Direct Answer, Inc. Call Center, E-Commerce Fulfillment, Lockbox: what do users think?

Cory Williams: I have been using Direct Answer for about 3 years now. I own my own HVAC company, and my only regret is not finding these guys sooner. After a friend recommended Them to me I placed an order of work shirts, sweat shirts, and jackets. Not only were they WAY cheaper than the other bids I had received and the other company I had been using. But they arrived faster and were a much higher quality than previous orders. I recently made a large order of button down dress shirts with my company logo on them. Not really having a specific brand or material in mind, I explained to Katie what I liked and didn’t like. Katie not only picked out one of the most breathable, comfortable, and best looking shirts I could imagine. She was also able to get me a great price on them. On top of that, when the order came in, Andy personally delivered them to me because he had gone through my entire order. Just to make sure the logo/ colors were perfect, and the stitching was up to his standards. This week I am having Direct Answer take over as the virtual receptionist for my company. To say that I like and trust Direct Answer is an understatement. They are as honest and upfront as a company can be. Being a business owner I take customer service very seriously. And yet I am blown away each and every time I deal with DA. If you’re looking for a company that does amazing work, saves you a lot of money, and makes running your business MUCH easier, then use Direct Answer.

Michele Loiacono: I have been working with Direct Answer for over 10 years now. The dedication Katie Rogers and her team at Direct Answer has for our mission and needs would make you think we were their only client. From bending over backwards to fulfill a simple or multi-step request to implementing all possible services necessary when needed, shows their commitment to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to any company/non profit who is looking for an extension of their own office staff....they literally are an extension of my office staff.

Steve Smith: Direct Answer staff is friendly, helpful, professional and a fountain of creative ideas. Their editorial suggestions, logo creation and design were unexpected but welcome additions to our marketing efforts. The service was prompt and professional and within original cost projections, no surprise additions. Product delivery was sooner than estimated and in great order. Finding a good print shop can be tough. Now we need look no further.

Tiffany Shaw: I love my position and my team here at DA. I feel like I am a part of something here and I love the work/life balance of being able to work from home! The management is fantastic and I feel as though I can reach out to them if I need to for any reason!

National Center for Weight and Wellness: what do users think?

Anna S: I have had the great pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Kahan for a number of years. Working with Dr. Kahan and his team has been a life-changing experience. They are by far the most caring group of health professionals I have worked with. Long term weight loss is tough and can be very depressing; Dr. Kahan remains positive when I may not be, and he puts weight loss ups and downs into perspective. Most importantly, he makes it clear he will never give up trying different approaches until one is found that works. I appreciate that he advocates a holistic approach to health care, recognizing that weight loss is both a mental and physical process. The team he has put together has diverse areas of expertise and there are a wide variety of supports in place--from individual to group work—to help. In all my years I have never met a doctor who is as compassionate and concerned. He gives 200% to help ensure your success.

marc machlin: I have great respect for the work of Dr. Kahan and his entire staff. They are extremely supportive and knowledgeable. With their advice and support, I have lost a substantial amount of weight and have reduced my blood pressure significantly. I am having success and I feel energized. I am extremely grateful to the entire team for their guidance and support.

Erica Rothman: Dr. Kahan has not only been a great doctor to me the past few years, he has really become a friend that I look forward to catching up with. He is always positive and keeps things in perspective. When I moved from DC he made it clear that he would still always be around for me if I needed anything. We have had phone appointments to keep me on track and they have been really helpful. I cannot say enough good things about him!

Bernie Robinson: The female and male professionals who staff the National Center for Weight and Wellness genuinely care about those of us who reach out to them for advice, counsel and timely assistance. Our prospects for achieving our goals are totally within our reach and are our responsibility. The short and longer term benefits of working with the men and women of NCWW is access to their banks of knowledge, practical experience and their flexible willingness to custom tailor a program that works best for each of us !!! Bernie Robinson May 23, 2015

K Santora: I have had a terrific experience at the National Center for Weight and Wellness. I am a long-time patient and find the doctors and staff to be professional, competent and caring. They care about me as an individual and have made a difference in my life and my approach to health. I am ever grateful.

Medics USA - Primary and Walk-In Care: what do users think?

James Matthews: The Columbia Heights location is trash. The wait time is ridiculous and I did all of my forms online. I don’t know what took so long to be seen. There was barely anyone there. The MA was cool and got what I needed. The doctor had a bad attitude and continued to over talk me while I was answering his questions, and even rolled his eyes at me. Just go anywhere, but here.

Aaron Angeles: I have had excellent service here multiple times. When my doctor has not been available they took care of my needs and communicated well with my pharmacy. I never waited excessive times. For emergency this place is very professional and effective. Lower back issues.

Alex DiCaprio: Service was very quick at the start. I was quickly brought in for the initial check by the nurse. Unfortunately waiting for the doctor was way too long. I was left waiting around 20 minutes. The doctor was nice, however, I feel as if he did not provide me enough verbal communication. I had an eye infection and was worried it was pink eye -- he instead immediately went to see if my cornea was scraped. He numbed my eye and then jabbed my eye with a needle without warning. I mean -- no one wants to know thats going to happen but I think communication would have gone a long way to me not screaming expletives with a needle in my eye. Regardless -- as far as the service is concerned -- I left with an antibiotic which eventually healed my eye,but I didnt feel as if I ever had fully understood what I was actually suffering from.

