Mia K Arakaki: Good customer service. But the drug store stuff is very limited. I live in ny and compared it's not the same experience. There are no holiday meat /cheese / fruit baskets from what I saw. I wanted just one working hands... But no i had to get a lip feet combo... Limited variety of popular deodorant scents

Carlos Angel-Luciano-Harris: The staff is incredibly helpful and they get you through the checkout pretty quickly. Great sales and great smells. Check them out.

Matthias Galan: Customer care at this location is super unhelpful. Brought in a broken item got yelled at and was refused to replace the item today.

In particular, I wish to thank Carl Dunking who went out of his way to help us. We carried several bags and asked him if it was hard to get a taxi from there. You made our shopping experience a breeze!

Bobby Kushington: If the line at Target is too long you should come to this store if you aren't buying clothes or electronics. Saves you plenty of time.

Matt Jepsen: Whatever you do, don't order online. BBB uses UPS Sure Post where UPS delivers to your local/regional post office who in turn delivers it with your mail. I'm a big proponent of the US Mail and I have no beef with UPS. But, they often don’t work well together and the handoff makes for significant delays. If you're going big box for online shopping, stick with Walmart/Target/Amazon or better yet, support a local business.

Patrick: The people working do not wear the masks appropriately - mouth covered, nose not. One employee was kind enough to put more disinfectant wipes for the carts after asked him to. Cool products and great place to get small sized items for travel.

MJ Gerencser: Visited to exchange a product for another color-- while anticipated to be a difficult process, our experience was the opposite. John, an employee on the floor at the time, immediately came to our assistance and not only walked us through the exchange process with clarity, but also showed us the different variations of our product they had in stock. Excellent CS and plan to be a repeat customer at this location.

Bill Lane: I’ve shopped here several times here in the last 6 months or so. They’re products are phenomenal, even if a bit expensive. What’s lacking in the customer service in the store (their HQ customer service is beyond stellar). On three separate occasions I’ve been put off by the staff. I chalked up the first time to retail fatigue. It can’t be easy right now. The second and third times, that’s on them. 1. The first time I came to the store, a woman ignored I was in the store. It’s less than 1,000 sqft - you have to actively avoid someone if I’m not being acknowledged in some way. 2. A second time I was returning a pillow I bought online and was accosted (by the same woman as the first time no less) about why the pillow didn’t work for me. Innocuous question, aggressively asked. 3. Today, I was buying a new down comforter and had been looking at their baby pillows online because I wanted one for my nephew (not that I even need a reason). I saw them and said “oh you have the small pillows” and got back a condescending, “um those are FOR CHILDREN.” Tone and delivery are key. I guess kids are the only people who can buy them. I told them I’d just buy it online. It’s petty of me, but what can they expect after that? The staff here should take a page from their HQ colleagues and work on their people skills. I’ll still shop here, but online. I’ll pay shipping fees to avoid these folks.

holy bell: First time to a home goods store in this price range. The store currently allows 4 customers, not including employees, in the store and will pull a caution marker at the door showing capacity is full. The displays were really nice. You have to use the provided hand sanitizer to touch anything in store. Both employees that helped me and my friend were awesome. One carefully explained the difference between the towel types since I was buying for my mother and the other helped me get the bathrobe I'd been eyeing for awhile. The vibe in the store was calm and I enjoyed my visit. Loved that they give you a linen totes as a checkout bag instead of plastic to reduce waste.

Griffin Kerr: Beware online ordering from this store. I placed an order and immediately noticed that I made a mistake so I sent them an email requesting to cancel my order only to be told that my order had already been packed and they could not cancel the order. Very bad customer service.

Stacy Lemery: Having a West Elm accessible to bus and metro lines is great for residents of the DC area. There is always lots more online, but being able to see the quality of bedding, furniture, etc in person makes a big difference. I have purchased a bed, bedding, hallway shelving, a shoe rack, curtains, candle holders, and other decor from West Elm.

Ms.: I love the items in the store. Very stylish and very unique. 2 full floors of sofas, pillows, dishes, pot holders, baskets, wall decor and more. Easy to stay in store and "look"..sure to find an item for your home or gift for another. Can't really talk about customer service except to say no one acknowledged or ask me did I need help to find an item. I was on my own..succeed

Eric Overton: Staff at this store were basically useless and didn’t seem to know much about the products for sale. Fortunately, I was only there to test a floor model before buying online. Shipping was fast with only two weeks between purchase and delivery. Delivery dudes were both prompt and chill.

