Caroline Rose: I’ve been in this place a lot recently trying to figure out how to get my work laptop keyboard fixed. Each time they were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to do and ultimately were able to order the part I needed and install it. Overall they helped make a very frustrating experience fairly painless!

e h: Visited the store today as had issues with the lightning dock on my iPhone and it wasn’t charging anymore. The staff at DMV took care of me straight away and resolved the issue in minutes. Strongly recommend d these guys.

Shannon A. McGhee: So, I dropped my cellphone and caused the entire screen to shatter. I didn't have insurance on the device and couldn't afford to purchase a new one. I googled "quick phone repair"; and DMV UNLOCKED WIRELESS was one result from the search query. I called them up and they explained the process. I needed my phone fixed as soon as possible. They had to order the screen for my device which ultimately left me without a device for a couple of days. Fortunately, they sell unlocked Androids and iPhones. I was able to purchase an unlocked device at a reasonable price for use until my actual cellphone was repaired. I must say they bestowed nothing less than EXCELLENT customer service. The technician who assisted me was very knowledgeable about tech stuff and cellphone devices. He walked me through the process with such ease. A great place for a one stop shop for any and all your mobile needs. I'll be returning to them for my mobile needs in the future. Vi Rodriguez: This is a very cool building to visit. The history behind it is also very interesting which you can learn all about it in the basement. The building is very clean!! Lots of staff available to help answer any questions you may have. The first and main floor is the Apple store but it’s not like a regular Apple store. There is a huge selection of all of Apple’s products. On the second floor is a digital art gallery and the library but they were both clothed when I came on a Saturday. Still a cool visit and it’s free to enter and walk around.

Swire Ho: From out of town and we almost didn't notice it is an Apple Store. It was the old Carnegie Library built back in 1901. Went during a weekday at 1PM so there were more employees than customers. They have a gallery on the Top floor and basement. We walked there from our nearby hotel and I don't see any parking near the building.

B Dunnegan: Wasted so much time waiting for reps, while reps who claim they can’t help just stand around. How many reps do YOU see?? I get calls and emails on regular from business team yet when I come in store, none are available to help. Also—the store operation is inefficiently run. What should be pinging/cueing up clients at check in is a belaboring dog and pony show that passes you from one rep to another. Over it. As a small business owner, who was literally called and emailed every day by what was described as a small business support team at the Carnegie location has not produced one iota of assistance. Over it.

livingmytruth 2: Michael, Gunner and Taylor were absolutely amazing. This was by far the best Apple store i ever been in. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by Taylor and Michael. They made me feel at home. They answered all my questions and eased all my fears about this big new location. Then i met with Gunner ( who happens to be deaf) and he was absolutely a joy. He was efficient, fast and he really made me feel comfortable through my process of getting an new ipad. Way to go Apple, this is the kind of experience i am looking for

Daria Willis: The Apple Store was quite an experience! I loved it! The staff was wonderful! Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous! I had an appointment for a phone and I requested help with my Mac laptop. They took care of it, cleaned it up and now its almost like new even though it is 8 yrs old! Excellent!!!

Charlie Olsen: Great service from the staff. Walked in and immediately had a staff member helping me and was out with my purchase in less than 15 minutes. Also the library building has a museum upstairs that’s really cool. 10/10 shopping experience.

Scott Denman: Was told to wait for help with an employee currently helping another customer. That customer was being a royal pain, but instead of noticing that I’ve been standing around for 30 minutes waiting, others who came to the store after me were being helped for the same thing I came in for… For a company that seems to care about its image, they are pretty horrible at customer service. On the plus side, they are very accommodating for employees with disabilities. Overall though they are pretty bad at letting people just stand around

I highly recommend making an appointment before visiting as this beautifully located store stays busy, although the staff there has been extremely helpful and understanding even on the times when I showed up without an appointment. :)

Elior Manier: Booked an appointment yesterday 12/28/21 which never got confirmed by email, most probably cause the employee never clicked the button. Impossible to enter the store after that, no way to see a manager, and no way to even communicate with an employee inside. This is scandalous knowing I organized my day to free myself for my 6:00 PM appointment.

No: GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!!! I went in for my mac book pro battery placement (late 2013 retina) and they absolutely destroyed my motherboard making my speakers useless. I looked inside and was amazed. This was definitely on purpose since a wild animal could do better.

Courtney German: Had a highly positive experience at this Apple store - I had a major issue with my phone while traveling to DC for work and went to the Apple store without an appointment. They squeezed me in for a Genius Bar appointment with minimal waiting and Stanley The Genius spent over two hours with me running diagnostics, speaking with my cell phone carrier company, etc. He was AMAZING. The staff went above and beyond to help me and I'm incredibly grateful. Exceptional!!

vze1nv91: At the moment Apple wants you to order their products online and only go to the store for pickup. I got there an hour before my reservation time and asked if I could get my product. They were gracious, did it and I was out in ten minutes. It was so enjoyable I almost splurged on an Apple Pencil. Apple is very particular about the buying experience and it shows in the professionalism of the staff.

