Nicole Moose: The staff was fantastic and accommodating. I’m having cervical spine issues and my arms being at my sides is really painful. The mri technician tucked a blanket around me so tightly and securely it held my arms crossed on my chest. Made a really long test bearable. I screwed up and thought my test was supposed to be something else. The technician triple checked and confirmed what the test was supposed to be. If you need imaging for GW Come here. They will take care of you!

K V: I called, set up an appointment, provided my insurance, the person on the phone was friendly, same for the front desk person who checked me in and the nurse and the doctor. I don’t know, did I just get lucky? Nothing like some of the other reviews are suggesting.
Zhen Wu: The facility is very nice & clean. Staff are attentive. The examine was performed by professional technician and radiologist. Although, the appointment scheduling process could be improved.

Barbara Kennerly: I had a CAT scan. My X-ray technician, Derek F. was great!!! He explained to me that Cat scan would take five minutes. Efficient and professional. This Diagnostic Imaging Center has state of the art machines. You can have Mammograms, X-ray, MRI, CAT scan done here. Had Mammogram, X-ray and CAT scan all done here. It is located where the old Providence Emergency room was. Plenty of free parking on the lot. The people here are nice, courteous, and professional. Diagnostic Imaging gets the job done!!!

K T: I had a great experience with Washington Radiology before I even step foot in their door. I was lost in the parking lot across the street and LaTasha guided me to the office. She did this while putting me on hold to answer incoming calls and coming right back to make sure I was headed in the right direction. Gezae was very kind and explained each step and how long it would take (MRI w/contrast). Overall, I had a great experience for my MRI but it was mostly due to their kind and efficient staff.
Vince: First time for me at this WRA location (been to another WRA location in past). I received excellent care. Was greeted professionally by the receptionist upon check in. Allan the technician was kind, professional, patient (I was moving very slow...), and explained the procedure step by step. Facility was nice and clean. Upon checkout at reception, I was greeted a different woman who was very courteous and pleasant.
Sunshine Naz: This is very excellent professional place to have a mammogram. Starts since the receptionist until the technician. They were very kind, patient , professional and efficient. I had done mammogram in several places before like VA hospital, Georgetwon Hospital and Was Radiology in Foggy Bottom. This is the best place they are very kind and they know what they are doing. Please keep this place intact I already made referrals to several friends to go there. Also the time available to have your mammogram early before working it is great. Thank you.

Dora in the Radiology department was incredible, she made my appointment during a pandemic, feel like it was any other day in 2019. What a pleasant experience. First there are a lot of parking spaces, especially if you have a morning appointment. Lydia Noh: It is my first time of visit and I am really satisfied with the way they attended to me so fast. I also love their safety precautions; six feet apart. They still maintain it there. I wish and pray that after the ultrasound, I should able to know what really is my problem.
Debra Templeton: I had a great appointment that could have turned out much differently. What I assumed was the order was just a description. I called my PCP and asked them if they would fax over orders. (My original appointment was with a doc in a box.) They sent it three times but it did not come. Then Amanda, ,the most helpful receptionist said she could take a verbal order over the phone. Thrilled with her creativity to solve the problem and carry through.
101scl: The check in and stay in your car was great my check in at station 4 was great she was very nice and answered all my questions. The person that did my procedure was just as nice and patient definitely a 5 star visit.
Ann Warrick: I went today for a mammogram. Everyone was super nice from reception all the way to the technician. They all greeted me and were smiling. I was in and out in a little over 30 minutes. I would recommend using this site for any testing you may need.

Brandie Dunnigan: We did a walk-in for X-Ray on my sons foot and were in an out rather quickly and my sons Doctor had his results by the next day. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Staff was very friendly too!

Angel Aesthetics: I called to make an appointment this morning for x-ray’s for my 12 year old daughter and myself (we both got fractures within 24 hours of each other) at John’s Hopkins Radiology in Bethesda. I had called several places prior to finding this place and non of them took pediatric x-rays. Who knew? I just went down the list. The woman (I wish I had her name) was patient, professional and helpful and all the great things. She patiently waited for me to find my prescription (which I couldn’t) then set me up with their fax number. I left that conversation thinking I have never been on the other line of an appointment and felt so taken care of. She was knowledgeable, friendly and I’m still in awe of the way she clearly stated exactly where and when and why to go where. Thank you!!!

