alisha harris: Food was extremely over-salted!!! They need to get rid of the cook bc the food is terrible 😣 i ordered a chicken bowl. Very simple right!? Not! I couldn't eat it and I was already home 😒 Until they get a new back of the house staff, DON'T GO TO THIS ONE!

Giovonni Pyles: Food was terrible Stale tortilla chips usually means the chips was there all day or they were undercooked how do I know because I used to work for the company, salty guacamole I paid $36 on Grubhub for this meal I paid for double meat steak and Barely received a regular portion. I called the Location and asked to speak to a manager and I told her the situation and she told me let me ask you a question? how do you know if you got double meat or you didn’t so I had to tell her that I used to work for the company about eight years ago she was extremely rude and did not try to help the situation she just didn’t care and you can hear it in her voice I don’t know what happened to this company .no wonder no one eats at chipotle like they used too Standards has dropped dramatically & it seem like Management and crewmembers have no sense of pride for what they do.And I hope this gets to the regional manager

Shenique Reid: I am Livid, I had such high expectations for this chipotle. They literally delivered dog food from them via Uber eats. How do you screw up an entire order that only had two items. I asked for regular chicken I was sent some chicken that tasted like rotisserie chicken, the rice was softer than a babies bottom. Super mushy and gross. My sons tacos had no chicken on the majority of them. You guys really need to do better, especially for delivery services. This should not be acceptable

Royal Le: food is good, friendly helpful staff. portions for bowls are a bit on the small side and salads don’t come with very many greens compared to other chipotle locations. wish the app ordering provided a bit more accuracy to what was available / sold out.

Edward Sepe: This was the worst delivery experience in recent memory. Totaled $40 after fees and tip for 2 tacos, a burrito and a kids meal. Portions were incredibly small. The tacos had about 5 morsels of meat between the two and 10 pinto beans. I ordered the corn salsa topping and had about 3 kernels of corn in the taco. Luckily we had leftover rice to add to our meal. Will not be ordering from chipotle again. What a waste of money

Cashmire Bennett: Ok so I was craving Chipotle today and I wanted to try the Pollo Asado. Of course there was a sign on the bar that said “No regular chicken today” which wasn’t a surprise because they never have a full bar but the Uber eats side stays full. Anyway whole new front line of workers that barely and I mean barely speak English. The young lady that made my bowl was sooooo slow putting the toppings on in a “fast pace” restaurant and to top it off I had to tell her each ingredient at least 2/3 times before she understood. Also she made the bowl as if she were interviewing for Chef Ramsey and by that I mean she literally put all my toppings in a line down the middle trying to make it look pretty like I’m not about to stir it all up. Ok so fast forward to check out, the young lady at the register left and didn’t come back for 13 minutes and 38 seconds yes I timed it. No one apologized they only informed us that she will be back and she was the only one able to unlock the register. Like really how unprofessional to have 17 people in line yes I counted and orders piled up because no one could check out for whatever reason. I’m calling corporate because this is ridiculous. I’ve done Uber eats to ease the hassle of waiting in line and being limited to toppings but because you all were putting the orders on the rack,random people would come in and take the bags claiming to be a delivery service. I’m definitely good on this location Georgetown would NEVER!

Selma Solera: my local chipotle but they'll say they're out of ingredients, but will have them for the to-go orders. They'll charge for extra rice, etc., on to-go orders, but my bowl/burrito will be lacking. i love chipotle but it's evident the employees here don't quite care... maybe they're undertrained, understaffed, underpaid. i make it a point to go to other chipotles now.

Scott Halerz: Been coming here since it opened and usually no issues, but I got home today and my lettuce is so past bad, I might just throw the whole thing out. I didn't mind that they were out of guacamole AND sour cream with 2hrs left until close, but this lettuce?? Just say you're out of it too, sht. It's disgusting.

Blush F: My local Chipotle and they always run out of ingredients also they have poor customer service. You give me a small shake of chicken and want me to pay for extra? Half the time they are talking and not paying attention and assume you want certain ingredients then get mad when you say I didn’t ask for that. Also they do not look at the ingredients for Uber eats they put whatever they want. The brown rice is NEVER cooked all the way I give up. Hire new employees and stay stocked on your food or shut down simple.Prices are way too high to get b.s service or not the correct order DO BETTER

Anthony Salinas: Shockingly this location continues to lack in customer service and often has signs on the door outlining the items they are out of. Tonight was ridiculous. No Sour Cream, Mild Sauce, or Black means. After ordering I walked up to get a fork and hot sauce and both items were empty. After waiting - forks were brought out. I’m not sure if they are understaffed but the options are limited - not sure how they are out of the majority of items.

John Doe: I went here last night. I bought 2 chicken bowls and got 2 sides of guacamole. I got home and started eating the guacamole. A few minutes later I started throwing up. I got food poisoning from it. I didn't risk eating the other food. So I had to throw away $30 dollars worth of food. I'm very disappointed.

Shanice H: The 14th & P st location Chipotle is the only one that I order from (delivery or pick up)! The food here is CONSISTANTLY fresh, well seasoned, and cooked perfectly. Whoever is managing the team here is doing a fantastic job. Keep it up!!

