Rito Loco: what do users think?

Tamanna joshi: It’s great place with amazing food, vibe and staff. Lots of vegetarian options, great space and ambiance! Off the menu, I would definitely recommend avocado roll and tres leches cake ! Chips and salsa is a must too.

Mel Sandoval: Thèse tacos were absolutely delicious and so were the cocktails. Service was quick and thé ambiance on the second floor was relaxing. The decorations were beautiful and it was nice and toasty (despite it being winter). I tried chicken, brisket and shrimp tacos which were yummy! I will be back again.

Puddin': what do users think?

MS Tabu Winslow Morris, MBA: I walked around Union Market in it’s entirety and back to Puddin. I am so happy. The service was awesome. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. My food! Wow! I can’t explain my food. I took my first taste after getting in my car from my break driving my Lyft. I needed something quick to eat to take my Diabetes medication. I am so glad I got a meal. It was simply scrumptious. I saved some until I got home. I woke up in the middle of the night to finish it. It was that good. I couldn’t wait until the morning to eat the rest. I had the Etoufee with shrimp. Good God it was outstanding! I want thank the customer before that ordered it because it was truly a good choice. I will try something else next time. Thank you!

Larry “Big Schlim” Mcleod: I’ve been consistently reminded to go to this spot via, ironically, the automated messages on social media. Nestled inside of Union Market at 1309 5th St., N. E. Washington D.C. you’ll find @Puddin !! This eatery is going to satisfy your New Orleans style food cravings, AND your literature needs!! They have a few pivotal African American books you need in your library. So look they have a very simplified menu (for me, that works and speaks volumes of confidence about your main dishes). Their menu items include Southern Red Beans and Rice (Reds Beans with smoked Turkey, and beef sausage served over rice $12 reg.-$23 family size), Shrimp N Grits (Parmesan cheese grits topped with shrimp, or crayfish, and a tomato butter sauce $12 reg.-$23 Fam.), their Etouffee (pictured with shrimp, creamy seafood stew with rice $12), and their gluten-free Southern Chicken, and Beef sausage Gumbo (pictured Roux-less chicken, and beef sausage with ground smoke shrimp, okra, and veggies served over grits, or rice $14 with grits). They have Bread pudding as their sweet product (pictured-$7), and beers from the Black owned company Sankofa Beer company (pictured-Cocoa Coast a chocolate milk stout $6). The Gumbo was absolutely delicious!! Each item had a distinct flavor that blended well together, and for ME...this meal was comforting. It was a sizable portion as well. The Etouffee!?!? That jont was hittin’!! STAMP that meal!! GET IT!! Trust!! Creamy, spicy, fresh, and fulfilling!! The bread pudding was decent, everything a bread pudding should be...warm, sweet, and just plain ole GOOD!! The customer service was excellent, warm, and they’re genuinely nice people. Parking was available in the Market lot. This is a must have spot good people’s!! GO!! Trust!! That’s it. #Gumbo #Etouffee #Shrimp #Beefsausage #deliciousness #bigschlimsreviews #chicken #stew #breadpudding #sankofabeer #goodeats #unionmarketdc #musthaves #gothere #thatsit

Annette Johnson: Beyond what I was expecting, I knew it was gonna be good just based off the rapport with the staff behind the counter. I opened the container to perfectly cleaned and prepared shrimp, and an amazing portion of grits. I was thrilled beyond measures, and the gumbo perfectly seasoned. Everything served HOT, and fresh I loved it! Definitely coming back.

Camden Seeborg: Ian has amazing customer service. The bread pudding is absolutely to die for. We come every few years from out of town and always make a point to stop in and get some. Make sure not to miss it!

J. Stephen Lee: The bread pudding is great (sweet and buttery). I also had the chicken and sausage gumbo. There are differnet sizes available. I got petit sizes for both ($7 each) and was really satisfied.

Brandon Barnett: Their motto is “divine comfort food,” and just from trying the bread pudding- that’s exactly what it is. From the texture to the flavor, it was all sublime. I feel as if I need to go back and try their po’boys and etoufee because of how amazing it was. I split a 16oz container with my friend and you could see on both our faces just how tasty the wonderful dessert was. I highly suggest popping in and grabbing a container if you’re in the area.