Washington Vascular Specialists: what do users think?

Mike Young: I went to the Takoma Park Maryland office for vascular work in my left leg. I have had trouble with this leg for over seven years and over twenty surgeries and I have never been treated better Than I was at the Takoma Park office. Everyone from the admittance personnel to the Techs, Nurses and Doctors. Chris and Bill have to be the nicest care givers I have ever met. I experienced a problem after the procedure and the staff went out of their way to help me. I ended up having to be transported by ambulance to Holy Cross and the staff stayed well after the office scheduled closing to make sure I was in good care. No amount of words can express my appreciation for the wonderful people at this office. Thank You Michael Young

era marshall: I am a very picky person when it comes to my health. When I went looking for a cardiovascular doctor, I searched around a lot until I found this wonderful office. Yes, they are extremely busy most of the time and that is because they are great at what they do. Sometimes I have waited several hours to get seen but, it has always been worth the time. The staff is always considerate and professional. Dr Choudry is simply amazing. He is very thorough and takes the time to talk to you about your complaints. His nurse is caring and as smart as can be. My surgery went well. I think his surgical team are the best. I thank God I found them.

Irene English-Johnson: The office staff is very professional and yet very kind and helpful. Dr. Choudry was very understanding about my medical needs and and worked with me to make my office visit less stressful. It is extremely easy being a patient in a medical office that is so compassionate, kind and understanding.

Stephanie Kavounis: My experience today was amazing . His staff is wonderful . So loving and concerned about you as a whole person . You are not just a number . Warm kind words from staff I have nothing but praise for Dr Chaudry and his loving staff Ashley is amazing . Naomi is an angel .

Khalid Akhtar: Great front desk services, staff and excellent consultation. Have been with Dr Choudhry for the past 26 years. Cannot thank him enough for his treatment and advice. Saved me from a vary dangerous situation in 1995, and since then treated me throughout with excellent monitoring and health.

John Mullaney: Every visit I’ve had with Washington Vascular has been prompt and professional. Dr Choudry is always caring and informative with his patients. He has an excellent bedside manner. Ashley runs a tight ship, always making sure the patients are the priority. Victor, the ultrasound tech, was highly experienced and excellent with explaining the procedure. I’ve worked in the medical field for 33 years in both the clinical and hospital settings and will call it like I see it. I feel very comfortable having Dr Choudry and his staff take care of me and my vascular issues.

Jennifer Strachan: The doctors and nurse practitioners that we interacted with was very caring and professional. Dr. Choudry and nurse practitioner were very thorough and the crew on the other side who does the procedures were outstanding!

Stephanie Kavounis: Caring and loving and kind words are given to you the moment you step into the office . Jason , Ralph , Mark , Angie , Charlotte are excellent . They go above and beyond the call is duty . I have nothing but praise for Dr Choudry and his team of professionals . Ashley is an Angel sent from God . She has been there for me since 2016 .

Jackie Hancock: You have provided the best diagnose of PAD to me. You have my full attention as it pertain to my health. I am taking my meds daily and have gotten myself into the gym. Feeling better about myself and health. I will see you in six months. Thanks for opening my eyes as it pertain to PAD.

Farragut Medical And Travel Care: what do users think?

Christina Guglielmo: Loved Dr Bergstrom - was no nonsense and straightforward about all our travel precautions and concerns. Advised me and my husband how to protect ourselves abroad, was extremely timely and our nurse who administered our vaccines was wonderful. Expensive, but vaccines for travel are a part of the trip cost!

Digestive Center for Wellness: Dr Bergstrom and her staff at Farragut Medical are simply outstanding. I refer all my patients to her - as well as my family members. She provides the highest standard of medical care, and is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I know. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Anusha Kashif: As someone who took their family from a different country here thinking they would be treated nicely I was shocked by the way the lady on the phone just started being rude when we asked her simple questions asking about confirming if our appointment went through. Also, asking to confirm for the location because as we booked the appointment it wasn’t showing on the confirmation email. Never going here again!

Laura Bennett: When Omicron struck our family of five, Farragut Medical was there for us. Dr, Bergstrom called immediately, and shepherded us through a trying time, including making herself available at the office for testing on a holiday weekend and patiently answering many questions on protocols, timelines, etc, to ensure a world-class standard of care. We can’t thank her and her team enough!

Konstantin: Great service. We did Antigen test there and results came 20 minutes after

Matt B: Avoid this location for PCR testing if you’re a government employee needing a travel test. While it was easy to get an appointment, the staff was very helpful and the testing experience was quick an easy. My issue is that they list “doctor visit” on the receipt for $150 (the whole test is $300) which is not reimbursable per DoD travel policy. I contacted the office to see if I could get a new invoice just listing the test as $300, they said “no” because of HIPAA rules.......🤔. So thanks, I’m out $150!

Erin Radomski: My husband and I had a great experience at Farragut Medical to get COVID tests. When we called to schedule we were given clear instructions/expectations over the phone and they were able to schedule us for a drive-up testing appointment that same day. Once we arrived, the whole thing took less than 5 minutes and the staff members were extremely friendly and professional!

Le Bustiere Boutique: Rapid PCR test was worth it since some of the other places the results are not coming back within 72 hours of traveling from experience.

Eye Doctors of Washington: what do users think?

