East Potomac Tennis Center: what do users think?

Hubert Shang: Plenty of great hard and clay courts at a beautiful location, but as others have stated—awful service. It’s almost like they don’t want you to use their courts. It’s almost impossible to reach someone on the phone to make reservations. They either need an online booking system or someone consistently at the front desk to field reservation requests.

Chanpen Tee: Clay courts are ok but there are many cracks on hard courts. The staff is nice and helpful. A lot of parking spots

Mikel Ortiz Fernández: Worst service you can expect. No response to emails at all, unjustified extra charges. I recommend that you find somewhere else to play/take tennis classes.

Nick Pallotta: We hired Charles to coordinate our event. He was awesome and worked really hard. Spent a lot of time with people helping them improve their game.

Nicole Stroner: This set of indoor courts is among the dirtiest I’ve ever played on. So much grit on the floor makes the ball bounce slowly, and suspends time for shot. More like a clay court than hard court. If you want hard court, would not play here again.

Saeed Dornajafi: My brother and I have been taking beginner classes here, and regularly rent courts to practice. We’ve been very happy with our coach, Yared, and have enjoyed the facilities and the location. The staff is very nice. Vernon at the front desk is always very helpful.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Is excellent place for indoor tennis lots of parking available.

Ross Farley: Courts are good but the service is really terrible. The staff make you feel as if they’re doing you a favor getting you a court - which you pay for. They also left us waiting at the counter into the hour while they meandered about chatting to people.

Christian Karasiewicz: They have clay and hard courts. The courts aren't well maintained and it can be difficulty to reach staff to make an appointment or find out about weather conditions and court closings. Parking is also limited as bikers tend to think they can park in the lot specifically reserved for the tennis courts because it's convenient for them.

David Halliday: Great for what it is. Don't expect 5-star service, but the courts are pretty good and the prices are generally good. The clay courts feel overpriced. Indoor is a good value.

Washington Kastles Tennis: what do users think?

Anna James: Kastles are fun to watch, it's not the same as professional tennis, since the world team tennis style is a bit funky, but the matches are enjoyable and the crowd can really get into the games. The stars on the Kastles are great and it's fun to watch some of the pros enjoy a less competitive game. I'm excited to see the new venue at GWU this summer.

Jim Young: One of the sporting gems in DC. The Washington Kastles are fun to watch and the Stadium at The Wharf is ideal location for watching some great tennis while taking in some of the waterfront views. The World Team Tennis format is lots of fun for fans of all ages to enjoy and really get into the action. Also highly recommend their Charity Classic event mixing tennis and local celebrities. For an ideal place to eat and enjoy a drink while on the grounds, recommend the umbrella tables on the backside of the stadium overlooking the water and boats with the monuments in the background. In addition to the ATP and WTA tennis stars on court, you never know who you might see at a Stadium. For the opener this season, First lady Michelle Obama and Washington Redskins Hall of Fame running back John Riggins were in the stands, along with Billie Jean King, tennis legend and the founder of WTT. The Washington Kastles set a pro sports team record winning 34 straight matches, plus won win the WTT Championship and the King Trophy three times in a row.

binh ta: Fun event... :)

Fitzgerald Tennis Center: what do users think?

Zia: The Citi Open is when this place comes to life! Other than that it stays pretty empty year round. For tennis lovers the courts are well maintained. I would love to see it used more than just once a year.

Anna Johnson (TropicAna): Visited the park for City Open 2017. Awesome experience. The only, parking for regular guests was very unorganized. We drove all the way from Hampton, VA and then we need to go find parking and take a bus to the tournament. But the park is awesome, courts are great. Good experience

J.Brytni B: Such a nice place. I had no idea they offered so much. Including a gym, gift shop, and plenty of vendors.

Davell501: Great courts but need lights for most of the courts and stadium NEEPS an update

Mukaram Syed: Nice setup and friendly staff.

Karl Van Neste: I enjoyed the tennis. They have improved the venue over the years and with Nadal, they are getting better talent. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Be ready to eat food that was processed hours earlier and shipped from one area to another. And, be prepared to spend top dollar on it. $14 for a large beer. $16 for chicken nuggets and cold hard fries. The weather can also be hot, so be sure to wear sun tan lotion. The web site is only partially accurate; its links are average (some pointing to the previous year) and it isn't updated in a timely manner. Lastly, they don't do a good job showing scores on other courts. They used to do a better job of this.

Stephanie Turner: No place to sit down! There are no benches around the venue to rest. No doubt you are meant to go in one of the food place where you're pressured to buy something. Also, not much in the merch tent. Miss the Citi Open of old!

Victoria Hübenthal: 🎾 awesome place to exercise your tennis energy!!

