Riverside Towing: Came here to drop a vehicle for service mechanic was extremely nice so was the cashier together we all pushed the vehicle Inside. Reasonable prices inside with fresh product! I would highly recommend for service or just a break for fuel.

Teresa Mooney: I drove over a nail in Old Town and got a flat tire today, and I was so lucky to be near this service station to get it fixed. Even though they were swamped, they patched me up and had me back on the road within 30 min. Crist was so kind and helpful and even walked me through how to care for my tires moving forward. They quoted me a very fair price. Very grateful to them for saving the day!
r: Got some work done on my car and Christ took care of me. Easily one of the most kind and honest mechanics i have ever been to. I would easily drive 150 miles to get my car taken care of with his work. He is an example of honest hard worker and he deserves a raise. Trust me go here and ask for him :)
Julianne Jones: I was parked nearby this location and came back to an almost completely flat tire. I drove very cautiously in and within 10 mins they had pulled out a giant screw from my tire, patched it, and had me on my way. They were very helpful and even gave me a few tips on how to fix a few small things myself that I knew needed done. Will definitely go back.
Jesse Steinberg: I don’t think I’ve ever written a review before in my life, but Crist was incredible. I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection, and left with a trusted local mechanic. I often feel like garages can be a real boys club, and owners have tried to talk me into expensive, unnecessary repairs. Crist was fast and efficient even on a holiday weekend, and didn’t try to talk me into additional work. Fair price and friendly owner! I’ll be coming back for sure.
Lindsey S. O'Keefe: I was driving my car when all of a sudden a bunch of lights came on for various things like ABS, oil temp, and other engine things. I pulled into the Alexandria Exxon North location since I was right there and they had big signs for engine diagnostics, inspections and emissions. The first guy I talked to was friendly and said I should talk to the manager. Crist, the manager, checked my car with an Auto link for free and there were some weird codes entered about the transmission. He was really kind and forthright about everything, will definitely go back for other basic auto things! Made me feel at ease and gave honest recommendations about taking my car to the dealership and also said I could call him for a second opinion.
Caitlin Woodward: Wow!! It has been tough finding great service at a fair price in the area, but finally!! I went in for my annual inspection and knew there would be a few big things to fix. Crist and his team went above and beyond with their service and beat competitor prices by HALF in some cases, SAVING ME HUNDREDS of dollars! Aethan Garrett: Super great guys. Very knowledgeable without being condescending. They’ve helped me with 2 separate issues. Both successful. I’ll be going back for sure. The area can be packed with cars but need not to worry, they know what they are doing.
Bill Jas: Had low tire pressure in all tires and stopped in. The manager immediately had a mechanic reset all tires to recommended pressure levels. No charge and in and out in 5 minutes. Great service and good people.

David Seabrook: This was the only petrol station (known locally as a gas station, but it only sold liquids) I visited in the former colonies. The prices were very cheap compared to the UK, which was just as well as the car drank fuel like a fish. Access was a bit tight for the huge SUV, but we successfully filled the tank, so mission accomplished.

Rebecca Emmanuel: I didn’t get gas but the air was free and the elderly man helped me make sure I had enough in my tires. He was kind. Definitely coming back for free air!!
Daniel Ackerman: After driving a classic car from Michigan to DC (for the purpose of driving friends for their wedding), multiple issues came to light (jammed door, headlight issues, etc.) No shop in town was willing to work on the car. I then spoke with Jamie, who understood the emergency at hand. He stepped right in and had everything on the car fixed the same day! Very impressive!
David Savageau: No appointments as far as I can tell. Walk-ins attended to all day. No need to to a dealer. Guys here are knowledgeable about common auto problems and fix them at reasonable cost. Fuel though is expensive. This spot is a kind of crowded focal center on Capitol Hill; all kinds of customers, young staffers, rich lobbyists, tradespeople, moms with kids, older people. Very enjoyable shop. Parking available on side streets.
Tracey Andrew: The folks who work here could not be anymore kind and helpful when an unexpected flat tire popped up. They graciously offered me air and when it was determined the tire needed to be changed, they were quick to help in getting the tire fixed and putting me back on the road. I highly recommend this station for their quality service!

Sarah Dunning: These guys are great and quick for oil changes and tune-ups, but upon my first visit during the pandemic, neither were wearing a mask inside!! I kindly submit: masks on is not only consistent with DC guidance, but would also make your customers feel more comfortable.

CiCi Chindamo: A little more than a year later after my previous review and I still believe this is truly the best Exxon you will ever receive vehicle services at. A huge and special shoutout to Christ - I came to him with my Range Rover and ended up getting a diagnosis for the vehicle that I unfortunately did not want to hear, however it was an HONEST diagnosis which was also followed by an explanation and Christ made sure I understood everything. He was very helpful by guiding me through the process on what I should honestly do moving forward as much as possible. Christ could have easily said it was a million other things and charged me thousands of dollars to fix what needed fixed or fix something else that didn’t need done and say he fixed it BUT HE DIDN’T! I even took my vehicle to Land Rover after to see if his answer matched with what the dealer had to say and as expected, it was spot on unfortunately (although I was hoping he wasn’t due to the circumstance). Point is - I always refer people to Christ because of his honesty, his professionalism, his reliability, how personable he is, and above all his PASSION for what he does. I will always come to Christ and you should too!

Alyssa Parker: I have been taking my car here for inspections and regular maintenance since 2016. They are very easy to work with (Negash is my dude!) and the pricing is fair and I trust their recommendations. I have had my brakes replaced there and am having my struts replaced this week. I started coming here because I worked down the street and several of my colleagues took their cars here and now even though my office has moved, I still make a special trip to take my car here!
