Mia K Arakaki: Good customer service. But the drug store stuff is very limited. I live in ny and compared it's not the same experience. There are no holiday meat /cheese / fruit baskets from what I saw. I wanted just one working hands... But no i had to get a lip feet combo... Limited variety of popular deodorant scents

Carlos Angel-Luciano-Harris: The staff is incredibly helpful and they get you through the checkout pretty quickly. Great sales and great smells. Check them out.

Matthias Galan: Customer care at this location is super unhelpful. Brought in a broken item got yelled at and was refused to replace the item today.

In particular, I wish to thank Carl Dunking who went out of his way to help us. We carried several bags and asked him if it was hard to get a taxi from there. He put all our our bags in a shopping cart, brought it out in the street and stopped a taxi for us. All with a friendly smile. Thank you so much, Mr. Carl Dunkin! (I hope I got your name right.) You made our shopping experience a breeze!

Bobby Kushington: If the line at Target is too long you should come to this store if you aren't buying clothes or electronics. Saves you plenty of time.

Matt Jepsen: Whatever you do, don't order online. BBB uses UPS Sure Post where UPS delivers to your local/regional post office who in turn delivers it with your mail. I'm a big proponent of the US Mail and I have no beef with UPS. But, they often don’t work well together and the handoff makes for significant delays. If you're going big box for online shopping, stick with Walmart/Target/Amazon or better yet, support a local business.

Patrick: The people working do not wear the masks appropriately - mouth covered, nose not. One employee was kind enough to put more disinfectant wipes for the carts after asked him to. Cool products and great place to get small sized items for travel.

Azeb Tamrat: I was at the store yesterday afternoon and stumbled across a sales man by the name David. David's professionalism is in another level. Aside from being extremely pleasant, He assisted me with every item on my list by taking me around the store. Frankly, this is the best customer service I have ever received in my life. What a gentleman! Top Notch, Epitome of professionalism and a true asset for bed bath and beyond. Thank you David for making my day so pleasant. Bed Bath and Beyond is very ucky to have you!

Leslie Barrack: Had horrible issues ordering online on the app. Part of the order was for in store pickup. My daughter went to pick up the in store pickup and it wasn’t there. I went in a few days later to see if the store could help me sort what happened out on their system since the app would not show the history or what happened to the order. I stood in line and when I was next and employee came up to see if he could assist while I was waiting. I explained I wanted someone who could look on the computer and since the person in front of me was just finishing up I asked him to let me just get helped by the desk as someone else was trying to slide in front of me. As soon as I got to desk the woman behind wouldn’t let me speak and just us me step to the side with someone else. So no one would look online and I still don’t know what happened. Just going to make sure my bank disputes any balances and never shopping here again.

Yvonne Morales: One of my favorite stores. And this one's operations are excellent. Still well staffed (a rarity these days), excellent customer service by those on the floor as well at the front counters. Efficient and quick!

Rhonda Medina: This is a "pharmacy" Bed, Bath & Beyond because it has over the counter medicines, hygiene products, hair care and more, but no actual pharmacy. They carry some products you can't buy other places, so I find myself visiting every couple of months. The store is clean and staff is helpful and plentiful. The only drawback is their prices are a little high compared to other stores.

Chanpen Tee: The store is clean and nice. This location is huge. They have everything. Staff is nice

Barbara A Meisler: In recent visits to the Rockville store, I have been surprised by many empty shelves or spaces. I still find most of the items for which I shop, especially cleaning equipment and products, as well as most, not all, cosmetics, I have been disappointed that the supply I once counted on is no longer a given. I do like the online selection and the fine gift selection in the store so I will continue to be a customer. I also give kudos to the staff, especially cashiers. The PR department must know it all!

Luis Rojas: WORST “company” to deal with…. Unprofessional, my wife and I placed an order more than a month ago and we never received it. Requested a refund back and it has been a month plus 1 week and we still see the pending charge on our bank. I have called this “company” like 10 times and today they just told me that since it was never shipped the credit card was never charge so they put a request to remove the temp charge …. This is unbelievable, unprofessional, feels like fraud i will have to contact my bank at the end….

