Music on the Hill: what do users think?
Maritza Cooper
Maritza Cooper: What a lovely place to not only purchase an instrument but learn how to use it! We started with my granddaughter learning the violin and moved on to mommy taking guitar lessons. Very homey atmosphere and great with kids of all ages! When I finally have the time I want to learn how to play drums!
Donovan Dorrance
Donovan Dorrance: Aaron hooked me up with a great set-up for my telecaster. Helped fix some intonation issues. So very grateful for his expertise, efficiency, and kindness. Highly recommend coming here! They will treat you right!!!
Shawn Benson
Shawn Benson: Music on the Hill - The Hill’s own neighborhood music shop. Pretty cool. I’m a new client at Music on the Hill and I’m a very satisfied customer. My wife and I look forward to coming back, taking lessons, and recommending this neighborhood music shop to our musically-inclined or curious friends. Their prices are often just as good (and sometimes better) than their competition. The customer service/expertise is spot-on. And, you feel good knowing your money is going back to a small, local business. Frankly, it’s an investment in our community and that’s almost reason enough these days. Give them a shot. They don’t have everything, but they’ve got a lot and it was more than enough for us.
anne phelps
anne phelps: My whole family loves Music on the Hill! Lindy is a terrific resource on all things music related. We’ve had great experiences with lessons (clarinet and guitar) and when we wanted to upgrade to a wooden clarinet, Lindy & Luke found us a quality used instrument. If there’s something we need and they don’t have it, they’ve always been able to get it in short order. Music on the Hill is everything a local music store should be.
DAVID BAROI
DAVID BAROI: On March 29th around 5 pm Me and my friend wanted to check this store out we are not from the dc area and we drove during rush hour traffic took us 40 min. But where we arrived I was keen on checking out the guitars and my buddy wanted to get a a quarter in jack. After we went in we an employee Middle Aged female was being rude as soon as we walked i; she made us feel very uncomfortable and eying us down the whole time. My friend even purchased a product and yet she was keen on getting us out the door and I was in the middle of considering purchasing the fender Stratocaster Mexico made but yet she was nudging for the door. After being in there not even for 10 min she came up and told us we had to leave. And so we abided by what she said and left. But will I go back again ? No how can i go into a music store and spend over a hundred dollar on anything without taking my time on inspecting that product.
Response: David- I'm very sorry that you felt rushed at Music on the Hill. Unfortunately, you did show up 15 minutes before our posted closing hours, and I (the middle aged women you talk about) had a family obligation that could not be put off. If you are still interested in the Fender, give us a call at the store, and we can set up an appointment to ensure that you get all the time you need.
Amaobi Otiji
Amaobi Otiji: I had an enjoyable experience buying a guitar here. Their shop setup is really aesthetically pleasing and their selections were all from very quality makers. The staff were very helpful in finding something that fit me by giving me a lot of options to work with. I also enjoyed them showing off the instruments with their musical skills.
Response: Amaobi- thank you for your kind words! I hope you are still enjoying your guitar!
Eric Schneider
Eric Schneider: Since this place added a guitar tech and luthier, I have taken in three guitars and received perfect setups and provided great service in general. So glad to have these folks in Capitol Hill instead of having to give a conglomerate like Guitar Center my business!
Kevin Wholihan
Kevin Wholihan: Had an amazing purchasing experience here and came away with a gorgeous acoustic. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, quickly found me the right size and a great fit. Very good COVID precautions. Will be back for my next major purchase.
Response: Thanks Kevin!

Middle C Music: what do users think?
James Hurwitz
James Hurwitz: Without reservation, Middle C Music deserves the highest possible recommendation. They did a superb job of cleaning up and giving an overall tune-up to my antique guitar and repairing my antique mandolin. In the process, I saw how the staff at Middle C —Nick, Tom, Dave and Hillary — interacted not just with me but customers and students of all ages and abilities. What I appreciated most was their low key manner and the pleasure they took in enhancing the joy that others got from their instruments, music, and lessons. This is truly an excellent music store.
Response: Thanks so much for all your kind words, Jim! Always a pleasure working with you, and of course, you're welcome back anytime-- in fact, if you drop by on the 19th, we'll be having a 20th anniversary celebration with cake, prizes, and live performances. We're honored to be your local music store, and hope to continue serving you and maintaining your lovely instruments for years to come. -Tom F.
Gillian Edick
Gillian Edick: We popped into Middle C to have a guitar restrung and tuned. They did it quickly, but more importantly made it great fun for my aspiring but beginner guitarist. Tom was amazing - so helpful and took the time to show my son how to tune the guitar, hold it and get started. Really fantastic service. Thanks Tom and team!
Response: Thanks so much, Gillian. Helping musicians have fun getting started is one of my favorite things about working in our community. Come back anytime to show off his progress! -T
Paul Myers
Paul Myers: I purchased a piano from these fine people, and I love it. It was very competitively priced. I have also purchased a guitar, and I have had these folks restring several guitars, and they do a great job —and again, the price is right. I love supporting small businesses, and Middle C Music is one of the best!
Response: Thanks so much! Very kind words. Glad you're enjoying the piano.
Fernando Nogueira
Fernando Nogueira: Super friendly and helpful staff. We were missing a very specific guitar screw and they helped us out in no time.
Susanna Gregory
Susanna Gregory: I LOVED it here! Stopped by for a new guitar and the staff was immediately willing to help and super friendly. The prices were great and I was really impressed with all the cool little things you could buy too! I didn’t get the names of the people who helped me but they were fantastic
Response: Thank you, Susanna! I'm glad we were able to help you find the right guitar, and we really appreciate your support. See you again! - Nick (and Tom and Dave) :)
Michelle Long
Michelle Long: I had the best time at Middle C Music! Everyone was super knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly. I came in looking for a 3/4 size acoustic guitar for traveling and had my pick of a beautiful selection. Big fan!! Will return!
Response: Wooo! Thanks Michelle, hope you enjoy the new guitar!

