John Cole: I had an amazing experience last week at Dunn Lewis. I’m a student in DC for a summer internship and thus don’t have a full set of tools or a workspace available to perform more than the most basic bike maintenance. I went to Dunn Lewis, and the extremely reasonable membership rates allowed me to change my sprockets and chain in their workshop, getting guidance and a bit of help all the while from the knowledgeable and friendly community inside. The kicker is that I’m not really a mechanically experienced guy. A basic 2 hour max procedure ended up taking me twice that, and they kept the shop open an extra hour just to ensure nothing was done too hastily and the bike came back together properly. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation of Dunn Lewis for motorcyclists of all skill levels so find community, tinker, maintain, and share love in such a unique hobby and lifestyle! It’s especially a great place for those with 0 mechanical knowledge to build confidence and familiarity due to the extremely supportive attitudes of the staff. Thanks a bunch Mason and Laurel!

Tess Canino: Crossroads was friendly and kind when I broke down. I was able to get a tow there, whereupon they were communicative and clearly know what they are doing with motorcycles. My bike had water in the tank, and they were able to clean everything out without taking apart all 4 carbs -- saving me a good deal of money. My bike runs great, they saved me from an expensive repair, and were totally friendly and kind. Will be my go-to shop from now on.

Carmine Faul: I have a Honda Element. Metro Motor here and at the Capitol hill Penn Ave were great. I had an issue with my alternator, and on the way to AutoZone to buy a new one, my battery ran out of juice. It was late at night, and I called around. I spoke with Woody at Metro Motor at Capitol Hill and he quoted me a price that was 300$ lower than the honda dealership. I got a tow, and by my own fault, was dropped off at Metro Motor | Penn Ave before I realized the difference. Dontaye at Metro Motor | Penn Ave welcomed me with open arms, even though it was closing time. He worked with Woody at Metro Motor Cap Hill, and Dontaye honored the price I was quoted from the different location. During the process, he troubleshot and found several blown fuses and replaced those free of charge along with my alternator which had gone. He was great at communicating with me through the process. Woody followed up with me as well the morning after I dropped off my Element and was very helpful throughout the process. It has been about two months now and my car is running great. Thank you to both Metro Motors!

R. K.: This is my favorite bicycle shop in the area! Great service and customer care and their staff really goes above and beyond (which was also the case in the past, before Spokes Etc got acquired by Trek - I and a friend of mine purchased a couple of bikes there and their service was just as topnotch as it is these days). I stopped by the shop just last week, after they were already closed and yet they let me in and helped me to fine-tune my just-purchased bike (which I got on the same day from another Trek store), which I really appreciated! Special kudos to Ron and Robin, who took care of me that particular day. You guys are the best!
Chuck Dombroski: I brought in two bikes that had been sitting for some time for service to renew them. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Alec promptly evaluated the bikes and recommended solutions. One bike was sent home fully restored; the second bike should be completed today. Overall I was very pleased with the quick service and especially the rapid turnaround.
Tezrah: I came in because I was trying to attach a carrier to my e-bike, but the carrier coupler hole was too small. I was directed to the service station where they troubleshooted the issue, hand-drilled a bigger hole into the metal coupler, filed it down, and it fit perfectly on my e-bike. This service was for free even though I asked to tip them and they politely declined. Superb customer service!
Daniel Garen: The whole team worked as a team! They seamlessly handed off to one another from the moment I came in for a consult to when I came back from my ride to when I picked the bike up. Robin and Danny were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Trek as a place for both novice and expert riders!

Keith Baldwin: Mark is a saint! I had a flat on the trail which I unknowingly fixed wrong. I hobbled and wobbled to Trek only to find it closed (outside normal open hours). While I was making plans to get a lift home, Mark saw me and came outside to see if he could help. He took my bike inside, diagnosed and fixed the problem and refused payment. An unbelievable level of service! So glad to see the great service from Spokes lives on under the Trek name. Thank you!
Joe Springs: Spokes as it’s know to most is where you go if need a new bike, new pedals well anything for a bike really. Spokes employees are the nicest I have ever seen those getting into biking they tell you all you need to know and sometimes even try to save you some money by giving cheaper options. Spokes bikes are great and if you are in need of any type of bike go there first!