Steven Sharp: This is a decent Chipotle. People are usually friendly and portions good sized. That said, they never fully shut the container so spills are very likely if you don't close it yourself or be very careful :( 10/10 Update: No chips!? How does Chipotle run out of chips? They said they hoped to have some more within a week. It would be nice if they tell people there are no chips when ordering things obviously meant for them :(

Michael Douthat: Outstanding customer service at the Chipotle on 1508 14th St in Washington, DC. The employee that took my order months ago still remembered me, they even remembered what I ordered! They were very friendly and welcoming. My steak burrito was excellent!They forgot to charge me for the chips and guacamole. I told them they forgot to charge me, they said “Don’t worry about it” with a big smile. Nice folks.

Mo Crosby: This is the only chipotle that gives me hard time. I order the veggie bowl every time and every time they give me a few pieces of pepper/onions. I’m paying the same price as someone getting chicken or beef, so why shouldn’t I get a good serving of veggies. The manager is also very rude. I will definitely stop patronizing that chipotle or maybe all of them.

Everlee Burnett: The service was terrible I asked for a chicken quesadillas and it was not cooked all the way. And my friend ask for a chicken bowl and he didn't get what he ask for. This location is very hard of hearing. When they did get the order finally right. We didn't even want it anymore.

Charles Chaffin: I rarely take the time to write a bad review, but we used the app to place an order and went to pick it up. Took it home and realized we were given the wrong order. Walked it all the way back and told the cashier it was incorrect and she just took the bag away from me and said nothing. I stood there for 10 minutes before she finally comes over and hands me an open bag and says nothing. Lousy service. The good news is that it has inspired me to make my own burrito bowl. Heading to Safeway to get a box of Rice-a-roni.

F E Downey: Food and service at this location were actually good. Restaurant pretty clean. We were between art events, so rushed and they helped us pack up our leftovers and gave us transport bags. We ordered the bowls and they allowed us a lot of freedom in making our choices. For example, I did not want rice, so they allowed me two different bean types (both are good) to be added to my bowl. Additionally, I wanted chicken in the bowl, but they also allowed me to add one small scoop of shredded beef (which was delicious). At the end of toppings, I asked whether there was any salad dressing to pour over. The server provided me with a separate container from the refrigerator of dressing that tasted like a mexican sauce (but not too spicy). A bit oily for my taste. I was skeptical to eat here because of all the bad publicity in the last 9 months, but food wasn't bad for the price at THIS LOCATION. Might want to check it out.

Lijo Varghese: The food was good and portion size more than standard. Usual burrito place with normal serving as other places. Will need to do something different to stand out in the market.

Rehana Ward-Cooper: The worst location. Ordered online, and when I arrived, was told they are out of chicken, guacamole, and dressing. Even the things that were on my bowl were unacceptable. A salad with only a sprinkle of lettuce, missing fajita vegetables and salsa. The staff didn’t care that half my order was unavailable, and the other half was incorrect. They just told me to handle it online. I left with no food. Will not return to this location in the future.

Bright Medical: My family loves chipotle!!! But this location was absolutely not it. The staff gave us SO MUCH attitude, especially to my daughter, who didn’t do anything. My son who said he wanted 2 scoops of regular salsa instead got 2 scoops of spicy salsa. I can’t stress this enough, how rude the staff here was.

Valeria Alvarez: My boyfriend and I LOVE chipotle. To the point that we eat it almost every week. But, unfortunately, this location is not it. I understand, Friday night shifts can be tough, but there is no coordination or communication between some of the workers. And the food quality… there were whole hard avocados in our guac. We never leave bad reviews when our foods don’t turn out the way we wanted it, but last night was a whole another experience.

Amina: As a Muslimah, having halal food outside is my biggest concern. Chipotle is a great place to eat from just I avoided taking any meat at all.

Pixie Reign: Some staff is really nice. But the night staff can be really rude that it cancels out the mid day staff's polite energy. They also close early a lot, sometimes even before they are supposed to be closed. I've run into this issue a few times and can never order in time. I've since tried to use their app but it's not user friendly and my order was "misplaced" I wouldn't recommend coming here past 3pm as the line is ridiculously slow moving due to them really needing a bigger space. Update: They have added more line members and new faces to the team overall. The imporvements in service is noticible. I'm impressed. 2 to 4.

Ausera: Staff member kept rolling her eyes the whole order. All I ordered was rice beans chicken and lettuce, not sure what the attitude was for. Also the worst chipotle food I’ve had, it was under seasoned to the point I had to add salt. Not sure what’s going on here lol

Z.Banath Banath: Worst Chipotle Experience Ever. We ordered online to go and we didn’t check our order before leaving the facility on M-Street. When we got to the park and opened our package, it was almost half missing. They gave us literally less than the half of a normal chipotle portion in a bowl.

Mill Mack: Bad experience first it started out No Guacamole upstairs at their Chipotle then I head downstairs to this one. which I purchased a chicken bowl. Then the ric was definitely undercooked and they had no chips and the guacamole they gave me was dark green and serve it in chunk pieces. Will not return to this location.

