Sonia Khan: I spent three months at Whyle and can highly recommend the building to others. Gorgeous views, great facilities, and super convenient location for a short stay in the city, i.e. whole foods, core power yoga, and nail salon right below the building. Ian Carter: I almost hesitate to write this review for fear of it becoming too popular and difficult for me to book in the future... alas, the Whyle is the perfect choice for a short term (30+ day) stay in the DC area. Amazing location above a Whole Foods and near tons of restaurants and bars and transit, with a fully furnished super comfortable unit (sound proofed as well!) and the best staff you could ask for. OH, and the gym and rooftop are icing on the cake. Nearly perfection!

Alok Jain: I stayed at Whyle furnished apartments for nearly five months. The apartment was sunny and had a view of the Washington Monument. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing, refreshing and functional. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is nicely furnished and has good quality amenities. They have Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speakers, Mauviel pots and pans, OXO kitchen utensils and Scott Zwiesel glasses. They have kept bar accessories which I found very novel that allows to make your own signature cocktails. Whole Food store is just downstairs and the property is walking distance to many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Whyle’s GM Shannon and Manager Shane were very helpful during my stay. All in all - enjoyed my stay at Whyle and will stay again if visiting DC.

Simon Resch: I lived in a Stay Attache place in DuPont Circle for a year. I enjoyed my time there and only moved out as it was too small when my wife moved in. Stay Attache looked after me very well. There were a few issues with the place, however they always had someone fix them promptly. This included replacing to AC unit that was old and noisy. My only criticism was that several times I got an email saying my rent was overdue when it had been paid. It had to contact them to fix the situation. I would definitely use Stay Attache again.
Crystal Tadlock: Hi I stayed at this lovely place in the Capitol Hill area. I am a travel nurse and have been here since February and this property was by far my favorite property I’ve stayed in, in the DC area. The place was so nice. It truly felt like a home away from home for me. I typically go for something cheaper but because my boyfriend was with me working from home and parents visiting town, I chose to rent this place so everyone felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is great! You can walk to many restaurants, museums, literally right around the corner from the Capitol. The area felt extremely safe to walk, even at night. The owners live in the home above and I ran into them on a few occasions and they were so welcoming and friendly. Their place was the perfect experience for a DC row-home basement apartment! I highly recommend a stay here, especially if you’re here for more than a week! The home management company, Stay Attache, working with them was super convenient and quick. They were able to find me something in a day. All of their properties online are some of the nicest I’ve come across in DC. I even had mail come through after I checked out and the management team reached out to me and coordinated a pick up. I definitely will be using them again if I’m ever in DC again for long term stays. P.S. the kitchen is amazing, the decor, appliances, stove, they have ALL the things to cook with! I loved to stay in and cook just because of the kitchen!
Milos Djuragic: My family and I stayed with Stay Attache on two occasions. During the last visit stayed for 3 months and we lived in 3 different properties. Stay Attache manages some of the best properties in DC and has amazing customer service that is easy to work with. If you are coming for a short term and want to feel like you live in DC, but also have all comfort of corporate housing, they are a perfect match for you! The houses were equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable and their maintenance team is ready to assist with any request you might have. Nora Soliman: If you are with the Foreign Service then Stay Attaché is exactly the service you need. We were evacuated from Embassy Ukriane and had to scramble to find a place. Stay Attaché had the best options and it was so easy to communicate and get into the house. We ended up in a fabulous townhouse in Dupont, well within the USG lodging rates and they were so accommodating with billing and lease agreements (foreign service clause etc). They are made for people like us. I would stay with them again in a heartbeat (but hope never to go through another embassy evacuation). Nora and John.

