CityPaws Animal Hospital: what do users think?

Zachary Denney: Positive: Professionalismwhen I arrived today they were able to squeeze me in for my puppy that was having breathing issues. They were very nice and made me feel at ease. My puppy is much better but I appreciate them helping her at the last minute

Olga F: I haven’t been here yet because when I called in the front desk manager immediately cut me off as I was trying to explain my issue and said “have YOU ever been here before?” When I said no, she said the wait was 4-6 weeks. I said that unfortunately I couldn’t wait that long and started to say that I’ll check with other places to which she responded “well that’s the wait for everybody!” I think City Paws can benefit from some nicer staff.

David M: Doctors are amazing. Support staff leaves a little to be desired. On my last visit, the assistant said she was pregnant and couldn’t pick up my (petite 10 pound dog) so she decided she would drag my already scared baby across the lobby down the hall. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk nurse, she argued with me rather than apologize.

Cierra Piggott: I do not usually write reviews but the outstanding service my dog received today deserves recognition! She got to a small chicken bone outside and although I got most of it out of her mouth, she was acting uncomfortable and like she still had something stuck in the back of her throat. I first called Friendship emergency vet and they said they had a 1-3 hour wait (plus it is a 20 minute drive). I was about to leave but my husband called City Paws and told them the situation. They said bring her right in. I got there abt 10 minutes later and the staff was waiting outside the front door to meet us. They took my dog back immediately for the doctor to examine her, while I gave check-in info as we had never been there before. They called me back to speak to the doctor 5 minutes later. The vet was extremely smart and friendly. Overall the service blew me away. Everyone from start to finish was so nice and made me feel at ease. My dog perked up significantly and was back to her normal self before we left. I was back home in way less than 1 hour from when she even ate the bone. Thank you!!

Aerica Shimizu Banks: I’ve been a longtime client, since 2016 but this will likely be the last time I go out of my way to take my dog here. I scheduled an appointment a week out for time sensitive issues and got on the cancellation list. Was told there were several cancellations today, and rearranged my schedule to drive across town from deep in Southeast to make it. Rush hour starts at 3pm now apparently so hit a ton of traffic but still make it right at the advertised grace period of 15min . Call to check in and am placed on hold for 15 total minutes as we wait outside just to be told to reschedule and that the grace period has changed to 10min. Was I ever notified of this change? No. I received no call to confirm or check in if I was running late. Even the signage at the front desk says 15min grace period. So, two hour roundtrip for nothing. I thought the higher prices were worth paying for the appointment availability and attentiveness but those qualities no longer exist. Not to mention previous requests for medical records were ignored. Infuriating waste of time.

Murray Penner: I highly recommend CityPaws. Their staff are helpful and professional, and their doctors are compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable. The only negative experience I ever had was having to wait a fairly long time for a nail trim for my cat but it was during COVID and because if a staff shortage so it’s understandable. It’s a quality and well-planned practice that I have complete confidence in. I especially appreciate Courtney up front who is always helpful and efficient.

J sam: They are very professional and friendly. The veterinarian very willing to answer all the concerns regarding the health of our baby. Thank you city pawn. With affection Sophia the husky❤

Union Veterinary Clinic: what do users think?

Kelly Leigh Deaton: Every time I take my dog to this vet clinic it’s a great experience. I had a scare last year where he had to undergo numerous tests and the vet called me regularly to update me on what was going on. I highly recommend this clinic. Much better than other clinics I have used in the past. And I never wait to be seen.

Christine Marie: I have been taking my dog to Union Vet for about 5 years. We have loved our experience. The team at Union Vet is super friendly, informative and helpful. Their exams are thorough and they take the time to answer any question I have. My dog is often very nervous and skittish at the vet but the team does a great job remaining patient and doing everything they can to make him feel safe. I highly recommend Union Vet!

Amanda Clinton: The staff is so kind to my Maizy - always patient and gentle with her. Dr. Appleby is great! He was thorough, never made me feel rushed, explained options and costs for my dog’s treatment and generally has a stellar bedside manner for animals and their humans. He is also very knowledgeable about Rx and specific conditions in my breed of dog. I recommended him to my friends seeking a vet. Thanks to the rest of staff, as well, who helped with the vaccines and payment. Everything went very smoothly.

Brooke Sherman: The staff at Union Veterinary is knowledgeable and friendly. I just moved to DC and am very happy I selected them as the vet for my new cat! Overall very positive experience for me and my pet.

Marvin Miller: I just can’t recommend this vet. We brought two cats here and they were siblings. Four years ago, due to liver failure, we put her brother to sleep and they botched it — he was facing away from us and as soon they sedated him, his heart stopped. And we didn’t have a chance to say good bye. This time, her sister was 19 years old and in rapid declining health. She absolutely hated vets so we didn’t bring her in. Would not take pills or even mixed in food. She wasn’t stupid. And because it was some time since we last brought her in, they said they had to do quality of life exam and kept asking me - rudely and coldly - implying we could have done this or that. I was floored. We struggled with the decision but we knew it was time. And the vet made me feel horrible and she did nothing to assure me. Very judgmental. She reluctantly admitted there was a lot of issues with her at end. They went ahead and put her to sleep. To add insult to the injury, I was told it would be $170 on phone. No. The final bill was $420. Just be warned. And I honestly do not know why I returned to this vet again. I will not again.

Friendship Hospital For Animals: what do users think?

Jessica Rubenstein: Friendship Hospital for Animals has done an amazing job with both our cat and our dog. Last year they saved our cats life by correctly diagnosing him with FIP when another vet across town missed that diagnoses. Our cat would have died within weeks without Friendship getting it right. This year, our dog needed a fast-growing mass removed so we went to Friendship again. She has had masses removed before at other vets but this time the incision looks AMAZING and she’s healing so well. Friendship also has an incredible ophthalmologist at their location, which I didn’t know doggy ophthalmology was even a thing until we needed one. The ophthalmologist immediately knew how to care for our dogs degenerative eye condition that other vets missed. After paying the deposit for our dogs surgery and not needing all of the services, the billing department quickly refunded the services we ended up not needing. We recommend this vet to everyone.

D Charlie: The Best Skilled and Professional service. These people took OUTSTANDING care of my Dog Uncle Charlie! They have all the EQUIPMENT your pet needs and Uncle Charlie received top quality service. My Dog is 15 and Friendship showed him great Respect while handling. I LOVE Friendship Animal Hospital and I thank GOD for everything!