Sp Ngmwngpnt: Excellent service. I got an employee. He helped me pick up my order eventhough the store already closed 10 minutes before. Appreciate his help. Too bad I didn't get his name.

Mathias Serfaty: This store is great for browsing and looking at new gadgets. They definitely do not have the best prices. Their system of discount via coupon is too convoluted and still doesn't result to a lower price than the competition. They also seem to have more restrictions on returns. I am frankly surprised that they are still in business.

PERFECT TWO LOVE4LIFE: They have wonderful stuff that start at $10 and up but, when you go to the register you can leave with 5 or 6 items for $80 or more.

Avik Dutta: Crockery collection is amazing. Sometimes you will find great deals on selected products. It’s better to use the coupons. You can get the coupns if you subscribe. The bedding collection and kitchen collections are good. The prices are in higher end. You can order online and pick up in the store. The seasonal items are worth checking. They also have a wide collections of bathing needs and cosmetics.

Janice Temple: The staff was very helpful 😊 . I didn't know where to find the CBD Oils. I first looked in the beauty section . Then someone took me to the makeup section and aromatherapy section. Then he asked another Bed Bath and Beyond Team Member who sent me to Home Decor. I didn't see so I asked someone to look at inventory for another store. Then he took me back to Home Decor and there was this huge display. I am trying the relief roll-in with the Bed Bath and Beyond $5 off coupon.

Marissa Frank: Friendly staff here, at registers and customer service. Some sections are a little crowded with items like a grocery store, and other sections are huge with less inventory, like the bedding. It makes sense but it's not a relaxing shop. There are clearance shelves scattered around so take a look.

Lexy McCauley: Great selection and service! This store has everything you need. I was surprised to see how much stock they have for beauty and wellness items. There’s a wide selection for each option and they have sale items as well. Although some things are a little pricey, the sales are worth it if you go at the right time. They have curbside pickup now and a lot of options for shopping. There are bathrooms once you enter, too! There’s a good number of staff on the floor that will help you find things.

Jasim Ahmed: I asked for help. They seem to be lazy and not helpful and if you ask questions regarding the items, they get agitated and it seems like they don’t want to be bothered with questions regarding the items that I was looking for. They also didn’t apologize and seem like they don’t care at all about the business or the customer whatsoever. They were also gossiping while customers were roaming around. It was very hard for me to locate a person as well to help me out. I moved to the area and was prepared to buy thousand dollar worth of goods. I never shopped at Bed Bath and Beyond and I don’t think will be returning there after this experience.

Sourabh Choudhary: Haughty store manager at this location who is completely indifferent to the customer pains due to the miscommunication between BBB online reps, in store sales reps and the manager herself. I seem go have found the reason to why so many of their stores have been closed recently - they do not give a thought to the customer experience and just go by their version of rules - which by the way differ as per the date time and the sales rep present at the counter. I had a gift from a friend purchased from BBB who did not get the gift receipt. Since I already had that product I checked with my friend who in turn checked with the BBB helpline if the product may be returned to a store location without the gift receipt and they said yes. I visited this store and the associate processed the return but then asked for my driving license - a fair request since I was returning it without receipt. I was not carrying my wallet that time so had to cancel and go back. Next day I return to the store and lo the store manager changes the rules - no returns without receipt!!! Had I been in her place I would have processed the return just for the hassle caused - even if I assume that all others lied to me and only store manager was telling the correct policy. But her haughty indifferent attitude made me promise not to buy anything from this chain store - which should not be an issue since they anyways seem to mark up their products.

Micha Webb: They only have self checkouts. Everytime you scan an item the screen says wait for assistance. It takes forever to check out. They charge you for bags also. If a company cuts out employees and customer service they should have an easy self check put system.

