Capital Hill Flats: what do users think?

Murray Campbell: Great location, great apartment with everything we needed, close to all the sights, cafes and grocery store. Apartment was spotlessly clean! Would highly recommend!

Lexie Fields: Sweet little place that has nice apartments. They get a few people that stay there as a hotel for the place and cots. Over all it is a great place.

Eunice Picado: Amazing location, beautiful property and friendly efficient staff! Strongly recommended!

Jenn Quitoriano: The Capital Hills Flats studio I had was great and perfect for what I needed on my first trip to DC. Room: The studio was clean, modern and included a very comfortable bed, a kitchenette, plenty closet space, good sized bathroom with tub, and a nice writing desk that viewed the cute neighborhood. The kitchenette included dishes, silverware, a Kuereg coffee machine, etc. Location: The flat was walking distance from the Capitol and National Mall. Everyday of my stay I was easily able to walk to all the different museums, memorials and monuments. Also, it is not far from Trader Joe’s or CVS if you need to pick up some snacks or maybe thing you may have forgotten or need. On the way there, you can pass by other local shops and boutiques. Other Accommodations: Laundry machines and detergent are available for use in the basement. This was very convienient, especially for those that don’t want to pack a lot of clothes. Your own hamper was provided as well in your room. Lastly, the staff was very accommodating and was willing to assist me in any questions or requests I had. To conclude, I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit DC.

kevin webb: Awesome place. Alot to do and easy access to metro

Andrea Gubert: I would like to know if you charge fees to receive orders placed over the internet for guests.thanks,Andréa Gubert

Tricia “Cocobeauty” Prioleau: Beautiful place

hugo romo: (Translated by Google) Very good location Nice neighborhood The decoration is with good taste. (Original) Muy buena ubicación. Barrio agradable. La decoracion es con buen gusto.

Heaven on Washington Fully Furnished Apartments: what do users think?

Linda Steinke: Having lived in Penn Quarter and recently moved I was back for a visit and wanted to stay in the area. I found Pelican Residences in the Lansburgh the perfect location. This 2 BR 2 BA apartment was fully furnished. The corner unit I had had great view down 7th and E streets. Within walking distance to my favorite restaurants, Gregory’s coffee as well as the Smithsonian museums, the National Mall and the Capitol and White House. The apartment was clean and the Pelican staff are extremely responsive down to replacing light bulbs. Would I stay again? YES!!!!
Response: Thanks Linda, It was a pleasure to host you. We look forward to hosting you again in one of our 10 cites. Pelican Residences

Tony Staman: Perfect location for this high quality apartment, right next to Metro Archives station so getting in from Reagan airport was very easy. Location puts you within a short distance of most of the major museums, if you did not want to walk they have a DC Bike Share dock right next to the apartment. Gym was very nice, pool was slightly above average, residents were very friendly. Front desk staff was also very friendly and was very helpful with the few questions we had. The bathrooms in our room were very clean and had beautiful glass door showers. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others looking for a nice quality hotel in a great location. Only thing bad I can say was that the beds in both rooms sat very low to the ground which was weird and carpet appeared a little dirty in some areas but neither of these comments would stop me from recommending this apartment.

Mary Ann Madejas: I had a very pleasant stay overall. The place was very quiet, clean, and had plenty of pots and pans and extra linens. I also appreciate the timely reply and the responsiveness of the host. I wanted to expand my stay by one night after i had checked in, and the host was able to accommodate very quickly.

Tyler Nixon: I stayed in this location in a one-bedroom apartment for almost 3 weeks on an extended business trip to the District. In addition to an excellent location, convenient to just about anywhere in the District and close to all of the federal facilities, monuments and museums, the room was absolutely first-rate. The kitchen and all amenities were up to date and fully-appointed, with everything one would need as though at home. The apartment was also spacious but quite cozy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and they also provided additional linens, as well as a set of towels and washcloths. The TV had both cable and internet streaming applications (Netflix - you could use your own account). The washer and dryer system was excellent and like new. The closet space was also remarkable. The free coffee and hot drinks machines at both entrances was a really nice amenity, especially on chilly days. The entrance security, with key fobs that activate the doors and are required to use the elevators, as well as the manned receptions desks at the entrances (except maybe a few hours in the late night) were reassuring for the security of the facility but also did not inhibit access with ease for anyone staying there. The elevators were numerous and though there were some issues on the first day I was there, the rest of the time they functioned without a hitch, and were numerous and speedy enough that I never had to wait for more than a few seconds to catch an elevator either up to or down from any of the upper floors. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations for a longer stay in DC and wanting all of the amenities of home.

jocelyn Luterte: Great place to stay in DC. Cleanliness and layout are great. Everything was very smooth and easy to deal with! Would definitely recommend! The heated pool is a bonus!

Shai Ruyod: "a great place to call "home". I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. Plus there is an indoor heated pool that is well kept up daily. Pet friendly too. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, in walking distance. Highly recommended!!

Jerry Zhao: This place is wonderful! It's within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions like the white house, capitol, memorials and Smithsonian museums. Tons of great restaurants within a couple of blocks. The trouble is to choose which one to check out. Staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. The building also has a state of art gym, indoor swimming pool and sauna, though we didn't have the time to take advantage of those.

Hein hwyan: I had a horrible stay at one of their apartments. The blinds were broken in one of the bedrooms and I put in a request to get it fixed. The management kept tellling they will get it done but they never got around to doing it. Also, one of the toilet was broken and spilling out water. I had to nag them several times and they eventually sent someone over to fix it. They should increase their quality control and customer service. Do yourself a favor and not live at any of their apartments. Terrible experience.

Chinedu Nwaghanata: Location was great, in the middle of downtown DC, nearby many landmarks. Apartment was in the 11th floor with great lighting and view. The apartment had a kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies and the bedroom and living room had tvs with Netflix and cable. Whole apartment was immmaculate. Parking was 16 dollars a day.

Chris Peace: Walking Distance to everything!! Restaurants, Malls or Grocery Stores. The apartment was also wonderful it is indeed Heaven on Washington during our stay.

Anne Trotter: Clean and well set up. Nice little neighborhood, parking, walk to good restaurants and little grocery stores. It's close into the city. Has cable. It pretty much has everything you could need, and the host is really really helpful and nice. I'd be comfortable staying a while here.

Madelyn Petersohn: Awesome apartment! Very nicely furnished, clean, and close to many restaurants and attractions

Ken Miura: Great location, rooms were nice and clean.

Devin Petersohn: Great location, nice 1br apt. close to the capitol.

Whyle Furnished Apartments: what do users think?

Sonia Khan: I spent three months at Whyle and can highly recommend the building to others. Gorgeous views, great facilities, and super convenient location for a short stay in the city, i.e. whole foods, core power yoga, and nail salon right below the building. Shannon and team went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay during a hybrid work environment. Thank you!!
Response: Thank you Sonia! I am glad you chose to make Whyle home while you were here. We would love to have you back if you are ever in DC again.

William Marsh: I recently stayed at Whyle for roughly three months from October 2021 to January 2022. The experience was incredibly positive. The management team is responsive and super helpful. The gym is AMAZING! They have Peloton bikes and tons of other work out machines and gear. The apartments are modern, new, and well stocked with what you need for a short, medium, or longer term stay. The management team can provide you with a list of items in each apartment. The location? There is a Whole Foods right next door which is incredibly convenient. It's a busy part of town so it can be a bit noisy at night but it's a great location and super walkable to everything you could want! I would highly recommend Whyle!
Response: Thank you, William, for the kind words! I'm delighted that we had an opportunity to have you stay with us while you were in DC. I hope you and your wife enjoy your new city and new Peloton and look forward to seeing you two back in DC.

Amy S: Great location with easy access to the Metro. Excellent food options nearby in easy walking distance. It was a nice walk on a cooler morning down to Chinatown and there is plenty of transportation available for a quick ride to the museums on the Mall. The apartment itself was clean and decorated tastefully. I found the management to be friendly and helpful, and they were highly responsive. I recommend this location.
Response: Thank you Amy -- we truly appreciate the kind words and hope to see you back the next time you are in DC.

Ian Carter: I almost hesitate to write this review for fear of it becoming too popular and difficult for me to book in the future... alas, the Whyle is the perfect choice for a short term (30+ day) stay in the DC area. Amazing location above a Whole Foods and near tons of restaurants and bars and transit, with a fully furnished super comfortable unit (sound proofed as well!) and the best staff you could ask for. OH, and the gym and rooftop are icing on the cake. Nearly perfection!
Response: Thank you Ian for the kind words and for staying with us while you were in DC. The team and I look forward to seeing you and your family back again in the near future.

Ozan Saracoglu: İ spent the last 2+ months at Whyle and enjoyed every minute of it. İ often do long-term stays when i travel for work because i like to feel like İ am at home. My apartment at Whyle was so comfortable, and the staff made my transition to the city quick and easy. İ look forward to my next project in DC. İ will be staying at Whyle for sure!
Response: Thank you Ozan! We appreciate the kind words and for making Whyle your DC home away from home -- Hope to see you back next time.

Alok Jain: I stayed at Whyle furnished apartments for nearly five months. The apartment was sunny and had a view of the Washington Monument. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing, refreshing and functional. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is nicely furnished and has good quality amenities. They have Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speakers, Mauviel pots and pans, OXO kitchen utensils and Scott Zwiesel glasses. They have kept bar accessories which I found very novel that allows to make your own signature cocktails. Whole Food store is just downstairs and the property is walking distance to many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Whyle’s GM Shannon and Manager Shane were very helpful during my stay. All in all - enjoyed my stay at Whyle and will stay again if visiting DC.
Response: Thank you Alok for the wonderful review! It was such a pleasure to get to know you and your family while you stayed at Whyle. We look forward to seeing you back in the near future.

Abel Legesse: I can’t say enough good things about my time at Whyle! I felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel! The staff was welcoming and friendly from the day I moved in till the day I moved out. The furnishings are high-end, the location is ideal, and the place is tranquil despite being in the middle of a bustling city. I highly recommend it!
Response: Thank you Abel! It has been great to have you with us. Let us know when you are back in town; we would love to see you again.

Nina L: My friends and I stayed here for the Spring in this super cute two-bedroom apartment. Fab design + A private view of the National Monument from our living room = VIBE! Thanks for helping make the DC experience what it was!
Response: Thank you Nina for your kind words and for making Whyle your DC residence. We hope to see you back next fall.

Valeria Wetzel: I rented Whyle looking for a premium apartment for short term. I regret my decision everyday. I was assigned unit 311, which is under the bridge that connects both buildings and therefore receives no light at all (and does not have floor to ceiling windows like the other units). It is nothing like the pictures that are posted online and it is the same price. So BE CAREFUL when you rent and make sure you reach out to ask which unit they will be assigning you. Management promised me to move me to a different apartment and I only found out some hours before the move that the other owners have decided to extend their stay and they have no other units available. Manager is on holidays and nobody is providing any assistance. I wish I had not rented this apartment. It is a rip off. Also, there is construction work nearby that goes everyday from 7am.
Response: Hello Valeria, Thank you for your feedback. Our Assistant General Manager Yogi said that he has been in constant communication with you since he is on property 50+ hours a week. As we discussed on the day that you arrived, you booked a Deluxe One-Bedroom apartment, which is the apartment type you are now staying in. We said you could move into a Premier One-Bedroom apartment as soon as it becomes available. Unfortunately, the guest staying in the next available Premier One-Bedroom Apartment had to extend their stay at the last minute. We also offered to move you to other One-Bedroom apartments, but you preferred to wait for the next Premier One-Bedroom. As Yogi has already communicated with you, there is a Standard One Bedroom apartment available that we would be happy to move you to immediately if you feel it will help improve your experience at Whyle. Regarding your current apartment, we offered to bring you additional plants and add more lighting as you felt the floor to ceiling windows in the apartment did not give you enough light and to help make you feel more comfortable. Please let us know if you would like to move into the Standard One-Bedroom apartment, and we will make it happen instantly. Thank you, Shannon Averill General Manager

Matt Spittler: I wish I could give this place ten stars! My wife had to be in the DC area for training for a few months, and since I work remotely, I joined. The rooftop lounge was the perfect co-working; I miss that view and the vibe! Their gym is legit too, with a squat rack, kettlebells, row machines and multiple Peloton bikes - I always had a great workout-- Can't wait till our next visit.
Response: Thank you Matt! We are Looking forward to seeing you in 2024- Safe travels! I hope your next stop has Lacalomb Coffee and Kettlebells.

