Murray Campbell
Murray Campbell: Great location, great apartment with everything we needed, close to all the sights, cafes and grocery store. Apartment was spotlessly clean! Would highly recommend!
Lexie Fields
Lexie Fields: Sweet little place that has nice apartments. They get a few people that stay there as a hotel for the place and cots. Over all it is a great place.
Eunice Picado
Eunice Picado: Amazing location, beautiful property and friendly efficient staff! Strongly recommended!
Jenn Quitoriano
Jenn Quitoriano: The Capital Hills Flats studio I had was great and perfect for what I needed on my first trip to DC. Room: The studio was clean, modern and included a very comfortable bed, a kitchenette, plenty closet space, good sized bathroom with tub, and a nice writing desk that viewed the cute neighborhood. The kitchenette included dishes, silverware, a Kuereg coffee machine, etc. Location: The flat was walking distance from the Capitol and National Mall. Everyday of my stay I was easily able to walk to all the different museums, memorials and monuments. Also, it is not far from Trader Joe’s or CVS if you need to pick up some snacks or maybe thing you may have forgotten or need. On the way there, you can pass by other local shops and boutiques. Other Accommodations: Laundry machines and detergent are available for use in the basement. This was very convienient, especially for those that don’t want to pack a lot of clothes. Your own hamper was provided as well in your room. Lastly, the staff was very accommodating and was willing to assist me in any questions or requests I had. To conclude, I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit DC.

Heaven on Washington Fully Furnished Apartments: what do users think?
Linda Steinke
Linda Steinke: Having lived in Penn Quarter and recently moved I was back for a visit and wanted to stay in the area. I found Pelican Residences in the Lansburgh the perfect location. This 2 BR 2 BA apartment was fully furnished. The corner unit I had had great view down 7th and E streets. Within walking distance to my favorite restaurants, Gregory’s coffee as well as the Smithsonian museums, the National Mall and the Capitol and White House. The apartment was clean and the Pelican staff are extremely responsive down to replacing light bulbs. Would I stay again? YES!!!!
Response: Thanks Linda, It was a pleasure to host you. We look forward to hosting you again in one of our 10 cites. Pelican Residences
Tony Staman
Tony Staman: Perfect location for this high quality apartment, right next to Metro Archives station so getting in from Reagan airport was very easy. Location puts you within a short distance of most of the major museums, if you did not want to walk they have a DC Bike Share dock right next to the apartment. Gym was very nice, pool was slightly above average, residents were very friendly. Front desk staff was also very friendly and was very helpful with the few questions we had. The bathrooms in our room were very clean and had beautiful glass door showers. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others looking for a nice quality hotel in a great location. Only thing bad I can say was that the beds in both rooms sat very low to the ground which was weird and carpet appeared a little dirty in some areas but neither of these comments would stop me from recommending this apartment.
Mary Ann Madejas
Mary Ann Madejas: I had a very pleasant stay overall. The place was very quiet, clean, and had plenty of pots and pans and extra linens. I also appreciate the timely reply and the responsiveness of the host. I wanted to expand my stay by one night after i had checked in, and the host was able to accommodate very quickly.
Tyler Nixon
Tyler Nixon: I stayed in this location in a one-bedroom apartment for almost 3 weeks on an extended business trip to the District. In addition to an excellent location, convenient to just about anywhere in the District and close to all of the federal facilities, monuments and museums, the room was absolutely first-rate. The kitchen and all amenities were up to date and fully-appointed, with everything one would need as though at home. The apartment was also spacious but quite cozy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and they also provided additional linens, as well as a set of towels and washcloths. The TV had both cable and internet streaming applications (Netflix - you could use your own account). The washer and dryer system was excellent and like new. The closet space was also remarkable. The free coffee and hot drinks machines at both entrances was a really nice amenity, especially on chilly days. The entrance security, with key fobs that activate the doors and are required to use the elevators, as well as the manned receptions desks at the entrances (except maybe a few hours in the late night) were reassuring for the security of the facility but also did not inhibit access with ease for anyone staying there. The elevators were numerous and though there were some issues on the first day I was there, the rest of the time they functioned without a hitch, and were numerous and speedy enough that I never had to wait for more than a few seconds to catch an elevator either up to or down from any of the upper floors. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations for a longer stay in DC and wanting all of the amenities of home.
jocelyn Luterte
jocelyn Luterte: Great place to stay in DC. Cleanliness and layout are great. Everything was very smooth and easy to deal with! Would definitely recommend! The heated pool is a bonus!
Shai Ruyod
Shai Ruyod: "a great place to call "home". I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. Plus there is an indoor heated pool that is well kept up daily. Pet friendly too. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, in walking distance. Highly recommended!!
Hein hwyan
Hein hwyan: I had a horrible stay at one of their apartments. The blinds were broken in one of the bedrooms and I put in a request to get it fixed. The management kept tellling they will get it done but they never got around to doing it. Also, one of the toilet was broken and spilling out water. I had to nag them several times and they eventually sent someone over to fix it. They should increase their quality control and customer service. Do yourself a favor and not live at any of their apartments. Terrible experience.
Chinedu Nwaghanata
Chinedu Nwaghanata: Location was great, in the middle of downtown DC, nearby many landmarks. Apartment was in the 11th floor with great lighting and view. The apartment had a kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies and the bedroom and living room had tvs with Netflix and cable. Whole apartment was immmaculate. Parking was 16 dollars a day.
Chris Peace
Chris Peace: Walking Distance to everything!! Restaurants, Malls or Grocery Stores. The apartment was also wonderful it is indeed Heaven on Washington during our stay.

