East Potomac Tennis Center: what do users think?
Hubert Shang
Hubert Shang: Plenty of great hard and clay courts at a beautiful location, but as others have stated—awful service. It’s almost like they don’t want you to use their courts. It’s almost impossible to reach someone on the phone to make reservations. They either need an online booking system or someone consistently at the front desk to field reservation requests.
Chanpen Tee
Chanpen Tee: Clay courts are ok but there are many cracks on hard courts. The staff is nice and helpful. A lot of parking spots
Mikel Ortiz Fernández
Mikel Ortiz Fernández: Worst service you can expect. No response to emails at all, unjustified extra charges. I recommend that you find somewhere else to play/take tennis classes.
Nick Pallotta
Nick Pallotta: We hired Charles to coordinate our event. He was awesome and worked really hard. Spent a lot of time with people helping them improve their game.
Nicole Stroner
Nicole Stroner: This set of indoor courts is among the dirtiest I’ve ever played on. So much grit on the floor makes the ball bounce slowly, and suspends time for shot. More like a clay court than hard court. If you want hard court, would not play here again.
Saeed Dornajafi
Saeed Dornajafi: My brother and I have been taking beginner classes here, and regularly rent courts to practice. We’ve been very happy with our coach, Yared, and have enjoyed the facilities and the location. The staff is very nice. Vernon at the front desk is always very helpful.
Chaturbhuj bhojwani
Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Is excellent place for indoor tennis lots of parking available.
Ross Farley
Ross Farley: Courts are good but the service is really terrible. The staff make you feel as if they’re doing you a favor getting you a court - which you pay for. They also left us waiting at the counter into the hour while they meandered about chatting to people.

Washington Kastles Tennis: what do users think?
Jim Young
Jim Young: One of the sporting gems in DC. The Washington Kastles are fun to watch and the Stadium at The Wharf is ideal location for watching some great tennis while taking in some of the waterfront views. The World Team Tennis format is lots of fun for fans of all ages to enjoy and really get into the action. Also highly recommend their Charity Classic event mixing tennis and local celebrities. For an ideal place to eat and enjoy a drink while on the grounds, recommend the umbrella tables on the backside of the stadium overlooking the water and boats with the monuments in the background. In addition to the ATP and WTA tennis stars on court, you never know who you might see at a Stadium. For the opener this season, First lady Michelle Obama and Washington Redskins Hall of Fame running back John Riggins were in the stands, along with Billie Jean King, tennis legend and the founder of WTT. The Washington Kastles set a pro sports team record winning 34 straight matches, plus won win the WTT Championship and the King Trophy three times in a row.

Zia
Zia: The Citi Open is when this place comes to life! Other than that it stays pretty empty year round. For tennis lovers the courts are well maintained. I would love to see it used more than just once a year.
Anna Johnson (TropicAna)
Anna Johnson (TropicAna): Visited the park for City Open 2017. Awesome experience. The only, parking for regular guests was very unorganized. We drove all the way from Hampton, VA and then we need to go find parking and take a bus to the tournament. But the park is awesome, courts are great. Good experience
J.Brytni B
J.Brytni B: Such a nice place. I had no idea they offered so much. Including a gym, gift shop, and plenty of vendors.
Davell501
Davell501: Great courts but need lights for most of the courts and stadium NEEPS an update
Mukaram Syed
Mukaram Syed: Nice setup and friendly staff.
Victoria Hübenthal
Victoria Hübenthal: 🎾 awesome place to exercise your tennis energy!!
Brandon Wiebusch
Brandon Wiebusch: The courts at Fitzgerald Tennis Center are great. The clay courts are a lot of fun and the hard courts are nice as well. If you are interested in training Charles is the guy to see. My tennis game has improved tremendously since I started working with him. 5 Stars!!!

