MedStar Health: Physical Therapy at Lafayette Centre: what do users think?

diaa noureldin: The PT team at Lafayette Centre is simply great. They are professional, well-organized and quite experienced with sports-related injuries. In 3-4 weeks (6-8 sessions) coupled with simple home exercises, I was already seeing an improvement. The team is also quite pleasant to work with and the facility is well-equipped and super clean. I worked mostly with Yvonne and Ryan, and they are really amazing.

Collin Church: Highly recommend the physical therapy team. I saw Gregory Lloyd after having injured my groin which prevented me from being able to workout. After 1 month of doing the recommended exercises, I made progress much quicker than I had anticipated and am already back to working out again. Great experience and Greg was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

May Ng: I had a great experience with PT here after breaking my ankle. Thomas was my main therapist but I also worked with Chris and Bryn, All of them were just terrific--super effective and got me walking (soon running) again in no time. Front desk staff were also lovely and helpful with scheduling.

Ann Bourke: My therapist Sheri Zhang made a real and lasting difference to my arthritic hands at the OC/PT at Lafayette MedStar physical therapy Center. I was very happy with her professional and practical approach. Sheri introduced me to techniques, adaptive devices and personal braces to reduce my pain levels and improve my quality of life. I have since been able to resume and enjoy various hobbies, art and crafts as well as cookery.

Daniel Gerzon: A truly rewarding experience. The 5 sessions I had were with Greg Lloyd, PT, DPT who provided pertinent exercises to remedy the physiological challenges I experienced and also shared his innate knowledge of the body with a calm and pleasant dedication to my continued benefit. Altogether, my impression of the front desk personnel, Ms. Jabre and colleagues, as well as the entire training staff is that of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction via teamwork.

Daniel Roberts: Great facility with top-tier staff. Thomas is an incredible physical therapist. He quickly identified my issue and developed a treatment plan, all while being very accessible.

Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation: what do users think?

Meredith McGoings: I came to Lucia at Star Rehabitation and Spirts in January with excruciating left knee pain. She messaged and gave me exercises to do daily. My ability to walk without pain improved quite a bit. Now I am pain free and walking without a cane. I highly recommend Lucia Lee as a very knowledgeable physical therapist.Meredith M.

Nick Rajpara: Dr. Lucia Lee is extremely welcoming and a great explainer of what is happening with your ailments. She is friendly and focused on helping her patients. The best physical therapist I have had so far.

Jura: This place is fabulous. As a customer of Sports Therapy and Rehab before the pandemic, I was skeptical about switching to online Physical Therapy for my shoulder. Kathy Braun is amazing and she is so skilled at therapy that she can immediately give you feedback as you are doing the exercises she demonstrates for you. I get huge rewards from my weekly online sessions with her. Kathy has a staff of amazing therapists and a very thorough and dedicated staff that keep everything operating smoothly. Everyone you encounter is upbeat and focused on getting you better safely. I highly recommend them.

Douglas Lister: Kathy Braun was wonderfully perceptive and through beyond my expectations in evaluating my condition and providing initial direction.

Pouneh Dadmanesh: Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation (STAR) offers and delivers great personalized physical therapy services. STAR has truly amazing staff members and excellent physical therapists. I would like to thank Katherine Braun, Jesse Fuller, Allison Evron, Lucia Lee, Natasha Harper, and Hope! In my view, STAR is the best physical therapy center in the Washington D.C. area. Kathy is truly exceptional; she is the best and most compassionate physical therapist I have ever worked with. I have been at STAR many times in the past three years. More specifically, I have been there for torn rotator cuff, chronic neck pain, sciatica, and pelvis injuries. Tissue massage, stretching, strengthening, joint mobilization/stabilization, and athletic taping have been among the treatments I have received at STAR. The physical therapy sessions have been very effective. Kathy has helped me recover from sciatic problems and strengthen the muscles and ligaments in my shoulder and improve my range of motion significantly. Kathy has also taught me proper techniques that I can use regularly at home to manage and alleviate the pain associated with my injuries, words are not enough to express my gratitude. I have also been working with Jesse on core strengthening and mobility. He has created a good and unique workout routine for me. Jesse is a very knowledgeable personal trainer; I highly recommend him.