Whyle Furnished Apartments: what do users think?
Sonia Khan
Sonia Khan: I spent three months at Whyle and can highly recommend the building to others. Gorgeous views, great facilities, and super convenient location for a short stay in the city, i.e. whole foods, core power yoga, and nail salon right below the building. Shannon and team went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay during a hybrid work environment. Thank you!!
Response: Thank you Sonia! I am glad you chose to make Whyle home while you were here. We would love to have you back if you are ever in DC again.
Amy S
Amy S: Great location with easy access to the Metro. Excellent food options nearby in easy walking distance. It was a nice walk on a cooler morning down to Chinatown and there is plenty of transportation available for a quick ride to the museums on the Mall. The apartment itself was clean and decorated tastefully. I found the management to be friendly and helpful, and they were highly responsive. I recommend this location.
Response: Thank you Amy -- we truly appreciate the kind words and hope to see you back the next time you are in DC.
Ian Carter
Ian Carter: I almost hesitate to write this review for fear of it becoming too popular and difficult for me to book in the future... alas, the Whyle is the perfect choice for a short term (30+ day) stay in the DC area. Amazing location above a Whole Foods and near tons of restaurants and bars and transit, with a fully furnished super comfortable unit (sound proofed as well!) and the best staff you could ask for. OH, and the gym and rooftop are icing on the cake. Nearly perfection!
Response: Thank you Ian for the kind words and for staying with us while you were in DC. The team and I look forward to seeing you and your family back again in the near future.
Ozan Saracoglu
Ozan Saracoglu: İ spent the last 2+ months at Whyle and enjoyed every minute of it. İ often do long-term stays when i travel for work because i like to feel like İ am at home. My apartment at Whyle was so comfortable, and the staff made my transition to the city quick and easy. İ look forward to my next project in DC. İ will be staying at Whyle for sure!
Response: Thank you Ozan! We appreciate the kind words and for making Whyle your DC home away from home -- Hope to see you back next time.
Alok Jain
Alok Jain: I stayed at Whyle furnished apartments for nearly five months. The apartment was sunny and had a view of the Washington Monument. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing, refreshing and functional. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is nicely furnished and has good quality amenities. They have Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speakers, Mauviel pots and pans, OXO kitchen utensils and Scott Zwiesel glasses. They have kept bar accessories which I found very novel that allows to make your own signature cocktails. Whole Food store is just downstairs and the property is walking distance to many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Whyle’s GM Shannon and Manager Shane were very helpful during my stay. All in all - enjoyed my stay at Whyle and will stay again if visiting DC.
Response: Thank you Alok for the wonderful review! It was such a pleasure to get to know you and your family while you stayed at Whyle. We look forward to seeing you back in the near future.
Abel Legesse
Abel Legesse: I can’t say enough good things about my time at Whyle! I felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel! The staff was welcoming and friendly from the day I moved in till the day I moved out. The furnishings are high-end, the location is ideal, and the place is tranquil despite being in the middle of a bustling city. I highly recommend it!
Response: Thank you Abel! It has been great to have you with us. Let us know when you are back in town; we would love to see you again.
Nina L
Nina L: My friends and I stayed here for the Spring in this super cute two-bedroom apartment. Fab design + A private view of the National Monument from our living room = VIBE! Thanks for helping make the DC experience what it was!
Response: Thank you Nina for your kind words and for making Whyle your DC residence. We hope to see you back next fall.
Valeria Wetzel
Valeria Wetzel: I rented Whyle looking for a premium apartment for short term. I regret my decision everyday. I was assigned unit 311, which is under the bridge that connects both buildings and therefore receives no light at all (and does not have floor to ceiling windows like the other units). It is nothing like the pictures that are posted online and it is the same price. So BE CAREFUL when you rent and make sure you reach out to ask which unit they will be assigning you. Management promised me to move me to a different apartment and I only found out some hours before the move that the other owners have decided to extend their stay and they have no other units available. Manager is on holidays and nobody is providing any assistance. I wish I had not rented this apartment. It is a rip off. Also, there is construction work nearby that goes everyday from 7am.
Response: Hello Valeria, Thank you for your feedback. Our Assistant General Manager Yogi said that he has been in constant communication with you since he is on property 50+ hours a week. As we discussed on the day that you arrived, you booked a Deluxe One-Bedroom apartment, which is the apartment type you are now staying in. We said you could move into a Premier One-Bedroom apartment as soon as it becomes available. Unfortunately, the guest staying in the next available Premier One-Bedroom Apartment had to extend their stay at the last minute. We also offered to move you to other One-Bedroom apartments, but you preferred to wait for the next Premier One-Bedroom. As Yogi has already communicated with you, there is a Standard One Bedroom apartment available that we would be happy to move you to immediately if you feel it will help improve your experience at Whyle. Regarding your current apartment, we offered to bring you additional plants and add more lighting as you felt the floor to ceiling windows in the apartment did not give you enough light and to help make you feel more comfortable. Please let us know if you would like to move into the Standard One-Bedroom apartment, and we will make it happen instantly. Thank you, Shannon Averill General Manager

Capitol Hill Stay - Veteran Owned Furnished Housing Temporary Extended Stay Washington DC Since 1997: what do users think?
Katie Wilkes
Katie Wilkes: I stayed here for a month while house hunting. Fabulous, convenient location to everything you need. One of the best parts about the house is the private little courtyard/patio space out front. Stunning in the springtime. Capitol Hill Stay was attentive and extremely communicative the entire time. The neighbors were also so kind and helpful. But I have to say, it was the sincere thoughtfulness of the people who run this hospitality group that exceeded my expectations. Tragically, I lose my pup of 16 year unexpectedly while here (we were grateful to enjoy many days of gorgeous weather on that patio together). Upon check out and kind conversation with Phil, one of the staff members, the team let me know they had made a donation to a rescue organization in my pup’s honor. It brought me to tears. Stay with them if you can- I don’t think you’ll regret it.
Response: Thank you for the kind review Katie. We were very sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved dog but it makes us happy to know you enjoyed some time together there on the patio. Thank you again for staying with Capitol Hill Stay. Your stay (and others) are what helps us stay in business, pay our staff, cleaners, landscapers, etc, so on behalf of everyone we thank you very much.
Zach Powell
Zach Powell: My wife and I have never been to a big city before. Coming from a small town in Kentucky, we were worried about coming to D.C. However, the owner (Brian) and Louise has been absolutely wonderful! The apartment was in a very safe and very upscale neighborhood. We were able to pay for a secure parking spot as well. Our neighbors were quiet and working professionals (always gone). If there were any questions, someone always answered them promptly via chat or text! I cannot reccomend Capitol Hill stay enough! If we are ever in DC again, we will be staying with them!
Response: Thanks Zach. It was a pleasure having you. We get a lot of people in from small towns and many later tell us Capitol Hill feels very much like a village within the big city, so it's kindof the best of both worlds.
Leslie Vargas
Leslie Vargas: My friend and I came to Washington DC for a girls trip to visit her daughter and my son, who is a student there. We loved the apartment from the first second we stepped into as it instantly felt like a home away from home. It is beautiful and well furnished with high ceilings and tall windows. The apartment is immaculate and every detail is attended to, including a coffee pot that makes delicious coffee and quality linens that are so comfortable after a long day of seeing the sites. It is located in a safe neighborhood and is a nice walk to The Eastern Market, independently owned boutiques, restaurants, a CVS and a wine shop. The apartment is so inviting that we decided to cook there one night and it was so convenient that the The Eastern Market is full of lovely fresh vegetables, fresh meats and a bakery. Outside the market were street vendors with quality goods to sell which was so fun to browse. I have found that where you stay can make such a difference in the tone of a vacation and this one certainly did. It was a such a wonderful time and I’m looking so forward to visiting DC with my husband and staying there again.
leo sokolskiy
leo sokolskiy: Great place to stay in Washington. Walking distance to the National Mall monuments and museums. Very comfortable and quiet location, parking spot is a great plus if you are driving in. Kitchen has all the utensils as well as washer and dryer. Brian and Luis are very accommodating and responsive.
Response: Thank you Leo. It was a pleasure having you. Please look us up again when you need furnished housing in DC