Alexandra Ritchie
Alexandra Ritchie: Was able to park on or near 14th St and walk a few blocks. Very clean space, friendly staff, well organized. Good views even in the cheaper seats!
Emilie K
Emilie K: Came for Citi Open finals with the hopes to see Nadal. Unfortunately he didn’t make it to the end of the tournament but it finals were great! Great stadium! If any out of towners are watching a game over the summer, don’t forget sunscreen and a hat!
Sheng L
Sheng L: We saw the men’s semis (Nishikori vs M. McDonald) and women’s final (Gauf vs Pegula) matches last night. There is is so little information anywhere about what to expect so I had to scour through reviews from Trip Advisor, Yelp, etc. from years past. Make sure to sign up for the Citi Open emails as it’ll tell you when gates open for your sessions and provide an estimated schedule on the day of your tickets. Go to Twitter for real time updates. Our tickets said 7 pm but the men’s match that evening actually started around 6:30 pm. We were lucky enough to get a parking space at a restaurant a block away that didn’t have a time limit/zone restrictions, etc. Beware that parking for all the nearby neighborhoods becomes restricted so you need a special permit to park. Parking Lot B, which is the lot that’s on the grounds is all grass, in case it’s raining on the day of your session. Getting through the ticket line and security was quick and easy. The bag checks were merely a formality and they don’t dig around in your bag at all. Your tickets say they must be printed but I saw plenty of people getting in with the one on their phones. If you have a Citi credit card, bring it with you. You get 10% off for all purchases using your Citi card, as well as access to the Citi lounge, which is air conditioned and has TVs showing the matches. Make sure you have your Citi card out as they’ll ask for it. Only one person in your group needs to show their Citi card. You’ll be given a blue wristband so you can re-enter as you please. Freebies in the Citi lounge are: radio earbud so you can listen to commentaries about the matches, all snacks, water, soda and Gatorade. The only thing you have to pay for in the Citi lounge is alcohol but you automatically get 10% off even if you don’t use a Citi card. There were two other large, covered tents that sold a little bit of food and alcohol. Lines can get long. My boyfriend paid $13 for a 24oz can of Miller Lite. On the opposite end (think it was called the Market Square) is a cafeteria where you can just grab food and pay. I got an Impossible burger, chicken sandwich and bottle of water for $40. My burger was cold and gross but my bf said his chicken sandwich was ok. Other food options in the cafeteria were pizzas, onion rings, chicken fingers/waffle fries combo and hotdogs. Also, there was an attendant in the ladies bathroom who took tips (European style). She wasn’t handing you soap, perfume, feminine products but she was keeping the bathroom clean. The women’s line was very long so just make sure to go during a match. No attendant in the men’s bathroom though. As for the actual matches, there really isn’t a bad seat. We could only get tickets for the very last row of the nosebleed seats and even those weren’t bad. Figuring out your row was a bit tricky as the rows lettering wasn’t very clear. We were in Section 10 and halfway through the men’s match when two new ticket holders showed up, the guys below us figured out they weren’t even in the right section. I will have to say it takes awhile to focus on the match as we could hear all the noises outside of the court but maybe that’s because we were up so high. Also, there was a doubles match going on in the other court and we could hear everything the announcer said. Most of the seats on the second level were bleachers but the section behind the camera man were fold up chairs and so we’re all the seats on the first level, box seats. Some people brought cushions and even though we were on the bleachers, we didn’t think cushions were necessary. The staff was very nice and it was very quick and easy to get to our seats. All in all, a decent experience.
Jonás Porcar Ferrer
Jonás Porcar Ferrer: Cozy stadium. Great to enjoy tennis at the Citi open, very close to the action. The lavatories need an urgent renovation
Tejas Dave
Tejas Dave: It was a life time opportunity to see Rafa Nadal at CitiOpen 2021.
Dean Pugh
Dean Pugh: This has been a great venue for hosting the Citi Open in prior years, but it needs some maintenance. Also, there is a need for more space for additional vendors and seating in the kiosk/food service areas.
Eric Diaz
Eric Diaz: Great tennis venue. Bathrooms were not clean and very old but the rest of grounds were nice.

