Dickon Mager: I brought half a dozen 70 year old documents and they were very well scanned and then printed in their 24x18 size. Terefe handled the project perfectly in a day and responded really well when discussing the final images. I am very happy with the results. Very nice premises hidden in the basement of an M St office building. Highly recommended.

Natasha In LA: The West LA Location is not operating because of Covid-19, so they fabricated my item at another location and shipped it, which was great. I sent the a public domain design of a face-shield frame I found online that I wanted made. They quoted me, I revised the design which they accommodated for me, and they fabricated it quickly and accurately. They did a really nice job, and were great about communication, which mattered a lot, because I wasn't going to be able to walk in to the local storefront and face-to-face with them.

Kayla Williams: I ordered the slow feeder insert and I really enjoy this product. It fits nicely in our nice ceramic bowls without compromising the asthetic. Slow feeder bowls are hardly ever attractive looking so having this option was a game changer for me. The customer service was also great. I ordered the wrong size and the owner happily took care of it for me and was VERY kind through out the whole process. Will definitely be ordering from them again. I see they offer a product to slow down water consumption and help with drippage for dogs so I am excited to try this next.

Madeline Haas: Great product and fast shipping! I have a large lab who is very food motivated. When switching him to a raised feeder I realized there was no bowl that fit with a maze or zig zag or something else to slow him down. This has been the perfect solution!

Johnmichael Schamel: Pretty cool and exciting place. I have mever seen so many 3D printers and such a variety. Trip showed us around and was knowledgeable and amiable toward all our questions. I am getting a simple model commissioned from them that will be ready in 2 days.

Alan Weber: Don't waste your time and money with these clowns. You can order 10s of thousands of dollars worth of product on their website and not get a confirmation and they don't respond to emails until you try to get your money back. If you do business with them insist on using PayPal so you have some protection, you will need it!!! But save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, anywhere else...

David Lee: They don't respond to emails asking for quotes. Called them to purchase a $30k 3D printer, but all they give you is the run around. They say they are going to email me a quote and more product info, but never do. Can believe they don't want to make that kind of sale. I have email saying otherwise. I was up front with the situation from the beginning. Local distributor wants $50K for the same product is just insane. At least don't leave me hanging and let me know that you were not able to do the deal.

You asked us to deliver a product to you in the U.S. for re-shipment to Asia in a manner that is unusual and outside the bounds of our reseller agreement with the manufacturer. This would also have circumvented the resellers responsible for the Asian territory. We made every effort to work with the manufacturer and the Asian resellers on your behalf to fulfill your request. You indicated that you’d spoken to the manufacturer and gotten their prior approval, but they contradicted this. The cooperation of the manufacturer and a local reseller would have been important for you to be sure you would have received proper technical support and service available under the manufacturer’s warranty.

After sending them few photographs of the part, they were able to provide a quick estimate that was very reasonable and quick turn. The scan came back detailed, and required minimal cleanup in CAD. Very happy with their service, and will definitely return for future 3D scanning work.

Evan Batterman: A small business that sticks it to major corporations. Printed solid has great prices and phenomenal customer service. The staff are real people that are truly passionate about 3D printing they're super helpful and always quick to respond. I really do enjoy doing business with them.

Jon Desprey: If you're a 3d printing person, enthusiast/novice/expert and you can get here, treat yourself. Take a tour if they're offered, participate in a event if you can. At the time, I was able to place an online order for pick up and stopped on my way by on a road trip. Well worth the detour. If you can't get there, but are fortunate enough to live in the US, still treat yourself. Prices are good, staff are responsive, helpful and 3d printing folks themselves.

Robert Tucker: Ordered an acrylic kit from them to build the Lack Enclosure for my Prusa printer. It was an amazing experience. Placed my order on Sunday and received on Tuesday. The shipping for the kit was free. Now that is service. Communication of order confirmation was excellent. Upon receiving the first thing I noticed was how well packaged the item was. It was protected by many layers and was neat and clean. The parts were free from burrs, chips and debris. I will have to do nothing to fit them into the frames. The price was VERY reasonable, I probably couldn't have cut my own for this price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! Thank you.