Sharon: Bread pudding is delicious but the taste of bourbon is definitely on the stronger side (compared to other bourbon-flavored dishes), and is a bit too strong for me. Still delicious though and for those that like that taste 100% recommend.

Jacques Chevalier: Food was prepared for delectable dining , customer service, food & atmosphere was comforting here in DC.

Pho Junkies: what do users think?

Brett Jacobson: Food is absolutely delicious and both owners are such genuinely nice people!! This is the permanent location of the food truck that they ran for multiple years. They have a true passion for making great food, and it shows in every bowl of pho. As of 8/7/2021 they’re doing both dine-in and takeout, but you need to go into the restaurant and scan a QR code for takeout. Can’t wait to go back again and again!

M. Christina Castillo: OMG… so delicious. This is a must! The broth is perfect and meat/non meat options are extensive. Lots of options and combinations based on your taste. My combo consisted of tendon, lean brisket, and meatball. So glad they opened a brick/mortar shop in the Navy Yard and the owners are amazing.

Jessica Martin: Wonderful, fresh pho that you would never guess came from a food truck! Moves around different parts of DC 1030am-245pm (I think) Monday-Friday. The 2-3 workers are so efficient and kind, especially the gentleman who takes your order. The Vietnamese coffee is also tasty, and the spring rolls/summer rolls also look fresh. Don’t let a long line dissuade you. You’ll leave with a warm bowl of goodness and a smile on your face. As always, pho is a great gluten free option.

Kelley Johnson: Simplistic Perfection! This is hands down THE BEST pho I’ve had in my 15+ years of eating this cuisine. Even the water is delicious! Lee provides excellent and kind service. My daughter and I are proud Pho Junkies addicts.

Reid Lyness: Best pho in DC by far! Only open Thursday through Sunday I believe and you know why when you have it. The server is world class and very friendly

Al: Honestly, best pho hands down. I don’t know when they are coming back but I hope soon. Since they have been gone, have had other places pho and it just sucks compared to theirs. Service is fantastic, very attentive. Haven’t heard any update on their behalf online, hoping it’s soon.

BBQ Bus Catering Co.: what do users think?

Kenny Ferguson: We used the BBQ Bus for a work event this past week and they did a great job! The food was hot, fresh and came out fast. They have been a pleasure to work with from the start of planning this event. We had to change dates due to Covid and the owners worked with us. Excellent customer service. We will be using them again!

Lindsay Templeton: Tried this for the first time from doordash during quarantine and it was delicious. The smoky pulled pork sandwich was huge and perfectly tender with great flavor combination. The Mac & cheese was good, and the greens were on the sweeter side. Will definitely eat here again.

Lawrence Dowery: BBQ Sauce #5 was so much love and the pull pork sandwich was outstanding. Can tell the baked beans was made from scratch which was refreshing. Mac and cheese was perfect

Greg Antrim: We ordered brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and wings. Everything was outstanding. Just as good as any others around (ie.... Fed Piggy). Portion sizes were great. Smoke flavor was prominent and excellent. Sides were very good. And their sauces could be bottled. This will be a regular for me now!

Joanna Hurt: Ordered the chicken and pork BBQ sandwich catering for my office today, and it was a huge hit! The meat was great with all the sauces and the pickled veggies were delicious. People also loved the beans and mac and cheese. We will definitely order again!

Norma Woody: I ordered a meal for the first time and must admit that this meal was absolutely delicious. The spareribs were meaty and tender, the bake beans had a very delightful flavor that can become additive and the French fries were seasoned the way I like it. Will try the pickles on my next order. Have to eat my corn muffins now😇.

Peruvian Brothers: what do users think?

Ryan Rieboldt: So so so delisioso! Got a Chicharrón sandwich and a beef empanada. Quick service and there was even a cute and very large llama to keep me company while I waited. As a part of La Cosecha, a portion of every purchase goes towards TECHO, an organization present in 19 Latin American countries seeking to end poverty for millions!

carlos cameron: Find a better ceviche.....you wont, they use red snapper, everybody else uses cheap dirt tasting tilapia...Even though they voted for the blue socialistas in their gucci and prada like univision told them too, we all make bad mistakes in our lives to our wallet. However, you will not find better tasting chicken, yuca, sandwiches ANYWHERE HERE IN THE DC REGION.....