Carillon House Apartments: what do users think?
Deepti Bhatt
Deepti Bhatt: It is so far my best experience to live in Carillon House apartments. Meriem, the leasing consultant was quite helpful during my entire move in process. She is always there to help and support and I am very thankful to her. I will highly recommend carillon apartment to those looking for safe, convenient and reasonable rent with great amenities. It has got nice neighbourhood and rooftop view is spectacular. The apartments are spacious, nicely renovated, with decent kitchen and big closets. I am very much satisfied living in this wonderful place.
Response: On behalf of myself and the Carillon House team, we are so appreciative you took the time to share your kinds words and recommendation with us, Deepti! We’re so honored that you are happy with your decision to live with us and it means the world to us. We’re so glad we were able to make it a smooth transition for you and take some of the stress out of your move. We truly want to provide only the best for our residents and your recognition of Meriem lets us know we met that mark! She will be so honored to hear your comments. Thanks again for the 5-star recognition, you are truly appreciated!
Emre Deniz
Emre Deniz: I am living in The Carillon House Apartments for a year now. Overall, I can say that I enjoy living here. First of all, the location is convenient. There are more than enough grocery shopping and dinner place options within a reach. Bus stop is just across the building and it takes you to downtown and to a couple nearest metro stations in minutes. Georgetown University is 15-20 min walk. Also, these neighborhoods (Glover Park and Georgetown) are very bikeable. Though the Carillon is on sort of a hill, it is still conveniently bikeable there. However, being located on a hill is also a plus because the view is fantastic! You can see almost every part of DC from the roof top and possibly even from your apartment. Common areas in the building are clean and well maintained. I would say that heating and cooling are adequate. However, you cannot have them at the same time (6months heating during colder seasons; 6 months cooling during warmer seasons). Hot water is almost always available both in the shower and in the faucets. Staff is very nice, kind and helpful. Leasing office does its job. Ask for Mariem, she will try her best to accommodate your requests about finding the best apartment that suits your needs. Although I moved in DC from abroad and The Carillon was my first apartment here right from the first day, moving-in process was smooth. My first unit here was a furnished studio. The room was spacious. The furnitures and utilities were clean and sufficient for a normal living. Later, I have moved to an unfurnished 1-bedroom. It was refurbished and I bought many of my furniture and stuff easily from either IKEA (15 miles) or nearby T.J. Maxx (1.5 miles). The rooms take in a lot of sun light and very bright. Therefore, I recommend living in The Carillon House Apartments and two of my friends already moved in after me!
Response: Hi, Emre! Thank you SO much for your detailed review about Carillon House! It's always great to hear resident feedback as we want to ensure a positive living experience for all of our residents. It's great to hear that our convenient location has been a perfect fit- it's truly a gem and we certainly love the DC views ourselves! We're glad to hear that our office staff were able to help make your application and move-in process as seamless and convenient as possible. Meriem is always known to go above and beyond when providing customer service and we hope you'll let her or any of our team members know if there's anything else we can do to assist! We're happy that you are situated comfortably in your home and we appreciate your recommendation of our homes. We look forward to many more great experiences at Carillon House, thanks again Emre!
Layth Baheej
Layth Baheej: The worst nightmare is missing packages! If you want to live somewhere were you be worrying about your packages! Move here. Air circulation is a mess. You can smell what your neighbor cooking. Cool rooftop which always closed.

Lawrence Lerman
Lawrence Lerman: HORRIBLE LEASING AND MANAGEMENT. They falsely advertised a one bedroom which I applied for. $40 for application fee and $125 for a deposit. I was told that the apartment I applied for was actually a studio and they wrongly advertised the unit. The Leasing agent confirmed with management and said since they advertised the unit incorrectly I would receive BOTH costs back. To date, I only received the application fee back and Carillon House has yet to return a single phone call and I was scammed out of $125! Very disappointing. Prospective Tenants should think elsewhere before considering living here.
Response: Greetings, Lawrence. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience on our behalf throughout the leasing process. We strive to be as diligent as possible when providing exceptional service and we regret we missed that mark for you. We are more than happy to initiate you a full refund. Please contact our manager, Michelle Chambers, at 202-337-4400 or mchambers@rossmgtservices.com, and we will make sure you receive your refund in full. Again, we offer our sincerest apologies and we look forward to hearing from you!
Sara Youssef
Sara Youssef: clean, spacious apartment, in good area with access to many amenities. Meriem in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful during move in process, and touring of the place. would highly recommend
Response: Thank you for your review and recommendation, Sara! We're happy to hear our community has been such a great fit for you. How kind of you to share your recognition of Meriem! She's known to go above and beyond and she'll be thrilled to hear your comments. If there's anything else we can do to increase your comfort, please let us know. Thanks again!
Catherine Rusch
Catherine Rusch: From leasing staff, concierges, and maintenance, I have had a very positive experience at Carillon House. They continue to make improvements throughout the building and everyone has been very friendly and helpful.
Response: Hi there, Catherine! Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We're pleased to hear you've had an all-around positive experience at Carillon House! We sure are always working to make sure our community gets better and better. If there's anything we can do to further assist you, please let us know. Thank you and we look forward to many more great experiences.
Ansley Pepper
Ansley Pepper: I moved in less than 2 weeks and have already seen several mice. I called for pest control and my request wasn’t taken seriously. I know the building is old, but more care should be taken for the old cracks in walls. They are slowly renovating kitchens. Hopefully mine will be next. Otherwise I’m afraid the move behind the fridge may be getting into the fridge :( They say the rooftop is open 24/7 but beware. Residents can’t use it until 10am. So if that is a draw for you reconsider. Especially if you work a 9 to 5, you won’t be able to enjoy the rooftop except in the darkness smh.
Response: Welcome to Carillon House, Ansley! We are sorry to hear that your experience was not of the quality you expected. We value a positive living experience for all of our residents and want to make things right for you as soon as possible. We take pest matters very seriously. I have forwarded your concern to our manager, Rochelle, who has informed that she has scheduled your unit for pest control. We encourage you to bring up any other maintenance concerns during our visit so we may address them ASAP. Thanks again for bringing your concerns to our attention and we look forward to assisting you!
UBS
UBS: Not a good place to move in, cigarette smoke smell most of the time especially at nights. Make your daily life miserable. I was told it is a smoke free apt before signing the lease but turns out it is not. I asked for help from management several times but no response. There are other issues that comes up pretty frequently. I know now management will reply to show the potential buyers that they care but in reality once you sign the lease you sign the problems as well. Read reviews and make informed decisions.
Response: We're sorry to hear of your disappointment and we apologize for any challenges you've encountered while living with us. We encourage residents to notify us if they experience any disturbances so we may take action accordingly to correct the issue. However, we sincerely apologize for any issues you've experienced in trying to reach us and we certainly want to ensure your concerns are addressed ASAP. We would like the opportunity to speak with you so we can further investigate this matter. The Flats at Dupont Circle Apartments: what do users think?
ashleigh barbee
ashleigh barbee: My husband and I loved living at Flats! The location is perfect! So close to shopping, hotels, metro/busses and a lot of good food!!! All of the office staff are super friendly and helpful. The concierge staff are super welcoming and friendly. The maintenance team members are polite and do a great job addressing any apartment and community needs. Our apartment faced the National Cathedral and the view was AMAZING!! We got a lot of sunlight in our unit--which we loved. The amenities at Flats are convenient, clean and nice! I would recommend living here and I know Cristina and Tray would be more than willing to help you find the perfect unit at Flats!

