USA Cabinet Store Fairfax: what do users think?

Farisa Dastvar: We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with the USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax, particularly Hamit, who I highly recommend! We were performing a full home reno project prior to moving into our new home, with a lot of different moving parts, and needed custom vanities built for four of our bathrooms (including our Master). We were on a time crunch and Hamit steered us in the right direction and even went out of his way to make sure the installation of our quartz by one of USA Cabinets' partnering companies (also just amazing to work with) was expedited once the cabinets were installed by our contractors. When there was a mixup with the pickup of our cabinets (at no fault of USA Cabinets, but rather our contractors), Hamit was diligent, professional and patient. When we had to reconfigure a vanity design due to our contractors not measuring the space correctly, Hamit went out of his way to secure the extra piece we needed expeditiously in order to make the new configuration work and delivered it to our home personally!!! We HIGHLY recommend working with the USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax and Hamit!!! AMAZING customer service! Service: Custom cabinet design & installation
Response: Hi Farina Dastvar! We are truly committed to going over a mile just to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We are very delighted to know that you had a wonderful experience with USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax. We couldn't be happier to help you realize your dream bathroom renovation. Have a wonderful time and if you need us for another home remodeling, just give us a call.

jeehan ghaffar: We remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and were looking for quality , beautiful and affordable cabinets. Selman from USA Cabinet helped us in selecting the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity as well as designing the kitchen. Selman is professional and knowledgable. He was able to accommodate my timeframe despite the COVID19 delivery challenges. The cabinets arrived on time. We had a great experience and the cabinets are elegant and functional.
Response: Jeehan, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a Google review for our USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax. We are proud of the work we provide and are happy to hear you were pleased. We appreciate your business and kind words!

Mike DiMaina: I felt like I needed a bit more TLC for my kitchen design than I was getting from Home Depot or Lowes. It's A LOT more complicated than you think to get all the details correct, trust me. I decided to head over to USA Cabinet store in Fairfax because they have the best reviews on Google. I met Anna that day and she was simply fantastic from start to finish. She really took personal interest in my project and tired to save me money at every place she could. She went above and beyond with helping me figure out sink sizing problems and appliance issues, all that had nothing to do with their cabinet sale. Sean the manager was equally responsive and great to work with. FYI- unless you have someone who really knows what they are doing, I would suggest you have USA Cabinet install the cabinets. It's WAY more complicated than you think and the small details of the finishing touches of trim, under skirts, etc.. are what is going to make your kitchen reno look the best. Picture attached at 96% done. Still need some painting and final touches on this modern look. Five stars! Thank you, Anna and Sean.
Response: Mike, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a Google review for our USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax. We are proud of the work we provide and are happy to hear you were pleased. We appreciate your business and kind words!

Erin Kurilla: We purchased our kitchen cabinets through USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax. We had a great experience working with David Kara & the installation team did an awesome job. We plan to use them for our bathroom remodel as well.
Response: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a Google review for our USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax. We are proud of the work we provide and are happy to hear you were pleased. We appreciate your business and kind words!

Sharon Thomas: We really appreciated the professional design guidance which USA Cabinets provided for our kitchen remodeling project. The cabinets are top-quality craftsmanship with so many designs, finishes, layouts and price ranges. The delivery was prompt and the customer service was impeccable. In particular, David and Sean were incredibly patient and helpful in developing our cabinet design and layout and also, when we had any issues that arose. We are glad that we chose USA Cabinet store to provide the cabinets and accessories for our kitchen remodeling project. Service: Remodeling
Response: Hi Sharon, Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear about your pleasant experience.

Teresa Schultz: I recently walked in and needed only 1 base cabinet for a bathroom. I was greeted and assisted by Selman, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. It didn't take long to pick one out after I described what I wanted. He ordered it and I had it within 3 weeks, which was much less time than most cabinet makers. I picked it up and he was busy with another customer so the manager walked us across the street to the warehouse to pick up. I would definitely order from them again Service: Custom cabinet design & installation
Response: Hello Teresa Schultz! USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax is more than grateful to help you get your desired cabinets on-time at the best price. Hope you enjoy your new cabinets and contact us for any requests.

roger rufe: We recently purchased a home that had been remodeled with USA Cabinets. We had concerns with a drawer and a door in the kitchen but had no information on a warranty or when and who installed the cabinets. We went to our local USA Cabinet Store and they were very helpful in determining that the Fairfax Virginia store had done the installation and put us in touch with the store manager, Sean Yilmaz. Sean immediately came to our home, personally repaired the drawer and ordered a new door. He later installed the new door as soon as he received it. We have rarely experienced the prompt, courteous service and attention to detail that we received from Sean. It was pleasure to work with someone with such superb customer service.
Response: Roger, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a Google review for our USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax. We are proud of the work we provide and are happy to hear you were pleased. We appreciate your business and kind words!

huong bach: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI'm very happy with my new kitchen from USA Cabinet Store Fairfax. It has been a great experience working with Selman and Sean. They are very professional and knowledgeable in helping me design and choose the right cabinets, and they are also responsive in the follow up work. I highly recommend this establishment.Service: Remodeling

SAHIN YILMAZ: From one very happy customer. '' USA Cabinet Store delivered exactly the kitchen that I wanted: modern yet timeless, simple yet well made and within budget and schedule. The whole renovation experience was excellent from start to finish. David, lead designer, took his time to explain the options to achieve the look I wanted and provided as much information as necessary. I very much appreciated David’s practical solutions and thoughtful guidance. After the design was finalized, Sean took over as project manager. He established clear lines of communication right at the beginning which was very comforting. Sean answered all my questions and followed through the entire process.Installer team are all efficient and professional. The team were respectful of the space, controlled the dust as much as they could, kept the area clean at the end of each day, and addressed the very minor issues that arose without delay nor hassle. Everything were nicely installed and properly aligned. Even the plumbing work under the kitchen sink was neatly done. I am very thankful for the great job!
Response: thank you so much for taking the time to leave a Google review for our USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax. We are proud of the work we provide and are happy to hear you were pleased. We appreciate your business and kind words!

Christina FG: I cannot say enough good things about David, Sean and the team at USA Cabinet Store. Working with David to design my kitchen was fun, educational and there were so many options that David was able to show me and incorporate into our kitchen to maximize our storage in our space. David is a great communicator and kept us informed of timelines. Installation was a breeze and I think the best part of USA Cabinet Store is they stand behind their cabinets and work. They have been so responsive when I have have called to have little adjustments done to our cabinets and counter and done the work in a very timely manner. I highly recommend USA Cabinet Store. I am in love with my kitchen. UPDATE on my first review. I had some issues with my kitchen and Sean and Emin went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my kitchen. They listened to my frustrations and took the steps to correct what was wrong in a timely manner. Their customer service is top notch!

Kitchen & Bath Studios: what do users think?

Joyce Cooper-Kahn: Kitchen and Bath Studios did a total renovation of our kitchen and then we hired them again to do 3 bathrooms. They did a fantastic job from ideas to execution. Our designer listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us to formulate our preferences into a plan. Our design goal for our outdated kitchen and dining room space was to open them up visually so that we could create a seamless space from indoors to outdoors. That is exactly what we have with floor to ceiling windows and organic materials that mirror the outdoors. Many people in my neighborhood have used Kitchen and Bath Studios, and all of them have beautiful designs that reflect each family's individual taste. Service: Remodeling

Steve Kirstein: As a principal at BOWA, a $35M high end renovations firm located in the metropolitan DC area, I've been working with Jerry Weed and Kitchen and Bath Studios for over 20 years. We've probably done over 100 kitchens with Jerry and his team. They do wonderful, creative work, both on time, and for a very fair price commensurate with the quality my clients demand. And they stand behind each kitchen they do! I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Melissa Sanabria: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessAs an interior designer, I have worked with Kitchen and Bath Studios on multiple projects and they continue to impress me with their professionalism and attention to detail. They offer a range of cabinet lines for different price points and their designers are helpful and detail oriented, which is why we go back to them again and again!

Arnold T Brooks: Our experience with Kitchen & Bath Studios was over the top and my wife and I couldn't be happier with our results. We built a custom Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Prairie style home and wanted a beautiful kitchen, bath and various cherry cabinetry touches throughout the entire house. We worked very closely with Nancy Kotarski to come up with a plan that met our needs. I'm an absolute perfectionist and Nancy patiently provided updated plans which we revised several times. We also had a very complex kitchen design with an integrated island that I thought would be impossible to design symmetrically. I was in tears when Nancy presented the final design--absolute perfection in terms of integrating the beautiful cherry cabinets, the stainless appliances and the granite island and counter tops. My wife and I have decided to take "staycasions" in the future because coming home each evening is like staying at a 5-star resort. If you want your house to be your castle and be a beautiful work of art, think Kitchen & Bath Studios.

Mike Lofgren: I have been a general contractor in the Washington DC metropolitan area for 32 years doing high end addition renovation projects. Kitchen and Bath Studios is the only kitchen design firm that I recommend to my clients. They have provided consistent high quality products, design and support that is second to none. Michael Lofgren, Lofgren Construction Company

Stuart Kitchens: what do users think?

