Kiffa Shirley: Excellent service, clean store, full of big screen TVs ready for Christmas shoppers. If you’ve not been to the Columbia Heights Best Buy, is so convenient to the metro, and other shopping, and it put me in the Christmas Spirit.

Ricardo Matheus: So I walk in to shop for some apple products and I’m not sure if it is because of covid or what but there’s only like 2 people working there. I’m mostly disappointed in how no one tries to help. Not even to tell me to wait a sec because they are busy and they’ll be with me shortly. Just nothing. Not even sure they noticed I was there. Waited and walked around trying to get someone to get me the products I wanted to purchase but I mean, its 2022 I should have known better that service in the US is awful and should have just bought them online. I love Best Buy but definitely never buying anything in person again there. Shout out to the guy at the door, he was very friendly

Corey Moore: One of best best stocked, clean and friendly Best Buys in town! The people are helpful. The store is well stocked. The staff is very helpful. The online check-in for online orders & pickups, is awesome! They're really busy at times but the lines tend to always move at a pretty good place. Highly recommend this Best Buy location!

Lady Elexia: I love best buy as a rule, no matter where I find them. The columbia heights location is nice, but it is a bit on the small side. While I could find the basics, their selection of new items was a bit lack lusture. Customer service is always perfect, at least in my experiences.

Tig Vic: On 05/06/2022 around 2 pm, I countered a very rude, unprofessional, and clueless heavyset lady who calls herself a manager. I'm never going to spend my hard-earned money on this location or BestBuy in general.

Feseha Ayele: I went to the best buy store which is located at Colombia height to get the phone that I paid online. They told me that there is activation problem and I waited more than 2 hours without any solution even the store manager couldn't solve the problem. It was a good deal that they posted online. It's really disappointing not to get any solution or reasonable answer about my order. Which is $999 online with activation and they told me to pay $1799 in the store.

Alexis Smith: horrible customer service. I wandered around looking for an employee to ask for help and they all ignored me. Finally someone answered and she said she’d send someone to the home theater section to help me but of course, no one was there. The Best Buy in Tysons is so much accommodating and friendly. If you want a good experience, just avoid this place

Dawn Develin: Mack was amazing. He sat with me patiently and help me with my phone purchase. I very confused and not very savvy with technology and he treated me with respect and help me through every step without getting frustrated. Overall everybody at Best buy has been phenomenal but he went above and beyond.

John Newman: Nobody asked if I needed help. I finally left and ordered what I needed from Amazon. Horrible location. Thugs and hoodlums everywhere. The whole place reeks of pot smoke. Frightening place. There was a "security guard" (I use that term lightly) sitting on level 2 eating potato chips staring at his phone. I was afraid I would be mugged or shot at any time. Avoid at all costs.

Ramona Killings: Even though I have driven past this place numerous times, today was my very first visit. I think my excuse has always been the fact that it's located on the 2nd level inside of a building. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. This place is humongous! I also picked up on the fact that there are a myriad of Associates on the floor, who seemed friendly and willing to help people. That hasn't always been my experience in the past at other locations. Perhaps the fact that I came here on a Sunday, and there were not that many shoppers inside. So I came for a cellphone, and a cellphone is what zi walked out with. I had been researching the Google 6 Pro that features an 8 megapixel camera. I bought it for right at $700.00 which I think was a decent price. I can't wait to start playing with it! Now that ai know that this place has so many more things to offer, I will have to come back here again to get more stuff!

Anthony Thomas: (6/17/22,) I Came in to get a game and headset, but started chatting up with another customer for a bit. When I finally told the clerk what I wanted for ring up, I then ask her if I can get the latest issue of Game Infomer as I had not recieved the latest issue in the mail yet. Even though I'm a Pro member, she tells me that I'm registered for email copies. I tell her that it was a mistake as my girlfriend came in and and was unwittingly talked into renewing my membership (that was already still good for a year) for another year but in digital form. I went on the tell the clerk that I spoke to customer service about the issue and was told that I am back to physical copies until 2023 but she(the clerk) insisted that I need to call customer service. 1: she was on her personal phone the whole time I was in store. And 2: there was 3 months worth of the past issues ok the back counter. When I saw the past 3 months issues, I simply paid for my game, headset, and t shirt, and Thakned her and left. As of this review, I am still a Pro Member registered for PHYSICAL COPIES of Game Informer.

The staff is very polite and helpful in getting whatever game you plan on purchasing especially if you call ahead of time to see if the game that you’re looking for is in stock. Please keep in mind to disregard the scenery outside the store because it has nothing to do with the outstanding service that You will still get when you enter the store

The first time coming here and cops were all around due to gunshots and fireworks going off and someone set a trashcan on fire right out side of the place while I was in it shopping. - place was a bit dirty and unorganized - all around just bad experience at this location, I probably will not be coming back. - I wouldn't really recommend this place to be honest, and when I was walking back to my car 2 homeless people was harassing me to give them money then got super mad when I said I didn't have cash on me.

Kashanta Holmes: The store is clean, the workers are friendly and seem very knowledgeable about every thing game related. However they are so slow in there. All I needed was 1 game and to pre-order another game. I was the third person in line and it took about 20 minutes before I was able to make it to the register.

I don't know much about the games or the systems but The manager had no problem being honest and helping me pick the best games for my 5yr old (kid friendly games). J W: If you really need games or a controller or a headset or really anything having to do with your video games look elsewhere. On a busy Saturday this store had one employee running it. He was doing a fantastic job helping A customer but kinda went too in depth with them. Ending up waiting 20 mins to check out and at that point was told they didn't have the items I came in for. 🤦🏾 Most of the games were out of stock and the items being sold were sub-par to what you could find elsewhere and have delivered to your door step. There's a reason Gamestop is going out of business 😒. Don't waste your time.

Kyle Moshier: Very great employees, I tried to get a head set to work for my Xbox one controller and they gave me a used piece that I needed, and they had laying around for free. Very helpful. Customer service is great.