Katze Love: I had nothing short of an unpleasant experience here… As others have mentioned, the rude and dismissive staff are in no rush to offer assistance. I had an appointment to pick up items, arrived on time, and still waited about 20 minutes to receive my order. Before that, I had to wander around the store trying to find someone willing to help me. The most comical part-- when a staff member finally came by with my items, he carelessly tossed the bag down on the table and $500 worth of apple keyboards rattled out onto the counter. Lol! Way to show how much you care. The location is convenient though.

Mr. Mendoza: Sadly this store lacks any customer service. I've visited this store several times and every time, the staff has been great at ignoring me or making me feel as if I'm interrupting their lack of work. In one particular instance, one of the store's staff told me that he could multitask while servicing me. He thought talking to me and another customer that interrupted our conversation, while texting or checking his phone was productive multitasking.

C Leo: I’ve always received great service at the Apple store esp the one at Clarendon and Tyson’s Mall and I was just disappointed with the service at the Georgetown location. No one greeted us when we walked in. When I found someone up front and told them I had a 6:30pm appointment they directed me to the back without checking their tablet or asking what it was for. After taking a while to locate my appointment, she then directed us to the front. ( at the other store, they would greet me by name and direct me to the right staff to assist) My friend asked if there was a restroom and he directed her to Wawa across the street. The overall energy of the staff there was low… like they did not want to be there.

Kasra Ladjevardi: One of the rudest apple stores I know of. I am a huge fan of Apple, and I have always thought that they have really great customer service. Most Apple stores I visit today have great people and the Genius Bar staff are very friendly. However, my last two visits to the store left such a bad taste in my mouth

Don Wang: I literally purchased my first iPhone 13 pro max and I was having trouble with their Air Drop option to my friends. Went into this Apple store hoping one of their representatives will be able to assist me but instead another gentleman came over and told our female representative to assist someone else. Now, they just pushed me to their IT phone service instead. Does this mean my IPhone is defective? Should I be switching back to Android base phones instead?

Abby: The three times that I went there to try to buy a new phone while turning in my old one, I did not have a positive experience at all. One of the times I got there at 9:30am (Google’s hours indicated they opened at 9am), and I got berated by the staff and security telling me I shouldn’t be there when they opened at 10am…well it would be great if they updated their hours first before scolding me for something I didn’t know and opening an open door. The other times that I’ve been there, the staff was not very helpful either, which was disappointing considering the amount of money I’d be spending on a device. I ended up going to the Carnegie Library location instead, and the service was so much better there, so I’d definitely avoid this location for any future purchases and go there instead, even if it’s located further away.

Demi Gonzalez: Very thankful for this Apple store today!! I unfortunately shattered my screen and had to bring it in for repair. It was very easy to get the repair done and it took less than an hour! Everyone I worked with was very patient and helpful during my stressful time. Definitely recommend getting Apple Care!

Regina L. Miles: I called here in an attempt to ascertain the next and best iPad Upgrade based on my needs. I had the pleasure of speaking with (Mr.) John. John completely listened to my needs and he very patiently answered all of my questions. John also showed me where I could do my own products comparisons via the Apple website and that helped me conclude that the iPad Pro is probably the best fit for me. Other than his Kindness, one thing that really struck me about John is his obvious Passion and Love of his job and helping folks make fully informed yet cost-effective/budget friendly decisions, especially in the midst of a global pandemic which is impacting the economy in ways in which the world is still trying to recover. But on a much positive note, John said (and I’m paraphrasing what he said here) that he is, has always been and always will be excited about the way Information Technology has and will continue to help make the world a better place. Justin Ward: Awful customer service. I desperately needed a new computer after my old one died unexpectedly. I went in this store and no one greeted me so I went up to two employees and even then it took a while for them to acknowledge me. I told them I needed a computer and I knew which one I wanted and they said I needed an appointment to buy something. It wasn’t crowded at the time, so I don’t understand why I would need an appointment for a transaction that should take no more 3 minutes. Seems very lazy to me. Needless to say I will not be shopping at this apple store ever again.

Gabriel Hoolans: Seriously, I was super disappointed with my visit at the Apple store in Pentagon City, I was hesitating to buy an Iphone 13 Pro Max, when I went to the store, I told one of the salesman I'm hesitating about buying the device, instead of engaging with me the salesman leave me and went to talk with someone else, one of my friend called me and explained him I was in the store and trying to see if I will switch to Iphone, so my friend were giving me all pros and cons, after 1 hour I decided to return to the store which was almost empty and told them I was ready to buy the device and an Apple Watch, the store was almost empty and I could see 6 Agents hanging out with nothing to do, they answered me I need to take an appointment or ordering it online, I went to see the girl at the door, while the shop was again almost empty she answered me I will have to wait 3 hours until they can sell me an Iphone and a watch. I decided to buy it online and make it deliver to my apartment. Apple should be ashamed about their employees, I was about to spend $1600 in one of their store and their employees were condescending, not helpful, not knowledgeable, and basically lost a sale by their attitude. People at apple can verify my order by my name, I spent on their website $1600 today and paid it directly, I was expecting a better service than what I received at that store.