Chevy Chase Club: what do users think?
Rob Bamberger
Rob Bamberger: I was attending a gala for a choral group named The Thirteen. It had been some time since I had visited the Club as a guest. It remains a lovely establishment. The food items provided to guests at the gala were wonderful and tastefully presented. Club personnel were unfailingly pleasant. The valet staff were especially friendly in their welcome and efficient in bringing the car to us at the end of the evening.
Bradley Harrison
Bradley Harrison: One of a kind club. Chevy Chase is exquisitely maintained from head to toe and you would hardly believe it is only a few miles north of D.C craziness. You really get the sense of being at a very well respected and prestigious club upon arrival, and that feeling carries itself all thought the property from the beautifully maintained course to the lavish clubhouse and banquet hall.
Charleen Watson
Charleen Watson: Everything first rate, especially the gardens!Radios needed in rooms with serene classical music and better pictures on the walls.
Luther Akers jr
Luther Akers jr: One of the best clubs around. Steeped in history! You just have to go there in person to see the beauty! Absolutely beautiful!
UnLed ZeppelinU
UnLed ZeppelinU: I was here for a U12 hockey game and it was fun to watch my son play hockey game outside. The place and facilities were clean, but the entrance/exit is tricky to navigate. The ice surface is decent for an outdoor rink but the snow builds up quickly, which slows the puck during passes and dump-ins. If you plan to play competitively on the ice, then prepare for friction on the puck, which will cause turnovers if you underestimate the drag. However, its a great experience for young players.
bob barczak
bob barczak: Very modest country club unlike Caves or Congressional
Pamila Gray
Pamila Gray: Lovely grounds and buildings, excellent facilities. Members and guests only.
Cody Tolmen
Cody Tolmen: Absolutely love it here! Would come back in a heartbeat 😁
Quinn Hollomon
Quinn Hollomon: One of the best old-line clubs in Washington. Lots of great facilities and traditional ambience. A throw back in time.

Mariam Tariq
Mariam Tariq: Great Facilities, Food and Fun - Excellent for all family members We love it it here. Saltwater pool is wonderful. It’s much better on the body than traditional chlorine pools. The facilities are excellent. Rates are very reasonable. Lockers are clean with plenty of towels. It’s not super busy. Classes and camps for the kids are outstanding. Food is a huge bonus. They have an amazing onsite chef and varied menu. (Would love more extended hours so we can utilize the cafe more). I spoke to the owner who is present quite often to oversee operations. Very clear he takes tremendous pride in offering a quality experience with top staff, instructors and staff.
Imane Sou
Imane Sou: My 5 y o loves tennis so much I made sure that I don’t choose for him what he want to do but with coach Casey and Kristina he quickly made his decision that is his favorite sport .. thank you for everything coaches ..
Chanpen Tee
Chanpen Tee: This club is really nice. They always keep it clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities.
X.Y. L
X.Y. L: Have been a long time member of this club since it is hard to find a health club in the McLean area. The service has gone down greatly (especially since COVID) and cut corners everywhere. It relies more and more on public classes to bring in revenue, however together with a lot of traffic of non-members. But its members are getting less in value for their overpriced membership. Young (part-time) guys and the janitor workers who staff the front desk, gym, and swimming pool are mostly friendly, although many of them are inexperienced (and overworked). The management is getting worse and rude to the members (except for those grandfather ones knowing the owner). A little sad but we are seriously considering cancelling our membership.
thomas braden
thomas braden: We joined here recently to have an outlet during COVID lockdowns - what a blessing it’s been. The club is quite large and now, quite empty. They have everything you would imagine from Aerobics to Zumba; to include spin, yoga & Pilates classes; and cardio machines, weights and everything else. Also a lap pool. The entire place, but especially the locker rooms are nice and clean! The air conditioned tennis courts are always in use, and yet, I’ve never heard anyone complain that they couldn’t get a court. Squash is also avail and quite popular. Lastly, they have a small bar and dining area... I thought, who joins a gym to go eat and drink? Well that was until I was running late and grabbed a salad there - WOW! Really tasty Greek salad w grilled salmon - an absolute surprise hit! If you’re looking for positive people and and outlet for your some pent up COVID energy, stop in and give Mclean Health and Racquet a try! They are very reasonable and don’t require any contracts or annual dues.
John Holland
John Holland: WORST tennis program in the country. My son didn’t learn a thing after 4 months of weekly lessons.
Oktavian Afteni
Oktavian Afteni: My favorite place for the pool, sauna, tennis in this area! They have activity for kids as well