House of Musical Traditions: what do users think?
Wilhelm Bonnette
Wilhelm Bonnette: Excellent place to find hard to find instruments as well as for instrument repair. This is a musical instrument boutique.....especially for string and percussion instruments. I found several drums that are collectable, which were in great condition. If you are serious about your craft....then you have to make time to visit!!!
Greg O
Greg O: I am the type of person who goes into a music shop and likes to try a lot of instruments for a while before I buy and in many big chain music stores such as Chuck Levins, Guitar Center and music and arts I usually get very impatient, VERY PUSHY and rude service from the sales staff. I was so delighted to not experience that at all from your sales staff and this lack of pressure MADE ME BUY. I will definitely be back.
Response: Thanks so much for this positive review, Greg! We aim for a low-pressure atmosphere in the store and we're glad to hear you appreciate that. Hope to see you again!
Daniel Meltzer
Daniel Meltzer: A wonderfully overwhelming array of instruments in this shop. Very nice folks. I am glad we have this place in the Baltimore/DC area.
Response: Thanks so much for your positive feedback and support, Daniel!
El desinformador Informador
El desinformador Informador: This store repairs accordion microphone inputs since I have a condenser microphone, it is two microphones in one but when you connect the tip or plug as is normally done, only one microphone sounds the one on the grill but the one with the bass does not if I take it out in the middle more or less work the two microphones can repair this or what would be the problem in advance I hope your help thanks

Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center: what do users think?
Carlton Jones
Carlton Jones: Chuck Levins Washington Music Center, has been the most anticipated retail store visit since I was 13 years old. Every local musician I know in DC has spent time and money at Chuck’s. I recently made a purchase and it went as all my transactions made there since approx 1970. This time it was online but a very personal affair, Adam Levin was helpful and more accommodating that an old guy could ask for. It was still like xmas awaiting my package that came overnight and with a wonderful gift. I can honestly say it was the most emotional purchase I’ve made in decades, not the most expensive, not a life changing acquisition just a memory evoking moment that included family members and friends passed on that I think of frequently whom I spent many hours playing music with and having the best times of my life. Me, my family, friends and Chuck Levin’s Washington Music Center…. Thanks again Adam, if this is my last purchase please know they have all been the best!
Rachel Ellis
Rachel Ellis: Bought my fiancé a guitar here a year ago. Sales person was friendly and helpful. Good covid protocol for the time. Sales people weren’t pushy and were well informed on guitars. Bought the Taylor GS Mini and it’s been a great guitar. Would definitely check them out if you’re in the market for an instrument. Only downside was slightly outdated equipment/billing systems, but nothing a little patience doesn’t fix.
Richard Capeless
Richard Capeless: My experience was through an online order and I am here to testify to their exceptional customer service. I had a small problem with a piece of gear I was really excited to get, and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. General manager Adam Levin reach out to me and oversaw my exchange. That kind of personal touch made it clear that they care about their customers.
Bryce Wagner
Bryce Wagner: I worked personally with Pete Fleming to order my new bass amp. I saw a post on Reverb for an amp I had been looking for and Pete was very helpful. I’d also like to mention that he made me feel safe making such an expensive purchase over the phone for it to be shipped to my home town. Pete even went back to the warehouse to grab the amp because we both couldn’t believe they actually had one in stock. As soon as I paid, it was removed from reverb and he’s sent me receipts very swiftly to assure it was mine! I would highly recommend this store. If I had one complaint, it’s that it isn’t in my hometown. Haha
Response: So glad we could make this happen Bryce!! Going out the door today. Rock on 🤘🤘
Gary Rosen
Gary Rosen: Ordered on-line and called when I got there. Brought my purchase right to my car. Shop local! Spent a bunch of time there today with Pete who was super helpful in helping me decide what guitar to consider
Response: Thanks for using our curbside service, Gary! We appreciate you shopping with us.
dylanvs
dylanvs: I ordered a yamaha dtx8k mesh electric kit online. This kit was impossible to find anywhere else backordered on every other music site i went to so i was already happy i found it here. They got it to me quick using a freight company called distribution by air, i think it took just about a week which is good considering it was an entire pallet of boxes. The customer service from both the freight company and chuck levins was great, both companies reached out concerning my delivery making sure i could be there to sign and to let them know id got my shipment. Also the shop pay option for 4 installments is a huge plus! Couldnt ask for more
Mitzo
Mitzo: The staff are amazing, a huge variety of musical equipment, and I managed to get rototoms at over a 90% discount! If you’re in the area I 100% recommend stopping here

Guitar Center: what do users think?
Irish Car Bomb
Irish Car Bomb: This particular store is an embarrassment to the music community, and Guitar Center alike. Everything is cluttered, off shelves, out of place. The floors are absolutely filthy. There are broken instruments just laying around. There are items out of packages. You can tell staff doesn’t take pride in their store. I visit guitar centers around the country frequently, as I’m represented by a pro rep, via guitar center professional. I am a drummer, so I will include the photos I took of this establishment in my area only, I didn’t venture into the other areas as they were just as bad from afar. The used selection is just in piles all over the floor. Who would want to spend money here? The employees seem nice when you’re paying but there was absolutely no engagement with me until I was at the counter.
Sahil A
Sahil A: I would give this Guitar Center 0 stars if I could. Ben and all the other employees seem nice over the phone but in person they give you smart answers especially Ben, when you ask about the return policy Ben gets very offended. I asked for the return policy cause I was buying a used controller without it being tested. Ben then says if your gonna return it then don’t buy it, then why the hell do u guys have a return policy. Never shopping at this store again and I don’t recommend it to anyone!
Response: Hello Sahil, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would like to apologize, we want our customers to not only feel comfortable in our store, but also receive the assistance they need so we take instances like this very seriously. I would like to get this to a member of management for them to look into and reach back out to you to address. Please email your preferred method of contact to YourVoice@GuitarCenter.com and we can have them reach out.
Chris Scuderi
Chris Scuderi: Warning. This guitar center is selling used items as new. Purchased 2 “new” KRK 8 inch studio monitors at almost $300 each. When grabbing them off the shelf I noticed one of them looked like the box was retaped. I asked if this unit was used and the salesman Zack assured me it wasn’t. When I got home (after 2 hour round trip) the unit that I thought was opened was certainly opened because the power cable was missing. I immediately called the store and the manager was prompt to tell me he would over night the power cord. I raised my concern about the item being used and he assured me it wasn’t. Well, it’s used. There is a white scuff on bottom left (like it was hit on a white wall) and there are what appears to be soda that has dried on bottom. Now I get to spend another 2 hours swapping out this unit with a new one. A complete waste of my time and money.
Michael Fortenberry
Michael Fortenberry: Great location close to a lot of attractions and other shopping areas. They have a wonderful selection of music equipment bass, electric, and acoustic guitars. I think what a lot of people don’t know is Guitar Center also has a great selections of equipment keyboards, sound, lighting and turntable equipment. The staff here is superb, helpful and provided a lot of great recommendations I didn’t initially considered. I highly recommend this location to anyone passing through this area or are visiting.
Quentin Workman
Quentin Workman: After a mixup in shipping, and UPS losing my guitar, I was refunded for the price of mine and sent a new one on them. They are a great company that I will continue to frequent!
Response: Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate your comments and are glad to hear you were pleased with the service you received.
Hasan ibn-Sabah
Hasan ibn-Sabah: Decent stock, helpful and friendly employees who seem to like what they do. Minus 9ne star for the horrible parking lot situation.
Response: Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your time and letting us know about your experience Please let us know if we can ever be of any service in the future. Thanks again!
Ken Pierce
Ken Pierce: I bought a new Álvarez guitar is it place so good in the Customer satisfaction is excellent I love shopping at this place
Response: Thanks for the review!
Travis Roland
Travis Roland: I brought my martin custom X guitar here to have the bridge re glued down, and have a neck adjustment. My first issue was that i was told the total cost was going to be 150$ which included putting elixer strings back on. When i went to pick up the guitar I was charged extra for strings and they didnt put elixers back on. Not too big of a deal to me. When I got home and proceeded to inspect the repair I was immediately shocked by the lack of attention to detail, the bridge was crooked and not flush against the body. I returned the guitar to have this corrected, when I went to pick it up, I inspected it in the store, there was glue all around the bridge and looked even worse than the first time! I spoke with Steven H. Who conducted the repair and he said he would address the issue. Im thinking third time is a charm, wrong! I picked it up 20 minutes ago and it still looks like garbage. At this point my guitar has spent almost 3 weeks at guitar center and I have lost all patience so I brought the guitar home.
MOHAMMED DALOWAR HOSSAIN
MOHAMMED DALOWAR HOSSAIN: This an amazing place to buy a guitar and necessity of the music world instrument
She Fancy
She Fancy: These folks are just AWESOME. The young lady (the only young lady- pardon me for being absent minded) educated me on my desired purchase and went above and beyond to select the very best electric drum set available. She helped me prank surprise my husband with the drum set for his bday. She purchased balloons for him at zero cost to me. I can’t say enough. Extremely satisfied with the value AND service.

