Wharf Parking Garage 1 - Blair Alley Entrance: what do users think?

Kev- keepingitreal: Great place and a very convenient parking garage when going to The Wharf. Parking fees and parking time at garage entrance #1, range from time 0-24 Hours All Day. Parking prices start at ($2 for seafood orders if you get your parking pass stamped) and the other parking fees are based on the amount of time your vehicle stayed in the parking garage. Garage parking fees starts at $5, $10, $25, $35, and up to $45 max. The height restrictions for vehicles are 7’-8” tall.

C. Young: Took me 20 minutes to find parking. Light indicators don’t work properly. Paid $27 for about 2.5 hours. Conveniently located.

Hari Nair: Overpriced and very congested, but that's to be expected. There are signs all over indicating the number of free spaces in each row. These are WRONG! When we went in several rows said 21 spaces, or 17 spaces, or whatever. They were all full. It took us 20 minutes to find a spot and we were late for dinner. If you park here you run the risk of it being full, they'll take your money, and you still have to find another place to park. Just do that last thing first and park somewhere else. Two stars for excellent location and the thought of never giving them another dime.

mastercoolisnumber1: We entered, and the machine never gave us a ticket. Whenever we asked, they said the parking was free. We stayed for an hour, and was supposed to pay $5. We told them the machine never gave us a ticket, but they insisted we pay the “lost ticket” fee of $38, even though the machine never gave us a ticket. The guy named Addis and his coworker would not let us out until we pay $38, even though we told them to check the cameras, and they never checked them. The machine was broken, but they put the blame on us. Horrible customer service. We asked Addis if we could talk to his manager, but he refused to show us where his manager was. They wanted us to pay $38 because their machine that they’re supposed to fix was broken.

Hacking Gamer: Zero stars. Too expensive and the employees were rude. Their machine never gave me a ticket and I asked them why. They said it was free. I came back to exit but the gate never opened. I explained the situation to them. They said I was lying and told me it’s a lost ticket. Their terrible policy says that if you lose a ticket you pay the maximum rate aka 38 dollars. I said it is their fault but they again accused me of lying again. There were cameras but they never used them. I asked for their boss but they refused. I ended up paying and put this review to limit their costumers. Will never visit again.

Alex Ragland: DO NOT PARK HERE. Wish I could rate this zero stars. Worst parking expirence I've ever had. More than half of the spaces were """open""" but only allowed specific types of vehicles so the vast majority of people were basically fighting for a spot. Spent over 30 minutes just driving around before succumbing and using valet parking (why is there valet parking in a parking garage?!!). The lights that are supposed tell you what spaces are and aren't open absolutely do not work. The layout of aweful (almost got into an accident due to this twice) and the employees were terribly unhelpful. Not to mention that at 45 dollars for an afternoon, it was the most I've ever been forced to pay for parking in the area by more than double. Literally go to any other parking garage in the area. Again, DO. NOT. PARK. HERE.

Winfred Mitchell: Very large parking area. $20.00 for the first two hours is outrageous!

Michael Rosen: The overhead electronic signs were all wrong. When a sign said there were 20 open spots there were none. The signs tell you to keep your ticket and pay before going to your car but there aren't any pay stations anymore. I finally found an attendant who told me to pay when I exit. The last time I was here I used the ParkMobile app to pay. I was overcharged when I had to wait longer to exit due to long lines of cars. People who paid at a pay station (they had them then) paid less. The company couldn't have cared less and ignored my refund request. They don't even have instructions to use ParkMobile posted anywhere. If the pay stations have been eliminated I'll likely use that next time.

Mike A: 2017: Well, the entrance was clearly marked 😀, there were green lights overhead of vacant spots 😀, it was well lit, well ventilated and clean 😀. The best part was the attendant at the self-pay station. He was guiding the patrons on the use of the pay machine - smiling all the way. He asked me for my ticket, put it into his machine, gave it back to me and said "your $10 charge is now $2". WOW! 😀😀😀. Thanks.

Elmond Taylor: Safe and clean. Close. Far too expensive though.

National Mall Parking: what do users think?

Matthew Henderson: Wish we had more time for the amount we paid. The parking was decent.

Sue Laprise: It says closed but it's opened? Super convenient spot to park with an overside (tall) vehicle. $7.35 for 3 hours and LOG IN to the app - don't continue as a guest or whatever they ask or you won't be able to add time later in the day. We were able to add time the second day 3 times so 9 hours total downtown.