Jereth Tolentino: I’m a Apple product fan and hate to give this store a 1 star. I have been in a lot of Apple stores around the country and always have a good experience with customer service. This store has the worst customer service i’ve encountered in a Apple store. Right when my wife and I came in. We waited on one of the tables for someone to help us but no one came. I did see a couple apple associates standing by with no customer but to busy talking to each other. I try asking one of them if they can help us out and before I can even finish my sentence he ask if I was buying anything and if I had an apointment. I told him I didn’t have an apointment. He told me that the next available slot is in 1-1.5hr. I looked around the store and see about 4 apple associates just standing around by them self. I left the store and went to Tyson Center and like always this store never disappointed us. Very professional and took us in without an appointment. I will never go this store ever again. I would rather drive somewhere else or just buy online.

Jorge Parrado: I only have the ipod and for good reason...apple personnel always piss me off. Staff there has an atropine but them so do all apple stores. At least the last guy didn't have me spin in circles. Once my new ipod dies guess that will end it with apple for me.

Heba Kad: Amazing customer service! My husband and I came in to purchase 2 iPhones and an iPad and everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful!! Kevin is an asset to the Apple store team! He was so kind, patient and helpful when he helped us with a glitch with my husband iPhone. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Also the lady that handles pricing was amazing and helpful and another young man with the crutches, was so helpful! Joseph Pietroluongo: Micro center has everything. I had never been to one before but if you are doing anything gaming they have pretty much everything. Feels a bit like a used car dealership inside however. The staff always approached me which is engaging but I just wanted to browse and didn’t want to be sold anything. It is probably more helpful for people who don’t have any idea about computer components, but it felt very off putting to me.

Devon Janes: Came here a few weeks ago to pick up a gaming laptop. I found the one I wanted online, gave them the SKU number, and had a quick and easy checkout. It probably would have been easier if I had reserved it online for pickup since they seem to have a good process for that. The store is well stocked and well staffed and should be the first place you visit when looking for electronics.

Mark Noble: Micro Center is where you go if you want the best service and PC components! Luckily, I live less than 10 minutes from the Fairfax, VA store, so I am able to go whenever I need something. The 18 minute pick up is a great feature. Be forewarned, the sales team is commission based, so you will get multiple employees offering to help you, which I actually don't mind since you don't get that kind of service in most stores nowadays. I want to take a moment and leave a comment for David Ingold in the PC components department. I have built a couple PCs with his help and he is always great to work with. He is commissioned based, but not once have I ever felt pressured to buy, nor has he ever tried to up sell me. Most recently, I purchased an EVGA 3080ti FTW3 Ultra from him; an expensive purchase for sure. If you are looking to build a PC or need some upgrade components, stop in and see him! I always wait (however long) until he is free whenever I need something. (I hope he receives my comments)

Sarah “Sarah4Va” White: Grown up toy store!! You don't even have to know what you need before you get there. You will figure it out as you walk through the store. They are well staffed and eager to help. I've always found them to be very knowledgeable. They price match, so if you see a lower price be sure to let them know. Warranties on things can be so hit or miss. Some live up to their end and some take your money and look for any reason not to pay. Microcenter stands behind theirs. Well worth the money!

Armando: Ever wonder where your family tech support nerd goes to buy supplies when they can't get them online? This is it. One of the few stores in the country with everything needed to build a PC from components. Even silicon valley stores can't match the inventory of this store. That being said sales reps are heavily commission oriented. But they're far more knowledgeable than your average Best Buy employee.

rareflowersinatomb: I was looking at gaming laptops and found some great deals at MicroCenter, and a good price on the exact model that I was most looking at. Store is a bit out of the way for me but not much of a selection at other stores nearby unless you want to WAY overpay at Best Buy...and hope it never fails since their support is trash. Only way to get a better deal would be to toss the dice with an Amazon listing, and even then could only have shaved off about $100, which would be gone if you ever had to ship your computer off for service. -Large store with a lot of stock, and they keep it clean and organized -Staff has been friendly and helpful -Very competitive pricing

Fronzy 101: This computer superstore has everything from building complex circuitry projects to building high-end custom PCS, workstations and everything into between. They also have a apple section and a home theater section with very knowledgeable staff. I use the micro center CC card that gives me an extra 5% off as well as better pricing with rebates.

Josh Onishi: I had excellent experience at this AT&T store. Employees like Darlene were extremely helpful and friendly. Although I had to make a follow-up call to confirm a few things, overall they provided excellent service. Highly recommended.

Michael Armellino: Horrible customer service. I called to ask a question about the warranty on a phone charger that Stopped working less than 3 months after I purchased it. The representative hung the phone up on me multiple times for asking questions and I’m not sure where all of the hostility came from. I physically went into the store to get the phone charger replaced and asked the representative who hung up the phone on me why he was so hostile. The response I received was “I don’t care, I won’t get fired”. As a business owner in the community I was appalled someone would speak to a customer like this. If this is the type of customer care you would like, this is the place for you!