Geneva: I was wary of buying from this store based on some of the reviews here; however, after a year of searching for the right sectional, I found the perfect one for me at West Elm. I received good service from the store. The sales person was very clear that my sectional - which I bought in November for a nice discount - would not arrive until early January. As promised, I got calls and emails from the delivery department the second week of January and was able to schedule a date that worked for me. The two delivery guys were amazing - they had to maneuver their big truck down a narrow alley to get to the loading dock. They were professional and efficient and out of my apartment in less than 15 minutes. The sectional is exactly what I wanted and so comfortable.

MIchael Wright: Prices are unnecessarily high, since the doors are left open during warm weather, thus requiring more energy for A/C,, which also incrementally contributes to climate-changing emissions. So, not the shop for customers who either don't like higher prices or want to help the environment.

Angela Garcia: STAY AWAY FROM WEST ELM. It's customer service is the worst, they won't ever deliver your items on time, they won't care and won't do anything about their mistakes with your order....it is just not worth it. I have received the wrong item TWICE (which honestly I don't understand how they can mess up the size of a piece which is clearly stated in their website other than it should have never been offered there in the first place because it doesn't exist). Now I'm stuck with an item which is not the one I ordered, and west elm won't care to pick it up and complete the return. THIS BRAND IS A JOKE.

The store associate we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and personable, and really helped us choose the best option for our apartment. Our furniture won't arrive for a while, but we'll eagerly await it! The store itself was clean and well-organized.

Jonathan Mullen: Some nice stuff. Seems overpriced for what it is. Similar to Crate and Barrel.Joybird is just down the street and offers higher quality furniture at a better price.

Annapurna Mitra: The worst delivery experience I have encountered. I ordered a dining table and four chairs, with in-home delivery. The chairs were sent via UPS, not assembled, and with no explanation despite paying $250 for in-home delivery. I live alone, and there are 7 pages of assembly instructions requiring two people. I have no way of doing this, and am left with a living room like a furniture warehouse. On the other hand, the dining table, which was ready 10 days ago, and I had asked the customer service to wait and schedule an appointment for all items together is yet to arrive. I cannot find a way to schedule anything on the website, and on the phone I can not find a way to talk to a human being. I have received no response to my email. If I could give zero stars I would.

Sarah Gunel: Customer service was super here! All of the sales associates were helpful, but not pushy. They were also pleasant (happy). After we returned home from our shopping, I realize that I left my daughter's hat there. I called and the woman who answered the phone said she would mail it to me. I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. I would definitely return to this store!

Miss E: I have been shopping here for about 10 years. This is an outlet, sonthey don't always have the same things. But they always carry the very best quality sheets, towels, tablecloths, and cookware. Occasionally they have items that are such high high quality they are not even available on the retail market. This is one of the best capped secrets in the entire area so I don't want to advertise it too much because it is such a special little shop. The staff are gracious, and I always find gorgeous functional and decorative items for my home and for special gifts often at prices that are less than what you would pay for something mass produced at a big box store.

R H: Went in for the first time today and had a great experience! Chipi helped us and was terrific! She answered every question we had, showed us every product that pertained, and was absolutely delightful with such an interactive, lovely personality. We really enjoyed the store, the customer service that they offered, and the quality of the items. We will definitely go back!!!

Mary T.: Helpful customer service, and wonderful selection. A very enjoyable shopping experience. Would come back! Only negative was one employee, possibly a manager, Lisa. The associate checking us out asked her for help, she came over obviously annoyed with him then ignored us standing directly in front of her. This male associate was kind, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help us. It bothered me that she would treat him this way, especially in front of customers. Maybe she was having a day or was exhausted but it was off putting.