Airbnb is terrible its a total hit or miss but then I found Attache they have been really helpful and non-stressful through the whole process. I know I had to have been a not so easy customer for the leasing process. I changed the place three times.. I also have a service dog and criteria, budget..etc. Stephen was AMAZING totally professional his vibes via email were comforting instead of pushy he never gave annoyed or irritated vibes way better than most corporate housing. Katie Wilkes: I stayed here for a month while house hunting. Fabulous, convenient location to everything you need. One of the best parts about the house is the private little courtyard/patio space out front. Stunning in the springtime. Capitol Hill Stay was attentive and extremely communicative the entire time. The neighbors were also so kind and helpful. But I have to say, it was the sincere thoughtfulness of the people who run this hospitality group that exceeded my expectations. Tragically, I lose my pup of 16 year unexpectedly while here (we were grateful to enjoy many days of gorgeous weather on that patio together). Upon check out and kind conversation with Phil, one of the staff members, the team let me know they had made a donation to a rescue organization in my pup’s honor. It brought me to tears. Stay with them if you can- I don’t think you’ll regret it.
Zach Powell: My wife and I have never been to a big city before. Coming from a small town in Kentucky, we were worried about coming to D.C. However, the owner (Brian) and Louise has been absolutely wonderful! The apartment was in a very safe and very upscale neighborhood. We were able to pay for a secure parking spot as well. Our neighbors were quiet and working professionals (always gone). If there were any questions, someone always answered them promptly via chat or text! I cannot reccomend Capitol Hill stay enough! If we are ever in DC again, we will be staying with them!
Leslie Vargas: My friend and I came to Washington DC for a girls trip to visit her daughter and my son, who is a student there. We loved the apartment from the first second we stepped into as it instantly felt like a home away from home. It is beautiful and well furnished with high ceilings and tall windows. The apartment is immaculate and every detail is attended to, including a coffee pot that makes delicious coffee and quality linens that are so comfortable after a long day of seeing the sites. It is located in a safe neighborhood and is a nice walk to The Eastern Market, independently owned boutiques, restaurants, a CVS and a wine shop. The apartment is so inviting that we decided to cook there one night and it was so convenient that the The Eastern Market is full of lovely fresh vegetables, fresh meats and a bakery. Outside the market were street vendors with quality goods to sell which was so fun to browse. I have found that where you stay can make such a difference in the tone of a vacation and this one certainly did. It was a such a wonderful time and I’m looking so forward to visiting DC with my husband and staying there again.
leo sokolskiy: Great place to stay in Washington. Walking distance to the National Mall monuments and museums. Very comfortable and quiet location, parking spot is a great plus if you are driving in. Kitchen has all the utensils as well as washer and dryer. Brian and Luis are very accommodating and responsive.

Connor Carson: I stayed in one of the Millers Court properties over New Years and it was a wonderful getaway. Walking distance of a cute corner convenience store and a straight away 5-10 minute walk to Capitol Hill and the mall. The apartment was clean and prepared for us. We had privacy and everything we needed. These properties are great for getaways or long stays. Either way, I highly recommend for any visits to Washington DC.
David Drath: This is the fifth time we have rented a furnished apartment from Capitol Hills Stay so it is clear that we are extremely satisfied with this small company. Their apartments are clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. They are centrally located and convenient to parks, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Paulo Baioni: The unit is really nice and at a great location. Certainly it could benefit for some additional kitchen utensils. The blueground team is great and very responsive, the building concierges however no so much. Overall a very good stay so far.
Theresa J: The best short term lease option. 30 days or more. Once my credit was approved and payment was received, it was available next day for move in. Much easier and faster than working with apartment complexes. Travis and others were ready available to answer questions along the way as well.