Janice Alder: Just had the best eye exam of my life! Ejiatu was the tech/physician’s assistant who did the tests and prep. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt well taken care of. Dr Khan was also excellent! She understood my myriad issues and has a game plan for me that encompasses my overall health. Highly recommend!

Jennifer Pack: Eye Doctors of Washington have been excellent in caring for and treating an eye condition I have. I feel able to ask them anything, and they give great explanations that teach and explain. Dr. Luckie in DC fits my Scleral contact lenses amazingly! She and her staff are so friendly and caring.

Miki'ala Miller: Staff at EDoW were great - communicative and caring. I was very impressed with them. My only issue with the place was the awkwardness of the waiting area. No tables on which to put place a purse, book, umbrella, or phone or coffee cup. I had to put all my stuff on the floor or try to hang my purse off the arm rest. Chairs were not spaced far enough apart for Covid concerns. And the chairs were really dirty. They need to make efforts to re-arrange the waiting area into a more workable, accessible set up.

David Fago: Dr. Fisher was very personable and helpful. She explained her findings thoroughly and noted that what I thought might be a problem (cataracts) isn’t yet, but that another concern (optic nerve health) will require further evaluation and follow-up. I’m very pleased with her care and attention.

Jeremy Faircloth: I went in because I had just recently begun having minor but recurring issues with my eye. All the people I dealt with in the hour wait prior to actually meeting the doctor were lovely and wonderful. The doctor walked in, gave me 30 seconds to talk, diagnosed me, and tried to hand me off to an aide. I had to stop him as he was heading out the door to ask what the cause was. “I don’t know. Any other questions?”

Ardella Newman: DR. Kenneth Schor M.D. is simply the best. I would definitely recommend him to others because of his knowledgeable caring manner. Plus, he engages me in my appointment in a thoughtful, respectful manner, he makes it easy to ask questions. He is AWESOME!👍🤗👍

Flo Lee: I was extremely afraid of getting LASIK because I had an extremely high prescription. But after a few of my friends had good experiences even with PRK, I decided to search around for a consultation. I am so glad I found EDOW and cannot say enough good things. Maggie was my coordinator, and she was amazing. She was constantly available to answer my many questions leading up to the procedure and was extremely communicative about what to expect. I had some trouble getting the eye drops I needed due to some health insurance coverage issues, but Maggie was really quick to help me troubleshoot and find a good price. I am so grateful. The procedure itself went smoothly as was my recovery. Dr. Clinch was efficient and his manner put me at ease before, during, and after the surgery. If you are looking to do LASIK, I highly recommend at least checking out EDOW to see if they are a good fit for you!

charles osborne: Dr. Schor and Team are wonderful. Went thru numerous eye tested and was explained each process and what to expect. Dr. Schor was super professional and thorough. He explained everything to me and several options. The office was clean and orderly and had plenty of covid protocols and protections in place.

The Washington, D.C. Center for Neurocognitive Excellence LLC: what do users think?

Neal Eckert: I had the privilege of working with Schuyler in a contracting-type role for several years. During that time, I grew to understand the rare combination of abilities Schuyler possesses. He continuously educates himself from a mental health standpoint, is extremely detail oriented and whip-smart. At the same time, Schuyler is driven by an uncommon, non-judgmental compassion for individuals needing mental relief. That humility, approachableness and authentic concern, combined with expert clinical abilities, will put you at ease, make you feel valued and ensure that excellent treatment takes place. I have no doubt that Schuyler and his team will do anything they can to help you and your loved ones.

Sarah Katherine Tipler: I worked for The DC Center for Neurocognitive Excellence for several years and had a wonderful experience as their lead therapist. Schuyler, the practice owner, was great to work with and he and the other therapists at the center provide exceptional, cutting edge services to their clients. I highly recommend them!

Mary Kay Rehard: I have been fortunate to work with Mr. Cunningham, and I especially appreciate his expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based trauma treatment. He is a skilled, compassionate clinician who understands the importance of human connection in the healing process. Mr. Cunningham is energetic, wise, diligent, and committed to ethical practices. I highly recommend him and his team for anyone seeking a strengths-based approach to recovery and wellness.

Brendan Hines: I am a neurofeedback technician who has been working for DCNE for nearly a year, and my experience with the center has been incredible. From the expert training I was given as a new tech, to the educational and professional opportunities that have been afforded to me in my work at DCNE, I have had nothing but positive experiences. And these extend to our patient contact as well: we provide a supportive environment for patients with ADHD and other psychiatric issues that extends from our technicians to therapists and upper management. If you are someone seeking treatment or counseling for ADHD or other mental illnesses, I cannot recommend DCNE enough. You will be supported by a network of people who are knowledgeable about mental health and truly care about your well being.

Ben Turley: I had the pleasure of working with DCNE as a provider and contractor. I can attest that it is an excellent clinic that takes a a personalized approach to mental health with staff that care deeply about their patients.

Rachel Brandon: Schyler is an excellent clinician, mentor, or researcher. Having worked with him on research projects and learning from him at NIH, I can confidently recommend him.

Will Hopton: Extremely professional and conscientious. This clinic is very well run and promotes a welcoming atmosphere of judgement free engagement.

Medics USA - Primary and Walk-In Care: what do users think?