Malia Coppage: I took my dog , Mariah, in for an emergency in the middle of the night this week. I was really impressed with the staff and the care they provided for my dog. Everyone seemed to genuinely care and they were very sweet to her and to me. I would like to say a special thanks to Dr. Asher Feldman who saw her on ER and to Dr. Allison Haley and her neurology team for taking care of her the following day!

Michael Black: Absolutely incredible. They handle a very large volume of pets, and while the wait time was very long it was absolutely worth it. My dog came in with a bite wound and the staff checked me in calmly, the doctor reassured me and kept me perfectly informed along the way. The front staff was very professional; on top of everything they were adjusting the pictures in the lobby so the frames weren’t crooked. You should know that: - the wait time is long - emergency procedures are expensive But I would wait even longer and pay even more for this quality of service. 100% recommend for an emergency alternative to your primary vet.

Gracie Meringer: I had to bring my dog here a few nights ago. She was seen quickly, diagnosed quickly and they filled her prescriptions immediately. Total our visit was less than 2 hours. Dr. Perry explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions and clearly really loved my dog. She was carried by the staff in a blanket because of her injured back. They all clearly cared and were easy to work with. My follow up questions and emails were answered so fast, and when I needed more medicine they filled it immediately. I hope your pet never needs an ER/Urgent care visit but if they do, this is absolutely the place to go.

Maggie Chan: I brought in a stray cat that I was hoping to adopt and keep. I had taken him to my usual vet across town who had checked him out and indicated the cat was in good health and for vaccinations. Within days, the cat quickly spiraled downhill so I quickly rushed him to Friendship Hospital for Animals on a Sunday. Yes, the wait was long but I was very appreciative of Dr. Murphy who was detailed and thorough with the diagnosis and options. Despite a long day (I brought the cat in at 2 pm and at 2 am, she was still there), she was patient, compassionate, and answered all my questions. It was heartbreaking to have to put the cat down but it was also reassuring that Dr. Murphy did her best to help keep the cat comfortable. Thank you.

Lindsay P: We’ve been bringing our dogs here for years now, and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars, and it seems like over the past year or two the customer service has gone down hill and the business seems more concerned about profits then care. We’ve received little to no follow up after appointments, and reception has been curt and unhelpful over the phone. We will likely continue coming here only because they maintain the medical history and know our dogs, but we would not recommend this business if you’re looking for a place that truly cares about the well being of your pet and maintaining positive relationships.

P Street Pet Practice: what do users think?

Priscilla Thomas: P Street Pet Practice is extremely professional, quick, and friendly when I take my mini dachshund, Bailey, in. Dr. Teferi is clearly extremely knowledgeable about each breed of dog and attentive to individual pet needs. I’m never worried when I drop my dog off to him and the other staff at P Street Pet Practice. They’re great at communication and always update me throughout my dog’s appointment. Something I really appreciate is that they let me know beforehand approximately what I’ll be paying and break down the costs line by line. I’m so happy my dog has a great vet that I can trust to provide the best care for him!

Karla Valcárcel: P Street Pet Practice took great care of my cat, Luna, for her annual checkup and vaccination. She was calm and happy after the appointment and the staff seemed so friendly. I’ll be returning to this vet in the future.

Kimberley Portugal: My dog has severe allergies. He was miserable. We just relocated back to DC and were referred to P St. Pet Practice. They were able to squeeze us in quickly to give my sweet Pete some relief. He is feeling so much better after his visit. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Hannah Mirviss: Very friendly staff and cute practice. Can be hard to get an appointment like all vets in the area, but attentive and kind to my cat! Will be my primary vet going forward. Thanks!

Erica Taylor: I love going to this Vet, the doctor and the whole staff are so friendly and caring for my Furbabies and do their best to get my babies in when they are not feeling well. Of course during these times I do my best to call at least two weeks in advance for routine checkups due to appointments filling quickly but overall a great experience would 100 percent recommend.

Banfield Pet Hospital: what do users think?

Catherine Delaney: I will not be bringing my dog back to Banfield. We have been plan members for over 5 years. We have rarely needed to bring her in for emergencies or due to her being sick, but when we have there has been at least a month wait with no options to bring her in sooner. What is the point of being a preferred plan member if your dog can’t be seen when sick? Not to mention the woman on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. Many people warned me not to bring our dog here and I wish I had listened. They took our money monthly and when we actually needed them for something they were beyond dismissive.

Carolin Tolentino: Really wonderful veterinary practice. Staff (receptionists, vet techs, and vets) are kind, knowledgeable, and patient, prices are reasonable, and appointment availability is pretty good. My puppy is in good hands. :)

TaQuesha Thompson: This place have really went down hill from four years ago when I first started bringing my fur baby here the use to communicate more better and was more professional I don’t know if they are under new management or what but it is a mess. I was told my baby was due for a vaccination from 2020 here it is 2022 and no one mentioned that to me at all and she has been there faithfully for the rest of her shots smh but they quick to take your money I have no understanding at all I am looking for a new pet dr. Office to take her to do any one know a good one please thanks in advance I highly appreciate it.

Michael Arrue: I was arriving late today and I gave them a call and they were very understanding about me being a few minutes late and I really really appreciate, the woman who is talking care of my dogs is very sweet and helpful ( brook)

Helen Hatcher: I have had the best experience since I was introduce to Banfield in 2019, they take very good care of my 2 baby which eases my mind...thank you Banfield (The Yard).

G Madrid: I had a terrible experience with Banfield. I am the first to understand about COVID difficulties, as I lost my Dad to COVID. I was super disappointed in the customer experience. I am searching for a new place for the care of my best friend.

Atlasvet: what do users think?