Sara Hafenbreadl: Peruvian Brothers went above and beyond for our wedding catering! Our original caterer dropped out three months before our wedding, and Peruvian Brothers came to the rescue with the best food and service imaginable. They were professional, kind, and helpful throughout the process. Our guests, many of which are Peruvian, raved about the food. They accommodated our requests for vegetarian food and they also provided staff and bartenders. Highly recommend Peruvian Brothers!

G S (2harriedma): Tried Peruvian brothers for the first time and loved it! Ordered the ceviche, chicken empanadas and alfajores and was given a buzzer so I didn’t have to stand around and wait. Everything I ordered was delicious. Would definitely come back and try other menu items😋

AlixTakesaBite: I love everything about this place and this location! Lots of space for social distancing, high ceilings, sanitizer stations everywhere, and all employees are in masks. Indoor and outdoor seating available for La Cosecha. But let’s talk food.... because that’s why we’re here. The beef empanadas are by far the best in the DMV. They are so FULL. The crust is never soggy. And their fillings are super flavorful. I highly recommend the picarones and chicken (i also added a side of the fried yuca). This dish is only served on Sundays so don’t miss out! Picarones are a Peruvian dessert that originated in Lima during the viceroyalty. It is somewhat similar to buñuelos, a type of doughnut brought to the colonies by Spanish conquistadors. Its principal ingredients are squash and sweet potato and it’s served in doughnut form and covered with syrup/honey made from chancaca which is brought in from Peru at Peruvian Brothers. Chancaca is a typical Peruvian, Bolivian, and Chilean warm, sweet sauce made of raw unrefined sugar from sugarcane. It is often flavored with orange peel and cinnamon, and is consumed on sopaipillas or picarones. Follow me on Instagram for more @AlixtakesaBite

Carmen Helena Ruzza: An amazing place where everything is fresh and delicious. Try the empanadas, the ceviche, the lomo saltado, the chicken and so more (do not miss the alfajores for dessert!). If the owners Giuseppe and Mario are there, it is time to talk to them. They cannot be friendlier:))))

Luis M Urbina: I just had a chicharron sandwich and a chicha morada. The sandwich was tasty, and they had two sauces to go with it (spicy and not-so-spicy). The alfajor is lovely, and the chicha was on point (refreshing and not overly sweet like on other places).

Far East Taco Grille: what do users think?

Michael Benoit: We LOVED the tacos here! So much interesting flavor and perfectly balanced. My favorite was Mango Love while my wife loved hers Fresco style. Highly recommended and will definitely return when we are in town again. Quick tip - we discovered that the sour cream is on the sweet side (rather than sour).

Bianca Bullock: My family visited this restaurant and was blown away by how delicious the food was. The fresh vegetables and well seasoned chicken was amazing. The fact that you get to select what you want on your taco makes a huge difference. We will definitely be back.

Shahida Robertson: This is where I go for my cheat meal every week! The food is exceptional and they don’t stiff you on the portions. Every time family comes to visit me I bring them here. Now, when I go home they ask me to load my suitcase with Far East taco lol

Andrew E: UPDATE 4/23/21: adding a star back. Why? Because they’ve picked up the quality and consistency of the takeout food. Have ordered 3 more times since last year and have enjoyed it very time. Solid ameri-Tex like Mexican egg rolls and tacos that satisfy the taste buds but destroy your calorie count. UPDATE 1/4/20: dropping a star. Here’s why: Very significant decline in quality and volume of food since our last two experiences. We have ordered food from here three times, all delivered through Yelp (i.e. grub hub). Really disappointing because it was one of our favorite places. Quantity: There used to be two egg rolls per order. Now one. And the one we received was noticeably less stuffed with food. Quality: Everything we ordered was of lower quality than the past two times. The fried egg roll was soft and chewy. The pork belly was so hard to chew i gave most of it to our dog. Both orders of tacos were slightly cold when they arrived.

Ralph McLean: My tacos were EXCELLENT, and the young lady working the register was very patient with me as a first time customer. Prices were fair also. Will be going back.

matthew golden: Great food with very bold flavors. I tried the 3 taco combo and I loved that you can try more than one protein then top it off with a variety of different sauce options as well as topping combinations, which you can mix and match as you please.

marie coles: It was my first time there the food was very good

Tacos El Chilango: what do users think?