AMSeline: When our master room shower had deteriorated to the point that water was leaking down through our kitchen ceiling, we knew it was time to thoroughly address the question of renovating the bathroom. We called Jenifer Bouchard of Stuart Kitchens and within hours, she visited our house and started sketching and measuring. We met with her a few times and discussed designs and features of the new bathroom. She made some inspired suggestions which resulted in not only giving us more room but also enlarging one of the master bedroom closets. Her overall design was a fantastic balance of our desires and the most current trends in bathroom design. Her knowledge and experience is deep and we felt that we were in good hands through the entire process. She patiently met with me a few times to discuss bathroom tiles and features, not stopping until she had found the ideal combination of colors and textures. She also directed us to fantastic vendors who helped us select furnishings to round out the project. Jenifer gave us an accurate timeline of when work was to be completed and was extremely good at communicating changes as they arose. The Stuart Kitchen contractors were precise and thorough, it was obvious to me that they weren't there to just quickly renovate, they really took their time, making sure everything was just right. I really appreciated that aspect of their work. When the bathroom was finished, and minor problems arose (such as a vanity mirror that was improperly manufactured), Jenifer was extremely responsive to addressing our concerns. After I contacted her, she came over the next day, removed the mirror, and got a new one re-installed within a few weeks. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of Jenifer's service, not only for her style and taste, but also her responsiveness and her thorough knowledge of planning the project and carrying out a realistic time schedule. The quality of the workmanship at Stuart was impressive and we are so happy that we chose Stuart Kitchens to renovate our bathroom.

Kathryn Gilbert: Love our finished kitchen. We had worked with Jennifer B. many years ago and thrilled she was still with Stuart Kitchens. Her knowledge and experience made our kitchen experience as easy as a kitchen remodel can be. Jennifer gave great insite during planning and set realistic expectations. We love our Rutt Regency cabinets and finished product! Nice showroom and people. Highly recommend Stuart Kitchens (go with Jennifer).

Anjum Qazi: Well equippef.

Bath Plus Kitchen: what do users think?

Katie Wilson: We had a great experience with Bath+Kitchen at our DC row house. Eric and team offered helpful suggestions and options to help us make decisions without being pushy. Communication was great the whole way through. The team that actually did the renovation was professional, courteous and worked fast. The final result was completely as expected and reflected the 3D renderings. Any small items that required follow up at the time that the renovation was done were addressed promptly. I can’t believe how much more space we have and our kitchen is so much more functional. Also, it looks beautiful! Would highly recommend. Thanks! Services: Remodeling , Cabinet installation , Kitchen countertop replacement , Kitchen design , Kitchen cabinet installation

Nicole Tidwell: I LOVED working with Bath Plus Kitchen on my kitchen remodel! Eric and his team are great to work - have excellent design ideas, very communicative and made the overall design and remodeling process very easy! Luis and his crew that handled the demo and install were also so great - very communicative, respectful of the space and patient with nosey dogs who wanted to see what they were up to each day! Would highly recommend as I could not be more pleased with how it all turned out! Services: Repair water fixtures , Remodeling , Tile work installation , Cabinet design , Drywall repair , Drywall installation , Paint indoors , Repair flooring
Response: Thanks for the review Nicole! It was great working for you.

Jill Burdick-Zupancic: We had a wonderful experience with Eric and the team at BPK. Eric reviewed pictures and measurements of our row home to see how we could make our kitchen space more functional while updating finishes. We quickly learned that we were limited with converting the space we had, but with Eric’s vision, we moved forward with moving the kitchen from a short wall to a long wall on the same floor, resulting in exactly what we wanted and a totally new look – open concept, large island, and functional cabinet space. Eric was patient and detail-oriented during the design process, making sure we went into demo knowing what to expect with the final result. Leading up to demo we decided to use BPK’s suggested construction crew; I’m so happy we did. Luis and his team were wonderful to work with. Everything was by the books (permits, no cutting corners, clear change orders) and while the project did last longer than planned, this was due to delays in appliances and materials and not due to an overfull construction schedule. This project was a significant undertaking, and I’m so thrilled with our space. I will absolutely hire Eric and team again when we are ready to start our next big project, and I’ve already recommended them to friends who have projects on their radars. Services: Custom cabinet design & installation , Remodeling , Cabinet installation , Tile work installation , Plumbing fixture installation , Cabinet design , Drywall repair , Drywall installation , Paint indoors
Response: Thanks Jill! It was a pleasure working with you and Ryan.

David Cooper: If you are looking to get your kitchen remodeled, Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel is the company to use! From the initial visit when we described what we had in mind, everyone at Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel was incredible. They took a significant amount of time to explain the process, work through the specifics of the design with us, and help us be comfortable with the investment we were making. Marissa was outstanding throughout the design process. Once we settled on the design, we worked with Eric to quickly get the contract signed and they started the work as scheduled. Eric made the contract process easy. The people that came in and did the work were professional and very competent. The workers always cleaned up the house each evening when they were finished for the day. The company also was very quick to come by and supervise the work being done. Any minor changes were quickly handled by the supervisor. When we asked them to change some outlets for us that were not specifically in the contract, they quickly agreed. We are completely satisfied with the work that Bath Plus did on our kitchen. We are looking forward to getting a couple half-baths remodeled in the future and we will only call Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel to do the work. If you have a remodeling job that you want completed professionally, in a timely manner, with great people coordinating and doing the work, then Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel is who you need to contact.

Khanh Truong: Bath + Kitchen recently helped remodel my whole condo and did an amazing job. They not only revamped the kitchen and the two bathrooms, but also did new flooring, new painting, and new lighting. As Eric and Yuviny were very reliable and responsive, it spared me from the stress and headaches which normally came with remodeling projects. Eric made good suggestions and recommendations and went out of his way to accommodate my requests. I am extremely pleased with my brand new condo. Kudos to Bath + Kitchen. Services: Custom cabinet design & installation , Remodeling , Tile work installation , Plumbing fixture installation , Cabinet design , Paint indoors , Install flooring
Response: Thanks Lac! It was a pleasure working with you on the project.

caitlin leach: We love our newly remodeled kitchen thanks to Bath + Kitchen! Highly highly recommend. Eric worked within our space-constraints to design a kitchen that maximized every inch and better utilized the space. His design stuck to our budget and yet the quality of the materials and craftsmanship was not compromised at all. Luis and his crew were incredibly professional, courteous, and clearly talented. They kept the jobsite clean so that we could live at home during the project. Their skill and attention to detail is clear in the finished project. They also ably fixed some serious issues created by a previous owner’s DIY reno. Amazingly, the crew even finished the job ahead of schedule. We could not be happier with our kitchen and recommend Bath + Kitchen without reservation. Services: Custom cabinet design & installation , Remodeling
Response: Thanks for the review Caitlin! It was a pleasure working with you and Paul.

Jen Brewer: I recommend Bath + Kitchen without any reservation for any bathroom remodeling project. My detailed assessment: Quality: Their work quality is top-notch. The team did an extremely professional job, down to each detail; they recommended material that balanced high quality with the price points I wanted to stay within. The tile-work was especially well-done: I had ordered hand-made tiles that were naturally a bit uneven and thus more difficult to place. Yet they did a fabulous job- it simply looks great. Timeliness: Their timeliness was impressive. While they had to start a week later than originally planned, that was only because one of the fixtures had not yet arrived, and it did not make sense to tear up my old bathroom on the original date planned, then have to wait another week for the part to arrive. I thought that was a considerate and smart decision, and it wasn't their fault that shipping was delayed. Once they got started, they finished ahead of schedule, even coming in some Saturdays to work the project. And they showed up exactly on time every single day-- arriving at exactly 9 am and departing at 6 pm. Very predictable and professional Guidance through Product Choice: This is where Eric Shipe, the design consultant, was particularly helpful! I went in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but Eric helped me visualize a few minor adjustments that made my vision even better, all while honoring and keeping to what I wanted to achieve (for me, opening the space up as much as possible and creating a "modern coastal" look). Value for the Money Spent: Worth every dollar. They are experts and you get what you pay for. Also, there are no hidden or additional costs; they are completely transparent in conversation and in the contract. Overall assessment: Bath + Kitchen was VERY easy to work with from start to finish. Not only would I use them again, but I plan to use them again to finish my basement and add a half-bath. Their reliability, honest-dealing, and quality of work cannot be matched. Great company! Services: Remodeling , Tile work installation , Plumbing fixture installation , Tile work replacement , Drywall installation , Paint indoors , Install flooring
Response: Thank you for the wonderful review. You made it easy on us. Our entire team enjoyed working for you. We love the look of your bathroom with the wall mounted vanity and nice pop of color with the shower wall tile. Thanks for your business and we look forward to serving you in the future.

Sophia Moshasha: I was worried about how stressful my kitchen renovation project would be but after years of consulting many different design build companies I decided to work with Bath Plus. Their team helped guide me through the process. They were very helpful with the design and selection phase. They even helped me select appliances and electrical fixtures which other companies said I’d have to handle on my own. I highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a competitive price on your kitchen remodel project but want to work professionals you take pride in what they do!
Response: Thank you Sophia!

Sara Hartanov: We had a fantastic experience with Bath Plus Kitchen, and have recommended them to several friends in the area. They transformed our galley kitchen in to the open concept kitchen of our dreams in a few short weeks. We are thrilled about the final result, but were also incredibly impressed with the ease of the entire process. Their crew was punctual, polite and very clean. Austin was fantastic to work with, understood our design vision and gave fantastic recommendations. The quality of work was superb. We'd strongly recommend them for any size project, and will be working with them again in future.
Response: Thanks for the great review! It was a pleasure working with you and Grant.

Emily Kroiss: I am very happy with the work that Bath Plus Kitchen did for my kitchen renovation. Our outdated kitchen was completely gutted, and the final result has changed the entire feel of our house. They were able to start the project immediately, which was very important to us, and stuck to their timeline. Eric worked with us diligently to provide advice on a number of topics and to promptly resolve any issues, and his team was hardworking and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking to complete a kitchen renovation.