Gena solomon: I went to the store on Main Street in Fairfax Va to get a family plan and new phones for 3 people. I asked for an IPhone 13. I got the price and the trade in with my old phone. The guy was super slow and it too hours to activate the 3 Lines. When I got the phone and the bill, I saw somehow it was more money and I had an IPhone 13 Pro. I was assured it was too late to change it. Luckily for him, my husband and son were exhausted from being there so long, so they convinced me to keep it. The old bait and switch worked! We also realized he had the wrong address. He said we couldn’t correct it for a month. Surprise! I called this morning and they changed it. It was a miserable experience.

Liliana Mendoza Jordan: ZERO !!! This is the most convenient location for me and it is always an awful experience going there. The last time I got there and Edward who never took his hands out of his pocket, greet me with a "what's going on... " of course his facial language was proof that he wasn't happy that I was there. They were just annoyed by you walking in the store no matter what was the reason you went there. Not the first time that I have had a similar experience going there. I rather drive more because the guys at 8110-B Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042 were the best customer service experience ever!!!!

Amy Lee Walton: Every time I come to this Apple store the service is just slow. The people that check me in tell me I’m next in line, but then the technician doesn’t seem to know and ends up helping other people. I was waiting for service for 45 minutes and kept being told I was next. My recommendation, don’t make an appointment and just show up, you’ll probably have a better chance of getting seen. Also, plan to do some shopping just in case they put you on the “wait list” but either way expect to wait or pick around location.

Actually the worst I’ve seen so far… Don’t waste your time and go to another apple store… I came to buy new apple I-phone at 6pm and the store was not busy as you can see from the pictures, the first customer specialist told me he can’t talk to me because he is busy (he was not)…. The second one told me why you don’t go online…. I want to buy form the store because I have a special discount. I had to wait for 50 minutes so someone from the customer service could get talk more I me not even to bring the iPhone. Dudes I’m here to spend money actually hundreds of dollars, so at least make me feel I’m a worthy customer If I wasn’t buying this as a gift I would leave and never comeback.. Anyhow finally the manager so me angry and he solved it in 2 minutes

Zaid Hammoodi: The worst customer service ever specifically the genius team, i had my phone with me in the bathroom while taking a shower (was on the sink while i was taking a shower as i was on call for my job just in case i get a phone call) left the bathroom with foggy camera lenses from the steam in the bathroom !! Are you kidding me ??! I will attach pictures, like the phone works good but the camers are foggy and face recognition is not working anymore ! How is steam made it there to the lenses there is no cracked screen or any slight damage to the phone !! The lens should be sealed !! Aram from the genius team said they can do nothing only i have to pay for a new device !!! Very disappointed !! Is this how apple treat their customers !! This is clearly a defective device, they really should do better !! Just a quick update: The phone lens cleared up by using hair dryer lol such a great quality and an amazing customer service asking for 499$ to fix it !!!!

steve: I came in to have my iPhone 11 screen repair. Once I got to interacting, everything went very smoothly, from David to Paul and then on. In fact, maybe the blue shirts worn by the reps, that I had to identify them by, was good move. Blue is calming. And the interaction throughout was calm too. Thank you much for such good service!!

MYOB B: Horrible cannot describe this store. I was allegedly "checked-in". Only for me to wait about an hour; and when an employee asked me what was the issue, he had looked and he looked me I was never checked-in for my appointment. Why would you lie to me and tell me you checked me in at the front of your establishment and tell me to wait in the designated area only for you not to do your job. To make matters worse, the technician had told me that I could leave my laptop with them and I could get it back in a week. How can I trust a store that cannot do the simplicity of checking someone with my laptop for a week. The technician was also very rude and snooty while I was debating on my choice to keep my laptop or not. This store really missed out, I was actually considering on buying a new laptop depending on the service I was given. It's safe to say I did not buy anything from them.

Maira Montessa: Worst experience ever!!! Went there to buy a MacBook pro to take advantage of the student discount, because its the last day. I have never owned an apple product so wanted to get expert help and advice on what to buy, but stood around and was ignored for 40 min. Tried to ask the apple workers, but they went and helped someone else. Well, I guess no apple products for me. Instead, I ended up buying the new Surface.

Scott Krieger: Yasmin and David are two of the best, most respectful and helpful customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Both of them were extremely helpful and they did everything they could in order to help us. We came in very late, without an appointment and they did everything humanly possible to resolve the issue.