JustHereForTheKarma: Despite the bad rep a lot of GameStops seem to get, I've never really had a problem with them. I've ordered the last couple of generations worth of consoles from this branch, and they've always been helpful and up to date with their information. Plus those occasional more cash or credit for trade ins can actually be good deals, for something that would have otherwise sat on my shelf for the rest of the foreseeable future.

Jessica Hawthorne: Came here to trade in a system and the guy in the grey shirt was great! But the guy in the red shirt was rude as hell. He told the employee in the red shirt he needed to stop what he was doing (helping us) and take other customers, and none the fact he walked in with a drink and told him instead of putting his drink down and help other customers.. that’s not how customer service works.

Myi Oui: this was my first time at a pawn shop so i was nervous but it was quick and friendly service. sold my items and received cash for it and it didn't take more than about 20 minutes. if you don't want to deal with the hassle of selling online just come in here and get cash in hand, ofc you're not going to get nearly as much as if you sold it yourself online but if that doesn't bother u much this is a great place to go.

Derek Dissell: I purchased a watch at $900+ and wore it maybe 5-7 times. The band started fraying and I requested that they try to glue it back since a watch in good condition shouldn't have such serious issues so quickly. They flatly refused and therefore lose my business going forward

Francis Jafari: I have been to many pawn shops throughout my life! I’m a bit of a junkie for them. I love shopping there and finding great things for great prices. I will say crown pawn shop is by far the best I’ve ever encountered! Everyone there is so amazing and willing to help anyway they can! Just ask for mike and he will drop what he’s doing to help. He has always been fair and given me the best deals and gives top dollar for all my items. They also have a female staff member, mrs Jessica who has extensive knowledge of jewelry and can really help you with all questions you have and will work with your budget to help send you home with the ring or watch you desire! All in all this is a 5 star pawn shop and I would recommend it over and over again, so make it your first stop if you’re looking for great deals and great staff!!!

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Virginia S: Need more employees/cashiers working. These stores rely too heavily on self checkout. Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

Cliodhna MacFadden: We purchased the Element 65” TV, and after 3 days the backlight broke. We tried everything to fix it. Without a box or receipt in hand, we brought it back to see what may be possible to do. Associates TK, Nicole S, and Anton were able to use the debit card used to purchase to look up my receipt to get our return sorted. We so appreciate them going truly above and beyond to show us their compassion and excellent customer service.

Jasmine Thomas: Mobile Tech Has A Rude Raspy Voice Lady Working There. Ms.Kathy Is Extremely Unprofessional & Doesn’t Know What She Is Talking About. She Lied & Told Me That An AT&T Phone Was Unlocked. The Phone Wasn’t Unlocked & I Was Trapped In A Contract. I Explained To Her That I Wanted A Unlocked Phone & She Insisted On Telling Me The Phone I Bought Full Price Was Unlocked, Yet I’m Getting Stuff In My Email Saying I Have A Contract That I Have To Pay Off My Phone. Her Attitude Is Stank & She Never Has Her Mask Up On Her Face. Columbia Heights Target Do Better, Her and Her Unprofessional Ways Are Bringing Your Company Down Tremendously. I Will Be Reaching Out To Corporate!

Shayna Deverman: Dirty, unorganized, extremely low stock on everything. Items thrown everywhere, picked over. Shoe isle was a disgrace. Nice they have an “Ulta”, but very limited items. Took me several minutes to figure out where body wash was. Haircare, travel, makeup is all grouped together in the front/middle-like typical but body wash/deodorant was clear on the end of the store. Terrible flow. All that looking and they had very limited washes! Men’s selection had more to choose from. Went in there with a very basic list and got one thing on it… my nearest Walgreens was more helpful…disappointing since I love me a Target trip. I won’t be back to this one.

Kaila Gilbert: Good store, could benefit from more helpful signage 😂 idk throw a digital map on the wall or something. but even though I got vertigo/whiplash/confused trying to find a suitcase (they're on the 2nd floor in the wayback) no complaints and the people are good. Most people do self checkout bc line passes fast, so don't be intimidated if it's long. Idk choose your adventure. Shoe section looks a litttle crazy in the afternoons, but that's consistent with the behaviors/type of people who live here lmao. Moving too fast, not putting stuff back, lowkey entitled ahaha

Thomas Nali: NO PARKING VALIDATION Poor inventory. This is on a regular old Monday. I asked for the product I was looking for, they checked in the back, and said it was too hard to get to and another employee would work on it, but they don’t know how long it will be. This was at almost noon. Look at how few dairy products are on the shelf. Staff continued to prove unhelpful. I asked four different employees where a type of product was and they each told me to find someone who worked in that dept. OR they just told me they “probably don’t have it” WITHOUT even looking or bothering to find where it should be!! They tried to walk off but I said I am not satisfied until we find the shelf where it should be, and I’ve been looking for fifteen minutes. Took all of that to get some help finding one little thing.

Ted Socha: Ever since this Target added self-checkout, they've relied solely on it. At most, they open only one regular checkout line if self-checkout gets long. Better off going to the CVS across the street. 10/7/19 update: this place either needs to solve their self-checkout problem or open up more than one regular cash register

Sade Wilson: I was shopping today at the Washington D.C target store and was purchasing gift for my family I found some nice things and for a really good price. I went to check out and the items were ringing up different from what the price was upstairs I explained to the cashier he called for a manager. The manager name tiffany came and refuse to change the price the for two of the items but change it for the other too items. I continue checking out because I didn’t want to wait to long after I was done checking out I went upstairs to take pictures to show the manger she still refuse and walk away.

Donna Walker: Buyers we aware the prices in Target are going up every week and its terrible and make sure you know the prices of your items because the shelf price and the register price can be different at times. Security was following me for no reason so I had t let him know you are following the wrong person. I catch more people stealing at Target and I do not work there. Also, some of the employees are so rude. I will be recording my conversations with the employees when I need to ask for help as proof of how rude some of them can be.

Matthew Schumacher: Best Buy is great as everybody who has ever gone to one knows. We stopped in to Best Buy to price some washers and dryers for our new home. They have fair pricing and what is even better is that they have a 4 week turn around time for the LG washer and dryer we are interested in. From what I hear from others, delivery for a washer and dryer is extremely delayed from most other companies. Having a 4 week turn around time is all the more reason for us to purchase our LG washer and dryer from Beat Buy.

