DUNN LEWIS: what do users think?

Isaac Claros: Went into the shop on Monday for some tires and Lauren ( I believe that's her name) was incredibly helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size and best price. Awesome shop. I will definitely be coming back.

Italo: Came in yesterday to do a top end rebuild with my friend. We were both excited to come here but it way exceeded our expectations. The staff was great, Mason was amazing and the vibe was perfect. We were there all day and can't wait to go back for the next project.

Chris Smith: Great place to fix up your bike where they know your name! Garage space, part ordering, supplies, classes - if you ride in DC, come here. Don't get fleeced by a mechanic, or the guy on your corner block offering to touch your baby's internals. Learn, ride, love 🏍

John Cole: I had an amazing experience last week at Dunn Lewis. I’m a student in DC for a summer internship and thus don’t have a full set of tools or a workspace available to perform more than the most basic bike maintenance. I went to Dunn Lewis, and the extremely reasonable membership rates allowed me to change my sprockets and chain in their workshop, getting guidance and a bit of help all the while from the knowledgeable and friendly community inside. The kicker is that I’m not really a mechanically experienced guy. A basic 2 hour max procedure ended up taking me twice that, and they kept the shop open an extra hour just to ensure nothing was done too hastily and the bike came back together properly. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation of Dunn Lewis for motorcyclists of all skill levels so find community, tinker, maintain, and share love in such a unique hobby and lifestyle! It’s especially a great place for those with 0 mechanical knowledge to build confidence and familiarity due to the extremely supportive attitudes of the staff. Thanks a bunch Mason and Laurel!

Trinity G: I came here to purchase some riding wear as I just purchased my first motorcycle. The young lady that assisted me was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, as this was my first time purchasing. She explained quite a bit and was very patient. I will be back. Thank you

Ian Hutchinson: Best place to meet fellow motorcyclists, work on your bike, and buy moto gear in the city!

Tracy Schmitz: It's awesome to have a shop like Dunn Lewis in DC. They are the go-to place for motorcycle accessories and do it yourself motorcycle maintenance and repairs in the DCMV area. Their prices are very reasonable, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they have an excellent workspace with a varied selection of tools if you need a place to turn a wrench. Highly recommended!

Jake Godin: Best place in town for motorcycles if you're looking to get your hands a little dirty and make some new friends. I came in to manually change both my front and rear tires on my Kawasaki KLR 650 myself because I wanted the experience (you never know if when you're going to need to do it on the side of the road). Received just the right amount of guidance, tools and great conversation while working. Went ahead and signed up to be a member and will definitely be coming back.

Wellington Lee: Nice retail shop with stylish, modern riding gear: jackets, helmets, gloves . It's a membership based self service moto garage, so you have access to a full suite of excellent tools, lifts, etc.. Great vibes.

Nick: I needed to work on my bike but couldn't do so in my apartment complex parking lot. Dunn Lewis was perfect for my needs. Reasonably priced and with a growing assortment of tools (even though I brought my own), I was able to fix it quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend for anyone who needs space for maintenance.

Harley-Davidson of Washington, DC: what do users think?

Ahmed Weshahy: The team here is nothing short of family. Such an awesome crew. Very welcoming and friendly. Find my man Roy on the showroom floor if you need any assistance and he will hook you up. Gene, Rick, and everyone on the team is truly awesome. Highly recommend for DMV Harley Owners/Prospective Buyers!
Response: Thank you for the kind words!

Thomas Warrick: I made an appointment for a motorcycle state inspection. The service writer was very professional and polite. When the state inspector saw that it was a Honda Trike instead of a Harley-Davidson, he came up with a reason not to perform the inspection. He told me that he didn't have the specifications on the thickness of the rear rotors and it wasn't his job to figure what the minimum thickness should be. I would think that if you're doing maryland inspections, you would have the tools and information you to perform your job. I shouldn't have to provide that information for him to do his job. I went to Atlantic Cycle where they were able to perform the inspection immediately without making an appointment.
Response: Hello and thanks for the feedback. This is good information and I will do what is necessary to make sure this kind of experience does not happen again. I would love to speak to you about this if you have some time. Thanks again for your feedback hope to talk soon. Craig GM

William Price: Met Gene, Sales manager, who explained how COVID had "affected" their limited amount of pre-owned inventory. Then he offered a test ride of the new "Milwaukee 8". Much smoother than the older twin cam motors. He even called several times & sent pics of different bike.
Response: We believe the customer experience is everything, thank you for giving us the opportunity!

Misty Faubus: Check out their clearance rack! 3 ss shirts 1 ls shirt 2 sweatshirts a pair of riding boots and a pair of tennis shoes 152.00! Very friendly staff.
Response: Thank you Misty!

Delana Oliver: They are great with connecting with the community. The staff is attentive and they make you feel special when you buy a motorcycle.
Response: Thank you Delana!

MrEric B: From the initial greeting of the Aaron my salesperson to the closing of the deal, EVERYTHING was amazing. I will definitely be returning for my next Harley purchase. 3 thumbs up. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Response: Thank you, we appreciate you!!

Mike M: I'll only give this place two stars due to them having a good deal on the past rolling thunder shirts. When I walked in I didn't get greeted at all, just stared at be the click in the corner. I was looking for some parts at the parts department and the staff was rude. I purchased some clothes with no welcoming feel from the staff and they mixed up my purchase with someone else's. I love Harley but I don't like this location especially it being a representation of our nation's capital.
Response: Mike I want to apologize for your experience at our store. This kind of interaction is the exact opposite of what we strive for as a Dealership. I hope you can give us an opportunity to change your opinion of our store . I would like to speak to you about this if you would like. My email is Craigg@hdofdc.com please feel free to reach out so we can solve these things . Thanks

wyldwsl: This dealership has gotten their act together. Do not let you previous experiences keep you from visiting it, renewing your relationships with their staff, and dealing with them again. I purchased my 2021 Street Glide Special from them in 12/2021 and it was a pleasurable experience.
Response: Love this! Thank you, my team is working hard to let everyone know we are different and care about our guests!

Christopher Johnson: I had my Harley Davidson towed to this facility, the service was great, Hondo is the man! The entire staff seemed to really care about the customer. I picked the bike up on a Tuesday, and took it on a road trip the following morning.....I made it about 650 miles and had another issue with my bike, I spoke with Both Harley dealerships, Fort Washington, and the Harley dealership I had to have it towed to. When I spoke to the service manager Chris, He was very apologetic, told me that I was not to worry, he was sorry that it happened, and that he would handle it. I received a follow up call from the GM, and he informed me that it has been handled. Thank you again for for everything.
Response: , Hello Christopher, I will give you a call on this matter today

dustin kosar: My insurance's roadside assistance towed my BMW bike to the dealership instead of a BMW dealership. Craig Garrett (General Manager) was great at helping me work through the issue. He stored my bike while I coordinated with BMW to get new tires, and gave me an extremely fair price to tow it to another shop who services bikes like mine. This is a dealership that ensures, regardless of manufacturer, riders take care of each other. The next time I'm shopping for a new bike, I'll gladly come here first.
Response: We believe that riders should take care of riders! Glad you were able to experience HD of DC!

La Moto Washington: what do users think?

DM: If you want a Moto Guzzi (and you really should, I have three...) La Moto is the place in the DC metro area. They are located near the Clarendon metro and easily accessible by mass transit or car ( although it is street, meter parking only). During these odd pandemic times they have been operating in an appointment only mode. In my case that was not a problem. I knew which bike I wanted (a V85 TT Centenario) and conducted most of the discussions with the manager Stuart via email. Stuart offered me a test ride but I actually had quite a few hours on the V85 so instead I put a deposit down over the phone and the bike was fully assembled, tested, and ready when I had time to pickup a couple of days later. When I arrived all of the paperwork was completed and it was just a matter of a few signatures and a check. Stuart gave me a run down on the bike specific features and controls and I was off. Could not have been a more pleasant experience. A couple of weeks later I noted a minor computer related problem and scheduled a service appointment. The technician tried his best to resolve the issue while I waited and had lunch at the Silver Diner across the street but ultimately I had to leave the bike to allow for a more detailed diagnostic. Once the bike was ready all of the issues were completely resolved and I was in and out of service quickly. Great customer service on all levels.

Garland: My Ducati is in the shop and I’ve been thinking about buying a new bike so when I stop by to see the Aprilia‘s I figured I’d see what kind of inventory they have. I was immediately greeted by a lady with short hair and temperament, “have you been to our website? If you had you would know we are by appointment only.” I can understand if she was busy but there weren’t any customers in the store. Not one! That’s a really bad of a way to greeting a first time customer. Particularly someone who looks like they buy motorcycles. I mean I was wearing a Ducati hat- A dead giveaway. This is ridiculous. Customer service is awful! I’m headed to Coleman Powersports now that I finished writing this in the parking lot.

barak tamir: Other then my love for bikes from Italy I stepped in to this shop with 0 expectation As soon as I stepped in I already knew I found the right place for me and my bike Outstanding customer service and patient! Very knowledgeable on the models and features thru the years. I cant explain more so you will need to go yourself All i can say is I'm happy i got to support this business and i hope you guys will do the same and go visit these guys Thank you 🙏🏼

Jason Kendrick: Great experience purchasing a new Aprilia Taureg today. Stuart and Colleen in sales couldn't have been more helpful. Just a quick call to set up an appointment. Both were really knowledgeable about the motorcycle too. The service department seemed to be well organized as well. Just a short wait time because of supply chain issues...as everyone knows...but they have a good record of their soon-to-be delivered products. 👍👍

Ernest Glascock, Jr.: I pre-ordered an RS660 which finally came in this week. Whenever I would ask for an update, they would get the answer very quickly for me. The pickup paperwork was done in less than 15 minutes, and I got a thorough introduction to all of the electronic settings on the 660. Everyone was super helpful, and I can't thank the team enough for their kindness throughout the process!