Malachy OConnor: I am very impressed by the service Natasha Harper provided me. She was helpful, resourceful, and courteous while working through the resolution of a refund I was seeking. I could not have solved this without her. I appreciate her "stick to" in getting the job done. Thank you, Natasha Sincerely, Rose OConnor

Andrew Bird: STAR’s commitment to quality of care, attention to detail, and the depth of knowledge and experience from similar procedures/patients is a critical part to my great rehab from shoulder surgery. Did my homework and toured several PT offices prior to surgery back in March. Allison Evron at STAR was my top choice and I am so pleased with her contribution to my progress. What impresses me most about Allison is her keen awareness, intuition, and active participation in my rehabilitation process. She always takes time to listen to my immediate concerns and I think she grasped my long-term recovery and skiing related performance goals before even I did. She knows when to push in exercises, does not hesitate to correct poor form, and recognizes pain thresholds just from my facial expressions. This level of care alone is worth a 5-star rating, but I’d also note our seamless transition to telehealth appointments during DC “stay at home” without losing momentum was awesome. Very motivating experience. I highly recommend STAR, and particularly Allison for all physical therapy care. They have restored my faith in dedicated physical therapists. That is a monumental achievement after an awful experience elsewhere where I felt like a meat pile on a Chicken McNuggets assembly line.

NRH Rehabilitation Network at K Street: what do users think?

Eli M Guio (Eli Guio): Stephanie NRH, dedication give me hope that perhaps, I can recover and walk again with her help and encouragement. It is being years did not felt that way. A very long time that I finally regain my possibilities to overcome and heal to be able to normalize my walk, after so many traumatic surgeries. Thank You, Jessica you too.

Mary Noonan: I had a very good experience at this facility. Laurie Rogers worked with me to help alleviate the effects of arthritis in my thumb joints. We made a lot of progress in a short time. The lady really knows her stuff!

Sylvia Winik: To my gastroenterologist: Just want to thank you very much for recommending Rene Lawson. She is, indeed, terrific. She is compassionate, very clear, doesn’t shy away from the nasty stuff (both physically and verbally), and made me quite comfortable about having to talk about all sorts of very private stuff. She also responds very quickly to messages. AND … my results are stupendous! Once I started doing colon massages once a day (no big deal at all) (as well as using a “Squatty Potty (or my grandkids’ stool)), I began going every single day. This has continued for roughly 5 - 6 weeks and counting. 😎

Elite Physical Therapy & Wellness Center: what do users think?

Jamie Kaplan: Terry is a fantastic physical therapist and one of the best in the area. She works closely with their patients and knows the DC medical community well. The one down side to being one of her patients is that wait times can be long when transitioning from working with a tech on exercises to seeing Terry in a room. Hopefully the practice can address this so that things are a bit more efficient, but again Terry is a great PT.

Jenna Pekofsky: Terry and the whole team at Elite Physical Therapy and Wellness give therapy and healthcare a good name. They all pay attention to each patient thoroughly, are incredibly knowledgeable, and committed to using many tools, methods, and modalities to give you the care you need. They take the time with manual therapy and develop excellent home exercise programs to speed up recovery and find balance in the body. For something as disheartening as having chronic hip pain form an injury, being there makes me feel better every time- it’s just good place to be. I have been to other PT clinics, and they just aren’t as invested and hands-on as they are at Elite. I’m grateful to have found them for my care and recovery!

Stephanie Sneary: Always excellent care! Washington Wellness therapists have assisted me with recovery from surgeries multiple times since 2012 and they are always my preference for PT care.

Dana swendsen: There great I called as a new patient and they were able to get me in the same day. My Physical Therapist Kristi is great she is very caring and I trust her with my knee. The whole staff is always pleasant.

Peter Sexton: Washington Wellness has been great for my rehabilitation! Kristi has been great, and makes sure to put together a plan with your specific goals in mind. I would first recommend not getting injured, but if that fails I would definitely recommend Washington Wellness

Stoyan Dimitrov: The whole team is engaged from the minute you walk in the door. Front desk is polite, helpful and extremely nice. Appointments are scheduled easily, reminders are set and send, so you have one less thing to worry about. Everything is well explained and communicated from the beginning. Washington Physio DC LLC: what do users think?

Brett B: I cannot stress enough how great the therapists at PhysioDC are! Dan was especially awesome and I highly recommend him and the rest of his team to anyone in need of physical therapy. They genuinely care about getting you back on your feet / in the swing of things (depending on your injury!) in a safe yet efficient manner. Do yourself a favor and go here!

ES295: Professionals who actually care about your recovery. I was very nervous that I’d never have full capability after Achilles heel surgery. Josh Ripp worked with me and I’m back 100%. Not all therapy practices are alike- despite what my surgeon said. Some just check the boxes and you’re just another lump of meat with a co pay. PhysioDC takes the time to listen and care unlike any others. Full credit to Josh and company for my recovery.