Michael Patrick: Good experience today when buying products in store while waiting for an online order to be fulfilled. The product I ordered online was ready for pickup in 15 minutes. I was greeted by staff when entering and exiting. The store was clean and organized. The staff at checkout were fast and polite.

Caitlin DePorter: Do not get a car radio from here. The $500 jvc radio I got stopped working after several months of having it. I then had to get on a waitlist that was several months long before they could “fix” it. Well finally the car is brought in and they say they don’t see anything wrong and reboot it and send me on my way and suggest it may be a phone issue. I got the managers card in case the radio wasn’t actually fixed. The issue has persisted even after getting a new phone and they now refuse to help since I am outside of the one year warranty, even though they didn’t fix it to begin with when I brought it in within the one year. Complete waste of my money and now I have a non functioning radio Edit: Best Buy told me to do a software update but there’s no software update available for this model. They are clueless and I wish I had gotten it somewhere else.

Ellen Savage: Placed an order for curbside pickup. Text telling me my order was ready did not contain instructions on where to park. I figured out pickup orders had to be picked up from parking garage, which is a paid garage. Waited 28 minutes for my order to be brought out, then when leaving garage I had to pay $3 for parking because I was in garage for more than 15 minutes. Horrible experience.

Curbside pickup is In a parking garage, so how exactly do you notify them via internet/app that you're "Here, in Pickup Spot #2" if your signal is sketchy? I got enough signal to pull up my order & check in, but system said it was having problems & I needed to come inside anyway. Would have been easy to do if there were posted directions to the actual store. Employee that checked me in for Order Pickup at the counter was negative & gave me false information. Employee that helped bring order to car (finally) was helpful. Didn't catch his name. Have to pay for parking no matter what, even for what should be a quick curbside pickup. Shop other BB locations unless you're staying local & walking around Crystal City & just buying small items.

Carol Spalla: Be aware of "subscriptions" sales. This review is not at all related to the team who actually helped me and found everything I had to buy. This review is specifically to call out and call the attention to future customers who purchase anything at any Best Buy. I spend nearly $ 2,000 tonight and when I got home, I realized they added this "total tech yearly subscription" for $200 (!!). I never asked this and, in any moment, the details of this offer was explained to me in detail. Brandon was a nice store seller but I really felt cheated and I am disappointed with Best Buy for being so close to sales malpractices. When I reached out to support, via chat, they refund this service but still kept $7 for 1 day of this subscription use. It's been 5 hours I left the store. I did not use this service at all!! And though the Customer Support representative Vicky D. was very effectively and patient with me, she also did not explain to me that they would keep the $7. Again, I am feeling that Best Buy is training and enabling their staff to omit important details during sales and customer support interactions. Very sad and frustrating. It's not about the $7 - its not going to make me richer or poorer, but it's about transparency.

taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Meghan Elizabeth: Grey hair lady at self checkout needs to find a different job or just retire. There is no reason an employee, especially one of her age, should be treating customers so poorly and getting a major attitude at anyone who is just trying to find a register that is working. If machines need fixed they need to kindly tell people to wait. Not be rude, make a scene and glare at everyone who is waiting to checkout. Who lets these kind of people work here???? Please consider getting some kind employees for self checkout. 04/25/22 6:00 pm

Sierra Dixon: The good reviews must come from friends and family because these are some of the laziest workers with zero knowledge i have ever met in my life. I called yesterday to inquire if I could bring my daughter's broken iPad into their location to be replaced as I bought a 2 year warranty that states that if it breaks they will replace it. At the time I thought I misplaced the receipt and they said it would.be possible but would take awhile I said that was ok and I did not mind waiting. Fast forward to today I come in and after remembering I found the receipt as well as the warranty policy number in my email so that we can get the process started. I knew that we would not walk out of the store with a brand new iPad as they would have to order it but the employee that "assisted" me proceeds to tell me before I even show him a receipt that even with me having all the necessary information it will still take over an hour to process as I didn't purchase the iPad at this particular store. I told him i did not mine because I paid for the warranty so I will wait. He asks if he can finish up with the other customers and I said sure.(mind you there is another employee there just standing around like he doesn't know which way is up) so when he finishes he comes to me asks to see the iPad and the receipt. I produce both and then he says because he cannot unlock the iPad because the screen is broken as well as the home button he cannot verify the gigabytes (eventhough the receipt says how many there are) there's nothing they can do. After some push back he calls someone on his personal phone that I presume tells him to tell me to call customer service instead and gives me the number. I call and speak with a very lovely woman who was just as confused as to.why they didn't do it in the store because through customer service takes a lot longer to get a replacement. She was very apologetic and offered me some solutions which I decided on sending it back to them myself and they reimburse me the shipping fees after I fax them the information. This store is very unprofessional and should properly train their employees or be shut down. No real attempt was made to help resolve the issue. Not even suggestions of other places that could better assist me. This person was lazy and just did not feel like doing his job. I would advise to.not.go.here unless you are desperate

Besides that the customer service is not there I would never pre-order or purchase anything from a place that's also going to file for bankruptcy and possibly lose everything. if you want common sense it's not going to be there just listen to me I've got a lot of it this place obviously is lacking especially in what they don't actually carry in their store. There's absolutely no point to go there besides the loyalty card and getting discounts on use merchandise or trading in when there's a sale for credit. Anyway I'm just getting the obvious it's what I do. Business is business. (◠‿◕)

I saw that they were selling Smash Bros. new for $59, and just for a quick comparison I checked Amazon to see if that was the best deal. Amazon was selling it new for $49. I asked the cashier if he would price match and he didn't even look and me and said no. So. I walked out, placed my prime now order, and my game will be at my door at 6pm today. I cannot understand how GameStop expects to survive with this attitude... I've been shopping on and off there for years and eventually just gave up. I can see after my visit today that I made the right decision. The service at every location I've been to is always mediocre, and you can almost always find the games (new or used) cheaper online. Unless you need a game right this second or they are having a sale, I recommend shopping elsewhere. p.s. All of their "used" games that are popular or semi-popular are a $5 discount off the new price. Why not just buy the game new then? I just checked eBay and saw many of the same titles I saw in the store today at better discounted rates.