Capitol Hill Stay - Veteran Owned Furnished Housing Temporary Extended Stay Washington DC Since 1997: what do users think?

Katie Wilkes: I stayed here for a month while house hunting. Fabulous, convenient location to everything you need. One of the best parts about the house is the private little courtyard/patio space out front. Stunning in the springtime. Capitol Hill Stay was attentive and extremely communicative the entire time. The neighbors were also so kind and helpful. But I have to say, it was the sincere thoughtfulness of the people who run this hospitality group that exceeded my expectations. Tragically, I lose my pup of 16 year unexpectedly while here (we were grateful to enjoy many days of gorgeous weather on that patio together). Upon check out and kind conversation with Phil, one of the staff members, the team let me know they had made a donation to a rescue organization in my pup’s honor. It brought me to tears. Stay with them if you can- I don’t think you’ll regret it.
Response: Thank you for the kind review Katie. We were very sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved dog but it makes us happy to know you enjoyed some time together there on the patio. Thank you again for staying with Capitol Hill Stay. Your stay (and others) are what helps us stay in business, pay our staff, cleaners, landscapers, etc, so on behalf of everyone we thank you very much.

Zach Powell: My wife and I have never been to a big city before. Coming from a small town in Kentucky, we were worried about coming to D.C. However, the owner (Brian) and Louise has been absolutely wonderful! The apartment was in a very safe and very upscale neighborhood. We were able to pay for a secure parking spot as well. Our neighbors were quiet and working professionals (always gone). If there were any questions, someone always answered them promptly via chat or text! I cannot reccomend Capitol Hill stay enough! If we are ever in DC again, we will be staying with them!
Response: Thanks Zach. It was a pleasure having you. We get a lot of people in from small towns and many later tell us Capitol Hill feels very much like a village within the big city, so it's kindof the best of both worlds.

ell bee: We recently had the opportunity to stay at one of the John Marshall House units on Capitol Hill. The unit was fabulous - the perfect size for a couple, stocked with everything you could need, and very clean. Location can't be beat - close to everything in the Capitol Hill area and a very safe neighborhood. Property owners were fabulous as well - great communication, and they provided us with helpful suggestions and tips. Would love to stay here again!
Response: Thank you so much. It was a pleasure having you. Please look us up if you need furnished housing in DC again.

michelle baum: We stayed at one of their properties in Eastern Market/Capitol Hill neighborhood In D.C in October 2021. They were very responsive and answered all our questions. We were able to have off street parking for a very reasonable price! Unit was beautifully kept, clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and great area to have as base for DC travel. Would highly recommend staying with Capitol Hill Stay groups' properties. Support this great veteran owned business!
Response: Thank you Michelle. It was a pleasure having you. Please don't hesitate to look us up again if you need furnished housing in DC

Christopher Wagner: I almost don't want to write this because I don't want the competition the next time I look for a place to stay in DC. But everybody's got to make a living and the owners of Capitol Hill Stay have earned theirs, so I have to tell the truth - the place was fantastic. A great location, a great place, detailed and friendly communication from the host, a backyard to relax a bit in and a place to leave the car and not do the DC street parking shuffle. It was like having a dream home in DC and I hope we can luck into it again sometime down the line a bit...
Response: Thanks Christopher. You stayed in one of my favorite places. Very glad you enjoyed it. Don't hesitate to look us up the next time you need furnished lodging in DC.

Veronica Thomas: Location! Location! Location! What you sacrifice in size for a studio by the heart of the Capitol, you made up for it with location! The owners were responsive, the place was clean, and we felt very secure! We were driving in from out of town and took advantage of the parking space behind the building and don't regret it! We were able to see our vehicle from our window and access it easily! The neighborhood was quiet and it was a great launching point for our family of four!
Response: Thank you very much Veronica. It was a pleasure having you. Please don't hesitate to look us up again should you need short term lodging in DC.

Monika McDermott: Brian and Luis at Capitol Hill Stay are fantastic, as are their properties. We stayed at 823 A st NE, Apt 1, and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean and surprisingly well-appointed. We were there for 5 weeks and the owners were attentive to our every need (not that there were many). We loved the neighborhood - Eastern Market is such a dream to have so close. I highly recommend this small company and their great and interesting apartments. Also, they're pet friendly!
Response: Thank you so much. We truly appreciate your business.

Leslie Vargas: My friend and I came to Washington DC for a girls trip to visit her daughter and my son, who is a student there. We loved the apartment from the first second we stepped into as it instantly felt like a home away from home. It is beautiful and well furnished with high ceilings and tall windows. The apartment is immaculate and every detail is attended to, including a coffee pot that makes delicious coffee and quality linens that are so comfortable after a long day of seeing the sites. It is located in a safe neighborhood and is a nice walk to The Eastern Market, independently owned boutiques, restaurants, a CVS and a wine shop. The apartment is so inviting that we decided to cook there one night and it was so convenient that the The Eastern Market is full of lovely fresh vegetables, fresh meats and a bakery. Outside the market were street vendors with quality goods to sell which was so fun to browse. I have found that where you stay can make such a difference in the tone of a vacation and this one certainly did. It was a such a wonderful time and I’m looking so forward to visiting DC with my husband and staying there again.

Diana Ogarkova: We visited Washington for a tourist trip as a family, and this house exceeded our expectations. It's an impressive historic 3-story townhouse close to Capitol. The location was perfect: the neighborhood is quiet, and at the same time close to everything. We liked that we could get everywhere by walking, at the same time we were away from the city noise. Space: it was nicely decorated with a homely feel and spacious, plenty of shared space and 3 bedrooms. I personally loved the books collection on the 2nd floor living room. Recommended: if you are in Washington and want to feel like a local :).
Response: Thank you Diana. That was my own home for 15 years, so I absolutely love it when others are happy with their stay there. I miss that house, and my dog really misses the park

leo sokolskiy: Great place to stay in Washington. Walking distance to the National Mall monuments and museums. Very comfortable and quiet location, parking spot is a great plus if you are driving in. Kitchen has all the utensils as well as washer and dryer. Brian and Luis are very accommodating and responsive.
Response: Thank you Leo. It was a pleasure having you. Please look us up again when you need furnished housing in DC

Capitol Hill Fully Furnished Apartments: what do users think?

mburr: We stayed in DC three nights on M St SW. The apartment worked out great for us as our son lives several blocks away in the Wharf area. Apartment was clean and well furnished. The cleaning person was there when we arrived early with out bags and was completely accommodating and helpful. All aspects or our stay were great--will do it again.
Response: Hi Guest, Thank you for this review, may we know as to why we only got 4 stars? Thanks, Pelican Residences

Mary Ann Lim-Madejas: We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The room was nice and bright and great for getting work done in the day. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the room. We were easily able to walk to the national mall as well as the waterfront. We also enjoyed using the gym and having a glass of wine on the rooftop.

Chris Peace: Power was out in our unit during our stay, turns out it was for the whole block. 5 stars because the support staff was quick and was always there to assist us during blackout issue. They provided an exemplary support just to make sure we do not feel the heat that day and when the power came back up we didn't even know it. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!
Response: Thank you for staying with us. We work hard to make our guests happy and appreciate your feedback! We are glad that you had enjoyed your stay. Would love to have you back for your next holiday.

Shai Ruyod: Excellent place!! Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Melodee Gwen Gonzalez: Would love to stay again here! Hassle-free check-in

Moon Samari: Don’t even try booking they send you to a cross street and don’t answer the phone

pekta02: I love the fact that the place is pet-friendly.

Mary Ann Madejas: Clean Quiet Stylish Spacious And SECURE !!

Carillon House Apartments: what do users think?

Andrew Chae: I've been at the Carillon House for over 7 years, and it is a more than decent place to live. The location is terrific with a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's down the street. Many of the apartment views have great views of the DC area situated in a quieter area. The affordability plays off knowing there is no unit Washer/dryer unit, their package retrieval system for the residences leaves a lot to be desired, and the amenities are quite dated. You get what you pay for. But most of the people that work in the building genuinely care about your living in this building and that makes a world of difference.
Response: We're happy to have you as part of the Carillon House family 7 years and running, Andrew! It's good to know our convenient location has been a great fit and that our services have been a positive aspect of your residency. We acknowledge there are areas to improve upon and we are taking your constructive feedback into consideration. It's our job to provide a comfortable living experience for our residents and we appreciate your review. Should you have any future concerns, we hope you'll let us know. Thanks!

Deepti Bhatt: It is so far my best experience to live in Carillon House apartments. Meriem, the leasing consultant was quite helpful during my entire move in process. She is always there to help and support and I am very thankful to her. I will highly recommend carillon apartment to those looking for safe, convenient and reasonable rent with great amenities. It has got nice neighbourhood and rooftop view is spectacular. The apartments are spacious, nicely renovated, with decent kitchen and big closets. I am very much satisfied living in this wonderful place.
Response: On behalf of myself and the Carillon House team, we are so appreciative you took the time to share your kinds words and recommendation with us, Deepti! We’re so honored that you are happy with your decision to live with us and it means the world to us. We’re so glad we were able to make it a smooth transition for you and take some of the stress out of your move. We truly want to provide only the best for our residents and your recognition of Meriem lets us know we met that mark! She will be so honored to hear your comments. It sounds like our convenient location, spacious homes and community amenities have been such a great fit for you. With that said, it has been a pleasure serving you and we look forward to many more great experiences. If there’s anything we can do to increase your comfort, our team is always happy to assist. Thanks again for the 5-star recognition, you are truly appreciated!

Daniel Patrick Shaffer: I highly recommend this complex! The floors and walls are thick, so we never heard any of our neighbors. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond to any issues we had and the management team was consistently helpful and kind. Meriem and Eric in particularly helped me through a difficult administrative issue, even after I had moved out. They were not obligated to help me, but did so out of kindness and the apartment's culture of customer service. Despite not being near a metro, there are multiple bus routes that go straight through Georgetown and to downtown DC. I never felt like anything was inaccessible with the bus route so close. Plus, the rooftop is easily one of the best in the District!
Response: On behalf of myself and our team at Carillon House, we’re so honored to know that you are pleased with your living experience! Your kind words mean the world to us as we sincerely strive to provide the utmost quality living experience for all of our residents and we’re so happy to know that we met that mark. It’s so great to hear that everything from our convenient amenities to our prompt and caring staff has been a positive aspect of your residency. That said, we hope you’ll let us know should you need further assistance! Thanks again, Daniel, you are truly appreciated!

Emre Deniz: I am living in The Carillon House Apartments for a year now. Overall, I can say that I enjoy living here. First of all, the location is convenient. There are more than enough grocery shopping and dinner place options within a reach. Bus stop is just across the building and it takes you to downtown and to a couple nearest metro stations in minutes. Georgetown University is 15-20 min walk. Also, these neighborhoods (Glover Park and Georgetown) are very bikeable. Though the Carillon is on sort of a hill, it is still conveniently bikeable there. However, being located on a hill is also a plus because the view is fantastic! You can see almost every part of DC from the roof top and possibly even from your apartment. Common areas in the building are clean and well maintained. I would say that heating and cooling are adequate. However, you cannot have them at the same time (6months heating during colder seasons; 6 months cooling during warmer seasons). Hot water is almost always available both in the shower and in the faucets. Staff is very nice, kind and helpful. Leasing office does its job. Ask for Mariem, she will try her best to accommodate your requests about finding the best apartment that suits your needs. Although I moved in DC from abroad and The Carillon was my first apartment here right from the first day, moving-in process was smooth. My first unit here was a furnished studio. The room was spacious. The furnitures and utilities were clean and sufficient for a normal living. Later, I have moved to an unfurnished 1-bedroom. It was refurbished and I bought many of my furniture and stuff easily from either IKEA (15 miles) or nearby T.J. Maxx (1.5 miles). The rooms take in a lot of sun light and very bright. Therefore, I recommend living in The Carillon House Apartments and two of my friends already moved in after me!

