Bonus: Had a nice, brief conversation with the cashier, Radha about the different women in the picture. She recognized a couple and asked about a few, which i told her.

Dawn Wunderle: After more than 7 phone calls to 3 different numbers trying to schedule appliance installation, I was lucky this morning to have been assisted by Joshua Lewis in the Floral and Garden Department. Even though it is not his department or responsibility, he patiently worked through getting the dishwasher I ordered on January 13th scheduled for installation. If there were 10 stars - I would select all 10 for Joshua! Patient, courteous and helpful and he went above and beyond to assist me!

Alexandra Younger: Really good customer service. I had an address issue on my end that they immediately fixed for me. Chocolates are good quality Lindor. I ordered the Topaz Wonderland for someone. It was supposed to be lots of textured greenery, pink & purple flowers mixed in, with a topaz vase. However, it came in a dark blue vase, and the flowers were predominantly yellow and pink/red. I was hoping it had more interesting green textures, and not really the yellow ones. I think it was beautiful, but far too different from the photo for what I paid.