Ashley Guerra: This review is specifically for the chipotle downstairs! The people working there are rude, they get upset if you ask for more even though you’re paying for it. At the end of my checkout, the cashier proceeded to argue with me. Not sure who the manager is, but they need some customer service training badly.!!

Pippa Dobbyn: I was here on the 26th of December. Team members were not wearing masks in the back. And at least one person had a cough without a mask on. I had to wait 10 minutes to pay, and when I got my food literally 1/4 of the burrito was cheese. Not a sanitary experience, and it made me not want to eat the food at all.

Raymond Harper: I sent my boyfriend inside to pick up an online order & when he picked it up he asked for a lime juice , & the guy at the register told him that there is no limes nor lime juice. So then I called 3 mins later & asked to speak with a supervisor & she in fact said they have the limes but not the lime juice. But that was after we had already left. & then he charged us $2 for sour creams which is cool but then charged $5 more for 2 more. Very bad chipotle. Needs to give customers what they want

Robert “Biggapp” Dargan: Went to Chipotle in Union station. The one on the lower level. Ask for Chicken bowl. My first mind told me to sit down and eat in Union Station but I'll walk back to work and sat down to eat my chicken bowlAnd the rice is not cooked .I'm mad now I can't eat rice that is hard. I get off at 1:30 and I will be bring this uncooked rice back to Chipotle.

Pami Udoff: Celiac, gluten intolerant, gluten allergy etc BEWARE!! Went here hoping to grab something safe before getting on Amtrak. Their seemed to be a language barrier regarding “gluten allergy” (yes, I know celiac is autoimmune, but gluten allergy seems to get more attention in restaurants). I tried explaining the protocol as I have been to many chipotles before (change gloves, get fresh utensils, get fresh food buns). She got the manager. The manager handed me an allergy card, changed her gloves, and then refused to get fresh food containers and utensils even after explaining to her that it was contaminated by the tortillas. She said “that’s too bad” and put away my burrito bowl container and then said goodbye. I went across the way to Cava where I had no problems. Unfortunately, this Chipotle is not safe for people that need to gluten free out of medical necessity like I’ve known every other Chipotle in the US to be.

Delores Wood: The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Went on Saturday April 2nd 2022 at time of opening the food was the worst I’ve ever seen at any establishment. Everything was left over from the night before hard dry and still COLD. TERRIBLE!!!! And they were serving this to people?!!!??? No star required. No thank you.

Jordan S: I'm a foodie at heart, and Chipotle is the most basic yet the most tasty food I eat, I lovee me some chipotle! If you come here during the lunch rush, expect a wait, at least 10 mins. Lines get long, but not too bad. I usually come around opening time so that I don't have to wait, or I use the app during lunch. Great location, right by my job, so I am a very frequent visitor! Chipotle is a huge part of my diet! haha.

Christian Hall: I came into this restaurant tonight because I was dying of hunger! I had never been to this particular location, but I found it along my way to the metro station so I figured why not! I also had never been to one of these restaurants where both bathrooms were out of order, but it was the case here and it appeared as if someone had passed out, because it was locked tight shut for practically the entire time of my visit. Finally, a nice Employee was able to unlock one of the bathrooms, which was very helpful! For dinner, I ordered the steak bowl, which is my usual thing. It was prepared with some care this time around,, and the steak tasted spicey which was very delicious! The place was pretty clean clean considering it was Friday, and the music was playing just right, not too loud! I ended-up eating half of the bowl because I'm calories conscious, and hopefully this weekend I will run-off some of them off!

Christina Posey: Usuallly love ordering from here because of its close proximity to work. The last couple times I ordered a salad and ended up with VERY LITTLE lettuce. Not sure how it can be called a salad when there more cheese than lettuce. I’m also a vegetarian and found a piece of meat in my salad!!!

Johnny Nguyen: I cannot emphasize how bad the service was. Employee’s simply do not care. Asked for a burrito bowl with steak, accidentally adds chicken. Messing up one time, understandable. Throws the other bowl away and makes a new one, adds chicken again. Second time is also understandable, we all have ours day. Does it again a third time, then proceeds to get upset with me. Portions are also tiny, almost like I got a kids meal.

kayode nelson: This store 😩 the food was on its last legs. The food bar was depleted and no signs of reinforcement when i ask for extra it barely had food and because the food was there for a while the rice had that heavy lemon juice taste. The lady at the registered was not very friendly gave u that mess hall feeling. Will still eat Chipotle 😋 🤔 but not from that one.

Mac May: Why does the cash register never work at Chipotles? I walked in and before the worker started taking my order she asked cash or card. I said which is better, and she said cash. So I said okay... will I need exact change? And she replied "Uuuuuuum... no." And then I had to ask, "Will I get change?" And she said "No." So her plan was to just spring that on me at the end. "Here's the amount, you have to give me at least that, whatever else you give me I'm just keeping" after she made my food. Why is this always the case at Chipotle? There's one in Baltimore I've been to that was like this for over a month. Never going to a Chipotle again, I do not feel like having to jump through hoops to find out if they're just going to keep my money because they can't manage their own machines. Don't understand why this is an acceptable way for such a large chain to behave.