Dan Vink: Really good people run this place- always helpful. Matt and Dave give great advice on 3d printing. I live 5 minutes from them and I take my son with me. he's 7 years old and autistic. He is fascinated by 3d printing. He can watch a printer run for hours. They let him just wonder the show room feeling the various models made with different filaments.

Mike Gates: I was able to inquire via e-mail about printing materials, get a price quote, have my part printed, and pick it up all in the same day. Matt was willing to take the time to show me some materials, print samples, and some 3D printers he had set up in his shop. The print quality and turn around time is great and I will be using Printed Solid for future projects, and if I ever decide to buy a printer I know where to go.

Joseph Pietroluongo: Micro center has everything. I had never been to one before but if you are doing anything gaming they have pretty much everything. Feels a bit like a used car dealership inside however. The staff always approached me which is engaging but I just wanted to browse and didn’t want to be sold anything. It is probably more helpful for people who don’t have any idea about computer components, but it felt very off putting to me.

Devon Janes: Came here a few weeks ago to pick up a gaming laptop. I found the one I wanted online, gave them the SKU number, and had a quick and easy checkout. It probably would have been easier if I had reserved it online for pickup since they seem to have a good process for that. The store is well stocked and well staffed and should be the first place you visit when looking for electronics.

Mark Noble: Micro Center is where you go if you want the best service and PC components! Luckily, I live less than 10 minutes from the Fairfax, VA store, so I am able to go whenever I need something. The 18 minute pick up is a great feature. Be forewarned, the sales team is commission based, so you will get multiple employees offering to help you, which I actually don't mind since you don't get that kind of service in most stores nowadays. I want to take a moment and leave a comment for David Ingold in the PC components department. I have built a couple PCs with his help and he is always great to work with. He is commissioned based, but not once have I ever felt pressured to buy, nor has he ever tried to up sell me. Most recently, I purchased an EVGA 3080ti FTW3 Ultra from him; an expensive purchase for sure. If you are looking to build a PC or need some upgrade components, stop in and see him! I always wait (however long) until he is free whenever I need something. (I hope he receives my comments)

Sarah “Sarah4Va” White: Grown up toy store!! You don't even have to know what you need before you get there. You will figure it out as you walk through the store. They are well staffed and eager to help. I've always found them to be very knowledgeable. They price match, so if you see a lower price be sure to let them know. Warranties on things can be so hit or miss. Some live up to their end and some take your money and look for any reason not to pay. Microcenter stands behind theirs. Well worth the money!

Armando: Ever wonder where your family tech support nerd goes to buy supplies when they can't get them online? This is it. One of the few stores in the country with everything needed to build a PC from components. Even silicon valley stores can't match the inventory of this store. That being said sales reps are heavily commission oriented. But they're far more knowledgeable than your average Best Buy employee.

rareflowersinatomb: I was looking at gaming laptops and found some great deals at MicroCenter, and a good price on the exact model that I was most looking at. Store is a bit out of the way for me but not much of a selection at other stores nearby unless you want to WAY overpay at Best Buy...and hope it never fails since their support is trash. Only way to get a better deal would be to toss the dice with an Amazon listing, and even then could only have shaved off about $100, which would be gone if you ever had to ship your computer off for service. -Large store with a lot of stock, and they keep it clean and organized -Staff has been friendly and helpful -Very competitive pricing

Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Meghan Elizabeth: Grey hair lady at self checkout needs to find a different job or just retire. There is no reason an employee, especially one of her age, should be treating customers so poorly and getting a major attitude at anyone who is just trying to find a register that is working. If machines need fixed they need to kindly tell people to wait. Not be rude, make a scene and glare at everyone who is waiting to checkout. Who lets these kind of people work here???? Please consider getting some kind employees for self checkout. 04/25/22 6:00 pm

Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

Evelyn Leung: MakeLab is a great gem that I discovered while researching for alternative 3D printing service provider that is local to me. I am a self-taught digital jewelry designer and the service and quality of my castable resin prints from them have been superb! I was able to take it to a local casting house and prototype them in precious metal all within 1.5 weeks. See the finished product pics below. They have a very fast responding team. My questions, no matter how random, have been answered usually within the same -1 business day. Probably the New Yorker in me, I appreciate that a lot. I've gone to their office to pick up my orders and from what I gathered, the staff really seem to be passionate about what they do and were happy to talk to me about my designs. Definitely a place you want to check out if you are doing any 3D printing.

mark johnson: We found Brooklyn base Makelab using Google, and we cannot say enough amazing things about the process, customer care and the work quality. First the website is fantastic, it allows us to upload 3D files, see them in 360 degree views, then order on the spot. They are packed extremely well so your prototypes arrive in perfect condition. Customer service is 5 star, red carpet treatment.

Shane Wolf: I was a returning customer and they couldn’t meet my expectations at ALL. I sent numerous references and actual 3d files to work with and got back lazy designs. I even gave technical drawings for changes that still were not done. The quality of work has gone way down since the last project manager left the company. I went to discuss this in person at their office and they were dismissive trying not to handle the situation or give me a refund for work not completed. No one identified themselves and gave me a run around. I was very respectful. As I was still in the building, two employees were speaking about me and got quiet as soon as they realized I was still present. It sucks that I thought I found a reputable company and wanted to give customer loyalty but that’s impossible after this. If you require high detail 3d modeling do not consider them.

Michael Lehman: Jerry and Heath were extremely helpful in getting me what I needed. I sent them a clay model of the printout I needed them to enlarge (a pair of hands that I needed enlarged like 3x). They cleaned up the model in a 3d modelling program and were able to fulfill a bunch of very detailed specifications I gave them during that step in the process. The final product was exactly what I wanted and looked EXTREMELY professional. The entire time they were very quick to respond to e-mails and keep me in the loop. I will be definitely using them again for future projects :)

Aditya Dhananjay: I had submitted a 3D printing job. The design was poorly done (my fault), but despite this, Jerry tried multiple times to get the fabrication done. The final product looks amazing, has an excellent finish, and is mechanically stable. The prices also seem reasonable. Will definitely go back here for my future 3D printing needs.

I needed very specific models made to be used as replacement pieces for a model in a stop motion shoot I was producing. They were able to 3D model everything, print, and deliver on a VERY tight timeline. Not only that, but they produced really beautiful work. I will certainly be using their services again in future projects, and can't recommend them highly enough.

Tanner Rhines: Earlier this year, I reached out to PrintAWorld to help model and fabricate a 14 inch fine art sculpture. From the beginning, they were very receptive and prompt with their replies (thanks Jerry) and laid out their process in a clear and concise manner. The modeling work done by Heath was wonderful. Very impressive skills - he was able to take my reference sketches and translate them exactly how I pictured the 3D model in my head. It was astounding work, I am really appreciative someone so talented was willing to help. Looking back, I wouldn’t have changed anything about the model. The model sculpting was reasonably priced, and they sent a free miniature 3D print for reference. Later, I reached out to have a larger 14 inch sculpture of the model fabricated. Like before, PrintAWorld was very receptive via email, and had many suggestions on how to go about reinforcing the model to make it structurally sound. They also sent some updates while the piece was being created, which was exciting to see. When the work was completed, PrintAWorld emailed some photos of the art in front of a white backdrop, which were absolutely stunning. As far as shipping, I had no worries that the sculpture would arrive in one piece - and I was right, the shipping box was securely packed, with no room for the piece to move around in. I am very thankful to PrintAWorld for taking time on my project, as they have many high profile collaborators, such as Tiffany & Co., Burberry, and Samsung, to name a few. I suggest viewing their website or Instagram to see all the incredible work that comes out of this company. Given their experience, openness, and attention to detail, I will definitely be reaching out again in the future. Thanks guys!