Michael Brown: As a company, REI should not inflict their political beliefs onto customers. That said, they carry good gear and this particular location is fantastic. Every time I have come here they have exactly what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful and generally knowledgeable. I don’t know who makes REI branded clothes and gear, but they do a good job.
Mike R: I like this store for so many reasons. First: they have excellent customer service. Today I walked in with my bike to get my flat tire fixed. A woman approached me and signed me in. Then a man walked up to me and asked if I would like to him to park my bike. I was appalled by this gesture. Second: This establishment has everything here. I mean like… leave that bike area if you want to. You will be buying anything from energy gel to underwear. Third: conveniently located right beside the metro.

Lori Williams: Good parking garage, staff on site is attentive. A little pricy during the day, but inexpensive in the evenings if you are coming in after 5pm. The second level is best place to park if you do not have a reservation, and can take elevator to main lobby. The following does not impact the rating, just more of an FYI. I was eagerly awaiting the charging stations to be available (they have been installed for weeks) but they have had them blocked off in the garage... despite the charging application stating they are available and ready for use.
Kristen Fiscus: Easy to find. The man on staff was so friendly. Fair rates for location, which was close enough to walk to The Capitol building easily.
Maureen Elias: Easy access to the capital and no more expensive than anywhere else. I liked that it was self park and not valet style.

Ashley Carleton: I needed four new tires and this Goodyear location made it easy and convenient! The team started working on my car promptly at the beginning of my appointment time and completed the work ahead of the estimated wait time. Robert (the store manager) is easy to communicate and work with. Based on his experience he recommended I also get everything aligned. I’m glad I did. Orlando G.: This building is amazing and a great reflection of the USPTO generally. It is always clean and seasonally decorated. (for example, a LARGE and beautiful Christmas tree was on display during the holidays. I miss it.). Security is always present. The prominent United States of America flag inside and colorful lighting effects outside give it a nice extra touch, too.
MOHAMMED ABDUL FASI: Wonderful place to explore and look for historical inventions filed in the USPTO. This is a huge facility with various departments place in different areas. They also have In-house patent search facility on EAST database (Used by the patent examiners) which can be accessed once getting the required approvals.

Chloe Musick: I cannot rave enough about Colonial Parking. It is a short walk (maybe 20 minutes) from Capitol Hill. The parking for the whole day is affordable and the lot is easy to get in to. It was so difficult to find parking in this part of DC, so this place was a lifesaver! The attendant was very nice too.

Robert Schofield: Working with Sport Honda to purchase my new 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring was an awesome car-buying experience. I live in Virginia and I did most of the price discussions with Ginny Marshall via email. Once I got down to a price I liked, I drove up to the dealership for a test drive and to trade-in my 2016 Civic. We agreed on the trade in value very quickly and I had the paperwork signed and the keys to my new car within 2 hours! I had a unique situation for my trade in, too. My mother was a co-owner on my trade-in and had to sign the POA form and mail it back to Sport Honda. They worked with us to make that happen and it made trading in my car much easier than I thought it would be. Josue helped us figure this out and was very patient while explaining how to handle this special situation to us. Since I was an out of state buyer, they did not have VA tags for me at the dealership. They gave me temporary tags and did all the registration work for me. I purchased the vehicle on Jan. 15, and I received my VA tags and registration on Feb. 25. I highly recommend Sport Honda to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. I loved working with them, and I wish they were closer to my home so I could go there for service, as well.