Alessa Lewis
Alessa Lewis: During my visit I met Mathew and he was such a HUGE help. I came in completely clueless of the instrument I was interested in and after speaking with Mathew I can say that I am now fully aware of everything needed to know to start my lessons. His customer service was phenomenal and very detailed. Thank you so much Mathew.
Samuel Gaines (MPD)
Samuel Gaines (MPD): Thank you for great and professional service today. The assistant was very knowledgeable about the school instrument rental package. I got everything my 6th grade son needed in one place. You have a customer for life.
Jack Roman
Jack Roman: The only place that I know of in the area that sells instruments AND offers lessons
Larita Mimms
Larita Mimms: Rachel was awesome; full of good information and advice. Other staff in the store were very welcoming and helpful, as well. My son and I had a great experience, and being in there ignited a "music fever" within me! :)
Regina L. Miles
Regina L. Miles: *****Updated Review Related to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic as of November of 2020: Like many businesses, Temperature Checks of Customers are now being Conducted here. Masks are Also Required . Please see their website for more information***** My previous Review was: I called this store before I visited for the first time today. Because I believe that good Customer Service can be given via telephone, online and/or in person of course, the way a business responds to me especially via telephone and looking at their website is my personal gauge as to whether or not I will be doing business with the business. This business has an Excellent website. I spoke with Racheal when I called this business for the first time and she has Excellent Customer Service Skills. The telephonic Customer Service alone I received encouraged me to visit this business asap not only as a Customer but also as a GLG. When I came in to introduce myself as a GLG, I was assisted by Reniqua and Matthew. Later on, Racheal came in, so I got to meet her in person for the first time. Reniqua and Matthew are awesome, and they were both extremely helpful and they very patiently answered all of my questions and they allowed me to take pictures. Something else that stood out to me was their Professional Teamwork and very obvious Respect towards me and each other......I was Very Impressed by that alone. This store is very clean, well-organized, and they have an extensive selection. They even sell Ukuleles and they even have their own Music and Arts Rewards Card program and I was able to sign-up for that while I was in the store......I personally love it when businesses have a Rewards Card program for customers:) I very much look forward to going back to this store soon to have my Voice Lessons and to buy more stuff. I will also be purchasing from their website as well:)
K. M. H. Vocalist
K. M. H. Vocalist: I had a very satisfying experience on both of my visits to the Music and Arts store ! Not only did each of the service agents help me choose the right equipment to build my first time studio but they also went above and beyond to give me great advice in reference to using the equipment! I send an honorable and special thanks to Mr. AJ , Mr. Toussaint Savwoir and Mr. Matt for there acceptional customer service , patience and knowlege!!

Vassilios Vassiliadis-Laouto Lobby
Vassilios Vassiliadis-Laouto Lobby: Fantastic local music store. Customer service is awesome and the manager Dave Belazis always goes above and beyond to help you get the best deal. They also offer musical classes and sell any type of musical instrument, accessories and equipment. I rather support this nice store than other online or other real music shops.
Dale Dean
Dale Dean: Extremely professional service allowed me to find the right edition of sheet music that I wanted. And we conferred back and forth by text messages before I even entered the store to pick up the edition. Outstanding and responsive treatment.
T King
T King: Very cool old school music shop, lotta different instruments, sheet music etc. Not sure how competitive prices on guitar amps are. Fun to browse. Looks like the do lessons and repairs, too.
Billy Billy
Billy Billy: Why you got to be so weird with your comments every time I come in the store with my children. I get that your band geeks or something, but don’t be so creepy and learn how to interact with humans. @Bernard and others need to stop with weird offhand remarks to customers and children in the store. No one needs it and we will take personal insult next time.
aria moshrefi
aria moshrefi: Came in just to exchange the rental violin for my son. Brian A was so helpful. He showed us the problem was was not the size of the violin but the locations of the tape was not correct. Excellent free assistance by such a nice employee Thank you you so much !
Christine Hill
Christine Hill: I went to Foxes music just to come see and admire the store cause of all the instruments. It was my first time going there and usually i’m a anxious mess kind of a person. I was immediately greated by good ol Dave! (Welcoming and friendly) He showed me some books, amps, intruments, etc. demoed some pedals. Not once was there a pressure to buy or anything which was super nice! No sales pitch and I thoroughly appreciated that. I saw this mustang and he showed it to me and all was history! I walked out with a slammin deal and stand in top of that! Thanks so much Dave! Will definitely be coming back!