Laleh Pedramrad: It is awful urgent care. I had an appointment to see the doctor and I arrived 10 minutes earlier. The place is not crowded at all as you can see in the picture but I need to wait for ever to see the doctor and put me in the patient’s room for ever. OMG I will never ever go back to this place anymore.

Nunu Loedrr: This doctor cursed me out about a mask. He was one of those radical pro mask activist DO NOT RECOMMEND this place the Doctor John Spargo he’s tall Caucasian man that looks like hank hill. He smell like liquor and his eyes were bloodshot red as if he just took a long lunch break at a bar. DO NOT SERVICE THIS ESTABLISHMENT because if he talk to me like that in my face there’s no telling what he saying about you to yours. Good day

Ryan Fleming: Apart from being remarkably rude in general, and for of course long wait times, Medics USA had two other things going against it. First, they failed to process the insurance claim correctly which caused problems. Second, the physician made pretty disparaging remarks about minority populations which was a bit shocking. In general both doctors I saw had horrible bedside manner, but being casually racist is beyond the pale. I would highly recommend that you go anywhere else.

Noah Slosberg: Really awful experience here, believe the other reviews. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 at 1, and was told I could come in immediately. When I got there the wait was 1 hour!! The front desk told me it would only take 30 minutes, which was a blatant lie because the receptionist in the back said it would be more like an hour!! I currently have Covid and desperately needed a prescription, to which the doctor sarcastically told me that I should go to the ER and get monoclodial antibodies! It was really incredibly rude and an awful experience. I really recommend skipping this place and going literally anywhere else. Why would they tell me to come in if they then clearly were overbooked?? Especially when I knew I had Covid and told them this and they said there they couldn’t help me! Really awful experience. And they were incredibly aggressive about it too and told me I wasn’t wanted when I was just following their instructions!!

Nicole Ward: The make it incredibly difficult to get a prescription refill and have not been accommodating during the pandemic. I have asthma and have needed refills for my asthma medication. During the height of the pandemic, before vaccinations, they expected me to make an appointment for a refill. I was in the office 6 months ago and the doctor wrote me a prescription with zero refills. I now need a refill and they won’t give me one unless I come in for a full physical.

David Pansegrouw: I have been going here for a few years as my PCP. Very satisfied. Members of my family have come here at times also and have always been treated well. Dr. Rashid and his staff are excellent.

Julie McCune: I brought my friend to the R St NW location for a few stitches to her forehead after a fall. The front desk service staff were very helpful and friendly. We were walk-ins without an appointment and only had to wait 45 minutes. However, I don’t feel confident that my friend received the best care. Based on a form we filled out, they said she probably had a mild concussion. But they didn’t check her pupil dilation. They also didn’t ask follow-up questions or check her head for injuries to her scalp or facial bones. My friend got three stitches but was not given any instructions for wound care until we specifically asked for them. The PA who did the stitches told us that we shouldn’t get the wound wet or apply Neosporin for 2 days. After the PA left and the nurse came back, the first thing the nurse did was swab the wound with water, and then recommend that we use Neosporin. It shook our confidence to be given opposite instructions by two different medical staff. I was also a little concerned about the hygienic standards. The office was clean but the PA and nurse both wore gloves and touched many surfaces in the office, even the door knob, and didn’t change the gloves before treating her. Overall, I expected a higher quality of care and clearer communication. In the future, I would try a different clinic rather than go back to this one.

International Spine, Pain & Performance Center: what do users think?

Jason Burns: Dr. Desai and his team are amazing. After years of back pain, and not seeing any improvement I am on the road to recovery. The doctors and staff are compassionate and caring. I am lucky to have found them.

Robert Oerter: Dr. Desai is very knowledgeable and you really feel he cares about you as a patient. He took time to discuss the results of my procedure and the next steps. My only complaint is that sometimes it feels like he has one foot out the door when he is talking to you. At one appointment he literally had one hand on the doorknob as we were finishing up our discussion.

Erik Lang: Dr. Desai is very perceptive and proficient at diagnosis and care. He is a good listener and very proactive. I would highly recommend him. His staff are nice. He usually has a few Residents and/or Interns that he is mentoring. It’s good that they have someone like him to learn from.

Michael McClellan: Dr Desai and his Staff are friendly, capable, and efficient. Dr Desai is excellent at comprehending your situation, summarizing it, responding to your statements and questions, prescribing treatment options, and helping you to your solution. You are invited to contact him (through his office) with inputs/questions and to return for further treatment if needed.

Erin Phillips: I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to leaving a review for Dr. Sayal and his NP Gwen. If it was possible to leave more than 5 stars I would. For the past 5 years I’ve been living in pain, in and out of the ER and frequent hospital admissions due to pain related to a chronic illness. For those that experience chronic pain you know how difficult it can sometimes be to find health care providers that are understanding of your pain and are empathetic towards it, as pain is so subjective. Dr. Sayal and Gwen have amazing bedside manner and take the time to listen and work with you to establish the most appropriate plan of care. They understand that everyone and every case is different. I’ve never had an issue with getting an appointment that fits into my complicated schedule and their office staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are very punctual and on time, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. When I’ve been admitted to the hospital at VHC, Dr. Sayal comes to see me at the bedside to lay eyes on me and ensure that my pain is being properly controlled by my care team. This practice has been an absolute blessing and has given me hope again at being able to live a normal life. Hands down, 100% would recommend to anyone in need of pain management.