Trevor Alexander: The people that work at the building are awesome and make it a great spot to live. It’s in a great location, is really new, and offers great amenities. Special shout-out to Ndidi, she took care of me from day one and is always a fun time to talk to.
Maria Hurt: I really enjoyed my time living in this building. Location is amazing and hard to beat. My one bedroom was perfect and super comfortable space-wise. Nothing about the building is causing me to move out – just moving into a bigger place with my fiancé. Leasing office is average. Ndidi was impossible to get a hold of while I was applying, so maybe try to get a different leasing agent at the beginning. But it was worth it to keep bugging and eventually got through it and moved in. William has taken over for my move-out information and has been responsive and helpful so far. Only maintenance issue I ran into was a time period where a marijuana smell was coming through the bathroom and hallways. I will say the building handled it well and got it resolved quickly. Other than that, I did not have any issues with the apartment itself. One con is that lately there have been a lot of mandatory DC water shut offs at really inconvenient times (i.e. 8:00pm for eight hours, not great) with very short notice. It would be helpful to get more notice, but fully aware that can be out of the building’s control most of the time. Overall the building is really nice to live in. Amenities and location are great and the rooftop pool was always nice in the summer. Concierge is fine too. They are there 24/7 and always helpful with packages. All in all, good building to live in if you want a luxury building close to the city/Wharf!

Laura Sosnowski: We stayed 5 days in their DuPont rental and were very impressed. The home is conveniently located to Metro Stations and restaurants. It is furnished quite nicely, with a generous supply of kitchen essentials - glasses, plates, silverware, etc. Everything was very clean and the 3 beds were very comfortable. A lovely home and we will rent it again when we return.

mburr: We stayed in DC three nights on M St SW. The apartment worked out great for us as our son lives several blocks away in the Wharf area. Apartment was clean and well furnished. The cleaning person was there when we arrived early with out bags and was completely accommodating and helpful. All aspects or our stay were great--will do it again.
Mary Ann Lim-Madejas: We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The room was nice and bright and great for getting work done in the day. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the room. We were easily able to walk to the national mall as well as the waterfront. We also enjoyed using the gym and having a glass of wine on the rooftop.

Jeremy Sable: Living in One Hill South has been nothing short of ideal. The apartment, rooftop, and amenities are fantastic and the gym (private Equinox) is the nicest apartment gym in the city. The staff is amazing, everyone very nice and easy to work with. If you are going to sign here, Remington is top notch and he has made everything so easy. Lived in DC for 6 years and my year living here has absolutely been the best. Highly recommend One Hill South.

After visiting several other apartments, she felt that One Hill South was by far the best in terms of the amenities, cleanliness and most of all, their wonderful team. My daughter first met with Remington, their Senior Leasing Representative, who showed her the apartment and facilities. She immediately felt "at home" and was impressed by how he went above and beyond to guide her through the entire process. My wife and I met Remington, Chad, Joe and several other members of the concierge team when we helped move her in this past weekend. Beverly Wilson: My experience has been spectacular! I’ve only been here about a month and I’m so pleased. I extend special thanks to Stacey who provided us with all the specifics & information needed & she did the virtual tour with me & my daughter; Ying, the assistant property manager, made the application process extremely smooth and easy—these ladies were the absolute best! The Concierges (Dorita, Kim, Brittany) are all so amazing & possess such a willingness to help whenever assistance is needed. Kudos to the entire staff here at 555! Also, everything in the building is wonderful. I love the location of 555–it’s quiet, great location, within walking distance to the National Mall & museums, metro, drugstore & The Wharf—the relaxing rooftop including all of the amenities offered here are great! To sum it up, I’m a happy camper here and plan to be a longtime resident. Therefore, if you’re looking for the perfect apartment & a great location in DC, please consider 555.🤗
Marise S: I moved to 555 approximately 3 weeks ago now and my overall experience has been Wonderful: The leasing and maintenance staff have been particularly helpful prior, during and after the move. More specifically, I was first greeted by Julia the first time I inquired about the apartment building. I arrived late because I mistakenly went to another similarly named apt building; Julia graciously rescheduled the tour and it only got better from that point on. I also met Jonna who stepped in during the process for questions that could not be answered by Julia. They were both extremely helpful, courteous and professional during the application process. Subsequently, I scheduled another appointment with Stacey because I needed to take measurement in the apartment; this also went flawlessly. Stacey stayed with me the entire time and offered suggestions as far as the type of furniture would fit best and showed me a model furnished apartment for comparison. It was just not about being courteous but I found that recommendations and suggestions are particularly helpful from a Leasing Agent. Stacey also gave me a brief synopsis of the area, for instance, grocery stores proximity, parking availability in the area and zoning restrictions etc... Her professionalism is commendable along with a very gracious personality! I also had the pleasure of meeting Antonio, one of the maintenance staff, who gave me a final tour of the apartment to make sure all the amenities are in working order. He was very thorough and assisted me in understanding the digital electronics of dishwasher, oven, thermostat: he also asked me if the shower water pressure and temperature were suitable for me. I can go on and on. The building is very modern and new and very importantly, well maintained in every way: clean, organized. The architecture of building is well designed, sleek and linear with a modern simplicity. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city and the water. All in all, I love this place and the staff is absolutely Awesome and 555 is a great place to call Home!
Timothy Pierce: I moved to 555 at the end of October and I absolutely love it here. The public spaces are always clean and the staff are wonderful. I communicated with Stacey for about a month prior to committing to 555. Stacey is a true professional and she was great to work with. I’m always greeted with a friendly gesture every time I walk through the front door. I have to give a special thank you to Dorita for helping me get situated on my move-in day. Kim goes out of her way to help me with my packages in the evenings. I’m happy to call 555 home!