Brandon Wiebusch: The courts at Fitzgerald Tennis Center are great. The clay courts are a lot of fun and the hard courts are nice as well. If you are interested in training Charles is the guy to see. My tennis game has improved tremendously since I started working with him. 5 Stars!!!

Michael Burton: Very poor front desk management. I tried several times to call the front desk to cancel a lesson well in advance because I knew you had to cancel at least 24 hours in advance in order to get a credit for a makeup lesson. Sadly, I couldn't reach anyone until the day of the lesson because no one ever answered the phone in the days prior. When I finally reached someone I was denied a credit because I canceled on the day of the lesson even after I explained I had no luck reaching anyone before the 24-hour cutoff after making several attempts. If you're gonna have a front desk, be there. If you're gonna have a phone, answer it.

Old Farm Swim & Paddle Tennis Club: what do users think?

Robert Follit: A great club for all seasons!FINS swim team is first rate and lots of fun for kids who want to develop for competitive swimming in high school and college. Many fond memories for our family over 30 years1

Douglas Stewart: We have been members of Old Farm Swim Club for many years and have always enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, friendly, social vibe and well-maintained pool. The summer swim team offers many wonderful opportunities for the kids to improve their swimming and make new friends.

Kevin Humphreys: We have been members for 10+ years. Super fun summer pool that also offers spring and fall swimming programs in the heated pool for adults and kids. The swim team has so many fun events for the kids, oh, and they also swim in practices and meets. I swim masters there and it is a great group of swimmers.

Mark Friedman: My family has been members here for many years, and it is still the best place for families to go in the summer. Great staff, fun and safe atmosphere. They do a lot of activities for all ages all summer long so always something going on. Plus Pickleball and Paddle Tennis courts!

elizabeth riel: The best place to spend summers. Family, friends and fun! Kids movie nights, adult parties, adult swim lanes, heated pool, pickle & paddle tennis, and a terrific swim team!

ED STAUNTON: Terrific Swim program for all ages, even Srs. I love the Pickle and Paddle facilities also. They have great leagues also, very competitive.

Colby R. Humphreys: Love the swim team and all the fun events. GOOF!

Joyce Coco: Was an unusually quiet day at the pool which was great as we had a small family get together there and we all had a good time. The kids and the adults.

Steve Spencer: Only outdoor heated pool around so that's a plus

Mark Bernstein: Great outdoor pool for the kids!

Rock Creek Tennis Stadium: what do users think?

Alexandra Ritchie: Was able to park on or near 14th St and walk a few blocks. Very clean space, friendly staff, well organized. Good views even in the cheaper seats!

Emilie K: Came for Citi Open finals with the hopes to see Nadal. Unfortunately he didn’t make it to the end of the tournament but it finals were great! Great stadium! If any out of towners are watching a game over the summer, don’t forget sunscreen and a hat!

Sheng L: We saw the men’s semis (Nishikori vs M. McDonald) and women’s final (Gauf vs Pegula) matches last night. There is is so little information anywhere about what to expect so I had to scour through reviews from Trip Advisor, Yelp, etc. from years past. Make sure to sign up for the Citi Open emails as it’ll tell you when gates open for your sessions and provide an estimated schedule on the day of your tickets. Go to Twitter for real time updates. Our tickets said 7 pm but the men’s match that evening actually started around 6:30 pm. We were lucky enough to get a parking space at a restaurant a block away that didn’t have a time limit/zone restrictions, etc. Beware that parking for all the nearby neighborhoods becomes restricted so you need a special permit to park. Parking Lot B, which is the lot that’s on the grounds is all grass, in case it’s raining on the day of your session. Getting through the ticket line and security was quick and easy. The bag checks were merely a formality and they don’t dig around in your bag at all. Your tickets say they must be printed but I saw plenty of people getting in with the one on their phones. If you have a Citi credit card, bring it with you. You get 10% off for all purchases using your Citi card, as well as access to the Citi lounge, which is air conditioned and has TVs showing the matches. Make sure you have your Citi card out as they’ll ask for it. Only one person in your group needs to show their Citi card. You’ll be given a blue wristband so you can re-enter as you please. Freebies in the Citi lounge are: radio earbud so you can listen to commentaries about the matches, all snacks, water, soda and Gatorade. The only thing you have to pay for in the Citi lounge is alcohol but you automatically get 10% off even if you don’t use a Citi card. There were two other large, covered tents that sold a little bit of food and alcohol. Lines can get long. My boyfriend paid $13 for a 24oz can of Miller Lite. On the opposite end (think it was called the Market Square) is a cafeteria where you can just grab food and pay. I got an Impossible burger, chicken sandwich and bottle of water for $40. My burger was cold and gross but my bf said his chicken sandwich was ok. Other food options in the cafeteria were pizzas, onion rings, chicken fingers/waffle fries combo and hotdogs. Also, there was an attendant in the ladies bathroom who took tips (European style). She wasn’t handing you soap, perfume, feminine products but she was keeping the bathroom clean. The women’s line was very long so just make sure to go during a match. No attendant in the men’s bathroom though. As for the actual matches, there really isn’t a bad seat. We could only get tickets for the very last row of the nosebleed seats and even those weren’t bad. Figuring out your row was a bit tricky as the rows lettering wasn’t very clear. We were in Section 10 and halfway through the men’s match when two new ticket holders showed up, the guys below us figured out they weren’t even in the right section. I will have to say it takes awhile to focus on the match as we could hear all the noises outside of the court but maybe that’s because we were up so high. Also, there was a doubles match going on in the other court and we could hear everything the announcer said. Most of the seats on the second level were bleachers but the section behind the camera man were fold up chairs and so we’re all the seats on the first level, box seats. Some people brought cushions and even though we were on the bleachers, we didn’t think cushions were necessary. The staff was very nice and it was very quick and easy to get to our seats. All in all, a decent experience.