MJ Kass: They’re super friendly here. My cats were well cared for. There was no pressure for my cats to do what the vet told them. One of my kitties (pictured) is very shy and was coaxed with delicious treats that she definitely appreciated. The techs didn’t even pick them up unless I was okay with it. I can tell they want my animals to live long

Loana Caballero: We absolutely LOVE AtlasVet. The very first time I visited, the front desk greeted us with excitement. Since then, I have visited the office multiple times and the treatment has remained consistent, especially from Zain! He is always going the extra mile to ensure the check in and check out process is done efficiently and stress free. Dr. Zaritsky performed a dental surgery for my 13 year old dog, who was suffering from severe dental disease and the results were better than I hoped for! Their wonderful Tech Manager, Traycie, followed up with me every step of his post surgery and made Caramelo’s recovery a priority. It has been about a month since the surgery and he is now eating kibble again, even with his gummy smile! Dr. White saw my one year old labrador retriever who we rescued from Puerto Rico and is terrified of strangers. She walked in the room and immediately made a connection with him. She even sat on the floor with him the entire time to be at his level and make him feel comfortable! A doctor…sitting on the floor…the entire time… to make her patient feel comfortable, need I say more? She was PHENOMENAL in calming his anxiety and now he wants to go to AtlasVet even when it is just to drop off his older smaller brother. All thanks to Dr. White! Thank you to the entire team at AtlasVet, especially Dr. Miller, Dr. White, Dr. Zaritsky, Traycie, and Zain!

Denise Thomson: We have been going to Atlas for about 4 years with two different dogs. Every doctor and staff member is sweet and caring. They always stay how cute and sweet my pup is which is always nice to here. They have great Covid protocols in place so be prepared.

Alysha Heckman: I have been taking my dog here for about 2 years and have no complaints. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to give me most of the medicine I need at the time of appointment. You can tell that they really care about the animals and are very accommodating of e-mail communication so you don’t always need to schedule an appointment. Will always recommend to people.

James Ling: My partner and I recently got adopted by a stray cat. Took him to Atlas, they were friendly, helpful and patient with all our questions. They treated him for ear mites, got him properly vaccinated and neutered him. The staff was great at explaining every procedure and medication and they called me after every visit to follow up and make sure everything was going well.

Rachel Antonia Silverio: Atlas vet is always a helpful, empathetic and informative experience. My dog is particularly taken with Dr. Claire, who always listens very attentively to my concerns and takes the time to ingratiate herself with Voltaire. Feel very lucky to have such a convenient and caring Vet nearby.

C Ark: Overall great Vet! Everyone is helpful and friendly. My only issue is their super strict scheduling. I recommend arriving at least 15min early to find/pay for parking, get to the building, and call to check in before walking in. I was running 5min late when I parked and it took another 5min just to get there and check in. I overheard 3 people tell me that I barely made it on time.

Calliope Crane: Kloeë Dawg established care there today and the care received was personable, lovely, welcoming, engaging, and taught us a lot. We are so happy to have found our vet in DC! 10 STARS FOR THE ATLAS FAM!!!!

Dupont Veterinary Clinic: what do users think?

Marcela Pineda: If I could give 0 stars, I would. My WORST NIGHTMARE! Back in 2020, on a 6th or July, we came with our HEALTHY, HAPPY AND LOVED Yorkshire Terrier- (Cocky) because he had been “acting weird” for the past few hours… he had vomited the night before and was coughing which never happened to him and so we decided to bring him in. As covid was going strong, we were not allowed to go in with him, Dr. MAVERICH took him in, he said his coughing was due to “stomach issues” “nothing to worry about” my sister and I insisted that he double checked as it wasn’t a regular occurrence for him however, again “nothing to worry about” prescribed him some cerenia “for his vomit” and painkillers. However, little did we know that this misdiagnosis and malpractice from this place would lead us to say goodbye to our best friend forever. Hours later, we called because he didn’t seem to get better, same response…We decided to go to the ER at another hospital and they did an RX and found out he had aspiration pneumonia (fluids in his lungs) which they said was obvious by the symptoms described, he was left there in a incubator for hours trying to reverse all the time we had lost from visiting Dupont Veterinary Clinic. It wasn’t possible. absolutely veterinary negligence/malpractice. It went against standard of care, as they didn’t care enough to throughly rule out anything other than guessing “stomach issues” and now my dog is DEAD. Took me two years to be able to write a review, as I am still mourning his death and feel shame for trusting this place and not trusting my gut feeling when I knew something other than what was diagnosed was going on. A tragedy and every pet parent’s WORST nightmare. No one deserves this pain, trusting professionals to MURDER one’s loved pet, not to mention the psychological distress caused on us. Will NEVER EVER recommend Dupont Veterinary Clinic to Anyone.

kristi viies: I have been taking my cat and dog there and the veterinarians have been nice, and the staff as well, until recently. Due to the pandemic and all the new puppies they are probably swamped, so I haven’t been able to get an appointment and have been going to Friendship Animal Hospital and VCA SouthPaws. I did, however, take my pup there this morning for wellness exam. I was late, walked in and apologized and said I had an appointment. The woman at the front desk said if you are 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule. No good morning, no nothing. I looked at the time, it was barely 10 minutes. 7:38/39 instead of 7:30. I could have been the first customer. She left and meanwhile another member of staff walked in, very friendly (5 stars for her), said hello to my dog and checked me in. The first woman returned and said the exam fee is 75, but I would have to pay $150. Or that I can reschedule. I understand, rules are rules. Just be a bit nicer about it? Like sorry but I’m afraid you have to reschedule? However, it is safe to say she was rude. Bedside manners are important. I would expect a veterinarian office (a place full of cute cats and dogs) to have friendly people. I understand, clients can be difficult as well, but so often I see the opposite. So I’m going to a different vet now.

Kayla Cross: Today I was walking my dog and he started pulling on his leash. I was confused before I realized we were across the street from Dupont Circle Veterinary Clinic. My pup loves the people at the clinic so much he WANTS to go to the vet! It shows how well the staff takes care of him. As for quality of care, he’s gone here since he was 9 weeks old - they got him fully vaccinated on schedule during a very busy time and have taken in him for same day appointments when I have concerns. The clinic also did his neutering procedure and he healed quickly with no complications. He primarily sees Dr. Jones, who is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly answers all my questions. I hope the clinic continues to expand their use of apps like VitusVet and online based appointment/contact systems. All in all, five star experience!

Adrian Palma: The staff and vets are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about your pet. However, do think twice before buying any medication directly from them. A generic drug they just prescribed for my dog cost me $70+ at the DuPont Vet Clinic, while online sources price the same drug and quantity at $20. I support local businesses and understand that local prices will inevitably be higher, but this clinic’s med prices should not be 3.5x higher than other pharmacies. Again, this is a great place to get care for your pet, but please do your research on medicine costs before handing over your credit card to the receptionist.

Doug Deming: Franc has made a complete recovery and is back to her loving, playful activities. Dr. Blalock was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous to Franc and us. She is a rare doctor which has all of those attributes. Furthermore, the entire staff was friendly and helpful during our visit.