As someone moving to DC from out of state, Jonna was able to send me videos of the apartment the day I contacted her, and was able to meet my request for specific floor plans within my desired price range, and was there to guide me through the specifics of my lease to make sure my move-in was smooth and seamless. 10/10 would recommend.

Keena Blackmon: During my time at Rhode Island Row I experienced some highs and some lows (hence the four stars) but a highlight was the concierge desk with Dominique. She always greeted me and my guests with a friendly smile and she was always willing to assist with any of my needs or concerns. When I saw her interaction with the other residents it was the same pleasant energy, with a “Hello” followed by a smile. She went above and beyond the job by assisting me with packages or simply telling me great places to visit in her hometown. Rhode Island Row found a gem with Dominique and although I’m no longer a resident, she has left a lasting memory with me.
cara adams: I always get a ton of packages delivered from my job and it can be quite a lot sometimes. I always fear my packages are going to get lost or stolen , Dominique the concierge goes above and beyond to ensure my packages are logged and accounted for. As a resident I appreciate the extra attention to detail, especially during holiday seasons. She’s always welcoming and friendly, exceptional customer service and effective communicator.
Chawndra: The staff is amazing! The apartments are very lovely! I enjoy it here. It has all the amenities I wanted! It is clean. Located in a great place with plenty of things to do! I’M IN HERE!!!

In my multiple years of residency here I have not met a more professional and personable concierge than Dominique. She is hospitable and goes the extra mile, by genuinely taking an interest in not just the support requested as a resident but who you are as a person. Even when navigating a larger crowd, in the lobby the other day, she moved with efficiency and effectiveness. Her effort is truly valued.