Raland Brooks: It's a great way to spend time either watch and learn the game of tennis

Jonás Porcar Ferrer: Cozy stadium. Great to enjoy tennis at the Citi open, very close to the action. The lavatories need an urgent renovation

Tejas Dave: It was a life time opportunity to see Rafa Nadal at CitiOpen 2021.

Dean Pugh: This has been a great venue for hosting the Citi Open in prior years, but it needs some maintenance. Also, there is a need for more space for additional vendors and seating in the kiosk/food service areas.

Jennifer Fang: Went here for Citi Open. The event and everything inside was great - very friendly and helpful staff, good security, and clean facilities all over. We had a good time moseying around the stadium/courts, getting food and drinks, and hanging out with friends. It was a pretty chill atmosphere overall. The only issue we had was with parking. The parking lots filled up very quickly, there were huge lines just to get in, and there were no signs or notices that the lot was full until we got to the front of the line and spoke to the workers individually. We ended up having to go 15 min down the road to another building's parking lot, but the event staff did have shuttle buses arranged to take ppl to and from the event, which was nice since parking in DC is a nightmare. I just wish there was a way to notify ppl beforehand ("lot full" on the marquee, signs in the road, info on website, etc.). Any kind of forewarning would've drastically shortened the parking line, as it was only long bc the staff had to go speak to every car individually.

Eric Diaz: Great tennis venue. Bathrooms were not clean and very old but the rest of grounds were nice.

alex gordiyenko: parking situation is ridiculous! Got the tickets and couldn't even park anywhere within less than 15 mins away, even though were plenty of empty spaces on B just left, wasted $200. Fix your parking before selling tickets!

Chevy Chase Club: what do users think?

Rob Bamberger: I was attending a gala for a choral group named The Thirteen. It had been some time since I had visited the Club as a guest. It remains a lovely establishment. The food items provided to guests at the gala were wonderful and tastefully presented. Club personnel were unfailingly pleasant. The valet staff were especially friendly in their welcome and efficient in bringing the car to us at the end of the evening.

Bradley Harrison: One of a kind club. Chevy Chase is exquisitely maintained from head to toe and you would hardly believe it is only a few miles north of D.C craziness. You really get the sense of being at a very well respected and prestigious club upon arrival, and that feeling carries itself all thought the property from the beautifully maintained course to the lavish clubhouse and banquet hall.

Charleen Watson: Everything first rate, especially the gardens!Radios needed in rooms with serene classical music and better pictures on the walls.

Luther Akers jr: One of the best clubs around. Steeped in history! You just have to go there in person to see the beauty! Absolutely beautiful!

UnLed ZeppelinU: I was here for a U12 hockey game and it was fun to watch my son play hockey game outside. The place and facilities were clean, but the entrance/exit is tricky to navigate. The ice surface is decent for an outdoor rink but the snow builds up quickly, which slows the puck during passes and dump-ins. If you plan to play competitively on the ice, then prepare for friction on the puck, which will cause turnovers if you underestimate the drag. However, its a great experience for young players.

bob barczak: Very modest country club unlike Caves or Congressional

Pamila Gray: Lovely grounds and buildings, excellent facilities. Members and guests only.

Cody Tolmen: Absolutely love it here! Would come back in a heartbeat 😁

Quinn Hollomon: One of the best old-line clubs in Washington. Lots of great facilities and traditional ambience. A throw back in time.

Apple C: I’m looking for Charles Muir who used to work there as a Caddie. Any help could be appreciated!

McLean Racquet & Health Club: what do users think?