Douglas Bonner
Douglas Bonner: Wonderful historic private club founded by President Taft in the heart of Washington DC, 3 blocks north of the White House. Athletic facilities, meeting rooms and fine dining. Love using the indoor pool.
Danny Donovan
Danny Donovan: Great spot that I have stayed multiple times. I am not part of the club and a member would have to book a room for a guest. All rooms I have stayed in are great. There is or at least was an older section of rooms (Possibly renovated by now) that were still very nice but just a bit older. I have attended private parties in the library, an absolutely fabulous room! I have also used the gym which was nice as well. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants as well as the White House and surrounding monuments.
John L. Berghout
John L. Berghout: Great atmosphere and ambiance. Always a treat to dine here.
Meaghan Hogan
Meaghan Hogan: Exceptional customer service and hospitality at this private club. I had the pleasure of being a provisional member this summer, and, though I did not elect to continue my membership, I enjoyed my experience. Service was given with a smile, and staff were professional. Food was excellent and drinks were poured correctly (and strong!). Lots of ways to get involved at this club, no matter where your interests lie.
Linda Chang
Linda Chang: Beautiful place, food & drinks are great. I enjoyed myself.
Joachim Schlange
Joachim Schlange: Top place to stay in DC, great location. However, it seems that one needs a member to book a room. Excellent service, good kitchen, in particular the breakfast! Go to the roof with a drink and enjoy the view!
RevDr John Trigilio
RevDr John Trigilio: Taft Dining Room is THE place to bring someone for that special dinner or just to be with good friends. There is a formal and a casual dining rooms. Both have 5 star food. Chocolate soufflé is best in entire USA. One of the few places left with dress code and silent cell phone policy. How civilized
Malik Siraj Akbar
Malik Siraj Akbar: An excellent social club, with several great facilities, including beautiful, large and luxurious dining halls, a gym and a squash hall. They offer accommodations to their members with a reasonable price at a central location. It is a great club for people who move to Washington D.C. newly and are looking to expand their professional and personal networks by wanting to meet new people. They have a diverse membership which means people from different backgrounds and professions are members of the club.

Michelle Jafari
Michelle Jafari: Nice facility, there for an event. Parking is available but can be a little distance from the door. Event room is nice with ample light and doors/ windows to the exterior. Food and service was ok
Rod Hobbs
Rod Hobbs: Every year my car club has had their annual event at Belle Haven Country Club to start off our regional activities. And every year we have had it, the meal has been excellent. The staff from the valet parking at the front door and the coat check to the unobtrusive servers in the back have always done a fabulous job. The meal was a buffet brunch that served everything from salads to biscuits and bacon with an omelet station and finished up with some out of this world desserts. Every year we all look forward to coming back.

R B
R B: I am a Sous Chef at the club. Chef has taken care of all his staff and members.Takin club food to the next level!
Jane Brown
Jane Brown: The club facilities are very nice, however the people who are members are horrendous. They are some of the most entitled people I have ever known and the way they speak to their employees (some of which are underage high school students) is condescending and downright rude. The parents have no control over their children, so most of the kids run wild, especially at the pool. Not everyone who goes there is like this, it’s true, but a big majority are. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.
Sarah Nichols
Sarah Nichols: The Guppy Grab is inhumane. Throwing fish in a chlorine pool just to burn their gills and they likely all die soon after. For nothing. And if you say anything negative or poorly rate them on Facebook, they block you from the page. Way to falsify good ratings
Bob Considine
Bob Considine: Been visiting once a year for 15 years. Amazing place, staff and membership. If I were local I would definately want to join

Daniel
Daniel: It’s a ok pool. It’s very small but in a nice area. Upper Merions pool is nicer on my opinion. I had a swim meet there and it was a little crowded, there is little light in the pool when dark.
Response: Hi Daniel, We've made significant improvements, including tons of new lighting! Hope you get a chance to check us out again :)
David Finkel
David Finkel: Not open as of yet, but there are paved trails around it in the woods in the back of the corporate buildings and along one of the trails there are trees that are over 300 years old.
Dave Brown
Dave Brown: I love the picket post. Our family has the best time at the pool. It is an old school family atmosphere. None of this shi shi foo foo nonsense you find at lifetime Fitness or whatever that place is called. Great swim team, bbq and night swim.
Travis Smallwood
Travis Smallwood: Pool seems abandoned. Pools filled with muddy water. Seems really odd
Rodney Stewart
Rodney Stewart: Fantastic club. Friendly members, heaps of programming options for tennis, paddle, pickleball and the pool. Value for money is a no brainer.

Connie Korb
Connie Korb: Great place to play tennis. Nice facility. Thought they only accepted cash, but the response to my unedited review explained that they accept credit cards with the exception to travel league matches (USTA and Buxmont). The prompt and polite response from the club owner is a great example of the club. First class.
Response: Dear Ms. Korb, Thank you for your very nice review of our facility; I'm glad you enjoyed your experience playing here. I just wanted to clarify our payment policy. We do accept Visa/Mastercard, check or cash for all services except the travel leagues (Buxmont and USTA). For Buxmont and USTA we accept cash or check. Again thank you for taking the time to review us; we hope you'll join us again in the near future. Sincerely, Donna Agnello-DeLucia/Vice-President/Owner/Bucks County Racquet Club, Inc.