Lawrence Lerman: HORRIBLE LEASING AND MANAGEMENT. They falsely advertised a one bedroom which I applied for. $40 for application fee and $125 for a deposit. I was told that the apartment I applied for was actually a studio and they wrongly advertised the unit. The Leasing agent confirmed with management and said since they advertised the unit incorrectly I would receive BOTH costs back. To date, I only received the application fee back and Carillon House has yet to return a single phone call and I was scammed out of $125! Very disappointing. Prospective Tenants should think elsewhere before considering living here.
Response: Greetings, Lawrence. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience on our behalf throughout the leasing process. We strive to be as diligent as possible when providing exceptional service and we regret we missed that mark for you. We are more than happy to initiate you a full refund. Please contact our manager, Michelle Chambers, at 202-337-4400 or mchambers@rossmgtservices.com, and we will make sure you receive your refund in full. Again, we offer our sincerest apologies and we look forward to hearing from you!

Sara Youssef: clean, spacious apartment, in good area with access to many amenities. Meriem in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful during move in process, and touring of the place. would highly recommend
Response: Thank you for your review and recommendation, Sara! We're happy to hear our community has been such a great fit for you. How kind of you to share your recognition of Meriem! She's known to go above and beyond and she'll be thrilled to hear your comments. If there's anything else we can do to increase your comfort, please let us know. Thanks again!

Catherine Rusch: From leasing staff, concierges, and maintenance, I have had a very positive experience at Carillon House. They continue to make improvements throughout the building and everyone has been very friendly and helpful.
Response: Hi there, Catherine! Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We're pleased to hear you've had an all-around positive experience at Carillon House! We sure are always working to make sure our community gets better and better. If there's anything we can do to further assist you, please let us know. Thank you and we look forward to many more great experiences.

Ansley Pepper: I moved in less than 2 weeks and have already seen several mice. I called for pest control and my request wasn’t taken seriously. I know the building is old, but more care should be taken for the old cracks in walls. They are slowly renovating kitchens. Hopefully mine will be next. Otherwise I’m afraid the move behind the fridge may be getting into the fridge :( They say the rooftop is open 24/7 but beware. Residents can’t use it until 10am. So if that is a draw for you reconsider. Especially if you work a 9 to 5, you won’t be able to enjoy the rooftop except in the darkness smh.
Response: Welcome to Carillon House, Ansley! We are sorry to hear that your experience was not of the quality you expected. We value a positive living experience for all of our residents and want to make things right for you as soon as possible. We take pest matters very seriously. I have forwarded your concern to our manager, Rochelle, who has informed that she has scheduled your unit for pest control. We encourage you to bring up any other maintenance concerns during our visit so we may address them ASAP. Thanks again for bringing your concerns to our attention and we look forward to assisting you!

UBS: Not a good place to move in, cigarette smoke smell most of the time especially at nights. Make your daily life miserable. I was told it is a smoke free apt before signing the lease but turns out it is not. I asked for help from management several times but no response. There are other issues that comes up pretty frequently. I know now management will reply to show the potential buyers that they care but in reality once you sign the lease you sign the problems as well. Read reviews and make informed decisions.
Response: We're sorry to hear of your disappointment and we apologize for any challenges you've encountered while living with us. We encourage residents to notify us if they experience any disturbances so we may take action accordingly to correct the issue. However, we sincerely apologize for any issues you've experienced in trying to reach us and we certainly want to ensure your concerns are addressed ASAP. We would like the opportunity to speak with you so we can further investigate this matter. Please fill out our contact form by using the following link http://bit.ly/2ZKI80w to have someone from our team contact you directly. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.

The Flats at Dupont Circle Apartments: what do users think?

Scott Geldzahler: The Flats was a solidly "meh" place to live, but we had a few major incidents that would advise me to recommend against renting there. Especially given the prices. First, the good: Know that you are paying for the location here. The Flats are well located, especially if you work downtown. The pool and gym are nice, well maintained, and great value. The grills for the most part worked, and the courtyard was great during warmer months for hosting - though occasionally a resident will have far too many people over and a party will get so loud they need to call in the police to disperse it. There were no insect issues, and we only saw rats in the courtyard (it is downtown in a city, understandable) but never inside. Our unit also had a courtyard facing balcony which as great to sit on during summer. I also found the staff to be amenable and kind for the most part. The front desk is excellent and the leasing office was usually prompt in response. We did what we could to get out of a lease early, and I understand why they had to deny that, but dealing with a large company can be mind numbing and dehumanizing, so keep that in mind before renting here. The maintenance staff, and the cleaning crew were by far the nicest people there. Sadly, they're being replaced with robots that do a poor job of cleaning. The population here is mainly GW and grad students, which comes with its own ups and downs. Now, onto the rough stuff: First, our car was stolen out of the parking garage one evening. It was recovered next to the building haven been driven for 18 miles early the next morning, the glovebox rifled through and strewn about the car. The staff was entirely unhelpful here without a police report, and told us that they saw nothing on the security cameras (impossible, since the car was physically removed from the spot and driven!). They would not let us view the security footage for that night, and made no offer to makegood for the stress of having our car stolen from their garage. For $250 a month for parking, this was unacceptable. The common hallways are often in varying states of disrepair, with huge holes in the paint on the ceilings. Laundry was survival of the fittest, with not enough washers and dryers for the residents frequently, and many many occurrences of out of order washers and dryers. The apartments are definitely outdated, with "landlord specials" all over the place. The faux wood floor was starting to peel when we left, and the cabinets and shelving are small to say the least. The "panty" which is a triangle shaped cutout in the kitchen area was small to say the least. The AC always worked, though it was always either far too hot or too cold, given that they're ancient units from what I assume to be the early 1990s. It took the better part of a year for them to replace a malfunctioning dishwasher, after 5 maintenance visits to fix the same issue again and again, only for it to break a few weeks later. Overall, if you are looking for location and amenities and are willing to pay over-average prices for units that haven't been updated in a decade, then it is worth it. But otherwise, I would advise you look elsewhere. Oh, and don't park your car there!

ashleigh barbee: My husband and I loved living at Flats! The location is perfect! So close to shopping, hotels, metro/busses and a lot of good food!!! All of the office staff are super friendly and helpful. The concierge staff are super welcoming and friendly. The maintenance team members are polite and do a great job addressing any apartment and community needs. Our apartment faced the National Cathedral and the view was AMAZING!! We got a lot of sunlight in our unit--which we loved. The amenities at Flats are convenient, clean and nice! I would recommend living here and I know Cristina and Tray would be more than willing to help you find the perfect unit at Flats!
Response: Hi Ashleigh! We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying your time here and know that it's a pleasure to have you both as members of the Flats at Dupont Circle community. Thank you so much for sharing this review with us.

Ann Dee: Lived here for two years and I cannot overstate this: the building got dramatically worse over time. When we moved in, we felt like we got a decent deal in an amazing part of the city. Over time, we saw just how little the staff actually cares about the residents or keeping up the building. Front desk staff rarely checks in packages accurately, and sends condescending emails everytime something in the building goes wrong. They refused to do anything about our neighbor's smoking habit (in a building that's supposed to be nonsmoking) except send some useless emails, so our apartment smelled like cigarettes for ages. Cleaning staff doesn't wear masks for COVID while they're working, even though residents are asked to wear them in all public spaces. Repair staff never actually fix issues in the apartment--prime example, they came to work on our bathrooms multiple times because they never patched the leaks right the first time. The elevators and laundry machines are out of order at least once a week. All that, then they tell you they're increasing the rent after one year and then guilt you with "this is a great price for the area, you cannot afford any comparable units around here" - so on top of everything else, rude. Don't let the price tag fool you, you're paying for location and after a couple months, even that won't be worth it
Response: Hi, Ann. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way but we could not match the name you use here and your comments with that of a resident. We do have residents with similar names but we have not received negative feedback during our check-ins with them. We’d appreciate it if you’d please call our office directly, so we can better address and investigate your concerns. Thank you!

Sahar Takshi: You do NOT get what you pay for here. Very low quality building for the price. The rent here is extremely expensive, and the quality of each unit and the amenities is very low. Cheap cabinets in the bathroom that were always breaking and the "covers" were falling off, poor and chipping paint, very low ceilings, AC/heating unit not working. Unlike most apartments during the pandemic, The Flats seemed to hike up their rent. They were also very unaccommodating in terms of altering/ending leases for individuals affected by the public health emergency--some negotiation and or at least kindness would have been appreciated. Communication from the assistant managers has been consistently condescending. Overall, management does not care about the renter's experience at all.
Response: Thank you for your review, Sahar, and we're incredibly disappointed to learn you feel this way. We understand that this past year was a challenging time, which impacted each of us in one way or another, and our goal was to provide our residents with support. We developed options for residents who experienced financial hardship as a result of COVID-19 and set up a blog to share governmental or community resources to help residents secure financial assistance and more. It is our understanding that the Community Manager has personally connected with you to discuss these concerns further. If you have any questions or would like to provide additional feedback, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Thank you again and we wish you well in your new home.

Hope Renata: This place is beautiful and the leasing office are extremely conscientious. It’s the perfect apartment complex for a young person. I love using the gym; I haven’t used the pool yet, but look forward to it. My room has a gorgeous view.
Response: Hello, Hope. Thank you for sharing your living experience at The Flats at Dupont Circle Apartments! We're thrilled to hear you are enjoying the amenities and your home. Thanks again!

Carlos Rivero: I stated in The Flats for about a year with two roommates. The building is very clean and up to date, and the staff were really helpful with any issues I had. Unfortunately I didn’t get to use the outdoor BBQ/pool but the gym is larger than most apartment gyms and the washer/dryer room is full of units. Would definitely live there again
Response: Hi Carlos, we are thrilled that you enjoyed your home here at The Flats at Dupont Circle Apartments. Our team always strives to deliver an excellent experience, and we are glad you found this to be the case during your living experience. We hope to see you again in the future!

Jeff B Richards: We moved into the Flats in August of 2005 when it was pretty new. As many have mentioned, the front desk staff made us at home immediately. The professional leasing team rushed everything since we were displaced from our home nearby by a scary fire. Although I'd never lived in such a small but completely furnished space, I felt a little claustrophobic at first. Then I just liked that it was cleverly done and adjustment came fast. Sure, the location was familiar but -- for many including me -- it didn't get much better than this whether by foot, Metro, cab, car... Many people who've not yet lived in Washington close in like this don't realize that one can do the workday largely or completely by walking. I'd walk to my office on 18th/L Streets NW, for example, and then on to meetings all over nearby throughout the day. Walking home completed the luxury of walking versus 2-3 hours driving every day across the San Franciso Bay Bridge or eastward on I-10 from downtown LA to Riverside, or taking more than one train to get home in northern New Jersey from midtown Manhattan. The Flats was an expression for me of lots of freedom with my time and energy returned to me for other good things. And finally, I often enjoyed talking with fellow residents. The Flats attracted a diverse group of high achievers who liked what was there and eventually one another. A great experience!
Response: We’re delighted that you had such a great time living with us, Jeff! It’s great to hear that you are enjoyed all that The Flats at Dupont Circle Apartments has to offer, and we appreciate your kind words for our team. It was a pleasure to have you part of our community, Jeff!

Erin: After living in the Meridian in Chinatown, this building has been a tremendous step up. The leasing office is extremely professional and helpful, especially Maureen who leased my apartment to me. I've known her for a couple of years now and she is very helpful and kind. Tray works at the front desk and is incredible! She really helped out when my air conditioner flooded by calling maintenance and making sure they finished all repairs in two days (which is their promise, unlike Meridian which would take over a week sometimes). The amenities are beautiful and the rooms are stunning. I love the layout especially with the curtain, it helps make a under 500 square foot apartment look and feel big! I do appreciate that when issues arise, the management will respond to you via emails and/ or a phone call. I even sent a video of my refrigerator because it was making a buzzing noise and the next day it was replaced which was above and beyond what I expected. The location is ideal because it's two blocks from the metro and circulator (to get to Georgetown or VA). It's in the middle of DuPont which is where I've always wanted to live and love it. Thank you Flats at DuPont!