Potter Violins: what do users think?
Raquel Duran
Raquel Duran: I took my son and his violin tutor to Potter Violins in July, and we were so pleased with their service. Our appointment started on time, and the young man that took care of us was extremely informative and kind. He even posed for a photo with my son. To top it all off, we received a thank you note in the mail and an itemized receipt for the violin we purchased, so we could insure it properly. This is hands down the best place to buy an instrument, and I will definitely be patronizing this business again.
Response: Thanks for your review, Raquel!! We are so glad you and your son had a great experience. Please let us know if you ever need anything, and we look forward to your next visit!
Lisa De Vasquez
Lisa De Vasquez: Been in and out off Potter for more than a 10+years. Always great customer service, great violin and cello selections+ and reasonable pricing and rental options. Great place!

Jihea Choi
Jihea Choi: Potter Violins consistently exceeds expectations in every way. The sales staff is professional, immensely knowledgeable and always guides me to the right solution for both my own professional performance needs, and those of my students. The repair staff is masterful in their work, and I have never had a single bad experience. I am also grateful for all of the behind-the-scenes work that Potter Violins have provided in bridging the gap on equity issues. I fully recommend this shop to all of my friends and colleagues.
Response: Thanks so much, Jihea!! We really appreciate your review and look forward to seeing you again soon!
Cathy Stewart
Cathy Stewart: Rob Wood once again worked his magic on one of my instruments. My teaching violin was making some horrible sounds and Rob found the problem, fixed it, as well as tweaked a few other things. The violin sounds great and plays better than it ever has. I am delighted to be able to take my instruments to a repairman I can completely trust. I highly recommend Rob and Potters. Many thanks to Dalton Potter, his wonderful shop, and his commitment to excellence.
Alanah Cunningham
Alanah Cunningham: I am always very pleased with the service here! I purchased my professional viola here three years ago and I am extremely happy with it! I get complements all the time and I love the sound I am able to produce. Jim Kelly was extremely helpful in the process of finding the right instrument for me. I purchased a bow last year that I am very happy with aswell. Rehairs are very quick if you call ahead to schedule in advance. Only takes an hour or so. Just brought my viola in to fix a buz that came from normal wear and tear on my older instrument. They were very helpful in glueing the crack that came open. My viola sounds great... No more buzz! You can tell everyone at Potters is very passionate about instruments and they work hard to find the right match for you as an individual. In addition to great service and selection they are located in a beautiful historic house. I would recommend Potters to all levels of string players!!
Antonio Robles
Antonio Robles: There is no better place for string instrument purchase or rentals than Potter’s! Everyone is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! The instrument quality is outstanding. My daughter has been playing for a long time and I’ve had nothing but amazing service. Thank you!!!
Response: Thanks so much, Antonio! Glad to be of service! Hope to see you both in again soon.
Anna Seitzer
Anna Seitzer: A suberb music shop for all your stringed instrument needs. Very knowledgeable staff and good selection of quality instruments to suit spectrum of budgets. >
Response: Thank you so much, Anna!
Margaret Keefe
Margaret Keefe: I’m a senior who returned to playing violin a few years ago after a 50 year hiatus! I feel ready to upgrade my student violin so today I met with Yan at Potter’s rentals department. I’m so pleased with Yan’s great help in securing the exact right upgrade for me. I highly recommend Yan and Potters rental plan. It’s a no pressure honest environment. I’m hoping to purchase an instrument but I have to evaluate a trigger finger issue that I have before making the buying plunge. I’m very happy to share my great experience. Thank you Yan.
Response: Thanks so much for your review, Margaret! We are so glad Yan found a great violin for you. Please feel free to reach out any time if you need anything!

Jason R.: Awesome store. Very courteous staff. I had pick ups installed in my guitar. Excellent work & they were completed before the estimated time.
Emily Reid Campbell
Emily Reid Campbell: This place is huge. Pictures don’t do it justice. There is a large open “main” area devoted primarily to guitars and accessories and sound systems and sheet music and whatnot. Off this main area there are many additional spaces with all sorts of cool stuff in various adjoining rooms, halls, alcoves, and other curious display areas of varying size and shape. Acoustic gets its own special room with a door and everything that you can access at the back of the main area—I didn’t go inside because it looked a bit too exclusive for me and too dangerous for my little kids to go near of course, but if you’re looking for acoustic stuff you’ll probably love it. You’ll also look really cool going inside. Other areas and offerings: a huge drum section filled with drums and drum stuff and related accessories and all sorts of things that I have never even seen or heard of because I do not play drums, all located in a large room/additional area just to the right of the entrance as you walk in the store from the parking lot (with potentially more spaces located off of that first “drum area,”—I didn’t venture that far in). Another several adjoining areas off the main space are similarly dedicated to pianos, keyboards, and synthesizer type stuff. Further back into the distant corners adjoining piano land, you’ll find another room or two full of speakers, amps, and all sorts of sound systems and devices for DJs and sound engineers and audiophiles of any sort. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a secret entrance to another realm entirely back there, with dancing elves playing trumpets and harps and accordions and other strange creatures of that sort, given how many corners and alcoves and sections they had there already. It’s pretty cool. On the other side of the store I saw additional rooms and areas for music lessons and rentals and a few other doors to miscellaneous realms of musical store excitement. I’ll have to check that side out next time. You get the idea. This place is BIG. In fact, the “main” area alone is as large or larger than the entire square footage of the few other guitar center locations I’ve seen before. Granted: size is not the primary determinant of quality, especially not for specialty stores of this sort. But if you need music equipment, this is a good bet. It’s a cool place overall and makes me want to learn more about everything there and maybe learn to play a few more instruments in the future. I don’t have enough experience to comment extensively on the quality of their actual stock or their prices in comparison to other stores. But they have a TON of stuff there for musicians and DJs and sound engineers and audiophiles and anyone else seeking musical instruments and music related goods. And they do price match other stores, so if you find something cheaper at another store they’ll give you that price (up to 45 days after purchase, with some exceptions of course). As for customer service and sales and whatnot: I have only purchased one thing from them thus far, but my experience was positive and the sales process was smooth and nicely handled. Overall, the sales associates are nice and unobtrusive. They’re not necessarily going to greet you enthusiastically when you walk in, or even greet you at all. They’re probably not going to ask you if you need help right away either, or perhaps at any point, and they’re almost certainly NOT going to follow you around the store just to see if you need help later. If you need or want all that, this might not be your type of place. Personally, I prefer this approach. They’re there and quite helpful if you need them, but otherwise they’ll let you explore and do your thing. If/when you do need them, they’re happy to help. Just ask. It works. I’m a fan.
Response: Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your time and letting us know about your experience Please let us know if we can ever be of any service in the future. Thanks again!
Todd L
Todd L: I like the store a lot it has percussion and the staff is friendly got a decent choice of ancillary services and boxes and supplies and you got a national system behind you
Response: Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate your comments and are glad to hear you were pleased with the service you received.
Luan Nguyen
Luan Nguyen: I stopped by this store to purchase 2 bose L1 pro 8, the first one is ok but the second one when I open everything very dirty and the power cord is already opened, look like they sold the open box for me with the price of the new one.
Jacob Ferguson
Jacob Ferguson: This place has *excellent* customer service. I had somewhat of an emergency and needed a small tan windscreen for my Countryman mic. Jim Hodges called almost every music store in town and finally we figured something out. Thank you so much to Jim Hodges and Guitar Center.