California Closets - Washington DC: what do users think?

Gary Berman: This is the second time I have used CC for installation of closet systems. My first experience was stellar leading to using them again. My second experience was not. Not only was the design poor and inefficient, it cost me more money because more wood was needed than necessary. The installer was sloppy in the installation. CC rebuilt part of my closet system because they agreed on the poor design and poor quality installation - good for them. But their redesign did not entirely fix the problem. Still there is a section of the closet needing repair and the re-installer was not prepared to fix it on site, so now they have to come back for a third time causing us to remove everything from the closet again. My recommendation is to study the plans and ask more questions than I did. My designer, Colleen Cuff, was newer to CC and that should have been a red flag. Lastly, CC did not refund me the amount of money that was wasted in the original design which they estimate was about $370 out of $8,000. Service: Cabinet construction & installation
Response: Hi Gary, we are sorry to hear that your experience this time wasn't great. Please contact Steve Counihan at 703-573-9300 to discuss the situation. California Closets Washington DC

Elizabeth Nova: I have used California Closets in 3 houses and their work is exceptional and the quality outstanding. My designer was pleasant, efficient and did an amazing job designing a new pantry and 3 large closets. The installer was on time and did an incredible job putting it all together and cleaning up after. The materials are so strong and dyrable and very beautiful. Shelves are adjustable. Please express my deep appreciation to the designer and installer. CC is worth every penny and I highly recommend them. Services: Cabinetry & hardware design , Closet design , Kitchen design
Response: Elizabeth, we’re so pleased to hear that you love your new reach-in closet! We strive to ensure the most professional experience and guarantee the absolute highest quality materials. We’re so thankful for your business – and hope we can serve you again. Stephen Counihan, GM, California Closets Washington DC

CH: Over the years I had excellent experiences with California Closet. Although the company exchanged hands. But, nevertheless I had the installations of my closets in my two condos by their excellent Designers and Installers. In the past, I worked with Marsha, Designer, and Ralph the installer; and most recently with Colleen Cuff, Designer who I highly recommend for her professionalism, efficiency, experience and follow-up through the installation phase. The installer Mr. Dong was just superb, efficient, courteous, meticulous and the work was flawless. Definetely I would recommend their services. Services: Cabinetry & hardware design , Closet design , Cabinet construction & installation
Response: Thank you for the opportunity to create a custom-designed spaces in your home! We’re thrilled you’re so happy with your new custom closet! I’ll make sure to pass along your kind words to Colleen. We’re so thankful for your business – and hope we can serve you again. Stephen Counihan, GM, California Closets Washington DC

Wendy Patten: I used this company to install wall to wall bookshelves. I wanted something that we aesthetic but could really handle all my books. The designer did a great job meeting with us to review our needs and what we wanted. She kept flexible and submitted several options. We chose our favorite option. The installation was done in one day and done well. There was a need to come back for a small correction and they did a great job with that as well.
Response: Thank you for the opportunity to create a custom-designed space in your home! We hope you enjoy your new custom bookshelves. Our work doesn’t end until you’re completely satisfied. We sincerely appreciate your business. Stephen Counihan, GM, California Closets Washington DC

Carol Weiss: California Closets designed and installed a home office — wraparound desk with shelving, drawers, special inside cabinet for printer, etc. The designer did an excellent job translating my vision into a highly detailed concept drawing that fit some tricky dimensions including a window on one side of the desk. The designer provided options and guidance for materials and colors, and ensured the design was exactly what we wanted. Installation was meticulously carried out; the two techs were extremely professional and everything fit perfectly. They also thoroughly cleaned up poop afterwards. California Closets created a functional and high quality home office at a fraction of the cost that a custom design contractor would charge. We couldn’t be more pleased. Service: Custom furniture
Response: Thank you so much for your kind words, Carol. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. Cheers, California Closets - Washington DC

Jourdain Damas: Sara came to our home and was extremely helpful in advising us of the best colors and textures for the entertainment center in our movie room and shelves for my office. Measurements could not have been more precise, cabinets/shelves couldn't be more swank, and we couldn't be more happy. Furthermore, we were planning on hosting dinner for friends and family and we asked if they could promise the install prior to it, especially given global supply chain issues. They promised and delivered! 6 stars if you ask me. Service: Cabinet construction & installation
Response: Jourdain, we’re so pleased to hear that you love your new entertainment center and office! We pride ourselves in bringing luxury into our client’s homes. We’re so glad you got to work with Sara, as she is dedicated to excellence. We’re so thankful for your business – and hope we can serve you again. Stephen Counihan, GM, California Closets Washington DC

Kendra Bacchus: The design process with Reza was great. My needs were taken into consideration 99% of the time. I knew what I wanted prior to meeting which made the process smooth. Once I signed off on design and made a deposit I waited roughly 3 months….which was expected in the height of the pandemic. When the installers arrived- the process took an entire day( was expected) the installer Franklin worked efficiently and communicated well when an issue would arise. At the end of the build Franklin walked me through the builds (Main closet and Laundry room). I was very pleased with the work executed. Later on after the installers left- my husband noticed that we were not able to access the water or electrical in Laundry room if an emergency were to occur-I promptly notified my designer and he said it was missed during the install and was in the original design. I also realized I could use a few more shelves in my main closet so I was able to order additional. It took a few months for the shelves to come in as well as the update to the missed opening for the laundry room. The shelves were not the right size and the opening that was cut was vey shotty. The new installer was able to cut shelves on site ( not the best quality) and the hole that was cut in order for us to access the water for washing machine was a mess… the integrity of the unit was compromised and I was told I could lose an entire shelf of storage. So…..waited a few more months a supervisor inspected the unit in laundry room, was told that the entire side needed to be replaced. Fast forward to a few more months….Installer came in tried to repair hole by using drywall caulk and blue painters tape. Not happy and I was told that they will be ordering a new panel …..still waiting. I paid for all services 100% (1 year of waiting for correction). Although I was extremely pleased with the overall install- my experience has deteriorated with how the small mistake has turned into uncertainty of the quality of my laundry room build. My designer Rena was excellent and the initial installer Franklin did an impeccable job with both the main closet and laundry room, so sad that a small miss made such a huge impact on overall service. Service: Closet design
Response: Kendra, we truly appreciate your business and appreciate your detailed and honest feedback/review – and am embarrassed that we’ve not exceeded your expectations at every stage of your project. I will huddle with the team today, and we’ll reach out shortly with an update. Please accept my apologies and I thank you in advance for your patience. Stephen Counihan, GM, California Closets DC

Carol Warden: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ResponsivenessJeffrey Frank was very helpful in designing my master bedroom closet. It's a pleasure to walk in as it is light and airy. The center chest of drawers is very attractive. The carpenters were on time and professional. I am very pleased with the work.Services: Refurbishment, Cabinet construction & installation
Response: Hi Carol, we are glad to hear that Jeffrey was helpful in designing your primary bedroom closet! California Closets Washington DC

AJ Finkelstein: I wanted to turn a mudroom into a pantry by lining it with open shelves. before I moved into my "new" 100-year-old house. The CC rep seemed a little doubtful at first but she embraced the concept. We spent one very productive evening on design and the deed was done. It took many months to get installed, which was a bit annoying, but it went smoothly when it finally happened. And the pantry is excellent, Service: Cabinet construction & installation
Response: AJ, we’re so pleased to hear that you love your new pantry! We strive to ensure the most professional experience and pride ourselves in bringing luxury into our client’s homes. We sincerely appreciate your business. Stephen Counihan, GM, California Closets Washington DC

Neiletta Wright: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessI’ve had 3 closets done by California Closets and I’ve been satisfied everytime. My sales rep Jean-Paul was very professional and always available to answer any questions that I had. He also understood my vision and helped me create a closet that was best catered to my needs. Definitely recommend.
Response: Hi Neiletta, we are so glad to hear that as a repeat customer, you've had great experiences every time. Thank you for trusting us with your closets and organizational needs! California Closets Washington DC

Remodel USA: what do users think?

Jessica Puhek: I hired Remodel USA to remodel my kitchen in December 2019. I was so excited about my new kitchen and the salesperson did a great job hooking me. Even the president of the company called and thanked me for choosing them. I thought I found the best company but unfortunately once they got my deposit I discovered that they are a nightmare. I called for months trying to figure out when they were going to start the work and the once they did show up they just tore everything up and left me with a huge mess that I now have to pay someone else to fix. Not one permit was pulled despite being told it was being done and that the city was asking for this or that to justify delay after delay. Then when confronted they tried to say that permits were not needed even though the city assured me that that was not correct. And confronting them was another issue all together. No one knows what is going on from the top on down. I should have read and headed the reviews before I hired them. My mistake and I will never allow them back into my home. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Service: Remodeling
Response: Thanks for the review! We will do our best to use this to improve.