Libby Newman: I lived in the Flats at Dupont Circle for four years, and only left because I was relocating to another city. I can't say enough good things about the building and staff. Everyone who works at the Flats, from maintenance personnel to leasing agents, is extremely nice, accommodating, and will go out of their way to ensure their tenants are happy. Everyone who works at the front desk is a joy to see in the morning on my way to work and in the afternoon after a long day. They are all smiles and always ready to greet you and make you feel at home. Locked out? They can let you back in at any time. Need to pick up a package? You can get it 24 hours a day. Dry cleaning? Just drop it off at the front desk! Some of the people I will miss most from DC worked behind that desk. They become friends, and are always available to help with anything you may need. Maureen in the leasing office made my move-in and move-out experience easy, and was a great contact during my four years. She was readily available to answer questions, help negotiate annual lease agreements, and provide all of the necessary moving instructions and assistance when it came time for me to leave. The amenities at the Flats are a major plus. The gym is spectacular, bright, and spacious. The pool is always clean and fun, but not over the top with loud parties. The laundry room is in great condition, has tons of machines, and takes credit cards. My favorite feature of the laundry room is that you can check online to see if there are machines available before lugging all of your items downstairs. You can even set it up so you receive a text when your laundry is ready to be switched to the dryer or is finished. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The building is just a few blocks from the Dupont metro station, and is also in walking distance to the Foggy Bottom and Farragut West/North stations, depending on which line you need. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, workout studios, bus stops, and convenience stores nearby. It's a 15 minute walk to the White House, and a short Uber or metro to the National Mall. You cannot run out of things to do. The rooms are bright, with huge windows allowing plenty of sun in, as well as vertical blinds for when you need to recover from the night before (I call those dungeon days). The stainless steel appliances and track lighting really make the rooms feel up-to-date and modern. The shower has awesome water pressure, something I was concerned about when moving into such a large building. I wish I could live here forever, but duty calls elsewhere!
Response: Hi Libby--It's great to hear from you! Thank you so much for sharing this review with us. While we're sorry to see you go, please know that it was a pleasure to have you as a member of the Flats at Dupont Circle community! Thanks again and best wishes!

Nancy Nie-Fuller: I love living here! The concierge staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Super convenient located 5 mins away from the Dupont metro and 15 mins away from Foggy Bottom. Great amenities like pool, gym and laundry in building. I moved from NYC so this is really haven for me just having someone to fix your lights the next day you put in a service request. It is pet friendly and even though I am not a pet owner I enjoy looking at those cute creatures coming in and out of the building.
Response: Hello, Nancy! It's great to hear from you. We are very happy to hear that you're enjoying all that the community and neighborhood has to offer. If there is ever anything we can help you with, feel free to reach us at (202) 457-5801. Thank you so much!

7th Flats: what do users think?

Alex Keedy: Literally cannot express how frustrating it has been to live here. The entire second floor has not had hot water in 10 days, the trash chute is broken and overflowing, the security system at the front has been broken for over a month, the management does not answer emails, my apartment was DIRTY when I moved in despite claims that it would be clean...the list goes on....don't think that any of your requests will ever get answered. It's a great location, but incredibly frustrating to have any of the issues fail to be addressed.
Response: Alex Keedy, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around.

Philip Pasch: the staff here does not respond to requests about safety and security whatsoever. I have called 911 multiple times because of break in's, I've been robbed in my own home in my sleep which was done when the doors were all locked, and I do nothing but request my locks be changed and doors rekeyed. Staff is aware that the style of door locks they use can be tampered with by the use of a magnet, and the "deadbolt" locks on the doors are held on by screws which do not go through the door., but sideways parallel to the door (which if you unscrew the lock on the door will come apart). They do not care about their tenants safety, their tenants fears, and they do not care whether or not you are in danger. Staff will let anyone into the building and up the elevator, they do not call the resident to confirm they have a guest, they refuse to change their practices after complaints, and and they don't care who comes in or out. They are Simply negligent abs careless. It's dangerous and they need to be publicly addressed on this.
Response: Philip Pasch, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. As the new community manager, I am working to improve our customer service. I would like an opportunity to speak with you regarding your concers.

Parker Griffin: This is a total scam of an apartment building, do not live here. The leasing office is actively disinterested in doing their job and does not assist in any emergency. The water and electric bills are completely inflated. In a two bed, two bath, we were paying up to $300 a month sometimes for water and sewer, and the building did not know why the amount was so high (it is not individually metered, we think we were also paying for the water the restaurants below us used). The electric bill was also so inflated, we called the Electric Company and they agreed with us and gave us our money back because they said that bill didn't make sense. No upkeep, and thin walls. I lived here during the pandemic and as soon as restrictions lifted I was out of there. Do yourself a favor and don't try to save money on rent here, just avoid - it's not worth it.

Anna Driscoll: We recently moved into 7th Flats after an extensive apartment search, and so far we love it! After so many frustrating experiences trying to tour apartments, Michaela was so nice to work with. She was communicative and friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable of the property and the units we wanted to view. However, the best part of 7th Flats is the quality of the space you get for the price...it is truly a great deal for the Shaw neighborhood!
Response: Anna Driscoll, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at 7th Flats.

ted r: Moved out earlier in the year to a different building in the neighborhood. nobody was at the desk when you wanted guests or delivery let in, elevator service was terrible, also smelled of sewage at certain points coming from other units into ours. not sure if much has changed but there are plenty of better options in the u street corridor. Maybe things have improved since
Response: We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback.

Marie: I love living here the staff is always very attentive especially everyone at the front desk! They are all very nice and welcoming! The maintenance is also great Danny and the rest of the staff are always quick and accommodating when anything goes wrong! Plus you’re practically on U street, and can walk everywhere or catch the metro next door!
Response: Misty, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations! If you ever need anything else from us, please feel free to give us a call or stop by. Have an awesome day!

Joseph Chang: Great location and even better staff! One of my best leasing experience in DC. I have to say that there were many kind people working the building, especially Kevin who helped me and a friend have a smooth transition. His professionalism and charisma made the apartment hunting experience awesome!
Response: Joseph, it's experiences like yours that really keep us motivated! Your recommendation means so much to us and we're so happy to have earned it. Thank you again for taking the time to let the world know about your positive experience. Have a great day!

Myracle Jarmon - Moore: 7th flats is perfect for any young person living in the city. It is right next to some great restaurants, a hospital, and a university. As a student this is the best place for me to live without worrying about transportation.
Response: Hi Myracle Jarmon - Moore, thank you so much for your positive comments about 7th Flats! If you ever need anything else from us, please feel free to give us a call or stop by. Have an awesome day!

Kymberly NDC: 7th Flats is my dream come true. As a kid I always wanted to live in a posh city dwelling with a concierge. In addition to the subway next door and uber/lyft for pickup, I feel like a superstar :) Thanks 7th Flats!
Response: We're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations. We always strive to provide top quality service to every resident, and are so pleased to hear that you are enjoying your apartment home and our community. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any concerns or i f there is anything we can help with.

Arielle M. (Mermaid): Great place to live. Staff is very friendly

Rhode Island Row: what do users think?

Keena Blackmon: During my time at Rhode Island Row I experienced some highs and some lows (hence the four stars) but a highlight was the concierge desk with Dominique. She always greeted me and my guests with a friendly smile and she was always willing to assist with any of my needs or concerns. When I saw her interaction with the other residents it was the same pleasant energy, with a “Hello” followed by a smile. She went above and beyond the job by assisting me with packages or simply telling me great places to visit in her hometown. Rhode Island Row found a gem with Dominique and although I’m no longer a resident, she has left a lasting memory with me.
Response: Thank you for the great review! We strive to provide perfect customer service and we are so glad to hear that Dominique provided that while you were living here. Genuine feedback like this helps us to make sure we are improving. If you have any other feedback you would like to share please do not hesitate to reach out to us at (202) 595-3679 - RIR Management

cara adams: I always get a ton of packages delivered from my job and it can be quite a lot sometimes. I always fear my packages are going to get lost or stolen , Dominique the concierge goes above and beyond to ensure my packages are logged and accounted for. As a resident I appreciate the extra attention to detail, especially during holiday seasons. She’s always welcoming and friendly, exceptional customer service and effective communicator.
Response: Thank you so much for the great review! We are so glad to hear that our concierge team has provided such excellent customer service. We strive to make sure that our residents and guests are getting the absolute best service. Thank you again for your review. - RIR Management

Paul V: Nice apartments and staff. Good preventative maintenance. Very quiet for the area. Next to metro, buses, MBT, movie theater and bars. Only bad thing is that daily people smoke Marijuana in the stairwell next to my apartment, and it bleeds heavily into my apartment making it smell of Marijuana. We informed the staff many many times via phone, in person, and even email but they refuse to do anything about it. 🤷🏽‍♂️
Response: Thank you for this feedback, Paul. We are very sorry to hear about this experience as this is not our standard. If you can please email us at rhodeislandrow@bozzuto.com or call the office we would like to set up a time that we can meet with you. - RIR Management

Chawndra: The staff is amazing! The apartments are very lovely! I enjoy it here. It has all the amenities I wanted! It is clean. Located in a great place with plenty of things to do! I’M IN HERE!!!
Response: We appreciate your positive review about your recent experience with us! If you ever need anything else from us, please feel free to give us a call or stop by. Have an awesome day!

Tiffany Corley: I enjoy living at RhodeIsland Row . The staff is always friendly and efficient. My neighbors are like a lil family and we look out for one another. Which you don't often find in a busy city. I'm a long time resident I've been here since day one. I would appreciate the return of the MPD walking through out the property as when I first moved in. The security I do not feel is doing a proper job. This is a bustling and up and coming area. The security parking area/ stairwells would be my only compliant and concern to me.
Response: Thank you for your review, Tiffany! We are so happy to hear that you have been living here for so long and we appreciate you! We also appreciate genuine feedback like this, we would love to set up a time to discuss your concerns further, please give us a call at (202) 595-3679. - RIR Management

Erika Eubanks: The cleaning staff and concierges are nice. The random fire alarm triggers are terrible. Response rate to emails is very low. Many times I never receive a response. Living in the 50 bldg- retrieving packages can be annoying. Waiting for a concierge to be there instead of just walking to get it like residents in the 2300 bldg, it's unfair.
Response: Thank you for your feedback Erika. We sincerely apologize for what you have experienced. We would love to hear more about this if you can please call (202) 595-3679 we can set up a time for us to speak further. - RIR Management

Patricia Ward: This is a lovely place to visit, many businesses to note, dmv, CVS, eateries, and nice sitting areas to take in the scenery! One can then venture to the top of the hill to more stores, Homedepot, Ross dress for less and pop into GIant and more.
Response: Thank you for the great review, Patricia! We are so glad that you enjoy visiting Rhode Island Row. - RIR Management

Victoria Daniels: I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the concierge at this establishment. In my multiple years of residency here I have not met a more professional and personable concierge than Dominique. She is hospitable and goes the extra mile, by genuinely taking an interest in not just the support requested as a resident but who you are as a person. Even when navigating a larger crowd, in the lobby the other day, she moved with efficiency and effectiveness. Her effort is truly valued.
Response: We are thrilled to hear you are loving Rhode Island Row! We always strive to provide top-quality service to every resident and guest and we are so excited to hear that you have enjoyed your experience here! RIR Management

Monica Green: Lunch was delicious at Carolina Kitchen. The crabcakes, collard greens and candied yams were scrumptious. The crabcakes were the best (no filler) I've had, so far. The portions are very generous.
Response: Thank you for the positive rating, we appreciate your feedback. We have great retailers here at Rhode Island Row and appreciate the support. - RIR Management

Auva Haseley-Jordan: Very impressed by the living standards here. While I technically didn't live in the building, my daughter did and she was very well taken care of by Mr. Morton. He addressed all of her needs and concerns especially during her final exams. The property seems to be very well kept, clean and safe. The pool area is also a nice touch.
Response: Hi Auva, Thank you so much for your review! We truly appreciate our residents and guest, and we are happy to hear that daughters experience here at Rhode Island Row was great! Mr. Morton is amazing and we are glad to know that he was able to assist her in such a great way during her final exams. We strive to make sure all of residents and guest have a great experience here. Again, thank you and if you have any questions or concerns please do hesitate to reach out to us, we would be glad to assist. -Rhode Island Row Management

Maple View Flats: what do users think?