Carlos Rivero
Carlos Rivero: I stated in The Flats for about a year with two roommates. The building is very clean and up to date, and the staff were really helpful with any issues I had. Unfortunately I didn’t get to use the outdoor BBQ/pool but the gym is larger than most apartment gyms and the washer/dryer room is full of units. Would definitely live there again
Response: Hi Carlos, we are thrilled that you enjoyed your home here at The Flats at Dupont Circle Apartments. Our team always strives to deliver an excellent experience, and we are glad you found this to be the case during your living experience. We hope to see you again in the future!
Nancy Nie-Fuller
Nancy Nie-Fuller: I love living here! The concierge staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Super convenient located 5 mins away from the Dupont metro and 15 mins away from Foggy Bottom. Great amenities like pool, gym and laundry in building. I moved from NYC so this is really haven for me just having someone to fix your lights the next day you put in a service request. It is pet friendly and even though I am not a pet owner I enjoy looking at those cute creatures coming in and out of the building.
Response: Hello, Nancy! It's great to hear from you. We are very happy to hear that you're enjoying all that the community and neighborhood has to offer. If there is ever anything we can help you with, feel free to reach us at (202) 457-5801. Thank you so much!

7th Flats: what do users think?
Anna Driscoll
Anna Driscoll: We recently moved into 7th Flats after an extensive apartment search, and so far we love it! After so many frustrating experiences trying to tour apartments, Michaela was so nice to work with. She was communicative and friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable of the property and the units we wanted to view. However, the best part of 7th Flats is the quality of the space you get for the price...it is truly a great deal for the Shaw neighborhood!
Response: Anna Driscoll, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at 7th Flats.
ted r
ted r: Moved out earlier in the year to a different building in the neighborhood. nobody was at the desk when you wanted guests or delivery let in, elevator service was terrible, also smelled of sewage at certain points coming from other units into ours. not sure if much has changed but there are plenty of better options in the u street corridor. Maybe things have improved since
Response: We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback.
Marie
Marie: I love living here the staff is always very attentive especially everyone at the front desk! They are all very nice and welcoming! The maintenance is also great Danny and the rest of the staff are always quick and accommodating when anything goes wrong! Plus you’re practically on U street, and can walk everywhere or catch the metro next door!
Response: Misty, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations! If you ever need anything else from us, please feel free to give us a call or stop by. Have an awesome day!
Joseph Chang
Joseph Chang: Great location and even better staff! One of my best leasing experience in DC. I have to say that there were many kind people working the building, especially Kevin who helped me and a friend have a smooth transition. His professionalism and charisma made the apartment hunting experience awesome!
Response: Joseph, it's experiences like yours that really keep us motivated! Your recommendation means so much to us and we're so happy to have earned it. Thank you again for taking the time to let the world know about your positive experience. Have a great day!

Rhode Island Row: what do users think?
Keena Blackmon
Keena Blackmon: During my time at Rhode Island Row I experienced some highs and some lows (hence the four stars) but a highlight was the concierge desk with Dominique. She always greeted me and my guests with a friendly smile and she was always willing to assist with any of my needs or concerns. When I saw her interaction with the other residents it was the same pleasant energy, with a “Hello” followed by a smile. She went above and beyond the job by assisting me with packages or simply telling me great places to visit in her hometown. Rhode Island Row found a gem with Dominique and although I’m no longer a resident, she has left a lasting memory with me.
Response: Thank you for the great review! We strive to provide perfect customer service and we are so glad to hear that Dominique provided that while you were living here. Genuine feedback like this helps us to make sure we are improving. If you have any other feedback you would like to share please do not hesitate to reach out to us at (202) 595-3679 - RIR Management
cara adams
cara adams: I always get a ton of packages delivered from my job and it can be quite a lot sometimes. I always fear my packages are going to get lost or stolen , Dominique the concierge goes above and beyond to ensure my packages are logged and accounted for. As a resident I appreciate the extra attention to detail, especially during holiday seasons. She’s always welcoming and friendly, exceptional customer service and effective communicator.
Response: Thank you so much for the great review! We are so glad to hear that our concierge team has provided such excellent customer service. We strive to make sure that our residents and guests are getting the absolute best service. Thank you again for your review. - RIR Management
Paul V
Paul V: Nice apartments and staff. Good preventative maintenance. Very quiet for the area. Next to metro, buses, MBT, movie theater and bars. Only bad thing is that daily people smoke Marijuana in the stairwell next to my apartment, and it bleeds heavily into my apartment making it smell of Marijuana. We informed the staff many many times via phone, in person, and even email but they refuse to do anything about it. 🤷🏽‍♂️
Response: Thank you for this feedback, Paul. We are very sorry to hear about this experience as this is not our standard. If you can please email us at rhodeislandrow@bozzuto.com or call the office we would like to set up a time that we can meet with you. - RIR Management

Chawndra: The staff is amazing! The apartments are very lovely! I enjoy it here. It has all the amenities I wanted! It is clean. Located in a great place with plenty of things to do! I’M IN HERE!!!