Blair Simpkins: In 2020 I bought a motorcycle to be transferred to South Carolina and the Dealership never sent to title to the SC DMV within 90 days. The Lien holder also never got a copy so now after 2+ years (Bike paid off) La Moto will not give me a title. They keep making excuses and don't return my emails or phone calls.

Nick Morgan: Stewart and the staff are the best. Very friendly and easy to work with, knowledgeable, straight forward, and helpful. I've purchased many bikes from dealers and individuals and my recent purchase from LaMoto was one of the easiest and smoothest. They go out of their way to help with whatever you need and will bend over backwards to make it work. Loving my new Aprilia and looking forward to working with them in the future. If only they were in RVA! But gives me an excuse to visit DC.

Patrick Flaherty: I stopped today to take a look at some scooters and was very disappointed at how I was spoken to. The employee I spoke with (He didn’t even bother introducing himself, getting off the couch, or even really greeting me politely) said I could take a look at the scooter in the showroom. This was after he started by insulting my wife and saying she wouldn’t be able to ride a scooter because of her height. He then proceeded to repeatedly say, “Vespas are the most expensive scooter in the world.” Like I didn’t know what a Vespa was or somehow implying that I couldn’t afford one. Needless to say I will never be purchasing a Vespa at La Moto Washington.

Rodrigo Burela: I just called today at (2:39pm) and the salesman did not introduce himself properly plus I asked a few question about a 50cc moped and he replied back so unprofessional. I’m new on this and I ask questions to understand better the requirements in order to get one.

Jahsonic: I was able to pick up my machine from La Moto and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and my delivery told me everything I needed to know about my bike.

REI Co-op: what do users think?

Michael Brown: As a company, REI should not inflict their political beliefs onto customers. That said, they carry good gear and this particular location is fantastic. Every time I have come here they have exactly what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful and generally knowledgeable. I don’t know who makes REI branded clothes and gear, but they do a good job.

Mike R: I like this store for so many reasons. First: they have excellent customer service. Today I walked in with my bike to get my flat tire fixed. A woman approached me and signed me in. Then a man walked up to me and asked if I would like to him to park my bike. I was appalled by this gesture. Second: This establishment has everything here. I mean like… leave that bike area if you want to. You will be buying anything from energy gel to underwear. Third: conveniently located right beside the metro.

Anne Probst: Thank you Jeremy in cycling for taking care of my bike I commute on. Haley assisted and was down to earth and happy. High five to Micah in footwear who helped me find a size in a scarpa I haven’t been able to find in stores in 4 years. He’s super knowledgeable and was connecting with all the customers. Thank you REI DC!

Patrick F.: The 2 stars is not for the products, it's for the lack of service. Lord forbid you need some help. I waited forever even after pushing this button (photo) and a guy that was helping someone else acknowledged they heard me and would be coming. Still waiting as I type this. FYI, I have purched thousands from this store....sigh!!

Louisa Buatti: I visited REI for the first time since the pandemic began. My pick up of an online order went very smoothly. Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful--they all offered to direct me to the customer service/pick up area. I was in and out of the store in a flash.

Andrea Wu: I came here to pick up my shoes that I ordered online, and after trying them out in nature, they were too big so I came back to return and get new ones. The staff helping me was very helpful, bringing me different shoes for me to try on. I finally got a pair that fit properly, and checkout was pretty speedy too. Parking on the street might be a bit tough, but it's not too bad!

H Gill: Great store! love REI… but checking out here is always a 15 min wait. The checkout line moves at a snail’s pace, and the managers/supervisors don’t seem to care. I’ve seen customers put items down and leave out of frustration.

Rebecca Tolbert: Generally a good store, but the parking situation is currently very weird. You park in the parking deck and then have to walk all the way around a whole city block because they have blocked off the elevator and stairs. So, you drive into the parking deck and then have this surprise journey ahead of you, through a sketchy alley and everything. Just wanted to give other customers a heads up!

Ben Layton: Bike shop effectively closes at 6:30, not 7:00, since you have to get on a wait-list to get the bike checked in and the wait-list closes at 6:30. Called in advance and told them when I'd get there and they didn't mention that, so came all the way here for nothing. Turnaround on basic repairs also 9-10 days rn, which is honestly nuts.

R: Oddly enough they aren’t dog friendly yet I saw a pitbull walking around without a service vest. The area around is horrendous, good luck finding a parking spot. Really disappointed that REIs aren’t dog friendly yet their competitors REI and Bass Pro is.

Coleman PowerSports: what do users think?

zachary burdette: Wow. I just had the best dealership experience I've ever had in my life. I purchased my first motorcycle from Alejandro, and he made the whole process easy and smooth. I will admit, as someone who has never been on a motorcycle before I was a little intimidated. Alejandro made me feel like I was already part of the motorcycle owning club. He was informative and polite. He quickly pointed out a bike that was right for me. I only looked at one bike and it was the perfect one for me. I'm now a proud owner of a Honda cb300r! Even when the decision making was over and we were waiting on paperwork, Alejandro didn't just leave me to sit and wait. We had a great conversation and it felt like I had known him for 10 years. He showed me how to get one the bike and find first gear, so I would have a head start when I take my riding class. Everybody at Coleman was great. The gentleman who helped me find the right gear was informative and supportive. There's no better place to buy a motorcycle then Coleman powerboats! When the deal was done they had a bell you ring where everyone in the store clapped and cheered.
Response: Zachary, We are so happy that you selected us to be your dealership and that you received the service we always try and provide. Welcome to the Coleman family and we wish you many many miles of happy riding.

Tanya Crawford: My bike was delivered to me last Saturday. I posted a review of the bike sale and professionalism exemplified by each team member at Coleman’s PowerSports. Well, let me just state that the delivery driver was awesome. He was very friendly answered all questions (I ask a lot of question for clarity and to ensure my understanding) however, he was patient and understanding about it. He unloaded by bike with caution and careful. He backed it up in my garage for me with ease. Just an overall great experience. Barry once again delivered on having my bike thoroughly detailed! and my dude Parker called me and kept me abreast of any changes and the reschedule. Thanks a million guys for everything!
Response: Thank you for the great feedback, Tanya. We are very happy to know our Sales Team provided you with top-notch customer service and you had an overall great experience. We appreciate your business with Coleman Powersports Falls Church.

Gina Mitidiero: Barry and his team provided the best motorcycle dealership experience I've had. Every single person I spoke with was welcoming, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. The finance process was quick and easy and they have a GREAT selection of women's riding gear to peruse while you wait. I really appreciated their awesome customer service and will definitely be back as I start to accessorize my new bike. Do yourself a favor and buy your motorcycle from this dealership!
Response: Gina, thank you so much for choosing us as your go-to motorcycle dealer! We're so glad we could provide an exceptional service experience with plenty of resources to help you on your new powersports journey. Be sure to visit us again soon!

Andrew Sulgit: Alejandro and the entire crew at Coleman Falls Church did an amazing job from start to finish. Everyone was extremely nice, congratulatory, and helpful. It was a great experience.
Response: So glad you enjoyed your experience with us, Andrew. Thanks for the review!

Michael “Newmie” Newman: #Update June 4th, 2022 — great service detail intake and completion by Griff. Inspection (Va annual) and accessories installed by JD. Done up quick & right. A+ performance as usual! 😎 Great cycle shop --- indeed the best in NoVa! Sales & service both very knowledgeable, helpful, patient in explaining exact noted specifications while listening to customer's particular individual needs. Parker sold me my Yamaha MT-07, and Jeff arranged the service add-on [cell phone holder installed] -- each man went above and beyond, with extensive care and concern, to make sure i was fully content before leaving the shop. Sales Mgr. Dave and Parts Assoc. Dave also deserve a loud shout-out for their attentiveness! *Coleman Powersports -- Highly-Qualified & Recommended for ALL bike enthusiasts!* #update April 2022 — problem with the battery on my Yamaha (bought less than a year ago, new). Needed complete replacement. Excellent customer service (from the very beginning upon bringing my bike in) from Kevin in Svc Dept, continuous and clear follow up by him through great timely communication, and a rapid turn around — all so very much appreciated to get me riding again! 🏍 😎 (***Might be my last Yamaha, however, with me not at all happy with Corporate Customer Service and true lack of professionalism on their end.)
Response: Michael, we truly appreciate this review. We are proud to have attentive and caring staff that strive to make sure each customer gets their perfect bike. We hope you have a great day and enjoy your Yamaha MT-07!

Donovan Kim: I really enjoyed working with Cameron on my bike purchase. He was beyond patient with me and very knowledgeable. Working in sales myself, I really appreciate when I meet someone who knows their stuff. Cameron is not a pushy salesman, far from it. He takes his time and answers all the concerns that arise when purchasing equipment like this. He is excellent at what he does. I will be a returning customer. YCK
Response: Coleman Powersports Falls Church would like to thank you for your feedback. We greatly value your business and look forward to assisting you again.

Denis Wallace: Service department is super responsive and on top of it. I’d trust them to do work on my motorcycle anytime. Granted I only had the tire changed and wanted to do the rest of the body work repairs myself, they had no issue with that. So once they had the pets in they notified me and once the tire was done I was all good to pick it up, even paid the invoice over the phone and all I had to do was look at the bike, sign a paper and she was mine again. Thanks Griff and Jackson for putting my mind at ease when I’ve never had anyone do work on my motorcycle before.
Response: Denis, Thanks for the 5 stars! We are happy to hear that you had a great service experience. We are here anytime you need us.

Bear Tidd: Alejandro is the best! I got my very first bike with him. So here’s some awesome stuff he did: - He’s super fast to reply and answer any questions. - He always remembers my name and will great me as soon as he sees me. It’s nice it just makes you feel welcome in the environment. - I’m have incredibly bad anxiety and I never felt anxious through the process. 10/10 would go buy another bike from him.
Response: We're happy to hear you had an awesome time with us at Coleman PowerSports! Thanks for sharing your experience. We hope you stop by and see us again.