Noah Merlin: Here is why you should never buy a piece of furniture that is "In Stock" at Crate & Barrel again: - My wife and I were looking for two swivel chairs in stock, so we could get them relatively soon and not wait the insane lead times that all new furniture has right now. - We went to Crate & Barrel on 12/24/21: Our sales rep at Crate & Barrel told us our two Drew Swivel chairs were both in stock (~$1,900 total for the two). - We decided to purchase the two chairs on the basis they were in stock. We were told they would be delivered in two weeks (two weeks from 12/24 is 1/7/22). - On 1/5 we received an email that they were being delayed and would be delivered in mid January. We called the store because we thought it was odd that items that are in stock in the warehouse could be delivered. When calling in, we were told that the items actually were not in stock. They offered us a $150 gift card once the item was delivered to make up for it. I did not accept, but they weren't willing to do anything else. - Every two weeks our item was delayed longer, and we were sent an email saying the items would be delivered two weeks later. - This morning, on 2/22/22, we received an email, stating the delivery would be in early March. It has been delayed for two months now, when we had a two-week lead time. So I sent an email to customer support, stating that I would like a 50% refund. Instead of reaching out to me, they emailed me to let me know my order has been cancelled and I have been provided a refund. I have now waited since 12/24/21 (two months) since the order. I have no swivel chairs. I have no order. I now need to begin the search for chairs all over again. I called support at the store, they said they couldn't do anything and I needed to contact corporate. I contacted corporate, and Elaine tried to explain to me that it was my fault for not reading the receipt and that it didn't matter what the sales rep said to deceive my wife and myself into buying these chairs which never came. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE. Crate & Barrel has now admitted to me several times that they have an inventory system bug that makes it so they do not know when an item is in stock or not. This could be true, or they might use it as an excuse for predatory business practices, intentionally misleading consumers into making purchases they may not otherwise. If it is true, they do not account for their errors and expect the consumer to pay for it instead. Goodbye Crate & Barrel forever.

Leo Sheridan: Liz D. came to my rescue when a 3rd party courier service lost a Christmas present! I can't say enough about how professional she was throughout the entire dramatic ordeal. Liz honestly saved Christmas. I've been a customer of Crate for quite some time. I even worked for the company many moons ago. I was astounded by how swiftly Liz handled everything, and she did it during THE MOST busiest time of year!

Jennifer Lee: Very nice community type center for shopping Crate and Barrel is great some nice restaurants and parking if you want to pay for it. It is near American University so you see lots of students around and lots of pedestrians. It's right off Massachusetts avenue so it is bus accessible only as far as public transportation.

Vishal Sinha: This is another good location for Crate and Barrel. The only negative shopping here is the scant parking options. Once you are in the store, the experience is worth the parking issue. The store is laid out well making shopping a good experience. It's hard not to buy more than what we had in mind! The staff is friendly and always ready to help answer any questions. The selection at that store is quite good and we like the products sold here. Or kitchen is stocked with many of the essentials from Crate and Barrel!

Mohammed Audi: Great quality, just downright horrendous service. We bought all of our furniture across 6 months and it's all really sturdy, high end and elegant. They've done a great job in modern design. If follow-up services mean anything to you, such as eventually replacing sofa cushions, you need to find another place. Any form of follow up requires months of chasing down, pleading and disappointment.

Ardavan Tookaloo: Very modern and beautiful. I like this place a lot. You will never walk out empty handed.

Aside from being extremely pleasant, He assisted me with every item on my list by taking me around the store. Frankly, this is the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Leslie Barrack: Had horrible issues ordering online on the app. Part of the order was for in store pickup. My daughter went to pick up the in store pickup and it wasn’t there. I went in a few days later to see if the store could help me sort what happened out on their system since the app would not show the history or what happened to the order. I stood in line and when I was next and employee came up to see if he could assist while I was waiting. I explained I wanted someone who could look on the computer and since the person in front of me was just finishing up I asked him to let me just get helped by the desk as someone else was trying to slide in front of me. As soon as I got to desk the woman behind wouldn’t let me speak and just us me step to the side with someone else. So no one would look online and I still don’t know what happened. Just going to make sure my bank disputes any balances and never shopping here again.

Yvonne Morales: One of my favorite stores. And this one's operations are excellent. Still well staffed (a rarity these days), excellent customer service by those on the floor as well at the front counters. Efficient and quick!

Rhonda Medina: This is a "pharmacy" Bed, Bath & Beyond because it has over the counter medicines, hygiene products, hair care and more, but no actual pharmacy. They carry some products you can't buy other places, so I find myself visiting every couple of months. The store is clean and staff is helpful and plentiful. The only drawback is their prices are a little high compared to other stores.

Spiral Tote: 4Dec.2021I was browsing and a mgr have his employee a compliment about his work(the employee was either shy or didn’t know how to receive a compliment)and I chimed in about how nice it was to hear a mgr to tell his employee or just to say that to another person. The store is well organized and clean very easy to move through. 10a.m. cashier working today at main register is slow and low on the greetings. Polite, kind, and professional employees. Makes for great shopping at anytime.