Ocean Pines Racquet Center: what do users think?
Tiffany Cole
Tiffany Cole: This is a really great park. We only use the playground... There is no shade covering any of the play equipment so anything that is painted green gets really hot in the sun including the green slides. There is a small gazebo to sit under in the center of the park to eat though.
Response: We're so glad you've enjoy our playground, Tiffany. Thanks for sharing your feedback and your review!

Park Lakes Tennis & Paddle Club: what do users think?
Cindy Tippner
Cindy Tippner: Wonderful atmosphere in the woods, friendly folks....loved it.
Jodie Bennett
Jodie Bennett: Wonderful community tennis club - it’s one of my favorite places to play Pickleball when the weather is nice. The only negative thing I’ve noticed - is the last time we played there, this guy was smoking a cigar on the back porch and we could smell it strongly on the furthest racquetball court. It was super distracting (doesn’t help that cigars STINK) but also, I was surprised that such a nice club would allow smoking anywhere - especially near the courts. I imagine tennis and racquet clubs to be health focused, so allowing smoking of any kind (as it can potentially directly impact & distract players actively in play) just doesn’t seem to align with that value. Also, I wish they’d add lights to the parking lot Pickleball court - it’d be nice to make evening play possible when the racquet courts are full!
Jaclin Drake
Jaclin Drake: Great. Like this place.
Charles Smith
Charles Smith: Thery professional. Thanks. Super.
Russell Pomeroy
Russell Pomeroy: Many wonderful memories beginning around 1964.

Mantas Kubilinskas
Mantas Kubilinskas: Such a fantastic place for weddings! As a wedding photographer, I was blown away by how beautiful Congressional Country Club is! If you are planning to get married, this place is highly recommended!
Anthony Alatis
Anthony Alatis: Excellent service, history in the halls, really magical, tough course, good caddies
Jennifer Kling
Jennifer Kling: Beautiful golf course in clubhouse. You think you are in a park-like setting and in some areas it does not even reflect a golf course. Great place to come to watch a PGA tournament.
Devin Drake
Devin Drake: Amazing venue for a wedding. I had such a wonderful time watching the game and relaxing in our suite before the wedding. The staff was great and the food was incredible.
Pattrick Mcmahon
Pattrick Mcmahon: Great golf course. Really enjoyed it.
Casey Johnson
Casey Johnson: Love the view and service from the balcony at the founders pub. Always a nice place for a long chat with an old friend. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area who knows a member
Chris Granville
Chris Granville: Super duper fancy schmancy. But not enough paper towels. A lot of wet hands touching that door handle that night. I still have nightmares about it... damp... So unbelievably damp...

Roxbury Swim & Tennis Club: what do users think?
Jay Rabinowitz
Jay Rabinowitz: My family and I have been members for a couple years and we love it here. People are super nice and the staff goes out of its way to keep the club clean and safe. Programs are staffed well and my kids love spending time there. It’s like a vacation.
Olivia AJBdD
Olivia AJBdD: Each time I go there it feels like a vacation even if I live in the area. The pool is large and salt water. The baby pool is so adorable with fountains and very easy to get into with a slope. The staff is super kind and welcoming. This place is super family friendly. We used to be members at the italian center but switched to Roxbury so our baby could stay by the pool, which isn’t allowed at the italian center. The italian center pool is cooler and with much more chlorine and smaller; the Roxbury pool is better as far as I am concerned. It doesn’t have a slide, but it has a high diving board. I am so impressed by how well the kids swim there in general and how caring the coaches seem. There is such a positive relaxed atmosphere.
James Bowser
James Bowser: To me the place/pool has special significant. I helped build a winning springboard diving&swim culture with Rick Lewis in the seventies which continued until he left a couple seasons ago. Still, the team coaches and member get to show case their talent at home when they host FCSL Championships. The pool is one of the best pools in the county. Congrats to divers, swimmer& coaches for their third place county Championship finishes.
Manfred Harriman
Manfred Harriman: Had a great time here.
Nelson Idarraga
Nelson Idarraga: (Translated by Google) Excellent outdoor sports field !!! 😎👍 (Original) ¡¡¡ Excelente campo deportivo al aire libre !!! 😎👍