German Henry: DO NOT RECOMMEND. The Customer Service is TERRIBLE. I was treated very poorly for asking why their original quote had increased $50 once I was ready to go ahead with the purchase of the laser cut service. He was offended by the questions and thought I believed their service was cheap... so I called Jerry to see what was going on because this was not my intention. He was very rude with me on the phone and just fully put me off even wanting to work with him. You want to know how he ended the call? He just yelled: Why don't you go back to Honduras and have it cut there? I'm Honduran. Maybe he doesn't like Latinos? I don't know but I seriously would stay away from this terrible business experience if I were you.
Response: Hi, thank you for your feedback. However, we really can compete with overseas prices. The job you sent to quote was one month ago. Originally, we have quoted the job, you literally wrote back OMG! Why it is so expensive! So we thought you left and won't come back. Today you came back and ask us to do the job. We simply add $50 for a 4ft size metal laser cutting work which we quote $700 (including material) just to offset the increasing material cost. (Check the price in Homedepot if you don't know the market now.) You keep insisting you can't push the extra $50 from your budget and you can do this job much cheaper in Honduras. Unfortunately, we just can't do this job since it is only one piece and literally no margin but trade time for a minimum salary. I understand you left this review due to the anger you can't close the job for your client. However, it is a loss for both of us. Manufacturing and fabrication as a local shop, it is not easy at all especially dealing with metal piece. The way you treat your vendor will only hurt the supply chain. So in the future, we either quote much higher or we just simply don't quote for our own safety. btw, please call people with a phone number rather than hiding your ID. For $50, we did learn a lot. You are not coming to us for business. You are looking for deals. No matter how low the price goes, you won't be happy. You are trying to put some race card up to make people feel you are the victim. Your accusation has no ground here. We are seriously questioning you may not even be in the states. For whoever wants to read this, this is the story.

Steven Drew: Terrible customer service. I believe that they didn’t think the item I wanted to have scanned was worth their time. After several attempts of trying to contact them by email, they replied that they do not think the item was able to be scanned, even after explaining the items details. I have already found another company who was able to scan it for me.

Copy the original email here: Not sure if it is scannable. Normally this is coated with lacquer or other clear coat which blocks the scanning light.

Called support and they was very timely and not at all helpful of the lengthy time wasted. Now this was a well research purchase and open box of large appliance is rare. I was in area helping out my Ex when I found the UNIVERSE said I'm once again working in your favor. Turns out 2 times for the last words support told me be4 drop call was they had another (false) to choose from and the manager will definitely help out. Well we'll well. He did and drop it to Fair condition prices so savings on top of saving. Then tells me he has the matching dryer. Now that's not on the budget but can be worked out. Especially if my guy one of the awesome mangers do fair price on that too. When your blessings come in !!! What the creator has for you!!! ❤❤🙏🙏😁😁

Sgt. Quackers: My review is for the installation service. I booked the service online to install a Garmin camera in my 2020 Ford Explorer. Booking online worked fine. No issues, not a lot of available dates but it may just be because they are busy. I got several reminder emails for my appointment as it was two months out from when made it. The Friday before a Monday appointment they called me to confirm. They made sure I had all the parts needed and told how long it would take. Day of the started working on it promptly at my appointment time. They asked where I wanted it installed and provided advise where it should be. Once completed they called and I picked up my car. The wiring job was great. I can't even see the wire beyond where it leaves the camera. The camera is in a great spot, out of the way but also in the middle where it will capture the best video. I would definitely recommend their service for hard wiring a camera

rachel braley: I have been trying to get in contact with somebody from this store for over a week to no avail. All calls are directed to the call center, which would be fine, except no one at the call center knows how to transfer me to the store line except maybe 1 out of every 12 people. Not only has the call center been unable to help me with what I need (which is why I need to get in contact with someone from the actual store) they have placed me on the call back list probably 5 times in the last week and a half and I haven’t gotten a single call back. ONE person knew how to transfer me to the store line but when I called I was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail with my information on the ACTUAL store line and never heard anything back. I cannot go into the actual store because I now live three hours away, so getting in touch with someone over the phone is really my only option. However actually getting someone on the phone seems to be impossible so I really don’t know what to do at this point. The call center itself has been a bit of a nightmare. They keep trying to find my “Best Buy account” except I don’t have one but they think if they look up my phone number for the 1,000th time it will suddenly magically appear. Talking to the call center makes me feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone with how many times I’ve had to tell them I DONT HAVE A BEST BUY ACCOUNT. And one person hung up on me when they were only able to answer my questions with “I don’t know.” Honestly ridiculous. I’m currently looking into buying a new computer and a new TV but it won’t be at Best Buy. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to how much trouble I’ve had to go through. It shouldn’t be this hard to talk to somebody in the store.