Regina Wilson: The short boy who is works at the register is very rude. He had an attitude the whole time he was checking me out he became irate when he dropped two of the salad dressings. I stated to him if he didn’t want to work he shouldn’t have came in or called out and I asked if he wanted to be there he shook his head NO. So why are you there bringing the morale down. The other workers were doing what they was suppose to do.

Katie Sullivan: I have ordered from this location 4 or 5 times and every single time they have forgotten the chips or sent a handwritten note that says "no chips". Then I go in the app and file a claim and I get a coupon for free chips. The next time, I use the coupon but the chips never come and the cycle repeats. I was baffled by this bizarre process until today I went to the location for the first time. After seeing the chaos and disorganization I am no longer surprised by the chips debacle. I will be ordering from different locations in the future.

Andrew B: This chipotle refused me service at 8pm on a Monday. They said they were only taking online orders and when I asked to speak with a manager he refused to speak me, or so the staff said. I don’t know what the point in walking to a restaurant is. I’ll never eat here again

Rashmi Bajaj: I would give them a 0/10 for customer service. My friend and I came in about 15 minutes prior to their closing last Saturday night, and they kicked us out, explaining that, “The dining room is closed.” I’ve worked in the food industry before, and it’s simply general courtesy to let customers eat their food, and if anything, remind them when you’re closing. Additionally, it doesn’t come off super great when you’re kicking two women out of a restaurant onto the streets of DC late at night. Y’all need to do better.

Adrienne Rigby: This location is conveniently located on 7th Street at Howard University and across the street from the McDonald's on the corner. Parking can be a nightmare, either meter or across the street near the McDonald's are your options. This location is always busy with students who should own stock in the place, workers stopping for a meal or the general public passing by. The lines move quickly, the staff is young, quite friendly and will briefly chat if they recognize your as a regular. The food is good as each Chipotle's has their own signature taste even though they are a chain. Portions are large and they will customize your order with no problem which is why they have great repeat business.

Mike Mucci: I have been to chipotles all over The country and this is by far the worst. I can’t speak enough about how miserable the employees are and how much they seem to hate their jobs. Nothing is done with any customer service in mind. Strange when you consider dc is one of the busiest areas and you would think well trained regions in the country. Management needs to be seriously looked at for this location. There has to be something wrong from the top down. Just an awful experience every time I go. Employees laughed at me when I complained and asked for assistance

Cody Pitts: Frustrating. I walked in, no line. The person in front of me was preparing to order. I then ordered 2 bowls with 2 tortillas on the side. Easy enough. I asked the girl for a side of queso. No response. I asked the manager at the next station for a side of queso, no response. He started dealing with a frustrated customer and giving her a refund. Line comes to a screeching halt as he told the lady she was "inconvenient" after they didn't have an item the cashier already charged her for. While waiting, I ask another young lady to go ahead and dip the queso out so it was ready for me to pay. She stared at me and said, "did you ask him?" When I said yes she looked down to the cash register and yelled, "hey, what do you want me to do?" Still no one answered. I just want to know why no one but the manager is allowed to dip out the queso???? Finally, I go to pay and I scan my app for the free birthday queso (that I had told 3 people I was using already). He tells me it didn't work and I said, "can I just pay for it so I can leave?" There was nothing wrong with my app/QR code, he just didn't know how to use it. But he blamed me like he did with the refund lady. I walked outside and checked my bags, no chips. So I went back in and got them. Which was a waste because they didn't close the queso all the way. As I go it back to my office, it ripped out of the bag and spilled all over me. Covering my tie, dress shirt, suit pants and dress shoes. Now all that trouble with getting the queso cost me a whole cleaning bill. And I still only got one tortilla on the side. Fun times.

Mike Koritko: This location is often really slow with service even when they aren’t busy. Almost all of the proteins they had out for service this morning were dried out and clearly left over from the night before. They also just ran out of white rice and rather than making the standard cilantro lime rice they just dumped white rice from the rice cooker onto the service line and started using that. Each chipotle is different… but this is definitely not one of the better ones

Scott Manuel: Aside from almost passable Chipotle food, this location is horrendous. Staff is mediocre and unclear if anyone knows what is going on. Restaurant is tired and in need of an refresh. Avoid if at all possible. This location is not going to lead Chipotle's resurrection.

Bill Fleming: I got to Chipotle for a late lunch in a pretty hefty state of hunger, but my Chicken Burrito with mixed brown/white rice, refried beans, hots, guacamole and veggies was the perfect finish to a busy day. The food at Chipotle is really good. Despite some negative publicity in the past which kept me away, that was a long time ago and the company really seems to place a premium on good service, cleanliness and great food in addition to protections due to the pandemic. I was happy.