Patrick McGartland: The back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max completely shattered and I had it fixed here. I was initially hesitant about visiting this location after reading so many 1 star (less than pleasant) reviews of customers visiting this location. I made the appointment anyway and had an overall great experience. I was educated about backing up my phone by Mike who initially helped me with the appointment I made on the support app. His council was genuinely helpful. He let me know the reality of what I requested ( wiping my phone with no back up and I would lose EVERYTHING) for the sake of expediency. Which was very helpful. I left and backed up over 256gb of data on very fast Wi-Fi which took about 3.5 hours. I retuned without an appointment and I only waited for about 5 minutes when Cody helped me complete the screen repair. Because I had apple care and no hardware damage to my phone even tho it was shattered and some hardware was exposed I only paid $24* to essentially get a new phone after not having a case on it for many months. Best deal ever. I retuned in an hour and they completed the work in the window they gave me. Another gentleman, (who’s name escapes me) helped me pay, reinsert my SIM card and pick up my phone. No mask required. No security guard barring people from coming in. Very smooth and easy transaction. I will be returning. A 5 star review was definitely in order for the entire staff and overall experience I received. Thanks guys!

mahnoor t: The customer service needs to be improved, spent 2 hours to get a new phone and left with my old phone totally wiped. The person assigned to us seemed to be a newbie who didn’t know what she’s doing. Anyways she called manager to help who was also incompetent. I ended up coming home and restoring my phone from iCloud and then ordered a new one online. Such a waste of time. Try to avoid this location unless you need a quick purchase like AirPods, phone covers etc

Shahzad Rahman: I was required to have Genius Bar appointment/Diagnostics merely to change Iphone battery. Genius flummoxed by a grayed out diagnostic option (told him the option was grayed out, so it wont respond). He also had no idea how to replace my Battery, "I run Diagnostics only, I do not open the Phone". An indifferent Manager then attempted draining my Battery, 1.5 hour later told me, it'd not be possible tonight, make another Genius Bar appt. later in the week. Begged with them, do not diagnose old Battery, just replace it, only to deaf ears. Eventually, I opted to have my Battery replaced by a Kiosk outside Apple Store and was home 20 minutes later, with a new Battery, after spending Hours in the Apple Store. Battery replacement should take 15 minutes, not Half a Day, multiple "Geniuses" spread over a week.

Shayna Deverman: Dirty, unorganized, extremely low stock on everything. Items thrown everywhere, picked over. Shoe isle was a disgrace. Nice they have an “Ulta”, but very limited items. Took me several minutes to figure out where body wash was. Haircare, travel, makeup is all grouped together in the front/middle-like typical but body wash/deodorant was clear on the end of the store. Terrible flow. All that looking and they had very limited washes! Men’s selection had more to choose from. Went in there with a very basic list and got one thing on it… my nearest Walgreens was more helpful…disappointing since I love me a Target trip. I won’t be back to this one.

Kaila Gilbert: Good store, could benefit from more helpful signage 😂 idk throw a digital map on the wall or something. but even though I got vertigo/whiplash/confused trying to find a suitcase (they're on the 2nd floor in the wayback) no complaints and the people are good. Most people do self checkout bc line passes fast, so don't be intimidated if it's long. Idk choose your adventure. Shoe section looks a litttle crazy in the afternoons, but that's consistent with the behaviors/type of people who live here lmao. Moving too fast, not putting stuff back, lowkey entitled ahaha

Thomas Nali: NO PARKING VALIDATION Poor inventory. This is on a regular old Monday. I asked for the product I was looking for, they checked in the back, and said it was too hard to get to and another employee would work on it, but they don’t know how long it will be. This was at almost noon. Look at how few dairy products are on the shelf. Staff continued to prove unhelpful. I asked four different employees where a type of product was and they each told me to find someone who worked in that dept. OR they just told me they “probably don’t have it” WITHOUT even looking or bothering to find where it should be!! They tried to walk off but I said I am not satisfied until we find the shelf where it should be, and I’ve been looking for fifteen minutes. Took all of that to get some help finding one little thing.

Ted Socha: Ever since this Target added self-checkout, they've relied solely on it. At most, they open only one regular checkout line if self-checkout gets long. Better off going to the CVS across the street. 10/7/19 update: this place either needs to solve their self-checkout problem or open up more than one regular cash register

Sade Wilson: I was shopping today at the Washington D.C target store and was purchasing gift for my family I found some nice things and for a really good price. I went to check out and the items were ringing up different from what the price was upstairs I explained to the cashier he called for a manager. The manager name tiffany came and refuse to change the price the for two of the items but change it for the other too items. I continue checking out because I didn’t want to wait to long after I was done checking out I went upstairs to take pictures to show the manger she still refuse and walk away.

Donna Walker: Buyers we aware the prices in Target are going up every week and its terrible and make sure you know the prices of your items because the shelf price and the register price can be different at times. Security was following me for no reason so I had t let him know you are following the wrong person. I catch more people stealing at Target and I do not work there. Also, some of the employees are so rude. I will be recording my conversations with the employees when I need to ask for help as proof of how rude some of them can be.

Susie Patrick: Based on the amazing customer service my mom and I had today at Apple Reston, I felt compelled to write a review. My mom made an appointment to get an Apple Watch for me and technicians Jonathan and Patrick were both outstanding. From helping me get my watch set up to helping my mom with other questions about her phone, they both went above and beyond to help us out. They made what is usually a boring and tedious experience, a really great one - and we both left feeling excited and confident about using our watch/AirPods/iPhone. Dee Kay: I had a great experience picking up my online order today. I was literally in and out within minutes. I was dreading the process because I thought I would be waiting for a very long time, but everything went smoothly. I will definitely make more purchases at this location going forward.