Scott Jablonski: This company is the worst! They took over a year to complete my in-laws cabinets. The salesperson promised several things which they did not deliver. We had to call multiple times to get anywhere with them. Supposedly once they got started they would only take a few days. However it lasted over 3 weeks to get completed. Several days pasted with no calls by anyone. Save yourself a headache and stay away! Service: Refurbishment

Eireanne Slagle: Easily the worst customer service experience of my life. I requested this company to come out to my home to look at giving me a quote for a tub to shower conversion. I was told to set aside 90 min. for the consultation. I informed the sales representative as soon as he arrived that I was getting bids and would not be interested in making a decision the same day. He laughed, said he understood but would still try to win my business. The quote he gave me was well over twice as much as everyone else I had received, so I thanked him for his time but made it clear I was not interested. This began the longest stand off I have been apart of. He refused to take no for an answer. Every time I would politely try to end the consultation he would call someone else, spending approximately 20 min on the phone each time, very awkwardly explaining my situation. At one point in time he said she must not have any money as she doesn't want to take this incredible deal. It wasn't that, I just wasn't willing to spend $25,000 on a shower system when I can get a new custom designed shower for less than half that. This went on FOR THREE HOURS. I finally had to threaten to call the police before they would leave. You would think that was it, but oh no! Now begins the harassment from the company. I have been called every single day since this event. I have informed every person I have spoken to that I am not interested in ever working with them on principle even though they have offered to go as low as $15,000 (so $10,000 mark up on the original quote) and yet they continue to call me. Only one person out of the 5 that have called has been a manager calling in response to my complaint. Everyone else just continues to try to sell me on their great product. I had no intention on leaving a review since I will not ever use their service and therefore cannot attest to the quality of their product, but the fact that I was called yet again after begging to be left alone and removed off their list has changed my mind.

Jeff Lee: Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThis was the worst remodeling experience of my life. My kitchen is not complete after 7 months for a job that was supposed to take 2 weeks. I can't anyone to call me back! This has been the most unprofessional experience. Photos to come!Service: Remodeling

Orlando Leal: Jan 2022 - Ordered a Kohler shower All good I am assured by the rep that any issues to contact the rep and it will taken care of Feb 2022 - Coordinator called to arrange Project Mgr visit to review site for potential issues Feb 2022 - Project Mgr arrived and left after 10 minutes. I figured he has done a million of them so piece of cake. I have no idea if that was the case. Mar 2022 - Coordinator called to schedule arrival of materials to our home. All good Mar 2022 - 3 weeks later, they schedule the start of the project. At this time, I tell them that my wife is the point of contact I also ask about who is coming and if they are employees or contractors and what their names are and what time they are coming. Nothing from Project Mgr. Mar. 31st the crew shows up at 8 am and start. The crew are contractors and not employees. They were excellent. Problem: the shower pan the company ordered is the wrong size. They inform the project mgr and are told that one is available in Capital Hts and would arrive on Apr. 1st. The pan arrived but no crew and no communiacation. Mon Apr. 4th - no crew and no communication from Project Mgr until 4 pm. It was to me. It should have been to my wife as I had requested. Project Mgr said crew would come Tue. Tue Apr. 5th - Crew came and said the pan was the wrong size again. It was obviously not verified by the project mgr and he told the crew he would have to order another one and it would take time. I sent an email to everyone from rep, manager, coordinator, and project manager about what has happened and also to remind, again, the project mgt to communicate with my and to let her know estimated delivery date. Apr. 12th - so far, we are in the dark. Apr. 19th - I finally sent the last email that said if I don't hear back from anyone, I want this escalated to a higher level. Apr. 20th - Proj Mgr apologized and said there was miscommunications with the vendor where they ordered the shower pan, but it was estimated to arrive Apr. 25th Apr. 22nd - Shower Pan arrived Apr. 25th - Crew came to install but had to move the drain. Shower glass door crew came in the evening to measure for custom door. May 2nd - Proj Mgr sent me a text to schedule shower glass door install. Do you believe it? After numerous times I have said that point of contact is my wife, he continues to text me. I just want this to end and I said Thursday or Friday (May 5 or 6) works for us. Waiting to hear back from Proj Mgr. May 4th - Just got a notice that my project has been completed and they want their payment within 24 hours. This is another example of communication that has been absent. I don't have a shower glass door installed, but they want to be paid in full. See my May 2nd comment above.

jems stock: The kitchen and bathrooms look amazing (I am very impressed with the tile work). Communication throughout the project was excellent. They were also very helpful in providing design advice. Overall I am very happy with the results.

David Craig: September 2018: Remodel USA completed a full kitchen remodel project for me and they did a wonderful job. Remodel USA installed new cabinets, counter top, light fixtures, electrical outlets, new appliances, sink and garbage disposal, flooring, and painted the walls. I am completely satisfied with their work. I love my new kitchen. February 2019: Remodel USA completed a full basement bathroom remodel project for me. Remodel USA installed all new materials and fixtures, including tub, tile, flooring, vanity, medicine cabinet with mirror, lights & wall switches, vent fan, and doors. And they painted the walls. I am pleased with the work. It was a 1-week effort. Everything was done on schedule. July 2019: Just like my basement bathroom, Remodel USA completely remodeled my upstairs bathroom. They installed all new materials and fixtures, including tub, tile, flooring, vanity, medicine cabinet with mirror, lights & wall switches, vent fan, and doors. Walls were painted. It was a 1-week effort. I am pleased with the work.
Response: Thank you for your business! We're glad we exceeded your expectations.

Reema Verma: I was thoroughly impressed with Remodel USA and with the Owens Corning system from day one through to final completion. You pay for what you get and this product is well worth the investment. My basement has added so much to my house! The project was completed in a timely manner. Excellent experience from beginning to end!
Response: We appreciate you taking the time to leave this review!

T-A Passions: I contacted Remodel USA Capital Heights, MD through Home Advisor. I was looking for a contractor to install a sink vanity and light that I already purchased. I had no intentions of doing a complete bathroom remodel until I was shown a remodel was attainable & affordable. Remodel USA Capital Heights, MD did a fantastic job! Much thanks to Aaron Dawkins-Sales for not being a pushy salesman & helping me create a beautiful bathroom & Percy Melendez-Prj Mgr and Fernando’s installation team for making this remodel a stress-free experience. #aplus #greatcustomerservice #10rating
Response: Thanks much for the kind words and sharing beautiful pics of your bathroom. We are glad you liked our product and services.

Black and Green: BAD EXPERIENCE BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN. I hired them to install their cabinets, sink with garbage disposal and my dishwasher, turned into also backsplash and lights as well. It turned out nice because of the options cabinets and backsplash that I chose, with the help of the design guy. I wish he was the project manager (PM). The experience was awful. Project manager was not on sight the first day so when the workers arrived I had to tell them what to do. The second day the worker that could speak English (Memphis) dropped off the worker that couldn't speak English (Alex) who then allowed a guy from off the street into my house to help him load boxes. The man obviously didn't work with them, was looking all around in my house and trying to talk to the clueless Alex, asking if we were selling my car. I (5'0 young women) had to tell the man to leave. Boxes were placed in my living room, leaning on and placed on my furniture. Come to find out some of which were not for my kitchen. I still have someone else's drawer and I can't install it because it doesn't fit. Anyway, when I called the project manager, also named Alex, irate that I had to confront a man to leave my house he explained how busy he was, going from here to there, and given me explanations of why this might have happened and he would arrive at 2. He didn't come that day. I saw the PM Alex 4 times, twice because I asked him to come. When Memphis finally came back he asked if I knew the man that allowed himself into my home. I told him NO! They continued working and left. The next day a representative called me asking how things were going, I told her about the incident and she sounded very unhappy about it and called the project manager Alex. So he called me we talked, I explained how I'm not mad at Hispanic Alex, it wasn't all on him but I was uncomfortable and I wish I could just get a whole new team. Obviously not possible but PM Alex decided that worker Alex shouldn't come back to the house. When Memphis returned Alex was still with him, but waiting in the car. My husband was there and spoke to Memphis and told him we don't have issues with that Alex, it was the responsibility of the project manager to oversee things. So Alex came in and they completed work. There was an issue with my wires being crossed in my stove after Memphis reconnected it which made it spark and almost caused it to catch on fire, but that was fixed by the PM Alex. My biggest issue is that we were promised something that was not followed through with and I felt very uneasy for a few days. I would not recommend this company. They hire Hispanic guys with trucks who are Jack's of all trades, I could have done that myself. PM Alex didn't even know these guys. They did an awesome job on their schpeil about a PM being on site and having different teams for certain things and how they set everything up in a warehouse before delivery. Lies. I love my new kitchen but not worth what I went through or what I am paying.
Response: We want to be known for our customer service and how well we treat, help, and work with our customers, not the opposite. I appreciate you taking the time to write this review and giving me insight into issues that I need to address. I would appreciate the opportunity to earn your business back if you would like to give us a chance in the future. Thanks, Angela!

Remodel USA Inc.: what do users think?

Tamarah Curtis: Great experience with Remodel USA from the start. Detailed explanation on the process. When the crew arrived they covered everything from the stairs and hallway to the bathroom sink to protect from damage. They finished the demo and install in just under 2 days. It looks really nice in there now and glad to have a working shower!
Response: Tamarah, Thanks for the excellent 5-star review, us here at Remodel USA are very happy to have earned you as a customer! Hope to hear from yo soon. Thank you again (Khader Mughrabi/President)!

Maria Calderon: I recently had an agent come out to quote me for a bathroom installation in my basement. They quoted me 30,000.00!!!! This was an unfinished basement. I have framed up the entire basement. I have the layout of where everything goes shower,, upflush toilet system, and the sink. I framed the area,, Installed drywall, did the electrical including an exhaust fan. I am even framing the shower area. So please tell me the justification for a 30,000.00 quote for an area where most of the work is already done for you??
Response: Maria, We want to apologize for the information you received not saying it was incorrect but maybe just didn't seem right to you miscommunication maybe! if you would to speak with us to better understand the estimate or even to get a new one please feel free to reach out to our marketing team at (240-348-2965)! Thank You.