O'Donna “Boochie Daniels” Daniels: Chipotle is always a good experience. The food was fresh, The employees were pleasant and the service was really speedy. I did have a friend pay for it and spilled my special sauce! I don't think that counts though! haha

Melissa Godbolt: The cashier fixed my order. She was rushing me and gave me sparse portions in my bowl. I understand that we are experiencing a food shortage, but it didn't look that way on the order before mine. No they didn't ask for double meat. And the price has increased considerably.

Ayemen Fatima: We had a rice bowl here. It was delicious and filling. The Mexican chain is situated at a bustling Street of Washington surrounded by multiple restaurants. Here you can get burritos, wraps , rice and salad bowls. The costs range from $ 4-10. Vegetarian and non vegetarian options are available. Although the food is NOT halal. It's a self service place and the food is fast moving. Pick from a variety of meats, types of rice, vegetables, guacamole, toppings and additional suaces. You can also get a juices and sodas to quench your thirst. The rice bowls are huge so don't take too much if you can't eat it.

Jennifer Harmon: I spent almost 3 dollars on guacamole and y'all really didn't put any on there. The burrito was expensive enough and it sucks that I didn't get what I paid for.

Logan Richardson: I love Chipotle, but this is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Unfortunately it is extremely close to my house, and the quality here is so bad it shouldn't even be allowed to be called a Chipotle. I ordered tacos from here, and they did not put any effort into draining the meat before putting into the tacos. This meant by the time I got back to my house (literally a 3 minute walk), the tacos were cold and soggy with a pool of juice that leaked out as soon as I opened the aluminum foil. The last time I was here, I got a fountain drink for some unsweet tea. They didn't have any (which would have been fine), except when I asked about it, she told me they forgot to make it. The prices are higher than any other Chipotle anywhere else in the city. The staff is rude, and always act like you are bothering them when you come into order. The lettuce is sad and wimpy. Honestly, even though I live right next to it, I'll probably be going to the Nando's across the street. Do not recommend!

I never get a full scoop of chicken whenever I go there despite the fact that the place is usually deserted so why are they being so stingy?? 😂😂 the cashier at my last visit was very nice and professional though, hence the more than one star.

Isabella Whitney: Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Also very skimpy with servings/toppings. They forgot to give me my queso, but did not forget to charge me $5 for essentially a bag of dry chips. When I called back to request a refund they refused and said I would have to come all the way back in person to fix the mistake that THEY made. Do not eat here unless you like poor sanitation and incompetent service.

Fiona M: This is the worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle. I ordered 1 item on the app and I waited over 30 minutes past when my order was supposed to ready. It was evident that the store was very disorganized and understaffed. I have nothing bad to stay of the staff they were clearly working very hard and looked overwhelmed. It was clear that none of the online orders were coming out there were many people waiting just as long as me. I asked once about my order and it never came. I eventually had to give up and just leave empty handed after paying for the order and waiting 30+ minutes after a 9 hour work day. There is clearly a management issue at this store— not enough planning and staff for the volume of orders. Do not order online ever at this store.

Titus Brown: This restaurant is so clean and modernistic than the old Chipotle in the arena. The only drawback is the bike parking (in case if it was group of people biking along) is by the convention center at Gallery Pl. If it was by one person bike racks all across the 7th St businesses. Overall great experience and a huge improvement than the old chipotle and the food taste much richer and high quality than the other Chipotle restaurants in the area.

Michael Anderson: Chipotle use to be a great spot to get good eats. Now it's so-so. Not food I'd go running to with arms open. It was the original bowl joint, but now I equate it to McDonalds. Good in a blue moon. The customer service is so up and down. One person is good. The next is bad. The third is awful. The 4th is good again. What kind of mind games is the food prep line playing here. The Pollo Asada was decent. But where are the shimmering stars from Chipotles glory days. Where are epic service with picture perfect meals. Why did the prices go up all meats and non meat! Have I entered an alternate universe!

Ian Mayo: I've ordered delivery from them twice and both times the order was significantly incorrect. They took the trouble of numbering the orders but not in the order of the receipt which is completely ridiculous and a waste of everyone's time. Would strongly advise not ordering from this Chipotle.

Stephen Varhall: We're out of meats, chips, guacamole, fajita veggies, and 1 out of 3 salsas. Oh but we do have sass and attitude. Their motto is "how dare you be upset that your 6 item bowl is missing 4 of the items + the chips". This was my experience Sept 19, 2021 and again Feb 27, 2022 so things are not okay here.

Sherod-Malik Davis (MalikInTheOffice): This is an order that was just delivered to me from this location. I would hope that I did not have to include more but I do. This sloppiness coupled with lack of communication was not appreciated. I come to find out with this disgustingly ripped bag that chips were missing from the order. The driver mentioned that the restaurant were out of these items but there was zero communication directly to me. The presentation of the bag is grossly unacceptable.