Marjan Ahmed: I have been going there for years. The tacos are always great, reasonably priced and the customer service is even better. Cannot recommend this place enough. Bring something to sit on other than your car if you want to sit outside.

Daniel McEnrue: Absolutely incredible. The flavor is off the charts. Easily the best tacos in the area. Made better by the excellent service.

Hector Mejia: Delicious tacos 🌮 🤤 i was there yesterday is incredible the thelicius is this tacos and the attention is other world no matter what how is your filling the will make filling like friends or family the owner is present all time this is the secret of tasty. Sooo if you want to go there just have little patience because is truck launch!! They opened monday to Saturday!! And the cost of each taco is around $2.50 or $3.00 dollar. Includes taco 🌮 plate, cucumber, radish, onions scabeche ,lemon and hot sauce!!! So far good price for serving and attention ( everything is complete immaculate clean) go there will be happy !!! Everything is only to go !!

Buchi Chilaka: Solid prices, friendly owner, and delicious tacos! If you’re ever in the Rosslyn area, this taco truck is a great spot to pop into and grab 2-4 traditional tasting tacos. Their habanero sauce is worth opting for if you like your tacos with a kick. Also, the place is cash only, so plan ahead.

comfyfuton -: Wow! Some of the best tacos Ive had. Its a food truck parked on a road with not much parking nearby, but that should not deter you from trying the tacos from here. Amazing flavor on the Lengua. Staff is incredibly friendly and even gave us a free additional taco. Its also cash only so come prepared!

Joseph Poorman: Amazing tacos. I’ve been to this place multiple times and it’s so good every time. The owner & workers are awesome people! I’ve tried everything on their menu except the pastor tacos. My favorite & personal recommendation is the chicken (pollo) tacos with the habanero sauce + lime Although I’ve moved away from the area, I do come back whenever I’m close by just for their delicious food -Cody

Charlie Long: I’ve lived in Arlington for close to four years and I had heard rumors of “best tacos in the city” truck somewhere nearby but never took the time to track it down until earlier this year. Quick, easy, cash only, and my favorite tacos in the city. The majority of the tacos are $2.50 a piece and you can choose from asada, pastor, chorizo, chicken, tongue or a few combinations. Always a long line but it moves quickly and the truck staff are fantastic in either English or Spanish - couldn’t be more pleasant. The address is listed now but it can still be hard to miss. It’s a permanently parked white food truck on the Rosslyn side of Arlington Boulevard.

Trini Vybez by Kalu's Seasoning Blends and Catering: what do users think?

Tej Naik: These doubles were really good and big portions. They stopped by in Laurel this week so I had to go stop by and get some doubles. The Pholourie was very good too with the tamarind sauce. They are spicy dough balls that are fried. Light fluffy and delicious. Check them out, some really good trini food.

Lisa Gomes: I used their catering services over Memorial Day weekend. Very fair prices for the generous portions they served. The food was also delicious. I love that they had vegetarian options in addition to all animal proteins. My 75 guests loved their food, too.

Wesley Smith: I found out about this restaurant from google. My wife is from Trinidad and Tobago, so I was looking for an authentic Trini restaurant that would be something that my wife would love and approve of. Especially since she has not been able to go home in a couple of years due to Covid. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to the spot where there food truck was scheduled for the day and it was well worth it!! This place did not disappoint!!! Amazing food, great customer service. They were really accommodating in helping me package everything up since I was taking my order to go. They really helped me, without realizing it, make my wife’s upcoming birthday that much better!! We will definitely be back again and I highly recommend this place⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lisset Pino-Ros: The food here was INCREDIBLE. First of all, the doubles are out of this world. Something about the way the chickpeas are spiced is perfect. I also got the chicken roti wrap and the chicken platter. I liked the wrap better, it was more moist and the roti is delicious. Dying to come back!!!

Anna Juszczak: Ok. I never leave reviews, but I had to give TRINI VYBEZ’s 5 stars! I had the doubles, and they were INCREDIBLE. Im not exaggerating when I say that I could eat them everyday. The service was also quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

Anjuna Ohlke: Insanely good food and friendly service! I had the jerk tofu with plantains, stewed spinach, and rice and peas. I would 100% have it again or any of their other great options.