Jewel Bell: Today was a great day with Taylor! The art of negotiation was present but we agreed to a price that I was comfortable with. She spent nearly 6 hours going over products and ensuring I was satisfied. I would recommend Taylor as a sales representative to someone who is looking to update a kitchen. She is definitely patient, considerate and honest!
Response: Jewel, we would like to thank you for your kind words an would also like to let you know we appreciate you choosing us here at Remodel USA for your kitchen remodel an for you taking the time out to give us this kind 5-star review! (Khader Mughrabi/President) !

Dean Shaffer: Remodel USA completed our Luxstone shower project in a few days. It's beautiful, very functional and exactly as promised. The entire process was pleasant and easy. We love it and recommend it to anyone who needs a new shower. The bathroom is small, so it was hard to get full pictures before and after, but you should be able to get an idea from these.

Richard Kosmer: The Remodel USA crew was very professional at all times while in our home. They always respected me and my home as well. They did an excellent job and my wife and I are very pleased with their work. You have an excellent product and good people working with you from beginning to end. Life is good when you can shower in style, which my wife and I can now do thanks to Remodel USA and our new Kohler Luxstone shower!
Response: Richard, Us here at Remodel USA would like to thank you for the kind 5-star review. We are very grateful to have earned your business and look forward to hearing from you when you may have a new project you may like to start! Thanks again (Khader Mughrabi/President) !

Lee Kallusch: When the materials for my tub-to-shower conversion came in, the work was scheduled promptly and workers arrived on time. I had been told that should an issue be found behind the existing walls it would be dealt with within the scope of the job, so imagine my surprise when, after notching a wall support to recess a power line that was discovered, I was asked to pay a significant amount of money to the foreman to cover this work. Although some scarring and gouging in the small bathroom resulted from trying to install a large back wall panel, the workmen touched up as best they could. The workmen did what seems like a splendid job, but I was very disturbed by the contact from the office, and I have absolutely no information on warranty or care of this new, very expensive shower.
Response: Lee, Thank you for taking the time out to write this review. We are thrilled to hear that you appreciated our workers arriving on time and our prompt scheduling, however im sorry to hear about our lack of communication please allow us to try an fix things! You can expect to here from us very soon an we can talk about how to make things right. Thank you (Khader Mughrabi/President) (301-333-6000)

Jason Haberkorn: We had this company remodel our bathroom 4 years ago. They did an awesome job. Last month, our bathtub started to lean into our kitchen ceiling and water went everywhere. I have been trying to contact someone to come out and look at it. After 3 weeks of calling and calling, I finally made an appointment for someone to come to my house. They charged us a $75 “trip” fee for the guy to say “oh i didn’t know it was a free standing tub, I need someone else to take the drywall down” After 2 weeks,l of calling and calling, I still haven’t had someone to call me back. They took my money, but cannot return my calls. I am furious. I would not recommend this company due to the horrible customer service.
Response: Jason, we really apologize for not reaching out sooner but a one-star review is not what we expect for our customers. Please allow us to try an fix the problem an better assist you with whats going on. (Khader Mughrabi/President) (301-333-6000)

William Martin: Estimator Lynn Sullivan made 3 trips to our home (the first in early May of 2021). The process went on way too long. We were told that the project would begin in 6-8 weeks and that the entire project would take 3 full work days. These estimates were later adjusted to a start time in 10-12 weeks and 3.5 days for the work. This was a serious underestimation because the work didn’t begin until mid-March 2022! I would estimate that the work took about 10 workdays to complete, very reasonable in my view. The project was finished on April 8, 2022, 11 months after we planned the project! Fortunately, the original project team was replaced when I hinted that I was looking to terminate the contract. Francisco Cardona was a breath of fresh air and a very competent individual with good interpersonal skills. But he only got put on the project in early 2022 when I complained about the long delay and the fact that I had received NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE about why there was a delay. I would have fully understood if I’d have heard “supply chain problems” or “inability to get a team together due to COVID.” But I got no reason or rational whatsoever. Francisco and his team were extremely accommodating and worked very hard to make up for the mistakes that were made in prior months. He provided a realistic timeline and he worked with Remodel USA so that we had some very nice extra features added to the project at no cost to us. Two issues, however, have not made us happy, however. First, after the old bathroom was broken up and taken out, we discovered that the bathroom vanity that was delivered was NOT the one we selected. Instead of a two-sink vanity, it was a one-sink vanity. We were told that it would take 10 weeks to wait for the proper vanity. Well, our bathroom was not functional, so we had to adjust and make a decision to move ahead with the project by using the one-sink vanity. So, our bathroom remodel is a bit funky with two medicine cabinets and one sink between them. Francisco and his glass subcontractors fashioned a piece of mirror between the two medicine cabinets and we made it work but, frankly, this was a major screwup on the part of Remodel USA. I worry a bit about concern from prospective home buyers when we leave the house. The second issue is the lack of follow-through by Francisco once the project finished up. After working so hard to make things work during the project, once the work was finished, I got no response to several text messages. Francisco promised to get me the product warranties. Despite three text messages making these requests, I’ve gotten no response whatsoever. I would appreciate getting these warranties. The subs Francisco used for the glass shower, Alexi and Lucy, were the MVPs of the project! Alexi and Lucy’s glass work “made” our bathroom project. The work is superb, perfect really, and very attractive. Their work ensured that we have a good measure of pride with the project in the end. The installation, as good as it was, had some flaws. The finish work, sanding and painting was hurried and imperfect. I will eventually repaint the bathroom to sand down where the paint drips are and to repair some of the wallboard imperfections. The work is acceptable, it just isn’t done to the quality that one would expect at the price we paid for the project ($31,479). For such a small bathroom, I think the project was over-priced. I am very pleased by the extra additions that Francisco worked with us on that gave us some really nice features at no extra cost (extra glass panel so we could benefit from natural light from a window, a beautiful teak shower seat on the back wall, a first-class shower head and wand, and a couple recessed light fixtures over the shower itself). I don’t think I would recommend this company to family or friends. There were just way too many issues along the way. This was a very expensive full master bathroom renovation that I really expected would not be so challenging. I would, however, recommend Francisco and his subcontractors if they were working independently.
Response: Hello William a three-star experience is not what i expect for my customers. I would like to learn more about what happened during the process to make things right. Would you consider calling me so that I can help you? (James Wilson/VP Logistics)

Jocelyn Mance: I had a great experience with Remodel USA. Cesar Pineda and his crew were great. They completed the demolition and install in two days. They did a great cleanup and I'm enjoying my beautiful shower.
Response: Jocelyn, Thank you so very much for your kind 5-star review! Also thank you for choosing us here at Remodel USA to help you revamp your bathroom with one of our Bold Kohler Showers! We are delighted to have gained you as a customer. (Khader Mughrabi/President)!

Derick Rodriguez: Sales person we had gave us a great price. The installers were very good and fast. Even after the manufacturers shipped a window broken. They kept me updated with info. Even the installer did. Windows looks great and a awesome product.

Montgomery Kitchen & Bath: what do users think?

Traffic Report: You can tell how good a business is in two small ways -- how they answer the phone when you call and how they handle problems after the sale. Based on these two criteria, Montgomery Kitchen & Bath is one of the best businesses in the region. Our new house was built in 2015 and I needed to replace a drawer front. When I called Montgomery Kitchen & Bath, Jordan answered the phone. I imagine they must have had thousands of customers and projects since 2015, but as soon as I started to provide some basic information, he immediately was able to identify my builder and was able to direct me to the designer that worked with my builder. That was amazing and reminded me of the days we had mom and pop shops and the business really knew and cared about each customer, as opposed to the big box stores today where you are just an account number. Autumn was the designer for my project. She explained that since my project was old, she would have to get my files from the storage to make sure we get the right replacement. Over the next few days, she was able to pull the files and worked with me to ensure we identify the correct product for replacement. She also contacted the mill to see if they could date-match the paint (the mill could not). After discussing my situation with her, she was able to order the replacement free of charge and said she would have the mill Fedex it to my house. I thought what she did was beyond my expectation and her work really demonstrated great customer service and the firm commitment the business makes to its customers. Sure, it is great to make a great sale. But after-sale service a few years down the road really distinguishes the top businesses from the rest. Thank you Jordan and Autumn. P.S. When I received the replacement, I will update this post and let you all know how it goes.

Aaron Cohen: We are extremely happy with the kitchen designed by Montgomery Kitchens and Bath. The final product exceeded all our expectations - the cabinets, the layout, the appliances, the lights, the granite, the hardwood floors... all fit well together. We have seen a lot of kitchens in the past few years since we started thinking about redoing our own kitchen and I think that we ended up with the best designed kitchen in our development in Potomac, MD. We still cannot believe we have such a nice kitchen at such a reasonable price. I also want to say that it was pleasure working with Keith Hudson. He understood our needs and the budget and provided us with the best product that this money can buy. Cooking in this kitchen is total pleasure!! Thank you, Keith!! You and your entire team was pleasure to work with. Great experience.

Danica Petroshius: We are renovating our 3rd kitchen now and we've used Montgomery Kitchen and Bath every time. We would never choose another place to help us design our kitchen. We have always worked with Keith and his team and they are top notch. Keith's expertise helps so much in ensuring space is used well, that you get the best cabinets for your budget, and that his expert opinion is on the table, giving suggestions that improve the whole plan. Sometimes I go in thinking I have all the best ideas but leave happier because Keith envisioned a better plan. That's why I want MK&B on my team. They have also worked with different project contractors I've used and its always gone seamlessly. And I've recommended Keith to friends who have loved his work just as much as I do. I give MK&B and Keith my highest recommendations.

Todd Kraftson: I have worked with Montgomery Kitchen and Bath for about 8 years now and have been very pleased with each and every project. Keith and his team have always done a fantastic job with the design and have offered a wide range of great products. MKB's installers are top notch and any concerns are always taken care of without hesitation. I highly recommend Montgomery Kitchen and Bath!