Robert Cardoni: What do you need? Cause they probably have it. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful. There’s a self gift wrapping area for gifts and be sure to check out the coffee sampling station! And don’t forget your coupons

cemora harrison: The store Manager was very short staff & yet still she helped me place an online order for my towel sets which were on sale. She was very professional, friendly and could multiple task. She gets an A+ for customer service. I wish she could train others in retail stores how to do their job because she was a gem 💎. I will definitely visit her store again in the future 🙂.

Polena Pratt-Johnson: The store is so huge with everything your looking for in one placet. You can find everything for your home and so much more. The staff are so pleasant and helpful just a great shopping atmosphere altogether.

Jack WHITE WHITE: Need faster service. Line long and people where so close to each other. Made me feel upset. Need to do better spreading line out . Especially with Covaid going on.

Spiral Tote: 4Dec.2021I was browsing and a mgr have his employee a compliment about his work(the employee was either shy or didn’t know how to receive a compliment)and I chimed in about how nice it was to hear a mgr to tell his employee or just to say that to another person. The store is well organized and clean very easy to move through. 10a.m. cashier working today at main register is slow and low on the greetings. Polite, kind, and professional employees. Makes for great shopping at anytime.

Hilda Kroll: All the other BB&B stores I used to shop at are now closed, so it was nice to walk around the store and remember the large variety of items they offer. Not easy to get here if you rely on public transportation.

Peyman TalebiFard: Visited this store at least 4 times in the past 6 months. The in store prices are generally higher than other stores in the VA. The store is rather clean and easy to navigate. Located in a busy area making it accessible if one is visiting malls across the street.

KATHLEEN Calahan: We needed a new mattress pad. The inventory was very low. We made a selection. When we checked out the price was $60 more than what we thought it was by the prices on the shelf. The cashier shrugged his shoulders and said “ people move them around”. We bought it anyway because inventory problems are not uncommon these day they had few choices. We didn’t want to waste time and gas looking further. We’ll probably won’t go back for other purchases. At least the department stores or online purchases have more clearly marked prices, more assistance, and a bigger inventory.

Jason Williams: I picked up an order I placed online from here. I think they have slightly more options to buy from than the store in Alexandria and the aisles and shelves were well organized when I visited. The store itself is also a bit less cramped. My only complaint would be the people at the customer service desk were kind of rude, it could have been that all three of them had a bad day and it was a one off thing. One of the representatives at the register was pretty nice when I asked them for help. The item variety and cleanliness of the store is five stars and you can find some good deals at times. I'd rate my customer service experience two stars, so three or four stars for this location overall is probably fair

Shay F: I gave them 4 stars for 1 person. I had purchased Beyond membership and my phone number was not working and the first clerk she took the approach of "oh well". The second young lady (black young lady with glasses) went above and beyond to help me and get me to save money. She told me to download the app and my Beyond membership would be there versus my email. She was awesome that is customer service not oh well.

Don C: Rude Ripoff! Studio 3B Pillows sale for 25% off - see pic. What I wanted were marked $20. I went to buy 4 @ $15. Computer said $25, and "manager" type(?) would not honor the sales price on 4 - when they are trying to clearance things out! Rude - I say rude, because she could barely speak 3 works to me after hiding in the section for a while to avoid me. And then only after I asked for definite yes/no. Clerk was nice but clueless. Said manager(?) type would have to decide. Ripoff - I say ripoff because seems clear to me someone SHOULD HAVE MARKED UP the price before the 25% sale came out, so the next cost is about the same as the original $20. That's a ripoff ... and probably illegal. Too bad because it confirms everything I feel about BBB - should be a fun great experience, instead overpriced ripoff! Wonder why they are having "profit issues".

Jonathan Walker: I just have to give a special shout-out to the ladies in the front and on the floor for the outstanding customer service while being busy! They helped me find what I couldn’t see nor find TWICE while making sure I got the product I wanted, a product recommendation, and a great deal. I was so thankful for their excellent service and patience. Thanks a million! I can’t wait to use my new sheets and pillow cases.

Louise Watts: The store seems cluttered. Staff is pleasant and competent. Return policies are like Russian roulette... Sometimes you get lucky (holiday). Sometimes you don't (wedding gift that wasn't marked off your registry). Never (seemingly) the lowest cost. Don't know how this chain has survived.