Chirag Patel: Great parking lot to visit all the monuments.

Rahul Panchal: One star is only because this place is mostly closed and not accessible for parking, so if you are around in that area and looking to park then look for street parking like on Ohio drive SW and also street around tidal basin.

Tony Kelley: Such a beautiful place. And one of the best monuments to shoot from anywhere in town.

Christopher Herlong: Plentiful parking for a reasonable cost that is a great starting point for seeing all of the main monuments and memorials.

Tim Alfermann: Great proximity to walking the mall. 3 hr parking only but can renew continuously. plenty of space right in the middle of what you want to see

Ghaida Alshabnan: Use metro on weekends and especially during cherry blossom fest.

B Henderson: Arbitrarily closed without warning. Not reliable.

Max: Nice and close to the monument. Things to know, in my opinion, it's metered parking and there's a max of 3 hours

Colonial Car Parking Lot: what do users think?

Alexander Montano: An absolutely horrible experience. Waited upwards of 30 minutes for my car. It is clear that the employees have little to no clue of what’s going on. They are not interested in delivering cars on time. Poorly organized. No sense of urgency. Complete lack of respect for the customer who paid outrageous prices to park in their garage. I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT PARK HERE.

John Blair: Parking is tight, the location locks down at 7pm (accessible if you have a key fob as a monthly parker, otherwise you are out of luck.), they double or triple up on most of the spots and it still fills up early. The attendents are decent and they try to take care of you as much they can, but there is not much they can do about things. All in all, if you're not comfortable with parking very close to other cars and support pillars, or if there's any chance you'll be there past seven, go elsewhere, there are dozens of these lots in the area and all are slightly different.

Wayne Liu: Most horrible valet parking experience ever. They killed my battery and blamed me for mechanical problem. I spend over an hour just standing there, waiting them to bring over a car , so I can jump my car by MYSELF. They said they did me a favor to let me jumped my car! What hell. Do not park your here!!!!!

Daniel Day: Horrible experience. Make sure you know the address to this one. The ticket tells you nothing but a number. We walked to memorials and then navigated back only to be taken to the wrong one three times. First guy got an attitude with menand said my car wasnt here. Come to find out... It was (gasp)

Mario Stylianou: No self-park but rude and abrupt attendants. I wouldn't trust them with my car and they don't seem to be too concerned with bringing your car back out quickly.

Jumma Islam: Decent parking lot, employees are cool, only complaint was that the credit card machine was broken. All day parking is a little on the higher side but it's pretty much the closest lot to Constitution Hall.

Philip Wuerdeman: Says it's open till 7:00 PM but they were gone by 6:00 PM then refused to come back to get our car out.

Gospel Bearer: Really expensive... no problems with them though. Attendants were polite.

Brian Holm-Hansen: Very convenient location and friendly staff.

Tucker Patterson: Expensive parking but at least it available.

SP+ Parking: what do users think?

Brian Tate: PSA FOR HOLIDAY TRAVELERS! We came for holiday weekend, and we were not warned about limited hours for retrieving our car — even after specifically asking an attendant when dropping the car off. We walked into the facility to get our car on the morning of out departure, found no staff on site, and the doors locked behind us, trapping us in the garage!!! We called the after hours number for emergency help, and got a voice mail message saying they would get back to us next business day. Eventually someone came along, but no one ever responded to our call.

Chloe Zimmerman: Clean, intuitive garage just a few blocks from the White House. We parked here ahead of our West Wing tour on a Sunday (when many garages in DC are closed) and paid $11 for the day. The guy who assisted us was very friendly and cheerful and helped us find a spot very near the elevators, which dropped us off in the Washington Square mall, just around the corner from Farragut North Metro. Convenient, reasonable price, not at all dark or sketchy. Very happy.

Mina Jaan: I am starting to dislike the employers. They are slow, disrespectful, they don't acknowledge you, they fight with each other. I even got yelled at once, because the disagreed that I couldn't find my car. I said I got someone to park it for me, still they wouldn't believe me. Unbelievable. I complained to the manager he addressed it. Now again I wasn't acknowledged when waiting to park myself since they have changed things. I waited and waited until I get acknowledged and I was running already late, yet I waited for 5 minutes giving him time to come around and letting me know where to park but nothing, he would move very slow and just taking his time. I just parked my car w/o getting his advise and I told him I will complain to your manager this is unacceptable and I refused to give my keys because you did not even acknowledge me. I don't have time and you see that I need assistance yet you did not care to care for my time. I just left and walked away. I hope this gets handled by someone soon.