Swizzler: what do users think?

Hampton Sasser: Hands down best burger I have ever had. What makes it even better is the incredibly value. Fries (aka spudz) are perfectly salted. The chicken sandwich is incredible also. Perfectly crispy and juicy - not greasy or heavy. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

Asma Alghamdi: I tried the signature burger and the chicken sandwich, both were delicious. The bun was light and freshly baked, and the patty was juicy and tasty also the sauce was good it tasted like a fresh homemade not a processed sauce, overall I loved how fresh the food was! I like it and I feel like it’s the best in the area I will definitely be back.

Abigail La Forge: Wow, what an amazing experience all around! I never write reviews and this was hands down the best burger I’ve had in SO long. The griddled onion mixed with the melted cheese was incredible. Hot hand-cut fries with awesome dipping sauce. You are missing out if you haven’t been here!! Definitely recommend!!

Ari Rang: One of the best burger on my visit to DC. Affordable price and good service. Fries were good but not the best in town. I am not big fan of their interior design but it is different to other burger joints. Toilets were clean as well.

Muath Alghamdi: The signature cheeseburger was delicious, the bun was fluffy and fresh and toasted just right. The Patti was cooked well and not over seasoned, the signature sauce and cheese compliment the burger without overwhelming it. The chicken sandwich was amazing as well, the buns and sauce were as perfect as the burger. The chicken itself was perfect, fresh and crispy but tender and well seasoned. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be coming back the next time I crave a burger (it is now my favorite burger in the area)

Amelia Capilongo: My favorite quick serve burger place in DC. I like it better than Shake shack. The bread is always very fresh and I love their Swizler’s stack with Arugula. I recently tried their hotdog and it was Good. The dog is a bit small for the size of the bun. I recall the dogs being better from there food truck. Highly recommend that you also add a fresh lemonade and truffle fries.

Surfside Taco Stand: what do users think?

C F: Pretty good burritos. Fresh and tasty. I enjoyed my burrito and would try other ones. I deduct 1 star because the price is higher than expected for 1 normal sized burrito and the lettuce/salad was a bit confusing. Also the chairs and tables were pretty dirty when we were there. But overall great sauces and friendly service.

J. W.: Came here for the first time last night and I was very impressed. Good food, quick service and 24 hours… can’t beat that. As you can see the food is seasoned and portioned great. Definitely can see myself returning. That shrimp burrito and street corn is definitely a game changing combo for the nightlife eating.

Shelbie Ammirati: Delicious! Perfect midday lunch for us as we visited DC and rode scooters around town. Perfect amount of food and the food was so good! I got the Nevis and husband got the Rio, both were great!

Petr Tojsl: Delicious tacos! I got the north grill taco, which consisted of well seasoned mahi-mahi, tasty Chipotle sour cream dressing, and pickled vegetables like lettuce and onion. Along with that, came a delicious yellow lime rice. After my meal, The cashier kindly explained to me how they make their tacos, so that I can replicate the recipe at home. This place is slightly pricey, but definitely worth the price in a big city like DC. Also, they have a fine range of tasty hot sauces. Finally, they’re very quick! I got my taco in under five minutes!

Anas Souid: The best Mexican food I had in the US so far; everything was extremely fresh and the ingredients were clearly top quality. Food preparation time is also pretty fast.

Antonio Pena: Great taste good, service is very good, awesome tacos, highly recommended if you are at the Wharf in DC

Sami’s Hot Dog Cart: what do users think?

Elido Reyes: Got a half smoke super cheap and really loaded with toppings. Tasted amazing! That home made chili is tasty too.

Jonas Andersen: Sami is the nicest guy selling the best Hot Dogs I have ever tasted! I walked 6km just to taste one on my last day in DC due to the good reviews. I do NOT regret it.

Brady Shiers: First time in DC and after a long day of walking around the Mall I wanted something to quick to eat. I saw all the 5 star reviews for Sami’s and I knew I had to stop there. Sami was very nice and helpful and the hot dog was incredible! I got the regular dog with EVERYTHING on it, that’s the way to go for a delicious mess!

