C Corson: I was very pleased with my experience at Washington Open MRI in Oxon Hill. Everything from scheduling the appointment to having the MRI done was done professionally and with ease. Jay made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. I was very anxious when I got there but the MRI Technologist, Renex, was incredibly patience with me and allowed me the time I needed to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

The lab tech was also very thorough with the imaging and kept checking on my dad in between. I would definitely recommend this place.

I drove 6 hours and would go back tomorrow . If you have any fears let me assure this is so easy and fast, give them a call and you won’t be disappointed.

Bob Wood: I am being treated for a neck problem and could not be sure, due to what turned out to be five damaged discs, one severely, and pretty serious discomfort when lying flat on my back, that I could hold that position long enough under a regular MRI to complete the procedure. I actually did try to undergo one but had to stop it due to a neck cramp before the machinery actually started. Washington Open MRI allowing me to be in a seated position during their procedure solved the problem, along with the staff taking the time to make certain I was as comfortable as possible. Although my spine doctor had been concerned about the image quality an open MRI would produce, just as advertised, it was excellent and resulted in letting me move forward with procedures that have greatly reduced my neck pain.

I’ve had the same lady twice truly exceptional warm and went out of her way to reschedule me after I mixed up my appointments, that day just a few hours later - now I gotta sit on oxon Hill durin rush hour, but with a smile on my face, and joy all over this receptionist that took my call. K P: I can’t begin to describe how amazing and awesome this place is! Before going to Progressive Radiology/Foxhall I had no idea How crucial it is to go to a good radiologist for your MRI and Imaging! What a difference it makes! The staff is friendly helpful and help me understand my insurance and how to navigate to get the approvals and also we’re very flexible with the scheduling. The official detailed summary report that was (extremely quickly) given back to my doctors and I were all very detailed, professional, and explained their findings thoroughly etc. The Radiologists (there were actually two of them each time) who took the images and ran the MRI machine for me were kind, calming, explained exactly what was going to happen, made sure i was comfortable. They were also very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled with the imaging / MRI machine. They took a lot of time and care to ensure they were getting the most clear, accurate, and best images possible. This was impressive to me when comparing my first MRi (at another company) to the next 3-4 that were done at Progressive Radiology at Foxhall. I had no idea how much the skill and experience of the Radiologist operating the MRI machine —> impacts the final imaging results!! A LOT!!! This team were all so helpful and kind. Nick C.: Would give 10 stars if possible. Better than any radiologist in downtown DC. Got an appointment within a week. Got a call 45 mins before my appointment saying that we would be able to start earlier than expected. Walked in the door at 2:30p and walked out of the door at 3:04p (34 mins!!). Super efficient service, kind technicians, and an amazing experience overall.

Bruno Vasiliev: Honestly was worried coming in because of the bad reviews and mentally prepared myself based on what others said. But I have no clue why anyone would say bad things about this place! Terry the front desk receptionist was so friendly and professional, the office was very clean and organized. My MRI tech Keith was also very friendly and welcoming. Was in and out way faster then expected. I would say it was the best place I’ve gotten an MRI done and will definitely be back if I need one in the future.

Evan Glassman: Not gonna lie when I was sitting in the waiting room with my head leaking from a huge gash I got from slipping on my own pee, I decided to check the reviews on google. After seeing the measly 2.4 stars, I was scared they were gonna make my cut worse or even forget about me. I was completely wrong. Service was efficient. The nurse was really kind and she stitched me up effortlessly. Would definitely come back if I slip on my own pee again. Thanks guys.