Lisa Dugan: Excellent experience from the first phone call to make the appt. to the front desk to the actual professional services. Everyone demonstrated concern for my well-being and getting the testing accomplished. I had some obstacles navigating my doctor’s AP to provide the Prescription referral but the admin personnel were very helpful and accommodating. I got my testing done faster than expected - initially it was going to be one week to the appt. but thanks to a last minute cancellation, they took me in that night —whereas the other lab service I had initially contacted had a one month wait! They were also accommodating and efficient in allowing me to pick up the disk the next day at a location closer to my home. I will def use them again!
Annette Swanson: The entire office and procedure area was spotless. The staff was very professional and welcoming. There was very minimal wait time upon entering for registration to when I was called for my procedure. Everything was explained clearly and I was made to feel at ease from beginning of procedure to the end.
Annie LaBruna: Some background knowledge first: I hate MRIs. I have had 2 before. The staff has always been kind and accommodating but it still makes me very uncomfortable. I don’t know if I’m claustrophobic or just anxious about medical procedures or both but it took me 3 weeks to schedule my MRI and I was sweating the entire phone call. I had even looked into another local center that offered a more interactive MRI with lights and sounds because I thought it would be better for my aforementioned fears but I actually hung up on this other center while on hold because my interactions with a majority of the people I spoke to were cold and they all sounded annoyed. And I’m a super polite and easy going person! It was making me uneasy about their ability to do the test! So I called SJRA and I was able to get an appointment immediately. Fromthe first first phone call, everyone was pleasant. My concerns were met with kindness and compassion. At my appointment, I was immediately put at ease. And even at check-in, I got a pep talk filled with kindness and laughter. Not only did I feel comfortable expressing that I was nervous, I soared through my MRI with the greatest of ease because of the wonderful staff at SJRA Virtua Health and Wellness Center. I hope I don’t need more MRIs but I am sure I will need other more routine tests and you can bet I will be scheduling them with SJRA Virtua Health and Wellness Center. And recommending my friends and family go there too! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me on 1/6.
Jay Kandle: My orthopedic surgeon prescribed an MRI of my knee to access possible injury. Scheduling the MRI at a convenient time and location was a breeze. the staff at the location was courteous and professional. The imaging process was comfortable and the MRI was done quickly. My experience was excellent and I would recommend South Jersey Radiology highly.

The X-ray technician called me back, and waited while I changed. Inside the room, he explained the procedure and how to position myself for the X-rays. He was cheerful and efficient. Ann Powell: I always have a great experience but yesterday the person checking me in was not as knowledgeable and pleasant as most. He told me he could not do the MRI because my doctor name was on the script but he is in the practice. I showed him my card with his name and also told him I just had an X-ray a few weeks ago there with no problem. He did check back to verify with someone and came back and started processing my paperwork. I would have at the very least apologized to the patient. The other thing I did not understand was I was having my foot done only and had to take off everything but underwear and put on pants and gown. Everyone else was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
Luis Garcia: The service was more than satisfactory; Upon confirmation of personal information, I was given an appointment for just a couple of days later. The technician was friendly and professional, and informed me about the procedure and how long it would take. Surprisingly, the procedure took less than expected, and I was provided with a disc after only a few short minutes. I would definitely use their services again!

Zina Jones: I was there this month. May 2022. The ER staff was efficient, patient and kind. The emergency room was clean, even the bathrooms were clean. Security was alert and understanding. My brother was a little loud and vocal and the security guard was very understanding. He said my brother is just worried about me. That was awesome. The staff that checked me in was ok. The triage staff was excellent.. Thanks so much for a job well done. The Doctor techs and nurses were professional and comforting.. Thank you so much
Evan Glassman: Not gonna lie when I was sitting in the waiting room with my head leaking from a huge gash I got from slipping on my own pee, I decided to check the reviews on google. After seeing the measly 2.4 stars, I was scared they were gonna make my cut worse or even forget about me. I was completely wrong. Service was efficient. The nurse was really kind and she stitched me up effortlessly. Would definitely come back if I slip on my own pee again. Thanks guys.
