Nicole Woodworth: Absolutely amazing game store! The best one in DC!!! Everything is organized and easy to find, very reasonable prices, wide variety of board games, tabletop role playing games, Magic cards, Pokémon Cards, and more!!! The whole staff was extremely friendly despite being busy and took time to answer any questions we had. 10/10 highly recommend!!!
Daniel Hudson: Incredibly helpful staff, great selection, and competitive prices. They give a ton back to the community and run events for local youth. Best game store in the area. Check it out on Thursday nights for game night. Learn a new game and make a nee friend. Well worth the trip!

Brandy Clements: The BEST store for puzzles, games, etc!!! Seriously me and my husband went shopping for ourselves, our 2 year old, and 6 year old and we ended up spending an hour just looking around (we bought way too much stuff too lol) the staff was SO sweet and knowledgeable. I overheard many conversations with other customers "I have an 11 year old girl who likes X, Y and Z what would you recommend?" And they knew exactly what to do and say. Well def be back as soon as we come back to DC!!

He told the employee in the red shirt he needed to stop what he was doing (helping us) and take other customers, and none the fact he walked in with a drink and told him instead of putting his drink down and help other customers.. that’s not how customer service works.

Jennifer Oaks: Good store to shop for games As well trade-in games and game systems. Updated as far as organization is concerned as well as cleanliness in the store it’s A job well done! The staff is very polite and helpful in getting whatever game you plan on purchasing especially if you call ahead of time to see if the game that you’re looking for is in stock. Please keep in mind to disregard the scenery outside the store because it has nothing to do with the outstanding service that You will still get when you enter the store

This GameStop is very shady and needs to be retrained or shut down. And GameStop wonders why it’s stores are going out of business, it’s because the employees and managers don’t care about the customers

CHRISTOPHER BROWN: Ivan & Nicholas helped me out on Sunday with a purchase that was refunded back. I appreciate it...it was a misunderstanding with the procedure on refund return. If it says chip failed on receipt the money will be refunded not instant it will take place 3-5 business days.
David Page: I come here for all my video game needs. The staff is awesome and extremely helpful. They always help me on tough decisions about what to get and what not to get. I always have great conversations with the staff and i feel very comfortable talking with them

Darnell Jackson: Great place for shopping and gaming. You can find some old nostalgia there too. For the grown up kid and the regular kiddies too. From Call of Duty to Crash Bandicoot. Even The Sims games for mom. Enjoy.

I’m mostly disappointed in how no one tries to help. Not even to tell me to wait a sec because they are busy and they’ll be with me shortly. Just nothing. Not even sure they noticed I was there. Waited and walked around trying to get someone to get me the products I wanted to purchase but I mean, its 2022 I should have known better that service in the US is awful and should have just bought them online. I love Best Buy but definitely never buying anything in person again there. Shout out to the guy at the door, he was very friendly
Lady Elexia: I love best buy as a rule, no matter where I find them. The columbia heights location is nice, but it is a bit on the small side. While I could find the basics, their selection of new items was a bit lack lusture. Customer service is always perfect, at least in my experiences.

Finally someone answered and she said she’d send someone to the home theater section to help me but of course, no one was there. The Best Buy in Tysons is so much accommodating and friendly. If you want a good experience, just avoid this place

I very confused and not very savvy with technology and he treated me with respect and help me through every step without getting frustrated. Overall everybody at Best buy has been phenomenal but he went above and beyond.
John Newman: Nobody asked if I needed help. I finally left and ordered what I needed from Amazon. Horrible location. Thugs and hoodlums everywhere. The whole place reeks of pot smoke. Frightening place. There was a "security guard" (I use that term lightly) sitting on level 2 eating potato chips staring at his phone. I was afraid I would be mugged or shot at any time. Avoid at all costs.