Erik J. Christensen: I ordered for pick up, arrived, and had to wait in a pick up line for 15 minutes to then re-explain my order to the person in the back. She then proceeded to make something that was not my order; I explained what I had ordered. The restaurant was out of chicken, guacamole, chips, and white rice. The employee then asked the kitchen staff for more chicken and they said there is no more. The employee then had a complete breakdown. At this point, I had 10 people behind me also waiting for their pick up order. I then said I did not want to wait any more and I’d like my money back…she told me that I could not get a refund there and needed to reach out on the app. It took my 5 days for the folks on the app to refund me. …side note, after the employee experienced a well-deserved breakdown, she told us all how horrible the restaurant manager is. Not sure what’s going on with the workplace culture, but ultimately, if DOH saw this restaurant, it would have been shut down immediately — cups were scattered on the floor, food was slopped on counters and the floor, stickers and bags everywhere. Avoid this location.

Joanna Bonquiqui: Pleasant place. Very convenient. SUPER BUSY but overall attention oriented is a plus for this place. I don’t see why people leave negative reviews on here for small little issues, bunch of white collared personal by the looks of it who try to dehumanize people working hard, remain humble guys. Love this place! Keep up the good work

Brandon Harris: I’ve eaten at countless chipotle locations & this is by far the worst one that I’ve ever been to. I don’t always have time to go to the physical location to order there so that I can watch them make my order. I usually order through the app & I’ve ordered probably 5 times from this location, they have yet to get my order right. The one time I went there in person it was super dysfunctional which makes the fact that they can’t make an online order accurate even worst. When you order, don’t you dare ask for extra meat because you’re not getting it & I can guarantee they will make your order incorrect. I know no one is reading a chipotle restaurant review but if I can save at least 1 person from going to this location I’ll be happy.

Ben D: The last five times I’ve gone they have not given me the correct order. Do not order after 7 pm! They are supposed to close at 10 but they run out of everything three hours early and close down the seating. They will run out of chips at 3 in the afternoon most days because they are too lazy to make more. They are so rude when you ask why you paid for chips or guac and they didn’t give it to you. Chipotle needs to fire their staff or shut down this location. Everyone else I know who uses this location has had this experience. I don’t like being rude but this is insanely unprofessional.

Matt Navetta: I ordered online and went to pick it up. When I got there the pickup shelf was empty, so I sat down and waited for my order to come out. After about 5 minutes of waiting past my pickup time, I went up to the counter and asked about my order. They had it in the back. They saw me sitting there and didn't bother to ask me if I was waiting for an order, and they are too lazy to put the pickup orders on the pickup shelf. And now my food is cold. Thanks Chipotle.

Kian: Never order online or delivery from this place. This was less than half the size of a normal burrito. Look at the tortilla to ingredient ratio. Worst location I have ever seen.

Andrew Loredo: Ordered through the app a weeks ago and the driver didn’t get the order. Doordash put a driver on then switched them for some reason. I guess the first driver took the order and robbed my order cause they never delivered and then cancelled that they would pick it up. The second drive was honestly a really great guy. Was really nice and communicated well. So you’re probably thinking what does doordash’s issue have to do with the Navy Yard Chipotle? Well the second driver went to the restaurant and they didn’t have my order. He called me and asked if someone had delivered it. I told him no and went to check to be sure. So he asked them to remake the order. Instead of just remaking it they sassed the poor guy and told him someone already took it they’re not making it again. Guy even talked to their manager. He called me profusely apologizing and I just never got my food. I asked for a refund from corporate so all they did was lose money. I don’t know why they couldn’t just remake it? It’s always been an awful spot and I’ve lost an order before but I always assumed doordash just did an awful job. Turns out this store is just extra useless. I just really wish I was able to give that doordash driver a tip. He was great. The cherry on top is I was given a free meal cause I partially used a gift card and couldn’t get it back and I never got my food. I went to the store because there’s no way in hell I was getting it delivered and they had like four items and barely put anything on the burrito it might as well have been a taco. So i ended up just paying for it because the free entree included guac and stuff and they had nothing. Probably should’ve just told them I don’t want it anymore in retrospect but, oh well. Extra long story short. Don’t come here if you have any respect for yourself. If you want delivery, pick the next closest option. If you wanna go to the restaurant, hop in the car or metro. If you can’t, just go to cava or chopt or anywhere else. They’ll rob you of options or let you get robbed.

Andres Felipe Lopera Gracia: The food was good. It was Chipotle good. The service was outstandingly bad. Especially the cashier who refused to split a burrito in half and refused to give us one piece of lime by saying the kitchen doesn't have one. Really? Chipotle? Come on...

Timothy Foulks: Picked up and waited 15 mins beyond the pickup time. No big deal but when the food was handed to me we were missing a burrito we ordered. I simply stated to the cashier “we’re missing a burrito.” She snapped back at me and said “why are you speaking to me like that?” She was literally screaming at me for a moment to the point where the line fell silent. For simply asking for our food? It was so bizarre and incredibly rude. The manager had to apologize on behalf of the young lady. Never again.