Eli Connell: Horrible customer service. Staff acted irritated when I was asking questions. With better deals and a better selection of games elsewhere and online do not waste your time and effort coming to this store.

Has a very robust toy and memorabilia section (like half of the store). I snagged a great deal on a Star Wars t-shirt for 7 dollars and a coffee mug for less. Great place for kids or adults.

Christopher Stephens: Better than the rest... By a lot!!! This is my home store and I'm glad that they told me. I went to the Fair Oaks location and I got service but it wasn't on the same level as this store. They were great, very helpful, and have me recommendations about games for my daughter of nine and myself. The store is much larger than the other location as well. I'll be going to this store from now on. Give them a try.

Amir L: It was delivered update. I will change my status when I receive my other product. Update June 15th 2021. I don't understand why they never answer the phone. They hit the hang up button I know because it's disconnects when I call and I saw them do it when I was at the store but didn't say anything. My 3d pulse headphones are coming apart after barely 3 months. Horrible quality. I am trying to replace them for a new one. 3 months and I hardly use them but the ear muffs were designed really cheap. The padding on both sides are coming out. I have older wired astro head phones 6 years old and in perfect condition.

Sgt. Quackers: My review is for the installation service. I booked the service online to install a Garmin camera in my 2020 Ford Explorer. Booking online worked fine. No issues, not a lot of available dates but it may just be because they are busy. I got several reminder emails for my appointment as it was two months out from when made it. The Friday before a Monday appointment they called me to confirm. They made sure I had all the parts needed and told how long it would take. Day of the started working on it promptly at my appointment time. They asked where I wanted it installed and provided advise where it should be. Once completed they called and I picked up my car. The wiring job was great. I can't even see the wire beyond where it leaves the camera. The camera is in a great spot, out of the way but also in the middle where it will capture the best video. I would definitely recommend their service for hard wiring a camera

rachel braley: I have been trying to get in contact with somebody from this store for over a week to no avail. All calls are directed to the call center, which would be fine, except no one at the call center knows how to transfer me to the store line except maybe 1 out of every 12 people. Not only has the call center been unable to help me with what I need (which is why I need to get in contact with someone from the actual store) they have placed me on the call back list probably 5 times in the last week and a half and I haven’t gotten a single call back. ONE person knew how to transfer me to the store line but when I called I was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail with my information on the ACTUAL store line and never heard anything back. I cannot go into the actual store because I now live three hours away, so getting in touch with someone over the phone is really my only option. However actually getting someone on the phone seems to be impossible so I really don’t know what to do at this point. The call center itself has been a bit of a nightmare. They keep trying to find my “Best Buy account” except I don’t have one but they think if they look up my phone number for the 1,000th time it will suddenly magically appear. Talking to the call center makes me feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone with how many times I’ve had to tell them I DONT HAVE A BEST BUY ACCOUNT. And one person hung up on me when they were only able to answer my questions with “I don’t know.” Honestly ridiculous. I’m currently looking into buying a new computer and a new TV but it won’t be at Best Buy. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to how much trouble I’ve had to go through. It shouldn’t be this hard to talk to somebody in the store.

Dottie “Dottie” Mount: My Best Buy experiences have been hit or miss, but this location has removed any hesitation that I had about Best Buy. The young man that helped me, Ezra, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made sure I got what I needed. I was very confused about what laptop to purchase based on my needs, and Ezra cleared it all up! He stayed with me, shopped on BestBuy.com until I found what I wanted. His customer service skills are exceptional and made me feel like I was the only customer. His follow thru and patience are worth the commute to this location! Thank you!!!

Houston: Yesterday, I had a great interaction in the elcectronics (PC/Laptop) section of the Best Buy in Potomac Yard (Alexandria VA). I was informed of products, directed to the appropriate section, and escorted to the cashiers counteres by Jefferey. He was a pleasure to be around and was very informative, sharp, and gave suggestions for a proper purchase. Stuart Miles-McLean: Be aware that although this is in an urban setting, this is not one of those little urban mini-Targets -- this is a full size Target. This was my first visit to this location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's in a great location, too, on top of a metro station, downstairs is a full size hardware store, and all around are lots of places to eat and shop.

Jonathan Shafer: Very convenient location on top of the Tenleytown Metro. Nice to be able to get necessities in the city. This location has less stock than a suburban store, but they have all of the essentials. Nice to be able to get kitchen wares, clothing, and other home supplies someplace that's in the big city. There is parking here, but I don't know whether or how that works for customers. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the store has been consistently disorganized with some stock on floor or otherwise out of place.

Emily Beitzel: Honestly, the store is awesome. It had everything that I needed and it was easy to shop. The one downside was how rude the cashier was. I have NEVER been talked to like this before. And I wasn't being rude. She kept wanting me to use the self check out lane when I had some target online price matches. I told her I had some price matches and I was given nothing but sarcasm and attitude. Definitely did not appreciate that.

Brianna Brockington: Nice, clean Target just a few walks away from the Metro stop. Found almost everything I was looking for, however there were some empty shelves in some of the food aisles during a non-busy time. Not a big deal breaker though. It's worth the trip.

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

Terrencia Lester: I found everything I was looking for and a few extra items too. The staff was very friendly and helpful because I am in a wheelchair they offered to help me with items I couldn't reach.They had a variety of all kinds of foods and beverages. This will be my Walmart supercenter that I will be attending from now on keep up the great work and I will continue to be a valued customer.

Sarah West: A large mixed selection of items you can get any 3 for TEN DOLLARS. Selected high end new items are priced accordingly. Kids, mens, and womans apparel and shoes. If you have the knack for treasure hunting in thrift stores.....THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU. thrifty and unique pieces all year round

Matthew Unger: The employees were fantastic and would be 5 stars, but not being able to not use yet another app makes for a poor customer experience that part I would give a 1 star, but I don't want to hold what seems like a wonderful store to a corporate specific issue. I cannot say enough good things about the employees that helped me and even apologized for a company wide corporate issue.