Zoe Mastromatteo: Terrible service. They refused to replace my in warranty iPhone 12 when they decided it was manufacture problem. I sat in the store for 5 hours *yes I did make an appointment with the Genius Bar* for them to have 4 people take my SIM card out of my phone and put it in tester phones over and over to see it worked perfectly fine in other phones but my phone would not accept service. They ran all the internal tests and told me since they can't figure out what is wrong my only option is to send it away and buy a new phone in full until my phone returns. I do not understand why since I did not cause any of the problem and there was no internal or external damage they could find, why they would not just replace my phone. It was very inconvenient for them to have me waste my entire afternoon sitting in the store for them to not fix anything. Thank you Becca, Kassidy, and the other 3 people who all said a lot of nothing for a clear manufacture issue. Why would I want a phone that no one knows what is wrong with when it could easily be replaced. I have not even had this phone a year. Also the first guy asked me if I knew the pin to my mobile account and I told him I had someone I could call to get it from but he couldn't connect the dots that I came in because I could not make calls on my phone and needed a phone to get the pin.

I made an appointment in Genius Bar to fix my iPhone which I bought 4 months ago, and it is still in warranty, but due to multiple attempts of testing, she wasted my time, said she has to shop to off site and repair and told me to wait 7 days. For real, everyone uses their phone and this is very valuable because it for everything your details, wallet. The worst place and worst employee

You have to wait for around 15 mins to get your name registered and then another 30 mins to get the service even when you are 2nd in the queue. We wanted to buy a watch and phone and have already made decision what to buy but still we were made to wait here. Definitely need to prioritize the customer who have already made up mind on what they want. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER WAIT TIME.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

Sassy Sauce: This store opened a couple years ago and it’s always nice and clean. The day I went after work the store must have just received a truck because there were boxes of product on most of the aisles. But this store is generally very clean and organized. This isn’t a normal sized target though, it’s definitely smaller and has more of a convenient store type feel. But all of the normal Target staples are still there. There is parking under the store and it’s accessible using the escalators or elevator. There is a Starbucks as well. It’s a great store to visit!

Amreen Shafiuddin: poorly managed target.. no one knew answers for anything. customer service was poor. stocking issues in all the aisles. boxes everywhere.. the food items especially bread section don’t have best before stickers on them. when questioned, they just saw each other faces. poorly managed.

Tracie: Pros: Near my home. New store. Available parking structure. Decent customer service. By decent i mean - I haven't had a negative experience with the customer but no one has gone above and beyond helping me. Cons: Generally feels empty. Yet every time I enter the store i notice staff are in the middle of restocking and have crates of things in the middle of the hallways blocking the pass way. This was even before covid so not sure whats going on (pictures shown from Dec 2021). Also, doesn't appear to be a parking attendant so anytime anyone lost their ticket, their is chaos trying to get out. Finally, prices seem a little higher than other targets, i get the sense that because its smaller things are limited and maybe marked up? Or maybe its just inflation and the whole food chain/ports being a hot mess.

Mysiki X Valentine: Whoa! Let me begin on a positive. There is a cashier (older Black woman) Joan, who is the most pleasant staff worker. However, the younger staff can often be found tucked away on phones, having side conversation and etc..so finding help is always difficult. In addition, the customer service could never be described as friendly. But it does not end there, this is one of the worst Target’s I’ve ever went shopping. The store shelves stay empty. I recently order Beats headphones online for pick-up, I was emailed saying my order was ready—but when I got to the store the manager cancelled my order, stating the item was not in the store. Long behold, I walked to the back and there sat 3) pairs of the same item I came to pick-up. Her attitude was out of this world, I couldn’t believe she worked in customer service. No matter what time of the day, the aisles have carts full of products yet to be put away. Makes the store seem chaotic and disorganized. If it’s a quick stop, I’d advise going elsewhere. Looking to do serious shopping, never stop here. To end on a positive the food section is normally well stocked and presented nicely.

Kareem Carter: Lets start by saying I am appreciative of having a Target in this area of DC. The parking facility is safe and well lit, the store was reasonably stocked and clean. My gripe is with the professionalism of the management and the completely ineffective way they run the checkout line. they funneled everyone through one line and when several customers skipped the single line and went straight to the register, they were allowed to do so.....causing frustration to the other customers in the line. This was brought to the lead employees attention and she sarcastically dismissed my frustration. They should really signage up on how the checkout line works!

Erin Truax: I have been to this Target a few times because it is the most convenient for me (and parking is easy) but I always leave feeling very frustrated. There are constantly boxes of inventory waiting to be unpacked that are blocking the aisles and many shelves are often missing product. I have shopped at different times and on different days, but this seems to be on ongoing issue for this location. If you’re able, I recommend a different location.