Hilda Kroll: All the other BB&B stores I used to shop at are now closed, so it was nice to walk around the store and remember the large variety of items they offer. Not easy to get here if you rely on public transportation.

Peyman TalebiFard: Visited this store at least 4 times in the past 6 months. The in store prices are generally higher than other stores in the VA. The store is rather clean and easy to navigate. Located in a busy area making it accessible if one is visiting malls across the street.

KATHLEEN Calahan: We needed a new mattress pad. The inventory was very low. We made a selection. When we checked out the price was $60 more than what we thought it was by the prices on the shelf. The cashier shrugged his shoulders and said “ people move them around”. We bought it anyway because inventory problems are not uncommon these day they had few choices. We didn’t want to waste time and gas looking further. We’ll probably won’t go back for other purchases. At least the department stores or online purchases have more clearly marked prices, more assistance, and a bigger inventory.

Jason Williams: I picked up an order I placed online from here. I think they have slightly more options to buy from than the store in Alexandria and the aisles and shelves were well organized when I visited. The store itself is also a bit less cramped. My only complaint would be the people at the customer service desk were kind of rude, it could have been that all three of them had a bad day and it was a one off thing. One of the representatives at the register was pretty nice when I asked them for help. The item variety and cleanliness of the store is five stars and you can find some good deals at times. I'd rate my customer service experience two stars, so three or four stars for this location overall is probably fair

Shay F: I gave them 4 stars for 1 person. I had purchased Beyond membership and my phone number was not working and the first clerk she took the approach of "oh well". The second young lady (black young lady with glasses) went above and beyond to help me and get me to save money. She told me to download the app and my Beyond membership would be there versus my email. She was awesome that is customer service not oh well.

Barbara A Meisler: In recent visits to the Rockville store, I have been surprised by many empty shelves or spaces. I still find most of the items for which I shop, especially cleaning equipment and products, as well as most, not all, cosmetics, I have been disappointed that the supply I once counted on is no longer a given. I do like the online selection and the fine gift selection in the store so I will continue to be a customer. I also give kudos to the staff, especially cashiers. The PR department must know it all!

Luis Rojas: WORST “company” to deal with…. Unprofessional, my wife and I placed an order more than a month ago and we never received it. Requested a refund back and it has been a month plus 1 week and we still see the pending charge on our bank. I have called this “company” like 10 times and today they just told me that since it was never shipped the credit card was never charge so they put a request to remove the temp charge …. This is unbelievable, unprofessional, feels like fraud i will have to contact my bank at the end….

Mathias Serfaty: This store is great for browsing and looking at new gadgets. They definitely do not have the best prices. Their system of discount via coupon is too convoluted and still doesn't result to a lower price than the competition. They also seem to have more restrictions on returns. I am frankly surprised that they are still in business.

PERFECT TWO LOVE4LIFE: They have wonderful stuff that start at $10 and up but, when you go to the register you can leave with 5 or 6 items for $80 or more.

Avik Dutta: Crockery collection is amazing. Sometimes you will find great deals on selected products. It’s better to use the coupons. You can get the coupns if you subscribe. The bedding collection and kitchen collections are good. The prices are in higher end. You can order online and pick up in the store. The seasonal items are worth checking. They also have a wide collections of bathing needs and cosmetics.

Janice Temple: The staff was very helpful 😊 . I didn't know where to find the CBD Oils. I first looked in the beauty section . Then someone took me to the makeup section and aromatherapy section. Then he asked another Bed Bath and Beyond Team Member who sent me to Home Decor. I didn't see so I asked someone to look at inventory for another store. Then he took me back to Home Decor and there was this huge display. I am trying the relief roll-in with the Bed Bath and Beyond $5 off coupon.

Marissa Frank: Friendly staff here, at registers and customer service. Some sections are a little crowded with items like a grocery store, and other sections are huge with less inventory, like the bedding. It makes sense but it's not a relaxing shop. There are clearance shelves scattered around so take a look.

Lavonnia Johnson: They always have everything you need for your house. You will definitely find something you need. Great place to shop.

mike tyson: Mohamed was very helpful in my search for a new mattress for my growing teen boy that would not break the bank. He showed us options at varying price ranges and offered a price on a mid-range mattress that came out to just over half of what a Mattress Warehouse competitor wanted for a mattress that seemed comparable. I have to delete one star because the delivery people broke a planter on their way out and did not seem to care enough to apologize, but that is not a reflection on this location.