Mariam Tariq: Great Facilities, Food and Fun - Excellent for all family members We love it it here. Saltwater pool is wonderful. It’s much better on the body than traditional chlorine pools. The facilities are excellent. Rates are very reasonable. Lockers are clean with plenty of towels. It’s not super busy. Classes and camps for the kids are outstanding. Food is a huge bonus. They have an amazing onsite chef and varied menu. (Would love more extended hours so we can utilize the cafe more). I spoke to the owner who is present quite often to oversee operations. Very clear he takes tremendous pride in offering a quality experience with top staff, instructors and staff.

Faisal Khan: This is NOT a tennis club, it's a daycare center with kids swinging racquets and parents duped into thinking their child is learning tennis. This is not how tennis is taught. There's zero discipline and the management doesn't care as long as the money keeps rolling in. I know this because I taught here for one day before telling the director he can keep the job. If he tells you otherwise, I'm happy to show you the message I sent him. I made recommendations and he said we do things differently here. I'm posting this to warn innocent parents and kids who come to this club in a hope to learn this beautiful sport of tennis. I taught 16 kids in a two hour period and not a single kid knew how to even hold the right grip for serving. And these kids were taking weekly lessons for months. I'm sure this place has a nice pool and massage therapists but tennis is a joke at this place. Please go to any tennis club but here to learn tennis.

Imane Sou: My 5 y o loves tennis so much I made sure that I don’t choose for him what he want to do but with coach Casey and Kristina he quickly made his decision that is his favorite sport .. thank you for everything coaches ..

Chen Miller: I had driven past this fitness club several times in the past, and I had the opportunity today to go and check it out. I wanted to see what it was all about, and when I arrived there were not that many people at all inside. I was greeted by Nancy, and she offered to show me around the club. We started in the gym of which there are two levels. The upper level is concentrated in cardiovascular type of excersizes and I counted at least 9 treadmills as well as, several other machines. We then walked downstairs to where the pool and saunas were located. There was a class going in at the time, but it definitely appeared that the pool is big enough for me.interestingly, she told me that this is the only pool that has actual salt water, as opposed to fresh water. This is beneficial for the skin I believe. The lower part of the gym has the more traditional work-out machines, although I didn't see any free weights. The place also has a full service restaurant that members must participate in on a monthly basis. The restaurant has most everything, including much needed water and energy drinks. Nancy was kind enough to provide me with a guest pass, and I will be sure to use this soon to get some work in for !y body!

Chanpen Tee: This club is really nice. They always keep it clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities.

X.Y. L: Have been a long time member of this club since it is hard to find a health club in the McLean area. The service has gone down greatly (especially since COVID) and cut corners everywhere. It relies more and more on public classes to bring in revenue, however together with a lot of traffic of non-members. But its members are getting less in value for their overpriced membership. Young (part-time) guys and the janitor workers who staff the front desk, gym, and swimming pool are mostly friendly, although many of them are inexperienced (and overworked). The management is getting worse and rude to the members (except for those grandfather ones knowing the owner). A little sad but we are seriously considering cancelling our membership.

thomas braden: We joined here recently to have an outlet during COVID lockdowns - what a blessing it’s been. The club is quite large and now, quite empty. They have everything you would imagine from Aerobics to Zumba; to include spin, yoga & Pilates classes; and cardio machines, weights and everything else. Also a lap pool. The entire place, but especially the locker rooms are nice and clean! The air conditioned tennis courts are always in use, and yet, I’ve never heard anyone complain that they couldn’t get a court. Squash is also avail and quite popular. Lastly, they have a small bar and dining area... I thought, who joins a gym to go eat and drink? Well that was until I was running late and grabbed a salad there - WOW! Really tasty Greek salad w grilled salmon - an absolute surprise hit! If you’re looking for positive people and and outlet for your some pent up COVID energy, stop in and give Mclean Health and Racquet a try! They are very reasonable and don’t require any contracts or annual dues.

John Holland: WORST tennis program in the country. My son didn’t learn a thing after 4 months of weekly lessons.

Oktavian Afteni: My favorite place for the pool, sauna, tennis in this area! They have activity for kids as well

Don N: 2 1/2 is most accurate but sadly it is not an option on google. After 15 years I have a lot of advice for people seeking to join... 4.5 stars for tennis, squash, allowing middle schoolers and high school students to use equipment, and location for those in Langley/McLean and MRHC is great for the elderly and those interested in classes designed for octogenarians +. Those under 60 feel very very young and have no programming. 1.5 to 2 stars for food, price, and staff esp the groups that congregate at the front desk in 2's and 4's while spray bottles run empty and equipment wipe down go undone. The value isn't there at MRHC unless you play racquets sports, haver a student athlete, or are intimidated by young athletes and rigorous exercise. I will not be prepaying for a year in December 2021, and further expect to end membership early next year once I am back in the office full time - every health club in the greater DC area is cheaper per month so I will have a few months to pick between Equinox and others. But if management wants to bring value in line with costs there are 2 approaches 1. reduce staff, end food service, and reduce price OR 2. keep price premium and have staff working (cleaning, fixing, cooking) instead of jawboning at the front desk and include food hours on weekends and before in the morning or in the evening M-F (most working people are busy working late morning to late afternoon ).