I was in and out in 10 minutes, when before I stayed for a hour finding exciting treasures to gift (and keep)! When I am again in the area, I will try again to shop here in hopes that it returns to what it once was.

Robert Conway: The store didn't have on hand exactly what I was looking for (sold out) but they very helpfully ordered what I wanted, and out the door I went. They really do have a vast selection of high-quality goods/products in the categories of bed, bath and kitchen items. If they don't have the item you seek on hand (for whatever reason) they are more than glad to order it for you. I really like going to their stores, it's the female version of a male's Home Depot - and their prices are usually very reasonable for the quality of the item being purchased. ("Yes" - admittedly their stores bring out the feminine in me). 👍😄👍

RCS S: Looking for small kitchen appliances and came across to Bed Bath & Beyond. Some of their items are cheaper than Amazon or Walmart. If you have coupons it will work best. I’m happy that I got a good deal for small appliances. Huge selections of everything.

Peyman TalebiFard: Barely have any bargains. Sometimes they do not honor special discounts.I have visited this store on multiple occasions throughout the year. Prices are higher compared to other locations.Price scanners sometimes do not work.

Rojina Al: Offers and discounts signs are misleading! They said this section only on sale and many of the section items are not on sale.Not so friendly staff especially if you have any questions.I was expecting better customer service from a store like BB&B.

Brad Jelinski: Wide variety of home stuff. I went looking for something less common, but the staff were able to quickly help me find it. They've got bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows, etc), bathroom supplies (towels, soap dishes, toilet brushes, etc), kitchen tools (knives, cutting boards, spatulas, blenders, coffee makers, etc), and other stuff like coffee, trash cans, and toiletries. Don't throw away the 20% off coupons they regularly send in the mail, they can make a big difference!

Alex Sedlacek: They have lots of good stuff but none of the spatulas I came in for.

Ethan Park: Good place! As far as this location is concerned, the building was nice and clean and everything seemed to be pretty neatly stocked. My contact with the employees was pretty minimal, but they were helpful and friendly. Lots of home goods and furniture - and in a really neat location for other shops or lunch places! Solid store.

Myra Hayde: Bought a kitchen aid 5 quart mixer bowl for my daughter. When she opened the box that was labeled 5 quart bowl it contained a 3.5 quart bowl.

Muz M: Had a very disappointing experience. I had checked a bedding set online and wanted to see it in person before buying. Saw it on the shelf but the zipper was open. Took it at the check out and asked her if it was nee. At first she didn’t understand and then said yes. While pointing it out to her, I realized I could see a hair inside( what even?) so I told her there is a hair and if they can check the inventory for another piece. For that She called out another person who looked at the bag from away and immediately said, yeah someone has slept in it. And it was a return. So a) what was it even doing in the actual bedding section for customers to just pick it up? And b) the check out assistant didn’t even care when I showed concerns that it didn’t seem new. Mind you, this set was worth $169. So they were actually trying to sell me a returned comforter set for a full price and didn’t care about hygiene/bugs. Yuck!

John Filer: It has everything you need for your bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and dining room. This specific store has a staffed in-store gift/bridal registry section, nice personalized touch. Staff is freindly and knowledgeable.

Martha Roderick: I went to spend a gift card I recieved and was happy to buy a new 5qt dutch oven.

Tarsh “T”: I was not pleased with the staff shortage at this location. After standing in line for at 35 mins. to get checked out I put my items back and left. I can not believe how limited staffing is in these stores lately. It is situations like this that cause you to resort to online shopping.

S. Morris: Poor support. It's online store pickup option is flawed. Placed an online order for one item that was supposed to be ready for pick-up in same day (within an hour). The email confirmation listed a different "ready by" time (2 hours). Needless to say, by the time the store changed the order status from processing to "ready," the store was closed.

Gyeyock F: It's a serene location, well organized, clean and a great place to shop for your home supplies. Was in and out in the shortest possible time, customer service representative were helpful when needed, although it takes a little bit of searching to find one.