Patricia Ward
Patricia Ward: This is a lovely place to visit, many businesses to note, dmv, CVS, eateries, and nice sitting areas to take in the scenery! One can then venture to the top of the hill to more stores, Homedepot, Ross dress for less and pop into GIant and more.
Response: Thank you for the great review, Patricia! We are so glad that you enjoy visiting Rhode Island Row. - RIR Management
Victoria Daniels
Victoria Daniels: I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the concierge at this establishment. In my multiple years of residency here I have not met a more professional and personable concierge than Dominique. She is hospitable and goes the extra mile, by genuinely taking an interest in not just the support requested as a resident but who you are as a person. Even when navigating a larger crowd, in the lobby the other day, she moved with efficiency and effectiveness. Her effort is truly valued.
Response: We are thrilled to hear you are loving Rhode Island Row! We always strive to provide top-quality service to every resident and guest and we are so excited to hear that you have enjoyed your experience here! RIR Management

Maple View Flats: what do users think?
Natalie White
Natalie White: I have had a terrible and discouraging experience with the Maple View Flats leasing team. I have submitted my application over a month ago and have received ZERO follow up. You are never able to get in touch with the leasing office via phone, they always transfer you to their third party information collections team. The team promises that someone will get back to you from the main office but it never happens. I have personally went up to the leasing office to try to check on my status in person, but they always claim they are between staff due to turnover. They promise to follow up, but never do. The run around and lack of communication has given me has been completely unprofessional. I highly recommend applying elsewhere.
Response: Hello Natalie White, I am so sorry to discover that your application hasn't been handled in a timely fashion. I sent you a message earlier and I will contact you with a status update within 48 hours. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to turn around the situation and help you find your new home. Sincerely, Michelle McCoy, Community Manager
Deonta Lipscomb
Deonta Lipscomb: Very dysfunctional front office. After calling inquiring about a 1bd I was told there where some openings I arrived at the office to summit application with application fee only to never have my application process. I began to call every other day everytime I received different answers. I was told that somebody will give me a call back I never received any calls from these peoples. I then requested to speak to the property manager who in terms did absolutely nothing she stated she would investigate and she would call me back never received a phone call the entire time. This literally was a two month back and forth with them. I had 1 week left on my lease and no where to go and these people will take your money and never process your application. I can only image what the tenant go through and the reason I decided to look else where after no answers for two months.
Response: Good afternoon Mr. Lipscomb, My name is Mary Martin and I am the new Community Manager for Maple View Flats. I would first like to apologize for your experience with the application process at Maple View Flats, we were transitioning with staff at the time you applied. I assure you that it is not our intention to mislead any of our future or current residents at Maple View Flats and as the new Community Manager, I would greatly appreciate it if you would allow me to personally reactivate your application to show you an AWSOME!! Maple View experience. If you would like I can be reached at mmartin@kettler.com Sincerely, Mary Martin, Community Manager, Maple View Flats
Brittany Speight
Brittany Speight: Hello everyone, thanks for coming to my Ted talk. On this episode we/ I have disregarding property mangers who is never in the office at 9:00am and always leaves before 6:00pm. I’ve lived here for a month and this has been the worst place yet. Property management does not care about residents . I’ve called serval times to get a matter fixed and no one answers the phone or they lie and say “I’ll call you back”. For $1360 this is no it. Save your money people and find you something better. Thank you for listening.
Response: Brittany, we are so sorry to hear that your experience has not been satisfactory. While are are currently short staffed in the office, your concerns are important to us. Please email me at emorton@kettler.com so that we can work through your concerns. Sincerely, Evette Morton, General Manager
Jackie Venable
Jackie Venable: The staff is amazing.I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. These are great apartment. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues.I would recommend it to others .

Larry Covert
Larry Covert: Living here has been awesome. I love the manager, Chase. He is always willing to help everyone. Even notice so many improvements around the building since he started. Great living experience for sure!
Response: Larry, Thank you for your 5 star review and for recognizing Chase and his hard work! Sincerely, Maple View Flats Management
Sayquan Agusto
Sayquan Agusto: I didn’t even make it out my car to see the apartment. Building looked very nice and well manicured from the outside but I couldn’t get past the neighborhood. There is a convenient store across the street to the right when existing the building that’s caged up locked down like Fort Knox, red flag 1.... their were a group of gentlemen within walking distance of the building on the corner half dressed about to fight they all looked like they haven’t washed, in days red flag 2. And across the street there were a few men who looked like alcoholics and drug addicts begging for money, red flag 3. If you’re single and young and spend most of your time at work or in the more affluent areas of D.C. then I recommend because the pricing isn’t bad. Outside of that I wish I would live in an environment where I feel like I may have to fight for my life when I walk out my building.
Response: Dear Sayquan, we are sorry that you decided not to tour with us during your visit. Feel free to contact us at 202-922-2020 if you change your mind. Sincerely, Maple View Flats Management

Michael Dixon: Love staying here. Chase is super dope always goes above for tenants. I can always come to him and he will be available and nice to us.
Response: Hi Michael, Thank you for the positive remarks. We enjoy having you as a valuable resident of Maple View Flats! As you know, my door is always open! Best Chase Brown, Community Manager
Nigel Hall
Nigel Hall: I have been fortunate to have moved in several months ago and feel I need to add my voice to the reviews! I have to agree that the staff here are some of the most incredible people I have ever met going over and beyond to help anyone that walks into the office, resident or potentials. The building far exceed expectations in terms of what you get and the units are beautiful. The neighbours I have met so far are great and I hope this turns into a community that cares for each other as well as the development. Well done leasing team!
Christopher Newton
Christopher Newton: Today I’m writing this review to express my excitement and gratitude to the wonderful staff at maple view flats. The leasing staff made me feel extremely welcome they made my application process as easy as possible. I applied pressure about the process and they never cracked they constantly produced results. I truly can say they care about whoever walks in to apply. I’m happy to say that I was approved and move in this weekend and can’t wait! And again you guys were amazing thanks again.

Eliot on 4th: what do users think?
Trevor Alexander
Trevor Alexander: The people that work at the building are awesome and make it a great spot to live. It’s in a great location, is really new, and offers great amenities. Special shout-out to Ndidi, she took care of me from day one and is always a fun time to talk to.
Response: Trevor, Thanks for choosing us and leaving such a great review! We're thrilled that Ndidi left you with such a great impression! We hope stay one of your favorites. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do for you in the future. William Weiglein, Assistant Community Manager
Maria Hurt
Maria Hurt: I really enjoyed my time living in this building. Location is amazing and hard to beat. My one bedroom was perfect and super comfortable space-wise. Nothing about the building is causing me to move out – just moving into a bigger place with my fiancé. Leasing office is average. Ndidi was impossible to get a hold of while I was applying, so maybe try to get a different leasing agent at the beginning. But it was worth it to keep bugging and eventually got through it and moved in. William has taken over for my move-out information and has been responsive and helpful so far. Only maintenance issue I ran into was a time period where a marijuana smell was coming through the bathroom and hallways. I will say the building handled it well and got it resolved quickly. Other than that, I did not have any issues with the apartment itself. One con is that lately there have been a lot of mandatory DC water shut offs at really inconvenient times (i.e. 8:00pm for eight hours, not great) with very short notice. It would be helpful to get more notice, but fully aware that can be out of the building’s control most of the time. Overall the building is really nice to live in. Amenities and location are great and the rooftop pool was always nice in the summer. Concierge is fine too. They are there 24/7 and always helpful with packages. All in all, good building to live in if you want a luxury building close to the city/Wharf!
Response: Thank you so much Maria for sharing your thorough review of Eliot on 4th. We wish you the absolute best with your move! -Sharita Harper, Senior Community Manager
Christoph von Löwenstern