Nick Doty (Nick): I previously brought my bike here to have quite a bit of work done. My bike has a lot of miles on it and had sat for a long period of time, so I brought it in for new tires, fluid changes, and a rebuild of the engine given the high miles. Originally given all the work that was taking place, I was told they would give me a 10% discount for all the work. I'm aware that this wasn't really a discount, and more of a "good will" gesture they likely give to many people. They had my bike for a very long period - maybe 8 to 10 weeks. Half that time was waiting for the work to begin. Once the work began, I was told and received several calls of additional things they found, wanting to know if I wanted things changed. This included extra hours to deal with the cruise control system my bike had. However, at a certain point, I quit receiving updates. After approximately 2 weeks, I called to check the status of my bike. They informed me that my cruise control was not working and that they were trying to fix it. The cruise control was electronic and after-market. I did not use the cruise control frequently, BUT - it was working just fine when I brought my bike in. I told them I didn't want it fixed as I just wanted my bike back, but I didn't want to pay for all the work they did dealing with the cruise control, seeing as they broke it. They told me I was receiving a 10% courtesy discount (the one I'd already been promised) so that would cover the hours spent on the cruise control. This was not the way to handle this - in my opinion, they should have cut those hours out of my bill, and given me a further discount seeing as they *broke a functioning part of my motorcycle*. I picked the bike up and took it home, and everything that was worked on works well, except the cruise control. If you just need standard work done, this place will do you just fine - but be wary of aftermarket items on your bike, and make sure to double check your bill because they will charge you for the work, regardless if they fix it (or in my case - break it). I don't regret taking my motorcycle here but I definitely will not be back.
Response: We are sorry that you feel you did not get excellent service. Please feel free to reach out to us so that we can rectify your concerns. Thank you The Customer Service Team - fccsi@wherethepoweris.com

Sultan: Cam helped me purchase a Ninja 400 and one of the last in the inventory. He did a great job explaining to me more info about the bike and was able to answer all my questions. Overall I had a great time purchasing the bike and ringing the bell at the end was the cherry on the top. Thank you guys for all the help.
Response: From the crew at Coleman PowerSports, thank you for the excellent review, Sultan!

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?

Aaron Contic: Came into this location to purchase a set of irons, found a set of Taylormade M2 irons that I initially thought were correctly priced at $499. I asked the team member working in the golf department that I was interested and ask where the rest of the set was. He replied that the rest of the set was missing. I asked what was the current price with 3 clubs of the 7 iron set missing? His response was “that’s the price, my manger won’t change it for some reason, but you can ask him” So I asked to speak to the manger which He initially said was available. I was then told that the manager currently on duty was conveniently on a conference call and was now unavailable and the answer was “NO” on a new price for the remaining clubs. To start the team member was friendly and helpful. That being said. I’m also a manager in retail and if a customer asked to talk to a manager about a reasonable question. Im not going to have my employee have to tell the customer “NO” That’s terrible customer service and it’s also a bad business practice to try to sell customers a product that’s missing pieces for the same price as if it’s not!

Misael Reyes: Staff was very helpful soon as I walked through the door security asked what I needed and I got it in less than 20 minutes I was out the door with my daughter's rollerblade slash roller skates

Maritza Cooper: Always a pleasure to visit this location. The store is always clean and organized. You usually get greeted as you walk in the door. The associates are always helpful and pretty knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help! Well stocked too! Bought a fitness trampoline to keep a 7 yr old from going stir crazy in an apartment during these NO School days! Hope it works! It was Waaay up high. Had 3 different associates make sure I got what needed. All while helping other customers.

Ara Koh: Ok location compared to other ones. Nicely organized but their shoes selection is not so great.

The Next King: Shallun was amazing!!!! Great help. First time coming to Dick’s Sporting Goods and I was impressed I will be back thank you.

david fegan: good experience shopping here today. multiple staff members were helpful.

L. P. Rock: Went there to purchase a bicycle. Not 1 store employee had any more knowledge of bikes than I did. Me: What size frame does this bike have? Dick's rep: That's a good question, I have no idea sir.Virginia here I come.

Angie Owens: oh my goodness I was on the phone with my cousin, while she was shopping for football cleats for her son. When I tell you that the amount of "OUTSTANDING" customer service that the professional young lady "Ryan" gave to her while she was shopping was absolutely amazing!! I had to tell my cousin through the phone to please tell Ms. Ryan that the level of coatomer service she gave was "THE BEST" that I have seen in a very long time. Ryan if your reading this please keep up the good work!! I am extremely proud of you young lady.

Liliana Gonzalez: Zach did a great job helping me find the the gym equipment I needed. He even helped me load these items into my car after I doubted if the gym equiptment I bough would fit. Thank you so much to him and Horse for the exellent service!

Bella Adoni: Varieties of sports goods. Place was clean and staffs very attentive. They acknowledged us at the time of entry. I and my friend were the only customers in the store. I could have given the store five stars if the price for most of the items were reasonable.

BicycleSPACE- Ivy City: what do users think?

Alex Martin: Leave it up to the wonderful people of Washington DC to complain about “rude” behavior. Maybe like one dude in the back was a douche but at least he was an honest douche. If you appreciate radical honesty then this place is worth a visit. Also Justin new kid training had great insight to give when it came to my curiosity about fixed bikes. Last but not least the owner made absolute sure my bike fit my body size, far more than the competition ever did. Will send people to this location for sure.

Louise Pocock: I’ll preface by saying I’m not a bike head but went to this shop in my neighborhood after moving to DC because I wanted to make biking my primary mode of transport. These guys spent hours listening to what kind of bike I wanted and how I planned to used it and explained all my options and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I not only bought a bike but learned a lot about bikes and how to take care of them. They got me set up with all the practical locks/lights/fenders etc for a very reasonable price. When I wrecked they fixed it right away and for free (no replacement part needed, just my fenders reattached). I have been back several times for other little things and they always help me right away and keep me riding. I love my bike shop!
Response: Thanks, Loise! We love taking care of folks & their bikes and glad we helped you integrate cycling into your daily life! Hope the next time we see you it'll be for a ride & not a repair!

Mike Carr: Many bike shops are plagued with pretentious staff. This is NOT the case at Bicycle Space. The employees are all super friendly and helpful. As an added bonus their location in Ivy City is easy to get to from most parts of DC and there is almost always easy parking right out front. This shop also sponsors many fun bicycle events in the area, such as the Saturday Cupcake Ramble lead by Lionel!

Patrick Macy: Unmatched Integrity. I have been searching high and low for a touring bike. I have been to many bike shops in Maryland and DC which pushed me to buy gravel bikes that didn't fit either me or my budget. Rob pointed me to the Surly Disk Trucker. But, they only had 2. One was a tad too small, the other was a tad too big. He said I wouldn't be happy with either and recommended I keep looking. Knowing the exact right size to look for I called all over the DMV and fond one. I bought it from that other store. But THIS is my new bike store. They have a customer for life because of the bike they did not sell me. Integrity matters. Thank you.

Jessica Long: I was in the market for a new bike for commuting and racing as I start to get into triathlon training. The staff there was very engaging, kind, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend it!

Julia Lo: As others have mentioned, slow service and poor communication. I came in for a quick/on-the-spot repair but halfway through the repair the bolt on my front derailleur broke off. I was told that the mechanic would take a look at it the following week to see if he could get the bolt off, or if we had to order a replacement. I checked in periodically and was often told that they would get to my bike and provide an update "later today" and "tomorrow". Long story short, my bike was at the shop a little over 3 weeks. I would have appreciated an honest and realistic time estimate from the beginning. My brakes, which were replaced during the visit, were also squeaky when It came back to me. I would return to the shop only to have the squeaking return after after a day or so. The mechanic often talked trash about REI, but in my opinion they have not proven to be any better.

Nick Webster: BicyleSPACE is a wonderful, friendly, downtown bike shop. I stopped in to look around and a knowledgeable staff member took the time to show me around in a no pressure manner. When I am in the market for a new set of wheels, I will be in.

Lee Jahnke: BikeSpace DC used to be my go-to Bike Shop. These guys worked with you and offered options to fix things. Their repair times were honest. But in the last few months, these guys have cut corners as they deal with being overwhelmed from the pandemic. I've gone by the shop for parts or quick fixes and been told flat out "No". As in "No, we can't repair anything right now". and "No, we don't think you should install that part." This attitude isn't so much "Hey, we know better." but "We just don't have the time for you. Essential repairs only" So, save your time and money from trudging out to their remote location and go to a bike shop closer in.
Response: Hi Lee- Sorry we weren't able to help you with the part you were looking for yesterday, but as discussed, we'd have to see the bike (in this case wheel) you were attempting to get the part for in order to match the compatibility as there are multiple configurations that can't be freely swapped out. Also, as discussed, we rarely stock & frequently remove the part you were inquiring about from customer's bikes as it can lead to more problems than it solves if the bike is properly adjusted. You were also referred to another potential source for the item- hope you were able to find it or feel free to come by w/the bike/wheel & we can see whether we have exactly what you need or are able to order it for you, which can also be a challenge (along w/many other things) in these covid times. Thanks & Be Well!

Marc Pulliam: Not sure how they have 4 stars. These guys are very unprofessional. No type of customer service I call and ask if they sold bike pedals the response was were a. Bike shop how rude. Ordered a bike and had it shipped to be assembled which should had only taken a minimum of two days. My bike has been there over a week and all they can tell me is that they are backed up because there mechanic was tboned. They said they would follow up but I have not received any follow ups. At this point it will be faster to cancel my purchase and have a bike shipped to a different shop. No focus on customer service here don’t say you wasn’t warned

healthy healing: They took us right away we came in with two bikes. The rechained my daughter's bike. Checked my inner tube. Gave us an estimate if we need an innertube in the future. Sent us on our way. Welcoming, reasonable, angriest service. Highly recommend these guys!