University Club: what do users think?

Nabou Fall: What a club! Delicious food, friendly atmosphere, i loved the mouthwash in the bathroom, the possibilities are unlimited. Only open to members though.

Douglas Bonner: Wonderful historic private club founded by President Taft in the heart of Washington DC, 3 blocks north of the White House. Athletic facilities, meeting rooms and fine dining. Love using the indoor pool.

Danny Donovan: Great spot that I have stayed multiple times. I am not part of the club and a member would have to book a room for a guest. All rooms I have stayed in are great. There is or at least was an older section of rooms (Possibly renovated by now) that were still very nice but just a bit older. I have attended private parties in the library, an absolutely fabulous room! I have also used the gym which was nice as well. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants as well as the White House and surrounding monuments.

John L. Berghout: Great atmosphere and ambiance. Always a treat to dine here.

Meaghan Hogan: Exceptional customer service and hospitality at this private club. I had the pleasure of being a provisional member this summer, and, though I did not elect to continue my membership, I enjoyed my experience. Service was given with a smile, and staff were professional. Food was excellent and drinks were poured correctly (and strong!). Lots of ways to get involved at this club, no matter where your interests lie.

Linda Chang: Beautiful place, food & drinks are great. I enjoyed myself.

Joachim Schlange: Top place to stay in DC, great location. However, it seems that one needs a member to book a room. Excellent service, good kitchen, in particular the breakfast! Go to the roof with a drink and enjoy the view!

RevDr John Trigilio: Taft Dining Room is THE place to bring someone for that special dinner or just to be with good friends. There is a formal and a casual dining rooms. Both have 5 star food. Chocolate soufflé is best in entire USA. One of the few places left with dress code and silent cell phone policy. How civilized

John Bunderson: I must admit I did not know what to expect when arriving as a 3 night guest to the University Club. There were dress and mobile device dress codes provided before arrival that had me worried about my apparel when landing at the airport, but once checked into the hotel found everything to be a pleasant experience. I was greeted by the doorman who took my bags emptying my hands allowing me to check in quickly. He escorted me to my room where I found everything in order in my 2 queen corner room. I found the view of 16th Avenue active and pleasant to watch during my entire stay. There was never a noise issue except the refrigerator, which was easily unplugged for the night. There was even a sizable thunder storm, but that didn't even bother me during my nights rest. I frequented the formal dining area (jackets are required here) and found the wait staff expertly trained and prepared. Tuesday nights are always buffet night(a round $50/per) and the food is excellent...save room for dessert I recommend the strawberry rhubarb ala mode. On the second floor there is a pub and informal dining room, with equally good service and food. There is a business center, spa, weight room, exercise center, locker room, sauna, steam room, and more at this exclusive club. A very nice member took time to exhibit the facility and shared tips for enjoying the treasure in DC. As an added interesting note, the 2 statues in front (1 donkey & 1 Elephant) are switched based on the current party in the Whitehouse. Thank you for an amazing visit to your club.

Malik Siraj Akbar: An excellent social club, with several great facilities, including beautiful, large and luxurious dining halls, a gym and a squash hall. They offer accommodations to their members with a reasonable price at a central location. It is a great club for people who move to Washington D.C. newly and are looking to expand their professional and personal networks by wanting to meet new people. They have a diverse membership which means people from different backgrounds and professions are members of the club.

Belle Haven Country Club: what do users think?

Michelle Jafari: Nice facility, there for an event. Parking is available but can be a little distance from the door. Event room is nice with ample light and doors/ windows to the exterior. Food and service was ok

Rod Hobbs: Every year my car club has had their annual event at Belle Haven Country Club to start off our regional activities. And every year we have had it, the meal has been excellent. The staff from the valet parking at the front door and the coat check to the unobtrusive servers in the back have always done a fabulous job. The meal was a buffet brunch that served everything from salads to biscuits and bacon with an omelet station and finished up with some out of this world desserts. Every year we all look forward to coming back.

Lorena Malone: They forbade me from drinking wine in my flip flops while swinging a golf club. Otherwise I highly recommend.

Kipp burgoyne: Great food. Beautiful facilities.

Lee Dunn: Beautiful facilities with kind and gracious staff. Food is very good and can be tailored to your needs. The menu labels gluten free options well. The pool area is family friendly and the various events and programs here are well run. Excellent staff and management.