Nancy Harlan: Damaris carefully guided us through our process of designing and installing a vanity in our new bathroom. She was patient with our decision making. Current drawings of the design and cost were emailed to us whenever major decisions were made. She spent extra time with us in thinking about type and color of vanity top, even though we were not buying that item from Montgomery Kitchen and Bath. Damaris sent us samples of hardware for the vanity drawers so we could better make a decision with the real items beside our samples of doors, tile, paint, etc. Once the vanity was on order, Damaris helped us in ordering hardware for a built-in closet we were doing with a different company. The vanity was finished and delivered in a timely fashion. We ordered built-in dividers and they were just as well made as the rest of the vanity. We love our beautiful, new vanity! We would recommend Montgomery Kitchen and Bath to others.

Tamara: I am currently in the midst of a complete kitchen reno. To be honest, I had no clue as to how much was involved in what I thought was a simple and quick project. I saw an MK&B truck one day and decided to stop in. Darin thoroughly explained to me the complete process and recommended a few contractors, tile places and appliance places. I left feeling quite overwhelmed with a bag full of sample products. Later that day I received a call from Kim who is now my project manager. She along with Keith designed my "soon to be kitchen." The whole team really made what began as an extremely overwhelming process a lot easier for me all the down to selecting my hardware. I mean who knew there were literally thousands of door styles and colors alone to chose from! My kitchen is currently scheduled to be installed by MK&B just in time for Thanksgiving. I can't wait to see my new kitchen and have my family and friends over and entertain in a space that I can boast about!

Ellen Wilner: I have been a practicing architect in the Washington metropolitan area for the last forty years, and have used Montgomery Kitchen and Bath almost exclusively for my clients during that time. I have found that their expertise in kitchen design and layout to vastly exceed the skills of rival companies. Their finished product is always capably installed, and has never failed to meet my high standards, as well as provide total customer satisfaction. I have always found their prices to be fair and reasonable at all price points. I recommend them without any reservation whatsoever.

Diane Demers: We love our new kitchen that was designed and installed by Montgomery Kitchen and Bath. Throughout the whole process our designer, Keith Hudson, kept our budget, lifestyle and needs in mind. Keith and all of his team members were professional, knowledgeable and provided quick responses, guidance and/or resolution to any problem or questions that came up during the project. The final project is so much more than an updated kitchen. While staying within budget and within the original footprint, we now have a beautiful kitchen that has much more storage and working space. Our kitchen has now become a gathering space for family and friends where we can easily share kitchen duties. Thank you Keith, Salma, Michelle, Elgin and all the others who were part of this project. The final project is so much more than we ever expected. We love it and would not hesitate to return to Montgomery Kitchen and Bath for other projects.

Dorissa Delbridge: My husband and I were referred to Montgomery Kitchen & Bath by my mother. We worked with Salma on our master vanity renovation. She was a true pleasure to work with. She made everything so easy for us to understand and turned a stressful project into a true breeze. She was very responsive and helpful, even after the sale! I look forward to working with her and the MK&B team for our kitchen renovation in the future.

Johnathan H. Ramos: As an established Architect, I send all of my clients that need cabinetry to MK&B. I have been doing business with them for 3 years now and I have never had an unhappy client or have been disappointed myself. They are a professional company that has been in this industry for decades and it shows through their work and their employees. No other kitchen and bath company that I have worked with in the past can surpass their attention to detail, high quality cabinetry and execution of projects. The only mistake you can make regarding MK&B is to choose another company.

Joe Guira Real: Very bad, bad, bad place, 6 hour to unload a truck, and they don't care about your waiting time,. Never coming back.

Tom Reedhart: They will charge you prices that are as high as they think they can get away with. If you stay on top of them, you can get good prices -- that's about the only positive. They have slow, unresponsive sales reps and a poor website, making it difficult to source new products. You would be way better served going with Acme or Sysco for your disposables.

Gwen Rynk: Used to love this place but since Covid they refuse to take a will call order even if they don't have to make contact with you when you pick up. Big disappointment

Juan Ayala: Not a lot of room to backup 53 tractor trailer got to park outside or on the main road to then bring your paperwork in do not miss your appointment or you going to wait for a while

Vladica Mitic: Check in at 8am for unloading, done at 2pm! Great service, too slow guys! Never come back

Jim Blankenbaker: Worst place to work! Management is horrible. Especially, the sales and commercial kitchen equipment department. You have to be in the clique.

ASAP Pest Control: Best price and customer service hands down don't look anywhere else.

TruckinWoman: Day Cabs with trailers have a hard time docking here, due to how employees park and double park their auto's!

Dave Theobald: Friendly, but real tight with a sleeper and about 2.5 hours to unload half trailer

Zeljko Stojkovski: Honor your appointment and you are out faster then you came in.

Kitchen & Bath Creations LLC: what do users think?

Francis Ferraro: My Wife and I made many visits to their showroom and worked with one of their designers who was very patient and helpful. The designer made great suggestions and guided us through some real tough spots since this was our first kitchen remodel. They carry quite a few different brands but we told her what we wanted to spend and she directed us to cabinets that we loved and could afford. Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined.

K Turk: Re-doing our kitchen was a great experience. Chrissy Hogan, the designer we worked with at KBC, could not have been more helpful, creative, and reliable, as well as personable and easy to work with! She made sure that I understood the variety of products and prices that were available. She was sensitive to my reactions to various products and helped me navigate the many decisions we had to make. She recommended a fabulous contractor (Matt Weaver), and our project went more smoothly than I could have imagined. Chrissy followed up on every detail, and made a number of great suggestions. I recommend KBC and Chrissy very highly.

Christina Robinson: KBC is a very customer-service oriented kitchen and bath cabinetry supplier, and I am pleased to rate them with five stars! I am an independent designer and I deal with many area showrooms and salespeople, and this company is top-notch! From the owner to the customer service reps and delivery personnel, everyone here speaks the same language and it is SERVICE. They carry a variety of product lines at different price points, so of course some are better than others -and there is always the possibility of product issues because human beings make them - but I have never once had the few issues I have encountered not be satisfactorily resolved. My sales rep (Lisa Altman) is particularly fabulous - she is super attentive to detail, the urgency of my projects, and very good at follow through after an installation begins. I highly recommend this company!

Rich Vallaster III: Positive: ProfessionalismI wanted to share how amazing Kim at KBC was at working with us. She opened our eyes to new ideas on building our dream kitchen (with a resonable budget). She really took our space and maximized it. We feel lukcy she was involved in our project and had come highly recommended from our contract. Thanks Kim and team!

Donald Brady: Disappointed! I purchased 2 vanity cabinets and 2 tops. The Cardell cabinets are poor quality. One unit was defective and was replaced – by another defective unit. The second defective unit was repaired by a rude and arrogant manager. It required a total of 5 house visits before the correct top was delivered and installed. A one week project took a month to complete. Communication and scheduling were mismanaged. On one occasion, an installation crew showed-up unannounced. If you’re looking for professional service, look elsewhere.

Z Hidalgo: Good quality but when you need to make a service appointment it’s really unprofessional. They gave me a set time frame of when the technician was suppose to arrive. I had to call to see where the person was considering it was past the time frame. They said he was running 45-60 mins behind schedule. When I called to complain to customer service they literally said “oh ok”. It’s difficult to get service appointments in a timely fashion. Consider taking the whole day off work for them. Really disappointed.

Scott Simpkins: The company has minimal staff which from their perspective saves lots of money but from the customer perspective means you can't every talk to anyone. If you call, no one answers the phone. If you go in person, you have to wait for the single person handling customers; we waited one hour and fifteen minutes before anyone took care of us. The staff is nice enough they just happen to be ineffective and generally uninformed. They received our bathroom vanity top and it sat in their warehouse for a week waiting the arrival of the vanity base. The top was, of course, broken in the box and takes a week (at least) to replace. Why didn't they inspect the shipment when it arrived and the replacement week would have overlapped the vanity bottom delay...because they aren't A+ professionals. They are more like C- professionals who don't consider stuff like that. Buyer beware. It's worth the time and effort to shop somewhere else.

Gary Horsman: This company has a very creative team of designers who know the products well and can outline options efficiently after understanding your needs and desires. When it comes to a kitchen layout/design small things count a great deal and KBC Direct attends to the details. A kitchen is often the center of a home and KBC really can make the center shine!

Rick Kipp: I work with Mr. Kelly Ridings at KBC on a regular basis. Because of his attention to detail in his designs, and willingness to go above and beyond, I followed him from another major cabinet supplier (Which I worked with for 30 years) to KBC. I am glad I did! Kelly fits right in at KBC. I have worked with everyone from the manager to customer service and the delivery guys. Everyone at KBC gives you the time you need without hesitation. The products offered are superior to what I was using, and KBC makes It easy to compare cabinets with the pricing system they have in place. They are professional, knowledgeable about their products and offer the best customer service in the industry. I am a general contractor, in my world; KBC is a breath of fresh air. Thanks Guys! Rick Kipp, Kipp’s Contracting

Kim Boisvert: Great salesman and saleswoman, top notch service. If something comes in damaged in the slightest they hire guys to get it fixed and fixed correctly.

DC Central Kitchen: what do users think?

Ming: DC Central Kitchen is the nation’s first and leading community kitchen that recycles food from around Washington, D.C. They create great impact by combating hunger and creating opportunity for the unemployed. They welcome volunteers as "Hungerfighters" in helping to transform wasted food into balanced meals for our community.