Shay Norman
Shay Norman: Got the privilege of working with Ndidi during the leasing process. Because I was moving in the middle of winter from the mid-west the process of located a living space from another state was very stressful. Ndidi was amazing during the entire process by extending me patience, honesty, and expertise. Truly appreciated working with her.
Response: Hi Shay, We are grateful and appreciate the time you took to leave your review. We are so happy that you are enjoying your experience at Eliot on 4th and with Ndidi specifically. We hope to continue exceeding your expectations with 5-star service. -Sharita Harper, Community Manager

Trellis House: what do users think?
Cynthia Gross
Cynthia Gross: Trellis house really is a beautiful building and in a great area in terms of transportation convenience. The leasing team is great (Banessa was super helpful throughout the application process), as well as a few concierge staff. I really only have 2 complaints. The structure of this building seems to have been poorly made. The walls are so thin, you can hear word for word conversations from neighbors. There are “quiet hours” in place but some tenants either don’t respect this policy or don’t realize how loud they are. There’s also daily smell of smoke in the hallway even though this is a non smoking building but this is not as big of a concern for me. The leasing team has been responsive and helpful in terms of dealing with my complaints (particularly Claudia has been extremely nice and accommodating) but the issues persist. If you are sensitive to sound, I would not recommend this building. Otherwise moving in was super easy with full access to the dock, the amenities are great, building is clean, location is great, apartment appliances are good, maintenance turnaround is quick, and receiving delivery/packages is super convenient with 24 hour concierge.
Response: We regret that we have achieved anything short of 5-stars, Cynthia. Should you wish to discuss your experience further, please do not hesitate to reach back out to our Resident Services Office team at (202) 769-3000
Omoyeni Oyekola
Omoyeni Oyekola: Beware, trellis house is ridiculously expensive and will charge you for anything. I and my roommate moved out of our old apartment and we thought we were done paying all the charges. Until, we got an email saying we had to pay $250 for the stovetop. There were no dents, nor scratches. Just normal wear and tear, that I am pretty sure could be removed with soap & iron sponge. The only reason I didn’t clean it myself was because we paid for $175 for the deep cleaning option offered by Trellis. After paying, I remember the leasing agent saying, “you don’t have to clean anything, just move out and we will take care of the cleaning.” It is frustrating that we pay so much for rent, yet we have to be extra cautious while cooking. Like, we only cooked about twice or thrice a month!
Response: Hello Omoyeni Oyekola, I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment with us, and I would like to personally assist you with making things right. Let’s get on a call and address this ASAP, we value your business. Please contact us at (202) 769-3000 when convenient.
Yeni Oyekola
Yeni Oyekola: When I first moved in, I sent a couple of videos of the apartment to my parents and I remember my dad saying “you live in an hotel” Trellis is a beautiful apartment with lots of amenities. My favorite amenities are the sky terrace (the view from the 6th floor is so amazing) and the productivity hub (I actually get a lot of work done there). The environment gives you a sense of ambiance and comfort. There’s even a private dining area and a yoga room. When I moved in, I only had one problem, my upstairs neighbor was a bit heavy footed. I should have complained from the beginning but I was worried about being a nuisance. But the noise became so unbearable that I had to make a complaint to management. The first person I spoke to wasn’t of much help. But I got an email from the property manager the very next business day. We interacted and scheduled a phone call. When we got on the call, he really listened, he didn’t overlook any of my issues. Not only did he promise to call my upstairs neighbor to see if they could quiet down, add rugs or carpet; he also said they would get me a white noise canceling machine. That was above and beyond for me, that call really made me feel valued and cared for. Ever since that call, I almost never hear my upstairs neighbor anymore and I also received the white noise canceling machine. Trellis is a beautiful apartment with a manager that really cares.
Response: Hello Yeni, Thank you for the wonderful review and for taking the time to share your feedback. Our priority is customer service and we are truly happy that we were able to make you feel at home! If you need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out! Best Regards, The Trellis House Team

We will be sure to applaud her for her hard work. We're so happy to have you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you ever need anything! Trellis

Linda Armistead: I have yet to move my daughter in and already I am confident in giving Wayne Toombs a perfect score. Trellis House has a gold gem working for them. He has graciously walked my daughter and me through the entire process making it, not only stress free, enjoy. He has a wealth of knowledge and shares it with thoughtfulness, professionalism and kindness. He is undeniably the BEST at what he does. Having him guide us has truly put this overprotective mom’s mind at ease. God bless him and his loved ones!

HannaElizabeth Johnson: The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude to me. I’ve never been to this apartment building before. I was delivering food. Mot once did he say hello or how i was doing. Seemed like he had an attitude. When i left he didn’t speak nor did I. I asked him his name he didn’t give it to me. I’m very nice and have manners. It’s extremely unacceptable for him to treat me that way.

Walter Convention Center Apartments 30 Day Rentals: what do users think?
Jen Lobaugh
Jen Lobaugh: We booked an apartment in May 2021 for a stay there starting 3/14/2022. On 3/14/2022 at 6pm, we received a cancellation from them stating they had a maintenance issue and had to cancel our reservation. We had to book another hotel and this place is unresponsive to refunding us. They keep saying they will send my message to the refund team. I’ve contacted them by email, text, phone (they don’t answer) and I contacted booking.com about it. We ended up having to dispute the original charge on our credit card and are hoping that resolves it but I cannot believe that they cancel on people without giving a refund! Absolutely ridiculous. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.
Rahul Vidhani
Rahul Vidhani: Do not book this property at all. This property cancelled my booking at the last moment when I was at the DC Airport. I was stranded at the airport and spent 2 hours getting a new booking done at higher rates. Mine was a prepaid booking done 4 months ago. The property says that they have some software issue and that my CC got declined.
Kenneth Rogers
Kenneth Rogers: Booked a reservation over a month ago , The day before travel at 7pm at night they cancelled our reservation , with no explanation. then told us they cannot refund our money for 5 to 7 days . totally unacceptable! Stay away from these people as they are scammers and run away with your money and Booking .com will not help you.
Plywater (Plywater)
Plywater (Plywater): Worst mistake by booking here, they are extremely stingy about refunds.