Benjamin Jarvis: Can you say enough how great this club is- I don't think so. Beautiful greens, thoughtfully placed cups and the service is top notch. All the servers, waiters and waitresses. Locker rooms are clean and spacious. Art work is decadent. Top rated club on the east coast. The wind on the ninth hole is wicked. Must be the cross-wind or that crazy dogleg left.

Wendell Hicks: Great for outings. The course is always in outstanding shape. The greens started out pretty fast and then the staff watered them. The staff is really helpful. Not sure what a membership costs...I'm sure whatever it is, I can't afford it but to play it once a year is fun.

Vicky and Snickers Anderson: Attended iNOVA award dinner and dance here at BHCC. The ambience was lovely. Service impeccable the food was good too. The large table sat 9 of us comfortably. The entire room was full of team members and their spouses.

Lee Dunn: Always a great experience at a wonderful property with an amazing staff that cares deeply about the club and its members. Wonderful spot for an event or wedding.

RoseyValentine: Worked on a wedding there as a coordinator and I must say the main house is gorgeous and the staff are all wonderful and hard workers. Fantastic place to host an event.

L'Hirondelle Club of Ruxton: what do users think?

R B: I am a Sous Chef at the club. Chef has taken care of all his staff and members.Takin club food to the next level!

t clautice: We had a wedding here in 2019. At first we were a little skeptical because they seemed a little too chill when discussing details. It was our first wedding but their 1,000th. They had everything under control and the night went perfectly. Thanks to Mike and the staff for a job well done. This place is also one of the cheaper wedding reception venues in the area and I'm not sure why because you get the whole place to yourself for as long as you want. Plus there's a bowling alley at your wedding.

Jane Brown: The club facilities are very nice, however the people who are members are horrendous. They are some of the most entitled people I have ever known and the way they speak to their employees (some of which are underage high school students) is condescending and downright rude. The parents have no control over their children, so most of the kids run wild, especially at the pool. Not everyone who goes there is like this, it’s true, but a big majority are. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

Sarah Nichols: The Guppy Grab is inhumane. Throwing fish in a chlorine pool just to burn their gills and they likely all die soon after. For nothing. And if you say anything negative or poorly rate them on Facebook, they block you from the page. Way to falsify good ratings

Bob Considine: Been visiting once a year for 15 years. Amazing place, staff and membership. If I were local I would definately want to join

Richard Epps, Jr.: Careful if you make a delivery here with a tractor trailer. Usually no turn around. Don't go in with anything above a straight truck if you can help it.

Conor Bell: Was AMAZING Loved It Loved It Sooooo MUCH!

Carter Mason: Place is always top notch. Had the Korean BBQ pork chop tonight and it was amazing. Service was perfect.

David Sugarman: Fantastic place !! Definitely recommend lessons by Claude England who is amazing !!

Jesse Cantrill: A lovely spot. Excellent service provided to guests at a reception. But it's as difficult to find as it is to pronounce.

Picket Post Swim & Rackets Club: what do users think?

Daniel: It’s a ok pool. It’s very small but in a nice area. Upper Merions pool is nicer on my opinion. I had a swim meet there and it was a little crowded, there is little light in the pool when dark.
Response: Hi Daniel, We've made significant improvements, including tons of new lighting! Hope you get a chance to check us out again :)

David Finkel: Not open as of yet, but there are paved trails around it in the woods in the back of the corporate buildings and along one of the trails there are trees that are over 300 years old.

Dave Brown: I love the picket post. Our family has the best time at the pool. It is an old school family atmosphere. None of this shi shi foo foo nonsense you find at lifetime Fitness or whatever that place is called. Great swim team, bbq and night swim.

Travis Smallwood: Pool seems abandoned. Pools filled with muddy water. Seems really odd

Rodney Stewart: Fantastic club. Friendly members, heaps of programming options for tennis, paddle, pickleball and the pool. Value for money is a no brainer.

Michael Owens: Went there to play tennis. The courts are in great shape.

Liz f: Love the pool! Its our summer home!

Eric V Orange: Great platform tennis club. Also known as paddle.

Dori Cohen: So enjoy the pool , and is very near.

WHITNEY DEVERS: I LOVE this place

Derek Miller: Great tennis facility courts are clean they don’t leak they have supplies there sting racquets the people there are awesome

Connie Korb: Great place to play tennis. Nice facility. Thought they only accepted cash, but the response to my unedited review explained that they accept credit cards with the exception to travel league matches (USTA and Buxmont). The prompt and polite response from the club owner is a great example of the club. First class.
Response: Dear Ms. Korb, Thank you for your very nice review of our facility; I'm glad you enjoyed your experience playing here. I just wanted to clarify our payment policy. We do accept Visa/Mastercard, check or cash for all services except the travel leagues (Buxmont and USTA). For Buxmont and USTA we accept cash or check. Again thank you for taking the time to review us; we hope you'll join us again in the near future. Sincerely, Donna Agnello-DeLucia/Vice-President/Owner/Bucks County Racquet Club, Inc.