Tania Rodriguez: Dr. Desay is not only well versed, educated and an expert on his field. He hears you as a patient which for me is a very crucial part of a pain management doctor. His office staff is excellent and his team for procedures is excellent. Can’t say enough good things about him and his office

Jasmin Naficy: I left my visit with Dr. Desai with the impression that he is a really intelligent guy with an excellent/sorely needed good bedside manner. He’s very kind and present. Where are the other doctors in shining armor like this. He knows his stuff. Dr. Desai was able to test and observe my joints and identify with authority a previously unknown orthopedic problem with his team. I have a very tough case of pain, and am seeing someone for long-term management. Dr. Desai was not deterred by the challengIng nature of this awful situation and treated me with the utmost dignity. For the current orthopedic requirement I feel assured and comfortable around him. I am super pleased and feel more comfortable overall, like I’ll finally be able to move forward now. His doctor’s assistant was focused, super-kind, effective and thorough — I hope he gets into the med school of his choice. :)

Eye Doctors of Washington: what do users think?

Kecia Reynolds: Dr. Luckie is great! I highly recommend her. The assistant was also good. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because neither the receptionist nor the glasses person in the lobby said hello when I walked in and either was helping anyone.

Amin Shaheen: One of my most time efficient visits to Dr. Jacobson. He is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. His staff was very friendly, courteous and professional! Keep it up guys!

Mark Jacobson: Dr. Howard Jacobson has been my ophthalmologist for at least 20 years. He is extraordinarily thorough, professional and conservative in his examinations, treatments, and recommendations. I have never hesitated to accept and follow his advice. Definitely a "top doc" in his field.

Nick S: I totally trust my eyes to Dr Jacobsen and his staff. They are knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and great in emergencies as well as routine checkups. The best.

tamika sujuane: Dr. Luckie was very attentive and informative, answering all of my questions and adressing my concerns in detail with patience and grace! I consider myself lucky to have found such a wonderful, insightful and caring ophthalmologist!

sophie DiBIase: specially asked if i could be fitted for contact lenses when making my appointment over the phone was told yes and then came in and was told i would have to make another appointment to see a different doctor to get fitted for lenses completely ridiculous to not be fitted for contacts when getting an eye exam. really disappointing. super frustrating to have to make another appointment when i was told over the phone that would not be an issue. EDOW is bad.

Allyson Terry: Dr.Jacobson is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. He is thorough. Takes his time. Nobody better.

The Retina Group of Washington: what do users think?

princess abudabah: The office staff are friendly and typically greet you by name as you enter the door. I miss Dr. Spellman’s personal touch though. Even though he was always busy he took time to speak with you and remember things about you. Since he is retired I now see Dr. Venkat. I have no complaints about the excellent service she provided. I do wish she were more personable. After waiting for over 45 mins for the office visit, her actual examination felt rushed and perfunctory.

roderick johnson: The assistants were helpful and courteous. The time at the clinic has improved from 3 hours down to an hour and a half. Superior service would be in and out in one hour.

Jacqueline Hancock: My experiences here are truly outstanding. Dr. Sonya is the best ever. Staff is constantly cleaning to keep clients safe. Thanks for caring.

Xenon Booth: The wait is always quite long, but everyone is very friendly. Dr. Bryant is amazing and as well as all the nurses.

Dab B: The staff was very personable and professional. Dr. Bryant was very patient explaining the issues and provided options as necessary. Very professional.

Richard Greene: An overall good experience. The reviews indicating that there is a wait time are true. I had a 2pm appointment and did not leave until 4pm. That said they have a lot of patients, which means there’s a slight delay in appointment times. That aside I felt the staff was professional, courteous, and had a good bed side manner as they explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. The doctor (can’t recall her name at the moment) was also good and gave me confidence that she knew what she was doing, which is what you want when someone is messing around with your eyes!

Laura Scharfenberg: I am uncertain how to rate my visit today. I had to leave the office after waiting for approximately two hours. When I asked when I might expect to be seen, the receptionist said it may still be another 30-45 minutes and that when coming in for an appointment, I should plan on allowing 3-4 hours. I have high regard for Dr. Spellman, and appreciate his willingness to be thorough with his patients as well as the fact that he has a number of emergency patients each day. However, I do not appreciate spending 3-4 hours in the office, the vast majority of which is in the waiting room. There must be a better system. That said, his staff is very considerate and professional and I have great respect and confidence in everyone I have encountered in the office. I am considering making a follow up appt with his colleague for whom I was told the time in the waiting room is not nearly as long.

Brian Niemiec: Had a really great experience. They were able to see me the same day, which was awesome. Dr Huang did a thorough exam and helped me understand what was happening. It alleviated my fears. I would highly recommend Dr Huang at RGW.

F Slacum: Great customer service from the start! Thank you Dr. Bryant! And thanks to your entire team!!

Washington Eye Doctors - Downtown, DC: what do users think?

Amanda Blake: The absolute best choice for dry eye! I had been suffering for years, and now my eyes are drastically better after only three months of proper treatment. Dr. Abraham is excellent. He explains things very clearly and listens to concerns with compassion. I really appreciate his help and cannot recommend Washington Eye Doctors highly enough, especially for dry eye patients.