Dijana Hrvacic: Nine months ago, we bought two mattresses queen and twin and two spring boxes of the same producer Beautyrest (see below attached invoice). Queen mattress was an extra firm mattress as I have serious backbone issues. Very soon one side of the extra firm mattress turned extra soft and sagged down that much that I slide down at night. Since it costed $1700 and it has been several months, we reached out to file a warranty claim. While processing they insisted on photos of both mattress and its foundation (spring box Beautyrest bought in the same shop, check invoice). The warranty claim was rejected due to the " use of inadequate foundation/support system". It does not make any sense considering that both the mattress and the springbox foundation were made by the same producer Beautyrest (check the invoice) and the Beutyrest springbox foundation was recommended by your shop as appropriate for this Beautyrest extra firm mattress. So, there is no place in warranty or warning by your shop that using the frame would eliminate warranty – again both of your items we bought together. The warranty card has forgotten to mention the springbox made by the same producer as the mattress and for its size, and talks about slots (non existent) in this case. If the foundation is really inadequate for this mattress as you suggest then that is the mistake of the producer who made both of them to be used together, and the mattress firm that sells them as adequate for each other and recommends them. It seems that the producer and the shop are finding their own product inadequate. After complaining again, no one has come to inspect the mattress and they just checked different reason on the list of reasons for rejection. I would not recommend to any one to buy anything in this shop as their warranty is fake and products overpriced. the same extra firm mattress-queen size now costs $650 due to bad reviews about sagging.

Elise Stull: The managers at Mattress firm are great. I ordered a pillow from the store, but the manufacturer of the pillow sent the wrong size and then gave me bad information about pillowcases (so I bought the wrong ones and was frustrated). Mattress Firm made everything right though. They helped me exchange the pillow for a different brand AND gave me a discount, even though none of it was their fault. Next time I need a new mattress, Mattress Firm will be my first stop.

Don C: Rude Ripoff! Studio 3B Pillows sale for 25% off - see pic. What I wanted were marked $20. I went to buy 4 @ $15. Computer said $25, and "manager" type(?) would not honor the sales price on 4 - when they are trying to clearance things out! Rude - I say rude, because she could barely speak 3 works to me after hiding in the section for a while to avoid me. And then only after I asked for definite yes/no. Clerk was nice but clueless. Said manager(?) type would have to decide. Ripoff - I say ripoff because seems clear to me someone SHOULD HAVE MARKED UP the price before the 25% sale came out, so the next cost is about the same as the original $20. That's a ripoff ... and probably illegal. Too bad because it confirms everything I feel about BBB - should be a fun great experience, instead overpriced ripoff! Wonder why they are having "profit issues".

Jonathan Walker: I just have to give a special shout-out to the ladies in the front and on the floor for the outstanding customer service while being busy! They helped me find what I couldn’t see nor find TWICE while making sure I got the product I wanted, a product recommendation, and a great deal. I was so thankful for their excellent service and patience. Thanks a million! I can’t wait to use my new sheets and pillow cases.

Louise Watts: The store seems cluttered. Staff is pleasant and competent. Return policies are like Russian roulette... Sometimes you get lucky (holiday). Sometimes you don't (wedding gift that wasn't marked off your registry). Never (seemingly) the lowest cost. Don't know how this chain has survived.

Cassandra Doyle: Found what I needed and got and extra 5 percent off plus the 25. So 30 percent. I am loving the new membership program. I save each time I shop at BBB!!

Krl Lrk: I used to enjoy shopping here. But it is not what it once was. Customer service reps are not as friendly nor as welcoming. And the products are all over the place. I was in and out in 10 minutes, when before I stayed for a hour finding exciting treasures to gift (and keep)! When I am again in the area, I will try again to shop here in hopes that it returns to what it once was.

They really do have a vast selection of high-quality goods/products in the categories of bed, bath and kitchen items. If they don't have the item you seek on hand (for whatever reason) they are more than glad to order it for you. I really like going to their stores, it's the female version of a male's Home Depot - and their prices are usually very reasonable for the quality of the item being purchased. ("Yes" - admittedly their stores bring out the feminine in me). 👍😄👍

RCS S: Looking for small kitchen appliances and came across to Bed Bath & Beyond. Some of their items are cheaper than Amazon or Walmart. If you have coupons it will work best. I’m happy that I got a good deal for small appliances. Huge selections of everything.