Maryann Ford: I only lived here for a short time but it was a fantastic experience. It’s a building for adults; there were never any parties or problems with noise late at night or at any time. I actually never heard anything from the apts on either side of me or above and below me. It was the quietest apt I’ve ever lived in. It was a dream. The building is lovely with great amenities and it’s incredibly well run by Jessica, the building’s manager. I can’t say enough good things about Jessica; she went out of her way to make me feel at home there even before I committed to the apt. Her dedication to the building and its residents is unsurpassed in my experience, and I have lived in many buildings in both DC and NYC. The maintenance staff is also terrific. On the rare occasions that I had an issue in the apt with an appliance or plumbing, it was taken care of within hours. And the entire building is always extremely clean. The front desk staff (Freddy, Ruth, Caroline, Michael, and others) are also great. Always ready to help with package retrieval or anything else I ever needed. Freddy in particular is a gem. An incredible asset to the company and the building. I unequivocally recommend living here.
Katie Hurley: So far I have loved living in Camden Roosevelt. The building is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff is so incredibly helpful and kind. Big shout out to Johanna and Davida in the leasing office whom helped my husband and I through our moving process and are always available if we have questions or need anything. This place truly feels like home.
Patrick Marshall: I lived at Camden for a year in a two bed two bath with another roommate and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Given the year it has been, I was personally impressed with how Camden handled everything and the professionalism of the staff. Post-renovations, you do not have much of a reason to leave the complex. Between the little details across every aspect of the entrance, the huge gym, the pool table room, the conference centers, the amazing fire pit and courtyard, the wine cellar, incredibly responsive and friendly maintenance/front office staff, you have everything you need. Yes, you pay a lot, but you get a tremendous amount in return. Highly highly recommend.
Stephanie Cramer: Camden Roosevelt Apartments is truly luxury living. The staff goes above and beyond daily to ensure that residents feel at home and are a part of this high-end community. From the coffee kept fresh throughout the day, to the helpful office staff that treat you like family, to the talented maintenance crew who will help you hang artwork and more - there is no stone left unturned in order to provide exceptional service to all residents. Personally speaking, there is not a staff member that has not helped me to an exceptional degree. Jon, Gabrielle, Freddie, Matt, you name it, they all are just incredible. After living in the DC area now for the past 10 years, I can saw without reservation that I highly recommend Camden Roosevelt.

Suzanne Scott: We have lived in The Lansburgh on three separate occasions, each time we found everyone to be very accommodating and so easy to work with. The furnished apartments are well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, centrally located to everything including the National Mall, Capital One arena and metro. Not to mention great restaurants all around! Highly recommend!

John Jacques: Being TDYed to DC for 90 days, my agency housed me at the Landsburgh, in a one bedroom. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. The big gym and large lap pool were much nicer than expected. Every one of the front-dest employes are friendly and helpful. A good dry cleaners is located just kitty corner from the building. Two blocks from Galleria Metro transfer station and one block from Archives Metro. I have maid service once a week. Very nice furnishings, and 2 regular closets and a walk-in closet. Elizabeth Jaffee: We had a great stay at the house! The house is beautiful, comfy and in a perfect location in the heart of Georgetown. It is a great spot for exploring Washington, DC or hosting family/friends. The outdoor patio is an extra bonus! Home Sweet City provided great service. The house was spotless and they were highly responsive to requests. An overall great experience!
pamdd14: Located in a great neighborhood conveniently located near shops and restaurants, this lovely apartment is within walking distance of many museums, monuments and other places to visit. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has loads of storage space, and is very tastefully decorated. A bricked courtyard and patio is available to guests for relaxing outdoors in nice weather. The host was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we might have had. We will definitely rent here again!
Conchi Saenz: Had a great experience at Cue the Capitol! Brought my 5 boys to explore DC for a few days and we were very comfortable in this basement apartment located in a convenient location. Nice neighborhood walking distance to the park, restaurants, and the metro. Pool table offered great entertainment for my boys. Very clean and the well supplied kitchen made it easy to cook in for the six of us. I would definitely book again.
Morgan Smythe: This DC retreat was simply amazing! It truly became our home away from home after busy days out sightseeing. The place was incredibly clean, organized, and spacious. The host was helpful and quick to get back to us when we had questions. On a side note, to sleep six, two people are ion a blow-up bed. For our trip this wasn’t an issue but I just wanted to note that in case it may be for your group. Its location is perfect. The neighborhood is picturesque. A five minute walk to the Mt Vernon metro that easily connects everywhere. We were also close to some great restaurants. We would stay here again.
Beth Burgess: Fantastic home with entertaining Presidential artwork and great location. We walked to local restaurants and were a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Smithsonian and National Mall. The place had everything we needed and was great to relax in each evening. All bedrooms were upstairs and living room, kitchen, long dining table and half bath downstairs. Bedrooms were really comfortable with high end bedding and great light through hallway and bathroom skylights. We would definitely stay here again.
Melissa Kirgues: We had a great stay at Home Sweet City in DC. Great location! It had everything we needed toiletries, cooking necessities, and an awesome Italian take out restaurant close by! There’s also a small grocery store for basics about a block away. About 2 block walk to metro/union station with more shops and food. Not too far walk from the Capital building and national mall. Beds were comfy and decor was nice. Kids slept on the sofa bed and was ok for them but maybe not as cozy for an adult. Like other reviews mentioned, you can hear people in above unit at times but really wasn’t an issue for us. We recommend it.