Dan Jerke: I stopped into Dice City looking to rekindle my 90s Magic nostalgia and was blown away. Jimmy & the staff were very friendly, conversational, and offered to show me their old school decks. The collection of singles was very impressive. To top it off, they have a ton of original artwork and signed prints — timeless stuff — better than any DC museum. I’ve never left a Google review but felt compelled to after visiting Dice City. Stop in & give them some business!!
Kai Rappaport: Best place to shop for MTG cards, you can email them a list of cards you want and they will get them all ready for you in less than 24 hours i ordered about 25 cards and they were ready in 3 hours. When i went to pick up my cards i told them my name and i went to get a couple more lands and the guy behind the counter threw them in there for free! Amazing place will definitely come back.

Jocelyn Mascola: One of the better Game Stops as far as shopping experience. I have never had a bad experience at this particular location. The store is clean. The employees are engaging and helpful. Many other locations seem to have more product available to customers. However, if you are looking for a quick shopping experience for a popular item, I would recommend this location 100%.
Charles Novelli: Horrible customer service by Lindsey. Talked down to me while with my 7yo son in the store. Told me about GameStop policy and after politely correcting her due to knowing the policy myself, she gave me an attitude and contacted the store manager (Chad) to verify. Chad verified that I was correct on the trade in policy and when Lindsey hung up the phone, she continued her unprofessional mannerisms that had to be halted immediately. I was polite through all the rude comments and especially around my 7 yo son. GameStop has now lost a loyal 20yr customer and will lose many more due to word of mouth.

Eric Tarpley: We buy and trade games here often. They always treat us with the utmost respect even when they are not taking your trade. I have been to other locations and they talk down to you. Not here. They want you to keep coming back and they give you maximum value for your used games. I also enjoy letting my son use the credit toward new games.
Gabrielle: They have basically nothing in their store due to covid and not taking trade-ins. They only have a few things for the newest systems. And havent had many things for older systems like the wii-u for quite some time. Hopefully the store will become what it used to be

Rello Dmv: They had what i was looking for in stock and i got a trade in bonus for being a pro member. The store is clean and the staff is friendly (told me happy belated birthday). I would call ahead before you come in store just to be on the safe side unless your just picking up your order.
Cat: They do not even check the items and want to charge you full price for a use product. Make sure to always check what you buy before leaving the store. Susan want to have attitude because she didn’t check the product she sold. I wanted new not used. I paid over 200 dollars and she going to blame me for not checking. Thank you target for doing a better job!! My only regret is that I didn’t take a picture of the foolishness they gave me.

Carlos Campos: Went here because I was waiting for food and I did not regret it. It literally felt like I walked into game stop in like 2006 or something. Was able to get a charger for my psp for $15 and it was worth every penny! Will definitely be going back!

Dan C: Good all around place to find items for gaming needs. Staff was helpful and able to answer questions. Older games are available here with a pretty good selection. Cost a premium for hard to find items. Plenty of parking in this busy strip mall

George Drake: I went in for the first time because my coworkers suggested it for some nice posters and games, and sadly I was very disappointed. The selection is fantastic, but seemed very tense and awkward while I was In there store, but I settled on getting a PlayStation icon light. However they charged me $70 for it which I came to find out was grossly overpriced (I know I am also at fault for not searching it up beforehand lesson learned) as well it appears they sold be a model that has been demoed many times since the cable that came with it did not work there is a big scratch, and the port in the back is sunken in so you have to shimmy it in. Regardless I will not be going to Pandora again, and research the price online before I blindly buy, and I will tell my coworkers to be careful for the quality next time they go. LilyJewl Honey: I brought my 3DS to get fixed bc the screen was destroyed by my daughter and they did the repairs quicker than expected not only is it in perfect working condition but I also picked up some games while there. Amazing service and product!

Mark Ronerts: I visited this shop as they can perform electronics repairs. I had an old piece of medical equipment and they did the fix in five minutes (three of which was making sure it worked) and at a reasonable price! There are some sweet die cast figurines available, about a zillion games of varying types (sorry for the scant detail but I am well beyond video gaming; I was around for Pong), and other items. Thank you very much for your services!