Karen Moe: Dr Rosenblatt has been my eye doctor for many years and worked with me to get my proper correction for nearsightedness. My extra-sensitive system was previously over-corrected and his prescriptions enabled my vision to be more relaxed and stabilize. The glasses are high quality and good fit. I’m especially fond of the nearly weightless frames and lenses.

Jacques Moore: I’ve been a customer and patient at Washington Eye Doctors for about a year and a half. Overall it’s been great. The front desk staff are pleasant. Dr. Rosen later is knowledgeable, kind and takes time to answer questions and explain things in layman’s terms. I think perhaps one of their frame and lens specialists might need more training on listening to the customer and clearly understanding my needs before recommending something that doesn’t work (i.e. fit me properly). But the other two I’ve worked with have been excellent.

Barbara Graham: I Love Dr Rosenblatt I been a patient for over 20 years he is the best I was in his office on yesterday He is treating me for dry eyes I can tell a difference in one day my eyes feel so much better . When I get new eyeglasses I do not need time to adjust to the new glasses because he did a great job . And the staff is very friendly and very helpful. The office and the bathroom is very clean . I give Dr rosenblatt and his staff five star for doing a Great job and what they do taking care of my eyes Barbara G

Randy Capps: I have been with Washington Eye Doctors for 50 years since the Katz/Kanstroom days. They guided me through bifocals as a kid, contacts as an adolescent and Lasik as an adult. 25 years after Lasik I still have near perfect vision. I just went back for night driving glasses. Always quick, efficient and thorough consistently over the decades.

Qundeel Khattak: Dr. Friedman is the best! I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. The staff are friendly and attentive. Sean was very patient in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses! I have a rather strong prescription and Dr. Friedman has worked with me to try various contacts lenses - from custom soft to hybrid. Highly recommend!!

Shady Grove Fertility Center in Washington, D.C.: what do users think?

Nithya Mani: I highly recommend Dr. Nair and Shady Grove Fertility. Dr. Nair (and all the staff at the practice) were incredibly compassionate and attentive to our needs. I feel so lucky to have found her and had her as my fertility doctor. She always listened to me and made time to answer my questions. I never felt rushed or pushed to make decisions and always felt heard. She personally called me on several occasions to discuss next steps and was cheering me and my husband along every step of the way. I especially appreciated her advice and support as we moved from IVF to donor egg IVF - it was something we had not explored and are so grateful for her sage and kind advice throughout the process. She will always be a key part to our story and I hope to stay in touch for the rest of our pregnancy and journey! We also loved our IVF nurse, Christina - she was always super cheerful, helpful and patient in answering all my detailed questions and made the process feel less daunting. Thank you SGF for all your support!

Katie Wagner: I had a fantastic egg freezing experience at SGF! Dr. Widra and his team were knowledgeable, communicative, and reliable and through every step of the process. The K Street teams were consistently friendly on each visit and made themselves available for phone calls when I had questions in the beginning and throughout my cycle. Don’t be afraid to ask your questions about the process as a whole, medication options/pricing, what you’re seeing on the ultrasound screen, etc. The team was always happy to help and explain. I highly recommend the injection class as well—it was very helpful to practice and ask questions. SGF is a top-tier fertility center and I’d recommend it to anyone pursuing fertility preservation!

GraceFaithJourney: Good Morning, I usually do not like writing reviews, but I had a great time this morning here at SGF D.C location. To me, the staff are very friendly and respectful. I wish I had everyone that help me names. The service was very fast and professional. The lady answer all my questions . I know before going I took time and was reading everyone reviews. My husband told me, “ let God go with you and everything will be ok” and that what I did. Thank you

Zygmunt Czykieta: The staff are polite, however, their lack of understanding how their own organization functions caused the situation where—after multiple calls and a previous visit—my sample was throw-out in front of me. Be prepared to waste your time, or at a minimum, spend time learning how their organization operates as their employees do not know themselves.

Luwecine Stephenson: The team is so warm, nice and welcoming! The only downside is the location. The staff works hard at getting you in and out. The nurses are so nice and patient. I have no complaints! Amazing team!

Page Little: We had a very positive experience working with Dr. Devine and her nursing team, KC, Vanessa and Toyin. Everyone was very responsive and always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr Devine and SGF for your fertility journey!

Eye Doctors of Washington: what do users think?

Jocilyn Budda: Dr Lee and Dr Clinch have been wonderful through every step of my lasik experience. They answer all of my questions and they urge me to reach out if I have any concerns. Their demeanor is calming and put me at ease through the entire process. Would recommend them to anyone considering lasik.

Paula Bobys: My visit today was to measure my eyes for cataract surgery in 2 weeks. The technician, EJ, was very reassuring and patient. Dr. Shah then examined my eyes and discussed which procedure and type of lens she thought would be best for me. She answered all of my questions and together we decided on laser surgery with a toric lens implanted. Dr. Shah is very professional, thorough and thoughtful. .

Katherine Hubley: Fabulous staff! I has a very efficient visit - everything was explained well to me. All techs are professional and pleasant. Dr. Shah is also wonderful and takes the time to answer questions and be sure that patients understand her explanations.

Barbara Neitzey: I have been waiting one week to be contacted by Dr Shah’s surgical scheduler to schedule cataract surgery. I have left messages and spoken to telephone receptionist with my concern. I don’t believe it’s the patient’s responsibility to chase down the scheduler. Last week I had my last appointment before surgery and was quietly told by a competent technician that she wasnt in her office and that if she didn’t phone me, to keep calling her. RED FLAG. Now what to do???? Is there another scheduler or doctor I can see?