Holiday Inn Washington Capitol - Natl Mall, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Wei Y
Wei Y: My recent experience at the hotel in mid March was quite pleasant. The room was clean, decor was fairly up-to-date, beds were comfortable (subjectively), and the bathroom was fairly well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, this includes the cleaning crew (on the 8th floor) who would give you anything you asked for. The pandemic is not over yet, so I liked the idea of not having staff coming in every day. People complaint about the thin wall, water pressure and the train. I did experience all of the above. The thin wall didn’t bother me that much, it’s usually due to loud neighbors. For the water pressure, I just waited for the others to finish their use then take my turn, the place was packed at the time and everyone was taking shower at the same time. As for the train, the hotel unfortunately situated right next to the track so unless you are a heavy sleeper, the noises could bother some of the guests on the east side. We ended up switching to the other side and it was great! The food at the restaurant downstairs was also surprising. The taste and the price were comparable to the nearby places, if not cheaper. A Starbucks was also attached to the hotel but they do close somewhat early. As for the parking, we didn’t have a car, but once I parked at a hotel in downtown Chicago, it was over $100 a night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again for sure!
Response: Wei Y, thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your experience and feedback with us. We hope to see you again.
M B
M B: This was our first time staying at this hotel and it completely served its purpose. First the location - it is across the street from the department of Education and one block from the Air & Space Museum. There is a Starbucks on the corner of the hotel and several restaurants on the same block including a McDonalds. This hotel has a parking garage under it making parking very convenient. Parking fee is charged by the hotel per day and we had in and out privileges throughout our stay. There are two restaurants inside the hotel and a small convenience store next to the front desk. The lobby is more upscale than I thought it would be and staff was nice. We got into our room the first night later in the evening and our AC wasn’t working. We called the front desk and within minutes, a maintenance worker was at our door. He changed out the wall thermostat which didn’t resolve the issue and called for assistance to bring a new AC unit. They changed that out within minutes and discovered that there must be a wiring challenge that would take more time to resolve. They contacted the front desk, got us a new room and they walked it to make sure it was in perfect working condition before bringing us the new key cards. They offered to help us move but we were fine getting ourselves to the new room. This was the only challenge we experienced during our stay and these two maintenance technicians were absolutely wonderful. We forgot to get their names but they were on duty Friday, May 20, 2022 in the late evening. Nothing is a short walk in Washington DC as buildings are huge and the distance is deceiving. Every day we walked more than 7 miles and at the end of each day I walked back to the hotel to pick up the car to pick up my Mom to keep her from having to walk back. All throughout Washington DC, there are bicycles and electric scooters available to rent electronically on the spot to make the walking shorter and to get places quicker. We didn’t use them this time but they are a great benefit if needed. We did not eat in the hotel, but it is wonderful that the restaurants were there if we wanted to. This is a pretty perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Washington DC and we will most likely stay here on our next visit and recommend that you consider it as well. We didn’t take photos of the hotel, but it was very nice, clean, comfortable beds and we felt safe.
Response: M B, thank you for choosing to be our guest. We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to know that you had a great stay. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share your comments and feedback with the team. We hope to see you again, next time you are in the area.

Tudor Place: what do users think?
Sara Ceresa
Sara Ceresa: I was mostly interested in seeing the gardens, which didn’t disappoint. I also quite enjoyed the tour of the house including the historical context of the property’s ownership and recognition of the critical roles of slaves and caretakers in the history of the property.
pooria riahi
pooria riahi: This is a very charming place hidden in Georgetown and visiting it is free. places in a cute neighborhood and its gardens could be a relaxing destination for an afternoon. However, I have to voice my concern on the state of the place and how badly it is being kept. In my mind, if they need money, it is ok to charge visitors but gardens are delicate things to maintain and need attention.
B Daisy
B Daisy: Gorgeous. We got to rest in the garden for half an hour before our tour of the house started, which was beautiful and so serene. The house itself comes with a great amount of history, and the people who work here really care about the story and try to provide you with as much information as they can, which was really inspiring to see. You could tell, just by looking at Francis (our amazing guide) and the rest of the staff, how significant the house and the narrative was to them. Their enthusiasm and dedication was beautiful, and the garden and the house itself was such a treat to see. Loved every minute of it.
Natalie Thomas
Natalie Thomas: We did the elegant Victorian tea party and toured the Historic House. 👌🏽👌🏽
Michelle Mitton
Michelle Mitton: A beautiful stop in our tour of Georgetown. The house was closed due to COVID but the gardens were worth the visit. We loved the neighborhood around the estate and the fountains and gardens are well kept and lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Natalie Moore
Natalie Moore: I am a wedding photographer specializing in film photography. Myself and another photographer hosted our workshop, The Film Theory Workshop at the Tutor Place and it was the perfect place for our small get together! They were accommodating with helping us navigate the ins and outs of making our workshop come to life, and the backdrop was perfect for multiple shoot locations. The historic grounds in Washington, D.c. tell an incredible story and was the perfect fit for our workshop! Hope to shoot wedding there one day! ps. We were so excited when our workshop ended up going on to be featured in Style Me Pretty! Big thanks to Tudor Place! Images by Natalie Jayne Photography
Sammy Mills
Sammy Mills: Beautiful grounds but not much to it. It would be a beautiful place for a wedding or a photo shoot. We didn’t get a chance to tour the house, they happen on the hour. To walk through the gardens is $3 and you get a brochure about the property.
Rachel McCoy
Rachel McCoy: Beautiful in the spring time with the flowers in full bloom. Gardens can be visited for just $3. There are plenty of benches to sit and admire the view of this little idyll in the middle of Georgetown.