Taylor lewis: Critical: QualityVery disappointed in the level of care from DuPont vet. We have a very anxious rescue, and I would have expected staff to be more kind and not label her as "bad" as I expect more from animal caregivers. We will not return, and would not recommend if you want to feel you can trust your vet to take kind care of your pet.

Kwame Joseph Licensed Realtor: Terrible and rude customer service. Whomever I spoke to have an insulting habit of talking down to you. I cannot and will never recommend this place. The sad thing I used to live down the street from them and I went there out of convenience. How we I cannot recommend becusee they do not know how to talk to their customers!

Palisades Veterinary Clinic: what do users think?

Tabitha Asher: This clinic’s customer care and service has unfortunately declined as the years continue. I attempted to call and see if there was any prescription food in stock I could stop by and grab as I have done this before and would not receive my online order in time. I am leaving town tonight and will not have enough food for the next 2 days to leave for my cats. First I was told that they do not have the food but that I could order online but would need to get an exam as my cats are less than 1 week past due for their annual exam. I explained that this was never explained to me before that an exam is required for the food, but I don’t have a problem bringing them I just cannot today as I am leaving town and really need food for them so they don’t go hungry. The girl interrupted me as I tried to explain this to her saying it doesn’t matter because I need an exam. Complete lack of compassion or empathy for my situation. Less than 1 week past due should not keep me from getting the food they have been eating for the past year. Additionally, I asked for my cats records as I would be terminating our relationship and for a refund of a fecal sample that was not “good” at their last exam. I said that I would at their next appointment. But since I will not be going back I have asked for a refund and one has not been rendered. My records were sent but with no apology or acknowledgment of any sort. Yes, I should have planned better, but you made me feel helpless today and it clearly came across you did not care about the situation I was in or that my cats would not have food. And to top it all off, the food I had ordered online, they made sure to decline it! And again, not communication or acknowledgment . I am a professional myself where I care for human patients. This is not how you treat people who pay you a high price for you services.

Laura Carey: We have come here for several years for our cat as it is very convenient. Also, the groomer is fantastic! Our cat recently got a wonderful lion cut which really helps keep him clean (and apparently our cat was totally happy during the process and didn’t require sedation)!

CityPaws Animal Hospital: what do users think?

Rodrigo Clark-Turrent: Dr. Knight and her team at CityPaws, as usual since we started using the clinic for our dogs’ health since 2014, goes above and beyond to take care of our girls. We couldn’t be happier, nor would we trust the health of our beloved girl to anyone else!

Nina Dsa: This was my first time visiting an animal clinic in DC. I had a really good experience. Everyone was very friendly and warm and as soon as they saw me waiting outside in the cold with my cat, they took him inside and tried to set up a heater for me outside. They were pretty good in terms of Covid practices and I felt very comfortable. They also handled my cat really well, gave him his shots and check-up, and were very affectionate towards him. All in all, they put my mind at ease and were very helpful.

Ritha Khemani: I went to 3513 City Paws for info . I was going to be looking after my son’s dog for a few weeks , and they were close to where I lived. I asked whether there were always vets there on the premises. . If there was an emergency , I asked could I drive over to them for some help during her working hours . Before a vet who was right there could answer, a lady at the desk interrupted brusquely and said NO. They were not that kind of a service and they would just ask me to go to a hospital . She mentioned something in Georgetown. I said I was so ignorant about dogs and would they not be able to help for simple emergencies like if the dog swallowed something and was kinda choking ? This lady was so rude ( she told me her name was Brygj) snd said they would just send me to the hospital . They were “a clinic” and not a hospital . I was too taken aback by her rudeness to even ask why they are called City Paws Hospital , in thst case. Could you the owners of this rude place tell me whether this is your policy and if so , why do you mislead people by calling yourself a hospital and not a dog salon ?- since according to her you only do things like cutting toenails and the like ? This incident occurred on June 14 around 3pm . Thanks

Denise W: Bery good care for my cats and wonderful care with cat who had odd symptoms that ended up requiring surgert. They suggested alternatives first before considering surgery.

Marlene Church: This vet office has poor service. never on time with appts, when you call no one answers during business hours and overbooked with time slotsI will not use them but whose another vet to care for your pet

Columbia Pike Animal Hospital & Emergency Center: what do users think?

laurie shulman: Our dog was injured while being groomed and was in severe respiratory distress. We called on our way to the hospital giving our information and we’re basically met at the door. From the moment we walked in our dog was given the absolute best care he could have gotten and we were given updates at each and every step of care. The staff was compassionate, informative and extremely professional. While I hope no one ever has to go through a medical emergency with their pet I would recommend putting your trust in the staff here as they are absolutely outstanding!

Rebecca Jackson: Last night our dog Haze died suddenly. One minute we were home, and she was fine. The next, we were fighting to keep her eyes open on the way to Columbia Pike Animal Hospital. Without any hesitation, the staff immediately took our girl into their care once we arrived. Unfortunately, our baby girl was DOA.. but what matters is how caring the staff was. They gave us a quiet room, and gave us the time we needed to part with our girl. Thank you to the staff on the clock between 11:30pm-3am. You were all so wonderful. We have never been to Columbia Pike Animal Hospital, but they were the closest vet to us open at that time frame. I will be bringing my other dogs here in the future. Thank you, again, and again.

Susan Yousuf: My dog was vomiting and experiencing bloody diarrhea when I brought her in to Columbia Pike Animal Hospital. While the cost was no easy pill to swallow, she was seen promptly (quoted a 2-4 hour wait over the phone) and a diagnosis was made with a plan of care in a timely manner. Her doctor’s were compassionate and thorough. Appreciate their care and recommendations for my dog. Would recommend this location for animal emergency and prevention. Hopefully we won’t need to return anytime soon 🤞

Lisa M: I had to euthanize my pet and the staff at Columbia Pike made this process as easy as possible for me. It started when I called and spoke with Alexandra at the front desk. She was so kind and she answered all my questions. She explained my options and told me to take my time and to come in when I was ready. The technician who helped I believe it was Virginia was very sweet too. Then Dr. Leonard who was absolutely amazing. I appreciate the staff here and when I’m ready to get another fur baby I’ll be sure to make Columbia Pike my primary

Trey Taylor: We are first time pet Owners and are pet was having some serious medical issues. When we called we had a wonderful receptionist who helped gather information that way when we arrive we were able to check her in as soon as possible. The doctor that was helping us was Dr Wong and she was such a great person and incredible doctor who took time to make sure our dog was ok but also had the well being of our mental health in mind in all of her decisions. She was so amazing and took this case personally and because of Dr. Wong and her team are Brandy is safe and has recovered!!