Robin Schoen: Professional from start to finish, this busy practice took care of the cataract in my eye with a minimum of pre surgery stress, down time, and inconvenience. The huge staff operates under a culture of care and efficiency, as well as kindness. I paid more from my pocket than my insurance company would for the procedure and lens I got but it. Was. Worth. It.

Joe Blanton: I have always found the doctors and technicians at EDOW to be first rate, professional, compassionate, and friendly. I like that Dr. Clinch carefully explains what is going on with regard to my eyes, and wants to make sure I understand his explanations. I feel that the care of my eyes is in good hands at EDOW.

Filomena Lococo: Office moved efficiently; see great improved even over pre-pandemic times. Each technician moved quickly, calmly and efficiently. Doctor Shah was well versed with all tests and looked over tests with me while also examining me herself.

Eye Doctors of Washington: what do users think?

Heather L: I went to Eye Doctors of Washington regarding my dry eyes that were causing blurry vision as well as irritation. I saw Dr. Fisher- she was wonderful, along with her staff! They ran very specific tests to measure the moisture level of my eyes as well as to look at ducts that supply oil to the eye- things previous doctors never did. From that data, she developed a protocol for me to follow- the very next day I was seeing results! I beyond thrilled! The staff there are professional and knowledgeable and polite- I am so happy that I am under their care!

Despina Belle-Isle: This is a very professionally run office. Everyone, from the front desk staff to Lamar, Fatima and Ni, who performed my eye tests and Dr. Mayer was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. They all made me feel like they were invested in providing me with great medical care and a positive, pleasant office experience. I would recommend this office to anyone needing specialized eye care. They really stand out as a stellar group.

Michele Meyer: The practice was professional yet friendly. I had used another facility further away and decided to change because parking was a challenge and making appointments was almost impossible. It was a difficult decision because I had been going there for ten years. Eye doctors was a wonderful relief. Plenty of parking, ten minutes from my house, All the latest technologies and treatments. All the employees were very friendly and good at their jobs. The ophthalmologist I saw was knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. He took his time to explain everything about my eye condition, and possible procedures in the future. I even have my next appointment scheduled. For those older than 65, they take Medicare.

Shane & Alisha Johnson: This was my second visit to the Tyson’s Corner location. The admin staff at the front desk was nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The technician who checked out my eye was really kind and helpful. He shared some bad news with me but was comforting and he educated me on options to get to a healthier place with my eyes. I was in and out of the office in less than 45 minutes.

Linda Rinker: The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. They know their stuff. They explain everything and answer all my questions with patience and respect. Dr. Mayer is great. He takes the time to go over everything that is happening and gives the different alternatives. He doesn’t rush and always has my best interest at heart.

Laurie Brandt: Friendly staff, well-trained assistants, professional and efficient vibe. Have seen Dr. Fischer 3x now and will continue to do so. I get a sense that she is invested in the health of my eyes, but also find her to be social and interested in the patient. Five stars is warranted!

David Felt: They mixed up the doctor I was supposed to see. Thus, after the initial meeting with the PA, I cooled my heels for about an hour and a half until the wrong doctor walked in and introduced himself. Then was shuttled to another room to wait another 10-15 mins. However, initial meeting with Brianna was great. She took us in right away (my wife and I were 30 minutes early for my 8:40 appointment) and answered all my questions. Dr. Mayer was also very informative and friendly when we finally got in to see him. So providers get 5 stars and back office gets 1. That averages to 3. Follow up appointment after surgery was far better. No wait. Everything went smoothly. Staff and professionals were all polite and friendly. Raised the rating to 4 stars.

Patrick Moon: I was pleased with experience at Eye Doctors of Washington in the Vienna/Tyson’s office. The wait after arrival was minimal, and the staff were friendly and professional. Dr Mayer carefully explained his analysis and proposed course of action. He was not rushed, answered all my questions and made me feel confident in his diagnosis. I would have rated my experience five stars were it not for the 2.5 months I had to wait to schedule an appointment.

One Medical: what do users think?

Lindsey Warburton: Happy to have been a member here for almost three years. The service especially at the Adams Morgan location is incredible. Makes me feel comfortable and cared for.

Holden Rhodes: Really great location and efficient, kind and upbeat staff. Particularly right now, many medical facilities are struggling with elongated wait times and the difficulties of implementing new entrance, exit, and sanitation procedures. One Medical’s was very clearly marked with instruction and the process was seamless. Would VERY HIGHLY recommend.

Lori Evans: I was able to make an appt online. I went to the Adams Morgan location. They took me promptly - no waiting. The staff were super nice. The office clean and tidy. My healthcare provider personable and professional. A smooth process. Thorough and impressive. A great system.

Mary Webb: This place has a good business model but the service could be better. Waiting an hour to get lab work done.

Dennis Dunbar: Really nice place Doctors and staff are awesome!

Eye Doctors of Washington: what do users think?

Stephen Taylor: Dr. Vicente is a wonderful and truly gifted doctor! I really appreciate Dr. Vicente’s “bedside manner” and all the time he took to provide a thorough explanation of all the details of my procedure. as well as the recovery period. He really put me at ease. Similarly, my post-op care has been exceptional. In addition to Dr. Vicente, I want to thank his superb team at Eye Doctors of Washington for their great service to me. I am enjoying my new sights!!!