J K: Great spicy hotdog with chili. Excellent value. Very friendly. Outdoor seating across the street.

Blaz Barton: My wife and I from Missouri. We dropped by Sami’s today because of the reviews on here, and man, it absolutely deserves 5 stars and more. Sami is super friendly! The hotdogs are FANTASTIC! And it’s all very affordable. Sami could easily open a restaurant but instead he chooses to remain faithful each day to his stand where he’s been for 30 years. I would recommend Sami’s to anyone interested in solid food and friendly faces at an incredible price. Thank you, Sami. You added to a great delight to our anniversary trip!

Naomi Leonard: Good loaded hotdog. Close walking distance from Hirshhorn or Art and Industry building. Very cheap. Definitely recommend

Britani Pinkston: Sami is friendly and always greets you with a smile. His pretzels are hot and really tasty with mustard. Always there and stocked with the goodies 👍🏽👍🏽

Chris Iwan: I went to get a half smoke, chips, and a drink. When I reached for my wallet to pay, I didn’t have any cash. Sami told me to take it anyway. I paid him the next day, but not many people would do that these days.

Mikayla Wood: Great hotdogs, love the spicy half smoke!! Good prices and very kind man serving the food. :)

Abunai Poke: what do users think?

PRESTON PREECE: The food here is incredible!! I recommend anyone going here. I found this place 2 weeks ago , and I have already been here 6 times.I recommend the Teri beef and the Kalua pig nachos. The Poke bowls are great too.

Amelia Baker: Decided to try a new place near work- Got a spicy tuna hand roll- so fresh and delicious, and spam katsu musubi- amazing! Will definitely go back

Deepa M: Got the abunai spam musubi lunch plate. The spam musubi was good…but too much rice. The Mac salad portion was small and the cucumber salad was too acidic. Try it if u miss spam musubi.

Andrea Hall: This is a solid place. Worth a try. I had the spam musubi plate sides (mac salad and cucumber salad). Seating is limited.

Martina Thurman: wow yum really some of the best poke I’ve had in dc. will definitely come back here

KaeAnne Parris: I got the small bowl of marinated ahi. The portion size was huge, for a small, but pricy for one scoop ($8.80). The bowl tasted good, and you can add lots of toppings and sauces. They do have a $6 special, but it doesn’t come with rice ($3).

La Tingeria: what do users think?

Paul Mayeur: I say this the nicest way possible. This place was like a "greasy spoon" low key place but for Mexican food. It was amazing and I liked every single bite I took. I will 100% be coming here as often as my arteries will allow me to.

Sarah Fazackerley: The birria tacos were absolute 🔥🔥 and the consommé was so flavorful. After moving here from California, I’ve repeatedly been disappointed by the Mexican food in Virginia. But I will definitely be back to this place!! The only downside is it’s a really small place and it took about 30 mins to order with only about 10 people in front of me. They also forgot one of the items from my order, but they quickly fixed the issue. The service could have been better, but you can tell they’re hustling to keep up with the volume of customers they get.

Heather Pressler: Wow, just phenomenal Mexican food. Birria tacos are great, also tried the beef tinga and chicken tinga on tostada and sopes - amazing. Their agua fresca and desserts are also very good. 100% will be back and happy to have you in Falls Church!

AJ Syed: Been here 4 times this month. Get the Queso Birria Tacos. I’d personally recommend the beef, everyone swears by the goat, the goat is amazing, however the beef has more flavor. My go to order is 2 beef 1 goat. The chicken is also great however I think the list goes beef, goat, chicken. Skip the torta its good but the tacos are show stopper.

Wajiha Ahmed: The tacos were amazing but the owner’s customer service was even better. Such a kind guy. We had some questions about the meat and he brought out a label and explained the menu to us. I really appreciate him and how he treated us. We had the beef birria, Tinga chicken, chorizo beef, and goat birria tacos with consommé. We also got a chance to try the tostada de chicken tinga and the mangonada gelato thanks to the owner. The mangonada gelato tasted like mango con chile y limon and I absolutely loved it.