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

carolyn jackson: I love this store. My favorite associates work here. This store always have a lot of cashier's on duty. The store is as least fully stock.

Jocelyn Mascola: One of the better Game Stops as far as shopping experience. I have never had a bad experience at this particular location. The store is clean. The employees are engaging and helpful. Many other locations seem to have more product available to customers. However, if you are looking for a quick shopping experience for a popular item, I would recommend this location 100%.

Charles Novelli: Horrible customer service by Lindsey. Talked down to me while with my 7yo son in the store. Told me about GameStop policy and after politely correcting her due to knowing the policy myself, she gave me an attitude and contacted the store manager (Chad) to verify. Chad verified that I was correct on the trade in policy and when Lindsey hung up the phone, she continued her unprofessional mannerisms that had to be halted immediately. I was polite through all the rude comments and especially around my 7 yo son. GameStop has now lost a loyal 20yr customer and will lose many more due to word of mouth.

Nothing Here: I bought games here. They smelled so nice!!!😆

Kyle: Even though this game will soon no longer be apart of the plaza, its always a great experience when I go in. Always greeted with a smile by an eager employee ready to help if needed. Sad to see them going, but while there are still here definitely stop in for great deals and mark downs on games and merchandise of all sorts!

Eric Tarpley: We buy and trade games here often. They always treat us with the utmost respect even when they are not taking your trade. I have been to other locations and they talk down to you. Not here. They want you to keep coming back and they give you maximum value for your used games. I also enjoy letting my son use the credit toward new games.

Kaitlyn Eisner: When I lost a toe and couldn't walk, I needed to get a refund on a pre-order in order to clear up some funds for an emergency. Both this location and the 800 number required me to physically be at the store for my refund...which I was incapable of doing due to my injury. While this may be their policy, it shows they don't care about making accomodations for people with disabilities. I was a customer for nearly 30 years, but screw that. I hope the management here are proud to have such policies.

Daniel W: Seriously one of the best GameStop's I've ever been to. The employees are friendly and helpful. They remember repeat customers and greet them when they enter. Each employee knows everything about the latest releases and are helpful when it comes to suggesting games that you might enjoy. I would go out of my way to make a trip to this GameStop when I need something.

Gabrielle: They have basically nothing in their store due to covid and not taking trade-ins. They only have a few things for the newest systems. And havent had many things for older systems like the wii-u for quite some time. Hopefully the store will become what it used to be

Lenka Burns: GameStop is guilty of false advertising. There Black Friday BTGO previously owned games is VERY misleading. My daughter tried to buy 5 games.......yes Five games that were NOT available trying to get this deal. Additionally Eathan G.A. kept trying to ring her up full for new games. Yes I had to abruptly bring him back to what the customer wanted......not really good at customer service.

Sassy Sauce: This store opened a couple years ago and it’s always nice and clean. The day I went after work the store must have just received a truck because there were boxes of product on most of the aisles. But this store is generally very clean and organized. This isn’t a normal sized target though, it’s definitely smaller and has more of a convenient store type feel. But all of the normal Target staples are still there. There is parking under the store and it’s accessible using the escalators or elevator. There is a Starbucks as well. It’s a great store to visit!

Amreen Shafiuddin: poorly managed target.. no one knew answers for anything. customer service was poor. stocking issues in all the aisles. boxes everywhere.. the food items especially bread section don’t have best before stickers on them. when questioned, they just saw each other faces. poorly managed.

Tracie: Pros: Near my home. New store. Available parking structure. Decent customer service. By decent i mean - I haven't had a negative experience with the customer but no one has gone above and beyond helping me. Cons: Generally feels empty. Yet every time I enter the store i notice staff are in the middle of restocking and have crates of things in the middle of the hallways blocking the pass way. This was even before covid so not sure whats going on (pictures shown from Dec 2021). Also, doesn't appear to be a parking attendant so anytime anyone lost their ticket, their is chaos trying to get out. Finally, prices seem a little higher than other targets, i get the sense that because its smaller things are limited and maybe marked up? Or maybe its just inflation and the whole food chain/ports being a hot mess.

Mysiki X Valentine: Whoa! Let me begin on a positive. There is a cashier (older Black woman) Joan, who is the most pleasant staff worker. However, the younger staff can often be found tucked away on phones, having side conversation and etc..so finding help is always difficult. In addition, the customer service could never be described as friendly. But it does not end there, this is one of the worst Target’s I’ve ever went shopping. The store shelves stay empty. I recently order Beats headphones online for pick-up, I was emailed saying my order was ready—but when I got to the store the manager cancelled my order, stating the item was not in the store. Long behold, I walked to the back and there sat 3) pairs of the same item I came to pick-up. Her attitude was out of this world, I couldn’t believe she worked in customer service. No matter what time of the day, the aisles have carts full of products yet to be put away. Makes the store seem chaotic and disorganized. If it’s a quick stop, I’d advise going elsewhere. Looking to do serious shopping, never stop here. To end on a positive the food section is normally well stocked and presented nicely.

Kareem Carter: Lets start by saying I am appreciative of having a Target in this area of DC. The parking facility is safe and well lit, the store was reasonably stocked and clean. My gripe is with the professionalism of the management and the completely ineffective way they run the checkout line. they funneled everyone through one line and when several customers skipped the single line and went straight to the register, they were allowed to do so.....causing frustration to the other customers in the line. This was brought to the lead employees attention and she sarcastically dismissed my frustration. They should really signage up on how the checkout line works!

Erin Truax: I have been to this Target a few times because it is the most convenient for me (and parking is easy) but I always leave feeling very frustrated. There are constantly boxes of inventory waiting to be unpacked that are blocking the aisles and many shelves are often missing product. I have shopped at different times and on different days, but this seems to be on ongoing issue for this location. If you’re able, I recommend a different location.