Natalie White: I have had a terrible and discouraging experience with the Maple View Flats leasing team. I have submitted my application over a month ago and have received ZERO follow up. You are never able to get in touch with the leasing office via phone, they always transfer you to their third party information collections team. The team promises that someone will get back to you from the main office but it never happens. I have personally went up to the leasing office to try to check on my status in person, but they always claim they are between staff due to turnover. They promise to follow up, but never do. The run around and lack of communication has given me has been completely unprofessional. I highly recommend applying elsewhere.
Response: Hello Natalie White, I am so sorry to discover that your application hasn't been handled in a timely fashion. I sent you a message earlier and I will contact you with a status update within 48 hours. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to turn around the situation and help you find your new home. Sincerely, Michelle McCoy, Community Manager

Deonta Lipscomb: Very dysfunctional front office. After calling inquiring about a 1bd I was told there where some openings I arrived at the office to summit application with application fee only to never have my application process. I began to call every other day everytime I received different answers. I was told that somebody will give me a call back I never received any calls from these peoples. I then requested to speak to the property manager who in terms did absolutely nothing she stated she would investigate and she would call me back never received a phone call the entire time. This literally was a two month back and forth with them. I had 1 week left on my lease and no where to go and these people will take your money and never process your application. I can only image what the tenant go through and the reason I decided to look else where after no answers for two months.
Response: Good afternoon Mr. Lipscomb, My name is Mary Martin and I am the new Community Manager for Maple View Flats. I would first like to apologize for your experience with the application process at Maple View Flats, we were transitioning with staff at the time you applied. I assure you that it is not our intention to mislead any of our future or current residents at Maple View Flats and as the new Community Manager, I would greatly appreciate it if you would allow me to personally reactivate your application to show you an AWSOME!! Maple View experience. If you would like I can be reached at mmartin@kettler.com Sincerely, Mary Martin, Community Manager, Maple View Flats

Brittany Speight: Hello everyone, thanks for coming to my Ted talk. On this episode we/ I have disregarding property mangers who is never in the office at 9:00am and always leaves before 6:00pm. I’ve lived here for a month and this has been the worst place yet. Property management does not care about residents . I’ve called serval times to get a matter fixed and no one answers the phone or they lie and say “I’ll call you back”. For $1360 this is no it. Save your money people and find you something better. Thank you for listening.
Response: Brittany, we are so sorry to hear that your experience has not been satisfactory. While are are currently short staffed in the office, your concerns are important to us. Please email me at emorton@kettler.com so that we can work through your concerns. Sincerely, Evette Morton, General Manager

Jackie Venable: The staff is amazing.I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. These are great apartment. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues.I would recommend it to others .
Response: Thank you for your awesome review, Ms. Venable! We work hard to meet expectations like yours, and as a valuable resident, were happy to hear that we hit the mark for you. We look forward to your continued residency. Sincerely, Maple View Flat

Larry Covert: Living here has been awesome. I love the manager, Chase. He is always willing to help everyone. Even notice so many improvements around the building since he started. Great living experience for sure!
Response: Larry, Thank you for your 5 star review and for recognizing Chase and his hard work! Sincerely, Maple View Flats Management

Sayquan Agusto: I didn’t even make it out my car to see the apartment. Building looked very nice and well manicured from the outside but I couldn’t get past the neighborhood. There is a convenient store across the street to the right when existing the building that’s caged up locked down like Fort Knox, red flag 1.... their were a group of gentlemen within walking distance of the building on the corner half dressed about to fight they all looked like they haven’t washed, in days red flag 2. And across the street there were a few men who looked like alcoholics and drug addicts begging for money, red flag 3. If you’re single and young and spend most of your time at work or in the more affluent areas of D.C. then I recommend because the pricing isn’t bad. Outside of that I wish I would live in an environment where I feel like I may have to fight for my life when I walk out my building.
Response: Dear Sayquan, we are sorry that you decided not to tour with us during your visit. Feel free to contact us at 202-922-2020 if you change your mind. Sincerely, Maple View Flats Management

Paula Braxton: Chase is absolutely wonderful. He typically works alone and does a great job making sure we are well taken care of. The best manager that's been here since I moved in. Thank u Mr. Chase.
Response: Hi Paula, Thank you so much for your residency at Maple View Flats and your kind remarks about Chase. Sincerely, Evette Morton, General Manager

Michael Dixon: Love staying here. Chase is super dope always goes above for tenants. I can always come to him and he will be available and nice to us.
Response: Hi Michael, Thank you for the positive remarks. We enjoy having you as a valuable resident of Maple View Flats! As you know, my door is always open! Best Chase Brown, Community Manager

Nigel Hall: I have been fortunate to have moved in several months ago and feel I need to add my voice to the reviews! I have to agree that the staff here are some of the most incredible people I have ever met going over and beyond to help anyone that walks into the office, resident or potentials. The building far exceed expectations in terms of what you get and the units are beautiful. The neighbours I have met so far are great and I hope this turns into a community that cares for each other as well as the development. Well done leasing team!

Christopher Newton: Today I’m writing this review to express my excitement and gratitude to the wonderful staff at maple view flats. The leasing staff made me feel extremely welcome they made my application process as easy as possible. I applied pressure about the process and they never cracked they constantly produced results. I truly can say they care about whoever walks in to apply. I’m happy to say that I was approved and move in this weekend and can’t wait! And again you guys were amazing thanks again.

Eliot on 4th: what do users think?

Alek Mouly: Been living here for just under a month and it has been great so far. The location is fantastic, the building and its amenities are of really great quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful as well. In particular, my leasing agent Ndidi was extremely friendly, made the process of starting the lease very painless and was far and away one of the nicest leasing agents I've had the pleasure of working with during my apartment search.
Response: Hi Alek, Thanks so much for taking the time to share your positive experience with Eliot on 4th! We are glad that you enjoyed working with Ndidi, she is GREAT!. As always, our team is looking forward to our next interaction. Sharita Harper, Senior Community Manager

Naomi Rinaldi: I was moving to DC from out of state, and Ndidi was extremely helpful throughout the process as I wasn't able to come and see the prospective layouts. She was very responsive to my calls/emails (I had sent her many), and I was able to ultimately snag an apartment that I really like. Overall, living at Eliot on 4th over the past few months has been a pleasant experience - both the location and the amenities are great.
Response: Dear Naomi, Thanks for the great review! It is truly touching to know you think so highly of us! The entire team including Ndidi. hope to continue exceeding your expectations with 5 star service. -Sharita Harper, Senior Community Manager

Kimberly Jamison: We absolutely loved our time living in Eliot on 4th. The location in SW DC can't be beat. We loved the large windows and extremely functional layout in our apartment. We enjoyed the rooftop amenities, the courtyard space, and occasionally working from home in the lounge area downstairs. However, after almost 4 years of renting as excellent tenants, when we asked to end our lease one month early, the Mill Creek team said that the only thing that they could do for us was allow us to pay a one month "penalty" for early lease termination. (Which is essentially the same thing as just finishing out our lease...) That unfortunate ending to our time at Eliot on 4th definitely put a damper on our overall experience.
Response: Thank you Kimberly for sharing your experience at Eliot on 4th. Thank you for understanding that we have to enforce the terms of your signed lease fairly to everyone. We wish you the very best in your move. -Sharita Harper, Community Manager

Deborah Epstein: I'm a new resident of Ellott on 4th but I want to share my experience with Ndidi Ukaibe in the leasing office. I submitted my application over the Christmas holiday when DC was hitting it's Covid spike. She was amazing, she walked me through the process with patience, she expressed sympathy and cared about my situation with professionalism and kindness. She was working alone in the leasing office and still managed to respond to me in a reasonable amount of time. I had a few bumps in my application process that required flexibility and understanding she responded with both. She easily could have filled my apartment with all the people waiting in line to get into that building. The building is beautiful, the amenities are quality, and the location is amazing.I looked at apartments for 6 months before choosing Elliot on 4th and couldn't be more excited about being a resident.
Response: Hello Deborah, Thanks for choosing us and leaving such a great review! We truly appreciate you sharing your experience working with Ndidi. We are honored to have you as part of the Eliot on 4th family! Please reach out to us with any additional questions or comments! We're here for you anytime! -Sharita Harper, General Manager

Victor Sage: The building is okay. The apartment finishes are mediocre at best or in the case of the cabinets downright awful. We moved in during Covid without having been able to visit the unit before hand and relied on a video walkthrough. Living here was okay. When we first moved in all the staff was amazing and super friendly but shortly after management fired everyone and then it was constant turnover for the entire time we lived there. It wasn't necesarily bad for us but you could feel the tension with the staff which was a bit uncomfortable. We pay enough money to live there they should treat and pay the staff that run the day to day operations of the building fairly. The biggest complaint we have though is about the utilities. In additional to your own electricity that you pay to Pepco directly you have to pay the building itself for water, sewer, HVAC, etc. They are supposed to be individually metered but it's pretty obvious they just make them up. Every resident we knew had the same issue. You could be gone for two weeks in one month and the utility bill could be higher than the previous month when you were there every day. Some months the utilities were for the same amount like they just copy/pasted the bills and didn't care. One thing is for certain the values always went up and never down. Each month it was just a little bit more. If you're looking at the Eliot I would recommend looking elsewhere. There are much nicer buildings in the area where the units go for the same rate. We could only make it one year and we are very glad to have moved on.
Response: Thank you Victor for sharing your review. If you would like to discuss the billing process in more depth please contact the leasing office so we can explain fully. I can also discuss your staffing concerns. No one has been fired since you moved in and two of our office team members have been here since the building was built. Our Assistant Manager took a position closer to home and our Assistant Service Manager was promoted to Service Manager at one of our other communities. This is one of my strongest teams and they are very close and their customer service scores have ranked among the top in our company which received top ranking in the nation in 2021. If you have a specific concern or a poor experience with a specific person please reach out to me to discuss. Thanks again for your review. -Dan Grove, Regional Manager - dgrove@mcrtrust.com

Fredrick Martin: I've enjoyed living at the Eliot on 4th. The property is great and the amenities are very good. The details of having soft music paly in the hallways along with the fresh smell of simple sage is a nice touch. The staff has been helpful and I've enjoyed working with Ndidi in the leasing office.
Response: Hi Fredrick, Thank you for the awesome feedback. Hearing that your experience went well really makes our day. No surprise to hear you share about Ndidi, she is wonderful. -Sharita Harper, Senior Community Manager

Trevor Alexander: The people that work at the building are awesome and make it a great spot to live. It’s in a great location, is really new, and offers great amenities. Special shout-out to Ndidi, she took care of me from day one and is always a fun time to talk to.
Response: Trevor, Thanks for choosing us and leaving such a great review! We're thrilled that Ndidi left you with such a great impression! We hope stay one of your favorites. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do for you in the future. William Weiglein, Assistant Community Manager

Maria Hurt: I really enjoyed my time living in this building. Location is amazing and hard to beat. My one bedroom was perfect and super comfortable space-wise. Nothing about the building is causing me to move out – just moving into a bigger place with my fiancé. Leasing office is average. Ndidi was impossible to get a hold of while I was applying, so maybe try to get a different leasing agent at the beginning. But it was worth it to keep bugging and eventually got through it and moved in. William has taken over for my move-out information and has been responsive and helpful so far. Only maintenance issue I ran into was a time period where a marijuana smell was coming through the bathroom and hallways. I will say the building handled it well and got it resolved quickly. Other than that, I did not have any issues with the apartment itself. One con is that lately there have been a lot of mandatory DC water shut offs at really inconvenient times (i.e. 8:00pm for eight hours, not great) with very short notice. It would be helpful to get more notice, but fully aware that can be out of the building’s control most of the time. Overall the building is really nice to live in. Amenities and location are great and the rooftop pool was always nice in the summer. Concierge is fine too. They are there 24/7 and always helpful with packages. All in all, good building to live in if you want a luxury building close to the city/Wharf!
Response: Thank you so much Maria for sharing your thorough review of Eliot on 4th. We wish you the absolute best with your move! -Sharita Harper, Senior Community Manager

Christoph von Löwenstern: Staff was very helpful and facilitated to the maximum extend my move to Washington from Germany.Nice apartments and common areas are in a very good shape.Wonderful rooftop area - very relaxing.
Response: Christoph, Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience at Eliot on 4th. We are so happy you chose to call our community home and we look forward to your continued residency for many years to come. If you ever need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 202.488.0122 or stop by the office. Thank you again! Shawn, Community Manager

Shay Norman: Got the privilege of working with Ndidi during the leasing process. Because I was moving in the middle of winter from the mid-west the process of located a living space from another state was very stressful. Ndidi was amazing during the entire process by extending me patience, honesty, and expertise. Truly appreciated working with her.
Response: Hi Shay, We are grateful and appreciate the time you took to leave your review. We are so happy that you are enjoying your experience at Eliot on 4th and with Ndidi specifically. We hope to continue exceeding your expectations with 5-star service. -Sharita Harper, Community Manager

Trellis House: what do users think?