Russell Anema: Attendant stole my lumbar support while they had the key. When I got into my car and noticed it was gone, I immediately told one of the attendant who got COMPLETELY defensive and was extremely rude. I filled out a form one of the other attendant gave me and was told I would be called within 2 days. Guess what? That call never came and I'm pretty much out of luck now unless I go through the trouble of filling a police report but it was several weeks ago already. I should have called the police the same day. Lesson learned.

Tony Tubiolo: Good weekend parking garage - about the only one in the area that is open on Sunday! We drove our small car, but could have easily fit our minivan into the large parking spaces it has. It was only $11 for all day parking on Sunday. The garage is open until midnight. It was self-park, and I did not have to give my keys to a parking attendant, so I knew it could not be moved or damaged by a parking attendant. Perfect experience.

Brittany Penn: Lied to about price. Boyfriend and I came here for a over night trip. Got there around 1030 AM on a Saturday and we stayed at CQ Hotel (who has a special price with the parking garage). So I told the man that and he tells my boyfriend he’d charge us 11$ for the day and then 11$ Sunday if we left at 7AM. that worked perfectly since we planned to leave that early. We just went to leave and the same man told my boyfriend he’d have to pay the FULL 31$ to leave because his boss wouldn’t let him do the deal he promised us. So we paid a grand total of 42$ for parking there for not even 24 hours.

Christopher Rose: A bunch of vallets that just sit around and do not actually get your car. Took them 20 minutes to finally get my car, and it wasn't buried behind a bunch of cars on the lowest deck, it was just sitting around the corner....

Christine V.: Cheap and efficient. I love the text to pick up service.

Tucker Patterson: Not a good parking garage and very tight spaces.

Andrew Holub: The employees are slow, rude and disrespectful.

Washington DC Public Parking: what do users think?

Brandon Duarte: It's alright, 1-16 hrs flat rate of $24. I've seen some other better rates in the city for $12 a day.

Ram Shekhar Singh: I Booked this Parking during our visit for Cherry Blossom. This location was pretty convenient for us as it took 25 min walking to Tidal basin from this location. This one also have Washroom access through elevator to level "L" where Rrstroom + Coffee (Starbucks) available. Also for our Car 6'6" Feet height was sufficent. Good for any Fullsize SUV's. This Parking is located below "Holiday In" Hotel. NIce place for lodging also.

Zhuohong Xie: Spacious parking, plenty of spots, seamless application with Spothero (just need QR code to enter and exit).

The Stevens-Marrone Family: We believe our card was compromised on July 4th at this location via the phone payment system. Our bank initially rejected the payment and I wish we hadn’t approved it. It’s now being used in Vegas. I can’t find company info to report, but I would avoid until potential breach is addressed.

Jeannine Keck: The worst parking structure I've ever seen. Parking spaces are in corners that you can't easily back out of. Spaces are wide enough for compact cars, not SUV's. We got trapped in a corner and had to back out making a 90 degree turn in a space not wide enough for two cars to pass. We had prepaid for a space ahead of time and then none of the spaces available were big enough for our vehicle. Drove around for a half an hour only to give up and go elsewhere.

Ruth Lukyanenko: Don't like the phone system, it used to be so much easier with the ticket. Had issues with the website and link. Had to call customer service. Price is okay. Was there on a Saturday, whole day to park turns out to be $19.59, so basically 20 bucks.

Viola Mccalla: Very convenient to park and access the Circulator bus for touring and visiting all the historic places; wonderful , knowledgeable and professional drivers.

Jacob Kizer: Close to the museums and 18 for all day parking.

Pettey: Super easy to use. I liked the phone number instead of the ticket system. Very safe environment.

Elizabeth Sackman: This is the most confusing parking garage I've ever been in, but it's in a convenient location.

Colonial Parking: what do users think?