Meena C: I only give it five stars today because of Mr Joe Barker, and that’s the only reason. Overall experience is 1 star. I have lived here for 2 years and the maintenance is a disaster. Luckily, Mr Joe was sent to my apartment to fix the clogged tub. He is, by far, THE MOST professional employee on the maintenance team. He came in fifteen minutes before closing hours, stayed and made sure he fixed the problem, and then cleaned up the mess!!! He should really be the head of maintenance because whoever is in charge at the moment isn’t doing their job. Thank you again Mr Joe!!!
Christina Coles: The maintenance man Mr. Joe does a great job. He fixed my freezer and refrigerator. My food spoiled and I had to toss it all out, he went above and beyond and took the bags to the dumpster for me. He also fixed the garbage disposal I didn’t realize was broken.

Taylor Jaczko: I’ve lived at The Kiley for several months now, and have nothing but positive things to say! Ray and Annie in the leasing office were incredibly helpful in setting me up at this community, and have been quick to answer any questions I’ve had since. The concierge staff is also very friendly and happy to assist. My studio unit itself has a great layout and is a terrific value. The building’s amenities are wonderful, and more have been added since my initial move. I had an issue with my fridge when I first moved in, and maintenance was quick to replace it. Overall I’d highly recommend this building to anyone who wants a low key and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the more bustling Wharf/Navy Yard areas.
George Worrell Style: I love living at the Kiley Apartments! I was introduced to the Kiley by way of The Why Hotel! I needed a long term space as my then current apartment had ongoing mold issues! I was amazed at how beautiful the decor was and the many amenities! I was greeted daily by the amazing Pheonah who manages the front desk! She suggested if I was looking for and apartment why not rent at the Kiley? I thought it was worth looking into. I met with Ray Gill who took me on a world-wind tour of this amazing building! He checked all the boxes, price - size and location! Anna and Terri were amazing as well! I work as a fashion stylist…! I couldn’t have landed in a more stylish setting!
Fawzi Abdo: Great building! The apartments are really well laid out and brand new. Amenities, rooftop pool, and gym area are awesome. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, while the wharf and other cool spots are less than a 10 minute walk away. The management team, leasing, and maintenance crew are prompt and professional. Concierge team is also very helpful, especially Sofia!
Mrinoy Banerjee: I was a resident of Kiley Apartments for almost a year and my experience was absolutely amazing! This building offers modern apartments along with state of the art amenities like rooftop gym and pool for very reasonable prices. The roof offers beautiful views of the Capitol and Washington monument and is a perfect spot to host memorable events. Annie and the entire team at the leasing office were awesome and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help with my move out process. With its prime location and proximity to the national mall, metro and grocery stores I had a truly elevated experience. If I wasn’t moving out of DC, I would have loved to remain a resident of Kiley Apartments!