Jake O
Jake O: I’ve had a few good experiences here. Connor in the repairs/services department is absolutely excellent, great at communicating about your instrument and what the options are for your issue. And he’s good at the repairing or setting up your instrument. Dropping a star just because the store seems a little unorganized, communication between the front and the repair guys could be better. And it seems like they’re understaffed; the employees are being pulled in a thousand directions so sometimes there’s just not someone to help you. But yeah it’s p good, would let Connor adjust my truss rod any day
Response: Hi! Thanks for your business and feedback! We are happy that you had a good experience with our staff. Please let us know if we can ever be of any service in the future. Thanks again!
Brian Loffredo
Brian Loffredo: Why sell drums if you have no interest in selling drums? This is the second GC I’ve been to in a month and both of them look like the place is being packed up for a move. Boxes everywhere. Merchandise out of order and strewn about like toys on Christmas morning. Missing tags. You name it. It’s terrible. All of the snare drums on the shelf (in the Fredericksburg, VA location) were way out of tune. The top heads were barely tightened. The cymbals were not stocked well and there was no section to look at hardware. A few high hat and other stands were place sporadically around the “showroom” but there was no way for me to actually try anything out to see if it was worth purchasing. I was there for 30 minutes and did not see a single salesperson enter the drum area (unless someone was hiding behind the pile of returns next to the cash register. As a drummer, I am truly sad. I miss the heyday of Mannys Music and Sam Ash.
jfeownfew rewfew
jfeownfew rewfew: Horrible service. Every time I come, I gotta wait for so long to just ask if something is available. Back order never shipped and wouldn’t even refund when I come to the store. I once bought a bass which was said to be a floor model but sold at retail price and had a big scratch on the surface.
Response: Hello, Thank you for messaging us. I apologize for the inconvenience and the poor service you experienced at this location. Young Park
Young Park: Went in to try out some acoustic guitars. This location has a nice inventory of guitars and the acoustic room is really nice. Lots of low, mid and high range guitars. Service wasn’t that good. I went in three different times to check out guitars and each time, the salesman would pull a guitar down and then disappear. One time, I waited 20 min. for the salesman to come back and check on me, but he never did. So I left. When i found a guitar I liked, I tried to haggle on the price and they wouldn’t budge from the list price. I’m addition, they had some used guitars listed with prices that were the same (when you get a case) as new.
Daniel Harper
Daniel Harper: It’s a Guitar Center. If you’re looking for guitar or rock music-focused music gear, this is a good place to go. It has a better selection than most other rock-focused music stores. It’s neat and well-organized. If you’re looking for classical or band music gear (violins, woodwinds, brass instruments, etc.), this is not the place for you. Overall I recommend it.
Response: Glad to hear we got you covered! Thank for your review! Thanks for the review! Have a great day!

Ciara Long: This must be a good GC. My husband told me he was running in for a quick second and 40 minutes later I’m still sitting in the car. I guarantee he comes out with half the store. Great location, friendly and knowledgeable service he said and well stocked.

virginie gimenez
virginie gimenez: They have a great selection of classes, instruments, supplies… My son is having a blast there. His teacher is Martin Nau and he is perfect for my son. He can steer my son’s energy and have him very focused. My son has learned so much in 3 lessons! I am very pleased. I also love the people at the register. They are very friendly.
U G H
U G H: The staff was knowledgeable ,explaining all the instruments for how much lesson cost or the price for rental and purchase and quality.
K&S Whyte
K&S Whyte: This store has everything you need when it comes to music. They have a personable, knowledgeable staff, who will help you find whatever you need. The store manager, Andrew, has personally gone out of his way to track down a particular drum kit for our son. If you are looking for teachers we highly recommend Dan for guitar and bass and Leland for drums. They are both incredibly talented musicians in their own right and as teachers they are kind, patient, inspiring and (according to our son) "really cool". We have been attending lessons and been regular customers for 5 years now, and this store and their terrific team never disappoints!
Greg Capaldini
Greg Capaldini: I am happy to have replaced my acoustical piano with an electric one, Yamaha model P125, that allows me to practice in my apartment as long and as late as I want with earphones. I also purchased the permanent keyboard stand, a flip-top bench with storage, the three-pedal attachment, a large music stand, and rechargeable stand lights. I am totally pleased with this equipment, but my highest praise goes to Mr. Travis Gettinger, a manager who personally helped me with purchase decisions, ordering, assembly, and delivery. Going forward I will EXCLUSIVELY come to Music & Arts for my musical needs.
Donte Jiggetts
Donte Jiggetts: I have never played an instrument or studied music in 28 years of life. I started taking guitar lessons with Dan Peterson here and I can honestly say I love it. I am learning not only how to play but even some basic music theory. He is a patent and good instructor who teaches based on the learning curve of the student. Whether you are 12 or 67 years old, I would recommend him and this place.
Angela Dalmolin
Angela Dalmolin: My 10 year old son LOVES his guitar lessons with Dan Peterson! I am so grateful to have found such a skilled musician who can impart the joy of music and make learning fun. Dan challenges him appropriately and he’s more excited than ever to practice at home. Highly recommend Music and Arts, especially lessons with Dan!
cosmo3141
cosmo3141: Been learning to play the ukulele for the past five weeks with Dan Peterson as my instructor. Dan has taught me a lot in a very short amount of time. Each lesson I look forward to learning something. If you are interested in learning a string instrument Dan is your go to guy.
Francisco Banda
Francisco Banda: Andrew went extra miles with his services, from 1 to 10, he deserve a 20!!! My plan was to apply for credit in a local store here in Virginia, and pick up the trumpet in Texas. Texas is where my family lives. He told me that this was an unusual request, and he never has something similar in his 3 years working for Music & Art. Never the less, he applied for my finance, called the store in Texas, and provide all the support and information that I need to perform my purchase. Even he knows, his store will not be making the sale, but still he went extra miles in his customer service. Thank you, Francisco Javier Banda
Tim Smith (TSmitty0614)
Tim Smith (TSmitty0614): Got my trumpet repaired by music and arts and I wish I took a before picture because the result was amazing. They completely fixed up my old trumpet from the 60s and it looks like it could be a brand new trumpet. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for repairs