Mary Camp: The staff is great! I have Shana as an instructor and I look forward to my session every week! Learning so much and having a blast with my drills group. Shana has a great personality & has a ton of patience as she knows I'm not the easiest student to teach:) The staff is super friendly!
Response: Thanks Mary for this wonderful review. We're so happy you are enjoying your lessons with Shana; she's one of our faves too!

John Jahoda: Have been playing here since the mid 90s and without a doubt the top overall tennis club in Lower Bucks !! Indoor & Outdoor courts, Friendly Staff, Clean Locker rooms & Lounge with many social events. Well worth every penny!

Neil Liebman: Great place to play tennis!!!

Guy Dippolito: Great staff and facilities - ESL Tutor Guy gives 5 Stars!

Marybeth Storjohann: Great club for tennis! Great staff, comfortable lounge and welcoming atmosphere

John Mazzocca: Nice atmosphere and very safe and professional and staff very helpful

Frog Hollow Racquet Club: what do users think?

A. Seker: Beautifully maintained facilities! My son and I finished our first tennis lesson tonight. Our coach was extremely patient with us as we ran numerous drills. We'll definitely be continuing lessons.

Jodi Matriccino: Summer camp at Frog Hollow is always a fun and worthwhile experience for both of my children! The coaching staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are able to challenge the students, while still maintaining a fun and playful environment. Coaches are able to meet the needs of every player, from beginner to tournament level, students are placed in the appropriate group with similar skill levels. I am always amazed at how much my children's tennis improves from the start of camp to the end! Not only are my kids better tennis players, they have also made so many great friends at camp that they continue to see throughout the year at clinics and match play. They look forward to hanging out together at camp all year! I highly recommend Frog Hollow for a great camp experience!
Response: Thank you so much for the 5-star review Jodi! We are thrilled to hear that you and your family are having such a great experience at Frog Hollow. We alway appreciate hearing that not only are players improving their game but are having a great time doing it!

Janet Stine: Don't waste your funds here, terrible instruction/ lack of positive direction, minimal pool of players for clinics and match play, my son was paired with kids who could not return his serves but I was paying $450 for the clinic??? , my daughter 7 was paired with kids way above her level to point she would give up and sit down on the court in frustration YIKES!!! .we moved to Legacy OMG place is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend Legacy, instructions care, positive feedback, and serious al the while my kids LOVE it :)
Response: Thank you so much for the 5 star review Janet! We love having your kids with us in camp and throughout the year! So glad everyone is enjoying tennis at Frog Hollow!

Mari Samadashvili: Friendly and very helpful staff. Everyone I have encountered, pros and players were awesome. Definitely sticking around ☺️

danielle slater: The entire staff is friendly. The clinics are enjoyable and well structured. Great programs for both adults and kids. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!!
Response: Thank you so much for your kind words and 5-star review! We are so happy you’re enjoying the club!

Jerry Murphy: Great management/owners. Very personable and absolutely great environment with added safety precautions since covid. I feel absolutely safe and comfortable being at their facility. A++++
Response: Thank you so much Jerry! We are so glad you are enjoying the club and feel safe with us!

Mariano maldonado: Our son has had an awesome experience. Such a friendly, fun atmosphere! Staff are very helpful! Good trainers, and fun activities for all ages!
Response: Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are so happy that your son is having a great experience and is loving tennis at Frog Hollow!

Justin Xu: As of 2018 they have the worst tennis camp ever! Most Players at camp are not experienced enough to be in the level they've chosen. Literally got worse and worse each day of the week at their summer camp. Many coaches that were coaching there last year have left.
Response: I’m so sorry that you did not have a positive experience at summer camp. We’d love the opportunity to speak with you directly, both to hear your feedback, and to make sure you are in the right level camp for your playing experience. Please email us directly at info@frogtennis.com or call to speak to our camp director at (610) 584-5502. We hope to hear from you soon.

William Singleton: Nice courts. Great staff. Locker rooms are dated and could use facelift.
Response: Hi William, thank you for the review! We appreciate your feedback and look foreword to seeing you on the courts soon!

Jaya Shrivastava: Poor camp experience, only a couple coaches seemed to care, rest is just fun and games, so if your interested in learning tennis this is not the place to start
Response: Hi Jaya, I’m so sorry you didn’t have a good experience at tennis camp with us! Summer camp is intended to be a good mix of tactics, technique and game situations that are put into play through play and fun game based drills. I believe you have already spoken with our director of tennis, but we would be happy to speak with you further. We want all of our customer experiences to be the best!