Dottie “Dottie” Mount: My Best Buy experiences have been hit or miss, but this location has removed any hesitation that I had about Best Buy. The young man that helped me, Ezra, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made sure I got what I needed. I was very confused about what laptop to purchase based on my needs, and Ezra cleared it all up! He stayed with me, shopped on BestBuy.com until I found what I wanted. His customer service skills are exceptional and made me feel like I was the only customer. His follow thru and patience are worth the commute to this location! Thank you!!!

Houston: Yesterday, I had a great interaction in the elcectronics (PC/Laptop) section of the Best Buy in Potomac Yard (Alexandria VA). I was informed of products, directed to the appropriate section, and escorted to the cashiers counteres by Jefferey. He was a pleasure to be around and was very informative, sharp, and gave suggestions for a proper purchase. Hum Singhum: I needed some guidance in purchasing wireless earphones. I was provided prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable assistance by Milton S. Although the product I ultimately ended up purchasing is available through several stores in town, after the assistance provided by Milton, I can’t not imagine having purchased it anywhere else. He answered my questions thoroughly and offered to research some more esoteric technical questions I had. What an impressive gentleman! If I had a store, I would hire this guy in a second… And no I don’t know him and I’d never met him before. He really restored my confidence in the ability of resellers like Best Buy to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Congrats to Best Buy in Tysons Corner for having the good judgment to hire such smart and helpful people. I know which store I will be going to for my next product purchase of this type.

Kheira Benkreira: I went in yesterday to return some items I wasn't able to use and I totally overlooked the super short return policy on the receipt. I didn't realize it was only 14 DAYS until I was at customer service. The rep who assisted me informed me of the policy but offered to exchange the item. While I wasn't happy about not being able to return, I was very appreciative to at least exchange. I have a toddler so I'm never sure when I can get out to run errands. Surprisingly Best Buy has a lot to offer so I was able to find something. Customer service inside is hit or miss, prior visits I get asked if I need help, this time I waited 10 minutes before giving up to check an open box tv price. Altogether, if you're 100% sure about a purchase and don't mind the 14 day return policy (longer if you have a membership) then I'd recommend this location.

Audra R: Nice staff, but the store is very poorly stocked. I'm on vacation and I left some charger cables for our fitness watches at home. The store had one for my Fitbit, but my husband has a Garmin Vivoactive 3 and he was out of luck. Thankfully there is always Amazon to fall back on.

Alex Navarro: This is maybe the nicest Walmart I’ve ever been to! Looks like it’s relatively new. Everything is very clean and organized. Staff helped us quickly locate what we came for. Prices seemed in line with most other stores for grocery items so don’t expect deep discounts on those types of items.

Bonnie Wolfe: Walmart at Tysons is ready for Halloween. The inflatables are great decorations. Lots of candy, masks, and costumes. The "Pumpkin Patch" is really cute.

H.M. LEE: Very convenient and well-managed. But, staff needed more training about customer service. I asked staff three times where rice krispies were and all of them just said "I dunno" and quickly vanished.

Gina DeGinda: I was surprised to see brochiol bread $4 same as whole food st $8. It made by the same company but used differentiates.

Melody Dunn: I do as much of my grocery shopping here as possible. Not the biggest Walmart grocery, so selection is limited and especially post covid, the meat shelves aren't well stocked. But still, the prices can't be beat. Also a great place for cards, pharmacy and whatever random other thing I may need, like spray paint or an extension cord.

David York: Clean store, a lot of staff available to answer questions or help you locate something. I'm from NY this Walmart doesn't have a Subways located on site which was a little disappointing. Did find things not available in my local stores tho. Prices are just about the same.