Action Music Ltd: what do users think?
TJ Sanner
TJ Sanner: I love guitars. I love visiting awesome shops that have amazing inventory and amazing staff that are excited to be in that environment. Action did not disappoint today. Hands down the best inventory of Huss & Dalton, Collings, and vintage Martin. They even spur of the moment fit me in and made a quick truss rod adjustment while I waited. Totally unbelievable. I am a small business owner myself and only hope these guys know how awesome they are! Thanks for an amazing visit, truly a 6star experience! We traveled from Annapolis just to see their shop and will be back 100%.
Response: Thank You TJ It was really nice to meet You! Thank You for Your kind review. Matt
Matt Lyttle
Matt Lyttle: The greatest guitar shop around, no question. Incredible selection of new and vintage instruments. All sorts of pedals and gear. Extremely knowledgeable staff. And they are as welcoming as can be. Just be respectful of their stuff and they will treat you like family - no matter how deep (or empty) your pockets are!
Response: Thank You Matt!
Elisa
Elisa: Great store! The staff are so friendly, kind, and willing to share advice. I always have a pleasant experience taking my guitars in for work or browsing for new gear.
Response: Thank You for the kind words Elisa!
Matthew Morgan
Matthew Morgan: This place is the best guitar shop in the DMV and it’s not even close. The guys know their stuff and they care about what they do. I came in with a California strat a few months ago and the owner took time to walk me through the history of the guitar, the value, and helped me weigh pros and cons of investing in some repairs. They’ve set up 4 of my guitars and have done A+ work on each one. Love these guys!
Response: Wow Thank You Matthew-we appreciate Your kind review.
Cameron Quinn
Cameron Quinn: Music shops like this are a dying bread and thankfully we still have killer shops like Action. Super knowledgeable about all things music and guitars. Best and most eclectic selection of vintage guitars in the area. Thanks Action!
Response: Thank You Cameron!
Harrison Z
Harrison Z: I found a guitar on their website listed as in stock, called to buy it and they explained their website is out of date by about 5 years. Ok. They mentioned they have a Mustang Bass for sale though so I was interested. Rob told me he had to check with his boss on how to do the sale but the best way would be to mail a check. I accepted the terms and asked to please place a hold tag. They said they could put the tag on for me. I called them the next day to ask for the pictures they promised me, they were “slammed; call back later no time to put a hold tag on”. I called back later. “The shop is closing now but we can make a reverb listing for you tomorrow and you’ll just buy it first as it goes up.” I told them, Saturday on reverb, it’s very possible someone will buy it in those seconds before me. They said it’s never happened and won’t be a problem. I call back the next day to remind them of the deal, they said call a little later. I did. They say 3,2,1 the listing is up, Reverb wanted my CVV code (which doesn’t usually happen) which I scrambled to get, then someone else bought the bass in those seconds. Apparently the other buyer is a returning customer so they sold the bass to him. After all the calls I made and the changing of terms I accepted, they simply sold it out from under me. This is the number one worst experience I’ve had buying a guitar. They cant accept a credit card over the phone? The reverb listing wouldn’t have even been created if it weren’t for me and they sell it to this other guy who is apparently on the way to pick it up 30 seconds after purchasing? Come on. Who do you think would have been inconvenienced more; him or me? After all the phone calls I made and patience I had after reminding them several times about the sale, obviously me!! they didn’t seem to mind at all selling it out from under me. Almost proud of their decision. A simple explanation to the other buyer and I’m sure everyone would understand that the bass should have been sold to me. And a bonus complaint, I asked them at the end of the call if they have anymore vintage fenders in stock and they told me I was already told what they have in stock the day before. As if somehow I was inconveniencing them! Absolutely unbelievable and extremely unprofessional. “We’ve been doing the same thing for 25 years buddy “. Is what I heard many times. What??? Reverbs been around for about 6 years. And you’d think they’d know how to honor a deal after all their years as a shop! Extremely disappointed and so much of my time and energy wasted for nothing.
Response: The item was listed on Reverb specifically for You and we notified You and were on the phone with You as we went live with the listing so You could grab it. We specifically asked You, if You were ready to proceed, after you said Yes we listed, But then You continued to haggle and were told that the item was in two other peoples carts. Then someone bought it out from under you. I'm sorry but we tried very hard to work with You, and patiently explained our policies multiple times. We tried, sometimes things just don't work out. Thank You Matt
Christopher Frakes
Christopher Frakes: Great selection of instruments, equipment, and accessories. Matt and co. are knowledgeable, kind, and a delight to chat with. Hands down the best music store in the area!
Response: Thank You Chris!