Clarendon Animal Care - Columbia Pike - South Arlington: what do users think?

Hannah Lyons: We bounced around to a few vets in the area before finding a home at Clarendon Animal Care South. The staff and vets are friendly and knowledgeable. You are seen quickly for your appointments. Pet parents are allowed to come in with their pet (as long as you take appropriate precautions, of course). We look forward to a long relationship with them helping us take care of our pup!

Kel Millionie: This team of pet-care professionals put the tender loving touch into everything they do. No only did they make my super anxious pet comfortable during his exams, they made me feel like he was safe and bring cared after. I highly recommend these fine folks become your go-to for any pet health needs.

Kristen Killie: Our dog has been going to Clarendon Animal Care for a while now and it is by far the best vet experience we have ever had. We have lived in five different cities, each with different vets, so that says a lot! The offices are well kept and you can tell the staff really love and care for all animals. Everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it has come to difficult health circumstances for our pup as well. I am so grateful we chose to go to Clarendon Animal Care when we moved! Highly recommend!

Erin Birmingham: As a first time dog owner, I cannot say enough good things about Clarendon Animal Care. My appointment was for a half hour with Dr. Julia Carter, her and the vet tech Michelle spent over an hour with me answering all of my questions and concerns. I really appreciated how kind they were to me and how they took the time to explain everything and ease my anxieties. The following Sunday night at 8:00 p.m., Dr. Carter called to check in on us. That was so kind of her and shows how much she truly cares. They mailed us a nice welcome postcard that I still have hanging up. I have already recommended CAC to one friend and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a vet.

Crosspointe Animal Hospital: what do users think?

Maria Chilcote: At every point of contact at Crosspointe Animal Hospital, you experience love and empathy for your pet and a welcoming competence from the staff. I have been taking my fur babies there for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed with the competency or compassion of the staff. Top notch vets and staff - highly recommend!!!

Connor Harrison: My pets have been patients at Crosspoint for over twenty years. Superior care, friendly, professional and up-to-date. I trust them to help me make the best possible decisions for my babies health.

Jennifer Kay: Everytime I come into Crosspointe everyone has impeccable customer service and my cats are always their number 1 priority! I have never been disappointed with my experiences at Crosspointe. Even after I moved from Lorton to Alexandria I choose to continue coming to Crosspointe because of how well my cats are treated :-)

Christopher Kubicek: The doctor and technician were very friendly and took great care of our dog. Only negative is the long wait times to schedule an appointment.

Sol Tucker: Amazing staff and care. We take our service dog here all the time and they know her on a first name basis. One of the best In the area.

Leslie Thompson: Dr. Burbrink and staff are amazing and passionate about pets and families. I love the personalized care we receive at every visit. They are very knowledgeable about the medical, physical, and social wellbeing of pets. I ❤ Crosspointe!

Caring Hands Animal Hospital: what do users think?

Shannon Mitchell: They take such great care of my babies! I love my pets like family, as many of us do, and Caring Hands understands this. They are a wonderful practice with many great doctors and locations to serve all of our needs.

Phillip McDonald: Dr. Snellgrove has been the best vet we’ve ever worked with. When we had questions about our Brittany rescue early on, she was very generous with her time, very informative, and very reassuring. When one of us was able to join our sometimes timid or skittish dog for his exam after the pandemic slowed down, she was extremely gentle and caring with him. Five stars!

Rachel Mangum: Took my two kitties in for exams and vaccine updates. Dr. Rossi was very informative after the exams and all the nurses were kind to answer questions and take care of my kitties. Seems like they enjoyed their company. $95 for an exam and about $50 for a vaccine. Not bad. The whole process took about 45 min for my two cats.

Shawn: Had a dog emergency the staff here was great and were able to take me right away. They were professional and very helpful. I would recommend them.

Bethany Pugh: My dog, Tango, and I love Caring Hands! He is always so excited for his vet visit! We recently went to the Alexandria location (we usually visit Glebe but recently moved). Dr. Neumann was great! He is friendly and super knowledgeable and was great with my dog! We will be recommending friends and family to Caring Hands and specifically Dr. Neumann! Thank you for a not only great but easy experience!

Susan Shiels: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCaring Hands Animal Hospital was sensitive when we had to find a place for one pet’s cremation. It was an easy choice to start bringing our living dog there to get answers for his reoccurring ear infections.

Alex Raymond: I have a puppy and kitty. Caring Hands always does a great job. My pets are in good care. I also appreciate the staff answering questions in between visits!

Angel Barraza: We have been taking our pup since we adopted her, 6 years ago. She always gets the best care, thank you to the staff for everything.

Kelly Soderberg: I love, love, love Caring Hands. I’m a professional pet sitter and dog walker and I’m in school to become a dog trainer, so I’m maybe a little extra choosy about who to take my puppy to for vet care. Most of my clients come to Caring Hands and I’ve heard rave things from them over the years about this clinic, and now I’ve had my own great experiences with the Caring Hands team helping to look after my new puppy. Dr. Wells is our primary vet and I love how kind, communicative, and knowledgeable she is. Every staff member who has greeted or worked with us has been very kind and so sweet to my puppy that he’s all happy tail wags when we arrive for our appointments. When it’s been time for him to go into the building without me, he’s so happy to be with his Caring Hands friends that he leaves with no anxiety and like I don’t exist, which is exactly what I want! The staff members really take the time to greet and love on him in a way that has clearly helped him feel safe and confident around them. I love Caring Hands and would absolutely recommend them!

Brentwood Animal Hospital: what do users think?

Amber Kay: I took my Doberman puppy here for a consultation on 6/13/22 I found most of the safe to be pleasant but they did not seem to be confident in their ability to properly sculpt my puppies ears essentially stating he would not be able to have show ears because they would fall. After research, speaking to the breeder and a knowledgeable vet they assured me that the information I was told was false. Not only they were asking 1,250 for the service which is outlandish. Ears cropping is normally between $300-$600. The price of the service was going to be more than the price of a Doberman puppy!