Peyman TalebiFard: Barely have any bargains. Sometimes they do not honor special discounts.I have visited this store on multiple occasions throughout the year. Prices are higher compared to other locations.Price scanners sometimes do not work.

Brad Jelinski: Wide variety of home stuff. I went looking for something less common, but the staff were able to quickly help me find it. They've got bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows, etc), bathroom supplies (towels, soap dishes, toilet brushes, etc), kitchen tools (knives, cutting boards, spatulas, blenders, coffee makers, etc), and other stuff like coffee, trash cans, and toiletries. Don't throw away the 20% off coupons they regularly send in the mail, they can make a big difference!

Ethan Park: Good place! As far as this location is concerned, the building was nice and clean and everything seemed to be pretty neatly stocked. My contact with the employees was pretty minimal, but they were helpful and friendly. Lots of home goods and furniture - and in a really neat location for other shops or lunch places! Solid store.

Myra Hayde: Bought a kitchen aid 5 quart mixer bowl for my daughter. When she opened the box that was labeled 5 quart bowl it contained a 3.5 quart bowl.

Muz M: Had a very disappointing experience. I had checked a bedding set online and wanted to see it in person before buying. Saw it on the shelf but the zipper was open. Took it at the check out and asked her if it was nee. At first she didn’t understand and then said yes. While pointing it out to her, I realized I could see a hair inside( what even?) so I told her there is a hair and if they can check the inventory for another piece. For that She called out another person who looked at the bag from away and immediately said, yeah someone has slept in it. And it was a return. So a) what was it even doing in the actual bedding section for customers to just pick it up? And b) the check out assistant didn’t even care when I showed concerns that it didn’t seem new. Mind you, this set was worth $169. So they were actually trying to sell me a returned comforter set for a full price and didn’t care about hygiene/bugs. Yuck!

Elizabeth Dwiggins: What a wonderful shopping experience! We were helped to find the perfect mattress by Chima. He showed us five or six mattresses that met our requirements. We ended up buying the most expensive one of the bunch but we did not feel up sold. He showed us many that could have been acceptable but with full awareness we chose the most comfortable one which was a little more money. This is the third or fourth mattress we have purchased from this Mattress Firm location. We will be back.

Mais K: I had a really hard time coordinating with them to get my order delivered, they always had the wrong information, never submitted my order number, etc and would falsely tell me each day my mattress was going to be delivered. This store is messy, and untrustworthy.

This was actually my first time buying a new mattress, and I was skeptical about spending very much money on one. However, the mattress we found is fantastic! The person helping us, Calvin, was very knowledgeable and friendly, patiently answering all of our questions. He also helped me find a pillow that is much better than the one I've been using. Stephanie Teagarden: I came in this week originally looking at one of the mattress in a box that they carry in the showroom in hopes of trying it out before purchasing in and was so thankful that I did because the mattress was not at all what I was looking for! Calvin did a fantastic job of helping me find exactly the right type of mattress I was looking for that was perfect for my needs. He was extremely personable, and gave me plenty time to weigh my options. I was able to get my mattress delivered the same week and they were able to take away my old mattress with no trouble! When I had a question about my delivery Manny was able to handle everything extremely quickly with no difficulty. I 100% recommended checking out the Columbus Heights showroom! I wish I had stopped by sooner.

A Tatum: I ordered a queen plush end of 2/21 and received it within a few days. However after 3 weeks I determined I wanted to exchange. I called and Manny assisted me efficiently. He had me come back in, recommended other mattresses to lay on to try out. I went with a medium plush of another brand, which was more firm, it cost slightly more but he managed to do an even exchange and I got the new mattress delivered in two days! At the Same time they swapped out for the old one. They were very understanding that you need some time to adjust to a new mattress and don’t always get it right on the first try. I did have to pay for the delivery fee though. At the time I shopped they were offering a free adjustable base so all in all I got a great deal.

Jamie X: I am a huge fan of the CB2 brand. I visited the store to see some of the contents in my online cart in person. I loved every piece just as much as I did online. The showroom itself is okay. Georgetown is always busy. One plus is the complimentary validation of parking if you visit the store for 1 hour. They did have floor models of a lot of the more featured pieces. I felt the rug selection was a little lacking. And the selection of lighting was also lacking. Overall if you know what your looking for you trip will be worth it. The sales staff was friendly and helpful with out being pushy...another plus.