J Por: Went in for some quick toys for my nieces and nephew. Turned in to their Loss Prevention racially profiling my partner, and followed us around the store the entire time for 60 dollars worth of merchandise, part of which, we had to find an employee to get. We initially went in to make a return, and unfortunately had the idea to shop the last bit of our list. Workers letting people (guy in a blue hoodie was wearing a red shirt so possible employee?) walk around without a mask even though DC has a mandate, and the stores inventory is always in the way. Should have been more concerned following him to give him a mask instead of two people who were in your store less than 25 minutes. Overheard an employee talking about managers asking the team to get tested because of a potential positive employee. Overall, the worst experience I’ve had by far. I’ve been a consistent customer for three years, but no more. This location is best avoided. Trust me.

livingmytruth 2: Joan has the best customer service ever. I came in this location with my 98 year old grandma and she made my grandma feel sooo good and proud and she really has a positive attitude. Thank you for making my grandmother’s shopping experience so pleasant . I will actually make this my home store now because of her pleasant demeanor

Aaron Blackmon: Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to a Walmart that is all red and has Target signs? Well wait no longer! This will fit the bill. The validated parking is a mess. The store is never stocked but simultaneously stocking everything at once and the lines are NEVER open. I only went there after learning my initial lesson months ago because it’s so close and I wanted to get a few things but even still it wasn’t worth it.

Chris Todd: The staff inside the store were friendly and helpful. However, the parking attendant was about as useless as a square wheel. I wanted to recharge my car. The sign in front of the chargers read "See attendant to activate". This dude was just sitting in his car. He refused to get up and wave whatever card he needed to wave to unlock the charging station. He didn't even acknowledge me other than saying "Uh". I tried activating the station with my SemaConnect app, but the station was locked out. I'm sure this Target is great, but I wouldn't come here in an EV because the dude who runs the chargers can't be bothered to get out of his car to do his job.

Edward Holman: I’ve been coming here since August and they are rarely ever stocked, even when the website says items are in stock. Target needs to find a better way for the in-store inventory to better communicate with the website inventory and keep the shelves stocked. I don’t think it’s a individual store problem, rather a problem with Corporate. I will rate this Target 3 stars because of the floor associates. They are always nice and go above and beyond to help out. Kudos to them!

Yessenia C: This location is conveniently closer to my home than other targets however their product availability is limited. I believe this is an express version of Target. They have small electronics, clothing, market, and home sections. The health, beauty, personal hygiene section is pretty large. Once you know what they do and don't carry it's easier to know what you can purchase there. But it's always clean, good customer service.

MAC Cover: This review deals only with drive up services at Georgia Ave. and Eastern Ave. store in Washington, D.C. Due to a physical impairment another collects my pick up orders. I would not be writing this review if the incident happened once but several times is too much to handle. This location isn't set up for drive up because they constantly leave items out of your order but charge your card. Either Target has someone working drive up who can't read, see, or both. Recently, placed drive up order for paper towels and other items. Got notice from app order was ready which included the paper towels. When order arrived had all items except paper towels which was a huge disappointment. Okay called customer service to make them aware of the hiccup, paper towels were included in total order, charged to my card, but not with my other items. As usual, phone rang and rang but no answer. Finally, customer service answered next day. I explained about missing paper towels, gave order number and got no help. It was like talking to someone from outer space. Young lady said I had to prove I ordered the paper towels. I told her it was a drive up order, gave her my order number, and advised her that store could pull up my order as well. Got no where with customer service, asked to speak to manager, didn't happen, so stressed, had to hand phone to another to talk on my behalf. Still don't have paper towels I already paid for. Not only do they leave items off orders, they stuff a bunch of heavy items in one bag making it awkward to carry. Please check your bags before leaving this location and if you want to avoid a stressful drive up experience, shop Wheaton/Westfield mall location, much better. Target is still my go to store but not this particular location for drive up service.

Dimitri Ivanoff: It's about 1/3 in size of regular Target. Has a fresh produce & meats section, basic grocery items, cleaning supplies plus some clothing, beauty, electronics. Right now (April 2021) mostly serves on-line orders & curbside pickup. Parking is at the back of the store, but there's entrance from Georgia Avenue. Self service at this entrance almost empty while one at the back has waiting line. Pricewise it's inline with Giant, even some groceries could be cheaper.

Dorie Kane: This is a "mini Target" so keep in mind you can't expect it to have the inventory of the large stores. That said, I go there for essentials and typically find what I need (including hair care products which many have complained about). Staff - including security - are overall nice and helpful. Like another reviewer I did find they were unable to place an order for me - I needed a different size and wanted to apply the credit to an order. They have me a refund and I placed the order myself online. I guess there are some things smaller stores can't do but I do like this one for its convenience when it comes to basics.

Janice Temple: This Target Store is well-lit with wide aisles. I went there on a Sunday evening. Some of the shelves were empty from Saturday shoppers. I wanted to buy Figi Water but they were sold out. I am impressive by the organic selection of groceries. The parking was plentiful the day and time that I went.

SW: Neat small Target. However the security there is awful!!!! Everytime I’ve visited there is a security guard (man with National jersey) following me and whoever I visit the store with. I live in the area, so I frequent this store a lot. Mind you he is not clever with the following. He straight goes to whatever aisle I am in. This makes me not what to use this Target

Bryan Cortez: Don't understand the negative reviews? This is a smaller Target, of course you won't have everything you have at a regular Target - but it has all the essentials. Need milk? eggs? chicken? They have it. Need a spare shirt, or pair of pants? They have it. Need some airpods? Need a spare controller? Maybe you need shampoo, or medication? Target has it. They have all the essentials you need all in this store. Seriously, if you want to know if they have something before you come - use the Target app, it'll be your best friend on each Target Run. This store was definitely needed in the area! Prices are very fair, compared to other retailers nearby. Very clean, organized ---- and the best part are the employees - Very helpful!

dontec H.: I was just in my neighborhood store to purchase Goodfellow t-shirts. My preferred size wasn't available. I went to guest relations for assistance. She called over a Manager for assistance. I asked if he knew when the t-shirts would be back in stock. He said the store didn't do the ordering. The company sends over inventory based on their sales, etc. . He said one pack would be sent over in L in a few days. I needed medium. I asked if the Store Manager was in store. He let me know the Clothing Manager was on duty. The clothing manager came over and I explained my need for a medium size. He went to check the shelf. He returned to let me know that the item wasn't on the shelf and is a high theft item. He then said he doesn't know when they'd be coming. He was talking to me very loudly to the point that other customers could hear our conversation. I asked him when the Store Manager would be returning. I let him know that he was speaking to me in an elevated tone and I was standing in front of him. He then said that he was the store manager. Target has employees that lie and render poor customer service to paying shoppers.