Carly McIntyre: Save your money! I purchased a monthly pass, waited over the 24 hour period after getting approved to call and inquire about where to pick my pass up. I was told it would be ready in a day or two and the man from the company would call me when it was ready. I called back four days later (didnt recieve any calls) and asked when I could pick it up. Again was told it still wasnt ready and I would receive a call when it will be. Now over two weeks later I get a call from the man asking rudely why I never came to pick up my pass and then blamed it on me saying he sent an email (which he never did--checked inbox, junk, and deleted)....Needless to say, I paid way too much for parking and the company is terrible at communicating and are scammers

Chloe Musick: I cannot rave enough about Colonial Parking. It is a short walk (maybe 20 minutes) from Capitol Hill. The parking for the whole day is affordable and the lot is easy to get in to. It was so difficult to find parking in this part of DC, so this place was a lifesaver! The attendant was very nice too.

Stacey Burt: Fine parking but didn't have any signs saying they closed so we couldn't get our car when we needed to.

Robert Ziegenfus: Easy in and out. Reasonable prices for the area.

D Barnes: Good access

Utsav: Terrible company

DR HASSAS: Expensive

Guillaume Guth: (Translated by Google) $ 16 per day in covered parking. Very reasonable (Original) 16$ la journée en parking couvert . Très raisonnable

National Place Parking: what do users think?

L. B.: Parking garage is clean and nice. Easy to book through spot hero. But Warning! You come up through the elevator to the lobby of the One Freedom Plaza building. Beware, they won’t let you back in! We got back and there was no one at the front desk, we tried calling on the wall and they said they’d get ahold of the desk but still no one came. We waited for 15 minutes before we walked around the block to the vehicle entrance, and had to walk down the ramp (dangerous with small kids!) and get into the elevator next to the parking kiosks to go to our parking level.

Jason Brynarsky: Their parking garage is awful. It’s narrow and can barely handle two lanes of traffic. And you can’t always take the elevator you used to leave the garage to get back to your car because the ground floor lobby doors lock after a certain time. Nothing against the staff. They are making the best of a bad situation.

Nicole Edworthy: Terrible. Self-parking, turns that SUVs seem scared to use, back-ups and pay machines on P1 (and at the exit, i.e. 20-30 min after you get to your car!) and $32+ for any time over 4hr. There are lots of options, best to find somewhere else or take the metro.

Eric Hillman: Great.clean parking decent weekend price.

Mike Sutton: I have parked at this location for years. Today, I discovered -- after parking on the "green" level that I could use the stairs to exit to the street. However, when you return to your vehicle you CANNOT use the stairs. You are directed to walk down the entry/exit ramps! What moron thought this was a good idea, especially for people with disabilities? I wonder how long that policy will/would last if a customer was struck by an vehicle entering/leaving. Today was the last time Quikpark, Inc. will see any of my business!

Epper Marshall: Very narrow garage. There is no direct connect up to the national theatre and no good way to get in to your car late at night. Also getting out took quite a while, not a very efficient system.

Christina Roman: We visited Washington DC this past weekend for a wedding and parked in this parking garage. We saw on the sign that it was no overnight parking after we had pulled into the garage; so we asked the parking attendant were the closest garage was that we could park overnight. He said we could park in this garage overnight. So we parked there and went about our day; the next morning we went to retrieve or vehicle and the garage door was closed completely. There were no hours stated for Sunday we called the number available for the garage and received a recording that stated that the garage was closed on Sunday. We then sought help from the valet at the JW Mariotte Hotel and later found that the garage would be open at 10am. We waited until 10:15 and the parking attendant showed up. We refused to pay the parking fee due to the inconvience of him being late as well as his lack of complete information. He said he could not allow us to leave. We then requested to speak with the manager about the service and the parking attendant said the managers were not in on the weekends and refused to give us the manager's number. Everything the attendant seemed to say was contradictory. The parking attendant should have been more informative when telling use we could park there; this alone could have caused major problems for us if we had a flight or had to return a rental car. This issue ruined our final day int he city. Needless to say we will not be parking there when we return to the city.

Murilo Ribeiro: Good location. Decent price on weekends.

Mary Auld: This is the worst garage ever—25 mi items to enter and 45 to exit. Terrible never go there

love lace: If anything happens to your vehicle they are no help automated basically they don't care about their customers

Loc-440-CityCenterDC: what do users think?

Thomas Dubyak: BE WARNED! If you subscribe and pay $225/mo to park here, do not take a ticket if one is printed when you scan your access card. I innocently took one when it was printed because the attendant was absent from the booth and I figured it would just be nullified when I tried to leave the next morning. I was wrong. The extremely rude attendant smugly told me that as soon as you take a ticket you're liable to pay the fee, even if you already pay for monthly parking. Absolutely criminal behavior.