Jan LaRocque Kappas: Fantastic practice. Dr. Vicente is a fabulous pediatric ophthalmologist. He has been great with both my children. It takes awhile to get an appointment (~3 months out in my experience), but worth it. The assistants and facilities are great as well. Easy to get to with plenty of street and public parking available if the spots provided by the office are taken.

Desireè: The office is clean, tidy and the lighting is pleasant. The front desk staff are warm and friendly. Nelson is Dr.Wong’s assistant, he’s professional and has a cheerful disposition. Dr.Wong takes the time to explain things thoroughly and discuss treatment options appropriately. She’s both highly intelligent and kind which sadly is a rare combination in the medical field. If I had to mention one gripe it would be the kiosk. You have to sign in on the kiosk before a team member can assist you. It’s not my favorite but considering everything else about this office is pretty great it’s not a deal breaker.

Emily Menard: I really enjoy the experience received with Eye Doctors of Washington in Chevy Chase. Dr. Wong has seen my child twice and each time they have a nice conversation while completing the eye exam. They do several tests/screening in new patients and a follow up. They bill insurance as medical verse optical (not billed as a routine exam). Might cause some insurance issues for some people. Parking is tight in their parking garage, so I prefer to park across the street (use quarters in the meter). The building directions are great, but the suite is a little hard to find the first time. Located in a One way road. Allow time for parking.

M A: Dr Vike Vincente is one of the best physicians I’ve dealt with hands down. He is so personable and friendly while being thorough and accurate. We came early and we’re seen early. Cindy was amazing too. The whole staff were polite and efficient. I can’t thank the whole team enough for making our experience easy and informative. If you need an eye doctor for your child this is the doctor to see!

Haneen Shalabi: Dr. Vicente and staff are wonderful with kids! So caring and really took time to engage my son and try to get him comfortable. Highly recommended office.

Muzit Mesfun-Mehari: I took my 6 year old daughter to see Dr. Vicente today and I can say that we both had an excellent experience. Dr. Vicente has an excellent rapport with children and matching expertise/knowledge which is a magical combination!

Bukola P.: Dr Vicente is an amazing doctor. He listens to your concerns and is very informative. He is wonderful with children. I would highly recommend him.

Whitman-Walker Health at 1525: what do users think?

Jaemi Hagen: The first two times I got my blood drawn here a few months ago, the person doing the blood draw was on her phone talking to someone (a friend?) through her AirPods. I thought she was saying something to me, then she pointed to her AirPods. Why is someone talking on the phone while about to poke someone in the arm!? A couple weeks ago, I made an appointment to get a BC shot done here. The provider I see here called and asked if I wanted to get the vial from the pharmacy. I thought I’d just give myself the shot then, because I give myself shots already for other meds. She wanted me to go in to the clinic after buying the vial from the pharmacy just for someone to show me how to do the shot. My original appointment would’ve been for a nurse to give me the shot with their own vial. It cost me $70 (and co-pay) for one dose of BC meds, whereas if they’d just left my appointment as it was and had a nurse do my shot, insurance said they would’ve covered it. Because I had to pick up the vial from the pharmacy, it’s not covered. What’s the point of getting the vial from the pharmacy if I’m going to the clinic to get the shot done already? It’s the same stuff in the vial, I’m just here for a shot. Aside from this, they are friendly and professional (usually). I will not be using their pharmacy at all, and will not pick up any vial meds or other meds that they can administer during an appointment.

valeria Alvarez: Hi I love this clinic helps you and gives you good treatment I been coming to them for more than 11 years and they helped with my surgery process love them

George Kerr III: Great place to receive a full service of your health care needs.

Steve Satran: While I have previously had good experiences here, today was a disaster. I had a non-life-threatening but nevertheless urgent medical issue for which I had scheduled an appointment at 11 a.m. When I arrived at 10:30, I was told that I had been mistakenly scheduled for an appointment that did not exist (?!?!?!) and someone should have contacted me. No one did, and there were no other appointments available today. Now, not only am I going to have to spend god-knows-how-long at an emergency room today, but the domino effect on my work and living situations -- not to mention my personal life -- is going to create massive problems for me. This level of incompetence -- especially in the medical field -- truly boggles the mind.

Paul Oberg: Wonderful visit and service. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Gancayco and his assistant very friendly. Dr. Gancayco takes time and listens to patient explains what is going on with your eyes Dr. Gancayco is tops.

Jocelyn Y Harris: I am very pleased and impressed with the care and service that I receive at Washington Eye Specialists. The technicians and doctor explain the tests, and inform me what needs to be done to maintain healthy eyes and good eye sight.

Kenya Norris: I was very pleased with their procedures during COVID they have door markers that mark the door clean or dirty to be sure it is cleaned before the next patient. In spite of it being in the midst of a snowstorm the staff were attentive and very helpful. Not a bad snow day appointment at all.

Sr. Bernadette Miller: The staff is super friendly and patient. They also laugh at my jokes! Everything is explained in terms I can understand as a non-medical professional. Thanks!

James Watson: This is my second time at Washington Eye Special the staff are very welcoming and friendly and no jobs well and the doctors and the staff no what they are doing it means a lot to me when you are dealing with your eyes, Thanks In Advance .