J Por: Went in for some quick toys for my nieces and nephew. Turned in to their Loss Prevention racially profiling my partner, and followed us around the store the entire time for 60 dollars worth of merchandise, part of which, we had to find an employee to get. We initially went in to make a return, and unfortunately had the idea to shop the last bit of our list. Workers letting people (guy in a blue hoodie was wearing a red shirt so possible employee?) walk around without a mask even though DC has a mandate, and the stores inventory is always in the way. Should have been more concerned following him to give him a mask instead of two people who were in your store less than 25 minutes. Overheard an employee talking about managers asking the team to get tested because of a potential positive employee. Overall, the worst experience I’ve had by far. I’ve been a consistent customer for three years, but no more. This location is best avoided. Trust me.

livingmytruth 2: Joan has the best customer service ever. I came in this location with my 98 year old grandma and she made my grandma feel sooo good and proud and she really has a positive attitude. Thank you for making my grandmother’s shopping experience so pleasant . I will actually make this my home store now because of her pleasant demeanor

Aaron Blackmon: Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to a Walmart that is all red and has Target signs? Well wait no longer! This will fit the bill. The validated parking is a mess. The store is never stocked but simultaneously stocking everything at once and the lines are NEVER open. I only went there after learning my initial lesson months ago because it’s so close and I wanted to get a few things but even still it wasn’t worth it.

Chris Todd: The staff inside the store were friendly and helpful. However, the parking attendant was about as useless as a square wheel. I wanted to recharge my car. The sign in front of the chargers read "See attendant to activate". This dude was just sitting in his car. He refused to get up and wave whatever card he needed to wave to unlock the charging station. He didn't even acknowledge me other than saying "Uh". I tried activating the station with my SemaConnect app, but the station was locked out. I'm sure this Target is great, but I wouldn't come here in an EV because the dude who runs the chargers can't be bothered to get out of his car to do his job.

VIRGINIA Parker: Very well stocked and clean associate ready to help you. Only one problem not enough cash register open to get the people out. But that's the problem in every store.

Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Adam Stoddard: You know you're in a good part of town when shaving cream and car electronics are kept under lock and key. Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

Matthew Unger: The employees were fantastic and would be 5 stars, but not being able to not use yet another app makes for a poor customer experience that part I would give a 1 star, but I don't want to hold what seems like a wonderful store to a corporate specific issue. I cannot say enough good things about the employees that helped me and even apologized for a company wide corporate issue.

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Pooooooooooor customer service specialty from the manager

taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

scmi7y: Not too good experience, they did not have any of the 4 things we came for. Also they don't sell graphic cards in this store. Staff was 50/50 some was very helpful and good attitude. While others seemed annoyed by customers getting in their way and asking "stupid" questions. Somewhat hard to navigate the store. And prices has gone up lately.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Edward Holman: I’ve been coming here since August and they are rarely ever stocked, even when the website says items are in stock. Target needs to find a better way for the in-store inventory to better communicate with the website inventory and keep the shelves stocked. I don’t think it’s a individual store problem, rather a problem with Corporate. I will rate this Target 3 stars because of the floor associates. They are always nice and go above and beyond to help out. Kudos to them!

Yessenia C: This location is conveniently closer to my home than other targets however their product availability is limited. I believe this is an express version of Target. They have small electronics, clothing, market, and home sections. The health, beauty, personal hygiene section is pretty large. Once you know what they do and don't carry it's easier to know what you can purchase there. But it's always clean, good customer service.

MAC Cover: This review deals only with drive up services at Georgia Ave. and Eastern Ave. store in Washington, D.C. Due to a physical impairment another collects my pick up orders. I would not be writing this review if the incident happened once but several times is too much to handle. This location isn't set up for drive up because they constantly leave items out of your order but charge your card. Either Target has someone working drive up who can't read, see, or both. Recently, placed drive up order for paper towels and other items. Got notice from app order was ready which included the paper towels. When order arrived had all items except paper towels which was a huge disappointment. Okay called customer service to make them aware of the hiccup, paper towels were included in total order, charged to my card, but not with my other items. As usual, phone rang and rang but no answer. Finally, customer service answered next day. I explained about missing paper towels, gave order number and got no help. It was like talking to someone from outer space. Young lady said I had to prove I ordered the paper towels. I told her it was a drive up order, gave her my order number, and advised her that store could pull up my order as well. Got no where with customer service, asked to speak to manager, didn't happen, so stressed, had to hand phone to another to talk on my behalf. Still don't have paper towels I already paid for. Not only do they leave items off orders, they stuff a bunch of heavy items in one bag making it awkward to carry. Please check your bags before leaving this location and if you want to avoid a stressful drive up experience, shop Wheaton/Westfield mall location, much better. Target is still my go to store but not this particular location for drive up service.

Dimitri Ivanoff: It's about 1/3 in size of regular Target. Has a fresh produce & meats section, basic grocery items, cleaning supplies plus some clothing, beauty, electronics. Right now (April 2021) mostly serves on-line orders & curbside pickup. Parking is at the back of the store, but there's entrance from Georgia Avenue. Self service at this entrance almost empty while one at the back has waiting line. Pricewise it's inline with Giant, even some groceries could be cheaper.