Walmart Supercenter: what do users think?

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Henok Garedew (Henny breezy): There is always problems in this specific Walmart all the timeI don’t recommend it

Virginia S: Need more employees/cashiers working. These stores rely too heavily on self checkout. Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

Motorcycles Of Dulles: what do users think?

mitchell mcgovern: Went in to get my current bike serviced and ended up coming back the next day to trade up for a Yamaha FZ-07 they let me test drive while I waited. Been coming here for 3 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Staff is knowledgeable, super friendly, and obviously passionate about what they’re selling. The bills here can add up fast, but they seem fair / reasonable enough for what you’re getting. Big shout out to Zandy for making me one happy customer! This bike rides like a dream!
Response: Hey there Mitchell! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and others. We love all our customers of course, but we especially appreciate our repeat ones. Thank you for your continued support of our organization, we wouldn’t be here without you! -MOD Team

Larry Anderson: Took the Tiger Explorer 1200 in today for the 20K service so I'm hesitant to comment too much at this point. However, the dealership is very nice--bright, well stocked, organized. Staff was attentive and helpful.
Response: Thank you, Larry, for the awesome endorsement. The MOD team really appreciates you taking the time to share your experience with us and others. I hope that you are just as happy now, if not more so, with your interactions here with our service department as you were when you dropped you bike off. We look forward to seeing you again any time! - MOD Team

Nick Isbell: I just brought home today my beautiful new red Triumph Tiger 660 Sport. An absolutely brilliant bike and an equally good shopping/test driving/buying experience. Altogether, I visited the store seven times before ordering the bike. During that time, I took nine test rides, five of them on the Tiger 660, which I cross-shopped with the Tiger 850 and Tiger 900. It was a tough call--they're all great bikes--but in the end, I chose exactly the bike that was right for ME! Kudos to my fabulous salesperson Nick Messore, who never put any sales pressure on me, and promptly found the bike & color I decided on once I had made up my mind. Kudos also to the owner (who I met during the buying process), who explained that his number one objective is making sure each customer finds the right fit for THEM. With so many different motorcycles and riding styles and customer sizes and motorcycle dimensions, I think this is a really sensible approach. Not everyone needs or belongs on a 600 pound, 150 horsepower rocket with a 34 inch seat height! As a final note, I was struck during every visit by how friendly and upbeat all the staff were. I don't think a store can really fake this--I think it reflects an organization where people are treated well, so they're happy while they are at work. Well done MOD!!! ;)

Malcolm Furgol: MOD is a fantastic dealership with a highly talented team and led by a great businessman, John. Everyone from Kit in sales, to Tyler in apparel, Kelly in finance and Mark in parts and Connor in service went above and beyond on my purchasing experience buying my first Triumph motorcycle. They were incredibly patient with my many questions and helping me understand how to care for a chain driven motorcycle (previous ride was belt driven). They also warmly greeted my young children on visits to the dealership and answered questions and helped me past closing time on more than one occasion. If you are looking for a wide selection from several strong brands and a good selection of preowned bikes in the DC metro area look no further than MOD. They will take care of you like family and honestly guide you to the best bike for you. You will not be disappointed in your experience. Trust them, they know what they are doing!

Derek Brown: A great spot to check out and buy bikes and gear. I went to Motorcycles of Dulles because they had the selection of bikes that allowed me to compare a few options before I made a decision. They have a huge amount of floor space and some great brands that can be difficult to come by in the DMV area. They also have gear and parts for each brand if your looking for matching gear to go with your bike. Could have spent a few more hours in there just looking at everything. Kurtis, the salesman I worked with, was chill and very helpful. Got me information for the bike I was looking for and let me wander around as I contemplated my options. At no point did I feel pushed into any decisions. When it came time to buy Laura, the fantastic finance Manager, was fast and didn't drag out talks. She made the buying experience very fun and enjoyable. If I ever need another bike it's the first place I'll go.
Response: Awe shucks Derek, we think you're pretty wonderful too! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts and for the wonderful 5-Stars! It was a pleasure working with and getting to know you. We look forward to seeing you back in here anytime you are in the area. -MOD Team

Randi Wallace: I attended the ADV riding clinic in Purcellville on 23 Oct. so many great bikes and great people, I had the only Harley-Davidson Pan-American there but I was welcome to attend, no one cared what you were riding or your level of experience. A wonderful day and VERY WELL organized. Thank you MOD!
Response: Thank you Randi for the 5-Stars! We are glad to know that we were able to not only meet, but to exceed whatever expectations that you may have had when you walked in. Also, if you are ever in the market to either replace, or just add to your current bike, please think of us. Cheers! - MOD Team

Terry Whitehead: I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first motorcycle. Tom Bloom was extremely helpful and made sure I was making the right choice. He also didn't try to upsell me on a bike I didn't want or shouldn't have. The financing team was super friendly and fun to work with. Lastly, the showroom is spotless and really welcoming (not sure how much that matters for you, but I really liked it).
Response: Thank you, Terry for the Big 5-Stars! We know that your new motorcycle will give you the opportunity make some amazing memories. And of course, we are glad to know that we were able to not only meet, but to exceed whatever expectations that you may have had when you walked in. Please keep in touch and feel free to join us on some of our group rides. Welcome to the MOD family! - MOD Team

Daniel: The staff were kind and they had a decent selection all things considered. There were some typical sales tactics, a little more on the finance side than the front end. I really wish they would have taken a little more time to walk me through the bike and my options. I've spent some time learning on my own and I think I have a good handle on everything now, but it felt like they were more interested in getting me out the door than helping me have a great experience.
Response: Hello Daniel - Thank you for the additional information. It sounds like we have some "room for improvement" in your eyes. I'd love to get even more details from you starting with when and what bike you purchased from us or even who it was that you delt with while you were here. I've tried to find you in our system and without some more information, I'm unable to locate your transaction. Please feel free to reach out directly so that we can talk more. -Laura R, Customer Service

Edward Echard: I was looking to buy an additional, smaller Triumph and had to cast a multi-state net to find a red Tiger Sport 660. Discovered MOD online and called to confirm. Nick was my salesman, he took 10 minutes to get me firm numbers on the phone and took a deposit to hold the bike during my 65 mile drive. Very friendly and efficient. Got there and the numbers were spot on and the bike was in the "sold don't touch me" area of the showroom. BTW, this facility is like a modern art museum. Multiple manufacturers each with their own areas decorated with their themes and lined with accessories. Can't not buy a Triumph with Steve McQueen staring at you. It's worth visiting just to look (and dream). I had an idiotic all-inclusive accessories list that I built on the Triumph website, and unfortunately they had EVERYTHING ON IT IN STOCK. Even the color-specific parts. I was so impressed and confused that I left with everything! Spent some time talking with Owner John Tisch as I was loading the bike in the truck and they were closing for the day. Very friendly and genuine guy, an accomplished businessman in a range of vehicle-related sales and service fields. If you're anywhere close, you're going to buy your bike there. If you're thinking about traveling (any distance) and they tell you they have it and will hold it until you get there, don't hesitate. They're that good.
Response: This reply is a long time coming...Thank you so much for the awesome endorsement. The MOD team really appreciates you taking the time to share your experience, and of course for traveling the distance to visit us. We look forward to seeing you back again any time! - MOD Team

Lisa B: Such a great experience. Everyone was very helpful. My husband got his triumph without a problem. I would highly recommend, Motorcycles of Dulles.
Response: Thank you, Lisa for the 5-Stars! We are glad to know that we were able to not only meet, but to exceed whatever expectations that you may have had when you walked in. We look forward to seeing you back in here again soon. - MOD Team

Walmart Supercenter: what do users think?

Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Pooooooooooor customer service specialty from the manager

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart Supercenter offers a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and other optional food and items to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. This location offers a free underground parking garage.

Nsoseh Quistoran: I went there to pick some stuff for myself. Good prizing and amazing products. Recommended to go shopping 🛒🛒

Will Kidd: I'm from Michigan this is my first time being to a Walmart set up like this and it was great basement parking and the crazy thing the escalator for your shopping cart that's wow 😲

Brittany Jeffries: It's crowded, there are never enough lines, and the place is heavily disorganized. But when you need stuff late night, it's nice to have around. I shop around 8-10pm with fewer issues. No access to customer service, but the customer service is iffy at best during the day anyway. Excellent craft and party sections.

K A: Easy, convenient and affordable shopping. I really enjoyed shopping at this particular Walmart location. It’s big, organized and well stocked. They have different sections such as the pharmacy, bike shop, auto care, money center, entertainment and household items section to mention a few. Express Self Checkout✅ ♿️Wheelchair Accessible Entrance✅ ♿️Wheelchair Accessible Parking 🅿️ Adequate Parking Space ✅ Shopping Cart Conveyor ✅ 🚻Restroom ♿️Wheelchair Accessible Restroom

taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Meghan Elizabeth: Grey hair lady at self checkout needs to find a different job or just retire. There is no reason an employee, especially one of her age, should be treating customers so poorly and getting a major attitude at anyone who is just trying to find a register that is working. If machines need fixed they need to kindly tell people to wait. Not be rude, make a scene and glare at everyone who is waiting to checkout. Who lets these kind of people work here???? Please consider getting some kind employees for self checkout. 04/25/22 6:00 pm

Bike Club: what do users think?

dholmblad: Cannot recommend Bike Club enough. Had the derailleur hanger bend on a very sentimental 1990s carbon specialized. The owner was able to work his magic, replaced the derailleur and fixed the hanger. Before I walked out he made sure the shifting was smooth and dialed in. Thanks!