Janaye Dzikewich: A genuinely caring group of physical therapists is hard to find in this city. Each staff member at Physiodc is professional, honest and takes your recovery to heart. I leave each treatment feeling as if I am apart of team - not just a patient with a billing code.

James Schafer: This is by far the best Physical Therapy group I have found around the city. The therapists are top notch and you receive 1st class treatment. No techs, interns, noobs; you get a great, real life PT for a full session. I have rehabbed a serious spinal injury here and have nothing but great things to say about the administration and therapists. Just let them know what type of injury you are working with and they will find the right therapist for your needs. A++

Sarah Mitwala: Was referred here for dry needling. Very painful process which I wasn’t prepared for initially, but it has made a pretty big difference for my lower back issues. Definitely not for everyone. I’ve also seen Daniel for regular PT and strengthening exercises and would recommend seeing him if you go with this practice.

Alan Fields: Friendly ,competent and professional and they utilize the full time. I have had PT services in the past that would cut corners on time.

Jeffrey Hauser: I have had a tremendous experience with Chris and the entire practice seems very well run. Diagnosed and attacked my weaknesses with clinical precision.

Brian Clark: Active Physical Therapy staff (front desk and therapists) were all friendly, flexible and accommodating. I had no trouble scheduling appointments and making changes as needed. Therapy session were well organized and the therapists were helpful in directing me through the exercises. Including the home exercises, I had a clear improvement in less pain and increased mobility after my shoulder injury. The facility was inviting and staff took extra effort to keep all the equipment and tables disinfected. My wife recommended the office to me after she had an injury. I would recommend the practice to family and friends.

Evelio Rodriguez: This place is great! I have been attending active the Active Physical Therapy Brookland location for about 3 months now. I initially came for an evaluation and was scheduled to start therapy at another location. I loved the vibe so much I couldn’t leave. Every day I walk in Evelyn or whoever is at the front desk greets me with a smile and great energy! When I need documents emailed or any type of urgent correspondence done, I can count on them to do it promptly. The therapy staff is just as exceptional! I mostly worked with Cyrus, Caylah and Michael but have worked with the whole staff at some point. They have a great bedside manner and way of explaining things. They broke down my injury and developed a plan to get me back to where I want to be in life and work. I began in regular therapy and then started a work hardening program with David where I simulate my job duties with lighter weights. It has been tough but I feel like it has ultimately been for the better. The impact my injury has had on me and my finances has been stressful. I am thankful this has been a easy and comforting process. I would recommend this location without question!

flanders sharp: Staff is super helpful! Evelynn and Roxy at the front are awesome! They welcomed me and made me feel at ease. David was patient when explaining exercises. All around great experience!!

Angela Thompson: Active Physical Therapy - Washington DC NE/ Brookland CUA Office is amazing! The staff is friendly, welcoming & very professional. I had the privilege of having Cyrus Brown as my physical therapist and he is AWESOME! He is considerate, thoughtful and patient. I not only improved and strengthened my physical limitations, I also overcame my mental anxiety which contribute significantly to my physical mobility. Thank you Active Physical Therapy for everything that you do!!!

Deb F: Very happy with my experience at Alliance PT and I would definitely recommend them. I worked with Bianca, Autumn, Avisha & Andrew who all helped get rid of my pain! They all knew what they were doing! Everyone was professional, nice and friendly, including all the assistants and office staff. They are obviously all happy to work there which is always a good sign.

I am inspired by their commitment to quality care and personable service to all patients. I highly recommend this PT practice.

Big League Performance and Rehab: what do users think?

Bill Brady: My 13-year old- son was experiencing a sore pitching elbow after the Fall season. He took the Winter off and once Spring came around he still complained that his elbow was hurting. After his MD/orthopedic guy recommend he play another position and pretty much washed his hands of my Son’s injury, His coaches recommended that we see Mike. In the interim between scheduling an appointment and seeing Mike, my Son fractured his right wrist. So long story short, Mike was able to guide my son through a rehab process for a bad elbow and a broken wrist. The physical rehab was great but more importantly, he gave my son the mental reassurance that he would heel and be able to pitch again. He also worked with his coaches and charted his progress and recommended throwing programs and pitch counts. Also along the way he gave my Son strengthening exercises; helped him with nutrition and sleep recommendations that a teenager would actually listen to and put into practice. The banter between, my Son, Mike, and I during the session has been priceless. From baseball to other sports, to school, restaurants, and life in general, it’s been a hoot. Going into the whole rehab process my Son was about as down as he could be, literally worrying that he would never play again, mind you, he was 13! Well, he’s back, confident, much stronger, pitching great, and taking care of his body throughout the week and not just on game day. We couldn’t be happier and we’ll recommend Dr. Mike to anybody that will listen!! Bill