Carol Blymire: Today, in the store, Don and Pixie helped me solve a really frustrating gift card situation that no one online or at the GameStop customer service hotline could figure out. They went above and beyond to help me, all while keeping the store humming and the line of other customers moving quickly. The store was cleaner and more organized than it’s ever been and they were just so great!!

Marc Guard: Just got off the phone with a worker at this exact location asked about price of games to sell. He tells me he can't tell me on price because he has people on the other line. I explain i work in customer service and normally when you have people on the line they tell to hold so they can be attended too as I'm talking he calls me "honey" seem very feminine. I tell him don't call me that I'm a grown man then hangs up. So if your company has this as a representation of your company to will lose more money then gain.

Connor Black: My friend is a former employee at this establishment and I decided to post this on their behalf to protect their anonymity. First off, HR is prone to scheduling shifts at horrible times with little regard for the time you will have between shifts. Now this could be fixed if HR was more present and was available to talk about shift scheduling and issues that arise from how they do it. Secondly, the General Manager is very aggressive with their style of management. They often are talking down to people and attempting to single them out for ridicule or to give attitude to. They also have zero regard for a worker's wellbeing or health, instead putting the business before the people who have to make sacrifices for it. If you ever do call out and the GM answers, be prepared because she will try to gaslight you and talk you out of whatever your legitimate reason for not being able to come in is.

Portia Massado: I was a former employee there and the reason why I left was for a career choice and also because of the GM Jemima Canage. Jemima Canage is THE WORST GM to work for the company. Target is her LIFE and if your in school or have a second job PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Control freak YES she is. Jemima will over work you and will not give gradititude in return unless your a male that work in her store. She talks very mean and nasty to associates like they are nothing to her. I even had an incident where she yelled and charged herself at me like I was a child. It made me very very upset and if another manager wasn’t present I would of lost my job for walking out due to Jemima poor management skills. I even had customers come in and complain about how rude and mean she is. She also like to try to undermind people like they lack common sense. She recently fired someone for no apparent reason at all. She forced that man to come to work sick after expressing that he wasn’t feeling well. And he called the ambulance for himself just to prove to Jemima that he was sick. And in the process of her firing one person she lost 8people from that store. Even her ASM left because of her, 3LPs, and 4 associates. And right before I started 6months ago the original associates that were there had already gave the new people the rundown of Jemima Canage and how much they hated her and how she acts towards her employees. She doesn’t onow how to humble herself or treat people with REPSECT. She demands it then earning it or giving it back in return. And the nexr person she raises her voice at WILL NOT be as nice cause trust me I was VERY VERY ANGRY about it. Please get rid of that bad engery in that store. I feel sorry for all the people that are still there.

Kerry Delf: Small but fairly well provisioned food section, with both snack foods and some home groceries, heavy on the convenience foods. Prices are high but better than other stores in the area. Conveniently open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays, in an area where other stores close at 9 or 10, but it closes earlier on other days of the week. Free parking with store validation. Downside: Service was sparse and heavily dependent on self-service—there were no employees on the floor helping customers, and of three employees around the checkout counter, only one was operating a register, quite lackadaisically.

Peyton Doyle: Great small format Target in a really accessible part of Cleveland Park (and just steps from the Metro stop). Impressed with their selection of fresh foods. Nice home goods section too. Unique underground store. Really friendly employees! I will certainly be back.

Daniel: Right off the metro so it's convenient, not to mention, definitely bigger than you'd think. They took the investment of digging underground for the store (kind of like their NYC Tribeca location) and it definitely paid off. Validate parking when you leave since there's a lot attendant and a gate... no joke. Prices upscale for the location, but they had what I needed and would probably visit again.

Larry Gamble: I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the surroundings is a very beautiful place with a lot of awesome deals! it was a very nice experience for people are just super awesome everybody was all friendly and lot of excitement going on just keep it in the parking lot list fire I loved it

Lindsay Cooper: Purchased baby food online that was listed as in-stock. Received notifications that it was ready to pick-up. My husband went to pick it up and not only did they not have our order, they didn't have the product in stock. My husband then decided to purchase other items while he was there and was followed closely around the store by security so much that he had to ask the person to back off. I called Target HQ and they confirmed that the order was ready for pick up. I'll be going back to Amazon after this experience.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: It is Very nice and very clean. It is small in size, but they've got everything from groceries to clothes and electronics. It is conveniently located near the red line Cleveland park metro station, and bus ( L1, L2) stop. when you walk in this location, it looks like you're at a duty-free shop at an airport. It is also a quick 5 minute walk from the zoo.

M P: Free parking but you MUST get your ticket validated in store. Great for quick Target run. You can always find helpful employees and if you don’t see what you are looking for ask and they’ll get it in stock. Great manager. Super clean store. Perfect location.

Mauricio Ayala: This is easily the most impressive retro game store I have ever been in. The selection is crazy, its just full to the brim with all sorts of games and other goodies. The staff are friendly and chatted with me as I gushed over everything in the store. I wish I had more disposable income to spend more time here!

Edward Williams: If you are looking for an in-person retro game store, there's really no other option in the area. for that reason alone I'd give 5 stars, but the environment and the people are actually all really cool too! you should really check it out if you like games!!!