Lee Kimberly: WARNING: RUDE HOSTS & NOT CLEAN I should've read the reviews before visiting this location. First time writing a review. This Chipotle was the WORST. The food tasted bad and was not fresh. The meats and fajitas were burnt and dry. The kitchen didn't look clean. The glass was filthy, and it seemed like no one ever wiped the dirt sitting on it. Gross. I threw away the food after a few bites. Customer Service: The host's name is "GODEM," according to the receipt. Two African American female hosts were super rude in the first place. When I opened the door, the older host seemed irritated. The younger host (cashier) did not know how to process my reward. The cashier yelled at me, "Not going through!! Not going through" without trying to correct what she had wrongly done. She was also muttering, and I am assuming that she was cursing. I could definitely tell that their attitudes were so rude and aggressive to minority customers because they provided a fair service to other ethnicities. Keep yourself away from this location, especially if you are a MINORITY.

Melanie Sierra: Really good food. One of the lady’s accidentally gave me lettuce when I didn’t ask for any so just make sure you speak loudly and annunciate your words or just speak to her in Spanish. Dining in is still not available due to Covid 19 Pandemic CDC regulations.

Lee Mejia: It's clearly enough that this location needs a new management, new employees, and the Area Director or Regional however you want to call it needs to come up with an ACTION PLAN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I politely asked to the young lady who's in charge about Web orders for a bag to put my left overs. She gave me the bag, I grabbed the bag and she yelled at me infront of all of the customers saying that I snatched the bag off her hands. She threat at me saying that she was going to hit me. I did not say a single word and walked away.

Charlene Richards: The workers are very rude and disrespectful. I asked the woman for a little bit more rice because she was being stingy in the amount and she starts yelling. I asked a question about my food and she continues to yell. Fix it now. Bad customer service.

Joseph Antel: Took over 30 minutes to get a burrito with 8 people in front of me in line. The cashier wasn't at the counter for approximately 15 minutes. Staff was discourteous and the cashier was outright rude. Place was also filthy. They were out of chips and the burrito was mostly rice. Never going back.

Rebecca Clement: I came at 12:30 and the line wasn’t too long and moved pretty fast. I got the bowl with the sofritas for the first time. It’s a great vegetarian option. A little spicy but very good.

Nicholas Gillert: It’s getting a little pricier these days but it’s good food. Would recommend not going during peak hours.

Garrett Hennigan: The food is typical for a Chipotle, but it feels like management is doing everything they can to cram as many customers into the same tiny space as they can. Despite having a shelf for pickup orders, they don't use it, so you need to talk to staff at the counter. But all staff have other jobs. Get more than 3 folks there for pickup and a few ordering at the counter and you have to choose between being assertive to get someone's attention or giving folks around you space. Just use the shelf to cut some chaos.

Bhavin Patel: Loved the food. All the options here are amazing. Don’t hesitate to order any item, you will be pleased to have any of them.

sabrina lax: I get take out from this location fairly often. The food is pretty good but try to go early in the day because the later it gets the more likely it is that they have run out of something or all that left is the dregs. If you ask if they are making more, you will get a curt "no ". And instead of checking in the order fulfillment section, they will just let you walk out the door hungry. My assessment of the workers at this location is that they are understaffed and overworked, so they just don't care. I spoke to the Manager once about the attitude problem, but nothing changed. I think I understand why, been there. When you feel underappreciated, this is what you get.

Gabriel Ocampo: I order half and half on other chipotle, but the server here gave an attitude when I was being nice saying thank you and everything a humble human being should be like. But this women gave me less than half and half she just used the tip of the spoon, can't even count that half and half when it's the portion size for a toddler. The thing that ticked me was when she put a pinch of cheese 🤨.

D G: This is the worst Chipotle I’ve been. The service is poor and the food tasted awful. I ordered a Burrito which was so watery and was falling apart. It tasted like sour tomato sauce and no flavor. This is my second time going there and I will never go back there again. I will also discourage family and friends from going there.

Sam Odle: Solid Chipotle. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and we had good service and delicious burritos.

Shannon Moore: Ordered from Chipotle today via Grub Hub, apparently it came from the 2430 Market St NE location. My order came to $25.00, (burrito bowl and chips/guac, taxes, fees, delivery, tip) but because I work in a non-metro friendly/warehouse area, I paid the amt. The delivery was great and fast, then there is the food. My food sat on an equivalent of 2 guacamole cups of water. I immediately reached out to Grub Hub sent pictures and I was told 'Oh I'm so sorry, here is a refund of 10.40'. Mind you, I spent $25.00 and told you the whole bag was so wet it broke, which meant my chips got wet too.. No more Grub Hub or Chipotle for me.

Jovis Mokom: This chipotle used to be really delicious, but it has Gradually gone down hill! I ordered a burrito bowl something that’s supposed to be packed with flavor. However my food was disgusting, it tasted like whomever was supposed to season the food stood outside of the restaurant and threw the seasoning into the pot in the kitchen. Unfortunately, most of the seasoning did not come anywhere near the meat or veggies. The rice was softer than a babies bottom and I’m not sure why the fajitas tasted like that touched raw chicken. I will never revisit this location

Jameela Ayoub: The food is fine. It's a chipotle so you get what you expect. The problem is my daughter showed them her vaccination card and they kicked her out because they believed she was lying about her age. The woman who worked there said, ' I don't believe you were born in 2007'. I can understand the concern of people lying about being vaccinated but this genuinely felt like a form of age discrimination. How can you say my 14 daughter doesn't look 14?