Brobst Violin Shop: what do users think?
Daniel L
Daniel L: I got the feeling that no one wanted to deal with me because I was doing a rental. I was told that that the rental fee would be prorated if I returned my instrument early. I just returned the cello after 6 months of rental. And no prorate was given when I returned it a good half a month before the end of my lease renewal date.
Response: Hello Daniel, we never want a customer to walk away feeling unappreciated. So sorry to hear this! We serve hundreds of valued rental customers and are grateful for each and every person who chooses to patronize our business. Please phone us so that we can look into the matter and issue you the correct refund. I am sure it was done in error. Aik Khim Tan
Aik Khim Tan: Even though I had many many questions, David and Sharon patiently helped me through the entire process of purchasing a fine violin. They were friendly and very clear in communication. I highly recommend Brobst Violin Shop for their excellent customer service and diverse range of fine instruments!
Zackery Harper
Zackery Harper: Utilizing their home trial, I was able to find a vintage instrument that I fell in love with. I was able to negotiate a nice trade in on my prior instrument. I will definitely come back to Brobst in the future for my strings needs. The customer service was great and Sharon was so helpful throughout my experience. Thank you! :)
dmarm339
dmarm339: Great service and deals. I trust them with all my string instruments. David gave us a fantastic deal at our school for two violas. They were high quality instruments and setup correctly. Additionally, he repaired out string bass. We are grateful for their quality services at affordable prices.

MJ
MJ: Don’t waste your time here. Horrible customer service. There’s no order in how they run their business. Went in to purchase some items and just needed them to pull the stock so I could check out, but we waited for approximately 25-30 minutes before we decided it was going to be a never ending wait and left. They would rather spend their time playing around and testing out guitars customers are there to sell rather than assisting customers who are there to spend money. It would be more efficient if they ascertained whether or not you’re there to buy or sell upon arrival in order to expedite the process.
Response: Hello MJ, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would like to apologize, we want our customers to not only feel comfortable in our store, but also receive the assistance they need so we take instances like this very seriously. I would like to get this to a member of management for them to look into and reach back out to you to address. Christian Hall: I have so many great memories of coming to this store on a regular basis. I took bass lessins here back in my "hey day" and I really enojyed coming here. I want to say that I cane here for a period of four or five months, and I learned a lot about how to play the bass. I stsrted out simoly renting the guitar, and then soon thereafter I started with the lessons. My guitar teacher was awesone also, and we had a blast! I found out today from one of the guys working here that this store has over 150 locations across thr U.S. I would have never known that. They are si nice and personable herre, and now Im seriously thinking about picking-up the guitar again, just to come back here!

Peter Clifford: Starting guitar lessons with Mak. Super nice staff. Can’t wait to start my band.
Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are pleased to hear that you had a good experience at this location.
Nick Ruggieri
Nick Ruggieri: I had a very pleasant experience at this Music & Arts in McLean, from the moment I entered the store, to my final purchase! I was greeted by a lovely young woman who introduced herself as Katherine. She was quite knowledgeable in responding to my inquiries regarding instrument purchases and rentals. She also introduced me to the store manager, Ian, who gave me expert advice on guitars and their prices, eventually helping me settle on the right one for me to purchase. They made sure the guitar was tuned and ready for me to play. I was also introduced to one of their guitar teachers with whom I set up weekly lessons with. I couldn’t be happier with the ease of my purchase and the overall positive experience - I highly recommend them to all!

Kyle Chang
Kyle Chang: Ordered a Kawai digital piano here in March and was told the piano would be delivered in May. Called the customer service several times in June and July and was told there would be additional delay and in early August, we were told the order was cancelled. Nobody contacted us when the order was cancelled. If we had not called, we would have not known that. The store said there is a new model and promised it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks so I placed a new order. We called them today to check the status but were told we need to wait another 2 months. We were also told there is nothing they can do and there is no manager that can address the issue. Very disappointed with the business.
Gabby Perez
Gabby Perez: This store is FANTASTIC, excellent customer service received by Daniel, Brett, and Morgan! They helped me find everything I needed to get my ukulele and all its necessary accessories. Also, very impressive selection of books-- ready to play Christmas songs for the family this year :)
TKM
TKM: I’m adult that is learning piano — Kathy is such a GREAT piano teacher. Knowledgeable, extremely nice, explains everything (and I need it, knew next to nothing), and teach much more then playing the piano- she explains about composers, interesting facts, music composing. I enjoy her classes a lot. Class goes by so fast. I am always learning something new- piano and music in general. I will listen to music differently now (also during movies;)). She feels how you need to be teached. Lots of experience
Monica Faucette
Monica Faucette: Although this is a chain, it is a welcoming and reliable music store. They have an excellent rental/rent to own program for school band students. The staff is generally knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly. They have a nice selection of sheet music and books for different instruments. If this review was helpful, please "like."
Troy Raines
Troy Raines: Elizabeth was wonderful, she helped my daughter with trading her 1/4 size cello for a 1/2 cello. She went as far as finding a song in a book my knew, to help her practice and get used to the new cello. She spent a fair amount of time with my daughter, and then afterwords helped my daughter with a bass guitar and helped her try one out. After we decided to purchase one, she helped us find the right amp and cord for our needs. The store staff has always been pleasant, and is why we decided to go to that store again. However Elizabeth went above and beyond expectations and when we left there was a smile on my daughters face.
Judith Davis
Judith Davis: I got excellent advice and service about restringing my guitar. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and the job was done quickly and was ready on time.
Lisa Federer
Lisa Federer: I have been taking lessons here for almost a year. My teacher is great and I’ve learned a lot but I cannot believe how badly their billing is run. My teacher frequently misses lessons so over the course of the year there have been about 15 times I’ve not had a lesson I was scheduled for. I was still charged for all of these lessons and now they owe me over $600 that I paid for lessons I never had. I’ve talked to people in the store multiple times and they’ve said they’re working on it, but it’s been nearly a month. I’ve written to their corporate help desk and my email was ignored. Honestly I don’t know what else to do at this point besides maybe legal action? Anyway, while I really like my teacher, I would advise anyone else to avoid this place like the plague because of their super shady billing practices