Randon Ryland: Very friendly staff, clean facility and great vets. They smiled when I presented my Groupon and even helped me find more ways to save. Took my pups for the vaccines and it took less than 45mins. They even have a app you can download which makes things that much easier.

Mimi roa: The staff and doctors are very friendly and have helped my cat get over different health issues! The waiting time is usually short and prices are fair

Ana González Vidales: Do not go there We brought our puppy as new puppy with only 2 vaccines due and the dr. pervaiz manzoor administered all what is needed for a entire year bc he misread the records provided to him. When we asked to have our puppy back he threatened me and my boyfriend asking his staff to “ call my man”. We felt in danger of our puppy and ourselves and had to call 911. We had to contact another (serious one) animal hospital to care for our poor puppy. The worst experience in my live. Also the place smells like pee all over and is filthy

Jeaneen White-Tops: Provides good service. And the facility is well maintained. The doctors are well versed in caring for the pets. The costs could be a little lower, but Im sure it compares well with other animal hospitals in the area.

Destinee Suber: Dr.Mandzor and his staff are great! They have been taking care of my family’s dogs for over 18 years. I highly recommend them!

Maria Keyser: Brentwood Animal has always gone above and beyond to help me take care of my dogs over the years. The staff are friendly and caring even when my dog is being a grouchy old man.

swaggerboy1989: I’ve took my cat there because my vet near closed down Brentwood veterinary employees wanted to argue with me my first time told I had to pay again to get the cat after the cat treated for fungus I basically had a large bill they wanted me to pay them again for the 2nd time not going to happen I’m was a new customer there not anymore because most of these reviews on say this place is expensive there are 100perc right I got large bill the first time the 2nd time they wanted to return to again for the same problem the 1st time this place need stop over charging people fix problem right the first time if u see this place get ur wallet out biggest rip off I should look at reviews before I was ripped off if anther vet

Clarendon Animal Care North Arlington: what do users think?

Ellen V: We’ve taken our golden, Tucker, here since he was 2 months old. We always leave feeling loved and cared for by the amazing staff.Dr. Plough is the best and we’re so thankful to live just a couple of blocks away!

Piper Akol: The best vet experience I have had! I am in DC but it is easy to take the metro (with my kitty) to this office. Cat is way less scared and tense with the fear free practices, and I have never felt rushed or unheard. They are also helpful if you call with a question, which is helpful so that I can get an answer without having to get my cat in the carrier, etc. for an appointment. We love Dr. Tanner but have had good experiences with all of the staff!

Alexa Alice Joubin: They now allow people (wearing face masks) go to inside with their pets which is good. Very nicely decorated and comfy space. See my new photos. ::::: This clinic is conveniently located in Clarendon; staff are cheerful and friendly; above all they are very responsive on emails and phones; we especially appreciate how Dr. Adkins even responded to an email about illness on a Saturday. Due to COVID, they practice social distancing and do not allow clients in their lobby. We had to wait outside, call them, and they came outside to meet us. Overall the best part about this clinic is their responsiveness.

Sandy PBrown: These folks, from the front desk to the techs to the vets, are ABSOLUTELY unparalleled in their intelligence, their kindness and their compassion. I found them 3 years ago when I moved to Arlington from Denver, and I cannot say enough great things about them. Recently, I had to let my sweet Grimley pass over, and they were so lovely and present and understanding. I moved to Fairfax and still use this vet clinic. These are skilled animal lovers and fantastic doctors.

Hannah Magoveny: I really cannot recommend Clarendon Animal Care - North enough. Every since we adopted our sweet girl, an 8 year old cat, we have had some ongoing health issues with her. We continued going to CAC as that was where she had gone her whole life, and we couldn’t be happier! Dr. Plough is simply fabulous- she is so thorough, helpful, and explains everything in detail so we know exactly what is going on! I highly recommend her. Every single vet tech and front desk/admin employee we have worked with have also all been amazing! They are super responsive, which I love. I really appreciate their kindness, especially since our sweet girl is apparently not so sweet when getting any vet exams, lol. Any prescriptions we’ve gotten have also been filled quickly, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend CAC!!

Caring Hands Animal Hospital: what do users think?

Kat Edwards: I brought my newest pup Peanut Butter to Caring Hands. They have been great to work with. The team is super responsive to email, and the vets, techs, and team have been very accommodating and helpful. My baby also got bit at a dog park and they were super responsive to help out and plan the right course of action. My dog might be slightly cuckoo but she actually loves going to the vet and is excited when we come to the door. I think it might be the treats waiting for her inside.

Ido Simyoni: I needed a USDA accredited vet to produce international travel health certificate and after checking different vets in DC area I decided to go to caring hands in Virginia / Arlington. Service was VERY friendly and professional all the way. I will admit that I was surprise with the price I had to pay which was almost $200 more than I what I usually pay in nyc for the same thing. However I’m grateful and thankful for getting the certificate approved by the USDA so I can travel with my dog to Israel.

Corey Neskey: Everything from finding information on the website to follow-up questions after our appointment was perfect. Our rescue is very anxious but she opened up to the staff at Caring Hands immediately. COVID precautions were excellent and did not negatively impact the appointment. We opted for "curbside" which means that the staff takes the dog from the front of the building and you talk to the vet on the phone after the appointment. This worked much better than we thought it would. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and objectively. A printout was provided that recapped the appointment, discussions, next appointment scheduling, and our care homework. Invoice was clear and detailed.

Nik Porterfield: The second I stepped foot inside I was greeted with a warm welcome. My pup was a little worked up about being there and they didn’t push/make her do anything that would further upset her. They asked permission before they gave her any treats/peanut butter to help calm her down. The Vet was amazing as well. Talked with you about pets health and what products she recommended. Called the next day to see how my dog was doing as well. Best Vet I’ve been to and you can see they really care.

Mariia Moiseieva: Great care, excellent communication! Our Scottish terrier Tequila started to visit Caring Hands in November. She received great medical care, we had very nice communication experience with all the staff. Dr Campfield spoke with me numerous times on the phone to explain details. She also answered all the million questions that I had. We need a surgery, so we got several recommendations as to where to do that and they sent a referral very fast. Many thanks to everybody working on reception for great work - everything from taking calls, emails to admitting Tequila for her visits.

Quinn Mahoney-Nair: We had an excellent experience at Caring Hands for a regular checkup. They took good care of my dog, made sure he was comfortable for his shots, and they even had a little cup of peanut butter to make his blood draw easier. I was happy that the doctor responded quickly to a follow-up question over email.