Chuck Baier: Bike Club is a one of a kind bike shop! It is a one man shop and you need to approach Phuoc, the owner, at the right time and in the right way to get positive results. If you rush in, start rapidly firing off questions, and making demands, Phuoc is likely to dismiss you and recommend you look elsewhere for needs, often rudely. However, if you stop in, sit down, and make some friendly small talk, then he will dig what you need out of his cavernous shop, fix you up, impart some insightful wisdom to you about human nature, elicit a few belly laughs, and get you back on your way. You will then have a friend who will remember you even when you come back 3 years later, as he did with me. If you’re bringing your bike in for service, the question is not whether Phuoc can fix it but if he wants to fix it. Therefore, don’t start off by telling him your opinion of the problem or how to fix it. God forbid, don’t start by arguing over 5 bucks based on your latest Google or Amazon search. Instead, just set back, ask for a beer while you wait, and let this Master perform his craft. And if you genuinely love bikes, don’t miss the opportunity to take the tour inside. Carefully navigate the pathways through the shop for a trip through the last 50 years of bicycle history. I’ve been in dozens of time and find something new to intrigue me each time. Bike Club is an absolutely unique Falls Church institution and Phuoc is indeed an endangered species. A trip to Bike Club is MUCH more genuine than the overpriced pro shops staffed with hipsters with a different sort of attitude. Good luck!! Pedal Power!!!

Alec Lee: Horrible owner with rude attitude, don’t even think going in there. You will be traumatized after visiting this place and experiencing customer service for a long time. The owner is simply crazy, start yelling and cursing after simple questions. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Patrick N.: This is an old school bike shop, keep in mind, there is really no “customer service” you get to the shop, state what you want and proceed to either get your bike serviced or purchased. Pham goes out of his way to repair and sell these bikes, as strange as it sounds; he is NOT a salesman and doesn’t value taking too much time for window shoppers because he is a 1 man team mostly. So before you judge this shop like it’s a modernize shop with different department staffing and things like that; keep in consideration he’s doing well every thing he can effectively to run his own store, and he’s been in the business longer than you’ve prob been alive so he can tell a window shopper or someone who’s going to waste time off the bat.

Joseph (Joey): This is a very particular bicycle experience. This isn't your typical bike shop. The owner, Fuke, is an unusual, eccentric bike genius. His behavior won't appeal to everyone, however as an amateur vintage bike mechanic myself, Fuke is one on my heroes. He is an expert on all things bicycle. If you are looking for a specific, latest, greatest, bicycle, or for someone to size you to a bike, look elsewhere. Come to the bike club with some prior bike knowledge or at least a unique project request. If you are looking for a rare headset, vintage set of schwinn handlebars for a 50 year old bike, an expert calibration of ancient shimano derailleurs, or the fastest wheel-true you've ever seen, Fuke and Bike Club Bicycle are just the place for you. Also, teens, want to learn the ins and outs of bicycle repair? Fuke is willing to take hard working, serious apprentices for summer instruction. Don't expect monetary compensation, instead, expect to be paid in the currency of practical knowledge and experience. After a summer or two under Fuke's tutelage, you'll be able to fix any bike problem, build any bike, be hired as a mechanic at any reputable bike shop, or even start your own freelance bike repair business. Fuke and the Bike Club are whats left of an old idea; that as a community we help each other achieve the American Dream. We need less corporate nonsense and more places like Bike Club Bicycle and more people like Fuke. Go check the place out. If you are passionate about bikes, you'll be enthralled.

Howard Stultz: I’m not sure how this guy stays in business. The first time I went there for a product he said he didn’t have any when I thought I saw what I needed on a shelf that would have been hard to reach. (One look inside the door and you clearly get the idea he’s a hoarder.). The second time I went there (on a Sunday) he was sitting outside talking to a potential customer. I waited until they were done because it was clear from looking at the doorway navigating the chaos would have been difficult. When it was my turn I told him I wanted to buy a bike. His reply was truly unusual (and rude). He said he didn’t have any bikes for sale and that they were closed... Huh? I get there’s a run on bikes these days, but you can look in the shop window and see he had some bike inventory. Needless to say, I’ll never go back and will spread the word about my experiences.

Ryan Healy: The guy who runs this place is awesome. Super compassionate and understanding of your circumstance and what your bike needs. This man has fixed my bike on the cheap multiple times. I mean I take my bike in there with all sorts of BS happening to it and he is back there for 10 minutes and rolls it out and it's like I just bought it. Alignment perfect. Brakes perfect. This man gave me handle bar grips for free off his parts cart. Cant say enough good things about this place. Best bicycle shop IN THE ENTIRE DC REGION

David Lotts: I like this little shop because of the variety of interesting stuff, some vintage bikes, kids bikes, and new bikes. The owner is very friendly and works hard. I've bought my last two bikes here. Both times I did not like exactly what I saw and they quickly customized it for me. Since I found this store I think of my bike as temporary. When I get tired of my bike, and it needs repairs and tune-up, I just go by and trade in for something else. I can do this because the prices are quite good compared to an full tune-up.

Ryan Springer: I've had nothing but excellent service! In the past 3 weeks I've had two bikes fixed, 2 bikes assembled, and sold a bike to the shop. All while sharing many a laugh with the owner and his team. Solid crew and now my go to team for all things bike related.

OneChance OneMistake: Store is very messy and cluttered with random things. Came to see a used bike that caught my eye before. It was in decent condition but dirty and the man wanted $250 for a bike that sells for $220 new. Told me he priced it high just because be assembled it, and is taking advantage of bikes being sold out everywhere during covid. Would not go here if youre looking for a bike. And the man smokes so much so bring a gas mask.
Response: Pretty sure he added disc brakes on it, thats been his thing lately. He has a knack for making bikes ride better. But yes th BC is not your average department store styled bike shop, some people likebthat. Ibprefwr an organis experiece, which is what you get at BC. its more like a museum. I enjoy the speediness, a couple hours at most unless you get there after 4, as opposed to the standar 2 week wait.

Heyser Cycle: what do users think?

Gerald Jones: I won't say it was a bad experience, however It definitely takes too long to be serviced. I just think another person in the Accessories Department would make for a more pleasant experience considering the Summer Riding season is approaching. There is no one to render assistance if anyone needs it. She does an amazing job, but the very nice lady in Accessories should not have to take care of business all by herself.

Gary Truslow: Heyser is a long time feature in Laurel. I have brought several of my Honda motorcycles to them for service and found them competent and reasonable. I also buy Helmets and gloves there. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Kudos to Heyser.

Avram lubliner-walters: I was frantically looking around the entire DMV trying to find somebody who could mount and balance my new tires. I was so excited to find out that this place did walk in first come first serve basis appointments for tires! I was in and out of there within an hour and everybody I interacted with were very professional and easy-going. I will definitely be taking my bike back here for this type of work! It was also super nostalgic because I remember going into that place with my father as a child in the 80s. Still has the same great motorcycle shop smell! Thanks guys!

William Moore Sr: You'll find everything from Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, to Suzuki here to include the affordable SSR pit bikes and more. Nice apparel area too!

Robb f: Did brake Job in 20 minutes walked in finished before my Lyft came had to cancel and rode home on 2s

Michael ellenberger: Great service! Ronnie, Will and the crew won't treat you wrong. Everyone very friendly and helpful. I will be back for another bike purchase soon. We'll, as soon as I get my wife's shoe out my a$$ for this purchase. Lol. Thanks guys. See you soon!

Sourabh Wadhawan: I went in today for my bike's first service. My experience was 'okay'. The service rep was helpful but for most of my concerns with the bike his answer was - that's normal. Still I would commend that they serviced my bike within 2 hours. I guess I cant comment right now on the quality of work - will find out as I ride my bike. BUT the thing that bothered me the most while I was there and the reason why I am giving only 3 stars is that NONE of the employees - both in service and sales were wearing masks at any time. I was surprised to see that and it made me really uncomfortable.

Anthony M: This place has good service and can often do same day. This means more time riding! Been coming here for years and trust the work. I would figurine to recommend them for your service needs. I have not used their sales or parts department.

Jeff Davis: The crew at Heyser serviced my bike for several years while I lived in Bowie. Always had great labor rates, always timely service and always helped with any questions I had about recommended maintenance and replacement tires. They also did an awesome job crating up my bike for transport across the country. Thanks guys!

David Hanley: I love Heyser. I've purchased two motorcycles from them and had all of my service done in their garage. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for new or used motorcycles and or service. I've also worked closely with the parts and accessories department for years getting all of the gear and accessories that I needed.

Walmart Supercenter: what do users think?

VIRGINIA Parker: Very well stocked and clean associate ready to help you. Only one problem not enough cash register open to get the people out. But that's the problem in every store.

Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Adam Stoddard: You know you're in a good part of town when shaving cream and car electronics are kept under lock and key. Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

Terrencia Lester: I found everything I was looking for and a few extra items too. The staff was very friendly and helpful because I am in a wheelchair they offered to help me with items I couldn't reach. They had a variety of all kinds of foods and beverages. This will be my Walmart supercenter that I will be attending from now on keep up the great work and I will continue to be a valued customer.

Sarah West: A large mixed selection of items you can get any 3 for TEN DOLLARS. Selected high end new items are priced accordingly. Kids, mens, and womans apparel and shoes. If you have the knack for treasure hunting in thrift stores.....THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU. thrifty and unique pieces all year round

Matthew Unger: The employees were fantastic and would be 5 stars, but not being able to not use yet another app makes for a poor customer experience that part I would give a 1 star, but I don't want to hold what seems like a wonderful store to a corporate specific issue. I cannot say enough good things about the employees that helped me and even apologized for a company wide corporate issue.

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

carolyn jackson: I love this store. My favorite associates work here. This store always have a lot of cashier's on duty. The store is as least fully stock.

Target: what do users think?

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Very nice and clean store parking available in the basement, Only problem always low on the food inventor and produce and grocery.

Cliodhna MacFadden: We purchased the Element 65” TV, and after 3 days the backlight broke. We tried everything to fix it. Without a box or receipt in hand, we brought it back to see what may be possible to do. Associates TK, Nicole S, and Anton were able to use the debit card used to purchase to look up my receipt to get our return sorted. We so appreciate them going truly above and beyond to show us their compassion and excellent customer service.