My Hanitizer: One of the coolest stores in the area, i love thier selection of every day basics plus the amazing middle Eastern food selections. Great customer service and a lot that pleases the eye in grocery, bakery, essentials and toys. We enjoyed our visit and the lovely people working there.

Andrew Payne: This Walmart is very clean, and it had most of what I needed. A few days ago I walked there from our lodging in Tysons, so the location was convenient. The Coke products were easy to find, so that was good. However, I also was trying to find natural spray deodorizer and had to settle for Lysol. Although Lysol is very effective, I would have preferred something more natural with less manufactured chemicals. If a natural deodorizer did exist somewhere at this Walmart location, it was very well hidden. I could find nothing like that anywhere in the store!

Paul Boakes: I was expecting the normal aircraft-hanger sized store, but on reflection, for a town centre, this wasn't likely! That said, it had everything I needed, was quick to be checked out, and the parking was easy and plentiful. No staff issues.

Ethan Park: As far as Walmarts go, this one felt a little unique. I suppose it's probably because of its location in the city - but in many ways it felt almost like an Ikea haha. There's a parking garage, escalators that carry your cart up for you, and big tall windows. It's a cool experience! As far as the shopping goes, it's a normal Walmart. Lots of decent goods. The pharmacy was also offering free walk-in Covid vaccines - no appt required!

The layout of this Walmart made no sense- the gun section was next to the kids toys which was next to the "garden" section. We were easily lost in this overestimating environment. Parents were screaming for their children, who were running through this maze of madness playing with basketballs and showing no regard for their wellbeing. Even the associates looked lost, with no escape. When trying to leave the establishment, the parking lot was like a battle ground. We barely made it out with our lives. It was almost as of they didn't want us to leave without signing up for Walmart+. If you wish to keep your sanity, shop at Target, Giant, anywhere but here.

Shayna Deverman: Dirty, unorganized, extremely low stock on everything. Items thrown everywhere, picked over. Shoe isle was a disgrace. Nice they have an “Ulta”, but very limited items. Took me several minutes to figure out where body wash was. Haircare, travel, makeup is all grouped together in the front/middle-like typical but body wash/deodorant was clear on the end of the store. Terrible flow. All that looking and they had very limited washes! Men’s selection had more to choose from. Went in there with a very basic list and got one thing on it… my nearest Walgreens was more helpful…disappointing since I love me a Target trip. I won’t be back to this one.

Most people do self checkout bc line passes fast, so don't be intimidated if it's long. Idk choose your adventure. Shoe section looks a litttle crazy in the afternoons, but that's consistent with the behaviors/type of people who live here lmao. Moving too fast, not putting stuff back, lowkey entitled ahaha

Thomas Nali: NO PARKING VALIDATION Poor inventory. This is on a regular old Monday. I asked for the product I was looking for, they checked in the back, and said it was too hard to get to and another employee would work on it, but they don’t know how long it will be. This was at almost noon. Look at how few dairy products are on the shelf. Staff continued to prove unhelpful. I asked four different employees where a type of product was and they each told me to find someone who worked in that dept. OR they just told me they “probably don’t have it” WITHOUT even looking or bothering to find where it should be!! They tried to walk off but I said I am not satisfied until we find the shelf where it should be, and I’ve been looking for fifteen minutes. Took all of that to get some help finding one little thing.

Ted Socha: Ever since this Target added self-checkout, they've relied solely on it. At most, they open only one regular checkout line if self-checkout gets long. Better off going to the CVS across the street. 10/7/19 update: this place either needs to solve their self-checkout problem or open up more than one regular cash register

I went to check out and the items were ringing up different from what the price was upstairs I explained to the cashier he called for a manager. The manager name tiffany came and refuse to change the price the for two of the items but change it for the other too items. I continue checking out because I didn’t want to wait to long after I was done checking out I went upstairs to take pictures to show the manger she still refuse and walk away.

