art barrientes: 1st time writing a review ever. Honestly never felt the need to do one before until today. But I smashed my phone and shattered the screen. Googled some shops in the area and stumbled across this place. Called and Mohammad said he could fix it in 15 mins. It took me longer to drive there than it did for him to fix my phone. He was upfront about prices and gave me several options that best suited my financial situation. Hope to never need another fix but if I do it will be there.
Merika Coleman: I am visiting DC for a conference and the State of the Union Address. I broke my screen during the conference. Mohammed came to my hotel to fix the screen and saved the day!! He was pleasant and worked really fast to get my phone back up and running!!

Haley Hughen: The staff here is fantastic. They do a free diagnostic and then will let you know the cost of repair. Candice was very knowledgeable and kind. They saved my laptop after I spilled water on it, I dropped it off on a Monday evening and it was ready Thursday morning for pickup. Will be back if I need any other repairs!

Madison Brumbaugh: I had an amazing experience with uBreakiFix, and particularly with Candice! Candice was super communicative and friendly throughout the process, always keeping me informed about what was going on. My laptop had been sitting around collecting dust for about a year, giving me the “blue screen of death” and an error message. I had tried to fix it myself but to no avail. Not sure how, but I guess once Candice was able to get past the blue screen and run the diagnostics on my laptop, it was all in working order. And I walked away without paying anything. ZERO DOLLARS. I will be recommending uBreakiFix to everyone I know! The easy scheduling, awesome staff, and free diagnostics will keep me coming back for sure!
Qiwei Wang: Just got my MacBook Pro back and had to write this review to thank the people here(they saved my life)! Dropped it on floor which resulted an impaired LCD and brought it to Ubreakifix, I assume it would take at least a week to get it fixed but it only took three days(dropped on Monday, Wednesday the parts that needed for repair arrived, and now I have it back on the same day). Faster and more satisfied than I expect with a fair price, and people there were really nice. Thank so much!
Djinni Field: I brought in a year old Nintendo switch that had suddenly stopped working. The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to determine the issue and get back to me quickly with the problem and cost of repair. Ultimately decided not to repair because the cost was more than half the price of a new switch, but would have felt confident using their service.
Rachel Neild: Candice is great. I had some slightly frustrating communication with another member of staff. But my camera was fixed in the two hour window promised and the hairline crack on my screen did not degenerate.

Derek Thomas: I had a really positive experience. And I thought just putting the five stars was enough. After reading other reviews that have been posted about this business I now feel it necessary to add words to my review. I feel compassion for a business like this one, that is in downtown Washington DC, that has had to endure all the trials and tribulations of the past 2 years. I must say the person working was excellent. They didn’t have everything that I needed but that’s not their fault as supply chains are strained. The work that they did was professional. And I will continue to use them and recommend them. I think they are a good company and like so many companies are having to go through growing pains during what has been an unprecedented two years. I will return time and time again to zagg and trust them for all my screen protection services.
Cheryl C: Highly recommend Zagg’s protective shield for cell phone. Protected my phone’s screen ( i dropped it) and the replacement process could not have been easier. So refreshing to find a company that understands the value in customer satisfaction as well as ease of use of its product. And Ramon couldn’t have been nicer. Replaced my screen shield in a few minutes and I was on my way.

Emilina Blumberh: I’ve been coming to this Zagg for many accident prone years of my life. They are always extremely helpful, friendly, and timely. Most recently, I broke one of the lenses for my fancy iPhone camera. Ramon had it fixed in 35 minutes and recommended a lense shield that makes me feel way more secure for my butterfingers moving forward. I highly recommend them!

Sam D'Amico: 06/24/2022-I highly recommend the G Street Zagg store in Washington, DC. After dropping my phone again, the protective screen I purchased from the G Street Zagg store cracked. The Zagg screen cracked, but my phone screen was left intact, and while this speaks volumes about the Zagg protective screens as an excellent product, the customer service provided by Ramon when visiting the store to make use of the lifetime warranty that comes with the product was exemplary. Thank you, Ramon.

Sarah Dingus: The Apple store told me my iphone was completely dead and that in order to get my photos (which I had not backed up) I would have to pay $200-$300 to a data recovery place. I sent it to Microsoldering.com instead and they were able to replace the charging port and revive my phone so that I could get my photos and data off and for a very fair rate. I am so thankful!