Cynthia Gross: Trellis house really is a beautiful building and in a great area in terms of transportation convenience. The leasing team is great (Banessa was super helpful throughout the application process), as well as a few concierge staff. I really only have 2 complaints. The structure of this building seems to have been poorly made. The walls are so thin, you can hear word for word conversations from neighbors. There are “quiet hours” in place but some tenants either don’t respect this policy or don’t realize how loud they are. There’s also daily smell of smoke in the hallway even though this is a non smoking building but this is not as big of a concern for me. The leasing team has been responsive and helpful in terms of dealing with my complaints (particularly Claudia has been extremely nice and accommodating) but the issues persist. If you are sensitive to sound, I would not recommend this building. Otherwise moving in was super easy with full access to the dock, the amenities are great, building is clean, location is great, apartment appliances are good, maintenance turnaround is quick, and receiving delivery/packages is super convenient with 24 hour concierge.
Response: We regret that we have achieved anything short of 5-stars, Cynthia. Should you wish to discuss your experience further, please do not hesitate to reach back out to our Resident Services Office team at (202) 769-3000

Omoyeni Oyekola: Beware, trellis house is ridiculously expensive and will charge you for anything. I and my roommate moved out of our old apartment and we thought we were done paying all the charges. Until, we got an email saying we had to pay $250 for the stovetop. There were no dents, nor scratches. Just normal wear and tear, that I am pretty sure could be removed with soap & iron sponge. The only reason I didn’t clean it myself was because we paid for $175 for the deep cleaning option offered by Trellis. After paying, I remember the leasing agent saying, “you don’t have to clean anything, just move out and we will take care of the cleaning.” It is frustrating that we pay so much for rent, yet we have to be extra cautious while cooking. Like, we only cooked about twice or thrice a month!
Response: Hello Omoyeni Oyekola, I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment with us, and I would like to personally assist you with making things right. Let’s get on a call and address this ASAP, we value your business. Please contact us at (202) 769-3000 when convenient.

LaShawn Thompson: This place is awesome! The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Ms. Tynelle always goes above and beyond to assist me with my requests. I LOVE everything about the Trellis House. It's a safe and secure environment!
Response: Hello LaShawn, We thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Our team is very happy that you are pleased with our staff as we always strive to be as friendly and professional as possible. If you ever have a problem or need some form of assistance, please contact our office. Our staff will be eager to assist you! Have a great day! Trellis

Yeni Oyekola: When I first moved in, I sent a couple of videos of the apartment to my parents and I remember my dad saying “you live in an hotel” Trellis is a beautiful apartment with lots of amenities. My favorite amenities are the sky terrace (the view from the 6th floor is so amazing) and the productivity hub (I actually get a lot of work done there). The environment gives you a sense of ambiance and comfort. There’s even a private dining area and a yoga room. When I moved in, I only had one problem, my upstairs neighbor was a bit heavy footed. I should have complained from the beginning but I was worried about being a nuisance. But the noise became so unbearable that I had to make a complaint to management. The first person I spoke to wasn’t of much help. But I got an email from the property manager the very next business day. We interacted and scheduled a phone call. When we got on the call, he really listened, he didn’t overlook any of my issues. Not only did he promise to call my upstairs neighbor to see if they could quiet down, add rugs or carpet; he also said they would get me a white noise canceling machine. That was above and beyond for me, that call really made me feel valued and cared for. Ever since that call, I almost never hear my upstairs neighbor anymore and I also received the white noise canceling machine. Trellis is a beautiful apartment with a manager that really cares.
Response: Hello Yeni, Thank you for the wonderful review and for taking the time to share your feedback. Our priority is customer service and we are truly happy that we were able to make you feel at home! If you need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out! Best Regards, The Trellis House Team

Alexis Barry: The concierge has been super helpful! Ms. Jacklyn Jackson has gone above and beyond to make sure that residents are having a positive experience at Trellis. Thank you!
Response: Hi Alexis, Thank you for this awesome 5-star review! We're delighted to hear that Ms. Jacklyn Jackson has made a positive impression on your experience. We will be sure to applaud her for her hard work. We're so happy to have you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you ever need anything! Trellis

Juan Manuel Duboy: I've lived at Trellis House for the past year and have had a wonderful experience. The building, the staff, and the overall community have been amazing, particularly during the pandemic. After my lease was coming to a close, I decided to move to a new unit on a different floor and the process was incredibly smooth - thanks to Claudia the property manager who guided me through it. I am looking forward to the next year here at Trellis house and want to give a big shout out to the team and staff for making my time here so special.
Response: Hi Juan, On behalf of myself and the team, we are so happy that you are enjoying your residency with us! It’s our pleasure in providing a good community experience and we look forward to continuously delivering on our service here at Trellis House! Best Regards, The Trellis House Team

Heather Gillies: I lived in a studio apartment in Trellis House for two years, and unfortunately had to move out for personal reasons - I wish I could have stayed! The building is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. The building management changed in the middle of the pandemic and I was concerned that the standard of service would drop (as it does sometimes when apartments change management), but I'm happy to report that it didn't. The new staff have also taken care of my every need, from urgent maintenance requests, to moving packages for me, and even sending me birthday wishes. A special shout out to Tiana and her warm demeanor at the front desk, and Claudia in the leasing office who helped make my move-out seamless and answered all of my questions.
Response: Hi Heather, Thank you very much for such a great review! We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay here with us! We are glad that Tiana and Claudia were able to be so helpful while you were here! Best Regards, The Trellis House Team

Laura Palazio: We have been at Trellis House for a year and a half it's a great building. Over the summer, we wanted to upgrade to a larger unit and Claudia and Wayne in the leasing office were incredibly helpful and responsive. All staff in the building, from concierge to housekeeping, are very friendly. The building is very well maintained and always spotless. Maintenance requests are answered promptly. You also can't beat the location of this building as well as the beautiful amenities (which are now open again!).
Response: Hi Laura, On behalf of myself and the team, we are so happy that you are enjoying your residency with us! It’s our pleasure to serve our residents and we are thrilled to know that Claudia, Wayne and the rest of the crew were so helpful and have made being at Trellis House a great experience for you!

Robin Doody: This is a great building. It's in the heart of the city with delightful amenities, but more than that, the staff is so nice to work with. Claudia and her team have helped us with leases each time, and the process is cordial, friendly and the least stressful it can be. Certainly had much worse experiences at other buildings. Recommend fully for the great staff that work at the building!
Response: Hi Robin, Thank you very much for such a great review! We work very hard to make sure that we are offering the best experience. So happy to hear that our service met up to your expectations! Best Regards, The Trellis House Team

Linda Armistead: I have yet to move my daughter in and already I am confident in giving Wayne Toombs a perfect score. Trellis House has a gold gem working for them. He has graciously walked my daughter and me through the entire process making it, not only stress free, enjoy. He has a wealth of knowledge and shares it with thoughtfulness, professionalism and kindness. He is undeniably the BEST at what he does. Having him guide us has truly put this overprotective mom’s mind at ease. God bless him and his loved ones!
Response: Hello Linda, Thank you for the wonderful review and for taking the time to share your feedback about Wayne. Our priority is customer service and we are ecstatic that we met that mark! Kind people like you make our job a pleasure.

The Saratoga Apartments: what do users think?

Caleb Pase: Quality staff. Dog friendly. 24/7 doorman is a huge plus. We’ve always gotten our packages! A lot of nice folks and families live here and in the neighborhood. The renovations are especially nice and make you feel cozy at home. First time renting in DC and it’s been a blast so far.
Response: Caleb, thanks so much for this review! It's wonderful to hear you've been enjoying a five-star experience at The Saratoga and if you ever need anything else from our team, please let us know. Thanks again!

Cathleen Carr: We have loved our experience at The Saratoga thus far. From the beginning, the leasing staff were responsive and helpful and that has carried into our lease with the concierge staff as well. This is a great location to be in walking distance to metro, a grocery store and a few restaurant options along the way. The neighborhood is wonderful with the park and tennis courts close by so there are always families and action going on. We love our apartment with all of the updates and the courtyard even has little herbs that the residents can use. So happy with our decision to live here and couldn't recommend it more to people!
Response: Thank you for the stellar rating and review, Cathleen! We're so happy to hear how much you're loving your home and how smooth your transition to our community was. We hope you'll continue to enjoy all The Saratoga has to offer and please let us know if you ever need anything - we're just a phone call away!

Stacey Scholl: My husband and I have really enjoyed the nearly two years we've lived at Saratoga. The maintenance staff and desk staff are super attentive and quick to respond to requests. The common areas are kept clean and well-lit. The gym has some good features and for the most part neighbors are quiet. The management hosts nice get togethers throughout the year--not too many so you feel overwhelmed. The renovations over a year ago have really made it a nice place to live. The few things that annoy us are mostly manageable: people steal grocery carts from local stores and leave them in random areas of the building, the grills in the common area run out of propane quickly (always a good idea to check before you plan a cook-out) and they have weird rules about using the back gate, which would otherwise let families use the nice playground right behind the building.

Elaine Guevara: I love living here. A major selling point was the nice kitchen you can actually prepare a meal in (counter space!). The building is quiet and well maintained. The leasing, front desk, and maintenance staff are fantastic. Our minor maintenance requests have been addressed really promptly and professionally. The gym is the best apartment building gym I've used. It actually incentivizes working out. I love having the washing and dryer in unit. It's the first place I've lived that had that and I am surprised what a difference it makes. There is a coffee/espresso maker in the lobby and they just got a fizzy water maker! Picking up packages is a breeze. My husband and I hang out on the lovely, peaceful patio often. We were saying living here feels like being at places we've gone on vacation to. We lived in Woodley Park before, which we really enjoyed, and I was a little worried that this would feel further area from work and DC attractions. But I actually feel this might be a better location. I love being close to Bread Furst and Politics and Prose and still near the park, including Soapstone Valley Trail. Having Giant and CVS on my walk from the train is also a huge time saver. We are moving because I got a job in another state, but I'm sad to go. I feel like all the conveniences and pleasures of living here really perceptibly improved our quality of life. I guess my only "constructive criticism" would be on the state of the bike room, which has a lot of room for improvement [check out the one in The Brandywine next door :) ]. And one thing I can't comment on is rent increases because we only lived here a year - that was something I was concerned about because this building is not rent controlled. But overall I can't recommend living here enough - I swear did not get asked to write this :D I just know how harrowing looking for housing in this city can be and it is such a relief to find somewhere good, no tricks.
Response: Elaine, we're so delighted to hear how much you've enjoyed your home and The Saratoga's many wonderful features! We also greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your terrific experiences with those who may be apartment hunting. We're sad to see you go but it sounds like you're on to even bigger things so we wish you all the best and hope if your path ever brings you back to the DC area, you'll reach out to us. Thank you and it's been a pleasure having you!

Dnesh Ad: Be careful with your tenant named as "Maya Tenden". She is an online buyer and a big liar. She falsely claims non sense.
Response: Thanks for the 5 stars. We encourage you to reach out to our office directly so we can discuss the contents of your review.

Amy Torres: Great dinner and service! Best steak I had in a long time! Our waiter Alejandro was super and so professional! Just a pleasure all around! We are restaurant industry people and totally impressed from beginning of our our meal to the end! The Italian waiter came by for a chat and also totally made our night. All around great and we are looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you! Kudos to the owners!