David Abercrombie: Great place to do community service projects for kids 12 and above. My wife , daughter and I spent New Year’s Eve there preparing food for the needy.

Diana Weiss: The entrance is around the back of the building. My group of 30 volunteers had a wonderful time with the kitchen staff helping prepare meals. It was inspiring and humbling.

Lisa Paquette: The DC Central Kitchen is an amazing place. I have volunteered a few times in the kitchen preparing meals. It is a wonderful experience to work in the kitchen with the DC Central Kitchen staff and program trainees. We got to chop, peel, and package vegetables and other parts of the meal. This is a great place to volunteer with a big group of friends or with your office.

J Adams: For the last 5 years since I moved to DC, I've been volunteering at the DC Central Kitchen. I first did it during holidays and times of unemployment--so as to remember my blessings. The staff is incredible and as a professional person--it is so wonderful to work with my hands, peeling potatoes, cleaning fish or making a vat of vegetable soup with a thousand different ingredients in it. The foreman are respectful and professional and though the work is hard--you leave the kitchen feeling gratified that your labor contributed to the almost 5,000 meals PER DAY prepared for needy families in DC. So volunteer!

Ursula Lauriston: Volunteered here on my birthday last year and I may just do it again! What a great way to spend a bday. The people here are committed to the mission of feeding those in need; they are kind, generous, and pleasant to work with. And the food is so delicious! I enjoyed lunch with the other volunteers at the end of the day.

Corrie Davidson: This amazing organization is not only a leader in sustainability (repurposing leftover food, "imperfect" food items, and local farm goods), they are a shining example of a high-functioning social services organization building up the local community. They distribute healthy meals to a number of other organizations around the area (including schools), offer job training and life counseling for displaced persons, and are empowering student volunteers across America to implement their own "food recycling" programs, eliminating waste and serving the community. “Please note that DC Central Kitchen cannot be entered from 2nd Street. The entrance to the Central Kitchen is at the back of this building, down the service road off of E Street NW.”

Matt DiNuzzo: One of my favorite organizations in DC. Their ability to repurpose food that would go to waste to feed those who need it is inspiring. Also their culinary program is a great training while preparing those meals.

Mike Razzi: I volunteered yesterday with my company Engility and it was great fun! I learned a few things about food prep. The DC kitchen staff were great and the time flew. I would do it again on my own. it's a great way to learn and work with other people.

Terri West: As the Service Coordinator for Capitol Hill Towes in Washington, DC. I would like to thank World Central Kitchen and Chef Jose Andres for supplying meals to our seniors.

Modern Style Construction LLC: what do users think?

Michael Kim McQuay: Modern Style Construction recently completed a design-build renovation project on our Silver Spring home, transforming the unfinished basement of a 90-year old house into a beautiful living space with family room, office, three-piece bathroom, laundry room, and storage space. We are tremendously pleased with the result and grateful for the professionalism and attention to detail that marked every step of our working relationship with Sergei Tsoy and his team. The project proceeded seamlessly from preliminary consultation visit and costing, through design and selection of finishing materials and municipal permits, to the onsite work. We were impressed with the consistent quality of workmanship from framing, through plumbing and electrical work, to flooring, drywalling, painting, and final finishing. The Modern Style team provided superb support on the design of the space, including patience with adjustments made at our request as work proceed and thoughtful advice on soundproofing and other options. We were especially pleased with the elegant solution found to replace the intrusive old gravity-fed radiator pipes with copper pipes mounted flush with the joists, which resulted in greater ceiling height and design aesthetic. The core construction team brought a superb mix of skills and attention to detail, worked neatly, and were friendly and polite. Modern Style has our highest recommendation to prospective clients. We look forward to working with them on a series of home renovation projects to follow. Kim McQuay and Lazeena Muna-McQuay Service: Remodeling

Trevor Malet: We had a unbelievable experience with the Modern Style Construction Team. We found them randomly on Yelp and I would highly recommend them for anyone doing a remodel. They are extremely responsive, extremely quick, but more importantly very detail oriented. We just bought a new condo and the MSC team completely redid our bathroom (new tile, bathtub to shower, paint, etc). If you are looking for a trusted construction partner, I would highly recommend the team as they did a great job!

Luna Galaxie: I’m a relatively new homeowner and have never hired a contractor before for any serious home remodeling project. I approached the issue with trepidation having heard and read all the stories of things going bad. So, I did quite a bit of research that led me to Modern Style Construction as a candidate in my short list. Existing reviews highlighted one of the qualities that was important to me: good communication. I’m a very stressful person, and if something goes wrong I become very impatient and restless until it is resolved. Well, I’m glad I chose MSC because they shine in that department. The signs were there from the very first visit. The owner, Sergei, communicated impeccably with me and arrived at the exact time of our appointment. His bid was very competitive and the aesthetics of previous projects in his portfolio were a good match. Once the project (master suite remodeling, bathroom update, powder room update) started, communication always remained excellent. They are very organized with well-defined roles for their personnel. We already had a very specific vision in mind of what we wanted to do and well-formed preferences for the materials. Nevertheless, their in-home designer, Michelle, was extremely helpful creating visualizations and precise renderings, and assisting with the purchases of the materials. The project manager Abel was also very responsive, while Victor the lead carpenter was very pleasant, respectful of our time and space, and a good listener. I’m overall happy with the end results and think that the finished project looks beautiful. A full assessment can always be made over time, but Sergei has assured me that if any issues arise in the next few months, they will be addressed. Did everything go perfectly from start to finish? Of course not, as with any project. But the fact that MSC was receptive to our feedback, quickly recognized issues that needed to be rectified, and was in constant communication with us about them, are the main reasons I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

shilpa kasuba: I was referred to Modern Style Construction by my coworker had remodeled their basement with them. I would say this was the best experience I have had with a contractor. They were very prompt on their schedule, always returned phone calls and kept us up to date throughout the entire project. Their project management is top notch and great customer service. We love our basement and our family spends most of the time downstairs. Great job, Modern Style. Project Cost: $120k Was done in March 2017
Response: Dear Ms.Kasuba, Thank you for the kind words and we wish you best of luck with your newly renovated space.

Elizabeth Stevens: Heard horror stories about contractors who do shoddy work, show up erratically, and don't keep the client informed or respond to queries? MSC is the opposite! Sergei and team were consummate professionals. They did high-quality work, maintained momentum on the project, and communicated regularly with us. When problems arose, they informed us and proposed low-cost solutions. What more can one ask for? When choosing a contractor to renovate our master bathroom, we did extensive research, narrowed the field to three candidates, and scheduled initial consultations with them. Of the three, only two actually showed up--including Sergei. The other contractor's representative told us that what we wanted could not be done--not just within our budget, but at all! He provided "range" estimates based on a "typical" renovation but explained that, if we wanted a particularized bid, we'd need to pay for the company to prepare designs, etc. Sergei, on the other hand, approached the project from a can-do perspective and provided us with a detailed bid only a few days later. MSC did what the other guy said couldn't be done--professionally, promptly, and for a reasonable price. We love our new bathroom, hope to turn to MSC again for a kitchen renovation, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

S A: I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Modern Style Construction. Sergei Tsoy is the most responsive contractor we've ever had the pleasure to work with, always getting back to us right away to answer questions or coming out to the site to inspect the work of his crew. MSC completely gutted and redid three bathrooms, created a wet bar area in our basement and fixed a host of electrical and cosmetic issues we encountered when we bought our house. They did the work and dealt with permits very efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent, and anytime we needed something tweaked, MSC didn't hesitate to fix it promptly. We highly recommend them for their work and professionalism.

Andrew Thornes: Recently MSC did a complete gut and remodel of our bathroom at our home from the 1940s. After meeting with a bunch of companies to get price quotes for the job, we selected MSC. We chose them because the process and pricing was made very clear and was easy to understand with the help of Sergei. Sergei came to our home twice to explain the process and cost and put us at ease with selecting them. Price wise, they were a middle of the road company. There are cheaper companies out there but for such an important job to be done, I would rather pay a little bit more to have a better finished product. Being a couple with just one bathroom with a baby on the way, we made it clear that time was a factor to getting the job done because of the number of projects still left to do at the house to prepare for the arrival of our first child. Sergei had assured us that he could get the job done within our time frame and he did not disappoint even with the wild, snowy winter we just had. The job was done on time and looked great. There were a few snags here and there with some of the plumbing issues but they were quickly and completely fixed. Having been through the process I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation for any bathroom remodel job. I strongly feel when we sell this house in the future that we will get our investment back from this job.

Yvette Bailhache: 100% happy with the service and professionalism of the entire MSC team. Sergei, Michelle were ALWAYS available via email or phone with any questions, concerns, or updates. Our contractor Jose was always on time, very meticulous, and extremely good at his work. They regutted our hideous out-of-date condo master bathroom and turned it into something truly amazing I have not one single complaint about these guys. You can truly trust them to come into your home and take care of business!

Katie Spinks: My bathroom reno project with MSC was a huge success. My contact person, Sergei, was focused on producing a final product that I would love. Even when I changed my mind about things (like the paint color), he offered to redo it until I was happy. There were no hidden fees or additional costs (even for painting again). I was out of the country for the first 2 weeks of my project, and I was nervous to give strangers access to my apartment while I was gone, but they took great care of the place, covering every inch in plastic to keep it clean and undamaged. They also returned several items to Home Depot for me that we didn't use, which was awesome. I can't say enough about Sergei and Modern Style.

Erika Taylor: I recently had my bathroom renovated by MSC. This was my first major indoor project, and everyone was extremely courteous and professional. The quality of the work was top-notch, and I absolutely love my new bathroom! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Carpenters of Georgetown: what do users think?