Deepti Bhatt: It is so far my best experience to live in Carillon House apartments. Meriem, the leasing consultant was quite helpful during my entire move in process. She is always there to help and support and I am very thankful to her. I will highly recommend carillon apartment to those looking for safe, convenient and reasonable rent with great amenities. It has got nice neighbourhood and rooftop view is spectacular. The apartments are spacious, nicely renovated, with decent kitchen and big closets. I am very much satisfied living in this wonderful place.
Emre Deniz: I am living in The Carillon House Apartments for a year now. Overall, I can say that I enjoy living here. First of all, the location is convenient. There are more than enough grocery shopping and dinner place options within a reach. Bus stop is just across the building and it takes you to downtown and to a couple nearest metro stations in minutes. Georgetown University is 15-20 min walk. Also, these neighborhoods (Glover Park and Georgetown) are very bikeable. Though the Carillon is on sort of a hill, it is still conveniently bikeable there. However, being located on a hill is also a plus because the view is fantastic! You can see almost every part of DC from the roof top and possibly even from your apartment. Common areas in the building are clean and well maintained. I would say that heating and cooling are adequate. However, you cannot have them at the same time (6months heating during colder seasons; 6 months cooling during warmer seasons). Hot water is almost always available both in the shower and in the faucets. Staff is very nice, kind and helpful. Leasing office does its job. Ask for Mariem, she will try her best to accommodate your requests about finding the best apartment that suits your needs. Although I moved in DC from abroad and The Carillon was my first apartment here right from the first day, moving-in process was smooth. My first unit here was a furnished studio. The room was spacious. The furnitures and utilities were clean and sufficient for a normal living. Later, I have moved to an unfurnished 1-bedroom. It was refurbished and I bought many of my furniture and stuff easily from either IKEA (15 miles) or nearby T.J. Maxx (1.5 miles). The rooms take in a lot of sun light and very bright. Therefore, I recommend living in The Carillon House Apartments and two of my friends already moved in after me!

Marsha Humphries: Step 1 - Copy the Review Below I’ve rented an apartment in the Hudson since Feb 2017. I absolutely love it. I was new to DC and could not have selected a better location. Whole Foods is directly across the street. Restaurants and stores are all walking distance. The bus is not even a block away, which will take you directly to the Metro train station, which I often walk to on nice days. The Hudson and Desoto staff are great and very accommodating. The parking garage and storage are available also! They often have catered events for major holidays, the rooftop deck in both the Hudson and the Desoto are very nice also. I have never had any issues here and I’ve lived here for over 2 years!

Ben Pollok: I’ve lived at Ame for the past year and a half, and I’ve been really impressed by the staff and amenities. The front desk team is consistently welcoming, and Damien always makes a point to learn everyone’s name. I’ve never had any issues with packages or food delivery, and the maintenance team is super responsive to requests. The building’s real selling point is the amenity spaces - the gym, the pool, and the rooftop are almost never busy and are (mostly) kept in great condition.
Kate Cornman: What makes living at AME spectacular is the concierge staff that makes you feel at home. Shout out to Dominique, Leah, and of course Mr. Damien himself. Not only are they great at their jobs but are fabulous people. Also, just an amazing facility.

Jacqueline and Damien really go out of their way to make sure everything is going well with you. Callie Barnard: 10/10 recommend living at Ame! The building and amenities are beautiful and well thought out, and the view from the roof cannot be beat! The finishes throughout the apartment are great and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any problem. The entire concierge team is great at their job, most notably Damien, who knows when I get a package before the computer system even does and remembered my name after only living there for a week! The management puts on cute events every month and really makes you feel welcome.
João Ricardo de Vasconcelos Albino da Silva: The historic building was entirely renewed and the amenities are luxurious. The staff is incredible, in particular the Concierge Damien with whom I deal more in a regular basis. Always very helpful, kind, competent and accessible. He deserves 6 stars.
Arno Gasteiger: Beautiful apartment building that combines historic mid-century charm with modern amenities. Bright apartments with smart floor plans and great views, especially on the higher floors and the rooftop deck. We conducted our apartment hunt from overseas and Naomi was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the application process. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and helpful and fixes service requests promptly.
Lindsay DiLemmo: Living at Ame has been awesome - the building is beautiful and always sparkling clean. The units are also pretty soundproof - I rarely ever hear our neighbors, which is important with so many of us working remote. Damien, the concierge, is also incredible! Not only does he somehow manage to know every residents name, but he takes the time to get to know you. It always makes my day to chat with Damien, and his demeanor is always upbeat, positive, and uplifting! Even my two dogs are obsessed with Damien. Damien coordinates events throughout the month that are always a lot of fun to attend and meet new people! Ame is so lucky to have him, and so are we.