Manil Trivedi: The staff is really friendly and awesome! I had questions about custom engraving and they were able to answer all of them. Ashley is the one in charge of the engraving, and she worked with me to find a good picture of the design I wanted. It ended up being exactly how I envisioned it and I could not be any happier! It’s definitely my go-to for anything games

Sarah Ruehle: This place is fantastic and the customer service is amazing!! I’m so glad there are places like this that allow people to relive nostalgic video games. And beyond that, the people who work here are so nice. I ordered a game and the package was lost. I reached out and they were more than happy to provide a replacement or refund. I opted for replacement and they had it held to the side and waiting for me when I arrived! Really awesome people working a cool store. Will absolutely return for any retro video game needs!

T S: This is one of my favorite places to both trade in and purchase items from. Their trade in system is transparent, they respond very quickly and I have never had any problems with them. My only regret is that they have no added an extra zero to my trade in balance, because there is so much I want from their store.

Brendan: Don't come here if you like seeing the listed prices in-store. What I mean is, the store uses their website to list all of their prices for games/accessories, so you have to constantly look at your phone and check the price of each individual item. I wasn't aware of this before I visited, so I found the process to be awful and unintuitive especially because the store's website is clunky and slow. If you check the site before your visit, then this aspect probably wouldn't be inconvenient for you, but for me it completely took the fun out of browsing. I'm still giving it 3 stars because the store had a very good collection of games, but I would definitely never come back due to a lack of visible prices. It was just too annoying for me.

Christopher Baker: I ordered an X Box 360 game from them last week, I was very pleased with the delivery I received. It arrived on time and it was well packed. The game was in excellent and working condition as well. I will certainly do business with them again.

A: I turned in a PS2 for a repair, which was returned to me with the statement that I needed to clean it and that it should work. It did not and apparently was dying due to a board issue. I drove quite a distance to get there to be told my system was unrepairabe. It was nice they offered to reimburse me for the cost of diagnostic but I wish they would have conveyed that of the cleaning doesn't work my machine was a goner instead of driving all the way out for false hope. RIP PS2.

Deron H.: I will never do business with the company again. Before I saw and accepted offer how much the game. I call them to get advice on how the process works but I didn't the help I was asking. So these people who runs the shop has my game and won't give me my funds like they said. I have an account to see my info, tried to offer me store credit but I told them to not once but twice to funds to my PayPal account because I live in another state. That's what I get for being nice lol

Steve Carle: Friendly helpful staff. Huge selection of Magic and pretty good selection of Pokemon. Tons of singles as well. They do Magic drafts Friday at 630 and Sat & Sun at 12. There was also a big table and boxes of discount stuff.

Ted Kidwell: Went to the shop on Tuesday for the first time picked up a couple nice items and we already gone through the make an appointment to meet with her appraisers to sell some items and we did pretty good there too they are very knowledgeable staff and they are fair on their prices and they're good on what they offer you as well they have toys and games and surprisingly some items that you wouldn't think they would have had if you're in the collecting Market to comics and toys for games and that a little trinkets give them a try here we like them they're very conveniently located easy to get to and easy to find you'll be very pleased we highly recommend

Robert: The folks at this comic shop are the BEST! My daughter and I came in because she wanted “a nature comic about sloths” and I was looking for some of the new Magic the Gathering cards. After we completely befuddled the friendly person working the front desk, my daughter took a seat to rest and I went card shopping, figuring such a task would not be fulfilled on this day. Well, as the equally lovely person at the rear desk answered all my questions and showcased various products, the valiant front desk attendant tracked us down with A NATURE COMIC WITH A SLOTH IN IT!!! Quest fulfilled! Not only did my daughter get her comic, but I pulled some truly exceptional cards from the bundle I had purchased. Five stars are not enough for this crack squad. Kudos all around.

David Collier: A very well organized store with a great deal of selection. Only issue i had was when I dropped off some MTG cards for possible sale and was quoted $300. Sold the same cards to Card Kingdom for over $800. Either that final sale was far too generous or Victory low balled their "offer" in an attempt to pull a fast one. If you're looking to sell a collection, always get a second appraisal and offer. Lesson learned.

Daniel Hernandez: The staff here are the worst. They treat you like trash even when you're a paying customer. They roll their eyes and get mad when you ask if they have a product. I walked in for the first today and I was so excited and amazed. Gots a few packs and the staff was rude to me and my brother. The owner needs to know his staff treats his paying customer like trash. I'm never going there again. The place is nice but do not expect anything for the employees.

Vinny Sivaraman: Big store. Very good selection. I bought quite a few Pokemon cards for my Son and some other items I haven't really been able to find online.

Tom Luna: I’ve played a this location several times before however last night was my last one. I don’t like writing negative reviews unless people really deserve it. First of all the prices on single cards are very high at this location compare to other stores and on TCG but that’s not why I’m writing this review the main reason I gave this location 1 star is because of Steve the guy who runs the magic events. He is arrogant, condescending, rude and disrespectful I guess he forgot the people that play at this store pay his salary! His demeanor and attitude is awful he acts like he is doing us a favor by him being there! Unfriendly and unapproachable. Next time I’m Norther VA I’ll go to the store in old town Fairfax. I’ve been playing magic since I was in the Army and I had the opportunity to play in different stores in different states but this guys attitude is by far the worst and like I said IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED.

Jake Davison: Very nice comic and hobby shop in Falls Church. They have a great supply of new and back issues of popular Marvel/DC and more. I would say that their prices for back issues are a decent bit higher than surrounding shops however. But a counterpoint is they seem to have a larger collection due to it. Lots of various collectibles, statues, and action figures ranging from GI Joe to Star Wars and more. They also have a nice gaming section, with lots of D&D, and also one of the few stores to carry Star Wars Armada. Only other negative is that there is very limited parking. Staff was very nice, but didn't have much interaction due to it being quite busy on a Saturday.

Brenna Miaira Kutch: Fantastic local comic shop, very LGBT friendly and selections for all ages, plus a ton of board games, figurines, and other fun collectables. Staff are super nice and if you're looking for something, you can call ahead and ask or they'll order stuff for you. Support local businesses!!

Natasha Trock: I love this place. Excellent books and staff. Very LGBTQ positive. Got to get over there more