Ron Epstein: There seems to be a mix of reviews for this extremely large garage complex that seems to span several blocks. However, even before I arrived at the garage my experience was already on its way to being very positive. With an upcoming hotel reservation at the Washington Grand Hyatt hotel, I was concerned about the instructions that SpotHero (who I booked the garage through) was giving me. I made email contact with Josefina Anivarro at Upark America who runs the garage. She was extremely helpful in answering some of the questions I had and making clear that SpotHero had neglected to mention the other entrance to the garage that was closer to the hotel. So, even before my arrival, I had a great experience with customer service and I was better prepared for my visit. Arriving around 9:30 on a Saturday morning I had no problem finding an excellent parking space on P2. The scanner machine properly identified my SpotHero QR code upon entering and exiting. As for the garage itself, it's extremely clean and very modern with the inclusion of electric chargers for EV vehicles. There even seems to be some sort of car wash service within the underground garage as well. In all, I had an excellent experience with both this garage and its customer service. Thank you, Josefina, for your help!

Courtney Davis: I have been parking here for years, No problems whatsoever. But today, 9:50am, It was packed, they were sending people to P4. I have nevered parked in P4 before...Didnt know I was suppose to go all the way down. Saw an attendant in P3, an indian man with grey hair. Pulled in, roll my window down to ask questions. Just to be screamed at about not parking there like I ran over his foot or something. Once I screamed back and stated I was not familiar with this level...i dont know where to go he calmed down but still...if I screamed at a customer like that Id be fired. Its called customer service, clearly citycenter does not teach that.

Randon Ryland: Make sure you use your EVgo app to get through the gate, you don’t have to pay, you hey 2 hours free remember :)

Andy Zavala: Great, CLEAN parking garage in the middle of DC! This garage is open 24/7 and is super reliable, lit, and most importantly CLEAN! One of the elevators leads right to the middle of city center which is so pretty. The elevators are also full-glass walls. Would recommend to park here if you are staying at a nearby hotel (such as the Renaissance).

Drachen Fire: Easy to access, well lit, and clean. Had no issues whatsoever. Ended up reserving a spot using Parking Panda, pulled right up to the gate, scanned the confirmation QR code, and the gate opened right up. The garage even had numbers next to all the aisles saying how many open spot there was left in the row. The glass elevator that lead to the outside was pretty neat too

Kathryn Zaremba: If I could give this place zero stars I would because they are STEALING FROM PEOPLE. I went to this parking lot because there is an Eco Car Wash inside. When I got to the gate I said I wasn't here to park but to get a car wash. I was told "Oh ok but you still have to take a ticket" - I made the assumption that the ticket would be validated somehow by the car wash. I was there for 6 MINUTES TOTAL - because after speaking to the car wash attendant I realized I wasn't going to have the time this afternoon to get the kind of car wash they offer (they are highly detailed and take 45-60 mins) so I decided to leave and come back another time. When I got the gate to exit I was told I owed $10 for having been in the parking garage for 6 MINUTES. $10 for 6 minutes of NOT PARKING. I asked to speak to a manger because it was so ridiculous and I assumed the parking attendant might not be able to over ride the register. THEN the manager also said I would have to pay the $10 for having been in the garage for 6 MINUTES. They would not let me out without paying. This is an example of horrible customer service. I will never ever ever return to that parking garage. I feel completely robbed and I couldn't be more angered by the situation. Please note: I called Eco Car Wash after paying the $10 to leave the garage to let them know what had happened. They very politely offered to give me $10 off if I decided to visit any of their locations and apologized for the parking garage's poor management. So please do not let this shed a bad light on their business which has exceptional and reasonable customer service.

Tiny Octopus: I had booked through Parkwhiz from 330pm on Saturday to 1230pm on Monday. Hotel attendant threw away my key. Had to get a new key fob programmed and made by locksmith on site. I pulled up to leave at 1245pm, and they charged me an extra $10 for the 15 minute overage. Even though the manager was aware I was getting a new key made and was at the garage at 1130 to do so. That's some stellar customer service.

Jessica O: EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with their customer service!! I applied for monthly parking and asked that it start the same day but they still made me pay $19 for the few hours I was in that day, even though I had already started paying for monthly parking that same day! The manager that was on duty clearly does not understand customer service and that making customers happy is important.