Amir Alkateb: I wish I could rate 6 stars. Sooooooo good, and the service was immaculate. The staff was so friendly, and the owner David was so nice. The birria beef tacos were one of the best things ive ever eaten, and the elotes were top quality. We also got pre-seasoned frozen chicken that we made the next day. So good. Wholeheartedly recommend this place. 12/10

Mulan Dumpling: what do users think?

Suzanne Bankston: If you want fresh organic handmade food options from a kitchen on wheels - Mulan Dumpling is the truck to make part of your routine! As a vegetarian it is difficult to find fresh healthy food options in general - much less on the go. Thank you team Mulan for offering such quality food and the joy you bring me always

Anu: The curry chicken dumplings were delicious and fresh. But overall it’s pricey and the service was very slow.

Shokufeh Ramirez: Love this place! Our whole family gets super excited whenever we get to experience these dumplings. Fresh and delicious food, and great staff!

Kate Songer: Excellent food, very fresh and flavorful. Wish I could eat there all the time and they were closer to me! Also very nice people working the food trip, always joyful. Love giving them my business.

Bart Himel: The fried dumplings are fantastic. It is a perfect snack food at the zoo or anywhere else they are parked.

Jason Chubbuck: Mulan Dumpling is great to work with at events! Super friendly, great cuisine, and always professional.

Lottie Dubenskij: Just WOW! Every time I have eaten these dumplings, I am in heaven! I particularly love the peanut sauce, totally to die for.

Mexitrachos: what do users think?

FreemanSells: The tacos Mexicanos were delicious. The owner looked out for me on a late night out. Go to this food truck if you see it!!!!

J B: AMAZING CUISINE!! I have tried every item offered and have not been disappointed yet. If you are looking for typical food truck cuisine this is not your place. This is high quality restaurant level cuisine. These folks make magic in the confines of the small kitchen that would beat any restaurant around. If they arrive anywhere near you, stop by and try it out. You will not be disappointed and you will definitely not be leaving hungry.

Leanne Argue: Thank you so much Mexitrachos Food Truck for the amazing catered taco bar! It was delicious!! I have two very picky/restrictive eaters and they scarfed it down. AND now we have leftovers. Amazing service and delicious food! If anyone is looking for a great meal and is in the DC area (or not in the area…still worth the drive!) check them out! 🌮 🤤 🇭🇳 🇲🇽

Ed Rorie: I’ve tried most of the items on the menu and everything is great! What’s more, the service and hospitality are terrific. I love having this food truck in my neighborhood.

C D: My favorite authentic Honduran and Mexica food truck. Great value and super delicious. Pollo Con Tajadas is incredible!

Jasmine: Tacos and quesadillas were delicious!

Xaria Crawford: Fast service and the BEST quesadillas!

Emma Hart: Delicious!

Timber Pizza Company: what do users think?

Mischa: This is a very cute little place that serves mainly Argentinian-style empanadas, pizza, coffee, beer, and more. On weekends they open from 8am to 1pm, then they reopen again at 5pm. Unfortunately (as of this writing at least), they only serve breakfast empanadas and no pizza during the first opening. So you have to come back after 5pm if you want pizza or pork empanadas. Another downside is that there are three empanadas in each order, and they all have to be the same kind, so you cannot get one squash empanada and one pork empanada. Other than that, all else was good!

Brie W.: Okay. Listen here. This place is WONDERFUL. I’ve never had a pizza this good. It’s really inexpensive for such high quality food and we have plans to bring family here when they visit from out of state. It’s interior is tiny but SOOO cute. We will be coming back to this place again. The sweet bar tender was very knowledgeable as well so don’t be afraid to ask questions. The whole staff seems to care about you and it feels really welcoming.

R N: Excellent pizza! The dough is amazing very fluffy and light. The outside seating was very rustic and the vibe as real! The staff was very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!

Remo Molino: Awesome pizza and amazing salad. All fresh ingredients. Thin crust. Wood fired oven. Local spring mix salad with fresh radishes and peas. All healthy and amazing taste. Two picnic tables inside and two outside. Lots of take out. Order takeout online or call. Wine, beer and gelato dessert. Restaurant is super clean as is the unisex restroom. All employees are quiet and super efficient. They have a good system here.

Brian Parker: This is the best food truck. Seriously, the best. I have made a trip to DC just to get their food before. Currently they are closed due to COVID and I hope with all of my heart that they re-open when they can. I need them.