Jennifer Maki: I would come here more often if they had more selections of things. Lately it seems depressing going in because it’s so empty or not stocked with the things I’m looking for. (I.e. the clear containers for storage, frying pans, etc.) I love the location though. It’s perfect.

Sirisha Ramireddi: Great store but had hard time finding price tags for items. Staff helped check the price of few items.

Gregory You tell me: Went there they had coffee the store was busy, they had items in the wrong place and wrong prices, but the employees were freindly the supservisor wasnt to friendly, she waa talking down to the employees and kept talking about coupons to every item she pointed out and she thought was expensive lol, but she is old and set in her ways. But the service was good . Look out for my picture tour!

Bradley Graves: First time visiting this location. Wow! Big store, clean, not crowded. Once word gets out I am sure more people will start shopping here. Plenty of parking, easy access and a great big shiny new store.

Lee Cox: Huge selection of kitchen, bath, and bedroom items. Lits of mixer blender type machines, air fryers, and coffee machines. Pretty large selection if linens. Theres also a vacuum section, and a bunch of other gadgets. The staff is very helpful. We were looking for a steamer, and after some time and no luck, a gentleman walked up and asked if we needed help. He had a great knowledge of the products

Wayne Eddie: Spacious location. Not so crowded. Maybe it is because of COVID-19, the shelves were not fully stocked. Price is reasonable, IMHO. Thought I had a 20% off coupon, but it turned out that the coupon expired within 48 hour of issuance. Lost my coupon 🙁

Ola Kasali: Sunita who works at the Dulles store offered great customer service and helped me pick out pillows, bedsheets and a duvet for my home. I was extremely happy with her attention to detail. She listened to what my needs were and provided appropriate options that suited my style.

Rainy Waters: I found my discontinued coffee at this location, online. Drove 45 minutes to get it! ..lol

Anand Kumar: Great place to organize your home. Love this store. Makes you spend more than you intended because of all the organization products. Wonderful, helpful employees. Love this store. Could spend hours and lots of money walking around the store. Daria, the manager and Linda, an employee are awesome, very nice, polite and caring individuals. They are the reason I keep coming back.

Jay L: Very nice and clean place. Well organized per department.

Waleed Hassan: Good place for interior decoration. House utensils are available here at reasonable price and good quality. Clearance sales aren't that good, if you're looking for a sale, better find some place else. Matching sets of toiletries are available.

Kevin Cooper: A dangerous store for your wallet. Everyone was very helpful. Quality products and fair prices.

J. Ivy Smith: I placed an order with a coupon online and it said it was completed, but didn't get an email confirmation. I called the store, they had no order for me, I went back online and the everything was back in my cart, I wasn't able to use my coupon, because it was already used in an order that didn't go through which was the first attempt. I wanted curbside because I am having a driver take me, I am unable to drive or walk far because I just got out of surgery and needed somethings. I was told by the manager to call a number, I called, they placed the order for me and gave me a coupon. I had a driver take me to get it and I was missing an item that was the most expensive in the transaction, and was charged for it. I told the associate I was missing an item and they had to go back and check the receipt, came back and said she will get it, came back again and said whoever got the items checked it off but didn't put it with my order and they can't find it. So needed me to go in (I can't walk) to get my refund. Thank God the driver was nice enough to do this for me. But this whole Bed Bath Beyond experience was Beyond terrible. I should have just went to Target or anywhere else.

Daniel L Williams: We needed a Ginger Bread castle...they had a fabulous collection and they were on sale. Wow! I love this store.

Tony Eddins: I returned a coffee grinder that I had purchased online and was looking for a couple of beige shower curtain liners. The return transaction went very smoothly and the cashier was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, they were sold out of standard sized beige shower curtain liners so I had to settle for two ivory ones. Overall, it was a good experience.

robin lykins: Rob helped me so much with ordering a couple gifts for my family living nearby the Crossing Place location. I’m in another state! He went and checked to make sure they had it in stock. He explained their same day delivery!! Thank you so much Rob for helping me get such a nice anniversary gift delivered so fast!!!