Jasmine Thomas: Mobile Tech Has A Rude Raspy Voice Lady Working There. Ms.Kathy Is Extremely Unprofessional & Doesn’t Know What She Is Talking About. She Lied & Told Me That An AT&T Phone Was Unlocked. The Phone Wasn’t Unlocked & I Was Trapped In A Contract. I Explained To Her That I Wanted A Unlocked Phone & She Insisted On Telling Me The Phone I Bought Full Price Was Unlocked, Yet I’m Getting Stuff In My Email Saying I Have A Contract That I Have To Pay Off My Phone. Her Attitude Is Stank & She Never Has Her Mask Up On Her Face. Columbia Heights Target Do Better, Her and Her Unprofessional Ways Are Bringing Your Company Down Tremendously. I Will Be Reaching Out To Corporate!

Shayna Deverman: Dirty, unorganized, extremely low stock on everything. Items thrown everywhere, picked over. Shoe isle was a disgrace. Nice they have an “Ulta”, but very limited items. Took me several minutes to figure out where body wash was. Haircare, travel, makeup is all grouped together in the front/middle-like typical but body wash/deodorant was clear on the end of the store. Terrible flow. All that looking and they had very limited washes! Men’s selection had more to choose from. Went in there with a very basic list and got one thing on it… my nearest Walgreens was more helpful…disappointing since I love me a Target trip. I won’t be back to this one.

Kaila Gilbert: Good store, could benefit from more helpful signage 😂 idk throw a digital map on the wall or something. but even though I got vertigo/whiplash/confused trying to find a suitcase (they're on the 2nd floor in the wayback) no complaints and the people are good. Most people do self checkout bc line passes fast, so don't be intimidated if it's long. Idk choose your adventure. Shoe section looks a litttle crazy in the afternoons, but that's consistent with the behaviors/type of people who live here lmao. Moving too fast, not putting stuff back, lowkey entitled ahaha

Adah Deveaux: This review is for the starbucks within target. My drinks were great but a little of a wait. The actual target was customary.

Thomas Nali: NO PARKING VALIDATION Poor inventory. This is on a regular old Monday. I asked for the product I was looking for, they checked in the back, and said it was too hard to get to and another employee would work on it, but they don’t know how long it will be. This was at almost noon. Look at how few dairy products are on the shelf. Staff continued to prove unhelpful. I asked four different employees where a type of product was and they each told me to find someone who worked in that dept. OR they just told me they “probably don’t have it” WITHOUT even looking or bothering to find where it should be!! They tried to walk off but I said I am not satisfied until we find the shelf where it should be, and I’ve been looking for fifteen minutes. Took all of that to get some help finding one little thing.

Ted Socha: Ever since this Target added self-checkout, they've relied solely on it. At most, they open only one regular checkout line if self-checkout gets long. Better off going to the CVS across the street. 10/7/19 update: this place either needs to solve their self-checkout problem or open up more than one regular cash register

Sade Wilson: I was shopping today at the Washington D.C target store and was purchasing gift for my family I found some nice things and for a really good price. I went to check out and the items were ringing up different from what the price was upstairs I explained to the cashier he called for a manager. The manager name tiffany came and refuse to change the price the for two of the items but change it for the other too items. I continue checking out because I didn’t want to wait to long after I was done checking out I went upstairs to take pictures to show the manger she still refuse and walk away.

Donna Walker: Buyers we aware the prices in Target are going up every week and its terrible and make sure you know the prices of your items because the shelf price and the register price can be different at times. Security was following me for no reason so I had t let him know you are following the wrong person. I catch more people stealing at Target and I do not work there. Also, some of the employees are so rude. I will be recording my conversations with the employees when I need to ask for help as proof of how rude some of them can be.

Target: what do users think?

Sassy Sauce: This store opened a couple years ago and it’s always nice and clean. The day I went after work the store must have just received a truck because there were boxes of product on most of the aisles. But this store is generally very clean and organized. This isn’t a normal sized target though, it’s definitely smaller and has more of a convenient store type feel. But all of the normal Target staples are still there. There is parking under the store and it’s accessible using the escalators or elevator. There is a Starbucks as well. It’s a great store to visit!

Amreen Shafiuddin: poorly managed target.. no one knew answers for anything. customer service was poor. stocking issues in all the aisles. boxes everywhere.. the food items especially bread section don’t have best before stickers on them. when questioned, they just saw each other faces. poorly managed.

Tracie: Pros: Near my home. New store. Available parking structure. Decent customer service. By decent i mean - I haven't had a negative experience with the customer but no one has gone above and beyond helping me. Cons: Generally feels empty. Yet every time I enter the store i notice staff are in the middle of restocking and have crates of things in the middle of the hallways blocking the pass way. This was even before covid so not sure whats going on (pictures shown from Dec 2021). Also, doesn't appear to be a parking attendant so anytime anyone lost their ticket, their is chaos trying to get out. Finally, prices seem a little higher than other targets, i get the sense that because its smaller things are limited and maybe marked up? Or maybe its just inflation and the whole food chain/ports being a hot mess.

Mysiki X Valentine: Whoa! Let me begin on a positive. There is a cashier (older Black woman) Joan, who is the most pleasant staff worker. However, the younger staff can often be found tucked away on phones, having side conversation and etc..so finding help is always difficult. In addition, the customer service could never be described as friendly. But it does not end there, this is one of the worst Target’s I’ve ever went shopping. The store shelves stay empty. I recently order Beats headphones online for pick-up, I was emailed saying my order was ready—but when I got to the store the manager cancelled my order, stating the item was not in the store. Long behold, I walked to the back and there sat 3) pairs of the same item I came to pick-up. Her attitude was out of this world, I couldn’t believe she worked in customer service. No matter what time of the day, the aisles have carts full of products yet to be put away. Makes the store seem chaotic and disorganized. If it’s a quick stop, I’d advise going elsewhere. Looking to do serious shopping, never stop here. To end on a positive the food section is normally well stocked and presented nicely.

Kareem Carter: Lets start by saying I am appreciative of having a Target in this area of DC. The parking facility is safe and well lit, the store was reasonably stocked and clean. My gripe is with the professionalism of the management and the completely ineffective way they run the checkout line. they funneled everyone through one line and when several customers skipped the single line and went straight to the register, they were allowed to do so.....causing frustration to the other customers in the line. This was brought to the lead employees attention and she sarcastically dismissed my frustration. They should really signage up on how the checkout line works!

Erin Truax: I have been to this Target a few times because it is the most convenient for me (and parking is easy) but I always leave feeling very frustrated. There are constantly boxes of inventory waiting to be unpacked that are blocking the aisles and many shelves are often missing product. I have shopped at different times and on different days, but this seems to be on ongoing issue for this location. If you’re able, I recommend a different location.

J Por: Went in for some quick toys for my nieces and nephew. Turned in to their Loss Prevention racially profiling my partner, and followed us around the store the entire time for 60 dollars worth of merchandise, part of which, we had to find an employee to get. We initially went in to make a return, and unfortunately had the idea to shop the last bit of our list. Workers letting people (guy in a blue hoodie was wearing a red shirt so possible employee?) walk around without a mask even though DC has a mandate, and the stores inventory is always in the way. Should have been more concerned following him to give him a mask instead of two people who were in your store less than 25 minutes. Overheard an employee talking about managers asking the team to get tested because of a potential positive employee. Overall, the worst experience I’ve had by far. I’ve been a consistent customer for three years, but no more. This location is best avoided. Trust me.

livingmytruth 2: Joan has the best customer service ever. I came in this location with my 98 year old grandma and she made my grandma feel sooo good and proud and she really has a positive attitude. Thank you for making my grandmother’s shopping experience so pleasant . I will actually make this my home store now because of her pleasant demeanor

Aaron Blackmon: Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to a Walmart that is all red and has Target signs? Well wait no longer! This will fit the bill. The validated parking is a mess. The store is never stocked but simultaneously stocking everything at once and the lines are NEVER open. I only went there after learning my initial lesson months ago because it’s so close and I wanted to get a few things but even still it wasn’t worth it.

Chris Todd: The staff inside the store were friendly and helpful. However, the parking attendant was about as useless as a square wheel. I wanted to recharge my car. The sign in front of the chargers read "See attendant to activate". This dude was just sitting in his car. He refused to get up and wave whatever card he needed to wave to unlock the charging station. He didn't even acknowledge me other than saying "Uh". I tried activating the station with my SemaConnect app, but the station was locked out. I'm sure this Target is great, but I wouldn't come here in an EV because the dude who runs the chargers can't be bothered to get out of his car to do his job.

District Ducati: what do users think?

Alan Feldenkris: Really pleasant test riding and buying experience. After a weekend of super crowded dealerships, it was awesome to come by here on a Monday late afternoon. Nick F. had responded to my email inquiry super fast and we rode three different bikes, no sweat. Excellent test-ride route to experience both open roads and in-town feel. Matt was very cool on the business end and we got a fair deal done. I also love that the dealership has Ducati, Harley and BMW under one roof which I think makes them adept at understanding rider preferences (versus having only HD on the floor, for example). They’re a good 45 minutes from my home but I’m glad I found them. Would definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the market.
Response: Thank you for giving us the chance to earn your business Alan and thank you for the great review. We look forward to seeing you back here for events, rides etc and be sure to share stories and pics of all of the great rides you take on your bike.

Chris P.: You have no idea how good it feels to say “ I know a guy” when it comes to knowing someone at District Ducati! This guy goes by “MUG” and he gets deals done. I’ve never been in a deal where you feel the finance guy is an advocate for your interests. When it comes to getting the bike you want and the deal you need you can trust in the guys over at District Ducati. Big thanks to Mug, Matt and Nick! I’m loving my V4s
Response: Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to earn your business Chris, thank you for the great review as well. Enjoy your new V4S and be sure to stop in often for our events & rides all year long.