Britney Jones: I am so happy I have been able to work with Dr Mike and Dr Kennedy. Both are extremely knowledgeable and meet you right where you are. They take your goals into consideration and are very good at creating individual programs catered to you. I didn’t want to have to stop doing my other workouts but my shoulder needed some serious help. They were able to get me moving better in the first session and from there I’ve been making great progress and feel zero pain when using my shoulder in my workouts.

Victor Tommey: I couldn’t get through a mile jog without pulsating lower back pain, or do any kind of squats without knee pain. So naturally I tried to do what I could on my own. Then the stars align and I was able to work with the Doctors at Big League! Now I am so much better and both my back and knees have NEVER been stronger!

Virginia Goode: My experience at Big League has been nothing short of transformative. I was dealing with intense sciatica pain to the point my doctor was recommending looking into surgery. I decided to give physical therapy a shot with no expectations. After working with my therapist for a few weeks; my sciatica pain was reduced to almost no pain at all. The staff and facilities at Big League are top notch. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Abigail Wesley: I’ve been seeing the team at Big League for a knee issue since March 2022 and I have nothing but positive things to say! The trainers are well informed and keep the sessions fun, interactive, and challenging. The new location is spacious, well equipped, clean, and a great complement to the practice. Highly recommend for all of your PT needs!

Mina Roukbi: I have so many amazing things to say about Big League and Dr. Mike! I came in about a year ago with a lot of pain points and zero hope for any of it to get resolved. As a fitness professional, it is important for me to stay active and also for my sanity. Mike helped me regain faith in my body and what it can accomplish. He has does a great job educating me because I’m always asking a million questions. He taught me a lot about pain and how it’s different for everyone as well as debunking a lot of fitness myths. I look forward to every session knowing that I am in the best hands, and always walk out learning something new! I cannot recommend Big League enough!!!! I am now moving pain free thanks to Mike!

Sarah Marsh: I cannot recommend Big League Performance, Dr. Kennedy, and Victor more highly. I was experiencing debilitating pain from a labral tear in my hip. Victor got me in for an appointment ASAP and expertly handled the insurance and financial dance. Dr. Kennedy dedicated an hour to listening to me and working with me to sort out what ailed me, and find a way forward. He is kind, serious, extremely knowledgeable and—during the session—I never felt self-conscious about the fact that I’m out of shape since the pandemic upended my fitness program pretty completely. I wanted to blame myself (for my lack of mobility in that hip) and catastrophize (about how far gone my flexibility is)—but Dr. Kennedy just encouraged me by helping me to see that every weakness, every twinge, every limited movement was information that was going to help us figure things out. On the day after my first session, I got out of bed for the first time in 18 months without limping, and without popping or snapping in my hip. I can’t wait to keep working on getting my mobility and quality of life back. Check this place out; it’s excellent.

Rose Physical Therapy Group: what do users think?

Aysha Suzuki: I went to Rose PT as I had a lot of TMJ problems and I was looking to try dry needling as a possible solution. Claire is such an expert and it was extremely enlightening all that I learnt about the jaw and how it moves. She gave me really helpful exercises to do at home and she is able to dry needle very complex areas in the jaw that provided tremendous relief. It was really life-changing, I live in London but I plan to visit every time I am in DC!

Joe Shields: Thomas Rados was amazing! I had a bike accident resulting in a severe AC joint separation. I decided to go without surgery and Thomas did an amazing job to help get me back swimming again in 6 weeks. He was thoughtful about the sessions, willing to push me to recover faster, and gave a lot of good instruction to keep up PT out the office. 5 out of 5 would 100% recommend!

Lucy Hoagland: My experience with Rose Physical Therapy Group was great. It was easy to get in for an appointment right away and I appreciated that they booked out several sessions for me so that I had a consistent day and time for therapy. Thomas was an excellent physical therapist to work with. The exercises he provided were really tailored to my injury and strengthening goals. He also held me accountable for doing my at-home exercises which is what I needed!