Debbie Yen: We love our vet hospital. Our puppy had a great first visit with them, and we are happy we were able to become one of their patients. They are responsive to any call or concern, and will usually return any call within an hour. Because they’re so good, they are booked out a few weeks, so definitely plan your appointments!

Megan Waters: The staff at Caring Hands are the most kind and caring set of people I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. From the very beginning, they were able to squeeze my two kittens in on VERY short notice for their exam. I wound up getting in to a car accident and they were so understanding about how long I may take in coming back to pick up my cats. When I got my kittens back, they were not traumatized at all! I received full information on what to expect and they didn’t push any unnecessary treatments on me. I am 100% coming back to them for their next annual exam!

Town & Country Animal Hospital: what do users think?

Makara Chhay: We brought in our cat in November. When we came home I opened her carrier and looked inside and she was flat on her paws. It took her a long time to get out. When she walked out she fell twice. She couldn’t put weight on her paws. After the doctors visit she got weaker and weaker. I emailed them and they denied doing anything to her. Before the doctors visit she was strong etc. but after the visit she couldn’t walk, had problems with her hip, and got weaker. She passed away a week later. We told them that we wanted her paw print. Waited a long time for a phone call. I called them and they said it will take two weeks (it past two weeks). We waited for another two weeks and called again. They said that we changed our mind about wanting her paw print. We never changed our mind or contacted them about our mind changed. Why would we change our mind, when it’s a memory of her? I don’t know where they got the information from. It was their mistake. I hope she got an appropriate burial. They do not deserve a one star review. Never bring in your pet to a location where you couldn’t go inside with them. You don’t know what is happening in the exam room, to witness anything or to advocate for them.

Sen: I would give this review lower but I have to give a little credit to the vets. I’ve been taking my dog here ever since she was a puppy and the vets are great, the office not so much. My dog is also a pandemic pup and I have not once met a veterinarian or have been able to go to the check ups with my dog; all the information is either told to me after the appointment or through a phone call, which isn’t super thorough to me. I also brought my dog when they opened up their waiting room area and she got kennel cough soon after. I had to go back to get medication even though I told the staff the only way she would have gotten it was from the clinic itself. Also be careful of charges, I remember asking a few times for them to clip my dog’s nails and I would leave with my dog and notice they didn’t touch them, but charged the fees anyway. I am now looking for other clinics with better service and staff that can hopefully be thorough with my dog

Mona Milberg: Brought my cat in for emergency, possible UTI. Only 20 min wait. Vet techs took history and Doctor Hall came out to talk to me about evaluation and treatment. Appreciated excellent care and communication. Dr Hall called 1 day later and left a detailed message about a lab result. He said he would call back to see how my cat is doing post treatment.

Kristen Reitmeyer: The front office was flexible, kind & able to work him into the schedule so quickly. The clinician was knowledgeable, capable & completely willing to work with my dog. We will undoubtedly be moving vet care to this practice! Thank you T&C Team

Karen Grattan: Such a disorganized and somewhat rude office staff. Called for my mom’s elderly dog with eye problems. First, a ridiculously long “menu” for a vet’s office, before you ever get a person. Then a hold, then a pick up with garbled speech before back on hold. Given an appointment. Called an hour later to inform me that the time of the appointment had been changed (tough luck if you have more than one thing on your calendar for the day!)… only to be called a day later to be told that they (apparently a spontaneous decision?) will close their offices and won’t be open the day of our appointment. Crazy. Unprofessional. Won’t be going back.

Deb Sterling: Our pups get the best care from great doctors and staff. All questions answered and our pups are like family to them. We love these vets !

Hayfield Animal Hospital: what do users think?

Tracy Dhane: We LOVE hayfield animal Hospital. They not only care about your pet but love on you and are very respectful . We had to put our dog down last year and they were caring and explained everything. Now that we have a new puppy they are still that loving, caring family for our new pup. And she loved them as well. We are a military family and possibly moving and I hate the thought of trying to find a new vet. They are as hard to find as a new dentist or dr for humans. Once you find a good one it’s hard to find one just as good.

Jennifer Weaver: All the staff are fantastic. Dr Embry is the best. One of my dogs is very shy and they provide her extra reassurance. One of my dogs is very reactive with new people and dogs and the staff are all professional and are able to manage her anxiety so she loves going there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Allison Sumlin: We can’t say enough kind things about Hayfield Animal Hospital! Whether it’s on the phone, via email, or in person, we are always treated with kindness and respect. The staff is amazing! Everyone who works at the front desk is alway courteous to us and our pets. We’ve seen Dr. Embree for two of our pets, varying from a elderly 16 year old cat to our ever growing Great Dane puppy! Both were treated with care and always given great advice! We’ve also boarded our elderly cat over several days, and he is truly loved by all! If you are looking for smart, kind, and lovers of all animals, look no further than Hayfield Animal Hospital!

Taylor Reiff: I just moved from Florida and needed a place for my dog to stay until I forums an apartment. Hayfield Animal Hospital was super accommodating and helped out a ton!!

Jennifer Bruegger: I have always been pleased with the care my cats received at Hayfield Animal Hospital. The reception and vet assistants are friendly and compassionate. The vets are very knowledgeable and tenderly care for my kitties. I feel confident taking my fur babies to HAH.

Ginny The Concierge: I have taken many animals to the Hayfield Animal Hospital since Dr Jerry Hinn opened it soon after we move here forty years ago. The care the doctors here give our pets has been fabulous. They diagnose problems quickly and treat the pets with love and care. I give the Hayfield Animal Hospital an A+ rating!

Tanya Tanner: Glad to be back inside for the visits. Vet was especially attentive to our older dog’s issues and performed all tests and treatments in the exam room so our pet didn’t have to walk any further. Very caring and attentive.

Jeff C: Down to 2 vets at very busy practice makes appointment availability and access very hard for sick visits, wellness checks, infections, injuries, etc. Typically weeks out at best due to staffing shortages. Noticed big drop in last 12 months. When able to be seen, overall good experience.

College Park Animal Hospital: what do users think?

Sohany Flores: I’ve been taking my dog for almost 4-5 five years now. He hasn’t been rushed to any emergency due to the great care and accurate diagnosis by the doctors at College Park Animal hospital. Now that our family extended we still trusted and continue to put our puppies and mama in their staff hands, they are professionals who take their job seriously and know your furry friend is an extension of your family.