Ashley Arnold: Best food truck out there

Pa' Tortas El Papi: what do users think?

Igor Duenas: In Mexico City there is a Torta cart that is known mostly to locals and has the best Tortas in the whole city; I have not had a torta as good as that until I ate the Torta Cubana here, it is amazingly delicious. My whole family loves their food, we have tried the Torta La Pechugona, it is the best chicken “sandwich”/torta we have tried anywhere. If you are more in the mood for a classic torta, the Torta Del Chavo can’t be beat. While their name and main menu items are tortas, their tacos are better than ANY other restaurant or food truck in DC, VA or MD. Just like their tortas, the tacos taste like you are getting them from the best local hangout in Mexico City. I recommend that you get a few Al Pastor tacos, but don’t forget to try their Chorizo and steak tacos. We always get one or two orders of tacos to complement our tortas. I can’t wait to try every item in their menu.

Itz Kurama: The best tacos and Tortas Arlington va #1 the best service and cleaning plates 👈🏻👈🏻👈🏻

Michael Burner: Lovely tacos and chicken torta. Very fast friendly service, and super great prices. If they’re in town, I’m going here.

Fat Pete's BBQ: what do users think?

José FERREIRO (ホセ フェレイロ): Very nice place for BBQ 🍗🍖. A bit dark for me during rhe day. A full wall of TVs ( baseball, indy car , English’s premiere league) on the walls. Wide range of beers and even choice for wines 🍷. Waiter pleasant and checking everythig was ok. Parking not so easy 🅿️. Need to say i do not know well the neighborhood.

Jason Lin: First time here, left with an overall good impression. Good food and attentive staffs. I do recommend the double smoked pork belly bites, a good appetizer to prepare your palate for what’s to come. I got half rack of the baby back ribs, it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it’s pretty good. The meat was tender and almost falling off the bone. And their potato salad was good too.

Van Norn: Very subtle place. Clean design and easy access, near the national zoo. Food is solid for a bbq place. For me I had the brisket melt sandwich with a side of hush puppies and a house salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The brisket was soft and tender, being a southerner, it was missing some more flavoring for my taste...added a bit of the vinaigrette and it had a nice bite. The house salad was simple and good and the dressing was just right and not to glaring. The hush puppy was not my favorite as it was dense and a bit bland for me. Overall good experience.

Heather Holman: Amazing! We stopped in for lunch after visiting the zoo. Immediately welcomed by PJ. It was pretty busy and my boyfriend and I grabbed a couple seats at the bar. I got the Burnt Ends Grilled Cheese and he got the Brisket platter. Both were SO good, juicy and tender. I really can’t decide if the food or customer service was better. Wish I lived here so I could come in everyday.

Nicole Wheelock: Great food and service! Two of us enjoyed the burnt ends grilled cheese. Two of us enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich with their sweet sauce and their spicy sauce. The chicken wings with the sweet sauce were also delicious!

District Taco: what do users think?

Kevin Rayan: Always a favorite for lunch or even dinner when I am in DC. It’s reasonably priced for DC and the tacos are so delicious. They replaced the soft drink machine in the photo that was unique to them with coke products modern machine and I am happy about that. I always get water but now my options improved. Highly recommended that you try them.

Emma Heys: Great food! Delicious veggie options and a fab selection of fountain drinks. Charming art deco building

Amy Tucker: I had the three tacos on flour tortillas with carne asada. Hubby had three tacos on corn. They were EXCELLENT. The meat was smokey and tender, super juicy. The habanera salsa was perfectly balanced. Enough acid with the heat to make it sing on the pallet. I really loved their mission to have a low carbon footprint. The vibes inside were authentic and comfortable and they even have us access to their WiFi!

Melissa Marie: The chips and queso, with pico added, was perfect for an evening craving in the hotel. The salsa was pretty good, but not as good as the queso. They have kiosks inside to order quickly and pay. Dedicated area to pick up orders.

Hannah Feldman: I love district taco. The corn tortillas are gluten free and they are delicious. They are thick and they warm them up and they are a joy to eat. The whole set up for District Taco works really well, since you tell them everything you want when you order. I would eat here every day if I could.