Donna Walker: Buyers we aware the prices in Target are going up every week and its terrible and make sure you know the prices of your items because the shelf price and the register price can be different at times. Security was following me for no reason so I had t let him know you are following the wrong person. I catch more people stealing at Target and I do not work there. Connor Black: My friend is a former employee at this establishment and I decided to post this on their behalf to protect their anonymity. First off, HR is prone to scheduling shifts at horrible times with little regard for the time you will have between shifts. Now this could be fixed if HR was more present and was available to talk about shift scheduling and issues that arise from how they do it. Secondly, the General Manager is very aggressive with their style of management. They often are talking down to people and attempting to single them out for ridicule or to give attitude to. They also have zero regard for a worker's wellbeing or health, instead putting the business before the people who have to make sacrifices for it. If you ever do call out and the GM answers, be prepared because she will try to gaslight you and talk you out of whatever your legitimate reason for not being able to come in is.

Portia Massado: I was a former employee there and the reason why I left was for a career choice and also because of the GM Jemima Canage. Jemima Canage is THE WORST GM to work for the company. Target is her LIFE and if your in school or have a second job PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Control freak YES she is. Jemima will over work you and will not give gradititude in return unless your a male that work in her store. She talks very mean and nasty to associates like they are nothing to her. I even had an incident where she yelled and charged herself at me like I was a child. It made me very very upset and if another manager wasn’t present I would of lost my job for walking out due to Jemima poor management skills. I even had customers come in and complain about how rude and mean she is. She also like to try to undermind people like they lack common sense. She recently fired someone for no apparent reason at all. She forced that man to come to work sick after expressing that he wasn’t feeling well. And he called the ambulance for himself just to prove to Jemima that he was sick. And in the process of her firing one person she lost 8people from that store. Even her ASM left because of her, 3LPs, and 4 associates. And right before I started 6months ago the original associates that were there had already gave the new people the rundown of Jemima Canage and how much they hated her and how she acts towards her employees. She doesn’t onow how to humble herself or treat people with REPSECT. She demands it then earning it or giving it back in return. And the nexr person she raises her voice at WILL NOT be as nice cause trust me I was VERY VERY ANGRY about it. Please get rid of that bad engery in that store. I feel sorry for all the people that are still there.

Kerry Delf: Small but fairly well provisioned food section, with both snack foods and some home groceries, heavy on the convenience foods. Prices are high but better than other stores in the area. Conveniently open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays, in an area where other stores close at 9 or 10, but it closes earlier on other days of the week. Free parking with store validation. Downside: Service was sparse and heavily dependent on self-service—there were no employees on the floor helping customers, and of three employees around the checkout counter, only one was operating a register, quite lackadaisically.

Peyton Doyle: Great small format Target in a really accessible part of Cleveland Park (and just steps from the Metro stop). Impressed with their selection of fresh foods. Nice home goods section too. Unique underground store. Really friendly employees! I will certainly be back.

Daniel: Right off the metro so it's convenient, not to mention, definitely bigger than you'd think. They took the investment of digging underground for the store (kind of like their NYC Tribeca location) and it definitely paid off. Validate parking when you leave since there's a lot attendant and a gate... no joke. Prices upscale for the location, but they had what I needed and would probably visit again.

Lindsay Cooper: Purchased baby food online that was listed as in-stock. Received notifications that it was ready to pick-up. My husband went to pick it up and not only did they not have our order, they didn't have the product in stock. My husband then decided to purchase other items while he was there and was followed closely around the store by security so much that he had to ask the person to back off. I called Target HQ and they confirmed that the order was ready for pick up. I'll be going back to Amazon after this experience.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: It is Very nice and very clean. It is small in size, but they've got everything from groceries to clothes and electronics. It is conveniently located near the red line Cleveland park metro station, and bus ( L1, L2) stop. when you walk in this location, it looks like you're at a duty-free shop at an airport. It is also a quick 5 minute walk from the zoo.

M P: Free parking but you MUST get your ticket validated in store. Great for quick Target run. You can always find helpful employees and if you don’t see what you are looking for ask and they’ll get it in stock. Great manager. Super clean store. Perfect location.