Dorie Kane: This is a "mini Target" so keep in mind you can't expect it to have the inventory of the large stores. That said, I go there for essentials and typically find what I need (including hair care products which many have complained about). Staff - including security - are overall nice and helpful. Like another reviewer I did find they were unable to place an order for me - I needed a different size and wanted to apply the credit to an order. They have me a refund and I placed the order myself online. I guess there are some things smaller stores can't do but I do like this one for its convenience when it comes to basics.

Janice Temple: This Target Store is well-lit with wide aisles. I went there on a Sunday evening. Some of the shelves were empty from Saturday shoppers. I wanted to buy Figi Water but they were sold out. I am impressive by the organic selection of groceries. The parking was plentiful the day and time that I went.

SW: Neat small Target. However the security there is awful!!!! Everytime I’ve visited there is a security guard (man with National jersey) following me and whoever I visit the store with. I live in the area, so I frequent this store a lot. Mind you he is not clever with the following. He straight goes to whatever aisle I am in. This makes me not what to use this Target

Bryan Cortez: Don't understand the negative reviews? This is a smaller Target, of course you won't have everything you have at a regular Target - but it has all the essentials. Need milk? eggs? chicken? They have it. Need a spare shirt, or pair of pants? They have it. Need some airpods? Need a spare controller? Maybe you need shampoo, or medication? Target has it. They have all the essentials you need all in this store. Seriously, if you want to know if they have something before you come - use the Target app, it'll be your best friend on each Target Run. This store was definitely needed in the area! Prices are very fair, compared to other retailers nearby. Very clean, organized ---- and the best part are the employees - Very helpful!

dontec H.: I was just in my neighborhood store to purchase Goodfellow t-shirts. My preferred size wasn't available. I went to guest relations for assistance. She called over a Manager for assistance. I asked if he knew when the t-shirts would be back in stock. He said the store didn't do the ordering. The company sends over inventory based on their sales, etc. . He said one pack would be sent over in L in a few days. I needed medium. I asked if the Store Manager was in store. He let me know the Clothing Manager was on duty. The clothing manager came over and I explained my need for a medium size. He went to check the shelf. He returned to let me know that the item wasn't on the shelf and is a high theft item. He then said he doesn't know when they'd be coming. He was talking to me very loudly to the point that other customers could hear our conversation. I asked him when the Store Manager would be returning. I let him know that he was speaking to me in an elevated tone and I was standing in front of him. He then said that he was the store manager. Target has employees that lie and render poor customer service to paying shoppers.

Sassy Sauce: Who doesn’t like Costco. It’s filled with stuff we really don’t need, but when we see it we justify why we want it and figure out the rest later. The tire center crew is very helpful and I have bought car batteries from here as well. The ease of rerun for items is really good and the process is very streamlined. I like the selection of items and it’s generally well staffed. I don’t have to wait too long in line before checking out. The gas prices are the best I’ve seen in the surrounding areas. It’s usually a win whenever we visit.

Anthony Stewart: A bit crowded, but great just as every other Costco. If you haven’t been a member for a while, now is your time to go back! Things have only gotten better! Pretty easy to reach by public transport if one doesn’t plan to get much (and traveling by bus and metro forces one to be a bit more circumspect in one’s purchases). Will be returning monthly and already know where to find great holiday essentials. Hadn’t had Costco pizza in years, and it really hit the spot. It’s one of the few places in the country where a meal and a drink can still be had for under $3!

Oceanie De Silva: Love Costco and specially this DC one as it’s the only one that sells Liquor in the whole DMV area! We find some great items- coconut water from Sri Lanka, Dutch ovens for a great price! Hard Liquor and wines and beers etc amazing collection!! And great prices too! The Japanese whiskeys are a treat and also some fine wines from France and Spain! Also the service is great and efficient! Even though it’s always crowded you move fast!! Become a Member and come over to the DC one!

B. Lipkowitz: This is a great store for just about anything personal, business, and corporate. A courteous, efficient staff is ready, available to serve, offer samples, or assist along well stocked aisles of both the familiar and upscale. Libations, anyone? The A+ "adult beverage" section has an exceptional array of wines and spirits.

I SLAY ALL DAY TRAVEL The Solo Traveler: Its always a pleasure coming into this Costco to see the workers with great customer service. They are friendly and kind. The selections are wide and many. I really like this location and it’s close to home.

Jneen Pas: The lines were long but the cashier was polite. Then my reciept didn't print at the register and I had to wait an additional 20 mins for them to bring me a printed reciept from the back. Made my rating less.

Hannah Solomon: I'm just reviewing so they'll read this some day on beach too sandy water to wet. It's what you expect. At one point in my life I lived on the rotisserie chicken, miracle noodles, and bell peppers. 10/10. Return policy is clutch for trying out new stuff too.

I finally had enough, I addressed the problem. The store need to train staff on cultural sensitivity. Some cashiers bully customers, sad part too much hatred in this store. Hope the corporate sends people from headquarters and experience the hate maybe this store can turn for the better..the store have a good seafood manager. He listened to me while i was looking for a manager to address the bad treatment i received. Costco we want to be welcomed in your store