David Kanstoroom: Claire Bowe is amazing!! I came to her suffering from years of lower back pain. She arranged a program for me that included dry needling, stretches and strengthing that was adjusted weekly, and within 10 weeks I was pain free. Highly reccomend Rose PT!

Andrew Rygiel: Rose Physical Therapy Group is an amazing place. To start, the administrative staff was friendly and quick to respond. The facility was very clean and has implemented many COVID-19 procedures to make you feel safe. I would highly recommend Thomas Rados as your physical therapist. He helped me overcome muscle issues with my hands. Not only was he able to help during our sessions with stretches, exercises, massages, and dry needling but also provided clear instructions for at home exercises. Thomas was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Therapydia DC Physical Therapy: what do users think?

Gary Ng: Love my experience at Therapydia! Dr. Josh Ripp is thoughtful, personable, and wonderful to work with. I really appreciate the undivided attention I got from our one-on-one sessions, which is a welcome change from my experience at other clinics where a therapist might be juggling 2-3 patients at once. The office staff is also friendly and welcoming!

Christian Mai: Amazing treatment and highly motivated team! I had to go there after surgery on a broken ankle and they got me back to walking and into the normal routine with my foot. Super with changing appointments if you really had to and available all the time. Highly recommend for physical therapy in DC!

Ray Ban: I’ve had two major back fusion surgeries, the first was in 2015, and after that one I went to another physical therapy place. Which was okay but I really didn’t feel much benefit from it, and ly was essentially the same exercises over and over. My second surgery was this past July, and I chose Therapydia, partly due to their proximity to work, and also I wanted to try somewhere different. I’ve only been coming to Therapydia since October, but I’m already feeling more benefits than I did back in 2015, the exercises actually seem like they’re targeting the areas which need work. My therapist is knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. The staff are all excellent, and have been extremely flexible with scheduling my appointments. Amazingly, I actually look forward to PT as opposed to dreading it, which was the case a few years ago. I’d highly recommend Therapydia to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Naidia Douglas: Therapydia was amazing! I had pains in me knee and within a matter of weeks Dr Rogacki helped me heal. He asked questions and stayed engaged with my situation. He also tried different techniques to resolve pains including dry needling, exercises etc. I was very impressed when I found myself being able to work out pain free. I would definitely recommend them!

Brittany Peterson: Im a very active person, and Therapydia is my trusted source for getting healthy again and back to activity as soon as it’s safe. From a ski-induced knee injury to a shoulder injury from a bike crash, they’ve got me covered. Joanne and her team are incredibly professional, talented and care deeply about their patients. This is the only place I’ll go.

Sheila McMahon: Therapydia DC is the best! I am amazed by the friendliness and competence of the entire staff. I have been treated by Dr. Marylyn Presutti and she teaches me something new and helpful each time I visit. It is a relief to experience such high-quality, evidence-based treatment for my plantar fasciitis. The office is also extremely clean and everyone follows COVID safety protocols. Thank you, Therapydia, for being a bright spot in a challenging year!

Pivot PT - Washington, DC (Navy Yard): what do users think?

Kaitlin Ward: Great PT location. I had major shoulder surgery and limited range. Erin was able to get me to my goal of full range and build strength sooner than expected! Friendly and inviting atmosphere from the whole pivot staff

Joe Vealencis: Re-injured a herniated disc and went to Pivot Physical Therapy in the Navy Yard in hopes of avoiding surgery. Not only was I successful, but started feeling relief after only 2 weeks (half the time of past re-injuries). Erin and the whole team were great. Not only were they experts in their craft, but they were so positive it was infectious. Absolutely recommend.

Chris Boehmler: Super friendly and knowledgeable staff - in a super convenient location. Facility is in great shape; highly recommend

MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital: what do users think?

Carmen A. Starks: I had two very cordial, professional therapist. Briana made a great assessment addressing my balance concerns. She set 4 goals for me. I achieved 3 goals 100% and the 4th goal 80%. Her assistant, Edith gave me a good suggestion to join a Senior Wellness Center to continue what was accomplished during physical therapy. The check-in process was professional and with excellent customer service. Appointments were timely. The facility was well maintained. The sanitizing of the equipment being used was done after the use of each individual. I would highly recommend MedStar National Rehabilitation to others.