Ocean Pines Racquet Center: what do users think?

Tiffany Cole: This is a really great park. We only use the playground... There is no shade covering any of the play equipment so anything that is painted green gets really hot in the sun including the green slides. There is a small gazebo to sit under in the center of the park to eat though.
Response: We're so glad you've enjoy our playground, Tiffany. Thanks for sharing your feedback and your review!

Park Lakes Tennis & Paddle Club: what do users think?

Cindy Tippner: Wonderful atmosphere in the woods, friendly folks....loved it.

Jodie Bennett: Wonderful community tennis club - it’s one of my favorite places to play Pickleball when the weather is nice. The only negative thing I’ve noticed - is the last time we played there, this guy was smoking a cigar on the back porch and we could smell it strongly on the furthest racquetball court. It was super distracting (doesn’t help that cigars STINK) but also, I was surprised that such a nice club would allow smoking anywhere - especially near the courts. I imagine tennis and racquet clubs to be health focused, so allowing smoking of any kind (as it can potentially directly impact & distract players actively in play) just doesn’t seem to align with that value. Also, I wish they’d add lights to the parking lot Pickleball court - it’d be nice to make evening play possible when the racquet courts are full!

Michael Lyon: This is a great place to learn paddle tennis - 3 courts! - and play rotate-in scrambles without having to find a foursome. Friendly people, and a new clubhouse to rest, have coffee, or make a snack while you're waiting to rotate back in.

Jaclin Drake: Great. Like this place.

Charles Smith: Thery professional. Thanks. Super.

Russell Pomeroy: Many wonderful memories beginning around 1964.

Martin Fergusson: Very friendly members with great facilities in a beautiful setting

Congressional Country Club: what do users think?

Eric Lee: Well. I couldn't play there but the condition was spectacular. Just wished one day I would be able to play there.

Mantas Kubilinskas: Such a fantastic place for weddings! As a wedding photographer, I was blown away by how beautiful Congressional Country Club is! If you are planning to get married, this place is highly recommended!

Anthony Alatis: Excellent service, history in the halls, really magical, tough course, good caddies

Lisa Ann: My mother is a member of this beautiful country Club. I'm impressed every time I go there with her to dine and enjoy the facilities.

Jennifer Kling: Beautiful golf course in clubhouse. You think you are in a park-like setting and in some areas it does not even reflect a golf course. Great place to come to watch a PGA tournament.

Jeremy Baker: Absolutely stunning. Great course, phenomenal staff. Can't wait for the new Blue to open next spring.

Devin Drake: Amazing venue for a wedding. I had such a wonderful time watching the game and relaxing in our suite before the wedding. The staff was great and the food was incredible.

Pattrick Mcmahon: Great golf course. Really enjoyed it.

Casey Johnson: Love the view and service from the balcony at the founders pub. Always a nice place for a long chat with an old friend. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area who knows a member

Chris Granville: Super duper fancy schmancy. But not enough paper towels. A lot of wet hands touching that door handle that night. I still have nightmares about it... damp... So unbelievably damp...

Roxbury Swim & Tennis Club: what do users think?

Jay Rabinowitz: My family and I have been members for a couple years and we love it here. People are super nice and the staff goes out of its way to keep the club clean and safe. Programs are staffed well and my kids love spending time there. It’s like a vacation.

Olivia AJBdD: Each time I go there it feels like a vacation even if I live in the area. The pool is large and salt water. The baby pool is so adorable with fountains and very easy to get into with a slope. The staff is super kind and welcoming. This place is super family friendly. We used to be members at the italian center but switched to Roxbury so our baby could stay by the pool, which isn’t allowed at the italian center. The italian center pool is cooler and with much more chlorine and smaller; the Roxbury pool is better as far as I am concerned. It doesn’t have a slide, but it has a high diving board. I am so impressed by how well the kids swim there in general and how caring the coaches seem. There is such a positive relaxed atmosphere.

James Bowser: To me the place/pool has special significant. I helped build a winning springboard diving&swim culture with Rick Lewis in the seventies which continued until he left a couple seasons ago. Still, the team coaches and member get to show case their talent at home when they host FCSL Championships. The pool is one of the best pools in the county. Congrats to divers, swimmer& coaches for their third place county Championship finishes.

Fred DeCaro III: I'm afraid to say too much great stuff about this Club for fear it will be overrun. The pool is wonderful. Tennis staff is super-friendly. Grounds and pavilion and playground always in top condition.

JP “Fhixer” Spezzano: Very nice club to join. There is a very large pool. There is also Joey B's snack bar, the food is out of this world! They also have free WiFi any place you are at the club.

Dylan Kirsch: It's a great place in the summer!!

Manfred Harriman: Had a great time here.