Samantha Angel: This store permanently closed on Feb 20, 2022. They will open a new store in the Tysons Corner area in Virginia, not sure when. So even shopping online is tricky, because they still have stuff packed up at this store and no news on when or where the new store will be set up. Otherwise love their products! Especially the Drift Reactive Indigo Dinner Plates! But when you try to order online it shows in stock, you pay and then receive emails it's not in stock and they cancel your order. Then the website still shows it in stock, what's going on Crate and Barrel 2? CB2... come on now, we love your stuff now make it easier for us to buy them.

Aref Darzi: One of the worst experiences I ever had in ordering furniture. I placed an order for a coffee table, a floor lamp, and a a set of dinnerware and flatware. The coffee table delivered damaged one week later than their estimated time and I needed to wait for 11 more days to get it replaced. The floor lamp is right now 1.5 months delayed without any updates from CB2. The dinnerware set was delivered with some broken pieces, I asked for replacing, after 2 weeks they sent it to a wrong number. It is a mess. I don't recommend placing any order from CB2 unless you can see the actual item in the store and pick it up right away. It has been a disastrous experience.

Nikki Banner: Beautiful store with LOTs of sales associates. But not one does design and can’t give input. You have to book an appointment online. They also are promoting 15% off on their site but they weren’t knowledgeable in store. Could definitely be improved. For those buying put your email in online and get the promo code. Promo code can be used in store

Sha Mar: I love this store. Staffs are friendly, polite and professional! Furnitures are modern, stylish and elegant! Atmosphere is fantastic!!!!! You can spend hours and hours looking around and nobody would even bother you! This is my kind of furniture store! They recently added natural plants into their designs looks like heaven on earth to me! You should definitely check out their new designs, details, their new fresh plans with pots and etc ... super stylish and very up to-date with modern style of living plus the touch of nature which is perfect.

Muge Sherdil: This place is awesome! We have been furnishing our entire home from here. The place is inviting and very cute, but above all, customer service is above and beyond. They are always friendly, helpful and very accommodating. At a particularly busy time a few days ago we paid another visit to the store and we were catered to with such care it is unbelievable. Ray and Britanny went out of their way to make it convenient for us and always kept their friendly demeanor. Thank you so much!

Sara Tenney: I had a bad experience with the store manager. I returned pillow cases and she told me they were used which they weren’t. Apparently my cats had climbed into the bag which cats are known to do and the pillow cases had cat hair on them. It was of course what she should have inquired but it was clear she didn’t believe me when I said they weren’t and I felt terrible that she believed I was lying. She could have handled the situation with a lot more grace. I won’t be back

Vienna Virginia: The Hastens product, service, and sales team are exceptional. We had no intention of buying a super pricey mattress and only went into the store to browse. Two weeks later we were sleeping on a Hastens mattress and in love with it. We worked with Helio who is fantastic...he goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable about the products. The delivery team was also fantastic and took great care maneuvering around our home. Overall we couldn't be happier with Hastens and highly recommend their mattresses.

The entire experience was made so much better by, Robert, the store manager. Not only is he kind, friendly and patient; but he is also very knowledgeable and professional. He really took his time to explain what makes these beds different and we were able to test each bed. It was really a pleasure to work with him. While the Hastens beds are an investment it is also an investment in your health. We have never slept better!! I highly recommend Hastens.

Alex Yeon: We purchased the Eala and it has been wonderful. The bed is very comfortable and I wouldn't want to sleep on any other mattress. The bed just hugs you and you feel part of the bed when laying down. Helio was our rep and he was great to work with. The duvet is amazing too. It feels like a cloud is covering you yet it's so warm. 6 stars if I could.

Dina Seligman: We purchased our Hastens from Helio Lopez in Tysons II Galeria about a month ago. We had been looking at Hastens for a few years and could not really pull the trigger on such an expensive mattress. Helio was very professional and most of all extremely informative about the brand, the history and the makings of these incredible mattresses. We spent about an hour in the store with him trying different levels of the mattress. As I have always believed you Get what you Pay for and the money spent on Hastens is worth every penny. The mattress is out of this world it feels like I am laying in clouds that are hugging me all night long. I am not waking up with achy shoulders or hips, I toss less by half the amount and it's only been one month sleeping on it! As it conforms to my body Hastens should be called Heaven!. Thank you Helio!!