HannaElizabeth Johnson: The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude to me. I’ve never been to this apartment building before. I was delivering food. Mot once did he say hello or how i was doing. Seemed like he had an attitude. When i left he didn’t speak nor did I. I asked him his name he didn’t give it to me. I’m very nice and have manners. It’s extremely unacceptable for him to treat me that way.
Response: Hi there, We're so sorry for this misunderstanding! We wish this one experience hadn't negatively impacted your impression of our community, but we will be sure to say hello next time you're visiting! Thank you.

Dr. Tonyelle R.: Wallet stolen and staff did not help recover! Landan is top notch! Thank you! God bless you in Jesus name!!!

francina h: management is unorganized especially about parking
Response: Hi Francina, We're sorry if parking has caused you any inconveniences. We'd be happy to further discuss this and see what we can do to improve your experience. Please reach out to us at your convenience so we may assist. Thank you!

Walter Convention Center Apartments 30 Day Rentals: what do users think?

Jen Lobaugh: We booked an apartment in May 2021 for a stay there starting 3/14/2022. On 3/14/2022 at 6pm, we received a cancellation from them stating they had a maintenance issue and had to cancel our reservation. We had to book another hotel and this place is unresponsive to refunding us. They keep saying they will send my message to the refund team. I’ve contacted them by email, text, phone (they don’t answer) and I contacted booking.com about it. We ended up having to dispute the original charge on our credit card and are hoping that resolves it but I cannot believe that they cancel on people without giving a refund! Absolutely ridiculous. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.

Rahul Vidhani: Do not book this property at all. This property cancelled my booking at the last moment when I was at the DC Airport. I was stranded at the airport and spent 2 hours getting a new booking done at higher rates. Mine was a prepaid booking done 4 months ago. The property says that they have some software issue and that my CC got declined.

Kevin Dang: Don't try to book this property. It just cancelled my reservation. My reservation was cancelled 2 hours prior check in time. It said my payment will be refund. Must follow up. Don't trust this service.

Francella Jackson: I canceled my reservation within the guidelines stated. That was almost three months ago. As of this review, I still have not received my refund of more than $1,000. I have made numerous attempts. At this point, I have run out of patience. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and other consumers advocacy agencies, including the the Attorney General's Office and the like. These are very challenging financial times for me and I need my money.

Kenneth Rogers: Booked a reservation over a month ago , The day before travel at 7pm at night they cancelled our reservation , with no explanation. then told us they cannot refund our money for 5 to 7 days . totally unacceptable! Stay away from these people as they are scammers and run away with your money and Booking .com will not help you.

Plywater (Plywater): Worst mistake by booking here, they are extremely stingy about refunds.

Holiday Inn Washington Capitol - Natl Mall, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Wei Y: My recent experience at the hotel in mid March was quite pleasant. The room was clean, decor was fairly up-to-date, beds were comfortable (subjectively), and the bathroom was fairly well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, this includes the cleaning crew (on the 8th floor) who would give you anything you asked for. The pandemic is not over yet, so I liked the idea of not having staff coming in every day. People complaint about the thin wall, water pressure and the train. I did experience all of the above. The thin wall didn’t bother me that much, it’s usually due to loud neighbors. For the water pressure, I just waited for the others to finish their use then take my turn, the place was packed at the time and everyone was taking shower at the same time. As for the train, the hotel unfortunately situated right next to the track so unless you are a heavy sleeper, the noises could bother some of the guests on the east side. We ended up switching to the other side and it was great! The food at the restaurant downstairs was also surprising. The taste and the price were comparable to the nearby places, if not cheaper. A Starbucks was also attached to the hotel but they do close somewhat early. As for the parking, we didn’t have a car, but once I parked at a hotel in downtown Chicago, it was over $100 a night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again for sure!
Response: Wei Y, thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your experience and feedback with us. We hope to see you again.

tabitha buono: Rooms were decent sized. Our beds and pillows were AMAZING! The air conditioning was very hard to control. We froze the entire time. Also our bathroom had a light out, and only 3 drawers for 2 adults in a double bed room? Had to stay on top of housekeeping too. You have to call down every morning if you want fresh towels, etc. Even with calling, they still forgot. With all that said, I'd stay again. The bed and pillows were AMAZING!
Response: Tabitha, thank you for staying with us. We are sorry that you had a challenge with your AC unit. We are sharing your comments with our staff to help us improve. We hope you will give us another try in the future. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Kelly Dias: Pros: Staff were friendly and pleasant. The bedding was clean. Shower head was high enough, temperature and pressure were good. Close proximity to the Capitol, National Mall, and museums. Cons: AC wasn't working on arrival, but maintenance was able to get it back on line. Insufficient towels and only conditioner in bathroom (no shampoo). Room was not served by housekeeping between first and second night, which meant no fresh towels. Bathroom toilet paper holder was partially detached from wall. AC unit had exposed wiring. Connecting door for the suite had a loose handle that meant that we couldn't fully close it without fear of being trapped. The front desk only answered calls half of the time (2 out of 4 attempts). The breakfast fare at the restaurant was very expensive and not the highest quality. Walls are paper-thin, so I got to listen to the couple in a nearby room argue at the top of their lungs well into the night. Unfortunately, there was a music festival in town, so they closed the on-site coffee shop. Streets were blocked for blocks in each direction, so no access for Uber or cabs. In order the get to local attractions, we had to walk 4-6 blocks out of the way to get around.
Response: Kelly, thank you for choosing our property. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that you experienced a few challenges during your visit. We hope that you will give us another try in the future.

Joe Hughes: We were so excited to come to Washington D.C. for vacation. I have stayed at Holiday Inn's before and never experienced anything like we did here. Nothing seemed to work. The elevators were not working properly and one day not at all. We wanted to do some laundry and there was no change available and the soap dispenser was out of soap. I wasted a dollar since I didn't see the Out of Order sign that was placed on the side of the soap dispenser. The food downstairs in the café was horrible and it made my wife sick. The 21's amendment restaurant there was not much better. We wanted to buy soda and snacks and they wouldn't except cash. The rooms were cleaned every other day if that. The carpet was filthy and the desk chair was broke. On top of everything, Nobody knew anything when we ask for directions or where anything was. Apparently this Holiday Inn was just sold and in process of a new owner. That still doesn't make it right for this establishment to really put a damper on our vacation. We called security to stop all of the yelling and playing in the hall after 10 pm at night. Our floor was loaded with a group of kids and we finally had to go out there and tell the kids to quiet down. I would look at other options before coming here to stay, Murphy's Law applies here. "Anything that could go wrong will go wrong." I'm sorry that I have to post such a negative review but none the staff didn't make any effort to make our stay enjoyable.
Response: Joe, thank you for choosing to be our guest and taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that this visit was not as great as it could have been. We are using your feedback to improve our services. We are sorry that you left us on this note. We hope you will give us another try in the future.

M B: This was our first time staying at this hotel and it completely served its purpose. First the location - it is across the street from the department of Education and one block from the Air & Space Museum. There is a Starbucks on the corner of the hotel and several restaurants on the same block including a McDonalds. This hotel has a parking garage under it making parking very convenient. Parking fee is charged by the hotel per day and we had in and out privileges throughout our stay. There are two restaurants inside the hotel and a small convenience store next to the front desk. The lobby is more upscale than I thought it would be and staff was nice. We got into our room the first night later in the evening and our AC wasn’t working. We called the front desk and within minutes, a maintenance worker was at our door. He changed out the wall thermostat which didn’t resolve the issue and called for assistance to bring a new AC unit. They changed that out within minutes and discovered that there must be a wiring challenge that would take more time to resolve. They contacted the front desk, got us a new room and they walked it to make sure it was in perfect working condition before bringing us the new key cards. They offered to help us move but we were fine getting ourselves to the new room. This was the only challenge we experienced during our stay and these two maintenance technicians were absolutely wonderful. We forgot to get their names but they were on duty Friday, May 20, 2022 in the late evening. Nothing is a short walk in Washington DC as buildings are huge and the distance is deceiving. Every day we walked more than 7 miles and at the end of each day I walked back to the hotel to pick up the car to pick up my Mom to keep her from having to walk back. All throughout Washington DC, there are bicycles and electric scooters available to rent electronically on the spot to make the walking shorter and to get places quicker. We didn’t use them this time but they are a great benefit if needed. We did not eat in the hotel, but it is wonderful that the restaurants were there if we wanted to. This is a pretty perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Washington DC and we will most likely stay here on our next visit and recommend that you consider it as well. We didn’t take photos of the hotel, but it was very nice, clean, comfortable beds and we felt safe.
Response: M B, thank you for choosing to be our guest. We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to know that you had a great stay. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share your comments and feedback with the team. We hope to see you again, next time you are in the area.

Tudor Place: what do users think?

Sara Ceresa: I was mostly interested in seeing the gardens, which didn’t disappoint. I also quite enjoyed the tour of the house including the historical context of the property’s ownership and recognition of the critical roles of slaves and caretakers in the history of the property.

Rogie Legaspi: Great place to spend an afternoon browsing the historic artifacts in the house. The garden is perhaps more interesting to visit in the summer than late fall. The neighborhood where it's located is such a charming place. Worth visiting.

pooria riahi: This is a very charming place hidden in Georgetown and visiting it is free. places in a cute neighborhood and its gardens could be a relaxing destination for an afternoon. However, I have to voice my concern on the state of the place and how badly it is being kept. In my mind, if they need money, it is ok to charge visitors but gardens are delicate things to maintain and need attention.

B Daisy: Gorgeous. We got to rest in the garden for half an hour before our tour of the house started, which was beautiful and so serene. The house itself comes with a great amount of history, and the people who work here really care about the story and try to provide you with as much information as they can, which was really inspiring to see. You could tell, just by looking at Francis (our amazing guide) and the rest of the staff, how significant the house and the narrative was to them. Their enthusiasm and dedication was beautiful, and the garden and the house itself was such a treat to see. Loved every minute of it.

Natalie Thomas: We did the elegant Victorian tea party and toured the Historic House. 👌🏽👌🏽

Aron Reyder: Nice place to visit. The house is a bit over "set-up", and feels more like a museum than a conserved house from the 1800s. The entrance fee is $10 per person, and it includes a guided tour of the house and a garden map. Since the place is built like a museum, it should be ran like one and offer the option to walk around by yourself. Especially since they have a log book in each room about all the items in the room, which while on the tour you can't really study. The garden and outdoors are beautiful and should be seen, the inside is nice but not worth the time or money.

Michelle Mitton: A beautiful stop in our tour of Georgetown. The house was closed due to COVID but the gardens were worth the visit. We loved the neighborhood around the estate and the fountains and gardens are well kept and lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Natalie Moore: I am a wedding photographer specializing in film photography. Myself and another photographer hosted our workshop, The Film Theory Workshop at the Tutor Place and it was the perfect place for our small get together! They were accommodating with helping us navigate the ins and outs of making our workshop come to life, and the backdrop was perfect for multiple shoot locations. The historic grounds in Washington, D.c. tell an incredible story and was the perfect fit for our workshop! Hope to shoot wedding there one day! ps. We were so excited when our workshop ended up going on to be featured in Style Me Pretty! Big thanks to Tudor Place! Images by Natalie Jayne Photography

Sammy Mills: Beautiful grounds but not much to it. It would be a beautiful place for a wedding or a photo shoot. We didn’t get a chance to tour the house, they happen on the hour. To walk through the gardens is $3 and you get a brochure about the property.

Rachel McCoy: Beautiful in the spring time with the flowers in full bloom. Gardens can be visited for just $3. There are plenty of benches to sit and admire the view of this little idyll in the middle of Georgetown.

The Gantry: what do users think?

Cory Cooper: From the moment I walk into the gantry the building was spectacular with amazing views of DC. I was greeted by Lottie who was very friendly and offered me refreshments. My leasing agent Kadija Cole was so helpful, hands on, and friendly to work with during my leasing process ..she made me feel like I was the only person while dealing with many potential residents. I love it here!
Response: Cory Cooper, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! We always strive to provide top quality service to every guest, and are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience here at The Gantry!

Jody: I've been at the Gantry for six months. The Gantry amenities are outstanding and the apartments cozy. I love the close proximity to Union Market and H street. I've had a great experience with the majority of the Gantry Team! A few outstanding employees include, Katya the leasing professional that signed me was amazing. She went above and beyond to answer crazy questions and measure my unit before I moved in. And Lottie has been a constant at The Gantry. She actually gets to know residents, acknowledges them by name and make them feel welcomed home each day. She really goes above and beyond to ensure any issues are resolved quickly. Lastly. Rose the Asst Manager has been a delight. She's easy to talk to and addresses any concern quickly.
Response: Jody, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at The Gantry. We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!

