Duy Nguyen: One star for the convenient location. Horrible service and management. Why keep double selling parking spots when there’s no room? Parking attendant: “it’s your problem not mine.” Paid $60 for a parking spot for 2 nights. On the second day (we still have a spot paid for till end of night), we left for two hours for errands in the morning, came back and the attendant blocked us at entrance. When asked why did we lost our parking, he said it was our problem that we left and it did not matter that we paid for the parking. When asked for manager or company contact info, the man refused and kept telling us there was no spot and that we could not force him to do anything. How can one screw up such simple math/logic problem?

Amy: 0 stars. Parking here is horrible. Not tourist friendly by any means. Ridiculous amount of time spent finding kiosk to pay for parking and when arriving at gate, bar wouldn't even open, scanner rendered payed ticket invalid. Supposed CSR rep through helpline tried telling me I needed to pay more than what I already paid and had receipt to prove. Could barely even hear her through intercom with amount of cars coming in. After 15-20 minutes of ridiculously un-necessary complexities of leaving a parking lot, a parking agent finally came to manually open the gate. Had restaurant reservations at same location 2 days after, cancelled and re-booked elsewhere simply to avoid this ridiculous parking structure. Never again and do not recommend.

Maria Gomez: The parking garage is very small, very expensive (we paid 35.00 for 4 hours (max is 45). The parking lot is very congested, the design of the garage is like a labyrinth. We spent about 15 minutes looking for parking. There is limited parking in this area so there are not many options making this one of the few choices.

sek three: Hotel Hive suggested parking here for our stay. We stayed parked for two days and seemed relatively safe. There seemed to be a guard in the guard shack every time I passed by. Parking is $12 on weekends however you cannot come in and out, to do so you must book a reservation on spot hero. Spot hero's prices are ridiculous! Hotel Hive offered a deal for $24 a day for booking in advanced, but this didn't make sense since parking is $12 flat rate. I don't know if the $24 covers in and out privilege's. I parked on a Saturday at 4pm, and left Monday at 9a.m. and my total was $49. I asked the gentlemen at the guard tower why if it's $12 flat rate for weekends, he said that doesn't cover overnight. Next time I'm willing to try parking, then leaving just before midnight and reenter after midnight to see if I get the $12 flat rate. Would park again.

Colin Ceresa: I wish I could give zero stars. The management originally told me that our garage was going to be renovated for the month of September. It is now March and I still don't have my spot in the garage back effectively forcing me to park outside all winter. Why did I pay extra for a garage pass? They aren't willing to do anything to help and drag their feet on answers. Every single person in this office i've spoken to is incompetent to say the least - no one can provide a single answer to any questions. I'm convinced this office only works to make your life worse, I seriously regret moving to Riverplace

Andy Canigiani: Charged $66.50 for 6 hours of parking in SE DC. Do NOT scan their app or use them. Go to another lot. Only reason I paid was because I couldn’t parking anywhere else and there was no attendant around. When I emailed them twice to see about a refund I got no response. Iparksimple is a rip off and shouldn’t be used in the downtown DC. According to the attendant I spoke with, they didn’t even coordinate with the actual parking lot. This was the W parking lot in Southeast DC across from the Navy Yard. Definitely shady. Turn and run if you see the bar code asking you to scan iparksimple. Park elsewhere. They will never get a another penny from me

Mister Guy: Multiple, thin terminals with a medium-sized parking structure where all the car rental places are located. There's a slow tram bus between both structures as well.

Leigh Habegger: While this is a neat space, I've had a really hard time working with the management. I was told when I toured that phone lines and conference rooms are included in rent, only to come to find out that they charge for any phone calls made OUTSIDE of DC and you do, in fact, have to pay for conference rooms. Additionally, when I arrived to move into my office, I had to watch as some poor woman assembled the basic office pieces that belong in my office. Furthermore, there was no welcome packet, no orientation, no nothing to help you figure out the process by which to reserve conference rooms (at a cost), telephone booth rooms, protocol for mail, etc. And lastly, my key fob for the women's locker STILL doesn't work. I would not recommend this place and won't be renewing my lease here.

Julia G: I have been living here for about 7 months now, and although the building itself might not be as new as some other buildings nearby, its the people that make the difference for me. The leasing process was so smooth and informative that set it apart from the other places I have toured. Victor provided me with all the information that I needed and answered every single question that I had. Everyone else from the office that I have spoken to, has been helpful and nice. The maintenance guys are really nice as well. The ladies at the front desk know me and many other residents by name. It is really nice to be welcomed by your name coming from a long day at work. There is definitely room for improvement when comes to the finishes, but they are not lacking when comes to interaction with us.