Dez Robinson: After hearing of this brand for many years I was very excited to see that they have FINALLY opened a DC based location! After doing some basic research I decided to visit the store last Saturday so that I could test some mattress's and finally see what all the hype is about. The store was very clean and All the staff was so kind during my visit. The beds were so comfy that I found myself dozing off after just a few minutes, I didn't want to leave! Im not usually the type to write a review but the store manager Rob was just so patient and knowledgeable that I felt It necessary. I told Rob that the beds were probably out of my price range but he still took the time to explain the differences between each bed and gave his recommendation based off my sleep history. I only spent about 1 hour in the store but when it was time to leave I felt relaxed and ready to conquer the rest of my day. The bed that I ended up choosing is a bit out of my price range at the moment but you better believe ill be saving up for it after this experience!

Then the people on the other side saying that the line start here . Fine they let me in first . Then both of cashier only say” I can help who is next on line ? I go to the cashier and he tell me “ Man is pretty simple Line start here “. BUT he help the other people before me to the opposite side and he never said or correct anybody about the Line!!!! SO don’t make me feel bad. Next time make sure there is no two lines HM !!!!!!! Terrible Customer Service ever

Very surprised HM allows this kind of behavior in their stores. Improper management at this location becareful.

Sheila Marshall: This store needs a new buyer. I use to be able to go to the store in Georgetown and buy a few pieces of black to mix and match. It's totally garbage. Staff don't speak or smile. It's a waste of time and don't throw your money away.

Lana: Terrible customer service. Came at 6.45 and they already didn’t let people in since they were closed. And I needed to make a return exactly on that day! Improve your customer service or hire more stuff, you can’t simply close the store when it’s officially still operating hours!

Angela Davis: Came to do a return on a online order that someone brought my kid. I literally didn’t care if it was 10$’s I was willing to take the store value and buy other items. No i didn't Have a receipt because duh it was a gift. However but hole “manager LIZ” made it the most difficult thing ever. I read her, her own return guidelines and told her it’s ok I’ll take it for whatever value, but no a receipt was needed. I mean This is the nastiest women. She returned part of the same order but not everything because she felt i had attitude per her co worker who finished the transaction. I mean she act as if I wasn’t a customer who needed customer service. What I am going to say is I’ve worked here and shopped here ok and if she can’t do her job she needs to go!

LaToya Conner: Please check your receipts. I had the young lady do a price check and she never took the item off. I called today and Liz, a manager, was very rude and hung up on me. Not only do I have to request a formal compliant, now I have to spend time and additional money to right the way I was wronged. They can pull cameras, look at inventory, or just plain ask the young lady at Checkout to verify the experience. I’m very disappointed seeing the amount of money I spend here. I pray everyone has a better experience.

I’m just so thrilled with every aspect of the process because of the excellent customer service I received.

Preeth Gowdar: Our experience with Mattress Warehouse, and specifically Brenda, was excellent. Brenda took a great deal of time to educate my wife and I, who were complete novices with regards to mattress buying. Brenda even stayed well past the closing time to continue working with us on a possible purchase. Her knowledge of mattresses seems very thorough, particularly from her own experiences, and she was fair in her opinions (not trying to overtly push any product). She was at the end looking to make a sale happen but she made sure we got a very good deal. Brenda seems to us to be an extremely sincere salesperson. My wife and I are extremely glad we stopped at this Mattress Warehouse and found Brenda.

She showed me the top three choices for firm mattresses, patiently explained their differences, and facilitated my trying out the mattresses. Brenda also showed great empathy and interest in my priorities for a mattress. She was instrumental in applying a discount that had just passed. She also, as a courtesy, took off additional costs when she found out my ideal price range. I did not feel pressure to purchase immediately and in fact left to go to another mattress store in Silver Spring (and searched online) only to return to this one, believing that I had found the most compatible mattress and for the best possible price point. Brenda told me that I wouldn't find such a great mattress (that I clearly loved) at that price point, and she was right! Brenda is a consummate professional, and has a warm, fun energy that made the experience extra special and stress-free. I highly recommend this Mattress Warehouse location mainly for the amazing experience that Brenda facilitated. Thank you, Brenda!