Madeline Kutner: What an amazing experience I had with Sport Honda! As soon as I reached out to Gibbs, the manager, he was tuned into exactly what I was looking for in a new car. He connected with me with a sales associate, Anthony, who quickly took over the role of finding me the perfect car! Gibbs and Anthony were adamant on finding me the right car, and drove the car out to my house so I could test drive and see if it was the car for me. Within days I had completed the paperwork from the comfort of my home and my new car was delivered right to me!! MBM: My mom and I have been customers of Sport Honda for years! But TODAY was EXCEPTIONAL.... Our salesperson, Anthony Smith, was FANTASTIC...!! He was so patient with my mom and all of her questions during the process of purchasing her new car. Even hours after the negotiations and paperwork, when it was time for her to drive the car off of the lot he was still so patient and kind to her while setting up her phone and navigation.... Andrew, who is the manager is ALWAYS going above and beyond to get the deal done. Andrew is straightforward, honest, and patient to do whatever it takes to make you feel heard and makes sure you leave happy. After many years, at this point, I trust sport and I know they are going to give me the best deal possible and that is what is important! I feel comfortable which is important when spending THOUSANDS of dollars. Just do yourself a favor go to Sport Honda and ask for Anthony and Andrew!
MARY LI: In comparing multiple dealerships, I feel that I have made a great choice in picking Sport Honda to buy my first ever car, a Honda CRV-EX in Aegean Blue. From the beginning, I had great customer service from Julius and Mike, who offered a reasonable price and were transparent regarding delays regarding the manufacturing of this car. When I received the car, Mike was thorough in showing me the functionalities and the paperwork was processed smoothly. The business manager worked with me regarding a plan of financing the car as well. The only thing I wish could’ve been improved was that the dealership could’ve worked with me regarding obtaining another blue car (EX-L) that was on the lot for an entire month while I was waiting for this current EX. I was supposed to receive this car in October and it got delayed until December, but I would’ve been happy to pay a little more for the EX-L that was already here, and was still here when I came to pick up the EX. Other than that, I would recommend Sport Honda and would use it again.

Priti Kapoor: Mohammad and the Mr. Tire team were amazing. My husband called before closing to see if they would be able to help us with a flat tire. Mohammed was so kind on the phone, and to come even if it was a little after closing and he would still help out. Once we got there, we were met with the same kind service that we received on the phone. Mohammad and team not only repaired the tire but then he assisted us with putting it back on. If you want to find a place that provides you great product with great service (which in my opinion is rare now) go to Mr. Tire. I am sure you will be a fan as we are. Thank you, Mohammad and the rest of the Mr. Tire team!
Brandon Kyker: I own an electric scooter and my tires were low on air. I pulled into this shop and asked for help. Mohammad came out and said after he finished helping another customer he was already with, he’d take care of me. Whoever he was helping, they were from out of town and moments later Mohammad brought them their car and said they were good to go. They were ecstatic and thanked him profusely. Then he immediately came to me, had me bring my scooter into the shop, filled the tires with air and confirmed their pressure, and told me to enjoy my day. Mohammad is clearly a wonderful person and quite literally delivers service with a smile. Nice to know there’s a shop like this in my neighborhood.

Famin Hafiz: Everytime I’ve been to this place the staff have been really friendly and welcoming. Mohammed specifically is a really nice, trustworthy, upfront and honest person and will make sure your problems are fixed there and then. I first went there for a oil change and he took great care of my car and made sure everything was fine with it. Second time I went there to fix my rotors and replace a tire he made sure I got the best product within my budget! I usually don’t write reviews but this place and the staff has been one of the best I’ve ever had and more than I could ask for. If you guys are looking for the best and a trustworthy place, this place is the right one. Mark my words🤝
Nathan Schwegman: I took my two vehicles in for a fully synthetic oil change. One car had a nail in a tire that they were able to repair it that another place said had to be replaced. I really appreciate Qasim and Qadeer for repairing my tire and being concerned with saving me money. I also appreciate them honoring a military discount. This location is great!

Chloe Zimmerman: Clean, intuitive garage just a few blocks from the White House. We parked here ahead of our West Wing tour on a Sunday (when many garages in DC are closed) and paid $11 for the day. The guy who assisted us was very friendly and cheerful and helped us find a spot very near the elevators, which dropped us off in the Washington Square mall, just around the corner from Farragut North Metro. Convenient, reasonable price, not at all dark or sketchy. Very happy.
Tony Tubiolo: Good weekend parking garage - about the only one in the area that is open on Sunday! We drove our small car, but could have easily fit our minivan into the large parking spaces it has. It was only $11 for all day parking on Sunday. The garage is open until midnight. It was self-park, and I did not have to give my keys to a parking attendant, so I knew it could not be moved or damaged by a parking attendant. Perfect experience.