Atomic Music: what do users think?
Linda Neuman
Linda Neuman: One of our favorite places! We come here just to soak in the fun atmosphere. It is like a funky museum of used guitars, amps, drums, and keyboards, with an emphasis on guitars. Stunning collection. Have bought both acoustics and electrics here. They also have lots of both acoustic and electric bass guitars. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They will always give you a good deal. You can stay as long as you like and browse the warehouse-like premises that also include rock memorabilia and posters, really fun to look at. Come see the Kiss action figures and amazing rock artwork, like the main characters from Star Wars jamming out to a live audience. This place is a one of a kind gem, a must-see for rock music buffs of all ages with all budgets.
Colin
Colin: More than I could ask for in a Music Store experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I brought a guitar to trade in and put the money towards the purchase of another expecting to haggle on the price. Instead I was given a great deal off the bat and they threw in a free hard shell case. Any time I’m back in this area I’ll be paying this place a visit.
Mike Workman
Mike Workman: I was considering to buy this g-400 epi Toni Iommi edition. I was skeptical at first ,the set up was horrible like it never was played. One of the tuners had a bad screw. They had their tech fix it up and it was like a different guitar. I was very pleased at the results and the price was fair for the condition and they even gave me a nice case for it. This is one of the old school misic stores left around .Nice helpful staff I RATE AT 100%
Josh Hess
Josh Hess: I visited for my first time today and traded a few guitars I didn’t play for a really nice guitar. I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful people and satisfying experience. They were extremely fair on my trades and they have great prices on the gear in the store. Although I’m about 90 minutes away, they’ve earned a customer for life. 🤘
Tj Tj
Tj Tj: My favorite place! They are the absolute best.Whatever u want, They make it happen
Daniel Tana
Daniel Tana: I’ve been shopping for guitars and other gear at Atomic music for 20 years now, and they’ve never let me down. If you want a guitar, bass, amp, etc. and don’t want to spend a fortune on something new, you absolutely can’t beat them for used gear. They guarantee everything they sell used so if you have a problem with it, they’ll take it back within 30 days. They also have a great buy back policy so if you’re someone like me who’s slowly upgraded to nicer instruments over the years, you know you’ll get a good price selling back a guitar that you bought there if you want to upgrade it a few years later. I recently found what would have been a 400ish dollar Marshall combo amp there tagged at $219, played it in store, and walked out with it for an even better price. Unbelievable. I’m just saying, it’s worth a trip or a call/email to them if you’re looking for something specific, and you can find some great stuff if you have time to browse around their inventory. So before you go to Guitar Center or whatever, check them out. You’ll be supporting an awesome and vital local/regional business and you’ll probably find a really good deal too!
Ed Gallagher
Ed Gallagher: Great Store and team. Brought in a bunch of lefty Guitars and Helix Floor. Got a great and fair price! They are the best!
J C
J C: I visited to sell some music gears. They’re pretty big and had lots of varieties at the store! Staff were so kind and friendly. If you’re looking into buying instruments or selling them, you should definitely check Atomic Music for sure!!:)

Music & Arts: what do users think?
Amanda Eikenes
Amanda Eikenes: Amanda was very helpful in selecting an appropriate piano book for me, based on my skill leave and selecting the correct key stand. She also gave me a tour of the different lesson rooms. Very informative but not pushy at all. She also told me that they price match the same item if found online for cheaper. Wonderful experience!
Kris Kenard
Kris Kenard: Placed a phone order with Amanda. She was very kind and took the time to help me choose a mic and recommended some accessories. Made I sure I knew exactly what I was paying for. My delivery came earlier than expected and I am sincerely satisfied with the service I received.
Tony Smith
Tony Smith: Undoubtedly the worst place to purchase a musical instrument for your child. Why two stars if this is the worst place I’ve ever experienced in well over half the US? Because this negative experience was solely caused by one employee surrounded by a great depth of adequate or great employees. My wife and grandchildren went into this business to purchase a set of relatively inexpensive drums or similar item for our granddaughter, by our granddaughter with funds she earned through work. Rather than encourage this motivated 7 year old, a so-called manager (female, Caucasian, red hair hair) belittled my grandchild as the item she wanted wasn’t “a real drum” or “would be off” or… Yes, a child was repeatedly belittled essentially for not earning enough (thinly veiled as the grandparent could pay the offset). This is not the experience any person wants and there are plenty of music stores in the area that won’t presumably treat a customer in this manner.

Douglas Smith
Douglas Smith: I have been a classical guitar lesson student for more that a year now and I have yet to have a bad experience. The quality of the instruction, the convenient and flexible scheduling, and the great location are only surpassed by the friendliness, respectfulness, and courteousness of the manager and staff. I enjoy my weekly lessons, as well as seeing my muses; Victoria, Jennifer, Caitlin, and most of all, my instructor extraordinaire; Scott. The atmosphere is positively musical. Check it out. 10 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cassandra Hetzel
Cassandra Hetzel: I was really disappointed in the customer service. I had a great time with the music teacher, but the manangment stuff were horrible. I offered to pay a month in advice with my card and they said they could only do automatic payments which is a rip-off and a trick. After the music lesson, she didn’t even ask me how it went she just said your card goes here without even telling me about the automatic payment. It’s a good thing I asked. Sadly I won’t go back there.
Response: Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, Cassandra. We strive to uphold the best customer service possible and we are disappointed to hear your experience did not meet that expectation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and would appreciate the opportunity to remedy this along with any other concerns you may have. Please forward your complaint to CallCenter@musicarts.com and we will follow up with you directly. If there is anything else we can do to further assist you, please don't hesitate to let us know! We hope you have a wonderful day and we look forward to speaking with you!
OnStage PAC
OnStage PAC: Love the folks at this store! I’ve purchased many things (both printed music & instruments) from this location. The sales associates are helpful and knowledgeable - very informative, but they also give you room to explore.

Justine Powell
Justine Powell: Staff were very helpful with evaluating my 20-year old guitar while also providing help with fitting my son with a guitar. Excellent service!
Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are pleased to hear that you had a good experience at this location.
Pegeman 1
Pegeman 1: I bought a cello for my son and used to rent an instrument from them. Their staff is always helpful and their current store manager has been working there for a few years and is the most helpful.
Asher Rosenbaum
Asher Rosenbaum: What a lovely music shop!! Perfect for any band kid (or adult band kid) who wants supplies and lessons. The people here are so nice!!!
Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are pleased to hear that you had a good experience at this location.
Joe Tuyor
Joe Tuyor: Staff were not helpful at all. I came first but the second and third customers were attended to first. Very disappointed with the service this time. This is my 3rd or 4th time to come to this store to rent an instrument for my kids.
Adam Coolbaugh
Adam Coolbaugh: Charles is the cream of the crop in terms of guitar knowledge, personabilty, and helpfulness. Charles and I play completely different styles, but he took the time to listen carefully to the music that I am aiming to play, and recommended a guitar and pedal combo to help me best emulate that style. I would recommend Charles to anybody looking to buy a guitar, or simply to have a conversation to help determine your needs. The guy knows his stuff and cares to help you get to where you’re aiming. I made one of the best purchases of my life thanks to Charlie, cheers mate!