Moustafa Elsheikh: Really fun time learning and playing. More than I expected from a spy museum with interactive content and unique missions for each player to reinforce content. The facility is top notch. Plenty of restrooms and seats throughout if you need a break. They have a coat closet area for storing coats and free lockers first-come first-serve for bags and purses. The gift shop at the end is big with lots of interesting items from trinkets and keychains to books and games. It's clear they wanted to make this an amazing experience. Mission Accomplished!

James Small: Horrible horrible customer service !!! These people are very rude and unconcerned if you have any issues with your rental. Not helpful at all. Will literally never be going here again this was the worst and most rude experience of my life I was treated like trash and a liar and it’s not what you want out of a rental service. Caley Medina: I have really enjoyed my time at Meridian at Gallery Place so far! I have been living here since the start of January 2021 (it is now the end of March). I am a student studying abroad in DC, and my university placed my cohort in this building for the semester. For this reason, I cannot comment on the building's management / leasing office as our university handles that aspect for us, but I can speak to the building and lobby itself. First, the good. Our apartment is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances and great fixtures. I remember being shocked that this was our "university" housing; it's absolutely beautiful! Some reviews have mentioned noise from ongoing renovations, but I have always received emails about planned work days at least two weeks in advance. Next, the sundeck, clubroom, and gym are amazing. Since January, they've been open and available for us to access. It's so convenient to have all of these amenities right here in the building. In addition, the front desk staff are very kind. Miss Valerie is especially conversational and very helpful. The gentlemen are less chatty, but always polite and ready to assist with a guest parking pass or a package delivery. Plus, the location is great; it's a 3/4 mile walk to Union Station, a mile walk to the Capitol, and only a few blocks to the Chinatown / Gallery Place metro stop. Now, the not-so-good: There are four elevators in the building, and a few times since January one of them has stopped working. It's usually fixed in a day (only once has it been multiple days), but we never receive emails advising us to expect delays / signs in the lobby saying the elevator is still down. Also, the stairs are always locked, which seems very strange to me. I feel that a great way to ease elevator traffic would be to grant key fob access on the stairs to 2nd and 3rd floor residents. Maybe this is already implemented, but I have never seen the stairs open. Now to speak on my main issue: street noise. We live on the ninth floor, and our apartment is right along 5th St with our windows facing east. Right across the street from us is a ministry (you can find it on google maps) which seems to also be a kind of temporary housing situation / shelter. There are always people hanging out in front of the ministry, often fighting and yelling. For about two straight weeks in February, a guy with a karaoke machine sang for hours every day, and it was all clearly audible from our apartment, even that high up with all of our windows closed. I'm fairly certain this noise can only be heard from the 5th St side, however, because the cohort's other apartment faces Mass Ave NW and they cannot hear a thing. Overall, I enjoy this place, and if I had a salary that permitted it, I would love the chance to lease here after the semester. The apartments are really nice, the closets and bathrooms are huge, and the common areas are very well-maintained. The noise definitely drove me wild when I worked from home during the omicron wave, but I'm in the office now. I also go to bed every night with earplugs! If you WFH and appreciate some peace and quiet, avoid the 5th St side of the complex. I'll be sure to update this review at the end of our stay if opinions change!

D.D Aviation: Open this place up!!! I've been planespotting (watching) here since 2015 and I am very disappointed they closed. Can anyone explain why this garage is temporarily closed??? And someone give me a approximate month that this garage will open. If the Dulles services/Operations Division are reading this, please explain this closing. Thanks. (P.S. here is some nice pictures I took from this garage, love to hear when this garage will be open to the public again, cant wait!)

Jeremy Sable: Living in One Hill South has been nothing short of ideal. The apartment, rooftop, and amenities are fantastic and the gym (private Equinox) is the nicest apartment gym in the city. The staff is amazing, everyone very nice and easy to work with. If you are going to sign here, Remington is top notch and he has made everything so easy. Lived in DC for 6 years and my year living here has absolutely been the best. Highly recommend One Hill South.

Clarence Stokes: I just called to get a quote for monthly fees. The lady was extremely rude. She actually made fun of me because I couldn't talk plainly. My God, I never thought someone in her position would do that to me. My car was vandalized and all I wanted was information to park in the garage. This took place 1245 on October 12th. I will be putting this on Facebook as well. Shame on the lady whoever she was.

Briana Kornegay: Very beautiful inside. Restored and historic event venue space. There are 6 floors. Plenty of space for any type of events or filming. I will be back for the Broccoli Com sessions in April. I can’t wait to see this space transformed. This used to be an old firehouse. Parking is on the street or find a deck nearby.