Jennifer Terry: Nash and his team did a fantastic job! They took an old dingy bathroom and made it into a showpiece! They even managed to build me a much needed linen closet in the process! They were professional came every single day on time. I have never had anyone perform such amazing work and deliver exactly what I imagined the space could be. I undoubtedly recommend them for any home project, big or small. Services: Electrical outlet & switch installation , Bathroom remodeling , Tile work installation , Plumbing fixture installation , Drywall installation , Shower installation , Electrical outlet & switch relocation , Remodeling , Faucet installation , Paint indoors , Remodeling , Painting , Home renovations

John Morris: We hired Nash and his crew to renovate our Glover Park townhouse in DC. Specifically to open up the first floor, renovate the kitchen and an upstairs bathroom. We subsequently re-hired him to add a deck, and additional basement storage room and do some hardscaping in the back of our house. Nash is a great communicator and always keeps you in the loop with decisions which need to be made without overwhelming you. He is very responsive and has a great eye for aesthetics and how to make challenging situations work in old houses! The members of his crew are very polite, skilled and professional as well. I would highly recommend him for any home project, he is great to work with. Services: Bathroom remodeling , Kitchen remodeling , Roof repair , Remodeling , Exterior finishing , Patio construction , Home renovations

Linda Spencer: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessGreat company to work with. Extensive knowledge and helped us navigate the plans/permit process. All of the trade workers were on staff so we felt comfortable with them in the house. :-)Services: General construction, Home addition construction, Remodeling

Sherry Wilkins: Carpenters of Georgetown was the “Go To” for my renovation & home improvements projects. With that said, you will definitely experience the best from this company … Excellence in customer service, quality in service and most of all great pricing. I was pleased with the completion of my home improvement projects … As they were all completed with professionalism, care, as well as being on time and right at budget. I highly recommend them for the best and quality services in the DMV (Washington, DC) area. Services: General repairs & maintenance , Electrical outlet & switch installation , Home construction , Flooring , Drywall repair , Fan repair , Outdoor lighting installation

Jim Helmink: An absolutely fabulous experience for a total Georgetown townhouse renovation. The work his team does is top notch, the work was completed on time, his pricing was accurate, and communication was excellent. I was able to track the project from several states away, get my questions answered promptly, and always felt like he was being fair. What I really appreciate is his knowledge of Georgetown homes in particular. It takes a special talent to refresh a historical property in Georgetown and he was able to completely update our home while maintaining its historical exterior. I would highly recommend working with Carpenters of Georgetown on any renovation project that you have.

Benjamin Blue: A referral from our realtor. And what a blessing. These guys are on point and amazing. From design, to permitting and having our house professionally cleaned. We are through happy with Nash and his crew. The thing we loved the most about this company is that they take pride in their work and have incredible following through. They came back 6 months later to address minor issues and didn’t blink and eye doing it. #service #quality Services: Tile work installation , Drywall installation , General construction , Remodeling , Waterproofing , Install flooring

Rafael Peinado: We bought a house that Carpenters of Georgetown flipped. Just a week after we moved in, the basement was flooded (pictures attached). We contacted Nash on the phone and email many times, and he finally replied with a short: ¨I will be in touch shortly.¨ That gave us hope that he would actually do something to help us repair their terrible job. He never got in touch again, I guess we have called him more than 50 times and at least the same amount of emails, you can imagine the frustration generated by this person and his company after making the biggest investment of our life. For what I see, I not only think he is not a great developer, but he is also a coward that runs away from problems. In fact, we talked to him before buying the house and he said things like: ¨I wouldn´t sell a house that is not safe¨ or ¨It´s not necessary to get a home warranty¨. We trusted him and that was our big mistake. Obviously, I don´t recommend them at all, but if you are going to do anything with him, make him provide you a warranty so you won´t have to be chasing him (and losing time and patience) the week after he leaves. We have already spent a good amount of money fixing the basement (and many more things) and we just have the option of suing him, something that we didn´t want. I guess by doing this we will finally get a response from him...

Justin Gill: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueWe wanted to use a local company who specialized in older homes. We nailed it with these guys. Showed up every day at 7:00 and knocked our project out a couple days faster than originally projected. Staff was efficient and kind. They cleaned up very well. They completed 2 bathrooms and painted our main level.Services: Tile work installation, Drywall installation, General construction, Remodeling, Paint indoors

Angel Delgado: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThis company always hits it out of the park. They remodeled my loft in one of my properties and did a magnificent job. I'd hire them again, anytime.Services: Interior finishing, General construction, Drywall repair, Paint indoors, Remodeling, Home renovations

Jennifer Jamison: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ResponsivenessWe just had our kitchen done, and wow!! We wanted a lower budget project and was surprised that they would take on our project. Quick and easy and we are so happy. We usually don’t leave reviews but wanted to share our happiness.Services: General construction, Remodeling

Menu Includes: Their “OG” Wisconsin brick cheese pie, a pepperoni pie, a Greek pie with cherry tomatoes & feta, a BBQ chicken pie, & their “Tibs” pie with brick cheese, onions, and beef chunks. . What I got/rating: One large pie $28. Half of the pie was their “Motor City”(Brick cheese, mozzarella, sliced spicy sausage, ricotta, hot honey, crushed tomatoes, & parsley). STAMP!! The slightly dense cheese, & the flavorful marinara with fresh ingredients…PERFECTION!! The other pie half was their “Jerome’s in the House”(Brick Cheese, Mozzarella, pepperoni, green peppers, & mushrooms). STAMP!! Freshness in every bite!! Top notch pizza!! Meredith Ives: KIMCHI’s vegan bulgogi is INSANE. First bite I said “holy shit” out loud, and every other bite was just as good. The vegan thai iced tea tastes like cake in the best way. Love having Mess Hall so close and can’t wait to try other options!

Lauren Testa: My husband and I chose Messhall for our wedding celebration because we loved the industrial space and the awesome contacts that Al has in the local food industry. When we had to postpone because the pandemic Al bent over backwards to work with us and find a date in the future when we could safely celebrate, and honored our initial deposit. We ended up with a much smaller, toned down party, but Al and his team were so accommodating during a time that was incredibly hard for him and his staff, and we had a fantastic party. We can't recommend Messhall and Al enough!

Zachary Ford: I went with a group of coworkers to a crab-picking demo and meal put on by R & L Crab Co at Mess Hall. The demo was sensational and if I weren't a vegetarian, I would now be a crab-picking expert. Mess Hall did accommodate me though, and I was served instead some of the best vegan tacos I've ever had instead. The vibe, the mission, the community, and the food here is unparalleled. Get in here.

Susan Huemmer: I was in town for a team building event with my JLL besties and the steamed crab lesson and meal was wonderful. Im a Marylander but the experience to see the ladies show others how to eat a steamed crab was fun, then to see the newbies eat their first crab was a riot. The food was excellent and I love that they accommodated a few non seafood lovin attendees with a separate meal. Great atmosphere, fun, bright and friendly environment. I highly recommend.

Andrew Wydra: Al and his team hosted an interactive food event which was an amazing experience! Book or join one of their events, you won’t be disappointed.

Sarah Joyce: A rotating selection of pop-up restaurants! Rooster and Owl is particularly wonderful. Seating is community style, and there is even a charging station for multiple phones/devices available as a complimentary service. The kitchen/prep areas are highly visible and there are even screens to watch food preparation! The building and décor alone make this experience very luxurious.

Angela Wunderli: Gorgeous, hip party venue. Amazing customer service. So helpful and easy to coordinate details. The staff was kind and absolutely professional. Truly amazing DC people run Messhall, care about the community, and supporting local vendors. Envite me to your next event at Messhall because I know it'll be a great evening.

Toni Smith: I absolutely 💯 love Caribbean Food. On Sunday I was on the web looking for some. I stumbled upon The Kitchen Jerk. The food looked good, so I placed an order (pic #1). It was convenient to me so I walked to pick up my food. It was so cold that day too, so I found this place called Mess Hall. I was like huh 🤔, Am I at the right place. Thank God , I was. Well U have to call to let them know that ur outside, they come to this pick up window where u get ur food. It took longer than the estimated time, so she didn't charge me for the Broccoli, which knocked the price down to $21 & some change. I handed her $40, and she took $20. Needless to say I walked away with a big smile 😀 on my face. Then I got home and realized that my order was incomplete, So I immediately gave them a call , and I spoke to Chef China, who rectified the situation by giving me the Shrimp that was supposed to complete my order for FREE!!! (Even though I had to walk back there to get them. But when it was all said and done , The Food was Bomb Ya'll. Thxs Chef China for Everything..I will be back. And FYI yall there's a spot that sell crabs 🦀 in there too calledR & L Crab Co. Happy Eating 😋

Christopher Licata: Love love love this place and management! Everyone is so nice and it is clean, tidy, and has all of the tools that you could possibly need or the space for your own tools (within reason) in case they don't. Very reasonable fees given the amenities, location, and management.

The field team was equally expert in installing the beautiful piece we’d bought. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their work was professional, their advice on the mark, and their patience with renovation neophytes unlimited. Thank you so much.

They were great about coming back quickly when one small area needed cleaning and a bit of polishing. The installers were very professional and friendly! Highly recommend them!!

Arlene Caponiti: Washington Marble & Granite was recommended by our custom kitchen cabinet makers. They were very careful to listen to my requirements and fulfill every need. The countertops were installed expertly and on time. The cost was comparable to other firms but the care and expertise exhibited by everyone connected with this company was so good that I cannot imagine another firm performing at the same level.