Jason M: I had a great experience with District Ducati and John O’Neill for setting me up with my pre-order for a 2022 Ducati Panigale V4S. John went above and beyond any other dealer that I’ve worked with. He was regularly in contact from pre-order all the way to delivery and pick up. They ensured my bike was flawless! The business manager Mug was extremely helpful in finding the best interest rate even beating my local credit union. I highly recommend stopping in and talking to these guys, they will get you set up with the perfect bike at an awesome rate.
Response: Thank you for the great review Jason and for the opportunity to earn your business. We are sure you will love your Panigale V4S and we look forward to you joining us for our events and rides all year.

Ty Wisecup: If you're looking for a Ducati, there is only one place you need to go. District Ducati is exactly how a motorcycle dealer should be. You're treated like a VIP the moment you step in the door. Wayne, Mike, Nick, and the rest of the sales and parts crew are impeccable. As long as I live in the DMV, there is only one place I'm going! District Ducati!
Response: Thank you for the great review Ty and for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. Enjoy your awesome new Panigale and be sure to join us for bike nights, events and rides throughout the year.

Brian Zooom: Sam Yang did a great job in helping me with my new bike purchase and Mug certainly did very well in helping to close out the business end of things! The process took a bit longer than expected, but overall it was an easy and relatively painless experience.
Response: Thank you so much Brian, we appreciate your business

Bruce Scheibe: Very good experience. From the first phone call I made, all the way to riding my new bike off the lot, they treated me like a customer should be. Chris and Matt were respectful and knowledgeable, glad I went.
Response: Thanks for the great review Bruce and for allowing us a chance to earn your business. We look forward to seeing here for bike nights, events and rides all year long. Enjoy your new Hypermotard!

Rob Strickland: Fantastic customer service from District Ducati!! John O'Neill was very patient with me and there was no pressure to buy when I went to look at a Multistrada 950S. After a test ride, I bought the 950S. The entire process was very easy and took no time at all. They gave me a fair price on my trade and Stacey had all the paperwork ready and transferred my tags to my new 950S. Overall a great experience buying a new bike. After riding home with the new bike, I realized that I left my Gremlin bells on my old bike/trade. The bells were given to me by a dear friend who passed away. I called John and asked him if he could retrieve them from the bike and he handled it personally and got my bells and is holding on to them until I can pick them up. To me that is above and beyond for customer service. I can't thank John and Dianne enough for this! I highly recommend District Ducati if you are looking for a Ducati, BMW or HD motorcycle, this *is* the shop to go to.
Response: Thank you Rob! Safe travels

Eric S: Great buying experience. Enjoyed working with Dino and crew. Honest, straight forward experience and I was given the time and space to decide without being pressured. I really appreciated the walk around of my Ducati post sale. The tips the Ducati specialist (sorry, I forgot your name!) gave me were very helpful and took the guesswork out of some of the Ducati quirks that I'm new to. Looking forward to seeing if the service department matches the showroom quality. Would recommend for sure.
Response: Hey Eric! Thank you so much for your business and great review! We are so glad you’re happy with your experience here, and think know you’ll be just as happy with service!

petroman005: Awesome experience buying my first Ducati. Dino was great finding the bike I wanted and helping with every step. All the guys were great, sales, service, financing and they stayed late to load my bike in my truck.
Response: Thank you for purchasing with us and the awesome review! We are so happy you had a great experience! Enjoy that bike!

Mike McCarthy: Scooped up a Ducati Panigale v2 today thanks to the District family. Highly recommend working with DINO. Dino provides a straight to the point no pressure experience and knows his stuff. Their business office and finance manager MUG is awesome as well and has a great reputation with the lenders they use which he helped me beat any rate is was quoted previously. Distric Harley/Ducati has definitely earned all my business going forward.
Response: Thanks for the opportunity to earn your business Mike and for the great review. Dino and Mug are great members of our crew undoubtedly. Enjoy your gorgeous new ride. We look forward to seeing you at the shop and out on the road.

College Scooters: what do users think?

Fria Moore: I came with my mind made up to at least purchase a scooter today. However I was met with knowledge, thorough communication and great scooter options. I’m super satisfied with my purchase a brand new Roughhouse 50 sport with all the bells and whistles. Thank you guys it was certainly a team effort.

sudipa shrestha: Visited here to get information on 50 cc scooter options after going to a few places. The Sales Manager did a great job providing us information on used and new options, different brands, price tiers and their pros and cons. Apart from excellent information, he was very approachable and was patient with our questions. After shopping around at various places, we decided to take our business to College Scooters because of the service we were provided. We were also able to use their Delivery service to transport the scooter across states. Overall, great service and highly recommended!

Besith Pineda: The Sales Manager helped me out with buying a used Buddy 50. During our first visit, he was super helpful and explained the various options to us in a respectful and honest way. We are moving away from the DC area, and although we had the option of buying a scooter locally, we decided to go with College Scooters due to the service they provided. Highly recommend visiting the store to learn more and make an informed decision. Thanks Sales Manager and College Scooters!

D Mack: Such a great shopping experience. All of my questions were answered and the customer service rep was very knowledgeable of the different models. Purchased my Lance PCH 50 on same day visit. Highly recommend this shop for scooters!

Zoe Tishaev: I came entered with virtually no understanding of scooters. Staff were very helpful and patient with me as I asked questions to understand more. Got to test drive different scooters to settle on the one I liked best! Staff clearly cares about their customers and puts a premium on customer service. Totally recommend shopping here!

Joanne Del Castillo: I bought a new scooter last summer and brought it in for service recently. I had the best experience with their overall service. From sales to service staff, everyone was courteous and professional. I'll highly recommend this place.

Justin Casey: Thanks College scooters for bringing this old scooter back to life! Time to hit the road. Great service and staff! Did a great job!

Seth Gerlis: Service is excellent and gave lot of information. Store employees have deep knowledge about many scooters and also gave me some scooters to test before I make my decision. A good place to buy scooters.

K: I bought my Buddy 50 from them a year ago, brought it back for servicing. I have been very happy with there service and had a great overall great experienc with college scooters. I highly recommend !

Riley Reese: I just got my scooter from here and the service was great. They were very friendly and engaging in talks that would find the best scooter for me. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a scooter.

Target: what do users think?

Connor Black: My friend is a former employee at this establishment and I decided to post this on their behalf to protect their anonymity. First off, HR is prone to scheduling shifts at horrible times with little regard for the time you will have between shifts. Now this could be fixed if HR was more present and was available to talk about shift scheduling and issues that arise from how they do it. Secondly, the General Manager is very aggressive with their style of management. They often are talking down to people and attempting to single them out for ridicule or to give attitude to. They also have zero regard for a worker's wellbeing or health, instead putting the business before the people who have to make sacrifices for it. If you ever do call out and the GM answers, be prepared because she will try to gaslight you and talk you out of whatever your legitimate reason for not being able to come in is.

Portia Massado: I was a former employee there and the reason why I left was for a career choice and also because of the GM Jemima Canage. Jemima Canage is THE WORST GM to work for the company. Target is her LIFE and if your in school or have a second job PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Control freak YES she is. Jemima will over work you and will not give gradititude in return unless your a male that work in her store. She talks very mean and nasty to associates like they are nothing to her. I even had an incident where she yelled and charged herself at me like I was a child. It made me very very upset and if another manager wasn’t present I would of lost my job for walking out due to Jemima poor management skills. I even had customers come in and complain about how rude and mean she is. She also like to try to undermind people like they lack common sense. She recently fired someone for no apparent reason at all. She forced that man to come to work sick after expressing that he wasn’t feeling well. And he called the ambulance for himself just to prove to Jemima that he was sick. And in the process of her firing one person she lost 8people from that store. Even her ASM left because of her, 3LPs, and 4 associates. And right before I started 6months ago the original associates that were there had already gave the new people the rundown of Jemima Canage and how much they hated her and how she acts towards her employees. She doesn’t onow how to humble herself or treat people with REPSECT. She demands it then earning it or giving it back in return. And the nexr person she raises her voice at WILL NOT be as nice cause trust me I was VERY VERY ANGRY about it. Please get rid of that bad engery in that store. I feel sorry for all the people that are still there.

Kerry Delf: Small but fairly well provisioned food section, with both snack foods and some home groceries, heavy on the convenience foods. Prices are high but better than other stores in the area. Conveniently open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays, in an area where other stores close at 9 or 10, but it closes earlier on other days of the week. Free parking with store validation. Downside: Service was sparse and heavily dependent on self-service—there were no employees on the floor helping customers, and of three employees around the checkout counter, only one was operating a register, quite lackadaisically.

Peyton Doyle: Great small format Target in a really accessible part of Cleveland Park (and just steps from the Metro stop). Impressed with their selection of fresh foods. Nice home goods section too. Unique underground store. Really friendly employees! I will certainly be back.

Daniel: Right off the metro so it's convenient, not to mention, definitely bigger than you'd think. They took the investment of digging underground for the store (kind of like their NYC Tribeca location) and it definitely paid off. Validate parking when you leave since there's a lot attendant and a gate... no joke. Prices upscale for the location, but they had what I needed and would probably visit again.

Larry Gamble: I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the surroundings is a very beautiful place with a lot of awesome deals! it was a very nice experience for people are just super awesome everybody was all friendly and lot of excitement going on just keep it in the parking lot list fire I loved it

Lindsay Cooper: Purchased baby food online that was listed as in-stock. Received notifications that it was ready to pick-up. My husband went to pick it up and not only did they not have our order, they didn't have the product in stock. My husband then decided to purchase other items while he was there and was followed closely around the store by security so much that he had to ask the person to back off. I called Target HQ and they confirmed that the order was ready for pick up. I'll be going back to Amazon after this experience.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: It is Very nice and very clean. It is small in size, but they've got everything from groceries to clothes and electronics. It is conveniently located near the red line Cleveland park metro station, and bus ( L1, L2) stop. when you walk in this location, it looks like you're at a duty-free shop at an airport. It is also a quick 5 minute walk from the zoo.