The Gantry: what do users think?
Cory Cooper
Cory Cooper: From the moment I walk into the gantry the building was spectacular with amazing views of DC. I was greeted by Lottie who was very friendly and offered me refreshments. My leasing agent Kadija Cole was so helpful, hands on, and friendly to work with during my leasing process ..she made me feel like I was the only person while dealing with many potential residents. I love it here!
Response: Cory Cooper, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! We always strive to provide top quality service to every guest, and are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience here at The Gantry!
Trayvon Nelson
Trayvon Nelson: I’ve been living at The Gantry for about five months, and I can say this place is amazing. Well established, comfortable, and most importantly secure is what I feel while living here. The persons that work here are also appreciated for what they do. Two staff members that are always helping and ensuring that I am treated like family despite the situation are Armando and Lottie. The work these two put in at this marvelous Apartment enterprise I should say is heartfelt and wonderful. With Lottie and Armando, it is so easy to hold a conversation. Usually, any problem that presents itself will always be solved by one of the two without having to go to the Leasing Office. The Gantry is my Home and I love it. To The Gantry, Lottie, and Armando, thank you for making the little things count.
Response: Trayvon Nelson, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! We're glad to hear we delivered such a great experience. If there's anything further we can do for you, we are happy to help!
Seng Peng
Seng Peng: I highly recommend the Gantry. I have been here for only a few months but so far it has been my best apartment living experience. All of the staff are super professional and responsive and they know you by a first name basis. The building amenities are top notch. I especially enjoy the organic community garden at the rooftop. If you are looking for a new place to live in a hip and chic neighborhood, come check out The Gantry!
Response: Seng Peng, thanks for your praise and kind comments about our team. We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
Jalisa Jackson
Jalisa Jackson: I moved into the Gantry about 3 weeks ago! The move-in was smooth and simple. The amenities are awesome! The building is huge, modern and located in an up and coming neighborhood. I would definitely recommend taking a tour if you are considering. I worked with Kadija through my application process and move, she was truly great to work with 😊.
Response: Jalisa Jackson, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at The Gantry. Our team strives to deliver an excellent experience, and are glad you found this to be the case during your visit. If you have further needs or questions, please reach out!
Soni K
Soni K: The Gantry is stunning- seriously, every space is beautifully curated. The amenities are top tier & the apartments have high quality appliances. I wanted to move in as soon as I toured this place, & Kadija from the leasing office went above & beyond to make it happen. She was incredibly helpful through the moving process & accommodated all my requests. Moving is always stressful but she made the process seamless & I can’t thank her enough
Response: Soni, reviews like this give us motivation and help us ensure we provide high-quality care. Thank you so much for your feedback! Hope to see you soon!
Greg Weinman
Greg Weinman: We just moved in to our new apartment at the Gantry and we can’t say enough positive about this beautiful property and the amazing leasing office staff. We looked at about a dozen properties, but we kept coming back to the Gantry, and now that we are finally making it home, it just becomes clearer every day what a solid choice this is for us. The leasing staff, especially our personal agent Joshua, have been above and beyond attentive, they’ve gone out of their way to be helpful with our pre-move in needs (accepting deliveries etc., and answering our endless questions. They continue to make us feel welcome in a way we’ve really never experienced before. During these sometimes challenging angry times, it’s really nice to live somewhere where we can feel welcomed.
Response: Hi Greg Weinman, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at The Gantry. We're happy we could meet your expectations! Your recommendation means so much to us and we're so happy to have earned it. Thank you again for taking the time to let the world know about your positive experience. Have a great day!

Calvert House: what do users think?
Grace Burke
Grace Burke: I moved into Calvert in June and I’ve had such a positive experience! My apartment is amazing- very clean, spacious, and great lighting! My process of touring, applying for, and signing my lease was not only easy, but the leasing office was eager to help me. I feel safe living here during the age of COVID-19- we’re required to wear masks when inside and not in individual apartments. I also regularly take advantage of the communal spaces, specifically the gym and the outdoor patio with grills and I’ve loved my time with both! I’m even in the process of trying to convince my friend who is moving to DC soon to move into her own studio in Calvert!
Annika Mitic
Annika Mitic: The staff and team there was super accommodating and friendly. We had an apartment with a balcony and it was absolute heaven. The appliances are a little dated but everything works and the maintenance staff is super quick to address any problems. The location is also excellent!
Vanessa Long
Vanessa Long: Honestly fantastic location, and great price for a studio compared to the other places around. All utilities included and very quick maintenance for broken appliances. I lived here for a year and wish I could stay longer. Staff can sometimes be cold but we can often be cold at work too. I recommend moving here if you want to be near restaurants, Metro, and a beautiful park. Building is generally very quiet and units have NO pest issues. I had a great experience!
Dustin Sammons
Dustin Sammons: This building has a huge mice problem. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for the price.
Response: Dustin - thank you for reviewing our community. We are sorry that you feel we only deserve one star. We have weekly pest control visits and take pest and rodent issues very seriously. I would appreciate the opportunity to be able to speak with you more about your concern in your apartment. If you can call the office, myself, or someone on the Quebec House team, would be happy to assist you and discuss your concerns and resolution. Thank you and I hope that we can earn back some stars. We look forward to hearing from you. Benjamin Zeitler Calvert House team
Leo Boella
Leo Boella: My upstairs neighbor throws weights on the floor at night and the management, without ever having come to hear that, tells me that it is normal in America. If you are a foreigner do not come to this building, unless you like to live under a CrossFit place
shirin batshon
shirin batshon: Building management is one of the worst you can have, the staff is rude, unpleasant and simply don’t care about the residents I have lived there for 4 years and could not wait to leave. The staff and their regulations made sure to prevent you from feeling at home. Horrible experience The location is good but you can find better quality for this price
Response: Shirin, We have received your review and we're sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. If you would like to discuss your issues further please contact the Community Manager. We work hard try and make everyone's experience at Calvert House the best it can be. Thank you, Calvert House Management

3Tree Flats: what do users think?
Z D
Z D: Wouldn’t recommend. Management is not attentive. Maintenance requests go ignored/unanswered for years. They continued to raise rent my over time stating that it is because of the rising costs of their amenities...even though their amenities along with the overall condition of the building grew worse over time. One of the main elevators has been broken for almost two years, and management has been claiming that it will get fixed although a DCRA inspector shut it down and tagged it as unsafe for public use. DCRA EVEN placed a warning sticker on the elevator which the management company ultimately removed. The service elevator in the back works hardly 2/10 times. There is a bug problem that management is aware of but also ignores, and there has been ongoing issues with the water heater.
Response: Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Please contact me immediately if you have any outstanding maintenance issues so that we can address these. I can be reached at the Leasing Office at (202) 793-3363. – Carmel J., Property Manager
Andrea J
Andrea J: Still waiting for my rental deposit to come back, phones not being answered, it has been 45 days. Emailed a few times. I for the most part enjoyed the apartment itself in my time here, but the office has a lot to be desired, rarely answer calls, closes more than open during normal hours, voicemail always full etc...day 45 and should have received deposit. Administration needs work.
Maria Reyeros
Maria Reyeros: Kitchen sink got clogged up a week ago, so I asked maintenance to fix it but they never came to fix it so a week passed & I asked again if they could fix it but they never did. My husband had to try & fix it because maintenance never came to fix the sink. Poor maintenance.
Brandy Ekento
Brandy Ekento: I recommend it
Response: Thank you for the 5 star review!

Jon Milton: One of the nicest affordable apartment communities in DC!
Response: Thank you Jon for this wonderful review of 3Tree Flats! We’re so happy to know that you love living here! If there’s anything you need to discuss, please contact me directly at the Leasing Office. – Carmel J., Property Manager