Myknack79: Thank you CPAH for assisting myself and Noodles for his constipation issues. We are still trying to keep the P#"p moving. Thank you for seeing us on short notice. It is a struggle at times but am happy to know you are there for us. Much ♥️♥️to all as always. Love Noodles.🐱🐱

erik clark: Positive: Professionalism, ResponsivenessDr Beck and Dr Berndt have always been helpful taking care of our pets. Life is good all around, and we are working happily towards working out the health kinks in our senior cat. Been with the vets for more than 10 years, service has been good.

Nat Sot: Super thankful for their service... many years ago Dr. Beck helped my 16 year old car reach 18 years! Then Dr.. Michaels completed knee surgery on my dog and now another doctor has treated her recently and my baby is all better. Very nice professional staff. I AM VERY THANKFUL.

Animal Dental Clinic: what do users think?

Jody McLellan: I knew Maverick had an infected tooth but had no idea the severity of it. After meeting with Dr.Hall and staff I was confident that they could and would take care of it. It was a large molar but true to his breed I had no idea he was in such pain until it became obvious. Two weeks later he is happy and enjoying his senior years. It’s nice to see the “pep” in his step. Thank you for helping him!

cardigansandkimchi: Doggie dental health is a critical part to ensure your fur baby has not only a clean mouth, but also a pain free one. Mortified when I looked into my sweet baby’s mouth to find missing teeth and poor indentation that had been missed by his former veterinarians. Dr. Hall fit my fur baby in immediately same day and we had never even met him! Cristal who is apart of this wonderful team guided us through every post op instruction and encouragement was given to call with any concerns or needs. I utilized this and received a call back promptly. I never felt judged In bringing my sweet boy in with his mouth the way it was. Dr. Hall has enlightened me on dental needs for my canine children. Shiloh has had his second and final checkup post surgery and is now cleared to stop wearing the cone of safety as well as a celebration to start enjoying kibbles as he once used to. Highly recommend this practice!!!

Tracy Khan: Our year old dog that we took in this March unbeknownst to us was born with some irregularities in her teeth. We found this out when we had her first check up for her at our vets office. We were referred to two animal dentists in Richmond. Both were booked out for several months and we were not able to get even an idea of cost. We reached out to Helping Hands in Richmond as we heard they offer significant reductions in cost. However they were unable to do the procedure of cutting down the one tooth that was causing issues and could not remove it for fear of breaking the jaw. That being said the past few months we reached out to local vets and no one could help us. I then started searching online and found Dr. Hall in Vienna VA. I called his office and his very kind receptionist Crystal was able to give us a baseline on cost. We were then able to figure out financially how to prepare for this large expense for what needed to be done. We drove from our home in Fredericksburg and met Dr. Hall. He did the consultation and gave us options then did the procedure same day. He thankfully agreed with us on saving the tooth and shaving some length off/ root canal. He wanted to do the procedure with the best outcome and safest for our dog.He was very kind to our dog and engaged with her to help her anxiety. I would encourage everyone to meet with Dr. Hall and his staff. Also ask questions about cost because doctor Hall will tell you what you will be charged after he has accessed imaging. He was kind enough to call us after imaging was done and give specific pricing. We are thankful for the care our dog was given and the ease of getting an appointment. We can now be at peace knowing our dog will not risk infection or other health issues.

Ellen: I wish I could give ten stars! Dr. Barron Hall and Cristal, the office manager, are incredible. Besides both of them being overwhelmingly nice, it is clear their love of animals and their love of working with animals is partly why they are so happy and kind. I took my girl Georgie there this morning. Georgie was diagnosed with a salivary gland disorder. My vet said she would need surgery. I did some research and found a top vet, Dr. Hall. By chance, I called shortly after closing and Dr. Hall answered the phone. So personable and knowledgeable. I made a consultation appointment and went in days later. Cristal was so kind getting the paperwork together and photographing Georgie. Georgie is a great judge of character. Usually timid, she immediately loved Cristal. When Dr. Hall came in, Georgie immediately liked him, too. Like aI said, great judge of character. With Dr. Hall you will find an expert who loves his job. You will also find a super kind and honest man. His is principled. He won’t perform a surgery just to make a buck. He wants what is right for the animal. If an animal (in this case my dog Georgie) has a situation that has a chance of remedying itself and is not in imminent danger, he offers sound advice. It may be that it comes to surgery one day, maybe not. Why take the risk and pay the price? Most vets would push the surgery. They are business people. Dr. Hall is rare. What a great person. I can see why he is so popular and why his reviews so great! Look no further. If your dog/animals is in need of expert dental advice and beyond, you will feel confident that your animal is in the best possible hands. Oh, and I believe I read he has worked at animals at the National Zoo! So like I said, I wish I could double his excellence with stars , but I will just have to give him the most stars allowed. Thank you Dr. Hall, Cristal and the entire Animal Dental Clinic practice!

Lynda Pejic: Updated June 2022: we still see Dr. Baron Hall. It continues to be a positive experience. He truly cares for animals. Updated: September 7 2016. All is great with ADV. A+++++++ Dr. Hall is still all about the animals!! It is my pleasure to write this review in support of Dr. Hall. Animal Dental Clinic has been a part of our pets’ lives for several years. Dr. Hall has been caring for my pets, since Dr. Williams’s retirement, and I am 100% pleased with the results. Dr. Hall works very hard for our pets and has their best interest in mind. My second encounter with Dr. Hall involved our second eldest cat that needed full extractions due to severe gum disease (not my fault – bad genes/bad gums). I was a nervous wreck and making it all about me. After Dr. Hall explained the pain our cat was in and her inability to eat, I knew the answer: full extraction. I put my trust in Dr. Hall’s skills, talent and education, and thankfully it paid off; the results were nearly instantaneous resulting in increased appetite and playtime. Our general veterinarian was very pleased with the improvements in our cat’s weight and attitude. It is now 2013 and the little girl will be celebrating her 19th Birthday… oh yes, PLAYTIME it’s ON!!! I do know Dr. Hall considers our animal’s interests and what is best for them. In my opinion he is dedicated to his profession, and trade. While it is a business, it is one he takes great pride and care in. I would be hard pressed to go to another animal dentist, despite the fact that they are few and far between. Animal Dentistry is a highly skilled profession. Update 1/12/2016 Still a proud pet parent to two new fur patients of Dr. Hall.