Isabelle Ku: Reserved a spot through SpotHero. Very modern garage with lots of spaces, lights above the spaces, and electrical charging stations (Teslas have their own section). The public parking section is on P2, with resident parking on lower levels. It was very well lit for a garage, also easy to spot from the road and cheaper than other places in the area. Only bad thing was it was a bit difficult to find the way to the exit. Would probably park here again.

Dr. Hashim El-Tinay: A great morning or evening walk in nature.

Nu S: Lovely National monument, park, and wildflowers, salamanders, and birds. Bring water, I did not check the restroom situation but there appears to be some on the grounds. Expect a mixture of dirt paths and elevated paths to preserve the marsh. There is a lot of water so mosquitoes will be harsh in the spring and summer. A wonderful way to spend the day and it’s safe to go alone as there are many persons during the day.

Stephen JW Steele: Teddy would have been proud of this place and no doubt would have still sought the quiet of its tranquillity even today. But while you might speak softly, you won't need a big stick. The place is safe and nice and a even a family of deer live on this little island, which is actually much larger than it appears from your kayak. The island has a rise that even amounts to hills. Who knew or could tell from the water? Best of all is the elevated walkway which protects this natural space and keeps you from getting lost or muddy. Best to avoid kayaking up Little River while birds and water foul are nesting, typically until the end of May. This fall will be beautiful at Rosevelt Park so don't forget to return when the leaves turn. Recommended

Andie Franco: Talk about a hidden gem! I’ve been living in the DC area for so long and never knew that this place existed until recently. I would recommend that when visiting bring comfortable shoes because he will be walking for a while. Definitely a place to check out if you’re in the neighborhood they have some cool spots to take pictures of the monument.

Krupa Shah: Great running trails on Mount Vernon from the Theodore Roosevelt’s island parking. Beautiful views of the water, monument, and Lincoln memorial!

AJ Eschle: Great little spot outdoors with free parking, easy walking paths and bathrooms!

Itay Yanay: Amazing hiking, very close to DC with great views of georgtown

Jacob K: An easy and convenient place to get rid of city hassle and busy life. Park and walk in to the wood also there is nice walk by the water, Kinds of trees, you will learn some history too. Please click the Like icon if it is helpful

Nathan Lapin: Was excited to finally see this memorial. Easy toGet to and was cool to see!

marilyn shannon: Nice quiet get away in the woods! Wish the water had been going! Fun to watch rowers on the river !

DUANE NEAL: Hours are pretty constrictive, they're closed on Sundays too. SPECIAL COVID HOURS and they didn't bother covering the old hours...just placed a smaller sign underneath (see photo). Located in what feels like an alleyway but that helps in some ways because there isn't competing traffic.

Zin Thin: No one was there for us to retrieve our key at 0750. The hours stated 0700. We tried to call the numbers, but no one picked up. This is ridiculous. Please dont park there!!

Adrian Buga: Bad experience..the garage was supposed to open at 8 am on Saturday..but at 08 50 no one was there.Called the number displayed on the door and no answer, no voice mail and a blunt good bye..the same happened when I called the number on the website..lousy service.I wonder if the guys compensate customers for being super late at the airport.I doubt..

Bob B: Went to the Fresenius Dialysis center here while travelling. The staff was friendly, the intake was quick, and my tech was very competent. I'm not always an easy stick but she had no problem. I was generally very pleased.

Elizabeth Mertz: We pulled in and immediately received attitude from the lot attendant, who demanded our keys and was just altogether an unpleasant person. As we rolled in, we decided we didn't care for the narrow passage or the fact that we had to give our key to a random person (even though it wasn't valet, which was strange) and so we turned around and came right back up. Even though we had literally been inside for less than two minutes and stopped to tell him that we changed our mind, he started yelling and ran over to the car to demand that we pay 13$ because he printed out a ticket. We asked for a supervisor's number to confirm and he gave us a fake number, one that hung up on us angrily when we called it. DON'T GO TO THIS LOT.

Nicholas Swoboda: We were told to park and that we wouldn’t be refunded despite having about 1/4” clearance at the beginning. The stalls are small and at weird angles, there isn’t enough room for 2 way traffic despite 1 way in and 1 way out, and despite being told we could pick up our car before 9 am, the garage was locked at 7:30 and the posted number that was supposed to be for opening the garage told us that they couldn’t do anything. And the parking attendants move the cars around, despite never asking you permission to drive your vehicle or posting this policy anywhere. If you do end up parking here, make sure to take picture of your vehicle all over, numerous cars has scratches that looked suspiciously like they were new

Mike Snyder: Very accommodating. Online booking is a game-changer. But get in early if you want a spot! They can get full!