Carsia Robinson: My therapist is FANTASTIC!! She truly listen to what I need, and works with me and my concerns. Just in a few sessions I feel super comfortable and getting the help I need; I see this with all the therapists that are with their patients. Truly caring and want the best for them!! 10/10 would definitely recommend

Nikola Agatic: Been to many PT facilities. MedStar rehab at Irving was the best experience thus far: large facility, many options for doing PT, amazing and personable staff, best customer service, great communications and expectation setting. The best part was 1-on-1 attention with super capable & knowledgeable staff. The overall PT tremendously helped me heal and strengthen sport injuries.

Cherie Sammis Berman: Kelly is one of the most knowledgeable compassionate energetic PT I have met and gave me hope and confidence in my journey with cancer in alleviating my chronic pain and discomfort with PT methods. Stellar patient experience and organized system of care at NRH! Thank you!!

Xiao-Feng Zheng: I transferred my mom here for acute rehabilitation after her initial treatment at Suburban Hospital following her car accident. NRH is indeed the top rehabilitation hospital in the Washington area and an excellent hospital in the country. The therapists here are professional, positive, encouraging and engaging. The nurses, medical technicians, and staff here are caring, compassionate, and ready to assist. The NRH also has great equipment and tools to assist patients with all kinds of injuries to regain mobility and daily life activities. After a seven-weeks stay, my mom made tremendous progress from barely able to sit up on the edge of the bed to able to walk a lap around hall with only some assistance. If you are seeking the best rehabilitation treatment in the DC area, NRH is definitely the best hospital to go.

Sadina Brown: I prayed for my son to be accepted to NRH because I knew this is where he would receive the best care. Myself and son age 22 arrived at NRH in February 2022. We were discharged in April 2022. The level of care, compassion, patience and professionalism we received was remarkable. NRH doctors, nurses, therapist, security, administration, technicians and sitters played a vital role in my son’s road to recovery. Now that we are home the support and skills Ive learned at NRH allows me to continue to take great care of my son. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! #1 Rehab hospital 🏥 Javi Roman will never forget you all!!!

Core Physical Therapy: what do users think?

Spencer Kelley: I had a wonderful experience with Core Physical Therapy. I highly recommend receiving treatment and guidance from Caitlin Ratino. She was exceptional in the care and time she took with my hamstring injury and recovery. She is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in the exercises and programs to get me back playing soccer and running. If you want to heal properly and get back to your routine, reach out to Caitlin!

Julie: A Top Notch Team!! I cannot say enough great things about CORE. I’ve been working with Hilary and Lauren for the last few months, after a serious ankle injury and surgery. They’ve been attentive every step of the way, reaching out after hours by email as well. They’re focused, dedicated and highly skilled at what they do. They’ve been able to diagnose my issues and help me work through them. Highly recommend Hilary for any athletes that need rehab but she can work wonders with any PT scenario. The front desk team is wonderful and they go above and beyond to work with my schedule. The facilities are new, clean and have the latest equipment.

Megan Ullrich: I had a great experience at Core Physical Therapy! The positive experience began with Henna at the front desk. She was always welcoming and cheerful. I worked with Hillary, who was amazing. I had worked with a PT at a different facility for weeks without any success. I immediately had results (resolving issues with my hips and low back) after working with Hillary. She is knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will definitely go back in the future if needed.

Louis Wolf: As an above-knee amputee since 2005, I have received the truly singular personal therapy by Kendall Black for several years before the COVID-19 pandemic. When I had significant pain in the patella bone of my good leg, Kendall went the extra mile by carefully applying her magic medical tape which gave me needed relief. Not only is she an extremely competent physical therapist, but she is also a very caring person. And she has a wonderful sense of humor. Likewise the reception staff are always extremely friendly, courteous and engaging. Finally, I find it very kind that there is water available for hydrating after my exercise routine and the Hershey kisses as a bonus medicine.

Luis Landau: I have been working with Lauren for several months. My issues are: generalized osteoarthritis, affecting mostly the right leg (torn or missing cartilege) and the left hip. Lauren has been diligent in making a good diagnosis and in designing creative ways to improve my ability to walk and my general flexibility..She has recommended focused exercises and, most important, has manipulated my joints in ways that resulted in noticeable improvement. I feel lucky to be working with her. Henna is a most competent administrator. She helps me with last-minute scheduling changes, always in a friendly and constructive manner. The physical facilities are ample and never crowded, always kept very clean. Social distancing is strictly observed. I feel safe coming here.

Jan Feldman: I have been seeing Kendall at C.O.R.E. for several years and there are not enough positive words for the care I have received. She is constantly looking for new ways to keep my therapy engaging and is infinitely patient with my question. The front desk staff is helpful and after one visit, call me by name when they see me.