M P: Free parking but you MUST get your ticket validated in store. Great for quick Target run. You can always find helpful employees and if you don’t see what you are looking for ask and they’ll get it in stock. Great manager. Super clean store. Perfect location.

Sassi Whayz: Clean store, I love the floor separate.. x feels like a department store. Found a new favorite lady part cleaner

Bob's BMW Motorcycles: what do users think?

Jon Frankel: Phenomenal shop filled with vintage and modern bikes. Super knowledgeable staff on had to help with anything you need! Clean, organized, and fun! They also carry the full line of Cardo comms 👌 so stop in and say hello and get connected!

Wesley Ozier: Todd was my sales rep. I called about a bike that was listed on the website as incoming. Todd answered all my questions with no problem. I put a deposit on the bike that day and picked the bike up the next week. Chris helped complete the transaction and provided some good info and convo about bikes. Good people and good dealership. Thanks!

Gary H: I have purchased parts several times From Bob’s BMW for my first used BMW bike I recently purchased in another state. The staff is always so helpful. They have a huge inventory of parts, shipment are fast, and the items are packaged very well. The BMW shops in Minnesota where I live don’t compare at all to this dealer. They never have any of the parts I’m looking for on hand, yet Bob’s does. A friend of mine referred me to Bob’s. He had similar experiences. Thanks for being a great BMW source.

George Kaviladze: Bought this beautiful BMW Nine T Pure. Experience was amazing, fast, friendly and professional. I was working with Todd who went above and beyond on this deal. Spoke on the phone when I saw what Bob’s dealership had available, in few days went in, rode the bike and fell in love with this machine. Paperwork and whole transaction was painless and fast. They offer a huge selection of new and used motorcycles for any rider. Service is on another level, you walk in and staff greets you and makes you feel appreciated just by being there. Well done everyone, definitely will come back for the next one! Todd Dibell is your guy when you’re ready to jump on that dream bike!
Response: Welcome to the family! I will be sure to share this with the team. Be sure to bring that fine machine out to Mid-Atlantic Motorcycle Days August 21st at the Maryland State Fairgrounds. Details at bobsbmw.com!

Unknown None: After visiting a few different dealerships I ended up buying my latest bike from Bob's. They had the most positive, friendly, and helpful atmosphere and staff from all the dealerships I visited. On top of that they actually allow test rides of the bikes, which is a huge deal when you are serious about buying your next long term bike.
Response: Welcome to the family!

Ooter Smith: I've had a great experience buying my first bike from start to finish. Any and all questions answered fast. Service side is friendly, fast, and efficient. All employees imo seemed to love their job. I'm confident I'll be back

Joel Isaac Garcia: I originally went in as a total beginner to get some information on a bike, gear etc. Todd Dibell did an awesome job of answering all my questions and kept a great line of communication even after the fact. Their equipment expert helped me with my gear (had a special order) and overall was a pretty seamless experience. I got some experience, passed my MSF and came back for my bike. Again, their team exceeded my expectations when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Their finance guy, Chris, was very professional and answered all my questions. The numbers all looked good and I signed. I was even helped with applying for insurance (that, as a first time rider, I had very little experience with) and with delivery of my bike. Met with the maintenance crew as well, good group of guys! Overall my experience couldn’t have been any better and I will definitely be trusting Bob’s in the future with my motorcycle needs.
Response: Wonderful to hear! So happy to welcome you to the family and the riding community. Stop back by soon!

Robert Hyatt: Another excellent service! The service department at Bob’s has never let me down. The techs are meticulous experts that focus on every detail to ensure my bike is in excellent running order and in safe condition. I ride a GS adventure and I’m not gentle on it so knowing that Bob’s techs are looking out for me when they take care of my bike gives me the confidence to take my bike where it’s designed to be! I highly recommend Bob’s for all things motorcycling, especially service! One fascinating part of this shop is Bob himself. He takes the time to meet customers and chat. He brought doughnuts and coffee to a group of people as we waited for our bikes to be serviced. Pure awesome!
Response: Thank you for your kind words! I have already shared this with our GM who will forward to the rest of the team at Bob's. We look forward to seeing you around the shop soon! #ridemorestressless

C.J. “Wally”: I recently purchased a used BMW S1000R from Bob's and they really care about the service they are providing you whether your buying a new or used bike. They go over everything related to the bike and will let you take the bike out for a nice long test drive, not just around the parking lot like some places only allow. They really try to make you comfortable and happy with your purchase and they don't try and push anything on you. They'll lay out all the options and explain the pro's and con's of everything. For example if you want to get one of their service warranties they'll outright tell you if your only riding a short amount each year that the service isn't work it but will recommend it if you plan on doing a lot of miles. I'd have to say you definitely know your being taken care of when they put the bike out front with your name on it and a sign that says "do not sit". Most importantly unlike any dealership I've ever experienced car or motorcycle they give you a full tank a gas which doesn't sound like much but I've never heard that happen before so that's a huge "i care about you" in my book.

Jackson Lucido: I ride alot of miles, that means lots of parts are needed. Big ticket items, down to $1 seals and O-rings. Parts department has always been competent and helpful. Scott is my boi, never let me down. Thank you Bob's BMW for helping to keep my lady and I right-side up, ready for adventure!

Cycle Gear: what do users think?

Patrick Tivnan: Really awesome place. Knowledgeable staff. Prices were reasonable. Definitely on par with everywhere else I was looking. Had me try on everything I was buying so they could see it on me to make sure it fit properly. Would absolutely go back here.

Matthew Holland: This location is great. I went in to purchase my first motorcycle helmet and the staff, especially Tristan, was really helpful. They walked me thru all the pros and cons of just about every helmet they had in stock and helped me fit the right helmet for me. I will continue to shop here as my riding and skills improve and I need upgrades and gear. the customer service here is great.
Response: Matthew, glad we could help you find what you need! Thank you for the kind words and we hope to see you again at our Cycle Gear Woburn store. Ride safe! ✌️

Katarina Barden: Rob and his team over at Cycle Gear Woburn do an amazing job. Always polite and helpful. Rob has helped me to pick out the right gear for my needs and even helped me choose the right product to help the pollen roll off my bike. Keep up the great work guys!!
Response: Katarina, we love hearing that Rob and the team did a great job! We want to sincerely thank you for your business and recommendation, ride safe 🏍️

Arley Sanchez: Rob, Ray, and Tristan are the best! I always come to this location and they always help me out with excellent customer service! I came in for a headset install as well and they were easily able to do it for me! Thank you so much guys!

Mr 232172: This is the place for all your gear. They have everything for all types of riders. All high quality products, no e-bay stuff. The people are awesome, all riders themselves and service is great. Won't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
Response: We appreciate your amazing review about our staff and selection! Thank you so much and we’re happy to help you with your gear anytime!

Michael Vinciulla: I wanted this experience to be great but unfortunately the store was extremely unorganized and frustrating. There were pallets everywhere dated over a week old that had not been put on the shelf, others partially dug through and items thrown everywhere. The staff we spoke to were friendly and acknowledged the issue, but that didn't help us find the sizes we needed which could very well have been on those pallets. In the end it was a wasted 3 hour round trip that resulted in us ordering on Amazon.
Response: We are so sorry to hear that, Michael. That’s not what we pride ourselves on and we are disappointed we let you down. If you have a moment, would you mind emailing us at cs@cyclegear.com? We want to share this feedback with our Cycle Gear Woburn team.

charles casella: Same prices as on other on line store's. You get to see and try on what you want. Great Place to Shop.
Response: Charles, thanks for the recommendation about our Cycle Gear Woburn! We’re glad you had a great time trying on some gears, see you again soon!

Enzo Hicks: It’s the same as it was when I came in the year before and it seemingly always been a messy/cluttered store You can barely find anything under its label you gotta look all around and everywhere over and under and lo and behold there’s my size or the item im lookin for that is if it’s even “there”… I’ve read other reviews and I can tell u right now they are flat out exaggerating! The same thing I noticed from coming 2 times in the past and the other day is the store is a mess, it barely has anything I wanted or was interested in- they barely have the staff to help anybody otherwise you have to wait for the cashier to “help you” which means there’s gonna be 5+ other people in the line waiting for their turn you can imagine the pressure …. You’d think the store knows better after enduring Covid era and to come in a store as it stands currently- don’t even bother!! It’s sad there’s barely any other cycle gear around :-(
Response: Enzo, we're so sorry this was your experience. I've shared this with the Cycle Gear Woburn manager and we're definitely sharing this feedback with our team to make sure it doesn't happen again. If you don’t mind, could you share the details by emailing cs@cyclegear.com? We'd like to follow up personally and make this right.

Traplord Quan: When I walked in this place it looked like it got hit by a tornado, it was a mess, nothing was organized or on the shelves and there were boxes of inventory everywhere. I showed up looking for a pair of gloves, a new visor, and yamalube pretty simple stuff. I saw a pair of gloves I liked but they didn’t have my size on the shelf I looked in the box next to the shelf and saw my size but when I reached for them I was told “don’t be going through my inventory” by a worker. Apparently they don’t want to sell their inventory. At that point I walked out, selection was bad and service was even worse. You would think the employees would know something about bikes at a motorcycle store.
Response: We are so sorry about your experience - this is not the Cycle Gear difference we pride ourselves on. We will be sharing your comments with our Cycle Gear Woburn team to address this right away. If you want to get in touch with us directly, please reach out to us at cs@cyclegear.com and reference this review.

MamaPro 2016: First time going to this location (Woburn, MA) The woman working was nice and helpful. However, this store was in total disarray. Stuff thrown everywhere, no organization of any kind. I will not go back to this store.
Response: Thanks for taking the time to let us know how we're doing. This helps us understand on what we're doing well and what we can improve on. We'll work on this with our team. We hope that you'll give us another chance.