John Cardinale: Great spot near the circle. Staff was not the most friendly, spots are super tight, very steep garage.

TOMBÉE DU CIEL TV: This is the best among all the navigator in the world, no confusion while in use, unless you wrongly tape your destination.

Pablo Gonzalez: Good place to park your car, take the subway and tour DC. Fair price.

Lily Du: Staff was nice

Lakin Engman: Just like the other reviews mention, do not use SpotHero to reserve your parking here. I ended up paying $55.85 in parking due to the fact this garage didn’t recognize SpotHero’s QR code. I was presented with a $15 charge (already paid $14.85 to SpotHero prior) when attempting to exit the garage. I paid the $15 and the garage door and arm didn’t open. I scanned it again and was presented with an additional $26 fee. Paid this fee and was finally able to leave. The parking attendant left his shift early so the only person who could help us enter the garage at 11:50pm was the kind man who was working at the Safeway parking garage across the street. I do not recommend parking here for The Anthem concerts.

Dan Soukup: Don't use SpotHero to reserve parking here as they don't have scanners that can read the SpotHero QR code and no attendant at the entrance or exit. So you end up having to pull a ticket and pay using the garage's ticketing system. The garage itself was fine. Plenty of parking, well-lit and felt safe/secure. About a 10-15 minute walk to the Wharf/The Anthem, which is why we parked there. My other complaint is that the garage closes at midnight (why does an automated garage need to close?). Our show didn't end until 11:55pm, so we had to leave early and miss the last few songs. Other reviews have horror stories about getting stranded overnight if you don't get your car out by midnight.

Patrick Correa: The rudest parking attendant I have ever met. He yelled at me for being slow to pick up my car even though he failed to mention there are two separate P2 parking areas. In addition the SpotHero app doesn’t work and I have to repeat myself 5 times for him to get the right ID number. Also it’s stupid to close at midnight when it essentially acts as overflow parking for the Wharf. Also on weekends that ramp is steep and I tripped walking down it - that should be marked as some kind of hazard.

Alice W. Lee: After seeing the show at Arena Stage, we discovered that the station had no way for us to get out without exact change (cash) because everything there was broken. The attendant directed us to the "attendant station" which he knew was unattended, because he was the one who needed to charge our credit card. Cars had to back up out of line, since no sign was given that the gate was unable to take the parking tickets. After we paid, the attendant STILL questioned us several times at the gate if we had paid their fare, even though we showed him the charge receipt that he had given us 5 minutes ago. It took more than half an hour of wandering around that stupid garage before we could get out. Horrible incompetence and service.

Lisa Polinori: I give ZERO stars to this place. Parked New Year's Eve to work on the Odyssey boat. Saw PUBLIC PARKING sign & no other obvious sign indicating it closed after 11:30pm. Went to retrieve car & unable to gain access to garage. Called the ph. # (which indicated I would be charged $50 if after 2am) and was told I would have to wait until 7am. Thank goodness CVS open 24 hrs. Another couple from boat had reserved their space until 2am so Happy New Year to us!

Zoe Read: The attendant was extremely unkind and yelled at me when I did not understand what he had said and could not find the exit. The parking garage itself was okay, but if you have to interact with the parking attendant because you prepaid, I would not suggest going here.

John Ryan: $15 for less than 1 hour parking. No prices posted anywhere in the garage so we had no idea we were being robbed until it was too late.

Tori S: Will never park here again, the attendant yelled at me to re-read my parking reservation # from SpotHero. Extremely rude and unnecessary to yell at a woman like this.

Cheryl Payne: Did not know area at all so finding this parking garage even with GPS not easy. Had to go around and ask person for help

Lisa Rose: Attendant was rude and screamed at us when his machine broke down.

Katie Baumer: The parking attendant screamed at me while not wearing a mask because I ... didn't see her when she was sitting INSIDE HER CAR and then was livid I went in, thinking there were automated gates at the bottom. Rude, avoid at all costs. Also overpriced.

Erin Lasher: Said 24/7 but garage was locked and no one was staffing it.