Susan Russo: I have had mixed experiences at this Chipotle. Their workflow for online orders leaves something to be desired. We waited 20 minutes past our promised time as they continue to help in person orders coming into the restaurant and getting in line before addressing the backup of online orders. I will not be stopping here again.

A Smith: I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews. This was one of the best I've been to. The staff was quick and efficient, the place was spotless, the food was fresh... no complaints.

Leia Alves: This isn’t the first time they got my order wrong. I ordered a chicken cheese quesadilla with extra rice and this is all the rice I got in this container. Never coming back.

Terrance Nydia Mebane: This location is the worst. The food is terrible, the service is even worst, and the store just feels dirty. The employees spend more time socializing with each other than tending to customers. They’re are ridiculously slow as well. Don’t bother ordering ahead because it’ll take 30 minutes longer than your expected pickup time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

L Sweet: The store is clean. You get an average level of customer service most days. They usually find a way to get my order wrong or unnecessarily charge extra for Guacamole when I order anything Veggie. In general, they're just not paying attention to you, the customer. Maybe they're short staffed, or over worked. I don't know. But I do know this Chipotle location is sub-par. Maybe average at best. Two of the employees are awesome and they make the experience wonderful when they're working on shift. The bathrooms are sometimes locked by access code which isn't good if you're in a hurry/emergency situation. The parking lot is a mess to navigate. Good luck to anyone visiting this location. You'll need it.

Sara Carson: This location is the worst just ghetto I would NEVER recommend, the girls are very young, (that explains a lot) but not every young individual has this mind set. The girls are ghetto, irritating, rude and annoying they make the job harder than what it is by having these unnecessary attitudes when they are the ones getting every order wrong…so who’s fault is that? How about getting a job that you love than. I’ll definitely skip this location with no hesitation

Gloria Odusote: They are so fast, efficient, and really fun. My favorite chipotle. I'm kind of annoyed reading some of the reviews that say it's ghetto. It's clean, fastest I've seen, and incredibly helpful. I don't understand what ghetto means in this situation.

Dan Munzner: Not exactly killing it. While the food is always pretty good, you would expect an attempt at cleanliness. Yes, they are crowded, but a 35 minute wait is better than 30, if you have a clean table to sit at, and place to discard your trash. Smh.

Rachel Fouse: This place is so clean, friendly and the food was fresh and taste very good. I sat here and watched the staff quickly restock and clean the counters as well as the floor before the next guest walked in. I have never been to a more clean chipotle before. Great job guys.

When we arrived, the employees were already done cleaning the stove, and were proceeding to start cleaning behind the stove, to close up… mind you this chipotle closes at 10:00pm. We had to stand for 10 whole minutes until one of the workers attended us. He said they were out of beans, steak, chicken, lettuce, white rice, and barely had brown rice, and that they weren’t going to cook anymore. And there is still 1 whole hour until the place is supposed to close. When asked for a tortilla on the side, the worker rudely said they don’t have anymore tortillas. Which is clearly a lie, because tortillas are stored in the back, and he was just too lazy to get a new pack of tortillas. Terrible service, terrible experience. I feel bad for whoever comes here within 2 hours of closing time.

Z.Banath Banath: We ordered 3 bowls online to go and we made the mistake of not checking our order inside the facility on M-Street in Georgetown. When we got to the water park and opened our food, it was literally like 1/3 of a normal chipotle portion. We are big chipotle eaters as it’s our favorite favorite food but today we were very much disappointed. They packed literally less than half of a normal chipotle portion.

Bay vlogs: Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Extremely dirty, smelt like urine, trash everywhere. Employees sitting around not caring at all. Almost couldn’t sit to eat here it was so foul. If you have to dine here, take to go.

Katie Goodchild: The food is kinda bland tbh and they added wayyy too much rice and not enough of the other toppings. I got a new one on them which was nice. But still didn't have much taste. The dressing they gave me made it good but it's sad that you gotta put dressing to have good flavor in your food. Plus they don't have much options for toppings for vegan people. Moe's has better options and way more taste to their food.

Jason Scooby Hunter: There were about 7 of us, the staff got all of our orders correct. The young man who worked the cash register was awesome. That's the kind of employee you don't mind dealing with at a food spot. Was also clean and had plenty of hot sauce. Winning!

Shandria Brooks: The customer service here is trash and management needs to reassessed. I work in Georgetown and there always seems to be a problem when I come in. I stood in line for 30 minutes (not the issue). I try to order a quesadilla and they told me I had to do it through the app because they were only taking bowl orders in person… I don’t change words and try to pull up my app and it WASN’T WORKING. The manager finally stepped in and made my order. The next instance was again waiting in a long line, placed my order, pulled out cash to pay just for them to say they’re not accepting cash. They seriously need to pivot like every other business in Georgetown and figure it out. I understand being short staff and I understand it’s a bit backed up but the coin shortage is not a thing anymore, there’s no other business refusing cash in the area.