Margie Dowd: Too crowded with shelves all the way up to the ceiling. Can't walk and check out things, everything is piled up. It used to be a very nice place where you could buy good stuff. No more.

Bonnie Tarsia: Great visit. Had exactly what I needed. Staff was very helpful and kind. Love they except expired coupons. Will go again so.

Misty McCoy: Very neatly organized. Great sale going on. Busy but line moved fast. Customer service by Daniah and Janya were very nice and helpful.

No Name: Watch out they try and pull the old bait and switch have one thing on display different brand in the shelf and try to charge 3 x the amount watch at checkout or they will steal from you

Michelle Garcia: This store is always clean, well staffed, and never too busy. I have found some great deals at this store but in general the deals are through out the chain. If you need to be in and out this is a great store.

Marguerite (Margo): When I go into a store looking for a specific item, I approach a store employee to ask if they have it and where can I find it. If that person is rude, walks away as I am speaking...I leave and spend my money elsewhere. That's what happened here.

Linda Hubbard: Not worth a star. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a resident of Waldorf Maryland I try to spend locally although I work in DC. In the past I frequent this store for kitchen items when I wanted to avoid big mall crowds. Today I walked into this store to purchase shower hooks. I selected the shower hooks needed and proceeded to the register. The cashier stated she did not take cash just credit card. This was the only statement she made to me. I asked her if the store no longer accepted cash? She stated the store accepted cash but, go to the next register. Ok, so lets back up for a minute, her initial greeting to me was she did not take cash. She did not say hello, ask me if I found what I was looking for, nothing. I told her in a loud voice that she may want to refer me to a register that accepts cash and not start off a conversation on what she does not accept within a transaction. As I proceed to the next register I ask the cashier to please ring up this purchase. She proceed with the transaction while reflecting disdain in her mannerism.(rolling of the eye, taking deep breaths) She ask me to place information into the register ( telephone, etc) I decline and ask if we can skip this I just wanted to make a purchase. I handed her $20.00 for an $8.00 transaction (cash), She proceeded to wrap up the transaction by placing the change, item and receipt in my hand. I asked for a bag and she had a reaction. The initial cashier came over and said "just give her a bag" in a nasty tone. I decline everything and asked for my money back. The cashier became rude and wanted to argue. I told her again in a calm voice. I wanted my money back. After running her mouth with useless explanation she generated and proceeded to give me a store credit. I asked her one more time to give me my money back before we have a problem. The manger or supervisor came to the register and gave me my money back. She apologize. The manager was nice and very professional. I left the store. I did not want to act a fool I just want my money back. I then proceeded to Target where I am always treated respectfully and I found the perfect shower hook ( in brushed nickel) . I paid $12.00. 4 dollars more than I would had at Bed Bath and Beyond. (Target had a larger inventory and I selected something a little more stylish). Target knows how to value its customer by hiring staff that will treat the customer ( the person with the gold)with respect. It seems as if the cashier at Bed Bath & Beyond dictate the profit margin of this store. No wonder the store was empty. Attached is the receipt from Target in case anyone from BED Bath & Beyond want to understand how profit looks. Based off the treatment I receive i do not recommend this store until it changes its current staff.

Kierra B: This morning I went to exchange an item that I purchased a day prior, not only did the cashier refund me instead of exchange but was argumentative with me in regards to what I asked for. I will not shop here again. It’s already unfortunate that this location has very little inventory, they advertise items they don’t even carry in the store. But the workers are hard to find for assistance and they still nickel and dime you, not allowing you to use more than one coupon at a time. I bet if I was in Lexington Park location I would have better customer service and more to choose from. I will not be back to this location!

Marsha Dawes: I overheard the cashier making derogatory remarks about me. I chose not to saw anything because I knew she would have denied it and that would have angered me even more. I used to love this store, but the last few times I gone there, it has been a problem with the customer service.

Naelis Ervin: The store was clean. Employees respectful and friendly with costumers. Limited inventory.