Shae Harris: Overall my experience living at the Gantry for the last several months has been great. The new building is fabulous and has great amenities. Being walking distance from Union Market and near great bars and restaurants is a phenomenal bonus. The concierge service at the Gantry is the best I've ever seen. Lottie, my favorite concierge, memorized my name during our first encounter and goes above and beyond daily to ensure the residents here have everything they need. The only reason I don't feel comfortable giving the Gantry 5 stars is the lack of enforcement of the current mask mandate. I see too many people in the gym and in other common areas not abiding by the mask mandate. It sucks that people can't be empathetic human beings and think about other people enough to just wear a mask, but here we are :)
Response: Shae Harris, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at The Gantry. Shae Harris, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We hope you have a great day!

Francisco Cruz: Just moved in! The Gantry and their team help us a lot for a recent move from NYC! The leasing office and the rest of the team made us feel welcomed.all the time and helped us out with everything we need it! This building is amazing! And thei amenities are beautiful, super useful and SUPER CLEAN!! If you ride your bike daily; bike parking is great and super accessible to the building. Couldn't be happier with my first apartment in DC!!! Highly recommend!!!
Response: Francisco - we sincerely thank you for the positive review, and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Trayvon Nelson: I’ve been living at The Gantry for about five months, and I can say this place is amazing. Well established, comfortable, and most importantly secure is what I feel while living here. The persons that work here are also appreciated for what they do. Two staff members that are always helping and ensuring that I am treated like family despite the situation are Armando and Lottie. The work these two put in at this marvelous Apartment enterprise I should say is heartfelt and wonderful. With Lottie and Armando, it is so easy to hold a conversation. Usually, any problem that presents itself will always be solved by one of the two without having to go to the Leasing Office. The Gantry is my Home and I love it. To The Gantry, Lottie, and Armando, thank you for making the little things count.
Response: Trayvon Nelson, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! We're glad to hear we delivered such a great experience. If there's anything further we can do for you, we are happy to help!

Seng Peng: I highly recommend the Gantry. I have been here for only a few months but so far it has been my best apartment living experience. All of the staff are super professional and responsive and they know you by a first name basis. The building amenities are top notch. I especially enjoy the organic community garden at the rooftop. If you are looking for a new place to live in a hip and chic neighborhood, come check out The Gantry!
Response: Seng Peng, thanks for your praise and kind comments about our team. We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!

Rachel Osiason: I just moved into the Gantry and I am in love! It is the most beautiful building and I feel like I'm on a vacation in my own home. Everyone that I've worked with in the leasing office/front desk has been extremely kind and knowledgeable. I feel very safe and the building makes a huge effort to ensure that this building is in tip top shape.
Response: Hi Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to write such a positive review of our community and staff. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to enhance your living experience at The Gantry!! Best, The Gantry Team

Jalisa Jackson: I moved into the Gantry about 3 weeks ago! The move-in was smooth and simple. The amenities are awesome! The building is huge, modern and located in an up and coming neighborhood. I would definitely recommend taking a tour if you are considering. I worked with Kadija through my application process and move, she was truly great to work with 😊.
Response: Jalisa Jackson, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at The Gantry. Our team strives to deliver an excellent experience, and are glad you found this to be the case during your visit. If you have further needs or questions, please reach out!

Soni K: The Gantry is stunning- seriously, every space is beautifully curated. The amenities are top tier & the apartments have high quality appliances. I wanted to move in as soon as I toured this place, & Kadija from the leasing office went above & beyond to make it happen. She was incredibly helpful through the moving process & accommodated all my requests. Moving is always stressful but she made the process seamless & I can’t thank her enough
Response: Soni, reviews like this give us motivation and help us ensure we provide high-quality care. Thank you so much for your feedback! Hope to see you soon!

Greg Weinman: We just moved in to our new apartment at the Gantry and we can’t say enough positive about this beautiful property and the amazing leasing office staff. We looked at about a dozen properties, but we kept coming back to the Gantry, and now that we are finally making it home, it just becomes clearer every day what a solid choice this is for us. The leasing staff, especially our personal agent Joshua, have been above and beyond attentive, they’ve gone out of their way to be helpful with our pre-move in needs (accepting deliveries etc., and answering our endless questions. They continue to make us feel welcome in a way we’ve really never experienced before. During these sometimes challenging angry times, it’s really nice to live somewhere where we can feel welcomed.
Response: Hi Greg Weinman, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at The Gantry. We're happy we could meet your expectations! Your recommendation means so much to us and we're so happy to have earned it. Thank you again for taking the time to let the world know about your positive experience. Have a great day!

Calvert House: what do users think?

Grace Burke: I moved into Calvert in June and I’ve had such a positive experience! My apartment is amazing- very clean, spacious, and great lighting! My process of touring, applying for, and signing my lease was not only easy, but the leasing office was eager to help me. I feel safe living here during the age of COVID-19- we’re required to wear masks when inside and not in individual apartments. I also regularly take advantage of the communal spaces, specifically the gym and the outdoor patio with grills and I’ve loved my time with both! I’m even in the process of trying to convince my friend who is moving to DC soon to move into her own studio in Calvert!

Fiona Forcey: Moved in a month ago and everything has been great so far. The front desk staff are all very helpful and friendly. There haven't been any issues with packages. I had a maintenance request and they fixed the issue the same day. This location is super convenient with the metro and two bus lines right outside the building. Overall, very happy to have moved here!

Annika Mitic: The staff and team there was super accommodating and friendly. We had an apartment with a balcony and it was absolute heaven. The appliances are a little dated but everything works and the maintenance staff is super quick to address any problems. The location is also excellent!

Vanessa Long: Honestly fantastic location, and great price for a studio compared to the other places around. All utilities included and very quick maintenance for broken appliances. I lived here for a year and wish I could stay longer. Staff can sometimes be cold but we can often be cold at work too. I recommend moving here if you want to be near restaurants, Metro, and a beautiful park. Building is generally very quiet and units have NO pest issues. I had a great experience!

N M: I have had many apartment tours in the DC area over the past few months, but I have never seen a leasing agent as rude and disrespectful as Antoinette Lloyd. Her lack of common decency shocked me the moment I encountered her. The way she talks down to people, her facial expressions and her choice of words and gestures embody all that is evil wrong with a leasing agent. From what I have witnessed I can confirm the other reviewers who mentioned she and the Calvert House treat their clients like garbage. I would say they are even worse at written communications. After my first visit, I called the Calvert house and requested to speak with her manager. After more than six calls and speaking with two different people, they refused to connect me with her manager. The day after our first meeting, I requested to have another proper tour to get my questions answered, but she dodged my request more than three times. Finally, I revisited the building, and she hesitantly responded to my questions, which I found disrespectful again. She said she just lost her mother last week, but that does NOT justify her nasty, disrespectful behavior. A lot of people lose loved ones, but they don't treat their clients in such a horrible way. People working at the Calvert House are friends with each other and cover up their wrongdoings. Obviously, she doesn't like her job and she simply doesn't care how prospective renters feel about their experiences with this company. Fortunately, I have kept all my email exchanges with her, so she can not deny what I'm saying here. It is a disgrace that the Community Realty Company, Inc let this happen. Nobody deserve to be treated this way. Shame!

Jay C: Great value and even better location for Washington DC. You're less than a minute walk to the red line and rock creek park. Staff is friendly and attentive to concerns. Maintenance is also very responsive. Overall highly recommended

Dustin Sammons: This building has a huge mice problem. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for the price.
Response: Dustin - thank you for reviewing our community. We are sorry that you feel we only deserve one star. We have weekly pest control visits and take pest and rodent issues very seriously. I would appreciate the opportunity to be able to speak with you more about your concern in your apartment. If you can call the office, myself, or someone on the Quebec House team, would be happy to assist you and discuss your concerns and resolution. Thank you and I hope that we can earn back some stars. We look forward to hearing from you. Benjamin Zeitler Calvert House team

Eustina Daniluk: If you can afford to rent here you can afford someplace better. I was paying out the nose for a studio apartment in DC but by the appearance and treatment of the "management staff" I could have sworn I was staying in a Howard Johnson underneath an overpass. You can't get them to answer an email, you can't get them to respond to a phone call, they're too busy taking smoke breaks in front of the back entrance (real classy) or gossiping with whoever is at the front desk. The apartment I moved into had been recently renovated with the lowest quality offerings from Ikea and the cheapest labor possible. Everything started falling apart. The blinds wouldn't open, closets wouldn't shut, the oven was never properly installed and every time I opened the door it carved a hole into the wall. "Management" told me they would wait until I moved out to fix the issue - so I spent four months with a continually growing hole in my wall. When I finally did move out after paying my rent on time every month and never causing any issues management got in my face (like we were in a 2am bar fight) to yell because I was moving my mattress through the back entrance. I guess it might have interrupted a smoke break (?). I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect and aggression in my life - as if improperly moving a mattress looks worse than management starting a verbal and potentially physical altercation with a resident on the property.

Leo Boella: My upstairs neighbor throws weights on the floor at night and the management, without ever having come to hear that, tells me that it is normal in America. If you are a foreigner do not come to this building, unless you like to live under a CrossFit place

shirin batshon: Building management is one of the worst you can have, the staff is rude, unpleasant and simply don’t care about the residents I have lived there for 4 years and could not wait to leave. The staff and their regulations made sure to prevent you from feeling at home. Horrible experience The location is good but you can find better quality for this price
Response: Shirin, We have received your review and we're sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. If you would like to discuss your issues further please contact the Community Manager. We work hard try and make everyone's experience at Calvert House the best it can be. Thank you, Calvert House Management

3Tree Flats: what do users think?

Z D: Wouldn’t recommend. Management is not attentive. Maintenance requests go ignored/unanswered for years. They continued to raise rent my over time stating that it is because of the rising costs of their amenities...even though their amenities along with the overall condition of the building grew worse over time. One of the main elevators has been broken for almost two years, and management has been claiming that it will get fixed although a DCRA inspector shut it down and tagged it as unsafe for public use. DCRA EVEN placed a warning sticker on the elevator which the management company ultimately removed. The service elevator in the back works hardly 2/10 times. There is a bug problem that management is aware of but also ignores, and there has been ongoing issues with the water heater.
Response: Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Please contact me immediately if you have any outstanding maintenance issues so that we can address these. I can be reached at the Leasing Office at (202) 793-3363. – Carmel J., Property Manager

Andrea J: Still waiting for my rental deposit to come back, phones not being answered, it has been 45 days. Emailed a few times. I for the most part enjoyed the apartment itself in my time here, but the office has a lot to be desired, rarely answer calls, closes more than open during normal hours, voicemail always full etc...day 45 and should have received deposit. Administration needs work.

John Rehm: Walls are very thin and neighbors are extremely loud. I've been battling management for 6 months in regards to college students who continue to blare their base every night until 1:00AM. Nothing has been done to rectify the situation and the assistant community manager consistently refuses to help in any way. We live in one of the 3 bedroom apartments and plan on moving out once the lease is up.

Maria Reyeros: Kitchen sink got clogged up a week ago, so I asked maintenance to fix it but they never came to fix it so a week passed & I asked again if they could fix it but they never did. My husband had to try & fix it because maintenance never came to fix the sink. Poor maintenance.

Brandy Ekento: I recommend it

Ana: (Translated by Google) Good afternoon, my name is Ana C, and I want to give my opinion about this place. 3Tree Flats very very bad...I don't recommend. I have started to fill out applications for that place because I thought it was a good place for my son and I, but I am very, very sorry all the time that I have been there they refuse to assist me, but they received the $300 that I paid to reserve an apartment that until this date They have not communicated or face me to give me the apartment or to return the money, they do not have any professionalism, the people in the office are rude and racist, that is what they have made me feel by not wanting to attend to me to say that I am not eligible or to return the money you pay to reserve the apartment, I recommend that I don't go to that place for Hispanic countrymen. (Original) Buenas tardes mi nombre es Ana C ,y quiero dar mi opinión respecto a este lugar 3Tree Flats very very bad...I don't recommend.
